スマート・ツーリズム（以下、ST とする）という観光現象が世界的に注目されているなか、ST をめぐる研究は、2010 年以降欧米に代表される観光先進国を中心に行われてきた。これらの研究で議論されているST の枠組みと推進方法は、必ずしも観光後進国に適用できるとは言えない。本稿は観光の大衆化と個人化が同時進行している中国を事例として取り上げ、中国におけるST の展開過程をたどりながら、中国のST に関連する先行研究の分析を行う。欧米諸国との比較を通して、中国のST において政府主導や、ガバナンスの重視、住民視点の欠如などの特徴を浮かび上がらせる。, While smart tourism (hereinafter referred to as ST) has attracted worldwide attention, research on ST has been conducted since 2010 mainly in advanced tourism nations represented by Europe and the United States. The concept and structure discussed in these studies are not necessarily applicable to emerging tourism countries. In this paper, we analyze the development process of and academic research on ST in China, where mass tourism and personalized travel are pervasive at the same time. Through comparison with Western countries, the Chinese ST highlights characteristic such as government-led, emphasis on governance, and the lack of perspective on residents.

【要約】1990年代以来, イノベーションについての研究は日本でも盛んに行われている。しかし, その研究成果は必ずしもあるべき段階に達したとは言えない。特に, イノベーションの構造についての研究は, 欧米の研究成果を引用するものが多く, 独自のものが少ないと思われる。したがって, 本稿はイノベーションという言葉の語源と日本での応用, およびイノベーションの定義を検討したうえ, イノベーションの構造を解明しようとするものである。【Abstract】 Since 1990s, the research on innovation has been doing energetically in Japan. But not all of researches have got to the stage what a true level shoaled be. Specially, a lot of researches on the structure of innovation quoted a viewpoint mainly from westerns' books and lacked original standpoint. Therefore, this paper tried to make the structure of innovation is clear, after investigated the origin of innovation, the application in Japan and the definitions.

Bulletin, Recently, the interest and the concern for spectator sports which the people have risen, by the activity of Japanese players in American Major League and Soccer World Cup. The professional baseball and J-League are typical spectator sports, and it is paid attention from media in Japan. As for these, it is an important research, and, up to now, research for spectators trend and sports product have been done in the field of the sports management. However, it is thought that there is a big possibility though the realities are not clarified in basketball. The purpose of this study is to pay attention to spectators in Women's Japanese Basketball League, and to clarify the characteristic. And then, the questionnaire survey was executed for spectator and it analyzed and it considered it. The result was summarized as follows. 1. The realities of spectator in WJBL was clarified. 2. A new segment was clearly shown as those who spectator characteristic of Basketball. It is thought the new possibility of spectator sports to be suggested from this.

The purpose of this study is to find out the regional characteristic of Taiwan by the movement of population, housing, and construction. In this paper, it used that the statistics of goernment in Taiwan,and drawn these indexes into the map. The main conclusions are summarized as follows. 1 Northem Area especially Taipei city is the most urbanized area on population and housing.2 There is the highest increasing rate on population in Taichung city, but the housing supply seems over than demand. 3 There is a high density on population but not on housing in Kaohsiung urban area. 4 Eastern Area is sparsely populated.

本稿の目的は、新聞記事分析を通して、「ゲストハウス」と称される施設や場所の変遷を整理することである。その上で、その1つであるゲストハウスやバックパッカーズなどと呼ばれる比較的低廉な宿泊施設（以下、宿泊型ゲストハウスとし、宿泊施設以外の意味を含む場合はゲストハウスとする）の特性を仮説的に提示する。近年、新聞記事を中心に、宿泊型ゲストハウスの増加が指摘されている。一方、国内の観光研究分野や観光庁が実施する調査では、このような指摘や報告はほとんど確認できない。したがって現時点では、メディアが語る「宿泊型ゲストハウス増加説」を学術的に証明することは困難であると同時に、その増加の社会的背景などについても不明瞭であると言わざるを得ない。しかしながら、低料金で1名から宿泊することができ、泊食分離が実践されている宿泊型ゲストハウスは、宿泊旅行をより身近で気軽・容易なものにする可能性がある。特に、宿泊型ゲストハウスは、旅先での自然・文化資源だけでなく、地元の人びとや他の旅行者との出会いを創出する場として地域に存在しうる点が、今後の観光のあり方を検討する上で示唆に富むと考えられる。なお、本稿の目的を達成することで、今後の宿泊型ゲストハウスを事例とした観光研究の基礎的資料を提示できる。
