Petrochemical industry is one of the leading industries in the field of oil and gas in the country, which has a significant role in completing the chains of value creation in this field. Today, given the fact that sustainable development and, consequently, sustainable adaptation in supply chain management have become a social demand, the development of the petrochemical industry in the country and the penetration of global markets require the adaptation of sustainable development approaches in this industry. The purpose of this study is to identify, assess and analyze enablers that facilitates the achievement of sustainable development goals in the petrochemical supply chain. In order to achieve the research objectives, first by using Meta-Synthesis Method, the previous studies in the field of sustainable supply chain management investigated and the main factors and components that enable sustainable supply chain management have identified. Then, according to the Graph Theory and Matrix Approach (GTMA), the Supply chain management enablers have been analyzed. Based on the research findings, sustainable supply chain management enablers in the petrochemical industry was divided into components related to corporate governance, supply chain management, continuity of supply chain, supply chain characteristics, partnership in supply chain, and employees. The components related to continuity of the supply chain were the first priorities of planning in the petrochemical industry.

The purpose of this study was to develop and design a model of organizational excellence in Northeast Iran University of Culture in 1398 which was conducted using a mixed (quantitative, qualitative) and exploratory approach. The study population consisted of two groups. Qualitative department, scientific community experts, Quantity of all invited faculty members, managers and deputies of Farhangian University based on Statistics Management Planning Organization of Khorasan Razavi, North and South provinces 732 persons. 302 people Nor were selected based on Morgan table to complete the questionnaire. To gather data in a quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire of organizational excellence was used, consisting of two main dimensions and two sub-dimensions of five empowerment criteria (leadership, policy and strategy, human resources, other resources and partnerships, processes) and four outcome measures (customer outcomes). , Staff results, performance results, community outcomes) were extracted from the results of qualitative interviews. To analyze the qualitative data, Grounded Theory method and t-test were used for significance of the relationship between variables. In this study, the value of t-dimensions of organizational excellence is estimated from 0.5 to 0.5 which is calculated more than the assumed t value (0.5). Therefore, considering the significance and positive of this coefficient, it can be stated that all the above dimensions have a positive and direct effect on it. The highest value for t is related to the principles of management and deployment, and the least to the satisfaction and motivation of employees.

The volatile condition of today’s market is forcing the manufacturing managers to adapt the flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) to meet the challenges imposed by international competition, ever changing customer demands, rapid delivery to market and advancement in technology. Despite various barriers to implementation and development of FMS, there are enablers which facilitate this issue. One of the most important issues in this field and also the aim of this paper is to analysis the behavior of these enablers in order to effective utilization of them in the implementation and development of FMS. Enablers identified through literature review and industrial, and academic experts' opinion. Interpretive structural modelling (ISM) is used to develop a hierarchical structure for analyzing the interactions among enablers. Interpretive ranking process (IRP) is then used to examine the dominance relationship. ISM model highlights the importance of top management commitment and Financial investment over other enablers, whereas IRP model revealed supply chain management and operational and control techniques as the most important enablers due to performance areas. This study also gives a comparative account of ISM and IRP and shows that IRP is a more powerful tool, since it goes one-step further and considers the relationship of enablers with measurable performance indicators

Nowadays due to technological progress and increasing prosperity of IT organizations that offer services based IT more than ever have been considered. However, due to competition in the IT sector, those organizations face many challenges to maintain their position. The main purpose of this study is ranking Information Technology (IT) Enablers in Telecommunication Infrastructure Company of Tehran Province. Review of the literature enabling factors were identified after screening. The purpose of this research is applied and descriptive survey and the statistical population are 8 experts. Which have full masterity on the subject of research. Data analysis method is F-DEMATEL that Analysis of the data shows that resources factor has been more important in terms of influence and priority shall be included in the best conditions.

A new trend in science and technology, manufacturing and engineering industries on the basis of previous approaches has jeopardized. On the one hand knowledge in fields like electronics and information technology advances so quickly is a good opportunity to formulate strategies for the present leave, and the addition of further developments outside the organization is uncertain and unpredictable. As the organization approaches its flexibility in the choice of production was slightly overcome difficulties, but this approach cannot be held accountable. Agile way of thinking is an approach that can overcome environmental uncertainty, stability and flexibility is also. The most important part of the agile manufacturing, human resources which can be produced in tandem with changes in the technical merits of the product itself to be agile. In other words, the agile manufacturing capabilities to develop and nurture the human agility. But one of the most agile human resource needs, infrastructure and human resource capacities and backgrounds that are used to facilitate and encourage agility, and increase the agility.The enablers of the workforce agility this role playing. Even in the absence of some of the factors (enablers) that may be ineffective to the capabilities of the workforce agility. Therefore recognition of enablers' dimensions and indicators of workforce agility is very important. First, this study uses previous studies in this area would provide a framework, and then using the Delphi technique and judgmental sampling and chain experts, we tried to prepare the model is correct, according to experts. And finally approved by Panel of Experts model with five dimensions and various parameters related to workforce agility enablers was prepared. The dimensions are: Authority, organizational rules and procedures, coordination, structure, engineering jobs.

Nowadays achievement of continuous improvement and excellence has a particular influence on every dimensions of organization. In this respect, the EFQM model assists organizations in movement towards excellence. In this model, the enablers play a significant and fundamental role in the movement of organization towards excellence and their prioritization towards employee satisfaction provides a great value to organizations. The aim of this investigation is to prioritize the enablers based on the expectation of employees from organizational manager, using quality function deployment (QFD) technique and to compare such prioritization with the regular approach, i.e. without QFD. For this purpose, the Iran Polyacryl Co. has been considered as a case study. The outcomes imply that prioritization of EFQM enablers is different before and after the use of QFD. Also, other outcomes include reduction of gap between manager and employees; creation of a suitable atmosphere for the development of effective and coordinated relationship between managers and employees; prioritization of manager's performance indicators based on employees' point of view; and development of the EFQM model.

Creating value for stakeholders with maximum productivity is a goal obtained by lean enterprise. In this paper designing comprehensive and valid assessment model is observed for lean enterprise, after reviewing literature and comparing assessment models of lean enterprise to each other, the conceptual research models was designed by considering assessment models of lean enterprise and also APQC framework for classifying the processes in three dimensions: Enablers, Business Processes and Business Results. For this, the three main Iranian automakers Iran khodro, SAIPA and Pars khodro have been assessed by performing a field research through their managers’ viewpoints. Next, the research model and impressing the model dimension on each other have been considered and validated by structural equation modeling. Therefore, it has been used from conformity factor analysis, path analysis and t-value. Shanon Entropy has been used in order to weight the components and variables of the model. The results obtained shows that enablers impress on business results through business processes and there are meaningful relations among them. In addition to impress triple model dimension on each other, their factors have a meaningful relationship with each other. In other words, we cannot achieve the lean enterprise model without making strong links between its factors and components, and it is necessary to create integration within its components and factors.
