Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tumbuh larva black soldier fly berupa campuran kotoran puyuh dan limbah buah nanas, minyak ikan serta level tanaman krokot (Portulaca oleracea L.) yang berbeda terhadap kandungan nutrisi dan bilangan iod tepung maggot. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari A : Campuran kotoran puyuh dan limbah buah nanas (CKPLBN), B : CKPLBN 86% + minyak ikan 4% + tanaman krokot 10%, C : CKPLBN 76% + minyak ikan 4% + tanaman krokot 20%, D : CKPLBN 66% + minyak ikan 4% + tanaman krokot 30% dan E : CKPLBN 56% + minyak ikan 4% + tanaman krokot 40%. Parameter yang diukur adalah produksi maggot (g/100 g), bahan kering (%), protein kasar (%), lemak kasar (%) dan bilangan iod (g I2/100 g). Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tanaman krokot berpengaruh berbeda sangat nyata (P0,05) terhadap protein kasar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media tumbuh larva black soldier fly berupa campuran limbah buah nanas dan kotoran puyuh, minyak ikan serta tanaman krokot 30% dapat meningkatkan lemak kasar dan bilangan iod tepung maggot. Hasil penelitian didapatkan produksi maggot 11,31 g/100 g, bahan kering 93,70%, protein kasar 43,42% BK, lemak kasar 31,00% BK dan bilangan iod 23,30 g I2/ 100 g.

Law Number 23 of 2014 requires local governments to obtain a register number in the formation of the Perda (regional regulation) as part of supervision. Furthermore, Law Number 15 Year 2019 requires Regional Governments to harmonize, unify, and implement conceptions of the formation of Regional Regulations as part of coaching. In the context of regional autonomy, the constitution gives authority to the regions to regulate and manage government affairs by themselves according to the principles of autonomy and duty of assistance as well as to carry out the broadest possible autonomy. The research aims to study and explain the methods and stages used by the central government in fostering and supervising regional legal products from the perspective of autonomy and their material boundaries. The method used in this research is normative legal research method.harmonizing, rounding off and stabilizing conception. While supervision by giving register numbers, clarifications, and cancellations.The limitation of guidance and supervision material is based on the category of legal products classified as facilitation or evaluation.

Keberadaan DPRD di daerah sering disebut sebagai fungsi perwakilan karena bertugas menyuarakan aspirasi rakyat dan bertindak atas nama rakyat (pemerintah perwakilan) di bidang legislatif. Selama ini sebagian besar masyarakat masih sulit menyampaikan aspirasinya kepada Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Makassar dan mendapatkan masukan atas aspirasi yang disampaikan masyarakat kepada Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD). Masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana mengolah data aspirasi masyarakat untuk mengkategorikan mereka berdasarkan komisi berbasis mobile dan data aspirasi masyarakat mendapatkan masukan dari Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) atas aspirasi yang mereka kirimkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menampung aspirasi masyarakat dan kemudian dapat mengklasifikasikannya dan meneruskannya ke komisi berbasis mobile yang sesuai, untuk menyediakan sistem yang dapat digunakan DPRD untuk memberikan masukan. Metode penelitian adalah algoritma Text Mining dan Cosine Similarity. Hasil penelitian adalah Aplikasi menggunakan kombinasi metode text mining dan Cosine similarity mengukur kesamaan fungsional masing-masing komisi dengan aspirasi yang diinput oleh masyarakat sehingga aspirasi dapat tepat sasaran. Syarat penetapan multikomisi adalah harus ≥ 75% dari nilai maksimum., The existence of DPRD in the regions is often referred to as a representative function because it is tasked with voicing the people's aspirations and acting on behalf of the people (representative government) in the legislative field. So far, most people still have difficulty conveying their aspirations to the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Makassar City and getting input on the aspirations submitted by the community to the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). The research problem is how to process data on people's aspirations to be categorized based on mobile-based commissions and data on people's aspirations to get input from the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) on the aspirations they send. The purpose of this research is to build an application that can accommodate people's aspirations and then classify them and forward those to the appropriate mobile-based commission to provide a system that DPRD can use to provide input. The research method used is the Text Mining and Cosine Similarity algorithm. The result of the research is that the application uses a combination of text mining methods and Cosine similarity to measure the functional similarity of each commission with the aspirations inputted by the community so that aspirations can be right on target. The conditions for determining the multi-commission must be 75% of the maximum value.

Attendance system in an institution is very important to implement. In fact, an attendance is a gauge of how performance, discipline, job achievement, salary/wages, and productivity of an employee, as well as general progress of the agency. Especially for agencies that have employees of ASN (State civil apparatus), attendance systems must be held to evaluate how ASN responsibilities to the legislation explaining the ASN. Thus, the creation of personnel attendance system using an IOT-based fingerprint (Internet Of Things), is a way of producing an appropriate and effective attendance device for ASN employees in an institution. The attendance device has the advantage of using the fingerprints of each employee in the process of the system, making it very effective to implement. In addition, the attendance process will automatically enter the employee data that does the attendance to the database, then can be accessed by the Web dashboard Using THE media Rest API. The creation of attendance device implements Scrum method, because this method is effectively applied in the creation of group projects. An evaluation of the device's performance was carried out using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method and resulted in a score of 75 out of 31 respondents. The rating is stated in the Good category and is suitable for use based on the results of the evaluation.

Infused water is drinking water that has been given additional pieces of fruit so that the water gives a certain sensation of water. Infused water are consumed by the community because the manufacturing process is easy and use local fruits. To determine the vitamin content (A and C), mineral content (K, Ca, Mg) and acceptability of infused water with sample codes (A, B and C). The benefits of this study are to be able to add to the list of healthy and nutritious drinks that are beneficial for health because infused water contains vitamins and minerals. Experiments with Complete Random Design (CRD), Sample code A, B and C in the analysis of vitamin levels, mineral content and acceptability. Acceptance analysis was carried out Friedman test and Wilcoxon test. Vitamin and mineral levels were analyzed by ANOVA and LSD statistics. Infused water contains mineral potassium, calcium and magnesium and contains vitamins A and C, there are significant differences between the sample code A, B and C. Infused water containing minerals, vitamins, and accepted by the community.

Pernelitian dengan sistim batch telah dilakukan untuk mempelajari pengaruh perlakuan pH larutan dan dosis adsorben yang dibuat dari limbah lumpur aktif industri crumb rubber (LLA-ICR) terhadap kapasitas adsorpsi dan efisiensi penyisihan ion Cd(II) dan Zn(II) dalam larutan. Pengamatan meliputi variasi pH larutan pada range 1-7 dan dosis adsorben LLA-ICR 0,1 g - 1,0 g. Karakterisasi adsorben sebelum dan sesudah proses adsorpsi dilakukan dengan menggunakan FTIR, XRF dan SEM–EDX. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pH larutan dan dosis adsorben berpengaruh pada kapasitas adsorpsi dan efisiensi penyisihan ion Cd(II), dan Zn(II). pH optimum didapatkan pada pH 5. Semakin rendah dosis adsorben, maka semakin tinggi kapasitas adsorpsi namun semakin rendah efisiensi penyisihan ion Cd(II) dan Zn(II). Dosis adsorben optimum didapatkan pada 0,1g, dengan kapasitas adsorpsi dan efisiensi penyisihan ion Cd(II) > Zn(II). Kapasitas adsorpsi maksimum untuk ion Cd(II) dan Zn(II) berturut-turut 29,8 mg/g dan 10,3 mg/g. Efisiensi penyisihan maksimum intuk ion Cd(II) dan ion Zn(II) adalah 95,4% dan 87,9%. AbstractA batch system has been carried out to study the treatment effect of pH solution and adsorbent dosage derived from crumb rubber (LLA-ICR) industrial activated sludge on the adsorption capacity and removal efficiency of Cd(II) and Zn(II) ions in aqueous solution. Observations included variations in the the solution pH in the range 1-7 and the LLA-ICR adsorbent dosage of 0.1 g - 1.0 g. Characterization of the adsorbent before and after the adsorption process was carried out using FTIR, XRF, and SEM-EDX. The results showed that the treatment of the pH solution and the adsorbent dose affected the adsorption capacity and removal efficiency of Cd(II) and Zn(II) ions. The optimum pH was obtained at pH 5. The lower the adsorbent dose the higher the adsorption capacity, however the lower the efficiency removal of Cd(II) and Zn(II) ions. The optimum adsorbent dosage was obtained at 0.1 g with adsorption capacity and removal efficiency of Cd(II) > Zn(II) ions. The maximum adsorption capacity for Cd(II) and Zn(II) ions were 29.8 mg/g and 10.3 mg/g respectively. The maximum removal efficiency forCd (II) and Zn(II) ions were 95.4% and 87.9%.

Ultisol merupakan salah satu jenis tanah suboptimal sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan bahan organik untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh dari Bubuk Sub-bituminus yang diaktivasi dengan Dolomit dalam memperbaiki sifat kimia Ultisol dan pertumbuhan kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) yang dilaksanakan di Nagari Sungai Dareh, Kecamatan Pulau Punjung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 3 kelompok. Dosis perlakuan bubuk Sub-bituminus terdiri dari 150 g/lubang tanam, 300 g/lubang tanam, 450 g/lubang tanam, 150 g/lubang tanam + 10% Dolomit, 300 g/lubang tanam + 10% Dolomit, 450 g/lubang tanam + 10% Dolomit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perlakuan bubuk Sub-bituminus 450 g/lubang tanam mampu meningkatkan pH tanah 0,35 unit; C-organik 0,44 %; P-tersedia 2,09 ppm; N-total 0,05 %; KTK tanah 15,25 me/100g; Tinggi Tanaman 34 cm jika dibandingkan dengan perlakuan bubuk Sub-bituminus takaran 150 g/lubang tanaman. (2) Perlakuan bubuk Sub-bituminus 450 g/lubang tanam + 10% Dolomit mampu meningkatkan pH tanah 0,44 unit; C-organik 0,59 %; P-tersedia 3,23 ppm; N-total 0,08 %; KTK tanah 16,83 me/100g; Tinggi Tanaman 22,67 cm jika dibandingkan dengan perlakuan bubuk Sub-bituminus takaran 150 g/lubang tanaman + 10% Dolomit. (3) Perlakuan bubuk Sub-bituminus 450 g/lubang tanam + 10% Dolomit mampu meningkatkan pH tanah 0,44 unit; C-organik 0,44 %; P-tersedia 1,31 ppm; N-total 0,04 %; KTK tanah 2,62 me/100g; Tinggi Tanaman 12,33 cm jika dibandingkan dengan perlakuan bubuk Sub-bituminus takaran 450 g/lubang tanaman. Dari hasil dapat dinyatakan bahwa perlakuan bubuk Sub-bituminus yang diaktivasi Dolomit lebih bagus jika dibandingkan tanpa pengaktif. Kata kunci : Kelapa Sawit, Sub-bituminus, Ultisol, Dolomit.

Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang Satu sebagai perpanjangan tangan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dalam rangka meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), menjalankan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 23 Tahun 2018 dengan tarif pajak UMKM sebesar 0,5% dari omset. Dimana pada Tahun 2018 terjadi penurunan tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang Satu. Sehingga menanggapi permasalahan tersebut, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak mengeluarkan surat edaran untuk melaksanakan strategi meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM melalui program Business Development Services. Adapun tujuan dari program tersebut untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta kepatuhan UMKM dalam hal kewajiban perpajakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Strategi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang Satu dalam Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun dalam hal teknik keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Dimana penelitian ini menggunakan teori inti strategi dari Richard P. Rumelt yang terdiri dari diagnosis yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan, kebijakan penuntun yaitu menguraikan pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan, dan tindakan koheren yang hadir untuk melaksanakan apa yang telah ditentukan di kebijakan penuntun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang Satu dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM belum berjalan dengan baik. Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Padang Satu belum berhasil dalam menjalankan program Business Development Services, sehingga tujuan program yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM terhadap perpajakan belum tercapai.

Risk Factors Of Outpatient With Kidney Stone In Dr. Doris Sylvanus Regional Public Hospital Of Palangkaraya . Kidney stones are crystalline structures in the urinary tract that have achieved sufficient size to cause symptoms (Alla, 2008). The most commonly formed kidney stones is calcium oxalate stones (80%). Based on data on the number of new cases in 2015 obtained on Medical Record Installation at Dr. Doris Sylvanus Regional Public Hospital of Palangka Raya was 1212 people during the period of January to December, thus the average patient was approximately 101 monthly. The research purpose was to understanding the relationship of intake (oxalate, protein, calcium, fluid), activity and level of knowledge with dietary compliance of kidney stone patients at Dr. Doris Sylvanus Regional Public Hospital of Palangka Raya. A cross sectional design was used in this research and subjects of the study were outpatients with kidney stones in Urology Medicine Polyclinic of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Regional Public Hospital of Palangka Raya. Chi Square test was conducted for bivariate analysis, furthemore, multiple logistic regression test was used for multivariate. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between fluid intake and activity with dietary compliance of kidney stone patients (p value = 0,05 and p value = 0,001), while there was no significant relationship in other variable such as oxalate intake , protein, calcium and level of knowledge. The results of multiple regression logistic test showed that the most influencing variable of dietary compliance of outpatients with kidney stones in Dr. Doris Sylvanus Regional Public Hospital of Palangka Raya is activity variable ( p value = 0,001).Abstrak: Faktor Risiko Pasien Batu Ginjal Rawat Jalan RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangkaraya. Batu ginjal merupakan terbentuknya struktur kristal di saluran kemih yang telah mencapai ukuran cukup sehingga menimbulkan gejala (Alla, 2008). Batu ginjal yang paling sering terbentuk adalah batu kalsium oksalat (80%). Kasus baru pada tahun 2015 di RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus dari Januari hingga Desember sebanyak 1212 orang, sehingga rata-rata pasien perbulannya 101 orang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan (oksalat, protein, kalsium,cairan), aktivitas dan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan diet pasien batu ginjal rawat jalan Di RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus. Desain cross sectional dengan subjek penelitian pasien batu ginjal yang menjalani rawat jalan di Poli Urologi RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square dan multiple logistic regression. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan cairan dan aktivitas dengan kepatuhan diet pasien batu ginjal (p=0,05 dan p= 0,001). Sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan adalah asupan oksalat, protein, kalsium dan pengetahuan. Hasil analisis menggunakan multiple logistic regression menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling mempengaruhi kepatuhan diet adalah aktivitas (p=0,001).

Tofu industry wastewater contains high organic material which reduces dissolved oxygen, contaminates water, and odor that potentially contaminates and pollutes receiving surface water. Constructed wetland is one of the recently proven efficient technologies for wastewater treatment. This is due to vegetation diversity. Constructed wetland systems have been developed using water jasmine plants combined with filtration systems for the reduction of BOD, TSS, and oil and grease in tofu wastewater as a function of detention time. Detention times were varied at 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 days. The results revealed that the reduction of BOD, TSS, and oil and grease was influenced by detention time. The reduction efficiency of BOD, TSS, and oil and grease decreased with increasing the detention time. The combined system of constructed wetland and filtration using water jasmine plants effectively reduces the pollution parameters in tofu industry wastewater with a reduction efficiency for BOD, TSS, and oil and greasel of 52-95%, 45-67%, and 59-78% respectively with concentration of 97 mg/L, 40 mg/L, and 4.2 mg/L at the detention time of 15 days. This results fulfill the requirement of the liquid waste standard according to the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 5 year 2014.AbstrakLimbah cair industri tahu mengandung bahan organik tinggi yang dapat menurunkan oksigen terlarut, mengotori, dan menimbulkan bau menyengat sehingga berpotensi mencemari perairan penerima. Constructed wetland merupakan salah satu teknologi pengolahan limbah cair yang efisien, efektif, dan tepat guna karena menggunakan keragaman vegetasi. Penelitian sistem constructed wetland menggunakan tanaman melati air (Echinodorus palaefolius) yang dikombinasikan dengan sistem filtrasi bertujuan untuk penurunan pencemar BOD, TSS, dan minyak lemak dalam limbah cair industri tahu sebagai pengaruh variasi waktu detensi. Waktu detensi meliputi 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, dan 15 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reduksi pencemar BOD, TSS, dan minyak lemak dipengaruhi oleh waktu detensi. Efisiensi reduksi BOD, TSS, dan minyak lemak meningkat dengan bertambahnya waktu detensi. Sistem kombinasi constructed wetland dan filtrasi menggunakan tumbuhan melati air efektif mereduksi parameter pencemar limbah cair industri tahu dengan efisiensi reduksi untuk BOD, TSS, dan minyak lemak berturut-turut 52-95%, 45-67%, dan 59-78% dengan konsentrasi 97 mg/L, 40 mg/L dan 4,2 mg/L pada waktu detensi 15 hari. Hasil ini mememenuhi baku mutu limbah cair industri tahu sesuai Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No. 5 tahun 2014.

Research on the utilization of tannins and catechins of gambier has been done a lot. There is no research report however that examines the utilization of gambier processing solid waste. The objective of the research was to utilize the solid waste of gambier processing as a raw material of printer toner. The research was done through pyrolysis process of solid waste with temperature variation 400, 500, 600oC and time variation 30, 60 minutes. The highest carbon content was obtained 42% with 400oC temperature and 60 minutes. The pyrolysis process of the gambier solid waste was further carried out at the optimum temperature and time. The charcoal was activated with H3PO4 at concentrations 0; 5; and 10% for 24 hours, cooled and washed to remove residual of H3PO4, then drying in the oven at temperature 115oC for 24 hours. Size reduction process used a ball milling for 2 hours with speed 500 rpm. Fixed carbon content was obtained between 43-51%. The results of morphological testing by scanning electron microscope showed that the produced carbon powder had not a uniform size yet. The average particle size was between 5-10 µm with polydispersity index 0.9. The most mineral elements of carbon powder analysis using XRF were Ca, Mg, K, Si, Fe, and P. Testing of print quality based on ISO/IEC 19752:2004 using laser jet printers had not provided optimal results yet.ABSTRAKPenelitian pemanfaatan tanin dan katekin gambir telah banyak dilakukan. Namun, belum dilaporkan penelitian yang mengkaji pemanfaatan limbah padat pengolahan gambir. Tujuan penelitian adalah memanfaatkan limbah padat pengolahan gambir sebagai bahan baku pembuatan tinta serbuk printer. Penelitian dilakukan melalui proses pirolisis limbah padat dengan variasi suhu 400, 500, 600oC dan variasi waktu 30, 60 menit. Kadar karbon terikat tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 42% dengan suhu pirolisis 400oC selama 60 menit. Proses pirolisis limbah padat gambir selanjutnya dilakukan pada suhu dan waktu optimal tersebut. Arang aktif dilakukan aktifasi menggunakan aktifator H3PO4 pada konsentrasi 0, 5 dan 10% selama 24 jam, kemudian didinginkan dan dicuci untuk menghilangkan sisa H3PO4, dan selanjutnya dikeringkan dalam oven pada suhu 115 oC selama 24 jam. Proses penghalusan menggunakan ball milling selama 2 jam dengan kecepatan 500 rpm. Hasil pengujian kadar karbon terikat berkisar antara 43-51%. Hasil pengujian morfologi dengan alat Scanning Electron Microscope) memperlihatkan serbuk karbon yang dihasilkan belum mempunyai ukuran seragam. Ukuran partikel serbuk rata-rata 5-10 µm dengan indek polidispersitas sebesar 0,9. Kandungan unsur mineral yang terbanyak dari hasil analisis serbuk karbon adalah unsur Ca, Mg, K, Si, Fe, dan P. Uji coba kualitas cetak berdasarkan ISO/IEC 19752:2004 menggunakan printer laser belum memberikan hasil yang optimal.

Vitamin E dapat menyerap dan menetralkan radikal bebas lebih efektif daripada antioksidan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek pemberian vitamin E terhadap struktur mikroskopis ginjal mencit Mus musculus yang terpapar ion plumbum. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan sampel 24 ekor hewan percobaan yang dilakukan di laboratorium Patologi Anatomi Fakultas Kedokteran dan laboratorium Farmasi Universitas Andalas. Waktu penelitian ini adalah dari bulan Juli – Desember 2016. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji One Way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan jaringan ginjal secara mikroskopis pada kelompok yang terpapar plumbum (K+), kelompok yang terpapar plumbum dengan pemberian vitamin E 52 IU/g (P1), dan kelompok yang terpapar plumbum dengan pemberian vitamin E 104 IU/g (P2). Television is a technology product which becomes the need of human being. It becomes an important part of human life from morning up to the next morning. It is important, since it becomes an effective media to promote education, information, entertainment, and social connection. This is a descriptive qualitative research with communicative and management approach which aims at describing the effectiveness of da’wah in TVRI Kalimantan Timur. The findings of the study shows that there are two kinds of da’wah in TVRI, they are: 1) integrative da’wah which consists of the da’wah in the da’wah and non-da’wah program, 2) partial da’wah which is done by da’wah in the process of production and in the process of broadcasting. To measure the effectiveness of da’wah, it was done by doing a survei to the TVRI viewers. The result shows that da’wah in TVRI is not effective yet, since it has some flaws and weaknesses. Most of viewers state that the program should be improved by developing the quality of da’wah program in TVRI. TVRI has done and tried hard to create the program, yet it still needs to be improved and produce a qualified da’wah program.

Menurut BMKG Sumatera Barat sangat berpotensi terjadinya tsunami yang diakibatkan oleh gempa bumi. Kesalahan yang sering terjadi saat evakuasi yaitu menggunakan roda empat dan roda dua yang menyebabkan kemacetan lalu lintas tanpa memanfaatkan potensial shelter terdekat. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanlah penelitian berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dengan judul Perencanaan Aksesibilitas Masyarakat menuju Bangunan Penyelamatan (Shelter) pada Daerah Rawan Bencana. Data primer yang diperlukan yaitu peta kecamatan Padang Barat yang diambil dari google maps. Data sekunder yang diperlukan yaitu lokasi gedung potensi Shelter serta kapasitas dari gedeng tersebut. Waktu saat evakuasi adalah 10 menit dan kecepatan saat evakuasi diasumsikan 1 m/s berdasarkan International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction 23 (2017). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua kondisi yaitu aksesibilitas tanpa hambatan dan dengan hambatan lebar jalan. Pada aksesibilitas tanpa hambatan terdapat 52,134% kisi dengan aksesibilitas rendah serta lokasi potensial shelter dengan aksesibilitas rendah tertinggi yaitu STBA Prayoga sebesar 62,944% dan pada aksesibilitas dengan hambatan terdapat 30,083% yang rendah dengan lokasi potensial shelter yang dengan aksesibilitas rendah tertinggi yaitu Pasar Inspres sebesar 54,142%. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa lebar jalan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat aksesibilitas. Dari nilai aksesibilitas dibuat peta tingkat aksesibilitas dan juga peta alur pergerakan. 19. Karakterisasi Pati Ubi Jalar Ungu (Ipomea batatas) yang Terpropilasi dan Tergelatinasi

Telah dilakukan isolasi pati dari pati ubi jalar ungu dengan cara ubi jalar ungu yang telah dikupas, diparut, diperas dan hasil perasan didiamkan. Untuk mendapatkan pati dilakukan proses enap tuang sampai airnya jernih. Pati yang didapatkan kemudian dikeringkan. Rendemen yang didapatkan yaitu sebesar 8,44%. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses modifikasi pada pati yaitu gelatinasi dan propilasi dengan asam propionat. Proses gelatinasi dengan cara memanaskan suspensi pati 10% b/v hingga mencapai suhu 70o C. Pati tergelatinasi kemudian dikeringkan menggunakan oven pada suhu 40o C, digiling dan diayak (mesh 60). Proses propilasi pati dengan cara menambahkan asam propionat 15% dari berat pati, pada pH terkontrol 8 - 8,4 dengan penambahan NaOH 0,5 N, lama reaksi 90 menit. Modifikasi selanjutnya dilakukan gelatinasi pada pati terpropilasi. Hasil pemeriksaan dibawah sinar-X menunjukkan bahwa pati yang dimodifikasi lebih menunjukkan pola amorf dibandingkan pati yang tidak dimodifikasi. Jenis pati ubi ungu yang didapatkan adalah pati ubi ungu alami, pati tergelatinasi, pati terpropilasi dan pati propilasi yang tergelatinasi. Pada keempat jenis pati tersebut dilakukan karakterisasi dengan mikroskop polarisasi. Dari hasil foto dengan mikroskop polarisasi masing-masing pati mereflesksikan cahaya terpolarisasi dengan warna kuning dan biru dan memperlihatkan gambar yang berbeda antara pati alami, pati tergelatinasi, pati terpropilasi dan pati terpropilasi yang digelatinasi. Tetapi pada pati yang telah dimodifikasi masih terlihat adanya pati alami, yang berarti modifikasi masih belum sempurna, hal ini disebabkan proses reaksi yang terjadi belum optimal. Kata kunci: ubi jalar ungu, pati modifikasi, propilasi, gelatinasi, mikroskop polarisasi, ABSTRACT An experimen has been done on an isolation of starch made from purple sweet potato. The purple sweet potato was peeled, shredded and squeezed and the outcome was let in room temperature for several hours. To get the starch, by means of fresh pour (enap tuang) process was made until the starch water became clear. The achieved starch then be dried and the obtained rendemen was 8.44%. The next process was modification prosess. First modification was gelatination, 10% b/v suspense of starch was heated until it reached 70o C, the suspense was drained by the oven in 40o C, milled, and filtered with the sieve. Second modification was propilation, with added propionate acid 15% from the weight of starch. The addition of propionate acid done in controlled of pH 8-8.4 by added NaOH 0.5 N. Time of reaction was 90 minutes. The last modification process made was gelatination of propilation starch. The examination under X-rays result showed more amorphous patterns in the modified starch in compared to the natural starch. Measurement of specific gravity of each starch showed decrease in number between natural starch, propilation starch, gelatination starch, and propilation starch that was gelatinize. The experiment resulted in 4 types of starches, which were natural starch, propilation starch, gelation starch, and propilation starch that was gelatinized. The 4 types of starches then characterized using microscope polarization. From the photo result using microscope polarization, each starches reflected polarization light in yellow and blue but showed different pictures. However, the original starches was still visible in modified starches, which means the modification was still imperfect because the reaction process was not optimal yet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak kulit buah kopi terhadap karakteristik sabun dan aktivitas antioksidan dan mengetahui produk terbaik dari sabun dengan beberapa penambahan ekstrak kulit buah kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMNRT) pada taraf 5%. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini adalah penambahan ekstrak kulit buah kopi sebesar 0, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%, dan 2%. Pada produk sabun yang dihasilkan dilakukan pengamatan seperti kadar air, jumlah asam lemak, asam lemak bebas/alkali bebas, kadar lemak tak tersabunkan, nilai pH, uji iritasi, kekerasan, stabilitas busa, kadar polifenol, aktivitas antioksidan, antimikroba, dan organoleptik (warna, aroma, tekstur). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan ekstrak kulit buah kopi pada sabun berpengaruh nyata terhadap lemak tak tersabunkan, kadar total polifenol, aktivitas antioksidan, antimikroba dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap kadar air, jumlah asam lemak, alkali bebas, nilai pH, nilai iritasi, nilai kekerasan, nilai stabilitas busa. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kimia produk sabun terbaik adalah produk dengan penambahan ekstrak kulit buah kopi 15%. Hasil analisis kimia pada produk sabun yaitu; kadar air 13,94%, jumlah asam lemak 56,76%, kadar alkali bebas 0,0587%, lemak tak tersabunkan 9,78%, nilai pH 10,03, sabun tidak menimbulkan iritasi, kekerasan 22,26 N/cm2, banyak busa 78,70%, total polifenol 359,44 mg GAE/g, aktivitas antioksidan 38,64%, dan diameter antimikroba 9,28 mm. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan responden berjumlah 30 orang petani kelapa di Nagari Limau Purut. Metode pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan accidental sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis manajemen usahatani. Usahatani kelapa dilakukan oleh petani berusia produktif pada lahan sendiri dan sudah dilakukan turun temurun. Penerimaan petani dari usahatani kelapa adalah Rp 10.312.846,-/tahun memberikan kontribusi 39% pendapatan keluarga. Sekam padi sebagai limbah yang berlimpah khususnya di negara agraris, adalah salah satu sumber penghasil silika terbesar. Sekam padi mengandung sekitar 90%-98% silika setelah mengalami pembakaran sempurna. Pengambilan silika dari abu sekam padi dilakukan dengan proses ekstraksi padat cair menggunakan larutan alkali sebagai pelarut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi larutan alkali dan waktu operasi terhadap yield dari silika. Proses ekstraksi dilakukan dalam skala laboratorium. Sepuluh gram abu sekam padi dimasukkan ke dalam 60 mL larutan alkali dengan konsentrasi tertentu (5% w / w , 10% w / w dan 15% w / w ) untuk diekstrak kandungan silika dengan waktu operasi tertentu (30, 60 dan 90 menit). Setelah proses ekstraksi selesai, larutan tersebut ditambahkan larutan HCl 1 N untuk mengendapkan silika. Silika yang terbentuk kemudian dipisahkan dari sisa larutan dengan penyaringan. Untuk menghilangkan kelembaban pada silika yang dihasilkan, maka dilanjutkan dengan proses pengeringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yield silika terbesar adalah 50,49% terjadi pada KOH 10% dan waktu ekstraksi 90 menit . Rice husks contain about 90%-98% of silica after completed combustion. Recovery silica from ash of rice husks was done by solid-liquid extraction using alkali solution. Different concentration of alkali solution (5% w / w , 10% w / w and 10% w / w ) and different operation time (30, 60 and 90 minutes) were used to investigate their influence on yields of silica. The extraction process was carried out in laboratory scale. After extraction, process was continued by acidic solidification, filtration and drying. Human life can not be separated from the the need of water. In order to accommodate the people’s need in usage of natural resources, the state has enacted Law No.7 of 2004 concerning Water Resources. The Law is aimed at regulating, the protecting the rights of citizen to get water to fulfill everyday minimal basic needs for healthy, clean and productive life, includes to give protection from the risk result from the potential and water sources. However, Law No.7 of 2004 then has been annulled by Constitutional Court through its decision No. 85/PUU-XI/2013. This annulment brings impact the deletion the opportunity for privatization and commercialization of Water Resources management that may harm the people’s interest. The consequence is that the authority for water sources management is returned to the state. This article is discussing the model of water resources management after the annulment of Law No. 7 of 2004 in its relation with the constitutional recognition of Adat Law Community (Masyarakat Hukum Adat). Its relevance for West Sumatera is that Nagari that has Property, not only land as Nagari’s Land Property (ulayat nagari), but also water, forest, plants, mine, animals and other natural resources. Therefore, in in its principle, Adat Community that has the Nagari’s Property that has right to exploit its property especially water resources. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengamati perubahan medan listrik pada intermediate petir negatif cloud to ground (-CG) dengan terminologi breakdown-intermediate-leader (BIL) sebelum sambaran balik pertama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 74 data medan listrik petir yang terekam selama bulan Maret - April 2016, dengan pendeteksian menggunakan antenna medan listrik (fast antenna). Data tersebut dibandingkan dengan sampling rate 1 MS/s dan 25 MS/s. Dari analisis data menggunakan sensor high frequency, didapat 89% (66 data) petir yang mengalami perubahan pada tahapan intermediate dan 11% (8 data) petir yang tidak mengalami perubahan pada intermediate. Pada penelitian ini juga dilihat intermediate duration pada sampling rate 1 MS/s dan 25 MS/s serta perubahan tegangan dari tahapan intermediate ke leader. Rata-rata aritmatik intermediate duration pada 1 MS/s sebesar 17,71 ms dan 25 Ms/s sebesar 16,48 ms serta rata-rata aritmatik perubahan tegangan pada 1 MS/s sebesar 46,43 mV dan 25 MS/s sebesar 598,4 mV. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap posisi intermediate, terjadi perubahan medan listrik yang cukup signifikan yang mendukung teori Beasley. A proportional random sampling was applied to select 102 teachers from 47 elementary schools in Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The result revealed that supervision implemented by school principals was good enough, that teachers' work ethos could be categorized as high, and that there was a positive correlation between guidance given by school principals give more guidance to their teachers, especially in making instructional design and providing teaching-learning facilities

The main purpose of the study was to identify the supervision techniques, the knowledge level on supervision techniques, level of difficulties in implementing the councelling and causes of difficulties faced by head masters in applying techniques of teacher supervision. The samples were taken randomly, i. e. 3 people at each area totaling 36 head masters. The data were collected by means of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of teacher supervision techniques by head masters has positive relation with their knowledge level on supervision techniques. The difficulties in implementing were resulted from the limited time, finance, professional ability and implementation direction.

The main purpose of this correlational study was to test the relationship between teachers' self concept and work satisfaction, and their attitudes toward teaching-learning process. The sample consisted of 102 teachers taken purposively from 8 State Senior High Schools (SMUN) out of 15 State Senior High Schools (SMUN) in Palembang Municipality. The data were collected by questionnaire. It could be concluded that there was a positive correlation between teachers' self concept and work satisfaction, and their attitudes toward learning-teaching process. It was suggested that there be a counseling or other special traetments for teachers with negative self concept

The aimed of this experiment was to investigate the effect phosphorus-enriched compost fertilizer with P solubilizing microorganisms on the growth of Setaria splendida. The experiment was designed in completely randomized designed with 4 treatments, consisted of R0 = Rock phosphate, R1 = Rock phosphate + rice straw + chicken manure, R2 = Rock phosphate + rice straw + chicken manure + Trichoderma harzianum. R3 = Rock phosphate + rice straw+ chicken manure + Aspergillus niger. Preparation of phosphorus-enriched compost was modified from Bangar et al. (1989); Biswas (2008) with the dosage of aplication based on Apniyarni, (2003) and Dewi (2002). Physical and chemical characteristics of phosphorus-enriched compost fertilizer and the growth of S. splendida were observed in this experiments. The results showed that phosphorus- enriched compost fertilizer with and without P solubilizing microorganisms resulted good physical and chemical characteristics. The growth of S. splendida did not significantly different for phosphorus-enriched compost with and without P solubilizing microorganism treatments. Application of enriched phospho-compost fertilizer with and without P solubilizing microorganisms significantly increased the growth of S. splendida compared to control (rock phosphate).

Penelitian tentang kedalaman atau ketebalan dan jenis batuan bidang gelincir daerah pergerakan tanah sebelumnya sudah banyak dilakukan, diantaranya oleh Priambodo, dkk (2011) kemudian Herlin dan Budiman (2012). Priambodo, dkk melakukan survei gerakan tanah di Bajawa, NTT. Penelitian 4 dilakukan pada bidang miring dengan panjang lintasan 50 m dan spasi 2,5 m, menggunakan metode geolistrik tahanan jenis dua dimensi konfigurasi Wenner- Schlumberger. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bidang gelincir terdapat pada lapisan batuan yang memiliki tahanan jenis 65 Ωm berada pada kedalamam 4,3 m - 6,2 m dan ditafsirkan lapisan tersebut merupakan lapisan lempung yang memungkinkan terjadinya longsoran. Kemudian Herlin dan Budiman (2012) melakukan penelitian untuk menentukan bidang gelincir gerakan tanah di lokasi rencana pembangunan gedung Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Andalas Limau Manis, Padang. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak dua lintasan dengan panjang lintasan masing-masing 50 m, menggunakan metode geolistrik tahanan jenis dua dimensi konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bidang gelincir tanah longsor berada sekitar 4,63 m dari permukaan tanah dan diperkirakan sebagai material lempung. Berdasarkan uraian di atas penulis akan melakukan penelitian di daerah yang mengalami longsoran untuk menginvestigasi kedalaman atau ketebalan bidang gelincir pada lereng dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik tahanan jenis dua dimensi konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger di Kelurahan Lumbung Bukit, Kecamatan Pauh, Padang.

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) is an effort to improve students' intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence through the application of Problem Posing in mathematics learning in Junior High Schools on Constructed Spaces with Curved Sides. The research subjects were 64 students from the 9th grade of a Junior High School in Bandung. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence in the experimental class using the Problem Posing learning model is relatively better than the control class using conventional learning models. The results of this study show that the application of the Problem Posing learning model can improve students' intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence. There are several advantages that researchers get in implementing Problem Posing besides students become the center of learning and practice working in groups, students become much more enthusiastic so that the learning atmosphere is conducive and full of activity, and presentation activities can build courage and confidence in performance. Learning performance and building a positive attitude during learning. Suggestion: The problem-posing learning model can be an alternative to be applied in the classroom because it can foster self-confidence and make students more active, thereby increasing students' mathematical communication skills, which correlate with interpersonal intelligence. Penelitian ini sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan interpersonal siswa melalui penerapan Problem Posing pada pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) pada materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Lengkung. Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian sebanyak 64 orang siswa kelas 9 salah satu SMPN di Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: wawancara, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kecerdasan intrapersonal dan interpersonal pada kelas eksperimen dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Posing, relatif lebih baik dari kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Posing dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa, terbukti dari peningkatan rata-rata keduanya pada setiap siklus. Ada beberapa kelebihan yang didapat peneliti dalam menerapkan Problem Posing, selain siswa menjadi sentral pembelajaran dan melatih bekerja dalam kelompok, siswa menjadi jauh lebih semangat dan antusias sehingga suasana pembelajaran kondusif dan penuh aktifitas, selain itu kegiatan presentasi dapat membangun keberanian dan keyakinan dalam unjuk kinerja belajar dan membangun sikap positif selama pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran Problem Posing dapat menjadi alternatif untuk di-terapkan di dalam kelas karena dapat menumbuhkan percaya diri siswa untuk lebih aktif sehingga mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal.

Hal ini karena Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan Tuberkulisis dan pola makan sehat. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan ini, jurusan farmasi UNG melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan produk berbasis Miana di Desa Bulili, kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai TBC, manfaat kesehatan Miana, dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan produk berbasis iptek. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2024 yang melibatkan pembuatan teh herbal, puding, dan sayur dari Miana. Hasil dari kegiatan ini meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai TBC dan Miana berdasarkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pada tes yang dilakukan. Pelatihan pembuatan produk Miana menghasilkan keterampilan praktis pada peserta yang dapat membantu mereka dalam mengintegrasikan miana ke dalam pola makan sehari-hari serta mendukung kesehatan masyarakat dan menyediakan alternatif pencegahan TBC yang efektif.

The increase in coconut production in Lapeo Village has resulted in a rise in coconut husk waste. Regrettably, the local community tends to dispose of this waste rather than processing it. However, coconut husks, rich in nutritional content, especially fiber and protein, have the potential to be processed into various products with health benefits. Therefore, this community engagement initiative aims to provide knowledge about the nutritional content of coconut husks, followed by training sessions to process coconut husks into flour and create food products, namely semprit and banana sponge cake. Based on data analysis, this initiative has successfully increased community awareness regarding the nutritional content of coconut husks, proficiency in processing techniques, and enthusiasm for creating processed products. Furthermore, overall, this engagement contributes to opening new opportunities in utilizing coconut husk waste as a valuable high-economic-value raw material, with the hope of addressing local economic challenges and supporting environmental sustainability.

This research is a type of development research (Research and Development). with the aim of knowing the quality (Validity, Practicality, and effectiveness) of student worksheets assisted by Powtoon media on the material Elasticity and Hooke's Law. This research is a type of development research that refers to 4-D Model development research consisting of four development stages, namely Defining, Designing, Developing, and Disseminating. After being validated by 3 validators, a limited trial was carried out by 36 class XI participants at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. Data collection techniques in this research used expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and student learning outcome tests. The research results show that validation is in the "valid" category. The practicality of students' worksheets assisted by Powtoon media can be seen from the results of the implementation of learning in class, and teachers and students show the category "very well implemented." It can be concluded that the worksheet for students developed with the help of Powtoon media has met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective so that it is suitable for use in physics learning at school. The difference between this research and research conducted by researchers lies in the media used, the materials used, and the location studied. Another difference is that researchers only use 3 stages in the four-D model, namely define, design, and develop.

Studi ini menyelidiki ide moderasi beragama dalam Thariqah Alawiyah, menemukan prinsip-prinsip utama yang mendasari konsep tersebut, dan menunjukkan bagaimana konsep-konsep ini tercermin dalam ajaran dan praktik Thariqah Alawiyah. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pemahaman moderasi beragama dalam konteks Thariqah Alawiyah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kajian pustaka. 38. Synthesis of W-Doped TiO2 Material Ratio Using One-Step Solvothermal Method and Treatment Orientation of Volatile Organic Compounds

In TiO2 photocatalysts have been interested in the world thanks to many advantages in handling toxic compounds, with great potential for practical application at low cost. However, the electron-hole recombination rate is still high and can not be processed under visible light, which is a major limitation of this material. Modification of TiO2 by W6+ is a possible solution, however there is still little research and the optimal W6+ ratio in small amounts is still low. The material was synthesized by a one-stage solvothermal method at 200 ºC for 10 hours, without using any surfactants or post-reaction calcination with doped W molar ratios of 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5%. The result was that the TiW-1.5% catalyst sample had the highest specific surface area of 175 m2/g, higher than pure TiO2 of 160.0 m2/g. The W6+ ion successfully replaced Ti4+ in the TiO2 crystal lattice, reducing the band gap energy of the catalytic sample to 2.88 eV with the TiW-1.5% sample. For TiW-0%, the formaldehyde decomposition ability is 53.50%. Doping W into TiO2 increased catalytic efficiency, with a material sample with an optimal modified W content of 1.5% mol W having a formaldehyde decomposition efficiency of 71.98%. Research results show that W modification can improve the activity of TiO2 and increase the efficiency of volatile organic compound treatment. Copyright © 2023 by Authors, Published by BCREC Group. Tujuan penelitian ini dilaksanakan adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan media kartu kata terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1 SDIT Bustanul Ulum Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi-Eksperiment). Data dikumpulkan melalui tes membaca. Reliabilitas instrumen diuji dengan metode split-half, sedangkan validitasnya berdasarkan validitas isi. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kartu mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas satu sekolah dasar. Untuk itu disarankan agar guru menggunakan media kartu dalam pengajaran membaca permulaan di kelas satu sekolah dasar.

40. Effect of rice straw and garbage enzyme addition on soil properties and plant growth of rice

The objective of the current study was to examine the impacts of rice straw and garbage enzyme generated from local vegetable and fruit waste on plant growth and carbohydrate or ammonium extraction from paddy soil after one month of growth in a pot experiment. Samples of topsoil were obtained from a depth of 0-15 cm, and the following treatments were applied: control (10 g soil), RS (adding 30 g soil + 0.6 g rice straw), GE (30 g soil + garbage enzyme), and combination (adding 30 g soil+ rice straw and garbage enzyme) maintained at room temperature. The study findings indicated that there were no observable impacts of rice straw and garbage enzyme application on biomass. However, RS addition seems to reduce root length but enhance shoot length. Soil carbohydrates that were extracted ranged from 61 to 207 mg kg−1 soil, and treatments with rice straw addition exhibited significantly higher levels compared to those without it (p < 0.05). The ammonium content was low. It could be concluded that at the initial seedling stage, rice straw has more effects on soil properties and plant growth than garbage enzyme. To fully assess the effects of rice straw and garbage enzyme on soil properties and plant growth, it is recommended that further research be conducted over longer periods

Water is a natural resource that is absolutely necessary for life and human life, as well as in the environmental management system, water is the main element. In everyday life, water is a basic need for the quality and sustainability of human life. Therefore, water must be available in sufficient quantity and quality. Fulfillment of water needs can be done by means of individual systems or communal systems (groups). PAMSIMAS (Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision) is one of the programs implemented by the government which is implemented in rural and suburban areas which is carried out with a communal system (https://pamsimas.pu.go.id/). One of them is in Kampung Pinang Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency in the form of assistance for clean water tanks. Prior to the existence of the reservoir from the PAMSIMAS government program, villagers used Kampar River water to meet their daily needs. Physically, Kampar river water looks brownish in color, this shows that the water is not suitable for consumption and is used for household needs. The PAMSIMAS that is being built currently uses water sources from below the ground surface which are usually used for cooking needs by the residents of Kampung Pinang Village. However, the water quality physically looks colorful. If this is still used continuously, it will greatly affect the health of the people of Kampung Pinang Village. Clean water is water that meets the requirements for a drinking water supply system, where the intended requirements are requirements in terms of water quality which include physical, chemical, biological and radiological qualities, so that when consumed it does not cause side effects (Kemenkes RI, 1990). From the results of the water quality test from the UPT Health Laboratory of the Pekanbaru City Government Health Service, it was found that for water sourced from PAMSIMAS drilled water, all test parameters met the requirements. Pada tahun 2021, Dinas Kelautan Provinsi (DKP) Lampung hanya mencatat data volume dan produksi ikan pada unit pelaksana tugas Kota Agung saja. Hal ini akan mempersulit nelayan diluar unit pelaksana tugas Kota Agung dalam menentukan lokasi penangkapan dan akan mempersulit peneliti untuk mengetahui potensi seluruh wilayah perairan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan nilai distribusi suhu permukaan laut (SPL) dan klorofil-a, hasil zona potensi penangkapan ikan, serta menganalisis peraturan yang berkaitan dengan penangkapan ikan di perairan lampung. Penentuan lokasi berpotensi ikan pelagis dibuat berdasarkan parameter SPL, klorofil-a, dan boat detection. Data tersebut didapat dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit AQUA-MODIS dan SNPP-VIIRS Level 3. Metode yang digunakan adalah Interpolasi Invers Distance Weighting (IDW) dan Kernel Density Estimation (KDE). Di bulan Maret-April 2022, wilayah berpotensi tinggi ikan pelagis dengan SPL 27-28°C dan klorofil-a 1,1-1,9 mg/m³ berada di perairan Kabupaten Tanggamus, Lampung Selatan, Lampung Timur, dan Kota Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan pada wilayah perairan Kabupaten Lampung Barat memiliki potensi yang rendah dengan SPL 29-30°C dan klorofil-a 2,2-3,1 mg/m³. Hasil wawancara dengan nelayan dan DKP Provinsi Lampung didapatkan informasi bahwa masih terdapat pelanggaran penerapan RZWP3K pada Jumlah Tangkapan di Bolehkan (JTB) yang dilakukan nelayan, dengan jumlah tangkapan melebihi JTB (5-10 ton perhari). Penerapan Surat Izin Penangkapan Ikan (SIPI) pada nelayan kecil 5-15 GT dan Surat Izin Usaha Penangkapan (SIUP) perlu ditegaskan lagi, khususnya pada wilayah yang berpotensi.

This study analyzed the urgency and construction of penal mediation in the criminal justice system. The method used in this study was the normative juridical method with a doctrinal legal approach. The urgency of penal mediation in the criminal justice system was caused by the paradigm of retributive law enforcement, the limitations of criminal law, and the shift in the purpose of punishment. The construction of penal mediation in the criminal justice system was divided into two: penal mediation inside and outside the court. The settlement mechanism for penal mediation in court was carried out by giving authority to law enforcement officials to carry out the mediation process. This study aims to investigate the implementation of electric-magnetic textbooks based on Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) on learning achievement in the physics education IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The problem is that there needs to be more consistency between the mastery of theory and practice of students, especially in practice in the laboratory. Students need help to implement the theory they have learned into practice. The electric magnetic textbook has advantages: the pedagogic structure and content balance theory with practice. It has been adapted to the learning achievement of the magnetic electricity course in the physics education study program of IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The sequential embedded mixed-method design was used in this study to extract information from the research subject. The research was conducted at the Physics Education IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The object of this research is the student of Physics Education IKIP PGRI Pontianak Semester VI Academic Year 2021/2022. The data collection technique used in this study is an indirect communication technique with research instruments such as pretest-posttest questions and response questionnaires and interviews. The first qualitative stage obtained an average response of all aspects of 79% with high criteria. Learning effectivity is obtained based on the average normalized gain of 0.57 with medium criteria. There is an increase in student learning achievement obtained from the response questionnaire after treatment by 81%; the category is very high. The interview showed the consistency of increasing student learning achievement on magnetic electricity.

Certain phenomena have been found within our target for Community Service activity of the Faculty of Psychology Education, the State University of Jakarta, which is taking place at SMPN 139, Jakarta. The issue that arose from the target school is despite being an inclusive school, the understanding among the teachers still lacks regarding particular special needs of students. The stigma said that Gifted children were considered an advantage; they thought Gifted children didn't need special treatment and managing adaptable programs to facilitate Gifted children. In fact, special need children even Gifted one still need to optimize their capacities with the proper program that could be managed by the school. In an effort to increase this awareness, teachers will be involved this community service, which includes several activities. Our program mainly focused on Psychoeducation in the form of webinars through material presentations, video, discussion. The result of the community Service program at SMPN 139 Jakarta showed the significant differences between the results before giving psychoeducation program, and after the program, it means there was an effect of providing Psychoeducation about gifted students to increase the awareness of teachers at SMPN 139 East Jakarta.

46. Soil carbon mineralization affected by hot water and ultrasound pretreatment

Paddy soil has attracted several studies; however, the effects of pretreatment on soil carbon mineralization remain unclear. This study aimed at validating the effects of soil pretreatment by performing anaerobic incubation of 15 soil samples before treating at room temperature water boiling at 80°C or ultrasound assist at 37Hz and combining (hereafter are control, hot water, ultrasound, mixed hot water, and mixed ultrasound treatments) conducted with three replications. Results showed that initial extracted carbohydrate and incubation extracted carbohydrate (Ini-ECH and Incu-ECH) ranged from 211 to 691 mg kg−1 and 229 to 961 mg kg−1, respectively, and reached the highest values with hot water. control, ultrasound, and mixed ultrasound treatments showed the lowest Ini-ECH (211–269 mg kg−1), while the lowest Incu-ECH was linked to both mixed soil treatments with similar amounts (229–264 mg kg−1). Conversely, soil carbon mineralization (generated extracted carbohydrates during anaerobic incubation, Min-ECH) was similar in control, hot water, and ultrasound treatments (ranged from 271 to 393 mg kg−1) but tended to be a negative value in mixed soil treatments. Therefore, we conclude that hot water and ultrasound pretreatments do not increase soil carbohydrate potential but likely promote carbon decomposition.

Fungisida, seperti mankozeb, banyak digunakan dalam bidang pertanian berkelanjutan dan akan meninggalkan residu pada bahan pangan. Proses oksidasi lanjutan (AOPs) ozon treatment (ozonolisis dan air ozon), sonokimia (sonolisis) serta kombinasi keduanya (sonozolisis) merupakan salah satu teknik potensial dalam mendegradasi residu mankozeb pada cabe hijau. Perbandingan metode degradasi dilakukan pada kondisi yang sama yakni 50 g cabe hijau, 100 mL air dengan waktu treatment 10 menit mampu mendegradasi residu mankozeb sebesar 69,63±1,60 air ozon; 58,83±2,57 sonozolisis; 56,51±2,29 ozonolisis; dan 23,70±1,60 sonolisis. Penambahan waktu perendaman selama 20 menit air ozon meningkatkan persentase degradasi sebesar 83,80±2,54. Beberapa parameter yang mempengaruhi proses degradasi dipelajari seperti waktu treatment, volume air, dan massa cabe hijau. Proses degradasi dengan waktu treatment 10-15 menit, volume air 100 mL dan 50 g cabe hijau mampu mereduksi residu mankozeb sebesar 25-58%. Data hasil analisis spektrofotometer-HPLC menunjukkan bahwa residu mankozeb pada cabe hijau telah berhasil didegradasi.

Human development in the field of education is very important because it relates to the quality of human life in other fields, one of which is on the social aspects, especially those related to children. The condition that occurs in children today is the high use and negative exposure of mass media, especially from the use of television and the internet. The high use of this media is not accompanied by adequate skills in children regarding access and ability to analyze the content of media messages so that negative impacts of use appear, including social conflicts between children in their environment. The purpose of this activity is to introduce the ability to access, analyze, evaluate and communicate messages in various forms of communication and information media for the prevention of social conflict in children. The method of carrying out activities using lecture, demonstration, and discussion methods. The subject of the activity is elementary school age children in Panembong Village, Bayongbong District, Garut Regency. The implementation process is carried out with the assessment stage, the implementation stage, and the assessment stage as well as the evaluation stage. The results of this activity illustrate the existence of better knowledge and understanding of elementary school age children in accessing, analyzing, evaluating and communicating messages in various forms of communication and information media, especially to prevent social conflict between peers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk Urea terhadap pertumbuhan rumput Pahitan (Paspalum scrobiculatum var. Commersonii). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lorong Seroja Perumahan Citra Nusa blok H25, Kelurahan Simpang 3 Sipin, Kecamatan Kota Baru, Kota Jambi. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Sehingga total unit penelitian adalah 25 unit. Perlakuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: tanpa pemupukan Urea; 1,12 gr Urea/polibag; 2,23 gr Urea/polibag; 3,33 gr Urea/polibag dan 4,46 gr Urea/polibag. Peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah bobot kering akar, jumlah anakan, tinggi tanaman dan bobot kering tajuk. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan peubah yang berpengaruh nyata di lanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda duncan. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan perlakuan pemberian pupuk urea memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata (P0,05) terhadap bobot kering akar, tinggi tanaman dan bobot kering tajuk rumput pahitan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemberian pupuk Urea dengan dosis 4,46 gr Urea/polibag mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan rumput Pahitan (Paspalum scrobiculatum var. Commersonii)

Public participation is intended the idea of forming laws and regulations does not always have to come from the power holders only, but can emerge from the society. This paper aims to determine the impact of the Constitutional Court’s decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 on the formation of laws in Indonesia, especially in accommodating public participation which is limited to two main issues. First, how is the form of expanding the meaning of public participation in the Constitutional Court’s decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. Second, what is the impact of expanding the meaning of public participation in the formation of laws. This doctrinal legal research uses secondary data. The results of the study show that the form of expanding the meaning of public participation in the Constitutional Court’s decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 is carried out in a meaningful way, by providing guarantees of participation for affected communities and the impact of expanding the meaning of public participation in the formation of laws, namely changing the paradigm of law formation, improvement of regulations and strengthening of public participation as a basis for formal testing.
