In order to achieve this, the present dissertation studied the environmental indicators used by the company; it analyzed whether the industrial unit studied impacts the residents of the local community; it investigated the practice of greenwashing in the main product and verified compliance with health and safety legislation focusing on Regulatory Norms. This study established criteria for the evaluation of the level of transparency based on four stakeholders: workers, the local community, clients and public administration. The data collection instrument used for the first two was the questionnaire and the transparency was analyzed through the investigation of greenwashing for the clients. In addition, for the Public Administration, this analysis was done through searching of tax assessment and fines on the main regulatory agencies sites. Based on the Multicriteria Methodology in Support of Decision-Constructivist (MCDA-C) and through the analysis of the decision maker, levels of Business Transparency were elaborated for each party involved. Any stakeholder reached the level defined as "Good"; therefore, it was concluded that the Corporate Transparency of the company studied is unsatisfactory. As a result, it is highlighted the contribution of this work for the improvement of the management system of the company studied related to health and safety, environment, greenwashing and corporate transparency O presente trabalho objetivou analisar a transparência empresarial de uma indústria de beneficiamento de papel tissue localizada no estado do Rio de Janeiro. Para tal, a presente dissertação levantou os indicadores ambientais usados pela empresa; analisou se a unidade industrial estudada causa impactos aos moradores da comunidade local; investigou a prática do greenwashing no principal produto e verificou o atendimento à legislação de saúde e segurança do trabalho, com foco nas Normas Regulamentadoras. Para tal análise, este estudo estabeleceu critérios para a avaliação do grau de transparência com base em quatro stakeholders: os trabalhadores, a comunidade local, os clientes e a administração pública. O instrumento de coleta utilizado para os dois primeiros, foram questionários, já para os clientes, a transparência foi analisada por meio da investigação do greenwashing e, quanto à Administração Pública, essa análise se deu por meio de buscas por autuações e multas nos sites dos principais órgãos fiscalizadores. Com base na Metodologia Multicritério em Apoio à Decisão-Construtivista (MCDA-C), através da análise do decisor, foram elaborados níveis de Transparência Empresarial para cada parte envolvida. Como nenhum stakeholder alcançou o nível definido como Bom , concluiu-se que a Transparência Empresarial da empresa estudada está insatisfatória. Como resultado, destaca-se a contribuição deste trabalho para o aperfeiçoamento do sistema de gestão da empresa estudada nos assuntos relacionados à saúde e segurança, meio ambiente, greenwashing e transparência empresarial

Analysis of the papers published in the Brazilian Magazine of Pedagogical Studies 1980 to 2016. The main question is: Which theoretical and methodological perspectives and courses in the YAE published at the periodic BMPS, at the period of 1980 - 2016? In the beginning, the objective was to map researches about the YAE. At this first moment, was realized an exploratory and random research in 24 periodic Capes Qualis A1, A2 and B1 list, in the aim of, starting with the content of this publications, identify the discussions about the thematic Youth and Adults Education and build a new list of descriptors to increase and enhance the search at the periodic BMPS, considering the period 1980 2016. After this step, was made a second uplift, a bibliographical documental study, which has made possible to select and to map, from the descriptors Adults Education, Youth and Adults Education, Youth and Adults Literacy, Mobral Substitution, Popular Education, Permanent Education, Right to Education, Learn throughout life and Learning throughout life, 43 papers, 36 online and 7 printed. The 43 papers were analyzed from the descriptors, taking in consideration theoretical methodological perspectives and courses of the research, having as a theoretical fundament the analysis of Pierre Boudieu, Jean-Claude Chamboredon and Jean-Claude Passeron (2010), Florestan Fernandes (2004), Michel Thiollent (1987), Miriam Limoeiro Cardoso (1976), and others, searching the comprehension of how the researchers of YAE has been operating with their theoretical methodological perspectives at the researches developed and published in the period BMPS, from 1980 to 2016. In the follow analysis, it is observed, from the descriptors: Adults Education and Youth and Adults Education; Youth and Adults Literacy; Mobral Substitution; Popular Education and Learn throughout life; Right to Education the same methodological quality in the recorded researches in the selected papers. Even with different features concerning the thematic and the different approaches, all the papers present in the resumes and in their full text, indications of qualitative researches, in their majority instrumentalized by ethnographic approach techniques, by application of quizzes, by directed interviews, a literature review, of construction and field diary techniques, and other techniques and own approaches from qualitative researches. This identification made possible to conclude, upon a theoretical framework of the research, that the majority of the 43 papers are classified as empiric works because they present statistics data or other researcher s data, but with little analysis or little or none theorizing. Those papers has the features of descriptive texts in the level of approach and of the researcher s abstraction because they register only the author s comprehension in their study practices and debates and their own experiences in the classroom and of conceptions formed by YAE students. Works in which the authors concern showing results of their experiences with students, as well as the documental analysis results, of studies and debates and some review of literature Este trabalho tem como temática perspectivas e percursos teórico metodológicos nas pesquisas sobre Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Análises de publicações na Revista Brasileira de Estudos Pedagógicos - 1980 a 2016. A pergunta de partida é a seguinte: Quais perspectivas e percursos teórico-metodológicos aparecem nas pesquisas sobre EJA publicadas no periódico RBEP, no período 1980 - 2016? Na fase inicial, o objetivo foi mapear pesquisas sobre a EJA. Nesse primeiro momento, foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória e aleatória em uma lista de 24 periódicos Capes Qualis A1, A2 e B1, a fim de, a partir do conteúdo dessas publicações, identificar as discussões sobre a temática Educação de Jovens e Adultos e construir uma nova lista de descritores para ampliar e robustecer as buscas no periódico RBEP, considerando o período 1980 2016. Após essa etapa, procedeu-se a um segundo levantamento, um estudo bibliográfico-documental, que possibilitou selecionar e mapear, a partir dos descritores Educação de Adultos, Educação de Jovens e Adultos, Alfabetização de Jovens e Adultos, Mobral Suplência e Supletivo, Educação Popular, Educação Permanente, Direito à Educação, Aprender ao Longo da Vida e Aprendizagem ao Longo da Vida, 43 artigos, 36 online e 7 impressos. Os 43 artigos foram analisados a partir dos descritores, considerando-se as perspectivas e os percursos teórico-metodológicos das pesquisas, tendo como fundamentação teórica as análises de Pierre Bourdieu, Jean-Claude Chamboredon e Jean-Claude Passeron (2010), Florestan Fernandes (2004), Michel Thiollent (1987), Miriam Limoeiro Cardoso (1976), entre outros, buscando compreender como os pesquisadores da área da EJA têm operado com suas perspectivas teórico-metodológicas nas pesquisas desenvolvidas e publicadas no periódico RBEP, de 1980-2016. Nas análises empreendidas, observa-se, a partir dos descritores: Educação de Adultos e Educação de Jovens e Adultos; Alfabetização de Jovens e Adultos; Suplência, Supletivo e Mobral; Educação Popular e Aprender por Toda Vida; Direito à Educação uma igualdade na qualidade metodológica das pesquisas registradas nos artigos selecionados. Mesmo tendo suas características diferenciadas no que diz respeito às temáticas e às suas diferentes abordagens, todos os artigos apresentam em seus resumos e no corpo dos textos completos, indicações de pesquisas qualitativas, em sua maioria instrumentalizadas por técnicas de abordagem etnográficas, por aplicação de questionários, pelo empreendimento de entrevistas dirigidas e semidirigidas, pelo trabalho de estado da arte, de estado do conhecimento, de revisão de literatura, de construção e de estudo de memoriais, de análise de narrativas orais, de registros de experiências e de técnicas de diários de campo entre outras técnicas e abordagens próprias das pesquisas qualitativas. Essa identificação possibilitou concluir, mediante quadro teórico da pesquisa, que a maioria dos 43 artigos se configura pesquisas classificadas como trabalhos empíricos porque apresentam dados estatísticos ou dados de pesquisa já realizadas por outros pesquisadores, mas com pouca análise e pouca ou nenhuma teorização. Esses artigos têm características de textos descritivos no que se refere ao nível de abordagem e de abstração do pesquisador porque registram somente a compreensão do autor em suas práticas de estudos e debates e em relatos de suas próprias experiências em trabalhos de sala de aula e de concepções formuladas por estudantes da EJA. São trabalhos em que os autores se ocupam em apresentar resultados de vivências e experiências com estudantes, bem como resultados de análise documental, de estudos e debates e de algumas revisões de literatura

Preventive conservation is the best way to protect the materials, and, for that purpose, it is necessary to have suitable knowledge on analytical methods for each specific damage on the materials. Archaeometry can offer a wide range of possibilities that can contribute for the study, conservation and treatment of the cultural heritage. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the use of various archeometric tools for the preservation and preventive conservation of cultural heritage of paper. In the first chapter, a study of the microbiota present in specialized public library was characterized via classic microbiology and molecular biology and the inhibitory concentration of a chemical compound was stablished on the growth of the single species. The results indicated the lack of cross contamination in the library and a good efficiency of ortophenylphenol as a fungistatic agent in the concentration of 400 mg.L-1. In the second chapter it was studied iron-gall inks prepared from hydrolysable and condensed tannins, at different iron concentrations, using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique as research to observe nonreactive iron deposits in paper surface, and it was determined by chemical tests, the content of total and condensed tannins in the inks, to confirm the results obtained by SEM.The results indicated that in the first simulation hydrolysable tannins from Castanea sativa and Caesalpinia spinosa were more stable due to the higher reactivity with iron, while condensed tannins from Acacia sp. presented reduced reactivity, contributing for the formation of aggregates in the surface of paper strips, leading to the conclusion that degradation patterns could be explained in terms of reactivity. Beyond this, the determination of tannins concentration explained the formation of aggregate particles by microscopy. In chapter three a study with the help of atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), desorption of non-removal iron for four iron gall inks with different concentrations of iron was conducted, evaluating the kinetics of iron-removal for two calcium phytate solutions applying pseudo first-order and second-order models. The results presented an iron kinetics removal around 15 minutes for both phytate solutions. The most diluted calcium phytate solution proved to be as efficient as the most concentrated solution. Pseudo first-order equation fit experimental data more precisely, thus confirming the rapid kinetics, confirming the possibility of introducing simultaneous baths in a wide range of documents. In chapter four, eight different types of paper were studied with respect to its capacity to impregnate iron gall ink, the non-reactive iron accumulation and fungal attack susceptibility. The EAA and SEM techniques showed that the interaction of inks with the papers directly depends on the particular characteristics of these supports. Furthermore, the chemical corrosion caused by the use of iron gall ink favored microbiological corrosion by fungi in all types of paper O patrimônio cultural de papel engloba documentos antigos que devem ser preservados, por apresentarem risco de deterioração. A conservação preventiva é a melhor forma de proteger tais objetos, e, para isso, é necessário se ter o conhecimento de métodos analíticos adequados para cada casoespecífico de dano. A Arqueometria oferece um grande leque de ferramentas que contribuem para o estudo, conservação e tratamento da herança cultural. Desta forma, o objetivo geral deste trabalho foi investigar o emprego de diversas ferramentas arqueométricas para a preservação e conservação preventiva do patrimônio cultural de papel. No primeiro capítulo a microbiota presente em uma biblioteca pública especializada foi caracterizadaatravés do emprego de microbiologia clássica e biologia molecular e a concentração mínima inibitória de um agente químico sobre o crescimento das espécies isoladas foi investigada. Os resultados indicaram a ausência de contaminação cruzada na biblioteca e a boa eficiência do ortofenilfenol como fungistático na concentração de 400 mg.L-1. No segundo capítuloforam estudadas tintas ferrogálicas preparadas a partir de taninos comerciais hidrolisáveis e condensados, contendo diferentes concentrações de ferro, utilizando a microscopia eletrônica de varredura (MEV) como técnica de investigação de depósitos de ferro não reativos em superfície de papel, e determinou-se, por ensaios químicos, o conteúdo de taninos totais e condensados nas tintas, visando confirmar os resultados obtidos por MEV. Os resultados mostraram que os taninos hidrolisáveis da Castanea sativa e Caesalpinia spinosa foram mais estáveis devido à maior reatividade com o ferro, enquanto que os taninos condensados da Acacia sp. apresentaram menor reatividade, contribuindo assim para a formação de agregados na superfície das tiras de papel, podendo-se concluir que os padrões de degradação podem ser explicados em termos de reatividade. Além disso, a determinação da concentração de taninos condensados explicou a formação de partículas de agregado em observações microscópicas. No capítulo três estudou-se, com o auxílio da espectrometria de absorção atômica (EAA), a dessorção do ferro não reativo de quatro tintas ferrogálicas com diferentes concentrações de ferro, avaliando a cinética de remoção do ferro por duas soluções de fitato de cálcio, aplicando os modelos de pseudo-primeira e segunda ordem. Os resultados apresentaram uma cinética de remoção em torno de 15 minutos, por ambas as soluções de fitato. A solução mais diluída de fitato de cálcio mostrou ser tão eficiente quanto a solução mais concentrada. O modelo cinético de pseudo-primeira ordem ajustou melhor os dados experimentais, confirmando uma cinética rápida; que permite a introdução de banhos simultâneos numa ampla gama de documentos. No capítulo quatro, oito tipos diferentes de papel foram estudados com relação à sua capacidade de impregnação de tintas ferrogálicas, ao acúmulo de ferro não reativo e à susceptibilidade fúngica. As técnicas EAA e MEV mostraram que a interação das tintas com os papéis depende diretamente das características particulares desses suportes. Além disso, a corrosão química, provocada pelo uso da tinta ferrogálica, favoreceu a corrosão microbiológica por fungos em todos os tipos de papel

That is, media play an important role in the socialization process. One could assert that the media transmits values, ideologies and beliefs from which social representations about certain groups emerge. As an element in the public opinion formation, the media also has an important effect in how sport is practiced and develops. Nowadays is impossible to think of a major sports event without the media presence. In this sense, is easy to notice that what the media covers and how performs that coverage, and frame the participants in each sport, can be issues that create barriers due to stereotypes, trivialization and underrepresentation. Therefore, this study aims to analyse how the Paralympic athletes were portrayed by the media, through content analysis, and the reception os these representations by the athletes. We analyse the media coverage including the analysis of the newspapers structural elements, photographs, terminologies and stereotypes/slogans of the 2012 Paralympic Games in four Brazilian newspapers O Globo, Folha de S. Paulo, Zero Hora e Estado de Minas and interviewed six athletes. In general, our results show that in terms of images the athlete with major visibility is male with a physical disability amputee, wheelchair user, visual disability which is not hidden by the papers, the generic such as the athletes´names, nationality and age and sportive such the terms athletes , competitors , champion , etc. terminologies were more used, as well as sportive slogans. Meaning, that athletes sportive abilities, or identity, were more frequently framed than their disability. At the interviews we noticed that some athletes prefer to be portrayed exclusively as high level athletes, although others as an example of overcoming. However the strongest theme was the indissociability of the characteristics of the being in its presentation. The interviewees want sport and disability to be portrayed as important parts of their identity O contato com conteúdo dos meios de comunicação oferece uma forma de diálogo que abre portas invisíveis para o mundo, auxiliando o indivíduo em seu sentimento de pertença, fortalecendo sua conexão a diversos grupos. Ou seja, os meios desempenham um papel importante no processo de socialização. Podemos afirmar que a mídia transmite valores, ideologias e crenças das quais emergem representações sociais acerca de determinados grupos. Como elemento na formação da opinião pública, a mídia também tem um importante efeito em como o esporte se desenvolve e é praticado. Atualmente é impossível pensar em um grande evento esportivo sem a presença dos meios de comunicação. Assim é fácil notarmos que o que a mídia cobre e como realiza essa cobertura, e trata os participantes em cada esporte, podem ser questões que criam barreiras devido a estereótipos, trivialização e sub-representação. Portanto, este estudo visa analisar a construção da figura do atleta paralímpico na mídia, através da análise de conteúdo, e sua recepção pelos atletas representados. Para isso analisamos a cobertura midiática incluindo a análise de elementos estruturais do jornal, fotografias, terminologias e estereótipos/slogans dos Jogos Paralímpicos de 2012 em quatro jornais O Globo, Folha de S. Paulo, Zero Hora e Estado de Minas e entrevistamos seis atletas. Em linhas gerais, nossos resultados apontam que em termos de imagem o atleta com maior visibilidade é do sexo masculino com deficiência física amputado, cadeirante ou com deficiência visual , que não foi escondida nas imagens; as terminologias genéricas como o nome, nacionalidade e idade do atleta e esportivas como os termos atletas , competidores , campeão , etc. foram mais utilizadas; e os slogans esportivos também apareceram em maior número. Ou seja, as habilidades, ou identidade, esportivas do atleta foram mais enquadradas com mais frequência do que sua deficiência. Nas entrevistas percebemos que alguns atletas preferem ser representados exclusivamente como atletas de alto nível, enquanto outros como exemplo de superação, no entanto, o tema mais forte apresentou-se como a indissociabilidade das características do ser em sua apresentação; os entrevistados querem que o esporte e a deficiência sejam representados como partes importantes que compõe sua identidade.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Tese Claudia Barbosa Teixeira.pdf: 8906733 bytes, checksum: fb43a6f2b56e22b4f1b6a93fbdfc5703 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2015-03-31 Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro The process of urban mesh formation of Rio de Janeiro city, among others was involved by the religious feeling of its inhabitants, who in many cases congregated themselves in religious associations that had exerted an important social, economic and political paper in Carioca´s society in the period of 1763 to 1840. This study has as objective to point the Laypeople Orders - Third Orders and Brotherhoods - that in the exercise of its territoriality had blunted as one of the agents of formation of the downtown urban mesh out of the limits established until the end of XVIII century. For in such a way, one searched to unmask the strategical actions of these associations that with its devotional practices as processions, parties and pilgrimages, would have appropriated of downtown territory. Equally it was investigated if from this occupation were executed improvements at the region, either on the part of the administration of the city, either on the part of its proper integrants. It had been proceeded analyses from the architecture of the churches of the Third Orders and Brotherhoods in the region in order to verify which were the influences of the religious feeling and ecclesiastical disposals in the project of these units and to identify in the typology of the symbolic forms of the construction the presence or not of standardization between them. O processo de formação da malha urbana da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, entre outros, foi permeado pelo sentimento religioso de seus habitantes, que em muitos casos reuniam-se em associações religiosas que exerceram um importante papel social, político e econômico na sociedade carioca no período de 1763 a 1840. O presente estudo tem por objetivo apontar as Ordens Leigas - Ordens Terceiras e Irmandades - que no exercício de sua territorialidade, despontaram como um dos agentes de formação da malha urbana do centro da cidade para fora dos limites estabelecidos até o final do século XVIII. Para tanto, buscou-se desvendar as ações estratégicas dessas associações que com suas práticas devocionais como procissões, festas e peregrinações, teriam se apropriado do território do centro da cidade. Igualmente foi investigado, se a partir dessa ocupação, foram executados melhoramentos na região de entorno, seja por parte da administração da cidade, seja por parte de seus próprios integrantes. Foram procedidas análises da arquitetura das igrejas das Ordens Terceiras e Irmandades inseridas na região a fim de verificar quais as influências do sentimento religioso e das disposições eclesiásticas no projeto desses exemplares e identificar na tipologia das formas simbólicas da construção a presença ou não de padronização entre elas.

The objective is to check how the journalism aspect of liberal reacted to the political and social changes of the period, seeking to identify the possible influence of this sector on public opinion. Addressing specifically the print journalism, analysis searches for understanding how the journalistic companies acted politically in favor of economic and ideological interests. Esta pesquisa avalia a imprensa brasileira da década anterior ao golpe civil-militar (1955/64) que encerrou a experiência democrática. O objetivo é verificar como o jornalismo de vertente liberal reagiu às transformações políticas e sociais do período, buscando identificar a possível influência deste setor sobre a opinião pública. Tratando especificamente do jornalismo impresso, a análise buscará entender como as empresas jornalísticas atuaram politicamente em favor de interesses econômicos e ideológicos.

Among our main objectives, we can highlight the review about the rise of the character in the media and it´s popularity in carnival. As methodology, we will use a qualitative analysis and discourse analysis of the newspaper O Dia, correlating the facts published in the journal with the thought of authors who study social representations, body and communication. We will also make a quantitative survey in order to check the rise in the number of material produced about the character. This contribution will guide our central question, in other words, how the character Rainha de Bateria appears in the newspaper O Dia, and how this media gives prominence to the character in the contemporary world Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar as representações sociais das Rainhas de Bateria das escolas de samba do grupo especial do Rio de Janeiro por meio das matérias publicadas no jornal popular O Dia. Também realizaremos a discussão acerca da ascensão e popularização do personagem diante da mídia. Como metodologia, utilizaremos a análise qualitativa de discurso, promovendo uma correlação entre as notas e reportagens publicadas no periódico, com o pensamento de autores que abordam comunicação, corpo e representações sociais. Também utilizaremos a análise quantitativa, que nos indicará, de maneira prática, se houve algum aumento das matérias produzidas sobre as Rainhas de Bateria na mídia popular carioca. Tal contribuição norteará nossa questão central, ou seja, a forma que o personagem Rainha de Bateria aparece no jornal O Dia, e, de que maneira esta mídia vem atribuindo, ao longo dos anos, destaque a essas mulheres. Assim, poderemos analisar se a popularização da imagem destas Rainhas, ultrapassa, no contexto atual, a imagem das próprias escolas de samba do grupo especial no Rio de Janeiro

For this, start with considering the performance of these two agents. The incorporator as responsible for building and sale of homes. And the State presented as a measure of conflict and provider of public policies for the urban requalification and solving the housing issue. Both also act on the recovery process, where the production of the urban land and rent of land attributes are inherited from by the action of these agents. In this sense, the expansion of capital of incorporation with the assistance of the state, especially with the advent of the program My House, My life, stimulated the growth performance of the property market in the neighborhood. And as attractive factors stimulated by investors are important central built over time and the current and future planned sub-center, or malls West Shopping and the ParkShopping Campo Grande. However, this process of ongoing real estate boom in the neighborhood is attracting new residents and larger role of private capital, such as building towers. A presente pesquisa busca compreender o papel do Estado e do Capital Incorporador no processo de reestruturação urbana do bairro de Campo Grande, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, através da produção de moradias. Para isto, parte das reflexões sobre a atuação destes dois agentes. O incorporador como responsável pela construção e comercialização de habitações, e o Estado apresentado como medidor de conflitos e provedor de políticas públicas voltadas para a requalificação urbana e solução da questão habitacional. Ambos, também agem no processo de valorização, onde a produção da mercadoria solo urbano e a renda da terra são atributos herdados pela ação destes agentes. Neste sentido, a expansão do capital de incorporação com o auxilio do Estado, principalmente com o advento do Programa Minha Casa, Minha vida, estimulou o crescimento da atuação do mercado imobiliário no bairro. Como fatores atrativos estimulado pelos investidores estão a importante centralidade construída ao longo do tempo e o atual e futuro subcentro planejado, ou seja, os shoppings West Shopping e o ParkShopping Campo Grande. Contudo, este processo de expansão imobiliária em curso no bairro vem atraindo novos moradores e maior atuação do capital privado, como a construção de torres empresariais.

The elements that represent the nation, as hymns, flags, banknotes, are shaped as collective narratives in the creation work and in the aesthetic aspects that constitute them. The Brazilian banknotes studied in this research, produced by the Brazilian Mint, are constitutive of one of these narratives, that modify throughout the definitive secular clipping for this study. In the visual proposals of the banknotes relations in such a way between individual and the collective one are congregated, as much as between the different groups that exist in the Brazilian society. Only after the nationalization of the projects, this discursive space finds in the artists who draw the paper-currency enough inserted actors in the cultural context of the Brazilian society, in better conditions to express these relations. The purpose of this work is to make the identification of the visual fragments unified into the plastic space of the studied banknotes, changed in collective narratives of the brazility. As imagens que se constituem em símbolos do Estado são representativas de bem mais do que as vontades individuais dos seus criadores. Os elementos de representação da nação, como hinos, bandeiras, cédulas, são narrativas coletivas plasmadas no trabalho de criação e nos aspectos estéticos que os constituem. As cédulas brasileiras, produzidas pela Casa da Moeda do Brasil e aqui estudadas, constroem uma destas narrativas, que se modifica ao longo do recorte temporal determinado para essa pesquisa. Nas propostas visuais das cédulas estão congregadas relações tanto entre o individual e o coletivo, quanto entre os diferentes grupos que existem na sociedade brasileira. Somente após a nacionalização dos projetos é que esse espaço discursivo encontra, nos artistas que desenham o papel-moeda, atores suficientemente inseridos no contexto cultural da sociedade brasileira para melhor expressar essas relações. Este trabalho tem por objetivo identificar, no universo estudado, os fragmentos visuais que, unificados no espaço plástico das cédulas, transformam-se em narrativas coletivas da brasilidade.

T he main subjects in rowing in the political press used to make reference to the limits of the Liberalism at the Empire, the nature of the Moderating Power, the War of Paraguay, the leave of the Zacarias de Góes e Vasconcelos Cabinet, and the rise of the Conservatives. Esta dissertação objetiva analisar, de maneira comparativa, a interferência dos periódicos Opinião Liberal 1866 e 1870 e A Reforma nos anos de 1869 a 1870, na formação de uma esfera pública no Rio de Janeiro Capital Imperial. Contexto de profunda instabilidade política por que passava o Império do Brasil, considerado pela historiografia como de crise política, que desaguaria em curto prazo no movimento republicano. Nesta fase, a imprensa apresentava um importante papel na constituição do debate público, apesar da escassa, porém atuante opinião pública , além da importância da imprensa como meio de esclarecimento e formação do público leitor. Since it is a relatively new media, we believe it is important to investigate how it is being used. Among many photologs, which are generally used as a online diary or a photographic album, we have found two artists who have decided to give their photologs an artistic use. Therefore, we analyze this different way of using fotologs by investigating how both the artists re-signify them and how the creative relationship between the artist and the photolog occurs. First, we have presented the concepts of technique, digital art evolution, cyberculture and photography. Then, based on Art and Comunication theories, we analyze these photologs images, as a way to investigate how these artists re-signify the photolog concept. O fotolog é uma espécie de diário íntimo online. Por ser um espaço relativamente novo, julgamos pertinente o estudo de como tal meio está sendo utilizado. Entre muitos fotologs que funcionam como um diário ou álbum de fotografias de seus usuários, encontramos dois exemplos de artistas que se apropriaram do meio fotolog para fazerem dele um uso artístico. Assim, pretendemos analisar de que forma se dá esse uso diferenciado do fotolog, investigando o papel do artista na ressignificação do meio, a relação do artista com tal meio, a comparação com o uso que normalmente se faz dos fotologs e que aspectos diferenciados o artista poderia trazer como contribuição ao uso do fotolog. Iniciamos com um quadro evolutivo que abrange as variantes técnicas e artísticas que precederam o surgimento do fotolog, abordando assuntos como técnica, evolução da arte digital, cibercultura e fotografia. Após tal trabalho de contextualização, vamos analisar as imagens desses dois fotologs artísticos com base em referencial teórica relativo à arte e à comunicação, para investigar como é feita essa ressignificação do meio por parte das artistas em questão.

The research was made from different sources, such as specialized books, internal documents from Casa da Moeda do Brasil and from Banco Central do Brasil, as well as interviews with key people involved with the design of brazilian bank notes from 1970 to 2010. This study points towards an increasing nationalization of the graphic design of brazilian paper money since the 1960s, with the approval of a five-cruzeiro bank note design, marking the beginning of the nationalization of bank note design and production in Brazil, achieved with the issue of the bank note series designed by Aloísio Magalhães, and the technical improvements at Casa da Moeda do Brasil at the end of the 1970s. Este trabalho é uma investigação da história do papel-moeda brasileiro, do cruzeiro de 1970 ao real de 2010, do ponto de vista do Design Gráfico, considerando as dimensões histórica, tecnológica e política do objeto dinheiro impresso. Foram levantados dados de diferentes fontes, como bibliografia especializada, documentos da Casa da Moeda do Brasil e do Banco Central, bem como entrevistas com profissionais envolvidos nos projetos de papel-moeda brasileiro no período de 1970 a 2010. O estudo aponta para uma crescente nacionalização do processo de projeto gráfico do papel-moeda brasileiro a partir dos anos 1960, com a aprovação da proposta da cédula de cinco cruzeiros pela Casa da Moeda, dando início à nacionalização definitiva dos trabalhos de projeto e de produção de cédulas pelo Brasil, atingida com o lançamento da família de cédulas projetada por Aloísio Magalhães, e com a modernização da Casa da Moeda no final dos anos 1970.

The paper was published between 2004 and 2008. For the analysis of this print, the methodology has been centered in the production, circulation and thinking of the journal. Also analyzing about the possible senses composed in the inmate's writings, for a better understanding of this woman's daily practices, regarding such a peculiar society, and making by that, a record of a unique way of life. Considering the above mentioned background, I tried to understand this material in its destinies and representations, digging deep in its details and peculiarities , searching its universe of meanings and the possibility of understanding the established relations by this subjects deprived of freedom with the possibility of writing inside prison , allowing for us to get to know who were the inmates, how they expressed their sensibilities and subjectivities ,how they lived, why they wrote, and what kind of problems they faced. For the analysis of this periodical I had to get close to elements and methodologies bounded to the History of Writing and also to authors that research and cover the subject of females incarceration. So, the developed interpretation is supported by authors that point out the importance to understand the writings and its foundations. Scholars that debate writers that lived in scenarios of confinement that usually search to occupy their time, experimenting with freedom, or escaping loneliness. Authors that helped to comprehend the writings and representations of one himself and also researchers of History of Education that think and discuss the importance of the journal as a source of investigation. This theme is over a narrow line between many fields of research. During this dissertation I dialog with anthropologists and sociologists whom have useful data regarding the prison world and refine our understanding .The work of research about the journals stood for a better perspective on this females inmate s reality, giving value for their writings in a scenario where the rigorous institutional systems eventually dehumanize women.Thus, the right to read and write in prison fan educational and social aspect that is key for the female prisoners survival inside of the institution.This research reflects about the oppression against female inmates and also contributes to build opportunity and rights to the inmates, allowing them dignity and better life conditions while incarcerated. O jornal da Penitenciária Feminina Talavera Bruce, intitulado Só Isso!, produzido no período de 2004 a 2008, constitui objeto e fonte privilegiada nesta dissertação. Na análise do impresso, a metodologia de pesquisa esteve centrada na produção, circulação e recepção do referido jornal, buscando refletir sobre os possíveis sentidos constituídos nas escritas das apenadas, para uma melhor compreensão das práticas cotidianas dessas mulheres, principalmente, no que tange a uma realidade tão específica, fazendo emergir o registro de um modo de vida tão particular. Nesse sentido, busquei compreender o impresso pesquisado em seus destinos e representações mergulhando em nuances e particularidades que o tema comporta, buscando o universo de significados, isto é, a possibilidade de entendimento acerca das relações estabelecidas por esses sujeitos privados liberdade com a escrita na prisão, o que permitiu perceber quem são apenadas, como expressam suas sensibilidades e subjetividades, como vivem, por que escrevem e quais dificuldades enfrentam. Para analisar esse periódico, aproximei-me de fundamentos e de metodologia vinculados à História da Cultura Escrita e também de autores que auxiliaram a problematizar as questões voltadas para as vicissitudes do encarceramento feminino. Sendo assim, a interpretação desenvolvida está alicerçada em autores que apontam e problematizam a importância de compreender a escrita e o seu suporte, estudiosos que discutem as escritas em espaços de confinamento que, via de regra, procuram ocupar o tempo, experimentar a liberdade ou burlar a solidão, além de pesquisadores que ajudam a pensar a escrita de si e suas representações, e outros voltados para a História da Educação que pensam e discutem a importância do impresso enquanto fonte de pesquisa. Tendo em vista o fato desse tema ter uma fronteira tênue entre os campos de pesquisa, dialogo também com antropólogos e sociólogos que trazem dados sistematizados sobre o universo prisional e auxiliam na sua compreensão. O trabalho de pesquisa sobre jornal, representou, portanto, compreender um pouco mais sobre a realidade das mulheres privadas de liberdade, valorizando a escrita oriunda de um contexto em que os rigorosos meios de controle utilizados pela instituição penitenciária acabam por desumanizar os sujeitos apenados. Desta forma, o direito ao ato de escrita e leitura na prisão, torna-se revestido de uma função social e educativa fundamental para a sobrevivência no cárcere. A tentativa dessa pesquisa é, de alguma forma, trazer contribuições que possam refletir em garantia de direitos e oportunidades, possibilitando aos sujeitos encarcerados dignidade e melhores condições de vida.

DOI: 10.1590/2179-8966/2020/52746 ResumoO presente artigo desenvolve a análise de dois casos brasileiros de política de saúde sexual. O caso da sífilis em sua relação com a prostituição e o caso da AIDS/HIV em sua relação com a homossexualidade. A forma de investigação dos casos foi operada a partir da compreensão do biopoder em Foucault e do Paradigma Imunitário de Roberto Esposito, na intenção de problematizar, inicialmente, não apenas a pertinência entre políticas do Estado face a tais referenciais, mas, inclusive, uma melhor compreensão dessas políticas pelo arsenal analítico desses autores. Num segundo momento, realizamos uma análise do sexo como motor, objeto e locus da política, operando como critério dos processos de subjetivação excludente da prostituta e do homossexual, da gestão da vida pautada por critérios de valorização hierárquica e dos contornos biopolíticos da relação entre vida e morte (dos que devem viver e dos que podem morrer). A intenção do trabalho é a de localizar os casos de políticas de saúde sexual, como práticas de subjetivação, gestão da vida da população e formulação de hierarquia entre desviados e normais, que permite precarizar e até mesmo exterminar certos grupos.Palavras-chave: Biopoder; Paradigma Imunitário; Sexo.AbstractThis paper develops the analysis of two Brazilian cases of sexual health policy. The case of syphilis in its relationship with prostitution and the case of AIDS / HIV in its relation to homosexuality. The cases was investigated in the basis of Foucault’s biopower and the Roberto Esposito’s Paradigm of Immunity, in order to problematize, initially, not only the pertinence between State policies in relation to such references, but also problematize that a better understanding of these policies are offered by the analytical arsenal of these authors. In a second moment, we performed an analysis of sex as motor, object and locus of politics, operating as a criterion of the processes of excluded subjectivation of the prostitute and the homosexual. Also investigated the government of life guided by hierarchical valorization criteria and the biopolitical contours of the relationship between life and death (of those who must live and of those who can die). The intention of this paper is to locate the cases of sexual health policies, such as practices of subjectivation, government of the life and formulation of hierarchy between deviant and normal, which perform certain groups as precarious and even object of extermination.Keywords: Biopower; Paradigm of Immunity; Sex.

O trabalho investiga a presença de Luhmann nas teses e dissertações, comparando a sua presença com a de outros teóricos sociais e juristas consagrados, bem como uma breve revisão da presença de Luhmann em decisões judiciais e manuais jurídicos. Posteriormente é apresentada uma breve revisão das principais obras de Luhmann a fim de reativar a compreensão dos seus conceitos mais importantes. O trabalho apresenta, então, alguns dos principais agentes responsáveis pelo ciclo de consagração de Luhmann no Brasil e uma revisão crítica da apropriação da sua obra no país.Palavras-chave: Niklas Luhmann; Influência; Direito Brasileiro.AbstractThe purpose of the present study is to reflect on the presence of Niklas Luhmann's work in Brazilian Law. The research was bibliographic and documentary. The paper investigates Luhmann's presence in theses and dissertations, comparing his presence with that of other established social theorists and jurists, it also shows a brief review of Luhmann's presence in judicial decisions and legal manuals. Subsequently, a brief review of Luhmann's main works is presented in order to reactivate the understanding of his most important concepts. ResumoA ascensão de movimentos autoritários em distintas partes do Mundo tem demandado reflexões interdisciplinares sobre os elementos que fundamentam os regimes democráticos. Nesse contexto, as tipologias políticas ganharam nova complexidade, a partir da associação com eventos econômicos, geopolíticos e jurídicos da atualidade. No Direito, passou-se a analisar como o constitucionalismo - tradicionalmente associado à democracia - pode conviver com formas jurídicas que fundamentam ações autoritárias. A partir dessa provocação, o trabalho objetiva traçar as fronteiras conceituais das categorias totalitarismo, fascismo e populismo, a fim de verificar como esses termos integram o debate atual sobre as crises das democracias e desafiam a compreensão do constitucionalismo moderno. Metodologicamente, utilizou-se de estudo qualitativo e analítico-descritivo dos conceitos e da literatura especializada. Como resultado, verificou-se que, ainda que se busque responder a problemas distintos daqueles diagnosticados no passado, existem traços semelhantes de descrição das sociedades modernas que contribuem para a compreensão do retorno de uma onda autocrática, o que revela a necessidade de resgate do sentido fundamental do sistema constitucional. O trabalho busca contribuir para o debate sobre as crises das democracias constitucionais, a partir da elucidação de conceitos-chave para a compreensão de problemas atuais.Palavras-chave: Totalitarismo; Fascismo; Populismo; Democracia; Constitucionalismo.AbstractThe recent rise of authoritarian movements around the world requires an interdisciplinary reflection on the fundamental elements of democratic regimes. In fact, political typologies renew their complexity as a result of current economic, geopolitical and legal events. In this context, legal scholars have tried to explain the paradoxical relationship between constitutionalism and authoritarianism. Considering these concerns, in this paper we discuss the conceptual boundaries of totalitarianism, fascism and populism, in order to analyze how these concepts were incorporated into the debate on the crises of democracy and then connected with modern constitutionalism. The research was carried out with the qualitative and analytical-descriptive study of the concepts. As a conclusion, it was verified that, even though the current problems have different aspects from those of the past, there are structural characteristics of modern society that make it possible to understand the new authoritarian wave. The constitutional system challenge is to face anti-democratic pressures without losing its basic meaning. The paper seeks to contribute to the debate on the crises of constitutional democracies and to clarify key concepts to understand current problems.Keywords: Totalitarianism; Fascism; Populism; Democracy; Constitutionalism.

Resumo: A soberania do estado é um paradoxo fundante nas teorias do direito e da constituição, e tem sido constantemente ressignificada ao longo da história, para servir a interesses políticos diferentes – e frequentemente contraditórios. Direito e Estado, justificados pela emergência de uma teoria moderna da soberania, foram historicamente descritos através da razão e da razoabilidade, porém nunca deixaram de ser construídos de maneira fictícia. A soberania já foi discutida dentro das categorias de espaço e tempo, e descrita através dos efeitos das decisões soberanas. Mais recentemente, esse debate incluiu também uma virada dos paradigmas espaço-temporais, para uma abordagem visual. Neste artigo, estes temas serão discutidos a partir de métodos desenvolvidos nos campos do direito e literatura, direito e psicanálise, e direito e cinema, para visualizar o que é a noção que compreendemos contemporaneamente como soberania. Para isso, será desenvolvida uma investigação visual da ideia de soberania, tomando-a não apenas como um conceito fundante da teoria do direito, mas também como um “tropo”: uma espécie particular de figura de linguagem, uma narrativa metafórica, alegórica, e ilustrada; capaz de ser modernizada, porém, mantendo suas características iniciais. Esse artigo busca investigar o conceito de “soberania” através de evidências coletadas na “cultura popular”. Trata-se de uma investigação sobre um arquétipo que emergiu, repetidamente, na história da cultura ocidental, mas que nunca foi completamente explorado na teoria política e no direito: a figura do “cavaleiro negro”. Em específico, este artigo se concentrará na construção da personagem Capitão Nascimento, no filme Tropa de Elite (2007) de José Padilha, e na maneira como este filme atualizou o arquétipo do “cavaleiro negro”, trazendo-o para dentro do regime visual da “guerra particular” do Rio de Janeiro nas décadas de 1990; e ressignificado-o com a emergência da virada conservadora no início do século 21. Abstract: State sovereignty is a foundational paradox in jurisprudence and constitutional theory, and it has been constantly re-signified throughout history, to serve different – ​​and often contradictory – political interests. Law and State, justified by the emergence of a modern theory of sovereignty, were historically described through reason, but they have never ceased to dependent on fiction. Sovereignty has already been discussed within the categories of space and time, and described through the effects of sovereign decisions. More recently, this debate has also included a shift from spatial-temporal paradigms to a visual approach. In this paper, these issues will be discussed using methods developed in the fields of law and literature, law and psychoanalysis, and law and cinema, in order to visualize what the notion of sovereignty currently is. A visual investigation of the idea of ​​sovereignty will be developed, taking it not only as a founding concept of legal theory, but also as a “trope”: a particular kind of figure of speech, metaphorical, allegorical and illustrated; able to be modernized and keep its initial characteristics. This is to look for an archetype that has repeatedly emerged in the history of Western culture, but which has never been fully debated in political and legal theory: the figure of the “dark knight”. Resumo Com a pandemia de Covid-19, houve expansão dos serviços de entregas, especialmente aqueles mediados por plataformas digitais. Contudo, os trabalhadores desta atividade têm vivenciado mais precariedade social. Este ensaio investiga a relação entre a atuação estatal e os problemas enfrentados por tais trabalhadores(as) nesse contexto. Em um percurso teórico-metodológico que vai do concreto pensado à teoria social, e resultante de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, foram analisados, em um primeiro momento, atos legislativos e judiciais que conformam a precariedade social dos entregadores. Nessa etapa, buscou-se apresentar o terreno de normatividade estatal que tem sido operado de modo a erodir a esfera de incidência tanto dos deveres assistenciais do Estado quanto dos direitos trabalhistas nas relações contratuais entre entregadores(as) (sujeitos contratados) e as plataformas de aplicativos (sujeitos contratantes). Na seção seguinte, examinaram-se algumas categorias que permitem a compreensão das tendências de atuação dos sujeitos contratantes e dos sujeitos contratados, a partir de aportes teóricos acerca dos processos das contratualidades espoliativas, da financeirização e da agenda do genocídio, observando como, a um só tempo, trabalhadores(as) em aplicativos de entrega são classificados como “essenciais” e expostos ao sacrifício de si mesmos e de suas famílias, sem básicas condições de saúde e segurança do trabalho. Abstract Delivery app services have expanded their activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, their workers have experienced even more social precarity. This paper investigates the relations between State action and the vulnerability faced by these workers during the pandemic context. It does so by following a two-fold methodological approach: based on research of legal documents and on literature review, the analysis ranges from the examination of concrete cases and norms to the consideration of underlying social theory concepts. In its first section, the paper analyses legislative and judicial documents and actions that conform delivery app workers’ social precarity, so as to present the normative structure and the institutional dynamic that have operated in order to erode the incidence of social security rights, as well as of labor rights in contracts between delivery workers (contracted party) and digital platforms (contracting party). In the following section, the paper examines some theoretical categories - such as “espoliative contracts”, “financialization” and “genocidal agenda” -, which allow a better understanding of the current patterns of relations between these parties. One may notice how, at the same time, delivery app workers are classified as “essential” but are continuously exposed to the sacrifice of themselves and their families, due to the lack of basic health and safety conditions at work.

The proposal of this paper is to clarify the main aspects of Raúl Zaffaroni’s thought about his theoretical model of the criminal justice system, which fits a criminal minimalism. In the same way, it’s to demonstrate a close study between the proposal of Zaffaroni and the current Brazilian constitutionalism, particularly under the perspective on hermeneutics. In general, it uses descriptive and analytical methods with statistical data to describe the reality of the criminal policy in Brazil. Moreover, it is necessary to keep in mind the phenomenology present in the final stages of this paper. The most important aspects of the author’s idea are the realism of marginalism and the colonialism/neocolonialism. As a result of these two elements there is a possibility of achieving the rescue of the facticity and the history of Latin America’s reality. This aspect converges with the proposal of hermeneutics with existential phenomenology, that is to say, it has as a base the philosophy of existential analysis or fundamental ontology. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of hermeneutics to understand and interpret the constitutional text is an appropriate way to correct the current paradigm shift, as well as reconstructing the criminal justice system properly.

Questo saggio si propone il fine di misurare l’impatto della transizione dalla didattica in aula a quella a distanza nel contesto dei corsi di italiano per principianti offerti, nel semestre autunnale 2020, dal Programma di Italiano dell’universita canadese Dalhousie. Prendendo simultaneamente in considerazione i risultati del feedback formale e informale fornito dagli allievi, i dati raccolti tramite la ricerca-azione e l’osservazione dei corsi da parte di specialisti esterni, e una molteplicita di parametri valutativi, il presente intervento mira a delineare alcuni vantaggi e svantaggi dell’insegnamento a distanza dell’italiano come lingua straniera. RESUMO : Este artigo analisa o impacto da transicao das aulas presenciais ao formato virtual, especificamente no contexto das tres secoes do curso “Italiano para Iniciantes” oferecido no segundo semestre de 2020 pelo Programa de Italiano da Universidade de Dalhousie, Canada. Justapondo os feedbacks formais e informais dos alunos, os dados recebidos da observacao de terceiros atraves de pesquisa-acao e as avaliacoes de diversos indicadores de sucesso, este artigo visa delinear algumas vantagens, bem como os principais desafios, do ensino a distância do italiano enquanto idioma estrangeiro. Williams ao articular-se com os Critical Legal Studies (CLS), enfrentando realidades invisibilizadas com a Critical Race Theory (CRT) e o escopo deste artigo. Analisar todos esses “passos que vem de longe” nos faz compreender que o arcabouco teorico de Williams, detentora de trocas significativas na epistemologia feminista negra, foi rico o suficiente para permitir qualidade em seu olhar teorico e refletir sobre os CLS e a acuidade de suas contribuicoes para a CRT. Patricia Hill Collins foi escolhida pela contemporaneidade e similitudes de articulacoes teoricas com Williams. Sua visao do pensamento feminista negro como teoria social critica, em um processo consciente contra formas diversificadas de opressao, leva a compreender a influencia sobre Patricia Williams na critica sobre a troca das demandas por direitos por demandas por necessidades, ideia bem construida por Collins. Abstract It is the aim of this paper to build a dialogical path between Patricia Hill Collins as member of the Black feminist thought, in order to overcome racist, patriarchal, classist and heterosexist oppressions, and Patricia J. Williams’ reflections when taking part of the Critical Legal Studies (CLS) and facing realities made invisible by the Critical Race Theory (CRT). To analyze all those “steps that came from afar” allows us to understand that Williams’ critical framework, which produced relevant exchanges in Black feminist epistemology, was rich enough so as to generate a qualified theoretical look and to examine the CLS and the precision of its contributions to CRT. Patricia Hill Collins was chosen for the contemporaneity and similarities of her theoretical articulations with Williams. Her vision of the Black feminist thought as social critical theory, in a conscious process against diversified oppression forms, makes us comprehend the influence upon Patricia Williams in her criticism on the replacement of claims for rights by claims for needs as an evidence of the complex and intense exchanges of Black feminist epistemology, in which Collins is a main character. Para tanto, analisa três casos: (i) a naturalização da concessão de medidas cautelares monocráticas em ADI; (ii) a (im)possibilidade de conciliação e transação da constitucionalidade em ADI; e (iii) o silêncio do Plenário. Diante desse cenário, é possível propor um caminho de correção normativa para a atuação dos ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal? É possível apontar uma fundamentação democrático-institucional que qualifique o desempenho da Corte? É partindo desses problemas e questões que este artigo busca analisar atuações do STF em desacordo com as normas constitucionais e processuais e propõe que o respeito ao processo constitucional, não por mera observância formal, mas porque fundado em uma concepção deliberativa de democracia, pode reorientar a atuação dos ministros do Supremo Tribunal, qualificar o desempenho da Corte e, assim, mitigar os impasses que a têm caracterizado.Palavras-chave: Supremo Tribunal Federal; processo constitucional; decisões monocráticas; transação da constitucionalidade; silêncio do plenário; democracia deliberativa.AbstractThis paper focuses on the Brazilian Supreme Court's performance in disagreement with what the Constitution and the rules of the constitutional process establish and also with what is expected from a Supreme Court. To do so, it analyzes three cases: (i) the naturalization of individual precautionary measures in ADI; (ii) the (im)possibility of conciliation and transaction of the constitutionality in ADI; and (iii) the blatant silence of the Plenary of the Court. Such a scenario raises questions of whether it is possible to propose a path of normative correction for Justices’ decisions and whether it is possible to point out a democratic-institutional justification that qualifies the Court's performance. Confronting these questions, this paper proposes that respect for the constitutional procedures, not for mere formal observance but because based on a deliberative conception of democracy, can reorient the performance of the Justices, qualify the Court’s performance and mitigate the impasses that have characterized the STF nowadays.Keywords: Brazilian Supreme Court; rules of constitutional process; individual precautionary measures; transaction of the constitutionality; silent plenary; deliberative democracy.

Muitas discussões acerca da governança de recursos naturais nos Estados pós-coloniais têm ocorrido, recentemente, na literatura de Relações Internacionais. No entanto, a maior parte dessas discussões busca focar no papel do Estado. Esse paper buscará mudar esta abordagem, deslocando seu foco para a atuação dos atores não-estatais, sobretudo, warlords e grupos armados regionais. Assim, serão apontadas discussões sobre as relações existentes entre esses atores e os atores estatais, apresentando as (re)articulações existentes a partir do conceito de “global assemblage”. Analisando a atuação dos grupos armados e warlords na região leste da República Democrática do Congo (RDC), mostraremos as diferentes interações entre atores estatais e não-estatais, em relações de competição e cooperação, produzindo novas práticas, instituições e formas de governança.Palavras-chave: Assemblage; República Democrática do Congo (RDC); warlord. ABSTRACTMany discussions about the governance of natural resources in post-colonial states have recently occurred in the literature on International Relations. However, most of these discussions seek to focus on the role of the State. This paper will seek to change this approach, shifting its focus to the role of non-state actors, above all, warlords and regional armed groups. Thus, discussions on the existing relationships between these actors and state actors will be pointed out, presenting the existing (re)articulations based on the concept of “global assemblage”. Analyzing the role of armed groups and warlords in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), we will show the different interactions between state, and non-state actors, in competitive and cooperative relationships, producing new practices, institutions and forms of governance.Keywords: Assemblage; Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC); warlord.
