This study discusses innovations in society, globalization and the role of the educator in forming citizens is a role that increasingly deserves the improvement of knowledge and the humanized and critical vision of those who teach. In the last two centuries, education has been characterized by Newtonian-Cartesian thinking that defined the reproduction and fragmentation of knowledge. The advent of the knowledge society and the facilities gained by the computerized network lead to the search for methodologies that meet an emerging paradigm. It was concluded that it is necessary for teaching professionals to use dynamic activities in their classes, which explore the best of students, due to the heterogeneity of schools, this allows the construction of new proposals, as there are different subjects in which Everyone has their own aptitude and the professional can work across these differences.
