Follicular lymphoma is one of the most common non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas in adults. One of the rather rare variants of follicular lymphoma is pediatric follicular lymphoma. This variant, despite the name, is diagnosed not only in children, but also among young adults. Pediatric follicular lymphoma is characterized by early (I, II) stages, the absence or weak BCL2 expression, and the predominant absence of t(14;18)(q32;q21) translocation. Treatment tactics vary widely from radical surgical tumor resection with subsequent follow-up to chemoimmunotherapy with rituximab.This article presents a clinical case of advanced pediatric follicular lymphoma (stage III) in a 5-year-old patient. Using a combined treatment approach (surgery followed by immunochemotherapy) allowed to achieve a complete metabolic response which lasts more than a year.

Today, diabetes mellitus (DM) represents a problem on which the attention of endocrinologists, general practitioners, and dentists is focused. Early pathological changes, which manifest themselves in the oral cavity, determine the relevance and social significance of this pathology, because dentists are usually the first to diagnose disorders of carbohydrate metabolism based on the results of the analysis of specific complaints and typical clinical symptoms of damage to the mucous membrane and periodontal tissues. The aim of the work is to find out the pathogenetic characteristics of the reparative component of the post-extraction alveolar socket depending on the time after tooth extraction in experimental diabetes. Materials and methods. In total, 120 sexually mature (age 8–10 months) male Wistar rats, divided into 8 groups of 15 animals each, were used for research. Complex immunohistological, radiographic and biochemical studies were used for the purpose of detailed analysis of the features of the course and mechanisms of development of complications after tooth extraction against the background of DM. In order to assess the state of the innate link of local immunity, the specifics of the course of repair processes at different times of the post-extraction period, the levels of cell proliferation (by expression of Ki-67) and the concentration and content of CD68-positive macrophages in the mucous membrane were determined immunohistochemically. In order to determine the state of the bone tissue of the dental and jaw apparatus and the levels of mineralization of the hard tissues of the molars in the animals of the experimental groups, radiovisiographic images of the right half-mandible were analyzed with determination of the radiographic density. Results. Analysis of proliferative-reparative relationships showed almost no macrophages and very low proliferative activity in the intact periodontium, on the other hand, in DM, initial significant diffuse infiltration by CD68-immunopositive cells with high levels of Ki-67 expression was found. Analysis of X-ray images of the half-mandible revealed that induced DM in rats, even without prior surgical intervention, led to the intensification of resorption processes in bone tissue, which was evidenced by a decrease in radiographic density in the root region of the 1st molar and intraalveolar bone membranes of all three lower molars. Conclusions. In the intact periodontium, there are almost no CD68-immunopositive macrophages and very low proliferation activity in the periodontal soft tissues. In experimental diabetes, on the contrary, initial significant diffuse infiltration by CD68-immunopositive macrophages with high proliferative activity of most fibroblasts is determined. Induced diabetes in rats, even without prior surgical intervention, leads to increased resorption processes in the bone tissue of the mandible and long-term prolongation of the inflammatory process after tooth extraction.

Pontocerebellar hypoplasia caused by the TSEN54 mutation is a severe hereditary disease with an autosomal recessive mode of inheritance, which is characterized by a combination of epileptic encephalopathy, motor disorders in the form of spasticity and hyperknesis, dysphagia and central respiratory failure. At birth there may be multiple joint contractures, muscle hypotonia, and central respiratory failure. Epilepsy occurs in 82 % of cases. Seizures may begin after birth, with an average age of onset of 2.5 years. Various types of seizures are noted (febrile seizures, bilateral tonic-clonic, atypical absence, myoclonic, tonic, focal and atonic seizures), usually resistant to antiepileptic drugs. Magnetic resonance imaging reveals hypoplasia of the pons and cerebellum, which makes it possible to distinguish this disease from cerebral palsy. In the literature there are few descriptions of the clinical picture and electroencephalogram of patients. In this regard, our description of 3 cases of epilepsy and electroencephalographic data in patients with TSEN54 mutation (all female) is of interest to child neurologists and epileptologists.

The aim of the study is to develop a questionnaire integrating traditional career guidance techniques and categorization of IT professions by analyzing existing classifications and interviewing IT specialists. Methods. In order to achieve the objective, we selected a traditional career guidance methodology by analysing the existing ones and selecting the one that best corresponds to the research objective; we also selected a system of categorisation of IT specialties by analysing the existing classifications and interviewing IT specialists. Results. Among the existing traditional career guidance techniques, the Holland Test was selected as having the potential to be adapted to the IT field. The analysis of the existing classifications of IT specialities showed the lack of unity, in this context our own categorisation was developed, including five main categories: development, QA specialists, working with data and research, management, design. Conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was hypothesised that there are differences in the degree of expression of the Holland types among the different IT professions. Also, the presumed correspondence between different categories of IT professions and the predominant Holland types is given. The study forms the basis for the development of a software product that will help people to identify the most suitable IT professions for them.

INTRODUCTION. The creation of synthetic adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors during gene therapy development is a labour-intensive and expensive process. The optimal solution to minimise the time and costs associated with gene therapy development lies in the improvement of methods aimed at assessing AAV vector biodistribution and transduction efficiency in vivo.AIM. This study aimed to develop a new bioinformatics-based assessment method for synthetic AAV vector libraries to analyse AAV vector biodistribution and transduction efficiency in vivo.MATERIALS AND METHODS. The production of synthetic AAV vectors involved assigning AAV serotype-specific barcodes (12-nucleotide tags flanked at the 5' end with a sequence encoding the green fluorescent reporter protein). Plasmids carrying unique barcodes were propagated in competent Escherichia coli XL10-Gold cells and used to create two AAV libraries: L1 with a viral genome count of 1010 and L2 with a viral genome count of 1011. AAV production involved HEK293T cell transfection. L1 and L2 library vectors were administered to C57Bl/6N mice by intravenous injection. DNA and RNA were isolated from transduced organs for analysis by next-generation sequencing. The obtained data on DNA and RNA barcode quantities in different murine organs were analysed to assess the biodistribution and transduction efficiency of synthetic AAVs. Barcodes were identified by aligning them to the expected sequences and counted. The resulting values were normalised to the quantity of barcodes in the original library.RESULTS. Seven viral constructs based on different AAV serotypes were created as part of two AAV libraries. Six of the AAV serotypes were synthetic (sAAV1, sAAV2, sAAV3, sAAV4, sAAV5, and sAAV6). Sequencing of murine organ samples revealed significant quantities of DNA barcodes from both AAV libraries in all organs except the brain. For the L1 library, RNA barcodes were detected at a sufficient level in 4 organs, including the skeletal muscles, the heart, the liver, and the adrenal glands. For the L2 library, in addition to the listed organs, sufficient RNA-barcode levels were observed in the gonads and the kidneys. According to transduction efficiency analysis based on RNA barcode levels adjusted for DNA barcodes, sAAV5 was considered the most promising variant for gene therapy of liver-related diseases, whereas sAAV2 and sAAV6 were recognised as holding the most promise for adrenal diseases.CONCLUSIONS. The developed bioinformatics-based assessment method for synthetic AAV vector libraries can analyse AAV vector biodistribution and transduction efficiency in the body. The presented approach has the potential for selecting optimal AAV vectors for specific organs and tissues in further gene therapy development.

Introduction. Bats are natural reservoirs of coronaviruses (Coronaviridae), which have caused three outbreaks of human disease SARS, MERS and COVID-19 or SARS-2 over the past decade. The purpose of the work is to study the diversity of coronaviruses among bats inhabiting the foothills and mountainous areas of the Republics of Dagestan, Altai and the Kemerovo region. Materials and methods. Samples of bat oral swabs and feces were tested for the presence of coronavirus RNA by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results. It has been shown that the greater horseshoe bats (Rhinolophus ferrumequinum), inhabiting the Republic of Dagestan, are carriers of two different coronaviruses. One of the two coronaviruses is a member of the Sarbecovius subgenus of the Betacoronavirus genus, which includes the causative agents of SARS and COVID-19. The second coronavirus is assigned to the Decacovirus subgenus of the Alphacoronavirus genus and is most similar to viruses identified among Rhinolophus spp. from European and Middle Eastern countries. In the Altai Republic and Kemerovo region, coronaviruses belonging to the genus Alphacoronavirus, subgenus Pedacovirus, were found in the smooth-nosed bats: Ikonnikov`s bat (Myotis ikonnikovi) and the eastern bat (Myotis petax). The virus from the Altai Republic from M. ikonnikovi is close to viruses from Japan and Korea, as well as viruses from Myotis spp. from European countries. The virus from the Kemerovo region from M. petax groups with coronaviruses from Myotis spp. from Asian countries and is significantly different from coronaviruses previously discovered in the same natural host.

The subject of the study is the role of effective communications and the mechanism of meaning emergence in the collective mind of a complex commercial social and technical system. We have synthesized the provisions of traditionally studied separately spheres of knowledge such as the communication theory, collective intelligence, corporate culture management, and motivation theory in the context of digital transformation of companies. The analysis of these concepts together provides a deeper understanding of the knowledge acquisition processes necessary to improve digital transformation effectiveness. The paper formulates the effective communication management principles that contribute to tacit knowledge identification and its successful formalization. We have proposed a distinction of related terms such as data, information, knowledge, understanding, wisdom, and vision. The applied nature of the study is to deepen the understanding of the mechanism of innovative ideas emergence and to propose measures to minimize the risks of managing the communication system in organizations. The following approaches have been considered: values management, emotional intelligence development, decision-making routes and motivation mechanisms personalization, communication formats specification. The article may be useful for researchers whose interests include innovative trends in management, entrepreneurial activity development and enterprises digitalization effectiveness. The study results may be useful for managerial practitioners who develop and implement strategies for enterprises innovative development.

Relevance. Urogenital chlamydia is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections. Chlamydia often presents with minimal or no symptoms. However, it can be a major cause of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), infertility, and ectopic pregnancy in women, as well as epididymitis, orchitis, and infertility in men. Aim. To study the territorial patterns of incidence of urogenital chlamydia, gonorrhea, and their associated complications in the Russian Federation in 2011 to 2019. Materials and methods. Official statistics on the incidence of urogenital chlamydia, gonorrhea, PID, female and male infertility in the Russian Federation were analyzed. Statistical analysis, graphing, table creation, data visualization, and research results analysis were conducted using Microsoft Excel 2010 and IBM SPSS Statistics 22 software. GIS mapping was performed using the GIS «Axioma». Results and discussion. From 2011 to 2019, the Russian Federation observed a decrease in the incidence of urogenital chlamydia, gonorrhea, and PID, while there was an increase in the incidence of male and female infertility. The geographical distribution remained stable, with areas characterized by consistently low and high incidence rates. A correlation was found between the incidence of urogenital chlamydia, gonorrhea, and their complications. The association between gonorrhea and PID was found to be more significant than the association between chlamydia and PID, possibly due to the higher risk of complications associated with gonorrhea. However, no correlation was found between gonorrhea and infertility, possibly because this complication manifests with a time delay and has multifactorial causes. Conclusions. Based on the presented data, it can be concluded that the incidence of urogenital chlamydia and gonorrhea affects the frequency of male and female infertility. Therefore, the implementation of screening examinations for sexually active individuals of reproductive age using appropriate laboratory diagnostic methods, along with the development of preventive measures for sexually transmitted infections, including urogenital chlamydia, is justified and should be widely practiced.

Mechanisms of beta-endocrinocyte differentiation involving c-kit may be associated with a number of processes, including signaling pathways and regulatory mechanisms. Such factors as activation of the c-kit signaling pathway, an increase or decrease in cell proliferation and survival, regulation of differentiation gene programs and stem cells are important in controlling self-preservation and regulating the cellular number and types, that are differentiated being impacted by intermittent hypoxic hypoxia, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The aim of the work is to determine the dynamics of c-kit proliferative factor in beta cells under an exogenous influence (intermittent hypoxic hypoxia) and endogenous pathology (arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus). Materials and methods. The study was conducted using 15 white Wistar rats and 5 spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR), which were divided into 4 groups of 5 animals each. Group 1 – control (intact) rats, group 2 – animals with experimental diabetes mellitus, group 3 – rats with hereditary arterial hypertension (SHR), group 4 – animals exposed to the effect of intermittent hypoxic hypoxia. At the end of the experiment, the animals were euthanized, organs were harvested and processed, serial histological pancreatic sections 5 µm thick were deparaffinized and retrieved. Insulin and c-kit+ beta progenitor cells were detected by the immunofluorescence method using antibodies. Immunofluorescent reactions were studied using an AxioImager-M2 fluorescence microscope. Results. The quantitative indicator of beta cells was almost 6 times decreased in rats with diabetes mellitus. Concentrations of insulin in animals of this group were increased compared to intact animals and the marker of proliferative activity was decreased without changes in the percentage of c-kit-immunopositive beta cells. The course of hereditary arterial hypertension in SHR was accompanied by an 8-fold decrease in the number of beta cells per 1 cm2, an increase in insulin in beta cells as compared to the animals of both intact and experimental diabetes groups. Regarding the c-kit expression in beta cells, it was significantly reduced only in the group of intact animals and the number of c-kit-immunopositive beta cells was almost 2.8 times decreased. In the experimental group of animals exposed to hypoxic hypoxia, the number of beta cells per measurement unit was significantly increased, the concentration of insulin in beta cells was increased as compared to the intact animals, but lower than that in rats with diabetes and hypertension. The marker of proliferative activity c-kit was decreased compared to both intact and diabetic animals. As for the number of c-kit-immunopositive beta cells, it did not differ statistically from that in intact and diabetic animals, but was higher than that in SHR. Conclusions. The development of experimental diabetes in Wistar rats and hereditary hypertension in SHR results in a significant decrease in the specific density of beta cells in the pancreas in contrast to the effect of multiple-day hypoxic training, which stimulates an increase in the density of insulin-synthesizing endocrinocytes. Experimental conditions, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and adaptation to hypoxia, are accompanied by an increase in insulin and a decrease in the c-kit expression in beta cells. However, the number of c-kit-immunopositive beta cells in the pancreatic islets significantly decreases only with the development of hereditary arterial hypertension.

Relevance. Environmental pollution by mining wastes is one of the most urgent environmental problems. Aim. To determine the degree of soil pollution in the residential areas of Eastern Transbaikalia. Objects. Total soil pollution according to the Saet formula (Zc) was studied in 30 settlements of Eastern Transbaikalia, including 14 settlements related to mining. Methods. In order to determine the degree of soil contamination, the settlements were grouped: settlements at gold ore, molybdenum lead-zinc and rare-metal deposits, as well as settlements not related to mining. The factual material was obtained during the research under the basic projects of the Institute of Natural Resources, Ecology and Cryology of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences from 2000 to 2022. In addition, published data and materials of the territorial geological funds (Chita) were used. The X-ray fluorescence method was used to determine the concentrations of chemical elements in analytical laboratories of the Geological Institute of SB RAS (Ulan-Ude), ISP-MS of ZAO "SGS Vostok Limited" (Chita). Results. Among the considered groups of settlements the following indicators of total soil contamination degree (Zc) were established: mining settlements of lead-zinc deposits – 68.87; gold deposits – 30.67; molybdenum deposits – 32.25; rare-metal deposits – 0.03; settlements not related to mining activity – 0.32. According to the total degree of soil contamination Zс, the settlements of lead-zinc deposits correspond to extremely hazardous, molybdenum deposits – hazardous; gold deposits – moderately hazardous; the settlements of rare-metal deposits and the ones not related to mining activities – low levels of pollution.

Express methods for estimating the intensity of heat treatment of milk are necessary in industry and in research work. For this reason, there are many ways to measure this parameter, which are based on different physical principles, including turbidimetric methods. The Harland & Ashworth turbidimetric method has been developed for a long time, however, due to its high reliability and ease of implementation, it is still used in practice. However, this method has a drawback: it takes a long time to perform the analysis. In this regard, the aim of the work is to develop an express method for evaluating the thermal class of milk based on the principle of measuring the concentration of soluble whey proteins. The result is achieved through the use of a turbidimetric measurement method with optimized sample preparation parameters and parameters for measuring the optical density of a suspension of protein aggregates. The method is implemented as follows. The milk sample is mixed with 0.1 N acetate buffer (pH 4.6) in a ratio that allows to obtain a concentration of soluble milk whey proteins from 0.05% to 0.1%. Recommended dilution coefficients: 1:3 for samples of ultra-pasteurized milk and pasteurized milk with high heat treatment intensity; 1:7 for samples of pasteurized milk with low heat treatment intensity and 1:14 for raw milk samples. The solution is filtered on a membrane filter with a pore size of 0.45 microns. The resulting filtrate is mixed with 24% trichloroacetic acid (TCA) in a 1:1 ratio to coagulate soluble whey proteins and form protein aggregates. After holding for 5–10 minutes, the optical density of the suspension of protein aggregates is measured at a wavelength of 650 nm. The content of water-soluble whey proteins in the sample can be calculated according to the calibration curve. The developed method allows to obtain the measurement result in less time than the Harland & Ashworth turbidimetric method.

Background. Given the difficulties in identifying absences and assessing the level of consciousness in epilepsy patients, it is extremely relevant to develop digital programs for automatic registration and testing of this type of epileptic seizures and related electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns, including those based on artificial intelligence.Objective: development of an algorithm for automatic detection of absence seizures to test real time patient's consciousness level during long-term video-EEG monitoring.Material and methods. The work on creating an algorithm was carried out during joint doctor/engineer cooperation. Doctors prepared a set of labeled EEG recordings of patients with verified absence epilepsy. Two independent experts in the generated examinations database mapped typical episodes of absence seizures that allowed to develop training and testing samples for a neural network algorithm to detect EEG absence epiactivity. Next, trained neural network was incorporated into Neuron- Spectrum.NET software to compare its accuracy with similar approaches published elsewhere.Results. A neural network algorithm was developed and trained using a mapped database to detect EEG absence epiactivity. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness for the proposed method vs. other approaches showed that the former is comparable in quality, whereas in some aspects – even superior to the latter. Accuracy was assessed using a publicly available database with mapped epiactivity episodes.Conclusion. A hardware and software system for automated assessment of patient’s consciousness level during absence seizure in continuous video-EEG monitoring was proposed. Potentially, neural networks may be applied not only to assess patient’s consciousness level, but also to stop stimulation-mediated seizure onset in the future.

Rosai–Dorfman disease is the most frequent variant of non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis. Local forms can be resected or irradiated. If the process involves multiple organs, systemic chemotherapy can cure some patients. This article includes literature review and a case report of a 34-year-old patient with multifocal, multisystemic form of Rosai–Dorfman disease with bone and pleural involvement. The diagnosis was based on histological, immunohistochemical, and molecular studies of tumor tissue. Since November 2021, 6 courses of chemotherapy with cladribine and 8 infusions of zolendronic acid were carried out with achievement of durable remission. The tolerance was acceptable.

In modern medical science great attention is paid to the clarification of the molecular mechanisms, which are the basis of adaptation to environmental factors of unusual origin and/or extraordinary strength. The aim of the study is to determine the features of a group of genes with low expression level, associated with hypoxia in the pancreas of Wistar rats under conditions of intermittent hypoxia. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on 10 white, sexually mature Wistar rats, which were divided into 2 groups (5 animals in each). Animals of group 1 were part of the control (intact) group. The animals of the 2nd group were subjected to hypoxic training according to the following scheme: for 15 days, 6 hours daily, namely on days 1–5 they simulated an ascent to a height of one to five kilometers above sea level under the conditions of a barometer, and the last 10 days 6 km above the sea level. To analyze gene expression, we used the polymerase chain reaction method with real-time reverse transcription (PCR) CFX-96 Touch™ (Bio-Rad, USA) and the RT2 Profiler™ PCR Array Rat Hypoxia Signaling Pathway kit (QIAGEN, Germany), where 84 genes were the subject of research in experimental animals. Results. According to the results of the PCR study of genes in the pancreas samples of intact animals and animals exposed to hypoxic training, it was established that out of 84 genes associated with hypoxia, a group of 5 genes with a low expression level (∆∆Ct < 30) was found. This pattern includes Bhlhe40 genes, Ctsa, Hif1a, Lox, and Slc16a3, the expression of which is statistically reduced. Thus, compared to the level of their expression in intact animals, the expression of Bhlhe40 decreased by 2.59 times, Ctsa by 6.02 times, Hif1a by 3.85 times, Lox by 3.01 times, and Slc16a3 by 2.40 times. Conclusions. Intermittent hypoxia reduces the expression of the Bhlhe40 gene by 2.59 times, which can be considered as an element of adaptation of cells to a low level of oxygen and modulation of genetic programs. The decrease in Ctsa gene expression by 6.02, Hif1a by 3.85, and Lox by 3.01 times during intermittent hypoxia demonstrates, that these effects can be used as sanogenic factors in insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. The 2.40-fold decreased expression level of Slc16a3 is probably an element of metabolic adaptation and adaptation of the metabolic pathway of cells to hypoxia conditions.

Diversity of economic activities and their diversification determine the key factors of sustainable development of the Russian regions. The relevance of this study lies in the search of connection between the present economic process and such parameters of sustainable development as social well-being, economic and environmental stability. The research is based on examination of data of the Federal State Statistics Service, its publications, and other scien tific sources. The methodology includes a comprehensive analysis of economic indicators of diversification and their correlation with the three indices described above. The presented results demonstrate a direct connection between the level of economic diversification in the regions and their sustainable development. It is shown that regions with a more varied economic structure have higher indicators in the field of social stability, economic growth, and environmental safety. The authors determine that diversification as a whole does not depend on the production orientation or the traditional industrial equipment of a region. It is identified that innovative practices may be implemented in almost all subjects in case if a number of administrative barriers will be overcome. It is revealed that the level of sustainability of regional development directly depends on the degree of diversification of economic processes.

With the rapid development of Internet technologies, the problems of network security continue to worsen. So, one of the most common methods of maintaining security and preventing malicious attacks is CAPTCHA (fully automated public Turing test). CAPTCHA most often consists of some kind of security code, to bypass which it is necessary to perform a simple task, such as entering a word displayed in an image, solving a basic arithmetic equation, etc. However, the most widely used type of CAPTCHA is still the text type. In the recent years, the development of computer vision and, in particular, neural networks has contributed to a decrease in the resistance to hacking of text CAPTCHA. However, the security and resistance to recognition of complex CAPTCHA containing a lot of noise and distortion is still insufficiently studied. This study examines CAPTCHA, the distinctive feature of which is the use of a large number of different distortions, and each individual image uses its own different set of distortions, that is why even the human eye cannot always recognize what is depicted in the photo. The purpose of this work is to assess the security of sites using the CAPTCHA text type by testing their resistance to an automated solution. This testing will be used for the subsequent development of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of protection mechanisms. The result of the work is an implemented synthetic generator and discriminator of the CGAN architecture, as well as a decoder program, which is a trained convolutional neural network that solves this type of CAPTCHA. The recognition accuracy of the model constructed in the article was 63 % on an initially very limited data set, which shows the information security risks that sites using a similar type of CAPTCHA can carry.

Innovation activity in higher education serves as a catalyst for economic growth at the regional level. Modern economic realities require active introduction of scientific and technological achievements in the educational process, which inevitably affects regional economic development. The increasing contribution of higher education institutions to regional economy is due to a number of factors such as education quality improvement, research activities development, and scientific developments commercialization. The Education Development State Program data, examples of the world’s leading universities and reports on the research activities of Russian universities for 2015–2022 have been analyzed, and a multi-parametric assessment of innovative projects effectiveness in higher education carried out. The study included a comparative analysis of investments in scientific research and their impact on the regional gross domestic product, as well as the analysis of scientific developments commercialization cases. Between 2015 and 2022 the amount of funding for scientific research in leading Russian universities increased by 37 %, which was accompanied by an increase in the number of patents by 24 % and commercially successful projects by 18 %. The examples of St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk universities show an increase in direct investment in the regions by 15 and 20 %, respectively, due to scientific developments commercialization. The study also shows that the average growth of regional gross domestic product in regions with active innovation activity in universities amounted to 5.6 % per year.

To study the geochemical composition of technozems of tailings dumps of gold deposits of the Trans-Baikal Territory, their correspondence, in terms of gold content, to technogenic deposits, to calculate the exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations of toxic elements in technozems of tailings dumps. Objects. Technozems of tailings dumps of gold deposits of the Trans-Baikal Territory. Methods. Silicate, X-ray fluorescence ISP-AES methods in analytical laboratories of the Geological Institute of the SB RAS (Ulan-Ude) and JSC "SGS Vostok Limited" (Chita). Results. It was found that in terms of gold content (Au>0.4 g/t), the technozems of the tailings of the gold deposits of the Trans-Baikal Territory, in general, correspond to technogenic gold deposits. The largest volumes and contents of gold (1.2 g/t) are characterized by technozems of the Baleysky tailings dam deposits with insignificant gold contents are technozems of Darasunsky (0.36 g/t) and Kariysky (0.35 g/t) deposits. It is determined that the chemical composition of the technozems of the tailings depends on the composition of the host rocks developed in the areas of deposits. They correspond to the rocks of both basic and medium compositions. The distinctive features of the content of impurity elements in the technozems of tailings are due to the different compositions of the initial ores of gold deposits. These differences are reflected in the values of exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations relative to soils. Among the toxic elements, arsenic is characterized by maximum exceedances of the maximum permissible concentrations. In the technozems of the Lyubavinsky deposit, the excess of the maximum permissible concentrations of arsenic relative to the soil is 933 times, and the Baley deposit is 397 times.

Background. The analysis of destabilizing factors and random processes of degradation of parameters of engineering devices and systems as the causes of parametric failures is carried out. Materials and methods. The main attention is paid to the synthesis of mathematical models that are advisable to use within the framework of the functionalparametric direction of reliability theory. Results and conclusions. The proposed mathematical models can serve as the basis for solving problems of reliability and safety management of complex systems of responsible purpose.

The study examined semi-hard cheeses made with milk-clotting enzymes (MCEs) of animal origin (Naturen Extra with a mass fraction of chymosin 95%, “Bovine Pepsin” with a mass fraction of chymosin 10%), microbial origin (Fromase 750 XLG) and recombinant origin (Chy-max Extra and Chy-max Supreme), at an introduction dose of MCE of 1,500 to 6,000 IMCU per 100 kg of milk. In cheeses at the age of 7, 60, and 150 days, pH, the degree of proteolysis, the content of peptides with a mass of 1–5 kDa, and the compressive stress at fracture were determined. Cheeses produced with a dose of MCE of 5,000–6,000 IMCU/100 kg of milk had a substantially (p0.05) in the degree of proteolysis between cheeses made using diverse types of MCEs at the same dose. Introduction. Patients undergoing elective myocardial revascularization require 6 months of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT), including aspirin and clopidogrel. In patients with multifocal atherosclerotic lesion (MFA), it may be reasonable to extend the DAPT. Additional consideration of laboratory parameters, which reflect sensitivity to clopidogrel, may be useful in assessing the effectiveness and safety of prolongation DAPT.Aim. To determine the significance of laboratory parameters reflecting sensitivity to clopidogrel in assessing the prognosis of patients with MFA receiving long-term DAPT after myocardial revascularization.Materials and methods. 128 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and MFA were included from the prospective register of antithrombotic therapy (REGATTA-1), ClinicalTrials NCT04347200. Inclusion criteria were elective myocardial revascularization, the use of DAPT planned for at least one year and additional determination sensitivity to clopidogrel – residual platelet reactivity and polymorphisms of the CYP2C19* gene. Thrombotic events (TO) in any vascular beds and hemorrhagic complications(GO) (BARC 2–5).Results. The median of DAPT was 380 days, IQR (346. 447). The total incidence of thrombotic events and hemorrhagic complications (the majority – BARC 2) were 9.9 and 4.4 cases per 100 patient-years. The frequency of bleeding events was 4.4 cases per 100 patient-years. There was no association of TO with the PRU and pharmacogenetic parameters. CYP2C19*17 allele carriers tended to have a higher frequency of GO rates compared compared to wild genotype carriers (63% versus 29%, p = 0.05). The frequency of GO in patients with PRU 147 (two lower quintiles) was higher compared with the frequency of GO in the three upper quintiles of the distribution: 12% vs. 3%, p = 0.041. PRU lost significance in multivariate analysis and an independent laboratory predictor of GO was the carriage of CYP2C19*17 alleles (HR 4.8).Conclusion. In patients with MFA who are candidates for long-term DATT after myocardial revascularization, an additional pharmacogenetic assessment of the effect of clopidogrel (allelic variants of CYP2C19*17) can be discussed in order to predict bleeding

Coronaviruses (family Coronaviridae, genera Alphacoronavirus, Betacoronavirus) are dangerous viral pathogens that have caused three outbreaks of severe respiratory diseases, SARS, MERS, COVID-19. In Russia, data on coronaviruses in natural reservoirs are limited, as investigations began only during the COVID-19 pandemic.The aim. To study the diversity of coronaviruses among rodents and insectivores in the Republic of Altai.Materials and methods. Rodents (n = 67) and shrews (n = 52) were captured in 2022. Samples were analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction followed by sequencing.Results and conclusions. Four samples from rodents (Myodes rutilus, M. glareolus, Apodemus peninsulae, A. agrarius) and two samples from an insectivore (Crocidura sibirica) were positive for coronaviruses, among which three different coronaviruses were detected. Rodent-borne coronaviruses are classified in the genus Betacoronavirus, subgenera Embecovirus, and have shown host associated clustering. The nucleotide sequences of Siberian coronaviruses from rodents were identical for closely related species (M. rutilus and M. glareolus, A. agrarius and A. peninsulae) and close (> 94 % homology) to previously published sequences in each of the groups of carriers found in the territory Novosibirsk region, Europe and China. The coronavirus identified from the insectivore, possibly belonging to a new subgenera of the family Coronaviridae, has also been assigned to the genus Betacoronavirus.Conclusion. Five species of natural carriers of three different coronaviruses were detected in the Altai Republic. A high level of identity of coronaviruses genomes from rodents has been revealed, indicating a relatively low rate of their evolution.

Intermittent hypoxia affects a variety of pathological conditions in the body and is used in medicine to reproduce the sanogenic therapeutic effect. Intermittent hypoxia is used for clinical indications to improve lung function; increase the body’s adaptive capacity; in obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome; in anaemia, diabetes mellitus. In cancer radiotherapy, intermittent hypoxic training helps to increase the sensitivity of the tumour to treatment. Intermittent hypoxia is useful in rehabilitation medicine to improve the physical recovery of patients after surgery or injury to improve the body’s functional capabilities. However, to date, the activity of regulatory genes, that activate the molecular mechanisms of the above-mentioned sanogenic effects of intermittent hypoxia has not been sufficiently studied. The aim of the study: to determine the expression of hypoxia-related genes in pancreas of Wistar rats under intermittent hypoxia. Materials and methods. The CFX-96 Touch™ real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR) (Bio-Rad, USA) and the RT2 Profiler™ PCR Array Rat Hypoxia Signalling Pathway kit (QIAGEN, Germany) were used to analyse gene expression in experimental animals, where 84 genes involved in the hypoxia signalling pathway identified in the pancreas were studied. Results. According to the results of PCR analysis of pancreatic samples from intact animals and animals exposed to hypoxic training, the activity of the gene panel can be distributed as follows: genes with high expression compared to the intact group of animals, genes with low expression compared to the intact group of animals and genes in which no significant changes were detected in the samples compared to the intact group of animals. We have found, that the genes Cops5, F10, Jmjd6, Lgals3, Rbpjl, Vegfa have high expression activity compared to the intact group of animals. Conclusions. The increase in the expression of Cops5 by 10.29 times, Lgals3 by 2.94 times and Rbpjl by 5.73 times as a result of intermittent hypoxia can be regarded as an activating factor for the increase in the proliferation of endocrine and exocrine pancreatic cells and the growth of their antiapoptotic potential. The 3.20-fold increase in Jmjd6 gene expression under intermittent hypoxia can be interpreted as a regulatory effect through protein dehydroxylation and promotion of antiapoptotic protein activity in endocrine and exocrine pancreatic cells. The 5.99-fold increased level of Vegfa expression may promote angiogenesis in the pancreas under intermittent hypoxia.

Relevance. During the implementation of the program for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the Stavropol Territory, measures were taken to prevent hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes, train medical personnel in methods of timely detection of cerebrovascular diseases (CVD), recognition (including through training of the general population) and routing patients with acute cerebrovascular accidents; during a pandemic, opening specialized departments. This organizational experiment required an assessment of its impact on the most medically complex group of the population - rural residents. The aim was to study in dynamics the epidemic situation of CVD among the rural population in the Stavropol Territory in comparison with the Russian Federation. Materials and Methods. Information from official statistical observation forms on the incidence of CVD and mortality from them was studied. Results and Discussion. In the period from 2010 to 2022, there was an increase in the incidence of CVD in the rural population from 464.6 to 1045.1 per 100,000 rural population, which is partly due to the aging of the population, and partly due to improved diagnosis of CVD. The overall incidence of CVD increased from 1275.5 to 3416.1, which suggests an improvement in patient survival. The incidence of strokes of all types tended to decrease, which indicates the effectiveness of the impact on the risk factors for their development. The incidence of unspecified strokes decreased significantly, which led to an increase in the primary incidence of cerebral infarctions (which, however, grew more slowly in the Stavropol Territory than in the Russian Federation as a whole; the coefficients of the regression equations were 2.5 and 4.3, respectively). Between 2015 and 2022. the mortality rates (from 208.4 to 161.1) and mortality (from 5.8 to 2.8) from CVD decreased rapidly (relative to mortality from CVD in the Russian Federation). Conclusion. The proposed set of measures for the prevention and treatment of CVD, including preventive measures, a system of social mobilization, FAST-test, patient routing systems with the delivery of eligible persons to vascular centers within an hour, timely response to new risk factors for the development of CVD, was effective and can be recommended for implementation in similar areas with a high proportion of rural population.

The purpose of the research is to determine main toxicological parameters in repeated intragastric administration of Altric-Extra for veterinary use to laboratory outbred rats.Materials and methods. White outbred rats were used as a test system in the study. The experiment used clinical, toxicological, biochemical and morphological research methods.Results and discussion. Altric-Extra doses of 325 and 650 mg/kg were toxic for the laboratory animals. When administered daily intragastrically to the rats in the above doses, the drug had a negative effect on the functional status of the hemopoietic organs, and excretory and digestive systems. The main target organ for this drug is the thymus. Functional disorders in the above organs and systems are irreversible as evidenced by the post-mortem examination, general blood analysis, and biochemical blood test obtained 10 days after the drug administration was completed.

The article assesses concomitant diabetes mellitus as a risk factor for venous thromboembolic complications in patients with covid-19 in hospital settings. We analyzed 123 case histories of patients hospitalized for new coronavirus infection in the first wave of COVID-19. The results showed that diabetes mellitus was not an independent risk factor for venous thromboembolic complications in patients with COVID-19.

The authors investigate the possibility of intensification of pipe bending by creating a minimum curvature considering the thin-wall profile, which is on the limit of exhausting the material’s bearing capacity (destruction). They consider an annular shell (pipe) under the action of pure bending moment, assuming the hypothesis of planar cross-sections and regarding the effect of T. Karman. The deformation changes of geometrical parameters (profile ovalization, wall thinning) are found. The compressive (radial) and tensile (tangential) deformations are calculated with account of their continuity based on the condition of volume constancy. In accordance with the accepted assumptions of mathematical modeling, the dependence of the radial stress on the edge of the bending segment, known from the theory of sheet stamping, is taken, where the most convenient criterion for plasticity is the hypothesis of the energy of shape change of the Mohr’s theory, characterized by the intensity of deformations in the bent section of the pipe, which determines the destruction of the material. The criterion of plasticity, specific mechanical properties of the material obtained in tensile tests (yield and strength limits, relative elongation) and approximated by a step dependence are used for making a combined estimation of the influence of geometric parameters (thinness, ovalization of the profile, deformation thinning of the wall) on the realization of bending of minimum curvature, characterized by loss of wall stability with subsequent failure due to exhaustion of the bearing capacity of the material possessing specific plasticity. Summarizing the results of the minimum (corrugation) and critical (destruction) bending radii, makes it possible to establish the ultimate degree of bending intensification.

Relevance. The need to analyze the furnace processes in boiler units with vertical vortex when arranging pulverized coal combustion with the enhancement of environmental parameters through the installation of tertiary blast nozzles. Despite the carbon-free policy in modern power engineering coal remains one of the main sources of energy, so the reconstruction of boiler units in order to reduce harmful emissions is very relevant. Aim. To study aerodynamics and combustion processes of pulverized coal fuel in the furnace chamber of a boiler unit with a tangential arrangement of burner devices using a combustion scheme with tertiary air blowing. Methods. The Eulerian–Lagrangian approach was applied to numerical study of flow characteristics, heat transfer and combustion in a furnace with a tangential burner arrangement. Also, k-ε model of gas turbulence, particle-turbulence interaction, diffusion model of particle dispersion, P-1 radiation modeling method and pulverized coal particle combustion model based on global particle kinetics and experimental data were used for numerical calculations. Results. Based on numerical calculations and analysis, the dependences of combustion product concentrations, temperature, hydrodynamics at combustion of Kuznetsky coal grade D in the furnace chamber with tangential arrangement of burners for brown coal, as well as at installation of tertiary blast nozzles have been obtained. Insufficient redistribution of air between burners and tertiary nozzles is revealed, as for maintenance of stable twist of vertical vortex and accordingly presence of high values of velocities at the outlet of burner devices it is not possible to increase the portion of tertiary air without reconstruction of burners. It is also established that the volume of the furnace chamber below the burners is poorly involved in heat exchange.

Ffollicular lymphoma (FL) is one of the most common non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas in adults, while it is a diagnosis of exclusion in adolescents and children. Clinical manifestations of FL in children are represented by long-term asymptomatic lymphadenopathy, less commonly by extranodal areas involvement. treatment standards for FL in children have not been developed and may vary from observational tactics (with the radical resection of a single focus during a biopsy) to the use of radiation therapy and polychemotherapy. Pediatric type follicular lymphoma was first identified as a distinct variant in 2008 in the world Health organization classification of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissue tumors. Clinical, morphological (cytological type 3A), Immunohistochemical (absence of bcl2 expression in the center of the follicle) and cytogenetic (absence of t(14;18)(q32;q21)) features served as the reason for separation into an independent nosological variant. Despite the term “pediatric”, cases of pediatric type FL have been described in adults over 30 years of age. Most often, the disease is diagnosed in the early stages (I, II) and is characterized by a favorable prognosis. In children and adolescents, FL occurs not only of the pediatric type. we present a clinical case of a typical “adult” type FL (grade 1–2) in a 17-year-old patient. the cHop therapy (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone) with rituximab resulted in a complete remission, which lasted more than 2.5 years.

Practical interest in redox flow batteries (RFB) has arisen in recent decades due to the intensive development of alternative energy (such as solar and wind) and the regulation of peak loads in industrial electrical networks. It turns out that large-scale energy storage devices to compensate for fluctuations in solar and wind energy generation and to reduce peak loads in industrial electrical networks and power supply systems for large households are more profitable when redox flow batteries are used. Firstly, they are very easily scalable, and secondly, the energy stored in such batteries is cheaper. In this work, the electrochemical behavior of some promising organic systems based on quinone, anthraquinone and their analogs in alkaline solutions was studied using cyclic voltammetry. The layouts of the flow batteries based on a hybrid redox system (anthraquinone sulfonic acid sodium salt/potassium ferrocyanide and hydroquinone sulfonic acid sodium salt/potassium ferrocyanide) were developed. The operating voltage of such RFBs was about 0.75 and 0.85 V, respectively.

Objective: The relevance of nonparasitic cysts of the liver (NPCL) is related to their steadily increasing incidence, high recurrence rates, delayed diagnosis, and potential complications. In general, hepatic cysts (HCs) are classified into several types, including simple and complex, false and true. Simple cysts are mainly congenital but also occur in polycystic liver disease. Complex cysts include mucinous neoplasms, echinococcal cysts, hemorrhagic cysts, cystic hepatocellular carcinoma, and other rare lesions. Nonparasitic cystic liver lesions do not usually cause symptoms, and their characteristics are not specific. In 15% of cases, nonspecific signs (flatulence, nausea, dyspepsia) accompany pain. Diagnosis of NPCL is based on data from ultrasound, CT, or MRI of the abdominal organs. There still needs to be a consensus on surgical treatment indications or the effectiveness and feasibility of its various methods. Many surgical interventions for NPCL treatment include puncture drainage, multiple minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgery options, and open methods. In clinical practice, laparoscopic fenestration, associated with fewer complications and faster recovery, has become widespread. However, significant progress has yet to be achieved in reducing NPCL recurrence rates despite advances in surgical treatment. Therefore, multiple studies are underway to improve treatment options for this medical condition.

The article proposes the integrated digital ecosystem concept for Kemerovo region with a mechanism for data collection and transformation. The concept meets the requirements for the creation of a data management center in the Kemerovo region. The requirements are specified in the Digital transformation strategy for economic sectors, social sphere and public administration of the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass. The authors analyze the strategy and list the characteristics of the current digital ecosystem of the region. The article reveals inconsistency in the interaction of state and municipal authorities with business structures and citizens of the region in the digital environment. The authors describe the expediency of applying the proposed concept in the Kemerovo region for a positive impact on the provision of social and economic benefits in the region. The effectiveness of digital ecosystems with data collection and transformation mechanisms is confirmed by examples of different countries. Thanks to the proposed concept, the requirements of legislation are met, the lack of consistency in the interaction of public authorities is resolved.

Perforated duodenal ulcer is a common pathology with fairly high postoperative mortality, especially in late diagnosis. In some cases, timely diagnosis of a perforative ulcer may be difficult and the results of the survey may be contradictory. The classical triad of clinical signs of perforative ulcers is not always observed in patients, sometimes the clinical picture is so unclear that the final diagnosis can only be made intraoperative. The article presents an analysis of the clinical case of difficult diagnosis and treatment of perforative duodenal ulcer in a patient in an acute period of ischemic stroke. In addition, the patient had severe concomitant somatic pathology with a high risk of systemic thromboembolism and at the same time a high risk of bleeding.

Background. Due to the significant prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and limited funding in the Syrian Arab Republic (SAR), pharmacoeconomic study of antiretroviral therapy (ART) regimens is relevant, as it allows to choose a rational, pharmacoeconomically reasonable therapy for HIV-infected patients.Objective: to perform pharmacoeconomic analysis of ART regimens HIV-infected in patients in SAR.Material and methods. The following algorithm of actions was used: assessment of the cost of prescribed antiretroviral drugs; cost analysis of applied ART regimens. From the auction documentation, information was taken on the total number of purchased drugs and their cost at the end of the auction. To calculate prices in rubles, currency conversion was carried out as of January 1, 2021. To calculate the cost of an assigned regimen, the summation of the costs of its components was carried out. Based on the obtained data, the average cost of combinations of certain antiretroviral drugs classes was calculated. To predict the results of using various ART regimens for 5 years, discounting was used for each year of the time horizon, except for the first year.Results. It was revealed that the most expensive drugs are the reserve series: Fuzeon® (enfuvirtide; F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., Switzerland) – 66,492.1 rubles and Isentress® (raltegravir; Merck Sharp & Dohme, Netherlands) – 31,634.6 rubles, and the lowest price per package was noted for Russian drugs Timazid® (zidovudine) – 471.0 rubles and Nikavir® (phosphazide) – 743.8 rubles (both – AZT Pharma K.B. LLC, Russia). The average cost of the first prescribed regimen was 8,970.0 rubles/month, while the most expensive first-line regimens included a protease inhibitors class drug as the third component. As a result of the analysis of the cost of second-line and third-line regimens, it was revealed that the average cost of second-line therapy per month exceeded the average cost of first-line therapy by 4 times (40,154.2 rubles/month). The initial “azidothymidine, zidovudine / lamivudine + efavirenz” group had fewer hospitalizations, lower mortality, and fewer years of life expectancy lost than on “azidothymidine, zidovudine / lamivudine + atazanavir, ritonavir” and “phosphazide + didanosine + efavirenz” regimens.Conclusion. A pharmacoepidemiological study showed that the cost of second-line therapy per month was 40,154.2 rubles, which exceeded the average cost of first-line therapy by 4 times (9,266.1 rubles). It was revealed that the average cost of the first prescribed ART regimen based on two nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) and protease inhibitor was 2 times higher than the average cost of regimens based on two NRTIs + non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, which, along with clinical aspects, raised the question of the expediency of their appointment as first-line regimens.

Introduction. The article examines the formation and development of political systems in the former eleven republics of the USSR from the standpoint of the institutional transformations taking place there. The struggle for power between various elite groups and citizens’ identities and the dynamics of citizens’ identities were also the basis for comparison. The authors consider the parameters mentioned to make the comparison and typology of the modern post-Soviet states’ development more effective. Methods and Materials. The neoinstitutional, sociological, and political-cultural approaches were used in the research, as were the comparative-historical and comparative-typological methods, which made it possible to scrutinize the available facts and draw respective conclusions. Analysis. It was stated that starting in the 1980s, the transformation of the typical Soviet republics took place in two directions. The first included the formation of the electoral autocracies, institutional design, and social and cultural image, which were determined by the “nucleus” – the president-leader. Such political dynamics turned out to be characteristic of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Belarus. The formation of the “front-end democracies” was the second direction. These democracies are characterized by institutional, social, and identity fragmentation hiding behind the glass cases of democratic structures and practices borrowed from the West. Kirghizia, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, and Moldavia have moved in this direction. Results. The authors’ conclusion is that both the first and second directions do not ensure the stable development of new independent states in the foreseeable future. Authors’ contribution. A.V. In order to recognize and characterize the sources rocks in the BX well, samples of this well have been selected and analysed using Rock-Eval pyrolysis method and another set samples were prepared and observed through microscope for visual kerogen characterisation. The total organic carbon of BX well sediments varies between 0.41 and 3.41 wt%, with 1.29 wt% on average. These high values indicate good organic matter content in this well. The hydrogen index (HI) of the studied samples ranges from 49 to 292 mgHC/gTOC, with an average of 109 mgHC/gTOC, indicating mainly a type III kerogen. This kerogen is composed of humic material (vitrinite and inertinite) and amorphous organic matter with marine microfossils (dinoflagellate cysts and micro-foraminiferal linings). Thermal maturity parameters show that, Maastrichtian, Campanian, Early Senonian and Turonian are immature with Tmax values below 435 °C. However, according to Tmax values, samples reach oil window in Albian at 9840 ft while spore colour index indicate that this limit can be put at 9210 ft into Cenomanian age. The section from 7260 to 7590 ft in Campanian interval displays the best qualities of source rock. This section is composed of good quantity of type III and type II/III kerogen with moderate hydrocarbon potential, but this source rock is immature to generate hydrocarbons.

The possibility of using digital traces of online social network users, using community themes as an example, to support decision-making in career guidance diagnostics is investigated. Statistical analysis was performed: descriptive statistics, z-criterion for comparing two groups, and regression analysis. The themes of users’ subscriptions to various communities available in the social network as well as the gender of the respondent and the number of friends in the social network indicated in the profile were analysed as digital user traces. The socio-professional orientation of the personality was assessed based on the results of the Holland test (edited by G.V. Rezapkina). The correlation between users’ digital traces expressed by the themes of subscriptions, and key indicators of socio-professional orientation reflected in the results of the Holland test was analyzed based on the pilot study conducted through an online social networking application. The statistical analysis confirmed the hypothesis that user interests, in the form of community themes, are related to the results of the Holland test. The hypotheses of existing differences in the groups of men and women in the studied attributes (the results of the Holland test and the leading themes of community subscriptions) were proved. By means of regression analysis among the group of women the correlation was found between the prevalence of the community theme “Education” and the key indicators: A (Artistic), E (Enterprising), I (Intellectual); prevalence of the theme “Lifestyle” and severity of the indicators: C (Conventional), I, A, E; “Mass Media” and indicator C. Among the group of men, a correlation was found between the prevalence of “Sports” subject matter and indicator E. The results of the work expanded the space of potential predictors of users’ vocational orientation. A foundation for large-scale research in quantifying and constructing predictive models of key occupational indicators based on users’ subscription topics has been obtained. The results are useful in the direction of developing an integrated approach to creating a recommendation system for user career guidance.

The effect of milk-clotting enzymes (MCEs) of animal origin (Naturen Extra with a mass fraction of chymosins of 95%, “Bovine Pepsin” with a mass fraction of chymosin of 10%), as well as MCEs of microbial origin (Fromase 750 XLG) and recombinant origin (Chy-max Extra and Chy-max Supreme) on the duration of milk coagulation and processing of cheese curd, as well as on the composition of whey and fresh cheeses in the manufacture of semihard cheeses, at an introduction dose of MCE of 1,500 to 6,000 IMCU per 100 kg of milk. Increasing the MCE dose from 1,500 to 2,000–3,000 IMCU/100 kg of milk leads to a decrease in the coagulation duration by an average of 20 min (p0.05). The use of MCEs of Naturen, Chy-max Extra and Chy-max Supreme brands at a dosage of 5,000–6,000 IMCU/100 kg of milk gives an average of 1.5% higher actual cheese yield compared to MCEs of the Fromase and “Pepsin” brands at an introduction dose of 1500 IMCU/100 kg of milk.

The purpose of the study is to identify and determine the directions and accounting factors included in the algorithm for assessing the digital maturity index of Russian regions to improve this methodology, taking into account aspects of the second and third stages of digital transformation of public and municipal administration (PMA). In the course of the work, methods of analysis, generalization and systematization were applied. The authors noted the problem of inconsistency of the target directions of the PMA digital transformation with the actual activities, indicated the expediency of taking into account the indicators in the proposed directions when assessing the digital maturity index in the regions of Russia. The paper defines digital ecosystems, reflects the relationship between their features and the methodology for assessing the digital transformation of public and municipal administration, the stages of which are characterized and specified by the example of foreign experience. The relevance of the research lies in the strategic need to find growth points to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of PMA in the context of digital realities.The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed directions and accounting factors in the methodology for assessing digital maturity in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation by public authorities while they are being modernized.

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies worldwide. Approximately 10 % of patients with gastric cancer are characterized by accumulation of gastric cancer cases in their family. The hereditary forms of gastric cancer account for 1–3 % of all gastric cancer cases. Hereditary diffuse GC syndrome is caused by germline mutations in CDH1 gene and determines a high risk of developing diffuse GC and lobular breast cancer. In this article, we present a clinical case of a 41-year-old patient with diffuse gastric cancer, who was found to be a carrier of novel germline mutation in the CDH1 gene. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has facilitated an identification of CDH1 c.1596G>A genetic variant, thus enabling an accurate clinical diagnosis hereditary diffuse gastric cancer.

Despite the increasing role of the state sector in the economies of many countries, the criteria and approaches to comparative analysis and evaluation of the performance of state-owned enterprises are still ambiguous, as are the methods for cross-country comparisons of the scale of state presence in the economy. The purpose of the article is to systematize the main approaches to measurement of the size of the state sector using Russian economy as an example, as well as to substantiate the significance of this information in assessing the performance of companies with different forms of ownership in the investment and managerial decision-making process. The problems of the information environment, such as the fragmentation of data, incomplete publication of company reports, and the specifics of national databases in different countries, complicate and distort empirical research. Meanwhile, there are significant differences in the performance of state-owned and private companies, as well as in their investment attractiveness to investors in the financial market. International approaches to solving these problems consist in the formation of consolidated and unified databases, inclusion of stateowned companies in the system of national accounts, and creation of guidelines on uniform principles of transparency and accessibility of financial reports. Given the growing restrictions on access to information along with the trend towards the growth of the state sector in Russia, there is an increasing need to develop a unified methodology to measure its scale and assess its impact on the economy, investment and stock market. The proposed methodology and the obtained empirical results allow not only to comprehensively assess the contribution of the state sector in creating GDP and increasing the capitalization of the stock market, but also to conduct comparative studies of performance indicators and stock returns in companies with different ownership structure, as well as an international empirical analysis of the state sector impact on the economies and the financial and economic performance of companies.

We investigated the possibility of automating the prediction of the 16-factor personality traits by R. Cattell from text posts of social media users. The proposed new method of automating the evaluation of R. Kettell’s 16-factor personality test traits includes language models and neural networks. Implementation of the method involves several steps. At the first step text posts are extracted from user accounts of social media, pre-processed with language model RuBERT and previously trained over a full-connected neural network. The result of this step is a normalized empirical distribution of the posts by the previously introduced classes for each user. Subsequently, based on the distribution of user posts the evaluation of the expression of psychological features of the user is made with the help of support vector machine, random forest and Naive Bayesian classifier. The final data set for model building and further testing their performance was made up of 183 respondents who took the R. Cattell test, with links to their public social media accounts. Classifiers predicting results for six factors (A, B, F, I, N, Q1) of R. Cattells 16-factor personality test were constructed. The results can be used to create a prototype of automated system for predicting the severity of psychological features of social media users. Results of work are useful in the applied and research systems connected with marketing, psychology and sociology, and also in the field of protection of users from social engineering attacks.

Introduction A brief review of modeling purulent septic inflammation in rats, including with the help of an active bacterial agent, and methods for diagnosing inflammation are given. The aim of the study was to demonstrate the results of the development of an effective experimental model of purulent septic inflammation of the tibia in rats using minimally invasive methods for diagnosing infection in vivo. Materials and methods Various models of purulent septic inflammation were studied in four groups of small laboratory animals, when using the inoculation of Staphylococcus aureus. Methods for assessing purulent-septic inflammation that are not destructible by the object have been worked out: microbiological, tomographic, morphological. Results The results of the study indicate the possibility of creating experimental purulent-septic inflammation in rats by 14-60 days using S. aureus inoculation, which is a severe, rapidly progressive purulent infection that leads to extensive destruction of the bone with the formation of sequesters. Discussion To guarantee the formation of a purulent-inflammatory process of bone tissue in a shorter period of observation, a quantitatively controlled invasion of an active bacterial agent is necessary. A sclerosing agent and formation of a fistulous tract are not essential in creating inflammation. Conclusion The results of the development of experimental models for the creation of purulent-septic inflammation using minimally invasive in vivo diagnostic methods are demonstrated, which will allow an adequate assessment of the degree of infection before treatment.

Background. Argentina is one of the largest and most developed socio-economic countries in Latin America. The use of modern agricultural technologies in the Argentine plains and new methods of shipping allowed Argentina to start exporting agricultural products to Europe. A series of commodity booms enriched Argentina and made it one of the largest economies in the world at the beginning of the 20th century. Purpose is to analyze and identify problems and prospects for the development of the agricultural structure in Argentina. Materials and methods. In the study, the authors used analytical materials of the UN Economic Commission and other international organizations on the countries of Latin America, reviews and reports of the Central Bank, the Institute of Statistics, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this work, dialectical, systemic, historical, logical, formal-legal, comparative research methods were used. Results. Due to the abundance of appropriate land and natural resources, the favorable climate in most of the country and the generally low activity of pests, agricultural in Argentina is not particularly limited by natural conditions. However, there are a number of other factors that prevent Argentine farmers from fully operating as efficiently as possible. Conclusion. Argentina’s agro-industrial policy is quite contradictory. Despite the development of digital services and modern information technologies to support agricultural producers, the introduction of progressive export support programs, a fairly powerful infrastructure throughout the entire production cycle of agricultural products, the Argentine government from time to time resorts to using serious export barriers to maintaining the domestic market, which in general affects the Agar sector is not always positive.

The abrupt transition to distance learning during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic triggered an urgent need for online resources at higher education institutes (HIEs). Creating analogues of traditional full-time courses demanded for competencies and time resources. In this case ready-made massive open online courses (MOOCs) were supposed to be the most obvious and fastest solution for HIEs. However, analytics demonstrated that educational institutions did not consider MOOC a promising option. This contradiction served as an incentive to conduct this research, which includes the analysis of both non-reactive (MOOCs platform analytics) and reactive (online survey and interviews with instructors) data. Based on our research, we can conclude that the reasons for not integrating MOOCs at Russian HIEs during the COVID-19 pandemic are the following: the peculiarities of MOOCs format, low motivation of instructors, administrative risks, and the uncertainty of HIEs’ and national policies on MOOCs integration. This article will be useful for those who determine educational policy in Russia, university administrators, methodologists responsible for the development of digital educational technologies in HIEs, as well as researchers of higher education.

The article proposes the authors’ method for assessing the maturity of the customer relationship management system of a company. The purpose of the article is a theoretical refinement of the concept of customer relationship management in terms of expanding the conceptual apparatus and defining the stages of the customer-centric transformation process. The achieve the indicated purpose, the following methods were used: systematisation of existing scientific views on the research topic; analysis and refinement of models for quantitative interpretation of customer and expert survey data; identifying trends in competitive market conditions in terms of customer centricity. The topic is relevant due to several factors: competition based on the aggregate value provided is one of the main ways to compete in the market in current circumstances; the conceptual apparatus used today to analyze customer centricity is neither uniform nor sufficient; established scientific vision of customer-centric transformation does not include the understanding of this process’ levels and stages. The authors of the article created a new thesaurus by proposing to introduce certain concepts of customer-centric transformation and maturity of the customer relationship management system. Maturity factors and levels were analyzed. For practical purposes, existing methods of measuring the maturity of a customer relationship management system are studied, practical recommendations aimed at increasing the level of maturity are prepared, and potential risks are identified. It is demonstrated that the maturity of the customer relationship management system is the level of systemic understanding and practical implementation of the principles of customer-centric transformation.

The relevance of the investigation is caused by the need to assess the completeness of fuel combustion, harmful emissions, and temperature stress of the screen surfaces of a pulverized coal-fired boiler during its reconstruction for natural gas combustion. Currently, the conversion of solid fuel combustion installations to natural gas is highly relevant due to significantly lower emissions of carbon compounds. The main aim of this research is to study the physicochemical processes in the combustion chamber at various loads with flammable natural gas combustion and evaluate the effectiveness of combustion organization during the reconstruction of a pulverized coal-fired boiler. Objects: combustion chamber of a boiler unit with a steam capacity of 210 t/h, burners, parameters of the combustion chamber environment Methods: comparison of results obtained from analytical thermal calculations and numerical modeling. The numerical simulation of gas flare combustion was performed using the ANSYS Fluent software package. Reynolds Averaged Navier–Stokes approaches based on averaging the Navier–Stokes equations over the Reynolds number with additional equations for the turbulent kinetic energy k and the rate of turbulent kinetic energy dissipation ε were applied to describe the turbulent flow. Results. A numerical study of the physicochemical processes in the combustion chamber of a boiler unit was conducted after its reconstruction for natural gas combustion. Dependencies of temperature level changes, hydrodynamics, and concentrations of combustion products components in the volume of the combustion chamber at various loads were obtained. It was found that high-temperature combustion products are redistributed towards the front and rear walls, resulting in the formation of zones in the wall layer with a significant temperature gradient. The nozzles of the tertiary air contribute to the reduction of nitrogen oxide emissions in the combustion chamber by suppressing their formation due to oxygen deficiency in the combustion zone, as well as by lowering the temperature of the flame in the oxidizing zone.

The article is aimed at defining the causes and consequences of the emergence and spread in the system of financial monitoring of semi-formal rules along with determining the measures to prevent them. It is shown that the efficiency of the financial monitoring system is determined by the efficiency of two groups of formal rules: formal rules of financial monitoring and formal rules of financial investigations. In addition to internal factors, the inefficiency of formal rules of financial monitoring may be caused by the spread of semi-formal rules. It is identified that the reason for the emergence and spread of semi-formal rules in the financial monitoring system is the broad discretionary powers granted to the official by both formal rules of financial monitoring and formal rules of financial investigations. The formation of semi-formal rules in the system of financial monitoring, like other cases of the formation of semi-formal rules, is accompanied by static and dynamic effects. The static effect of the formation of semi-formal rules is accompanied by a sharp drop in the effectiveness of the effective formal rules of financial monitoring. The main threat of the dynamic effect is the long-term decline in the efficiency of formal rules of financial monitoring. It is proved that of the two main conceptions of preventing the formation of semi-formal rules, i. e., limiting the discretionary powers of an official and restoring the efficiency of market mechanisms or imitating their correct operation, in the case of a financial monitoring system, only the last of these conceptions can be involved. A key element in the implementation of the restoration of the operability of market mechanisms or imitation of their correct operation is the delegation of basic monitoring functions to the actors who are able to perform the relevant functions with the lowest level of transaction costs of bureaucratic procedures.

В области рекрутинга и менеджмента персонала существует задача автоматизации процесса оценки характеристик человеческого капитала, учитывающего в том числе особенности личности сотрудника. Статья посвящена вопросу выявления характеристик индивидуального человеческого капитала, имеющих наибольший вклад в некоторые показатели эффективности сотрудника организации, таких как карьерный успех, по данным их самоотчетов о профессиональных навыках и ответов на вопросы–утверждения о различных психологических аспектах личности. Предлагается общая структура опросного инструментария, опирающегося на самоотчеты сотрудников, а также формализация предполагаемых методов анализа таких вопросов. Для выявления групп респондентов, обладающих схожими профессиональными навыками, было предложено использовать кластерный анализ, который позволяет сохранить сложную структуру их взаимосвязи. Для выявления личностных особенностей сотрудников из вопросов–утверждений предлагается формировать шкалы и посредством методов современной теории тестирования получить оценки латентной переменной, отражающей личностные особенности. На завершающем этапе исследования предполагается использование аппарата регрессии для оценивания взаимосвязи выявленных кластеров и латентных характеристик личности с тем или иным индикатором успешности сотрудника. Предлагаемый подход представляет собой структуру пилотного исследования, позволяющего выделить характеристики человеческого капитала (профессиональные навыки и особенности личности), обладающие наибольшим вкладом в показатели эффективности сотрудника или организации, и направлен на снижение трудозатрат на последующих этапах более подробного и прицельного исследования. Возможности предложенного подхода продемонстрированы на примере данных, собранных среди государственных гражданских служащих различных структур Российской Федерации. В качестве индикатора эффективности сотрудника рассматривается наиболее доступный к наблюдению аспект карьерного успеха, выраженный фактом наличия руководящей должности.

The presented work is devoted to the development of an information and measuring system for identifying emergency situations arising at public transport facilities. This paper presents statistics on the most common types of emergency situations occurring at public transport facilities. The paper considers a limited set of, the most common, emergency situations, automatic selection of which is possible at the present stage of science and technology. A method for classifying emergency situations in a continuous stream of images is proposed. This method is based on the use of a fuzzy classifier based on a fuzzy model based on the Mamdani algorithm. To improve the quality of the classifier, the method for measuring the parameters of emergency situations was modernized in order to exclude from the analysis objects present in the image that are obviously of no interest. To do this, each moving object present at a given moment in time on the scene was subjected to a classification procedure based on a dynamic feature vector. In order to further increase the number of contingencies, the method of classifying contingencies in the continuous flow of images includes two stages: 1) detection of the withdrawal of certain values of the feature vector components outside the defined values; 2) a method for identifying/classifying emergency situations. Testing of the proposed classification method and experimental testing confirmed its effectiveness.
