Sampling processes in mineral exploration often result in preferentially sampled areas, with the formation of clustering. Some factors can cause areas to be preferentially sampled, accessibility conditions, attribute values, and the sampling strategy. Clustering impacts statistical inference of area. The objective of the present paper is to propose a new approach to declustering methods using Kohonen network, Self-Organizing Maps (SOM). SOM are a type of artificial neural network used for unsupervised classification. The methodology assigns each sample a weight to calculate the declustered mean. The assignment of weight to each sample in an area is inversely proportional to the densely sampled in area. The declustered mean is given by the sum of the weight multiplication with the attribute value of each sample. Therefore, the logic of assigning weights is similar to Cell Declustering method, but the delimitation of the densified areas is different. SOM identifies areas with non-linear margins, unlike the Cell Declustering method. A case study is presented, using the Walker Lake data set. The present research is not intended to replace classical declustering methods, but rather to present a new approach to a routine problem in reserve evaluation. Objective: to semantically validate the "ROBOVID" mobile application with the target population. Method: methodological study, presenting the seventh stage of the matrix project, developed between October 2021 and January 2022, with 21 adults residing in the state of Rio de Janeiro, using a semi-structured electronic form. The Concordance Index was used in the data analysis, being considered a validated item that presented a value equal to or greater than 80%. Results: the ROBOVID mobile application was validated, reaching satisfactory individual agreement rates ranging from 95% to 100% and global 98.8%. Conclusion: the mobile application "ROBOVID" was semantically validated in terms of content and appearance by the target population, indicating that this educational technology is understandable, relevant and pertinent, and can be used by the population as a tool for the prevention and control of serious sequelae resulting from covid-19. Introdução: O acesso endodôntico quando há obliteração do canal pulpar (OCP) parcial ou total é uma tarefa desafiadora. Uma nova técnica conhecida como acesso endodôntico guiado (AEG) tem sido relatada como uma solução alternativa nos casos com OCP. Métodos: O presente artigo relata dois casos clínicos usando AEG para localizar e tratar OCP. Imagens de tomografia computadorizada de feixe cônico e imagens do escaneamento intrabucal foram pareadas usando um software de planejamento virtual. Após o planejamento da posição da broca, foi elaborado um template virtual, posteriormente impresso em 3D, para confecção da respectiva guia, a qual foi, então, posicionada e os canais radiculares foram localizados com uma broca carbide. Os canais radiculares foram instrumentados com limas reciprocantes e irrigação com hipoclorito de sódio. Os dentes foram obturados com a técnica de guta-percha termoplastificada. Resultado: Os pacientes foram acompanhados por seis meses e demonstraram ausência de sinais e sintomas. Conclusão: Conclui-se que o tratamento endodôntico associado ao AEG foi uma opção terapêutica eficaz nos casos de OCP em incisivos centrais superiores, obtendo resultados seguros e confiáveis no tratamento endodôntico.
