Introduction: The study investigated the molecular effects of human exposure to commonly used pesticides in Nigeria. Methods: Utilizing computational methods like clustering analysis, toxicokinetic predictions, molecular docking, and molecular dynamic (MD) simulation, various health impacts were identified. Results and Discussion: The results revealed significant gastrointestinal absorption, P-glycoprotein bypass, blood-brain barrier penetration, and cytochrome P450 inhibition for certain pesticide agents. Notably, oxathiapiprolin showed hepatotoxicity, propanil exhibited drug-induced liver injury (DILI), and 2,4-dichloro-phenoxyacetic acid demonstrated carcinogenicity. Respiratory toxicity was predicted for most pesticides, except propanil and N-(2,6-diethylphenyl) acetamide. Molecular targets were identified, such as bifenthrin targeting programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 and Atrazine targeting potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily H member 3. Binding affinities were computed, with oxathiapiprolin showing -6.526 kcal/mol with short transient receptor potential channel 7. Molecular dynamic simulations indicated significant binding energy changes over time. Atrazine's binding with potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily H member 3 exhibited a total binding energy ΔGbind of -39.410 kcal/mol and -49.135 kcal/mol at 0 ns and 100 ns, respectively. Oxathiapiprolin's binding with short transient receptor potential channel 7 showed ΔGbind of -53.481 kcal/mol and -44.122 kcal/mol at 0 ns and 100 ns. Conclusion: This study suggests potential hepatotoxicity and carcinogenicity of certain pesticides, emphasizing the need for environmental monitoring and stringent regulations to safeguard public health.

Companies increasingly adopt software as a Service (SaaS) as a project management tool. SaaS offers greater flexibility, availability, and accessibility than traditional information system software. In this study, SaaS is used as the basis for creating project management applications, including recording work plans, the progress of each user's performance, and meeting documentation. The stages of the literature study are carried out by looking at journals and books. The trial was carried out using black-box testing. Verification trials are carried out by involving a team of programmers to see the flow of the system algorithm. Validation trials are carried out by asking various users involved in project implementation to try the system and asking users to fill out questionnaires related to the ease of use of project management features. The two stages of the trial showed good results, as evidenced by 77.8% of users stating that the SaaS concept really helped them with the flexibility of system installation with a short waiting time. Meanwhile, 76.16% of users stated that the features provided and their configuration could help them in project management. The research results show that SaaS has great potential to help companies to manage projects effectively. In future research, various factors in different project management can be explored deeper, so that SaaS becomes more configurable and used by a wider variety of users.

The soft power diplomacy has been used by Japan since the end of WWII and post bubble economy, and was officialized as ‘Cool Japan’ program which includes all aspects of Japanese culture and cultural products. On the other hand, ‘city pop’, a genre popular in Japan around the 80’s, surfaced again in the 2020’s as a result of YouTube’s algorithm, and has been a trend on the internet with many global fans. The purpose of this research was to find out whether Japan city pop music trend contributes to Cool Japan program, with mixed method approach and data collecting method of online survey on Japan city pop fans in Indonesia. It is then concluded that Japan city pop has been contributing to Cool Japan by meeting it’s main goal and strategies of creating Japan’s image as a cool nation on its own.

Emotional Intelligence is an intelligence in managing emotions and self-motivation. Emotional intelligence is required by learners. Emotional intelligence can be enhanced through story-telling based teaching. Story-telling is a teaching method involving narration. The content of story-telling determines how learners' emotional intelligence is formed. Through story-telling, learners can be trained to possess good emotions and cultivate noble characters according to the teaching material. Philippians 4:4 can be used as teaching material to enrich learners' emotional intelligence. Philippians 4:4 teaches that happiness and joy will arise when all attention is focused on Jesus Christ and His redemption work. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the author asserts that teaching learners with Philippians 4:4 through story-telling can enrich and enhance emotional intelligence. Abstrak Kecerdasan Emosional adalah sebuah kecerdasan dalam mengelola emosi dan memotivasi diri dimana kecerdasan emosional dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik. Kecerdasan emosional dapat dipacu dengan pengajaran berbasis story-telling dan story-telling adalah sebuah metode ajar dengan bercerita. Materi story-telling menentukan bagaimana kecerdasan emosional peserta didik terbentuk. Dengan story-telling, peserta didik dapat dilatih untuk memiliki emosi yang baik dan menghasilkan karakter yang luhur sesuai dengan materi ajar. Filipi 4:4 dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar demi memperkaya kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Filipi 4:4 mengajarkan bahwa kebahagiaan dan sukacita akan muncul saat segala perhatian berpusat kepada Yesus Kristus dan karya penebusanNya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penulis menyatakan bahwa mengajar peserta didik dengan ayat Filipi 4:4 secara story-telling dapat memperkaya dan meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional.

The purpose of this study is to describe how students' mathematical thinking processes unfold when addressing AKM Numeracy problems based on Mason's theory, taking into account emotional intelligence. This research is descriptive in nature with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consist of students categorized into high, moderate, and low levels of emotional intelligence. Research instruments include emotional intelligence questionnaires, AKM numeracy problem sheets, and interview guides. The research findings indicate that students with high levels of emotional intelligence are capable of fulfilling the three stages of mathematical thinking processes in problem-solving, namely entry, attack, and review. However, they have not fully met the extend aspect in the review stage. Students with moderate emotional intelligence can fulfill all aspects in the entry and attack stages but have not met the check and extend aspects in the review stage. Meanwhile, students with low emotional intelligence can only fulfill the know aspect in the entry stage, the try aspect in the attack stage, and the reflect aspect in the review stage. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana proses berpikir matematis siswa ketika mengatasi masalah AKM Numerasi berdasarkan teori Mason ditinjau dari kecerdasan emosional. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang dipilih yaitu siswa yang memiliki level kecerdasan emosional tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Instrumen penelitian mencakup lembar angket kecerdasan emosional, lembar soal AKM numerasi, dan panduan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa siswa dengan tingkat kecerdasan emosional tinggi mampu memenuhi tiga tahap proses berpikir matematis dalam memecahkan masalah, yaitu tahap entry, attack, dan review. Meskipun demikian, siswa dengan kecerdasan emosional tinggi belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek extend pada tahap review. Siswa dengan kecerdasan emosional sedang dapat memenuhi semua aspek pada tahap entry dan attack tetapi tidak dapat memenuhi aspek check dan extend pada tahap review. Siswa dengan kecerdasan emosional rendah hanya dapat memenuhi aspek know pada tahap entry, aspek try pada tahap attack, dan aspek reflect pada tahap review.

Considering the negative impacts of modernization on the environment and society, HKBP emphasizes the importance of active involvement in environmental restoration and protection efforts, as well as combating all forms of discrimination. The article also depicts the role of HKBP as a catalyst for change, promoting inter-church cooperation in bringing liberation to all of God's creation. With a focus on the practical implementation of its theological doctrines, this article provides an insight into how the church can effectively become an agent of social justice advancement and environmental preservation. Mempertimbangkan dampak negatif modernisasi terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat, HKBP menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan aktif dalam upaya restorasi dan perlindungan lingkungan, serta memerangi segala bentuk diskriminasi. Artikel ini juga menggambarkan peran HKBP sebagai katalisator perubahan, mendorong kerja sama antar-gereja dalam membawa pembebasan bagi seluruh ciptaan Tuhan. Dengan fokus pada implementasi praktis dari doktrin-doktrin teologisnya, artikel ini memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana gereja dapat secara efektif menjadi agen kemajuan keadilan sosial dan pelestarian lingkungan.

Sago plantations are spread in almost all regions in Indonesia, such as Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Sumatra, Papua and Maluku with a land area of approximately 1,128 million Ha, which means that 51.3% of the world's sago is in Indonesia. Papua, including Merauke, is a district at the eastern tip of Indonesia that has the greatest potential for sago plantations in the world, reaching 5.5 million hectares. One of the villages in Merauke that has lots of sago plants is Kampung Kweel, which is located at the head of the Maro River. The Sago Farming Community in Kweel Village, performs sago processing, without using machines, so the results obtained are not optimal. The use of sago processing machines can streamline the sago production process. Processing sago with the application of sago grater machine technology is capable of producing grated sago pith from 279 kg/hour to 610.8 kg/hour, with a starch yield percentage of 37.91%.

Rengginang merupakan salah satu produk unggulan Kabupaten Rembang. Salah satu kecamatan yang memproduksi rengginang yakni kecamatan Banggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni kemasan regginang rentan mengalami kebocoran sehingga kualitas produk menurun. Selain itu, proses sealing yang telah dilakukan membutuhkan waktu yang lama sehingga kurang efisien pada saat terjadi lonjakan permintaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan teknologi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan mutu kemasan produk rengginang sehingga kepuasan konsumen meningkat. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan guna menghasilkan kemasan rengginang yang memiliki kualitas tinggi dan efisiensi waktu. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian mencakup, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian sealing pada kemasan lebih rapat sehingga mutu kemasan bisa lebih baik dan tidak rentan bocor. Selan itu, dalam proses sealing per kemasan hanya membutuhkan waktu 11 detik sehingga efisiensi waktu jauh lebih baik. Kemasan yang bocor hanya 1-2 kemasan per 100 kemasan yang dibuat. Hal ini mendorong peningkatan kepuasan konsumen berkaitan dengan kemasan rengginang.

Legal protection of human rights defenders in Indonesia is crucial for the state to fulfil, promote and develop human rights. This research focuses on the reformulation of legal obscurity in regulations that have not legitimised the protection of human rights defenders. Various forms of vulnerability of human rights defenders in fact lead to human rights violations such as Criminalisation, Victimisation, Anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation), Cyber Attacks and physical attacks intended for human rights defenders which reinforce Impunity. The facts show that the activities of human rights defenders are very vulnerable, it is appropriate to require legal protection in each of their activities. The vulnerability of the activities carried out by human rights defenders, which basically aims to contribute to the quality of State administration in promoting human rights, shows that protection for human rights defenders is important to be reformulated. By considering several important issues that are the focus of the research, the protection of Human Rights Defenders consists of, for instance, legal protection, which is not only related to the establishment of laws and regulations that guarantee the protection of Human Rights Defenders, but also to the elimination of laws that have the potential to threaten, restriction and violate Human Rights Defenders, guarantees and support for the activities of Human Rights Defenders, including the effectiveness of Human Rights Defenders in the process of advocacy, such as the right to information, communication with both government and non-government organisations, and recognition of Human Rights Defenders' advocacy. This also covers the guarantee of defenders' right to immunity for their advocacy activities.

This study investigates the adoption of the Cocoa Rehabilitation Programme (CRP), aiming to understand the factors influencing farmers' participation and assess the impact on food security. The research gathered quantitative data from 385 cocoa farmers in the Osino Cocoa District, Eastern region, Ghana. Mean, frequency, Tobit and ordered logit regression models were used to analyse the data. Results reveal that incentives like farm maintenance without a charge, extension access, monetary rewards regular farm monitoring and free tree-cutting strongly promote CRP adoption. Gender, age, education, and various incentives significantly influence adoption levels. The study revealed that practices like weedicide-free farming, zero burning, and efficient shade management play a substantial role in improving the food security of farmers. The paper contributes to existing literature by offering a comprehensive analysis of both monetary and non-monetary incentives, adoption patterns, and outcomes, particularly regarding food security in the context of cocoa production. The study suggests a multifaceted approach to enhance CRP efficacy and address the complex dynamics of sustainable agricultural initiatives.

Pandemi 2020 mengajarkan banyak orang bagaimana dunia digital dapat berperan besar pada kehidupan. Salah satu bidang yang sangat terpengaruh adalah dunia pembelajaran. Berbagai jenis Learning Management System dan perangkat lunak pembelajaran dikembangkan. Namun, banyak aplikasi pembelajaran ini tidak didesain untuk satu jenis pembelajaran namun untuk mengakomodir pembelajaran secara umum. Hal ini membuat LMS dan perangkat lunak tersebut bersifat fleksibel terhadap berbagai tipe pembelajaran namun juga membuat sistem tersebut menjadi rumit, sulit untuk navigasi ataupun diatur. Karena hal inilah LMS pada umumnya tidak tepat digunakan untuk mengakomodir pembelajaran dalam sebuah kursus. Sebuah kursus berbeda dengan sebuah institusi formal pembelajaran karena sifatnya yang lebih sederhana dan kebutuhan penggunanya juga berbeda. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of incentives and mitigation strategies related to voluntary reporting in enforcing anti-corruption laws, especially in the context of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) in the United States. This study shows that voluntary disclosures made by companies in anti-corruption law enforcement, based on an in-depth literature review, play an important role in facilitating effective collaboration between business and government entities. Kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) adalah tanaman pangan penting dengan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi dan menyumbang gizi yang besar bagi manusia. Produksi kentang terhambat oleh serangan penyakit dan hama potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say). Hama ini secara signifikan mempengaruhi hasil panen kentang maka perlu penanganan yang efektif untuk mencegah penurunan produksi yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan mengklasifikasikan potato beetle adalah Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yang merupakan algoritma jaringan syaraf tiruan yang efektif dalam pengolahan citra. Model YOLOv8 (You Only Look Once) diimplementasikan untuk mendeteksi objek pada gambar dengan mengidentifikasi posisi dan kelas dari potato beetle. Data yang digunakan untuk pelatihan adalah menggunakan framework PyTorch yang telah dipecah menjadi data training, data validation, dan data test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang memadai dalam mendeteksi dan mengklasifikasikan potato beetle. Evaluasi model melibatkan pengukuran Mean Average Precision (mAP) dan F1-Score berdasarkan konsep Precision dan Recall. Secara keseluruhan, model ini mencapai mAP50 sebesar 81,8%, yang mengindikasikan tingkat keseluruhan akurasi deteksi yang baik. Namun perlu perbaikan dalam mAP50-95 untuk mengukur akurasi deteksi pada tingkat lebih ketat. Model ini mampu mengklasifikasikan objek dengan precision sebesar 78,1% dan recall sebesar 89,8%. Dalam evaluasi kelas objek individu, model ini berhasil mendeteksi objek guk (potato beetle) dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai precision sebesar 88,1% dan recall sebesar 90,3%. Sedangkan objek lich juga mendapatkan hasil precision 72,8% dan recall 76,8%. Namun, perlu diperhatikan bahwa mAP50-95 pada objek lich menunjukkan penurunan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan objek guk. Abstract Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is a vital food crop with high economic value and a significant source of nutrition for humans. The production of potatoes is hindered by the infestation of the potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say), a pest that significantly impacts potato yields. Effective measures are needed to prevent sustained decreases in production. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm, which is effective in image processing, is utilized for the detection and classification of potato beetles. The YOLOv8 (You Only Look Once) model is implemented to detect objects in images, identifying the position and class of potato beetles. The data used for training is divided into training, validation, and testing datasets using the PyTorch framework. The research results indicate that the developed model achieves an adequate level of accuracy in detecting and classifying potato beetles. Model evaluation involves measurements of Mean Average Precision (mAP) and F1-Score based on Precision and Recall concepts. Overall, the model achieves an mAP50 of 81,8%, indicating a good overall detection accuracy level. However, there is room for improvement in mAP50-95 to measure detection accuracy at stricter levels. This model is capable of classifying objects with a precision of 78,1% and a recall of 89,8%. In the evaluation of individual object classes, the model successfully detects potato beetles with a precision of 88,1% and a recall of 90,3%. Meanwhile, the "lich" object achieves a precision of 72,8% and a recall of 76,8%. It should be noted that the mAP50-95 for the "lich" object shows a higher decrease compared to the "guk" object.

Abstract This paper offers a wordless space as a term for the wounded space for male survivors of sexual violence. Wordless space is offered as a perspective on trauma theology from the perspective of male survivors of sexual violence. This perspective departs from the data on sexual violence against men, which is quite high but still lacks attention from various parties. The assumption that men are the perpetrators of sexual violence, social constructions of masculinity and certain theological thinking have resulted in male survivors of sexual violence suppressing the voice of their wounds and limiting the space for the voice of their wounds. The thoughts of Annie Rogers, Cathy Caruth, and Shelly Rambo, in relation to trauma, are used to look at the traumatic experiences of male survivors of sexual violence as well as the basis for wordless space as a perspective in trauma theology. Abstrak Tulisan ini menawarkan ruang nir-kata sebagai sebutan bagi ruang luka bagi laki-laki penyintas kekerasan seksual. Ruang nir-kata ditawarkan sebagai perspektif berteologi trauma dari sudut pandang laki-laki penyintas kekerasan seksual. Perspektif ini berangkat dari data kekerasan seksual pada laki-laki berada pada angka yang cukup tinggi namun masih kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Anggapan tentang laki-laki adalah pelaku kekerasan seksual, konstruksi sosial tentang maskulinitas, dan pemikiran teologi tertentu telah mengakibatkan laki-laki penyintas kekerasan seksual memendam suara luka mereka dan membatasi ruang bagi suara luka tersebut. Pemikiran dari Annie Rogers, Cathy Caruth, dan Shelly Rambo, dalam kaitannya dengan trauma, dipakai untuk melihat pengalaman traumatis laki-laki penyintas kekerasan seksual sekaligus landasan bagi ruang nir-kata sebagai perspektif dalam berteologi trauma.

Moreover, the research emphasizes the importance of well-crafted public policies and their impact on risk management, market liquidity, and overall organizational performance. The study underscores the need for organizations to cultivate cultures of adaptability and resilience to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape. E-government refers to utilizing information technology in public information services as a means of innovating government functions related to public services. The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the progress of e-government in the implementation of the public information disclosure initiative in the Pamekasan Regency. This study employs a qualitative methodology utilizing descriptive techniques. The study was carried out at the information and documentation management agency under the Local Government of Pamekasan in Indonesia. The findings in this study indicate that the progress of the e-government information management infrastructure and documentation has been satisfactory. The public can utilize this information service through their electronic devices, however, the accessibility remains inconsistent. The public service site has been consolidated with multiple affiliated entities. This research makes a valuable contribution to the existing body of knowledge and practical implementation of government information disclosure in public services. By focusing on contemporary data, this research offers a unique and distinctive perspective within the context of analysis. Porin messenger RNA (mRNA) expression significantly influences porin permeability and reduces antibiotic penetration. Klebsiella pneumoniae has developed resistance to several antibiotics. Decreased expression levels of OmpK35 and OmpK36 porins result in changes in the porin profile and even functional loss of porins. This research aimed to analyze the relative expression of the outer membrane porins, OmpK35 and OmpK36. The research methodology involved MIC assays and quantification of OmpK35 and OmpK36 mRNA using RT-qPCR. The relative expression of OmpK35 and OmpK36 in clinical isolate K. pneumoniae is 0.8925 and 0.5877, respectively. The porin permeability of OmpK35/K36 mRNA positively correlated with the MIC values of OmpK35 (p-value = 0.029) and OmpK36 (p-value = 0.016), respectively. Binong Jati is one of the creative tourism urban villages created by the Bandung city administration as part of a program to boost the tourism industry. After 58 years, rebranding was required to alter the image of the Binong Jati knitting industrial center into the Binong Jati creative tourism urban village. This study sought to evaluate the impact of rebranding on brand image through repositioning, renaming, redesigning, and relaunch dimensions. One hundred twenty-nine visitors to the Binong Jati creative tourism urban village were polled online using quantitative research and purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. According to the findings, rebranding affected brand image by 60%. The brand image was significantly impacted by repositioning, renaming, and relaunch, with relaunch having the most effect. These results can be used by management to strengthen the rebranding effort and better how the general public perceives the community.

This article examines the social foundation which posed challenges to the adoption of corporate form as a business entity within the framework of Islamic legal tradition. This article employs juridical-normative research analysis with socio-legal approach. This paper concludes: (1) The corporate legal form was not required by the medieval Islamic legal system as well as the case in Western Europe due to several reason such as: an institutional vacuity; withdrawal of community capital resources into waqf institutions; stagnancy in institutional development of business organizations in Islamic law; and inability of the Muslim business elite to consolidate power. (2) In classical fiqh discussions, Islamic business organizations do not have legal personality. The closest approximation to corporate legal entities found in Islam have been bayt al-māl (public treasury), mosque property, and waqf (trusts). Recently, the scholars have approved the corporate form on the basis of fiqh principles of qiyas (analogy) and istihsan, or masaliha mursalah (public interest).

The advent of mobile chat applications has revolutionized everyday communication. These applications facilitate the exchange of user's textual and multimedia content across languages and cultures. Most chat applications are known to only support a limited set of predominantly spoken languages, thereby, leaving a substantial portion of the user population without adequate multilingual support. This paper aims to bridge the linguistic gap by presenting Kobapp, a multilingual chat application. The Kobapp, leverages some of the cutting-edge technologies, such as React-Native, Next.js, and the DeepL API, to offer real-time, accurate translations while at the same time offering user privacy. The development process of the Kobapp is outlined from the system architecture and design, emphasizing the integration of a client-side (Android) and server-side using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Notably, user feedback plays a crucial role in shaping an application's features and functionality. Therefore, the application’s performance was evaluated through a conducted user study. Results of the study indicate a strong positive linear relationship between overall user satisfaction and translation accuracy for different language pairs. Moreover, the absence of outliers and the model's significance further reinforces the application's commitment to data quality and accuracy. Future research will explore new dimensions in multilingual communication and applications to promote a truly global community.

The education curriculum in Indonesia continues to evolve with the times. Recently, the education system transitioned from the 2013 Curriculum to the Merdeka Curriculum. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Christian Education Lessons, highlighting its impact and effectiveness. The significance of this study lies in its contribution to understanding curriculum development in Indonesia and how the Merdeka Curriculum aligns with national educational goals and the Pancasila student profile. A literature review methodology was employed, gathering relevant information from the Google Scholar database and other sources. Data were analyzed using a SWOT framework to identify key considerations in implementing the Independent Curriculum, aiming to maximize opportunities and minimize threats. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum aligns with the vision of Indonesian Education, promoting life competencies in students. This vision supports the Pancasila student profile, emphasizing differentiated learning to meet individual student interests and needs. The analysis involved a systematic literature review, data extraction, and SWOT analysis to synthesize and interpret the findings.

Didactically oriented research that considers the relationship between teachers, students and materials was vital. This research aimed to obtain an overview of the didactical situation in the learning process of whole number concepts as a basis for designing appropriate learning designs based on local culture for junior high school students in North Central Timor. The research method followed the stages of Didactical Design Research (DDR). The research instruments were observation sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation. Data analysis included prospective analysis, observation data, and post-observation data. The results revealed that student preparedness for learning posed a barrier to the otherwise smooth operation of instructor, student, and material interactions. Learning the concept of mixed operations of whole numbers was successful in terms of learning objectives achieved and learning that took place according to plan. The research concluded that the existence of the Topaze Effect and the Aging of Teaching Situations when learning whole number operations in the classroom. Didactical situated research contributes to define the scope and substance of didactics, focusing on the shared values and knowledge that underpin effective numbers instruction. Understanding the idea of prevention and countermeasures of sexual violence is the goal of this community service project Medan Krio Village area. This activity began by emphasizing the importance of knowledge related to sexual violence and problems that potentially arise due to public misunderstanding of the forms of sexual violence stipulated in law No. 12 Of 2022 On The Crime Of Sexual Violence. The implementation method includes planning activities involving 30 (thirty) participants in the Medan Krio Village Hall by providing understanding through material presented in a concise information chart and accompanied by discussion sessions. Participation in this community service project leads to a significant increase in participants ' understanding before and after participating in the activities. This fact shows that individuals who take part in this effort can benefit from later implementing their understanding in the lives of the Medan Krio Village community, in order to minimize and be free of sexual violence violations. And can carry out the implementation of the law and the purpose of punishment (rehabilitative) for the perpetrators so that the people of Medan Krio are born with character and are legally aware.

Asthma is a heterogeneous disease which is also one of the major health problems in the world. Uncontrolled asthma symptoms will exacerbate asthma, which is the biggest cause of the patient into the ER. Salbutamol is a bronchodilator that belonged to the short-acting beta-2 agonist (SABA), which is an obligatory choice in the management of asthma exacerbations. Unlike the aminophylline group in Indonesia which is still often used widely and rarely appear in the side effects of its use. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of nebulized salbutamol versus intravenous aminophylline for reduction in asthma symptoms, improvement in lung function, and a long hospital stay. The study involved 57 adults asthma exacerbation patients without complication who received treatment in the ER, were studied by using quasi-experimental methods in this study cost-effectiveness analysis to compare intravenous aminophylline (n:27) versus nebulized salbutamol (n:30) therapy to determine the most cost-effective. Intravenous aminophylline therapy was more cost-effective than nebulized salbutamol in reducing the symptoms of asthma and PEF value improvement. Clinical outcome of the length of hospital stay outcome both had the same effective, and cost analysis results showed intravenous aminophylline (US$5.38) cheaper than nebulized salbutamol (US$5.71). intravenous aminophylline was more effective in reducing asthma symptoms than nebulized salbutamol (Pvalue=0.001). Meanwhile, the average decrease in lung function intravenous aminophylline than nebulized salbutamol, although not significantly different (Pvalue=0.507). Aminophylline therapy was more cost-effective in reducing asthma symptoms and improvement in lung function compared nebulized salbutamol in exacerbations asthma patients. But cost-effectiveness researchers need to measure substance abuse outcomes in terms of Quality-Adjusted Life Years (QALY), as this will make their findings more relevant to the development of treatment policy.

Snapper is one of the economically important fish targeted by fishers in the island of Timor. Domestic and foreign markets for fillet and fresh snapper is considerably large. The export volume in 2021 was 4,172,056 kg, and the total value reached 12,452,211 USD. Along with the increasing snapper production in Kupang City and NTT, it is necessary to forecast the future snapper production. Thus, it can be a reference for policy makers in the region in designing fisheries development. This study aims to produce forecasting model for snapper catches at PPI Oeba Kupang. This research applied Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA), as a forecasting method. The data of snapper production analyzed in this study consisted of 72 months, started from January 2016 to December 2021. Data were obtained from the UPT of the Department of Marine and Fisheries of NTT Province at PPI Oeba Kupang. Data have a non-stationary pattern to the variance, hence a logarithmic transformation is needed, as well as seasonal differences analysis. However, there is no need for non-seasonal differences since the data are stationary with respect to the mean. The results of the identification of the Autocorrelation function and Partial Autucorrelation function Plots are ARIMA models with seasonal factor period 4, ARIMA (P,D,Q) = (1,0,1), while the SARIMA order (P, D, Q) = (2,1,1)4. Based on parameter testing, verification, examination, and testing of suitable models, the best model obtained was (0,0,1)(2,1,1)4. The aim of this study was to assess heavy metal pollution in the surface waters of the N'djili river watershed, as well as to determine the main sources of this pollution and their impact on water quality. Five sampling sites were selected in the watershed, representing a variety of urban and industrial influences. In these samples, trace metals such as lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd) and arsenic (As) were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. The respective mean concentrations of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd) and arsenic (As) in the surface waters of the N'djili basin are 0.066 mg/L, 0.006 mg/L and 0.310 mg/L. The mean value of the degree of contamination (Dc) in the surface waters of the N'djili basin is greater than 3, indicating heavy contamination of these waters (Lukaya river, Matete river, N'djili river, Ntshuenge river, Ngwele river). The average values of for the trace metal pollution index (HPI) are below the threshold value of 100, so overall, these waters are not very polluted. Nevertheless, particularly high concentrations were observed in the waters of the Matete River, with values exceeding 100, indicating severe localized pollution. Correlation analysis between trace metals and HPI indicates that lead and cadmium are the main contributors to surface water toxicity in the N'djili basin. These results highlight the urgent need to develop targeted strategies to reduce pollution in order to preserve public health and aquatic ecosystems.

Padusan Village, located in the Mojokerto district, has been identified as having significant potential for beetroot processing. In response to this opportunity, a community service team embarked on a project to empower local women by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to produce a variety of beetroot-based processed products. These products included beetroot tepung, crackers, cheese sticks, and wedang wuluh drinks. Throughout the initiative, the women were closely supported by students specializing in catering, who guided them through each step of the production process, from familiarizing them with the ingredients to mastering the art of dough preparation. They demonstrated remarkable progress in their understanding of food processing techniques and showed enthusiasm in exploring the diverse culinary possibilities offered by beetroot. Looking ahead, future community service endeavors aim to further empower these women by facilitating the transition to large-scale production and providing assistance in developing effective marketing strategies. By leveraging their newfound skills and tapping into potential market demand, the women of Padusan Village can enhance their economic prospects and contribute to the growth and prosperity of their community.

This paper delves into the proactive measures adopted by Interpol to counter the pervasive issue of human trafficking, focusing specifically on the activities of non-procedural migrant worker networks in East Nusa Tenggara. Human trafficking remains a grave violation of human rights globally, with vulnerable migrant workers often falling victim to exploitation and abuse. In regions like East Nusa Tenggara, where such networks operate with relative impunity, concerted efforts are necessary to dismantle their operations and bring perpetrators to justice. Interpol plays a crucial role in this endeavor by leveraging legal assistance treaties to enhance international cooperation in combating transnational crimes, including human trafficking. Through these treaties, Interpol facilitates information exchange, joint investigations, and coordinated law enforcement actions among member countries, thereby strengthening the collective response to this multifaceted challenge. In East Nusa Tenggara, where the complexities of jurisdiction and cross-border activities complicate law enforcement efforts, Interpol's involvement becomes particularly significant. By collaborating with local law enforcement agencies and leveraging its global network of resources, Interpol can identify, disrupt, and dismantle the networks involved in human trafficking. This paper will explore the mechanisms through which Interpol utilizes legal assistance treaties to support investigations, apprehend perpetrators, and rescue victims of human trafficking in East Nusa Tenggara. Additionally, it will assess the effectiveness of these strategies in mitigating the impact of non-procedural migrant worker networks and advancing the overarching goal of eradicating human trafficking. Through a comprehensive analysis of Interpol's efforts in this context, this paper aims to contribute to the discourse on international law enforcement cooperation and the fight against human trafficking.

Suku Dayak Desa merupakan sub-suku dari rumpun suku Dayak Ibanik yang menempati beberapa wilayah di Kecamatan Kelam Permai Kabupaten Sintang, Kalimantan Barat. Berbagai tanaman obat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat suku Dayak Desa untuk pencegahan atau pengobatan penyakit. Daun kemunting menjadi salah satu obat tradisional yang digunakan oleh suku Dayak Desa dalam penyembuhan luka. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk menelaah potensi daun kemunting terhadap penyembuhan luka dalam konteks pengobatan tradisional suku Dayak Desa. Disimpulkan bahwa kemunting berpotensi besar dalam meredakan inflamasi, mempercepat penyembuhan luka, dan mencegah infeksi sebab memiliki sifat-sifat antiinflamasi, antioksidan, dan antimikroba. Artikel ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya eksplorasi kemunting sebagai tanaman obat tradisional suku Dayak Desa dalam penyembuhan luka sebagai dasar untuk penelitian dan pengembangan pengobatan tradisional di wilayah tersebut.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan literasi digital dengan self-regulated learning pada siswa/i kelas XII di SMAN 1 Siantar Narumonda. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas XII SMAN 1 Siantar Narumonda dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik skala. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linearitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara literasi digital dengan self-regulated learning yang positif dan tergolong kuat. Hal ini didasarkan pada nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,661 dan nilai sig. 0,000. Literasi digital memberikan sumbangan efektif pada self- regulated learning sebesar 43,7% dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This article describes the spiritual experience of being a Muslim and minority in Manila, the capital of Asia’s most populous Catholic country, the Philippines. This research used an ethnography approach to understand how Muslims in Manila negotiate their identity as Muslims as well as Filipinos who live in Barangay as a minority and face bad sentiment, especially after the Battle of Marawi and the Maguindanao Massacre. This research found that even when facing negative stigma on most of the national media coverage after the Battle of Marawi and the Maguindanao Massacre, Muslims in Manila feel that they are free to express their identity as Muslims, as Anak Bansa, and as Filipinos with their limitations. [Artikel ini menggambarkan pengalaman spiritual Muslim minoritas di Manila, Filipina, negara dengan umat Katolik terbesar di Asia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi untuk melihat bagaimana Muslim di Manila menegosiasikan identitasnya sebagai orang Islam sekaligus sebagai orang Filipina yang hidup di Barangay sebagai minoritas, terutama dalam menghadapi sentimen buruk pasca Perang Marawi dan Pembantaian Maguindanao. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa meskipun menghadapi stigma buruk dalam hampir semua media nasional pasca Perang Marawi dan Pembantaian Maguindanao, orang Islam di Manila tetap merasa bebas mengekspresikan identitas mereka dengan segala keterbatasannya sebagai Muslim sekaligus sebagai Anak Bangsa dan orang Filipina.]

The spread of Corona virus disease-2019 (COVID-19) has had a negative impact on the tourism industry and the creative economy in Indonesia. Since February 2020 the number of foreign visitors coming to Indonesia has decreased. This also has an impact on state revenue in the tourism sector. Coupled with the existence of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and the closure of access to and out of Indonesia, it has also caused a decrease in state revenue in the tourism sector. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing communication of temple tourism destinations after the COVID-19 pandemic from a visitor perspective. This research is a research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by interviewing visitors to temple tourism destinations (Prambanan Temple and Ratu Boko Temple). The conclusion from this research is that post-COVID-19 pandemic marketing communications for temple tourism destinations from the visitor's point of view have not been fully implemented. Because based on visitors, word of mouth is the strongest factor for visitors visiting temple tourist destinations.

Our cities gain from recreational parks' fundamental environmental, aesthetic, and recreational benefits. They also bring great economic benefits to any country. The purpose of this research is to assess Citizens' views on the state of three recreational parks and landscaping in Akure, Ondo State. The study aims to evaluate three recreational parks and landscaping in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria, their properties, their impact on users, and the contribution of recreational landscapes to societal development and revenue generation. This paper also suggests better ways to maintain these recreational parks. Gardens with a broad assortment of trees and other plants are a significant recreational feature in developing countries like Nigeria. Urban and recreational facilities have been seen as a tool to improve living conditions in Ondo State. One of the most difficult aspects of maintaining recreational parks is balancing the needs of different user groups, such as those seeking solitude and those seeking raucous play and picnicking. Parks and recreation are typically the "engine" of local tourism. In a simplified tourism model, people leave their homes and travel to attractions supported by services such as hotels/motels, restaurants, and commerce.

Coastal areas are transitional areas between land and marine ecosystems that have high biological productivity. Mangroves are a type of plant that grows in coastal areas or river estuaries and has an ecological function by acting as the last defense against sea waves after coral reef and seagrass ecosystems, as sediment traps, as a place to find fish food, as a fish spawning ground, as a shelter, and as a place for fish farming. Mangrove Plant Community Structure Research in the Kwala Indah Village Area was conducted in August–October 2023 with the aim of knowing the types of mangroves, mangrove diversity and uniformity, dominance, Important Value Index (INP), and mangrove crown cover in Kwala Indah Village. The method used in the observation of mangrove plant community structure is to use the quadrant transect method by analyzing species density, relative density, species frequency, relative frequency, species dominance, relative dominance, and important value index at the tree, sapling, and seedling levels, as well as crown cover. Based on the results of the study, 7 species were found, namely Xylocarpus granatum, Xylocarpus mekongensis, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Soneratia alba, Bruguiera parviflora, and Excoecaria agallocha. Xylocarpus and Rhizopora have the highest INP, diversity, uniformity, and dominance. Canopy cover is in the medium category; coastal areas are transitional areas between terrestrial and marine ecosystems that have high biodiversity values.

Pembatasan mobilitas untuk mengurangi bertambahnya kasus Covid-19 berupa penyekatan, pemberlakuan jam malam, serta penerapan protokol kesehatan ketika bepergian telah mengubah perilaku mobilitas masyarakat. Sayangnya, perubahan perilaku tersebut belum terdokumentasi dengan baik sehingga tidak terintegrasi dalam penyusunan kebijakan transportasi, dan akibatnya, pembatasan mobilitas menjadi tidak atau kurang efektif untuk menghambat laju kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode konten analisis terhadap 193 artikel berita nasional, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi perilaku perjalanan yang dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan (atau pelanggaran) terhadap pembatasan mobilitas di Indonesia. Identifikasi dilakukan dengan mengkategorikan perilaku perjalanan ke dalam respon spasial, temporal, dan institusional. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan pelanggaran pembatasan mobilitas (64% dari 193 pemberitaan) antara lain melalui pemilihan rute yang tidak dijaga petugas, serta bepergian pada jam ataupun periode yang dilarang. Temuan ini dapat menjadi masukan strategi preventif dalam perumusan kebijakan transportasi di masa mendatang, terutama terkait pembatasan mobilitas walaupun skalanya relatif lebih kecil, seperti pembatasan mobilitas melalui ganjil-genap ataupun penutupan jalan pada waktu-waktu tertentu.

Produksi yang baik juga disebabkan oleh mesin yang baik pula, sehingga mesin yang ada pada perusahaan ini harus di rawat dengan baik agar tidak terjadi hambatan proses produksi oleh karena mesin rusak dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada mesin sns cutter karena mesin ini memiliki peran penting dalam pemotongan kaca untuk memenuhi kepuasaan konsumen dalam berbagai ukuran. Mesin sns cutter ini memiliki macam-macam cara perawatan, memiliki berbagai spare part yang ada pada mesin sehingga harus dilakukan pengecekan secara berkala. Jenis-jenis perawatan yang ada pada mesin sns cutter, proses produksi dari kaca terbentuk sampai dipotong sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, penyebab kerusakan mesin. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui penyebab seringnya mesin mengalami kerusakan jika minyak tidak optimal sehingga pisau pada mesin cutter mengalami tumpul dan menyebabkan potongan kaca tidak maksimal. Perawatan pada mesin ini dilakukan dalam harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.

The economic crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic has made people unable to meet their basic daily needs. Social assistance, or social assistance, is a program offered by the government to underprivileged communities to support and improve the welfare of disadvantaged people. It is known that many social aids program implementations are not on target. Even judging from the latest data, there are still many double recorded and reach around 70% double data. From the existing problems, the AYO BANSOS application was designed to help implement social aid programs more quickly. The usability test results of the application, conducted with 20 respondents using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, resulted in an average SUS score of 72, categorizing it as a "good" grade on the scale. This mobile-based recording can help in terms of administration because data is integrated online, so it can be easier and more transparent to be accessed by local governments and the public. In addition, there is also an online social aid program delivery feature that helps people make it easier to distribute social aid to local governments.

Dalam sistem perangkat jaringan modern, idealnya sebuah perangkat jaringan memiliki manajemen sistem yang terpusat. Sistem manajemen terpusat yang baik memiliki kemampuan tidak sekedar monitoring, melainkan juga provisioning dan kegiatan administratif lain. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni perangkat jaringan routerboard tidak mampu melakukan provisioning secara mandiri dan otomatis. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu adanya sebuah sistem manajemen modern yang mampu melakukan provisioning secara otomatis, monitoring, dan juga administrasi konfigurasi secara massal. Dengan melakukan observasi dan studi literatur diketahui penggunaan routerboard dapat dimaksimalkan dengan fitur command line berupa HTTP request dan pemanfaatan arsitektur API. Penelitian ini mampu membuat sistem automasi zero touch provisioning routerboard, dengan menggunakan framework PHP Laravel dan GraphQL API. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sistem automasi mampu melakukan zero touch provisioning dengan memanfaatkan command line HTTP request untuk routerboard berkomunikasi ke server controller. Sedangkan untuk administrasi konfigurasi antara server controller ke routerboard, dilakukan melalui proses pemanggilan API. Pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata durasi yang dibutuhkan dalam proses zero touch provisioning routerboard yakni 8.851ms.

Background: Female Athletes Triad (FAT) is a syndrome characterized by impaired energy availability, menstrual dysfunction, and low bone density. FAT might interfere with the health and performance of young female athletes in training and competition, which causes a decrease in achievement. Research on FAT is still limited in Indonesia, especially on indigenous Papuans. Objectives: To obtain a description of young Papuan female athletes' knowledge of FAT, including the three main components of FAT: danger, impacts, and risk factors for FAT. Methods: The total sample was 61 young female athletes with a convenience sampling technique. The survey method used a questionnaire consisting of questions related to athlete characteristics (age, ethnicity, training duration, and sports) and eight questions about FAT knowledge; it includes the three main components of FAT (osteoporosis, menstrual disorders, eating disorders), dangers and impacts, and the risk factors (age and physical activity). Results: Young Papua female athletes (80.33%) lacked knowledge about FAT. Most athletes (80.33%) had never heard of FAT. Most of the sample failed to identify FAT's three main components and risk factors correctly. Only five athletes (8.20%) correctly answered questions about fracture occurrence. Only six athletes (9.84%) could identify FAT components entirely and correctly, and about 11 (18.30%) answered correctly regarding the risk of excessive physical activity in athletes. Finally, only 23 athletes (37.70%) correctly answered questions about age. Conclusions: Young female Papuan athletes lack knowledge about the FAT components and risk factors.

Accuracy is the primary focus in prediction research. Optimization is conducted to improve the performance of prediction models, thereby enhancing prediction accuracy. This study aims to optimize the Facebook Prophet model by performing hyperparameter tuning using Bayesian Optimization to improve the accuracy of USD Index Value prediction. Evaluation is conducted through multiple prediction experiments using different ranges of historical data. The results of the study demonstrate that performing hyperparameter tuning on the Facebook Prophet model yields better prediction results. Prior to parameter tuning, the MAPE indicator metric is 1.38% for the historical data range of 2014-2023, and it decreases to 1.33% after parameter tuning. Further evaluation shows improved prediction performance using different ranges of historical data. For the historical data range of 2015-2023, the MAPE value decreases from 1.39% to 1.20%. Similarly, for the data range of 2016-2023, the MAPE decreases from 1.12% to 0.80%. Furthermore, for the data range of 2017-2023, there is a decrease from 0.80% to 0.76%. This is followed by the data range of 2018-2023, with a decrease from 0.75% to 0.70%. Lastly, for the data range of 2019-2023, there is a decrease from 0.63% to 0.55%. These results demonstrate that performing Hyperparameter Optimization using Bayesian Optimization consistently improves prediction accuracy in the Facebook Prophet model.

The research focused on the user interface of the Maxim application, a ride-hailing service in Indonesia facing usability challenges compared to its competitors, such as Gojek, Grab, and inDrive. The study aimed to identify user issues and propose alternative interface designs to enhance usability. The User-Centered Design (UCD) approach was adopted, involving two iterative phases that yielded high-fidelity designs. Through online surveys and interviews, 77 problem categories were identified, adhering to Usability Heuristic principles, and 93 design solutions were crafted based on Shneiderman's Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. Subsequently, the design solutions were evaluated through moderated usability testing (UT) and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire distribution. The second iteration's UT results indicated improved success rates, reduced task completion times, higher SUS scores, and positive user feedback on ease of use. In conclusion, this research improved the application's usability and offered valuable recommendations for further enhancements and future investigations.

This research investigates the impact of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Sales Growth, and Gender Diversity on Environmental Performance (EP) among 75 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange participating in the PROPER program from 2019 to 2022. The study employs a random effects model. The findings indicate that ROA, DER, Sales Growth, and Gender Diversity significantly influence EP. Specifically, Firm Size (FZ) moderates the impact of DER on EP. However, Firm Size does not significantly moderate the effects of ROA, Sales Growth, and Gender Diversity on EP. The research provides insights into factors contributing to the financial performance of companies and the moderating role of firm size. The novelty of the study lies in the moderating role of firm size in the relationship between ROA, DER, Sales Growth, and Gender Diversity with environmental performance. The research contributes to legitimacy, stakeholder, and agency theories. Policymakers can leverage these insights to formulate strategies that encourage corporate sustainability. This study offers valuable information for companies aiming to enhance both environmental and financial performance, ultimately contributing to broader societal well-being.

Untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas pegawai dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasional dan pelayanan, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jambi mengambil inisiatif dengan menghadirkan sistem yang dapat mengelola laporan kegiatan harian pegawai dan membantu pimpinan dalam mengawasi kegiatan operasional pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pelaporan harian pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jambi agar dapat membantu pegawai dalam melakukan pengelolaan pencatatan dan perekapan berbagai kegiatan operasional dan pelayanan yang dilakukan setiap hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Scrum. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti seluruh tahap atau kegiatan sesuai dengan metode Scrum, meliputi sprint planning, sprint, daily scrum, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective. Setelah menyelesaikan empat sprint, hasil dari penelitian ini berhasil menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan fungsional. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan metode Black-Box testing secara manual dan otomatis menggunakan Katalon Studio didapatkan nilai fungsional bernilai 1 (satu) sehingga memenuhi aspek fungsionalitas dalam tingkat fungsionalitas sangat baik. Abstract—Ulcerative colitis (UC) is an idiopathic chronic inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract which is one of the inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). In Indonesia, epidemiological data obtained from hospital reports, generally show that the incidence of UC is higher than Crohn's Disease (CD). Mesalamine as a drug of choice for UC, is related to some side effects. Therefore, herbal plants such as sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) could be used as a complementary therapy in UC. The purpose of this article is to provide information about the potential mechanisms of andrographolide (AG) as a bioactive compound in sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) extract as an anti-inflammatory agent. The method used by authors in this article is a narrative review method, by collecting studies about the anti-inflammatory effect of AG on UC through a database search. The results showed that one of the ingredients of sambiloto, diterpenoid labdane compound in the active form of AG, is able to inhibit the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines so that it has the potential to act as an anti-inflammatory similar to mesalamine in UC therapy. Additionally, sambiloto contains flavonoids and polyphenols which serve as antioxidants. In conclusion, AG has an anti-inflammatory property that might be utilized as a part of UC complementary therapy. Di Indonesia, data epidemiologi diperoleh dari pelaporan rumah sakit, secara umum menunjukkan insidensi KU lebih tinggi daripada Crohn’s Disease (CD). Mesalamine sebagai pilihan terapi untuk KU, dapat menimbulkan beberapa efek samping. Oleh karena itu, tanaman herbal seperti sambiloto Andrographis paniculata dapat digunakan sebagai terapi komplementer pada KU. Tujuan artikel ini adalah memberikan informasi mengenai potensi dan mekanisme senyawa bioaktif andrographolide (AG) pada ekstrak sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) sebagai agen antiinflamasi. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam artikel ini adalah metode narrative review, dengan mengumpulkan beberapa studi tentang efek antiinflamatori dari AG pada KU melalui pencarian database. Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa salah satu kandungan sambiloto, senyawa labdane diterpenoid dalam bentuk aktif AG, mampu menghambat ekspresi sitokin proinflamasi sehingga berpotensi sebagai antiinflamasi serupa dengan mesalamin pada terapi KU. Selain itu, sambiloto memiliki kandungan flavonoid dan polifenol yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan. Sebagai simpulan, AG memiliki properti antiinflammatori yang dapat digunakan sebagai bagian dari terapi komplementer pada KU. This research analyzes students' critical thinking abilities in solving Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) questions by reviewing students' mathematical self-efficacy. This research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 52 class VIII students at SMPK Mardi Wiyata Malang. This research instrument used AKM test sheets and mathematical self-efficacy questionnaires, which are then analyzed using an interactive model. This research showed that students with low self-efficacy abilities fulfill the indicators of interpretation, inference, evaluation, and explanation. Meanwhile, students with moderate self-efficacy fulfill the indicators of interpretation, inference, evaluation, explanation, and self-regulation. Students with high self-efficacy fulfill all indicators of critical thinking, namely interpretation, analysis, inference, evaluation, explanation, and self-regulation.

Puskeswan adalah pusat kesehatan hewan yang menyediakan jasa pengobatan untuk hewan ternak. Selama ini proses pelayanannya di puskeswan pengelolaan data masih manual yaitu menggunakan media buku besar, sehingga banyak pencatatan data yang dilakukan secara berulang. Selain itu pemilik hewan ternak juga harus datang ke puskeswan atau telepon untuk melakukan konsultasi terkait dengan hewannya. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang sistem informasi pelayanan kesehatan agar dapat membantu puskeswan wedarijaksa dalam mengelola data dan mempermudah pemilik hewan mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan untuk ternaknya. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) dalam pengembangan yang berkaitan dengan perangkat lunak pada sebuah sistem yang interaktif. Proses pengembangan metode Rational Unified Process ini ada 4 tahapan yaitu Inception, Elaboration, Construction dan Transition. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pelayanan kesehatan hewan yang dibangun memiliki kegiatan pelayanan mulai dari registrasi pendaftaran, pemeriksaan, konsultasi, pelaporan online dan pemetaan hewan ternak dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Globally, as businesses grapple with uncertainties and challenges of growth and expansion, competitive intelligence failure has remained an obvious reality. This work therefore attempts to evaluate the intervening variables underlying the menace of competitive intelligence failure in the business world. Specifically, the study identifies the factors responsible for CI failures in the brewery industry in Nigeria. The identified factors include; lack of planning and management skills by managers and top company executives, faulty business decision making process and implementation by management and lack of coordinated organisational culture and political climate in the brewery industry in the country. In reaching these analytical premises, the study adopted a quantitative evaluation of some breweries in Nigeria to determine the pattern and trends of the competitive intelligence correlates and offered corresponding recommendations that will help to mitigate the menace of competitive failure in Nigeria. Politics is not socially empty. Therefore, politicians must also find the right strategy to increase popularity and electability. One way that can be used is the use of social media. Social media is now widely used by political actors as a means to absorb aspirations in the political field. One of the social media that is currently widely used as a political tool is TikTok. As of April 2022, there are 99,072,000 TikTok users in Indonesia or 51.1% of the Indonesian population aged 18 years and over. This article aimed to explore how Ganjar Pranowo built his self-image through his TikTok account @ganjarpranowofc and what storytelling strategies were used in that image. A qualitative approach with a content analysis method is used in writing this article. There are 252 videos from the TikTok account @ganjarpranowo were analyzed from January to May 2022. This article uses the political image category approach described in Liebhart and Bernhardt's research (2017) as a basis for analysis. From this research, Ganjar Pranowo simplifies political issues in his imagery efforts. In addition, there are indications of three storytelling strategies used in political imagery on the TikTok account: the biographical strategy, the incumbent strategy, and the Kagama chairman strategy.

Colored Cibunut Village is located in RW 07, Kebon Pisang Urban Village, Sumur Bandung District, Bandung City. Having an eco-friendly creative village concept, Colored Cibunut Village consists of 5 mural zones with various themes, including environment, peace, slave labour, history, and education. In line with a request from the chairman of the Cibunut Finest Movement Foundation to increase brand awareness and the existence of an educational tourism village, both internally and externally from the people living in the Colored Cibunut Village area, it was managed by a team of Business Administration Study Program lecturers, Parahyangan Catholic University focuses on content marketing. Through the MBKM Village Project, students were provided with training for trainers and assisting partners through content marketing and learning the authentic marketing process that forms the local advantage of Colored Cibunut Village. The service learning approach is applied in 3 stages: exploration, application, and evaluation. Partners and students benefit from the MBKM Village Project. Partners gain increased knowledge and skills in content marketing. Meanwhile, students gain valuable experience interacting and implementing the knowledge gained in class to the community in Colored Cibunut Village. The service learning approach provided space for partners, lecturers, and students to complement learning by implementing research manifested in community service.
