Данная работа посвящена исследованию модификации метода SHAP для локального объяснения предсказаний моделей классификации. Ключевая идея работы заключается в замене разницы Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ„ÑƒÐ½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹ или предсказаний в подсчете значений Шепли на значения метрик близости распределений вероятностей между распределениями вероятностей по классам, Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð²Ñ€Ð°Ñ‰Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑŽ. A key idea behind the modifications is to replace the difference of characteristic functions or predictions in the framework of Shapley values by values of divergence measures between the predicted class probability distribution. In the paper, both symmetric and non-symmetric divergence measures were studied. Numerical experiments which presented in the paper are illustrating method efficiency and allowing to analyze results obtained by different divergence metrics.

В данной работе освещается вопрос построения современного веб приложения, его Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹, Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ построения рабочего UI и взаимодействия приложения с базой Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ . Упор сделан на Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑŽ Hibernate, которая позволяет упростить разработчику работу по построению веб приложения, улучшить его Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñƒ и читаемость кода, а также на Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑŽ JSF с использованием компонентов PrimeFaces, помогающей разработчику в сжатые сроки создать многофункциональный интерфейс. Для компенсирования недостатков предлагается использовать ДАО модели объектов с написанием запросов в HQuery., This paper highlights the issues of building modern web applications, it describes the app architecture and the technologies of building maintainable UI interfaces, moreover it describes how this app is going to work with a database. Emphasis is placed upon Hibernate technology which can make the building of software easier for developers, also Hibernate improves architecture of the app itself and code readability overall. Furthermore, the paper emphasizes the use of JSF with PrimeFaces components, both suggesting help for the engineers to build in a short time a multifunctional interface. The advantages and disadvantages of these technologies will be described as well, like deletion of data from PostgreSQL database. To compensate for the disadvantages, it is proposed to use DAO objects in app architecture with extensive use of HQuery.

Предметом исследования в работе является разработка проекта процедуры «Использования методики защиты от Ð½ÐµÐ¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð½Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾ÑˆÐ¸Ð±Ð¾ÐºÂ». Целью данной работы является проведение анализа несоответствий на предприятии, разработка и внедрение ÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ñ€ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ð¹. Для написания работы были использованы теоретические методы исследования как анализ научно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ литературы, а также инструменты качества диаграмма Исикавы и закон Парето. Во время написания работы были рассмотрены теоретические вопросы по управлению несоответствиями на предприятии и причины Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ. В результате проведенного анализа на предприятии, был предложен комплекс мероприятий по снижению причин появления несоответствий для повышения эффективности предприятия. The object of research in this paper is the enterprise of Sezhong LLC, located in the city of St. Petersburg. The subject of the research is the development of a design procedure for "Using the method of protection against unintentional errors". The purpose of this work is to analyze inconsistencies in the enterprise, develop and implement corrective actions. To write the paper, we used theoretical research methods such as the analysis of scientific and technical literature, as well as quality tools such as the Ishikawa diagram and Pareto's law. During the writing of the paper, the theoretical issues of managing nonconformities in the enterprise and the reasons for their occurrence were considered. As a result of the analysis carried out at the enterprise, a set of measures was proposed to reduce the causes of inconsistencies in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. Scope of application: the procedure is available to all employees of the company. Conclusion: the implementation of the draft procedure for "Using the method of protection against unintentional errors" will reduce economic losses in the enterprise by reducing the number of causes of nonconformities.

The object of the study is the field of foreign economic activity of small and medium-sized enterprises of St. Petersburg. To be exact, the normative legal acts regulating the sphere of support for small and medium-sized enterprises and their foreign economic activities, the activities of state institutions aimed at supporting exports. Research methods-collection and analysis of the necessary information, its synthesis, comparison, methodology, analogy, deduction, induction, classification, and generalization. The result of the paper «Development of proposals for improving state support for the development of export-oriented small and medium-sized businesses in St. Petersburg» is the introduction of recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of state support measures for export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises. The novelty of the work is presented in the identification of bottlenecks in the field of SME support, including the shortcomings indicated by the enterprises themselves.

В настоящей работе исследованы международно-правовые аспекты обеспечения безопасности на Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ñ†Ð¸ÑÑ , а также ядерная безопасность в целом и как часть национальной безопасности. Автором рассмотрены различные историко-правовые, экономические, политические, дипломатические, стратегические и иные аспекты исследуемой темы. Так, в первой главе работы автор рассматривает понятие ядерной безопасности в целом, ядерной безопасности в Российской Федерации, а также соответствующие вопросы у Ð´Ñ€ÑƒÐ³Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ международного сообщества. Даны определения ключевым понятиям, рассмотрены наиболее важные регуляторы ядерной безопасности на международной арене. Во второй части работы автор подробно рассматривает тенденции развития обеспечения ядерной безопасности как между странами, так и внутри Российской Федерации. The author considers various historical and legal, economic, political, diplomatic, strategic and other aspects of the topic under study. Thus, in the first chapter of the work, the author examines the concept of nuclear safety in general, nuclear safety in the Russian Federation, as well as relevant issues in other countries of the international community. Definitions of key concepts are given, and the most important nuclear safety regulators in the international arena are considered. In the second part of the paper, the author examines in detail the trends in the development of nuclear safety both between countries and within the Russian Federation. In the third part of the work, the author analyzes the current state of Russian legislation in the field of nuclear protection, and dwells in detail on aspects related to the design and construction of new nuclear power plants. A number of proposals are put forward that could improve the existing level of legislation in the issue under study, which would reduce the chance of emergencies at facilities that use atomic energy in their work.

В данной работе изложено несколько способов для усовершенствования ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð°Ð»Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¼Ð¾Ð² обработки ÑÐ¿ÑƒÑ‚Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ . Даны общие понятия спутниковой навигации, описан сигнал GPS и принцип построения Ð½ÐµÐ¹Ñ€Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ¹. Проведены два испытания: статический и динамический, с целью выявления проблемы навигации с помощью GNSS приемников в режиме RTK. Впервые разработана модель Ñ€ÐµÐºÑƒÑ€Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¹Ñ€Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ в качестве одного из способов усовершенствования алгоритмов прогнозирования точности работы навигационной системы для Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑŠÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² в режиме RTK. Однако эти очень маленькие процентильные ошибки по-прежнему приводят к большим ошибкам в Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ð½Ð¾Ð·Ð°Ñ Ñ†Ð¸ÐºÐ»Ð° несущей., This paper describes several ways to improve existing algorithms for processing satellite data. There are given the general concepts of satellite navigation, a GPS signal and the principle of building neural networks. Two tests were carried out: static and dynamic, in order to identify navigation problems using GNSS receivers in RTK mode. For the first time, a model of recurrent neural networks has been developed as one of the ways to improve algorithms for predicting the accuracy of the navigation system for dynamic objects in RTK mode. Improvements in standard RTK positioning algorithms developed with RNN have been implemented and tested on existing devices with integrated GPS/GNSS sensors. As a result of the experiments, we can conclude that the methods presented in this paper were able to predict the carrier phase data with a very small percentage of errors. However, these very small percentile errors still lead to large errors in the carrier cycle predictions.

The technology of creating distributed applications is studied. A prototype of an information system for analyzing production enterprise events has been developed, which includes the ActiveMQ message broker and several applications-modules that perform data processing and analysis. This paper describes the essence of the approach to data analysis using artificial neural networks based on the use of the open library deeplearning4j. General concepts and classification of artificial neural networks and classical machine learning methods are given. The analysis of similar systems and applications is carried out. The technology of creation of the specified class of information systems is studied. A specific software implementation has been developed for processing various types of data: images, numerical data.

Тема ВКР: «Разработка проекта внедрения инструментов бережливого производства на промышленном предприятии». Предмет ВКР: инструменты бережливого производства. Целью ВКРявляется разработка проекта внедрения инструментов бережливого производства в ООО «Агрегатный завод». Методология ВКР: сравнительный, табличный, графический, метод анализа и другие статистические методы управления качеством. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ написания ВКРбыли получены информационные параметры, которые предоставили наиболее точное описание финансового положения ООО «Агрегатный завод», а также анализ конкурентов, внутренней и внешней среды предприятия с целью повышения эффективности его функционирования путем разработки проекта внедрения бережливого производства. Автором ВКРбыл проведен подробный анализ теоретической базы знаний, касающейся производственного процесса на основе концепции бережливое производство, дана краткая Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° ООО «Агрегатный завод», проведен анализ предприятия. Результаты ВКР: разработан проект по внедрению инструментов бережливого производства в компанию «Агрегатный завод». Затем данные инструменты были внедрены в ООО «Агрегатный завод» и рассчитана экономическая эффективность проекта. Проект оказался выгодным для предприятия. В данной работе приводится сравнительный анализ ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² к обучению иностранному языку в ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ Ñ†Ð¸Ñ„Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ образовательной среды. This paper provides a comparative analysis of modern approaches to teaching a foreign language in a digital educational environment, as well as a comparative analysis of electronic educational platforms and services that provide online communication. Within the framework of this study, the relevance of the application of the cognitive-communicative approach in the format of distance learning and online learning was substantiated. In addition, the paper compares the basic principles of the cognitive-communicative approach to learning with the key competencies of a competitive specialist, reflected in the "4C" model. This work provides a substantiation of the influence of the use of exercises, compiled in accordance with the principles of the cognitive communicative approach, on the formation of communication skills, cooperation, as well as on the development of creativity and critical thinking of future specialists in a digital educational environment. In addition, the paper examines the features of the digitalization process of the higher education system. Based on the results of the analysis, the most suitable platform for the implementation of cognitive-communicative methods was selected - Moodle, as well as a service for organizing online communication - Microsoft Teams. In accordance with the principles of the cognitive communicative approach to teaching a foreign language, exercises for teaching reading were developed. These exercises were carried out in a distance-learning format using electronic services such as Microsoft Teams and Moodle. Based on the results of these exercises, a survey was conducted among students, which showed that the implementation of exercises, compiled in accordance with the peculiarities of the cognitive-communicative methodology, contributes to the development of key competencies reflected in the "4C" model.

Цель работы – изучить и проанализировать методы ÑÐ¸Ð½Ñ Ñ€Ð¾Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ систем с Ñ Ð°Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ динамикой и методы передачи информации с помощью Ñ Ð°Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼. Объектом исследования выступают взаимосвязанные Ñ Ð°Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ генераторы. The goal of the paper is to study and analyze methods of synchronization of systems with chaotic dynamics and methods of information transfer using chaotic systems. The research object is interconnected chaotic oscillators. In the course of the work, the most common methods of synchronization were considered, their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Methods of application of synchronization of chaotic oscillations in systems of hidden information transmission are studied. The experimental part is a simulation of the synchronization of two chaotic oscillators and is implemented in the MATLAB software environment.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Особенности смешанного обучения иностранному (английскому) языку студентов ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ¿ÐµÑ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ (на основе обучения лексике)». В данной работе освещено понятие смешанного обучения, описаны его компоненты, Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ и особенности. Рассмотрены модели смешанного обучения иностранному языку. Описана актуальность использования смешанного обучения в ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸ÑÑ . This paper highlights the concept of blended learning. Its components and its features are described in the research paper. Some models of blended learning are considered. The relevance of using blended learning in modern realities is illustrated. As a result of the analysis of scientific literature, the features of teaching vocabulary to economics students have been revealed, and the stages of teaching vocabulary have been analyzed. The part of a blended training course has been developed which includes a distance component in the form of tasks in Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment). As a result of the pedagogical experiment, it was proved that blended learning has advantages over traditional and distance learning. The results of the experiment made it possible to reveal the effectiveness of the use of blended learning in the process of teaching vocabulary to economics students.

Данная работа посвящена анализу особенностей применения методов машинного обучения для классификации сигналов с аналоговой и цифровой модуляцией. В работе проведён обзор ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð² для классификации модуляций, который показал, что спектральные признаки Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚ для классификации как аналоговой, так и цифровой модуляции. Статистические признаки высокого порядка, используются для классификации Ñ†Ð¸Ñ„Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÑÑ†Ð¸Ð¹. В работе рассмотрено несколько алгоритмов машинного обучения, которые выполняют классификацию модуляций, и описаны Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ для расширения признаков. Классификаторы KNN и SVM - это два алгоритма обучения с учителем, которые позволяют классифицировать модуляцию с помощью Ð½ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð»ÑŒÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð²Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð². The given work is devoted to the analysis of the features of the application of machine learning methods for the classification of signals with analog and digital modulation. The paper reviews the existing features for the classification of modulations, which showed that spectral features are suitable for the classification of both analog and digital modulation. High-order statistical features are used to classify digital modulations. The paper considers several machine learning algorithms that perform the classification of modulations, and describes approaches for expanding features. KNN and SVM classifiers are two supervised learning algorithms that allow you to classify modulation using multiple input features. The KNN classifier is easier to implement for multi-class problems, while the SVM classifier provides a dividing hyperplane that is optimized for classification into two classes. Genetic programming allows you to select traits and create combinations of traits. The analysis of the works showed that the characteristics of the communication channel and the phase shift affect the accuracy of the classifier. A classifier based on a combination of GP and KNN shows the best classification accuracy, however, it has a higher computational complexity than the basic KNN classifier using the same features.

P. Pavlov», a list of the most significant signs of a patient that a doctor use to prescribe treatment, has been made. Based on the results of the analysis of the characteristics of the signs, a concept was proposed for constructing a system based on CBR technology, taking into account its implementation in a medical information system. The mathematical apparatus for describing the system is proposed. It is based on the calculation of the Sorensen-Chekanovsky index to determine the similarity of treatment cases with the current case, followed by the application of TOPSIS multicriteria decision analysis model to select the best treatment. As a result of the paper, the draft system is represented by an object-oriented model in UML notation with a detailed description of the system classes structure and action pattern of its components.

The results: The building of the business’ architecture before and after the data system’s implementation, the planning and description of the stage-by-stage process of implementation in accordance with the system requirements. Practical value of the paper is based in the results of the implementation of the developed software for the company: after the move to the new data system we evaluated its efficiency in comparison with the previously used system. We determined that the move had increased the company’s employees efficiency and allowed for the reduction in costs by cutting down on the number of employees and their salary.

Описываются особенности реализации программной системы под ОС Linux. Описываются основные тесты полученной системы, а также анализируется результат тестирования. В конце работы приводится анализ результатов о проделанной работе, а также дальнейшие планы., This paper discusses the main ways to synchronize content within a local network. The aim of the work is to develop a software system for synchronizing content within a local network, which will be convenient for both ordinary users and third-party system developers. The developed system is implemented for Linux/X11. The paper analyzes the existing solutions, identifies the main shortcomings of these solutions, formulates the final requirements for the system, in which these shortcomings will be eliminated, and also describes the architecture of the resulting system. The paper describes the features of the implementation of the software system under Linux OS. The main tests of the resulting system are described, and the test result is analyzed. At the end of the paper, an analysis of the results of the paper done, as well as further plans are given.

Данная работа была выполнена на базе методического материала Санкт-Петербургского ÐŸÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ университета Петра Великого, в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ которой были выполнены расчеты тепловой ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ комбинированной установки с повторным отводом теплоты, газодинамические поверочные расчеты компрессоров и газодинамические расчеты турбин с определением Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð² элементов проточной части утилизационной СО2- ЭУ. В результате работы были выполнены разработки научно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð² по созданию утилизационной турбоустановок, работающей на рабочем теле СО2. Выполнен обзор современной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ ÑÐ²ÐµÑ€Ñ ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ диоксида углерода для генерации электроэнергии. Модифицирована методика расчета тепловой ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ комбинированной установки с повторным отводом теплоты. This paper was based on methodical material St. Petersburg Polytechnic University Great Peter, during which calculations were performed thermal scheme combined plant with repeated removal of heat, gas dynamic calibration calculations compressors and turbines gas-dynamic calculations with the definition of the geometrical parameters of elements of the flow part of the utilization CO2-PP. As a result of the paper, the development of scientific and technical foundations for the creation of a recycling turbine unit operating on a CO2 working medium was carried out. A review of modern technology of supercritical carbon dioxide for power generation is carried out. The methodology for calculating the thermal circuit of a combined installation with re-heat removal has been modified. A modern special method for calculating radial-axial compressors for turbine plants operating on a carbon dioxide working medium has been developed. Simulation of radial-axial compressors has been made. The adequacy of the methodology and modeling system was verified. Optimization gas-dynamic calculations of turbines have been performed. Recommendations were formulated for the creation of a combined installation on a CO2 working medium.

The purpose of this paper is the development, application and study of the effectiveness of methods and algorithms of machine learning, which make it possible to estimate the parameters of dispersive systems in experiments with dynamic light scattering. In the course of the work, a literature review of dynamic light scattering and machine learning methods was carried out. In this work, theoretical knowledge about the form of the autocorrelation function of the scattered signal was used to generate synthetic data close to the available experimental ones. The paper presents possible operations for preliminary data processing, generation features for the most efficient training of models. Based on the data obtained, a review was made of the effectiveness of various machine learning methods, in particular, the selection of the optimal neural network topology for predicting the parameters of particles from the available scattering signals and their autocorrelation functions. Visualization of the results obtained, comparison of theoretical and practical plots for autocorrelation functions of signal scattering has been carried out.

The paper study the corona inception parameters such as electric field and voltage. The authors try to find a universal engineering method for calculating the corona inception parameters of many electrodes configurations. This paper uses the FreeFem++ program as a typical finite element method program. The authors analyze three typical calculating way of the corona inception parameters: empiric formulas' method and Townsend equation method and kinetic equations' method. From these methods the authors select the Townsend equation method as the most suitable for engineering practice. For this choice's approve the authors create the Townsend equation model for the well-known electrodes' configuration. This model can use for calculating the corona inception parameters on an overhead line's conductors. As a result, the authors discover strongly depends this engineering method on the Townsend coefficients' quality which are determined experimentally. So this method describes experimental data well only in few cases. Also, the authors give another reason of the difference between theory and experiment: few quantities and low quality of unipolar corona inception experimental data.

The paper examines how gender bias is conveyed through vocabulary and syntax in fifteen English video ads. The texts of the ads are divided into three categories — those representing female, male or mixed gender stereotype and are then compared using componential and contextual analysis. The vocabulary of the texts is divided into semantic groups or fields based on a fixed semantic criterion. The choice of words and syntactic structures is connected to the represented gender stereotype using the theory of gender linguistics. The pragmatic effect of these tendencies is explained, showing how the findings of the research may be used to further investigate the role of linguistics in marketing.

A large volume of results of experimental studies of the antifriction proper-ties of composite materials based on polytetraftorethylene and polyamide, made on a friction machine of rotational motion B-4 and developed in the laboratory of friction and lubrication of SPbPU, is presented. The given work is devoted to analysis of the application of neural networks for demodulating multifrequency signals when going through a channel with AWGN. The aim of the work is to evaluate the features of using neural networks for demodulating SEFDM signals. Four structures of fully connected neural networks for demodulating multi-frequency signals are implemented. Algorithms implemented with the help of a neural network were proposed: element-by-element reception, an algorithm that considers neighboring subcarriers and a modified full search. As a result of the work, a comparison of the computational complexity between all the proposed algorithms and the algorithm implemented earlier in another work was carried out. The training was conducted using the backpropagation. The computational complexity was calculated for 1 subcarrier. In the algorithm, considering the samples from neighboring subcarriers, it is not necessary to use more than four neighboring subcarriers, since the error probability remains unchanged, and the computational complexity increases. This result is reflected in this paper. We compared the modified full-search algorithm implemented in this paper, the algorithm considering neighboring subcarriers, with the reception algorithm based on full-search without considering neural networks, implemented in another paper. The results obtained indicate the energy gain of the demodulator using a neural network.

The subject of the research is Internet technologies as a tool for promoting small businesses. In the practical part, a competitive analysis was carried out, the strengths and weaknesses of the company were highlighted. Данная выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена на тему: «Распределение токов в проводе воздушной линии» и посвящена исследованию распределения токов внутри провода с учётом скин-эффекта. Работа выполнена с использованием языка программирования Python 3 и программы конечно-элементного моделирования FreeFem++ версии 4.8. В данной работе подробно рассмотрено распределение тока с учётом и без учёта скин-эффекта внутри провода ВЛ. Были составлены и сравнены между собой, а также с известным аналитическим решением, следующие численные модели: модель цилиндрического провода с круглым сечением, модель провода с учётом стального сердечника в виде системы Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÑÐ¾Ð¾ÑÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð² и модель провода с учётом конструкции провода. The object of this study is a research current distribution inside wire with skin-effect. The thesis was performed using the programming languages Python 3 and FreeFem++ v4.8, which uses the finite element method. In this paper thorough research of current distribution was considered for overhead conductors with and without skin-effect. Numerical solutions of current distribution were compiled and compared with each other and with theoretical solution. The following numerical models were considered: a model of a cylindrical conductor with circular cross section, model of a conductor with steel core as coaxial cylinder and model of conductor taking into account his construction. The comparison was made on the basis of data of GOST 839-2019 (Russian equivalent of EN 50182), describing bare wires, used on the overhead line, so that comparison was subject, but not purely theoretical. It can be concluded that current distribution in overhead conductor differ significantly from the uniform distribution, and with the increasing diameter the difference grows, reaching 50% and more in a number of cases. These findings make it possible to conclude that it is necessary to consider the real current distribution in overhead conductor.

Comparison in terms of gates number and critical path length is done. Исследование подтвердило гипотезу и продемонстрировало, что привлечение ресурсов корпусной лингвистики положительно сказывается на процессе формирования идиоматической компетенции., This paper examines the effectiveness of the use of corpus linguistics resources as a tool for the formation of idiomatic competence in the process of teaching English. The paper presents the main provisions of corpus linguistics, lists the methods of working with the corpus, and formulates the concept of idiomatic competence. To test the hypothesis, that the involvement of corpus linguistics resources will improve the quality of the process of forming idiomatic competence, a method of working with the British National Corpus was developed and a study was conducted. The study confirmed the hypothesis and demonstrated that the involvement of corpus linguistics resources has a positive effect on the process of forming idiomatic competence.

The object of the study is PJSC "IDGC of the North-West". The purpose of the bachelor's work is to assess the investment attractiveness of PJSC "IDGC of the North-West" and develop methods to improve it. The paper presents the theoretical aspects of assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The author's methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise was developed based on the assessment of quantitative and qualitative indicators applicable to the study of the activities of electric grid companies. The estimated documentation for all construction and installation and preparatory work has been developed. The paper examines the application of communication strategies in the logistics business in the B2B field. The paper analyzes the foreign experience of using communication strategies in companies of this segment. FEDEX LLC was chosen as the object of the study. The subject of the research is a developed communication strategy dedicated to increasing brand loyalty and informing customers about services. In the practical part, a competitive analysis was carried out, the strengths and weaknesses of the company were highlighted. Based on the recommendations, a communication strategy for 12 months was drawn up. As a result, recommendations were developed for planning and implementing an integrated communications strategy based on the company's experience.

Данная работа посвящена описанию возможностей внедрения модели смешанного обучения в преподавание курса профессионально-ориентированного английского языка в вузе и реализации смешанной формы обучения на электронной платформе LMS Moodle. Исследование проводилось с использованием реферирования теоретического материала. В практической части работы были задействованы такие методы, как педагогический эксперимент и опрос. The paper studies the opportunities of blended learning as applied to the teaching of professionally-oriented English at university and the development of the e-course on the basis of blended learning on the LMS Moodle platform. The study was conducted using the method of reviewing theoretical material. In the second part of the work, a pedagogical experiment and a poll were used. As a result, an effective system of exercises for the e-course was developed and tested, which is implemented at Peter the Great Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University. The diagram clearly shows the effectiveness of blended learning technology. The poll allowed us to state that the use of the technology within the rotational model has many significant advantages, which were highly appreciated by students. The e-course has been successfully improved and can be used to teach professionally-oriented English to other groups of students. The paper can be used for further course development.

Система состоит из Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÑ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„ÑƒÐ½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹: совместное редактирование, преобразование кода DocBook XML в PDF файл и предварительный просмотр ожидаемого PDF документа в реальном времени. Выполнено планирование и определение требований к системе на основе анализа ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ DocBook редакторов. The system has three main features: collaborative editing, transform DocBook XML code into a PDF file, and a real-time preview of the expected final PDF document. Agile software development methodology was used to create this system, starting with planning and system requirement elicitation based on analyzing already existing DocBook editors, followed by system design in which a UI/UX system representation was created, reaching the start of the implementation phase, and finally ending with system testing and maintenance. The outcome of this paper is a fully functional open-source online DocBook collaborative editor called “DarkDuck”, which overcomes the limitations of the already existing DocBook editors and adds many new useful missing features. DarkDuck was designed to help a variety of people with different interests to write DocBook documents collaboratively and efficiently with-out dealing with details happening under the hood.

Attention is drawn to the effect of the epidemic caused by the coronavirus infection (Covid-19) on the modern education system. Due to this, Russian universities had to switch to distance learning. In this context, the advantages and disadvantages of DL are given. The practical part of the paper, firstly, describes the results of the survey aimed to determine the demand for a particular virtual environment in the study of foreign languages, and secondly, the use of Miro virtual whiteboard during a lesson on teaching foreign dialogue to students of non-linguistic specialties is demonstrated.

Целью данной работы является разработка предложений по минимизации рисков совершения Ñ„Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ в сфере внешнеэкономической деятельности. Для достижения данной цели были поставлены следующие задачи:  проанализировать законодательную базу Российской Федерации и Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ в сфере противодействия вывода Ð´ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ€ÐµÐ´ÑÑ‚Ð² за границу;  проанализировать деятельность Федеральной службы по финансовому мониторингу;  выявление Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð² реализации «бегства капитала» посредством реализации Ð½ÐµÐ·Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹. В работе описаны основные современные способы вывода капитала путем трансграничного перемещения товаров, Данные способы имеют огромное значение для Ñ„Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‚ÑƒÑ‚Ð¾Ð², и представляют теоретическую и практическую базу для предотвращения попыток отмывания Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð². Оценка эффективности валютного контроля в данной работе предлагает методический Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ и выделяет социальный, экономический и организационный эффекты. Проводимые контрольные мероприятия смогут выявлять и устранять обнаруженные недостатки валютного контроля. В работе предложены и аргументированные мероприятия по совершенствованию валютного контроля в ÑÐ»ÐµÐ´ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑÑ : разработка и планирование действий в совершенствовании процедур по применению санкций, внедрение информационно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€ в системе управления процессами осуществления валютного контроля., The purpose of this work is to develop proposals to minimize the risks of financial transactions in the field of foreign economic activity. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set:  to analyze the legislative base of the Russian Federation and the measures taken in the field of counteracting the withdrawal of funds abroad;  analyze the activities of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service;  identification of mechanisms for the implementation of "capital flight" through the implementation of illegal trade operations. The paper describes the main modern methods of capital withdrawal through the cross-border movement of goods. These methods are of great importance for financial institutions, and represent a theoretical and practical basis for preventing attempts to launder income. Assessment of the effectiveness of foreign exchange control in this work proposes a methodological approach and highlights the social, economic and organizational effects. The control measures carried out will be able to identify and eliminate the discovered deficiencies in currency control. The paper also proposes well-reasoned measures to improve currency control in the following areas: development and planning of actions to improve procedures for the application of sanctions, the introduction of information technology infrastructures in the system for managing the processes of currency control.
