The purpose of the present study was to determine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between the work-family conflict and depression of dual-income parents. The subjects were 214 dual-income parents aged 20 years and the data collected online in April 2021 were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 statistical program. This study conducted three stages of hierarchical regression analysis to confirm the mediating effect, which showed that work-family conflict had statistically significant effect on social support (β=-.188, p<.01), which was the mediating variable, and depression (β=.539, p<.001), which was the dependent variable. In the third stage, the study confirmed that social support had a partially mediating effect on the relationship between work-family conflict and depression, which was statistically significant in the Sobel test result as well (z=2.468, p=.013). The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among violence experience, emotional labor, positive psychological capital and job burnout in psychiatirc and emergency department nurse. During June and July 2021, date were collected from 183 psychiatric and emergency department nurse in J, K and I cities. Date were analyzed using hierarchical analysis with the SPSS WIN 21.0 programs. Emotional labor and verbal experience were positively correlated with burnout of psychiatric and emergency department nurse. Also positive psychological capital was negatively correlated with burnout. Violence experience, emotional labor and positive psychological capital were significant factors, explaining approximately 62.7% of the variance in burnout. These finding indicate that it will be more effective to strategies that can increase positive psychological capital that prevent burnout. The purpose of this study is to empirically identify the process of technology acceptance of the metaverse, a virtual world-based platform that has attracted attention due to the 4th industrial revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic. The technology acceptance model (TAM) was used to identify factors affecting the use of the metaverse platforms and to analyze the causal relationship among these factors. For research, a survey was conducted on ordinary adult men and women and was analyzed using a structural equation model. The study found that perceived pleasure, interactivity, self-efficacy, and social influence had a positive effect on perceived ease-of-use. Interactivity and social influence had a statistically significant effect on perceived usefulness. The relationship between perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness was not statistically significant, but both perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness had a significant effect on positively forming attitudes toward metaverse. Lastly, favorable attitudes toward the metaverse platform had a positive effect on the intention to continue using it. Through this study, it was possible to identify the factors affecting the intention to use the metaverse and to confirm the causal relationship between the factors. This study studies the effect of social welfare service quality on facility reuse for users of social welfare facilities. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of the parallel triple mediation effect of facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction. To this end 219 users of social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 for Windows and Process macro. As a result, first the variables of service quality facility image user loyalty facility satisfaction and facility reuse all formed significant positive relationships. Second facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction had multiple mediating effects. This is a qualitative study about Google ‘Nest Hub Max’ that displays proactive intelligent personal assistant. Following the step of grounded theory, an in-depth interview for 6 users who had used this device for a month was taken. 186 concepts were discovered, categorized as 11 top-categories and 24 sub-categories. Paradigm diagram, considering axis-coding, was made and it have been narrowed down to ‘Usage patterns’ of proactive IPA, considering selective coding aspects. ‘Usage patterns’ were divided to passive and active user. Thus, neither passive user nor active user was satisfied about device and proactive IPA. This study is meaningful that it constructed basic data about the user experience of proactive IPA on this device. It will support the device or service that consists proactive IPA in the future. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and career preparation behavior on self-directed learning ability in high school girls. Data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from 231 high school girls in May, 2019. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The result showed that self-directed learning ability was positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=.560, p<.001) and career preparation behavior(r=.232, p<.001). Enter multiple regression revealed emotional intelligence(β=.515, p<.001), grade ‘average’(β=.376, p<.001), grade ‘good’(β=.274, p<.001) and career preparation behavior(β=.128, p<.05) to be significant predictors of self-directed learning ability. These variables accounted for 44.0% of self-directed learning ability. The result of this study suggest that emotional intelligence and career preparation behavior be considered when developing strategies to increase self-directed learning ability in high school girls. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of educational service quality on student satisfaction, university image, commitment, and loyalty in the changing environment of university education environment, and to suggest a strategic plan for university education in high quality. To do this, we set up six hypotheses and conducted an empirical analysis with the sample of 229 senior students attending colleges and universities in the metropolitan area. The results of hypothesis verification says that the educational service quality has a positive effect on satisfaction and image, and the satisfaction shows an influence on commitment and loyalty. But the image proved to have no effect on commitment. The commitment was found to affect loyalty. It can be said that the efforts to improve the quality of educational service have an impact on the image and loyalty of colleges and universities and the effects help to improve the long term competitiveness of colleges and universities. This study presents the performance evaluation results of a 77-GHz waveguide slot array antenna that was fabricated by attaching a patterned printed circuit board(PCB) on a metal block. The 77-GHz waveguide was divided into a top plate and a bottom structure. The top plate was fabricated using a patterned PCB that can implement a fine slot at low cost. The top cover was then bonded to the bottom metal structure with a waveguide trough using anisotropic conductive film. For evaluating the antenna performance, a 1× 16 slot array antenna was fabricated using our proposed method and the gain and pattern were measured and compared with the simulation results. Though the measurement results demonstrate a reduction in gain of around 2.3～3.5 dB compared to the simulation results assuming ideal bonding conditions, the pattern hardly changed and the slot antenna with a gain of approximately 17 dBi at 77 GHz can be easily manufactured at a low cost using the proposed method. This study was designed to provide implications for related policies by researching the impact on business management performances focusing on the activities within the innovation clusters based on small and medium venture companies in Daejeon area. The questionnaires from 212 CEOs of small and medium venture businesses in Daejeon were analyzed and verified the research hypothesis using SPSS 21. From the empirical analysis, we confirmed the following results; activity of information exchange, information acquisition and solving activity between demand and supplier showed positive effects on business management performance, however the concern and relationship have no effects on business management performance. From this study, we suggest that the active participation in activity of innovation cluster and various supporting systems or policies have to expand for sustainable growth and development of companies within innovation cluster. We also propose that companies needs to try to more efforts on enhance the mutual satisfaction or forming a consensus for cooperation. The purpose of this study is to examine whether self-understanding influences self-directed learning, and to analyze the mediating effect of future-oriented thinking in the relationship. For this purpose, 240 middle school students in G area were surveyed using self-understanding scale, future-oriented thinking scale, and self-directed learning scale. The structural equation model was used to verify the mediating effect. The main results are as follows. First, self-understanding of middle school students influenced self-directed learning. Second, future-oriented thinking has a complete mediation effect on self-directed learning. As a result of this research, comprehensive implications were suggested for interventions. The purpose of this study aims to examine consumer perception and current status of water park. The Naver and Daum were used for data collection channels and the keyword 'water park' was used for data retrieval. The data analysis period was limited to the study period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016 for a total of two years. First, as a result of the frequency analysis, hidden cameras, Lotte water park, arrests, suspects, gimhae were in top 5 in 2015, Lotte water park, swimming, summer, opening, admission ticket were in top 5 in 2016. Child friendly cities are to be prepared to create a community environment that allows children to live happily when children's rights are created when the environment in which children's rights are guaranteed is created. Therefore, this study examined the relationship between children's rights and happiness and explored what needed to be done to build child friendly cities for children. For this purpose, 1,000 elementary and middle school students in W district with the certification of child friendly cities were surveyed and analyzed. From the results of this study, first, elementary students were more aware of children's rights than middle school students. Second, children's rights affecting happiness appeared as health, social services, and educational environment. Third, children's rights affecting happiness were found to vary according to the level of school. Housing, safety and protection, and educational resources were important for elementary school students, and health and social services, and safety and protection were important for middle school students. Based on the results of this study, this study suggested that multifaceted intervention and approach should be considered for various aspects of health, welfare, education, safety, etc. to build child friendly cities. Objective: This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of internalized shame and rejection sensitivity in the relationship between covert narcissism and displaced aggression in late childhood. Methods: The participants included 1,060 children (grades 5 and 6; 547 boys and 513 girls) from four elementary schools located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheong-do. Results: The primary results of this study were as follows. First, child covert narcissism had a direct effect on displaced aggression; children who perceived higher levels of covert narcissism exhibited more displaced aggression. Second, child covert narcissism had an indirect effect on their displaced aggression through internalized shame and rejection sensitivity. Children who perceived higher levels of covert narcissism reported more internalized shame and rejection sensitivity, which led to more displaced aggression. Conclusion: The findings of this research indicate that individual and interpersonal psychological factors need to be considered to explain displaced child aggression. Further, it is important that we help children to gain positive relationships with family and peers. Objective: The present study examined the effects of school violence victimization and self-control on cyberbullying perpetration in middle school students and investigated whether self-control moderated the relationship between school violence victimization and cyberbullying perpetration. Methods: The participants of this study were 315 middle school students (172 boys; 143 girls) from three middle schools in Seoul and Incheon. To measure the level of cyberbullying perpetration, the Bullying/Victimization Questionnaire was used. School violence victimization and self-control were measured via the School Violence Victimization Scale and the Self-Control Scale, respectively. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and hierarchical regressions. Results and Conclusion: The results indicated that school bullying victimization level increased cyberbullying perpetration level whereas self-control level decreased cyberbullying perpetration. In addition, self-control moderated the effect of school violence victimization on cyberbullying perpetration. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of 12-weeks of combined training on body composition and basic physical strength of obese female college students. The research object was composed of 12 obese female college students of D University, who learned the purpose of this research enough and wrote the consent form of voluntary participation, who have no medical history and currently no special disease, and no experience in regular exercise. They underwent body composition inspection, left·right grasping power which is the basic physical strength, back muscle strength, flexibility, rapidity, muscle endurance, and the researcher performed descriptive statistics to calculate the average standard deviation, and analyzed to verify difference between groups by using paired t-test. With statistical significance level p<.05, the results are as follows. Radioactive isotopes which are manufactured using a cyclotron in a radioisotope used for radiation diagnosis is affected by the production yield according to size and shape of the beam and beam uniform degree from irradiated location when the proton beam investigated the target by cyclotron. Therefore, in this paper developed the BPM(Beam Profile Monitor) device capable of measuring the beam cross-section at the cyclotron beam line. It was configured so as to be able to remote control the BPM device in LabView and used the BPM program it was to be able to easily monitor and display to analyze the graph of two-dimensional graph and a three-dimensional beam distribution numerical information of the beam obtained while scanning the tungsten wire to the X and Y axis. The time it takes to measure the beam can be confirmed 37seconds when step motor driving speed was 2000pps. Through a beam readjusted based on the measured beam distribution information by optimizing the beam distribution it can be made to maximize the RI production yield and contribute supply stabilization. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship of happiness, happiness promoting activities and self-reflection. Need of happiness is as important as right of life and freedom in the convergence society and heating up according to appearance of positive psychology. Subjects were 366 nursing students. Data were collected Oct. 2-8(2014), and analyzed using t-test/ANOVA and correlation by SPSS. Self-reflection showed statistically significant differences according to grade, and experience of practice. Happiness and happiness promotion activities showed statistically significant difference according to economic state. Happiness promotion activities were positively correlated with self-reflection and happiness. The factors affecting happiness were happiness promotion, economic state, and self-reflection which accounted for 26.3%. Repeated research which include various variables of happiness and self-reflection is needed, and suggest qualitative research about happiness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify reports of workplace violence, stress and turnover intention among perioperative nurses. Methods: The data were collected using questionnaire from 162 perioperative. Results: All of the nurses in the study reported incidents of violence within six months of the study. Doctors and specifically operating surgeons were cited as perpetrating workplace violence. The stated source of the violence was failure or shortage of surgical equipment or instrument and fall out of surgeon's preference. Subjects reported (87.7%) workplace abuse from nurses and most often from senior nurses. Nurse abuse was in the form of verbal abuse. Fatigue and stress stemming from heavy workload were cited as the source of the workplace violence. The subjects reported stress levels of 7.39 out of a possible ten points from workplace violence. A little more than thirty five percent of the subjects reported having intentions to leave because of workplace violence. These nurses reported higher level of stress and experienced more workplace violence from nurses and doctors as compared to those nurses who reported no turnover intention. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that a third of the employed nurses reported wanting to leave their positions due to workplace violence.
