This article discusses the quality indicators of pasta products obtained by partially replacing wheat grits of the highest grade with millet ground 3.8% (of the total mass of the dough, taking into account water). The addition of millet is due to the fact that the raw materials are saturated with various vitamins. As part of the study, organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters (28% humidity) after the procedure of «pressing raw materials» were considered and the indicator of shape preservation after the «cooking» process was determined. The results obtained in terms of quality indicators meet the requirements established in the standardization documents, at the same time, the nutritional properties of the product are improved, the energy value is 337.8 kcal (proteins 10.5 g, fats 1.1 g, carbohydrates 71.4 g per 100 g of pasta), the replacement of wheat flour of the highest grade with more economic raw materials is carried out. Quality indicators are determined in accordance with TR CU 021/2011 «On food safety», TR CU 022/2011 «Food products in terms of their labeling», TR CU 029/2012 «Safety requirements for food additives, flavorings and technological aids», regulatory and technical documents GOST 31743-2017 «Pasta. General technical conditions», GOST 31964-2012 «Pasta. Acceptance rules and methods for determining quality», GOST 572-2016 «Millet millet. Technical conditions». The enrichment of pasta with millet improves the biological, nutritional properties of the product. At the same time, the use of millet as a raw material reduces the cooking time of pasta, the form after cooking will meet the established requirements.

The parasitoids from Tachinidae family have important role in biological control; nevertheless, the phylogenetic relationships of supra genera groups are poorly studied. Here, we present phylogenetic analyses of the family based on molecular data. 73 species of parasitoid flies belonging to 30 tachinid genera, including the four currently recognized subfamilies (Dexiinae, Exoristinae, Phasiinae, Tachininae) and 20 tribes were analyzed in the molecular study. The Tachinidae are reconstructed as a monophyletic assemblage based on morphological data and with four nonhomoplasious apomorphies (synapomorphies). Monophyly is well supported by a bootstrap value. Our morphological analysis generally supports the subfamily grouping Dexiinae + Phasiinae, while Tachininae + Exoristinae is not supported as one group, and with only the Exoristinae and the Phasiinae reconstructed as monophyletic assemblages. The Dexiinae, which were previously considered a wellestablished monophyletic assemblage (except for few studies), are reconstructed as polyparaphyletic with respect to the Phasiinae. The Tachininae are reconstructed as a paraphyletic grade, while monophyly of Exoristinae was recovered except genus Admontia Brauer Bergenstamm, which arose within subfamily Tachininae. In contrast to molecular analysis, all subfamilies are polyparaphyletic groups in which they interact with each other, with the exception of Phasiinae, which includes most of its taxa in a monophyletic group.

In this work, four waste paper composites were studied in terms of several photon interaction parameters over the energy region from 0.015 to 15.0 MeV. The waste paper and natural rubber (WP/NR) composites of different densities ranging from ρ = 0.894 to 1.16 gm⋅cm-3 were used for shielding radioactive rubble at different time period stages. Some additives were also used including high-abrasion furnace black, paraffin wax, B4C, as well as magnetite. The deduced parameters of photon interaction: equivalent atomic number Zeq, exposure buildup factor and energy absorption buildup factor have been studied as a function of incident photon energy, WP/NR elemental composition, and for penetration depths, up to 40 mean free path. The Zeq numbers have shown slight variation over the selected incident energy range and buildup factors were found to be modest at low and high photon energy meanwhile their values increase widely over the intermediate energy region. In addition, kerma relative to air for photon energies from 1 to 20 MeV were computed and show dependence upon equivalent atomic numbers. In this work, it was clear that filled samples offer better shielding capabilities than unfilled ones. The obtained data could be useful for radiation physicists and scientists in estimating the γ-irradiation received after applying such shields.

This work is dedicated to figuring out robust epoxy/magnetite/boron carbide (EP/Mag/B4C) composite for radiation attenuation at multiple applications related to nuclear installations, as well as restoration mortar for cracking developed in concrete biological shields. The mechanical properties (flexural, compressive, and impact strengths) and the physical properties (water absorption, porosity, and dry bulk density), each, have been performed to label the composite integrity for practical application. In practice, attenuation properties have been performed by using a collimated beam emitted from spontaneous fission 252Cf (100 μg) neutron source and neutron gamma spectrometer with stilbene scintillator. The pulse shape discrimination technique which would come of the zero cross over method was used to measure the fast neutron and gamma-ray spectra. Thermal neutron fluxes have been measured by using the thermal neutron detection system and the BF-3 detector. The attenuation parameters: precisely, macroscopic effective removal cross-sections ΣR (cm-1), macroscopic cross-sections Σ (cm-1), and total attenuation coefficients μ (cm-1) of fast and thermal neutrons and total gamma-rays respectively were evaluated using the attenuation relations. Also, the MCNP5 code and MERCSF-N program have been used to compute the parameters theoretically. When applicable, measured and calculated results were compared, and it tells us a comprehensive agreement.

Thermally evaporated Bi2Te2.45Se0.55 thin films were examined for structural alterations and electrical conductivity. Crystallite size, micro-strain, and dislocations were all calculated using the XRD data. By using transmission electron microscopy, the morphology of thin films was investigated (TEM). The study was performed within a temperature range of (300 – 500) K. The electrical energy gap and the conductivity of the as-deposited and annealed (373, 473K) Bi2Te2.45Se0.55 films were measured. The obtained values are (0.27, 0.26, 0.24 eV) and 3.6×103, 3.7×103 and 4.1×103 ohm-1.cm-1 respectively. Hall coefficient, the mean free time, the diffusion coefficient of holes, and the diffusion length, charge carrier's concentration, charge carriers' scattering mechanism, and Hall mobility were also examined. The obtained values of the charge carrier's concentration are 2.12×1017 -2.73×1017 cm-3. The direct and indirect allowed energy gap decreased with increasing annealing temperature. The obtained values of indirect band gap and direct band gap ranges from 0.27- 0.24 eV and 0.375- 0.379 eV, respectively.

Action potentials (AP) of neurons A and B could be only elicited in the presence of Na-+ ions. An increase in [Ca-++]0 led to depolarization of neurons, enhancement of their excitability, AP, overshoot, of positive afterpotential, AP duration, AP maximal rate of fall (Vf) and to decrease in AP maximal rate of rise (Vr). After addition of CaCl2 up to 50 mmoles into the Ringer solution, the membrane resistance (R) increased. If the [Na-+]0 was equimolarly diminished, R increased up to the [Ca-++]0 30 mmoles, but at greater [Ca-++]0 R fall below the initial value. The regularities were independent of the initial value of resting potential (RP). At high [Ca-++]0 Ca-++ contributed to the generation of the inward current during AP while Na-+ caused an increase in ionic (calcium) membrane permeability at rest. At high [Ca-++]0, Na-+ was also necessary for support of membrane channels which maintained the inward and outward currents during the AP.

Chlorcholine chloride (CCC) the molecule of which has no other group, characteristic of acetylcholine (Ach), causes an effective cholinomimetic action on the surface membrane of the mollusc neurons A and B. As the concentration of Ach and CCC increases from 10(-6) to 10(-3) M the resting potential (RP) and the membrane resistance (R) of the neuron A first increases then decreases. The increase of Ach and CCC concentration causes in the neuron B only a decrease of the above mentioned parameters. The data point to the necessity of improving the ideas about the structure of cholinoreceptors and mechanism of cholinoreceptor-cholinomimetic interaction.
