Ketidakpatuhan penderita hipertensi dalam pengobatan penyakitnya berdampak pada tidak terkontrolnya tekanan darah yang dapat memperburuk status kesehatan dan bahkan kematian. Salah satu faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan hipertensi adalah pengetahuan penderita tentang penyakitnya dan penatalaksanaan yang diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dalam mendukung praktik kepatuhan penderita hipertensi dalam mengkonsumsi obat anti-hipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskritif cross sectional. Besar sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 220 responden, direkrut melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Sebanyak 51,8% penderita hipertensi memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan 65,9% penderita hipertensi mengaku tidak patuh dalam meminum obat yang dianjurkan. Nilai hasil uji < α 0,05 (p= 0,000), artinya pengetahuan berhubungan signifikan dengan kepatuhan minum obat. Pengetahuan adalah komponen terpenting yang harus dimiliki penderita agar mereka dapat terlibat aktif dalam praktik kepatuhan. Diharapkan temuan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam merumuskan intervensi pengobatan bagi penderita hipertensi kaitannya dengan upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan penderita dalam hal meminum obat anti-hipertensi.

Non-adherence in hypertensive patients is a serious challenge faced by health workers. The motivational interviewing (MI) is a patient-centered intervention and has been shown to change a person's compliance. The aim of this review is to investigate the impact of MI on adherence in hypertensive patients. This review was conducted on four databases, PubMed, Cinahl, Web of Science (WOS), and Scopus. Only randomized controlled trial (RCT) articles were used in this review, the quality assessment of the articles used the JBI critical appraisal tools, the selection and extraction of articles referred to the PRISMA guidelines. There were 5 articles that met the inclusion criteria. MI is applied with 2 methods, conventional and non-conventional. 2 articles showed an increase in medication adherence, 1 article showed adherence to dietary and physical activity recommendations, 1 article showed a change in smoking consumption patterns, and 4 articles showed a decrease in blood pressure in post-intervention hypertensive patients. MI can be an effective option in terms of improving hypertension adherence in the future. Although the evidence is currently validated, more research is needed to explore the evidence for the effectiveness of the combined MI method.

Nurses are at the forefront of being directly involved in the care of Covid-19 patients. This can put nurses in a difficult position, especially if they had lack support from the surrounding environment. The society’s negative stigma towards nurses can trigger psychological problems for them. Good coping is needed to maintain the work performance of nurses. This study aims to identify the perceived stigma, psychological response, and coping of nurses involved in caring for Covid-19 patients in Indonesia. This research was a cross-sectional study based on an electronic survey. The number of respondents was 509 nurses who came from all regions in Indonesia on 11-20 April 2020. Respondents were nurses who handled Covid-19 patients directly. The data were collected using a modified questionnaire the Berger stigma scale, DASS and Brief of Cope with a total of 27 questions. The questionnaires used have been proven valid and reliable after being tested on 30 nurses treating Covid-19 patients with a Cronbach Alpha value as follows: modified Berger Stigma Scale 0.952; modified DASS 0.928; and modified Brief of Cope 0.753. Most respondents were 26-35 years old (52.1%), female (61.5%), and worked in government-owned hospitals (48.3%). 231 respondents were stigmatized (45.4%), 274 respondents were depressed (46.2%) and 209 respondents experienced stress (41.1%). The majority of respondents chose problem focused coping (65.8%). This study shows that some respondents feel they were stigmatized by society, but they have good coping (problem focused coping) to reduce their mental burden. Negative stigma against nurses is often difficult to avoid. Support from family and colleagues was something that can ease the mental burden of nurses. Support from the government was needed to educate the public so that it does not give negative stigma to nurses and other health workers.

Currently, the Covid-19 pandemic has become a significant problem faced by the world of education. The presence of Covid-19 has affected the teaching and learning process in various countries. Almost all countries implement physical distancing policies so that many schools are forced to replace face-to-face learning with online learning based on information and communication technology. The limitations of face-to-face activities in online learning are an obstacle for education, especially in the pandemic era. Moreover, the development of science and technology in the 21st century provides new challenges for the world of education, requiring students to have cognitive skills and metacognitive skills. This quantitative study investigates the effect of the project-based learning-based enriched virtual learning model on students' metacognitive skills. The research design was quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design involving 40 students (22 male students and 18 female students) in class VII. Metacognitive skills were measured using a metacognitive rubric. Data collection is done by using pre-test, post-test, and assignment. Successively, the test used to analyze the metacognitive skills data was One-Way ANCOVA. The results showed that the project-based learning-based enriched virtual learning model significantly affected metacognitive skills (Sig = 0.000). Overall, students got a very memorable experience when following the learning stages so that the model can be used as a reference for use in the following science lesson.

Bahasa Indonesia: Lembaga pendidikan Islam mempunyai tanggung jawab yang besar dalam membangun etika dan kepribadian peserta didiknya. Tantangan pendidikan Islam sekarang ini adalah munculnya pergeseran tata nilai etika dan kepribadian di masyarakat karena pengaruh globalisasi, kemajuan teknologi, problematika sosial serta disparitas kemampuan ekonomi yang berbeda yang secara tidak langsung memunculkan konflik sosial, disharmonisasi hubungan orang tua dengan anak, guru dengan murid dan lain sebagainya. Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber penggalian keilmuan telah menawarkan konsep pembangunan etika dan kepribadian (ethics and personality development) bagi manusia, khususnya peserta didik di lembaga pendidikan melalui psikologi qur’ani. Konseptualisasi dan teorisasi psikologi qur’ani dalam tulisan ini menggunakan content analisis dengan langkah-langkah; Unitizing, Sampling, Recording, Reducing, Inferring, Anayzing and Narrating. Langkah-langkah metodologis ini akan menghasilkan konsep psikologi yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an dan dikombinasikan dengan beberapa teori psikologi; Connectionism theory, Classical Conditioning, Operant Coditioning, Contiguous Conditioning, Cogitive theory, Social Learning Theory. Hasilnya membangun rumusan bagaimana membangun etika dan kepribadian Qur’ani bagi peserta didik di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam. English: Islamic educational institutions have a great responsibility in building learners’ ethics and personality. The challenge of Islamic education today is the emergence of a shift in ethical and personality values in society due to the influence of globalization, technological advancement, social problems, and economic disparities, which indirectly bring about social conflicts, parents-children slack relationships, as well as teachers-students weak engagement. Al-Qur'an as a source of scientific exploration has offered the concept of ethical and personality development (human ethics and personality development), especially for learners in educational institutions through Quranic psychology. The conceptualization and theorization of Quranic psychology in this paper makes use of content analysis with the following step: Unitizing, Sampling, Recording, Reducing, Inferring, Analyzing, and Narrating. These methodological steps results in the psychological concept rooted in the Qur’an to combine with some modern psycological theories, including Connectionism theory, Classical Conditioning, Operant Coditioning, Contiguous Conditioning, Cogitive theory, and Social Learning Theory. The results construct a mechanism of how to build Quranic ethics and personality for learners in Islamic educational institutions.

Perubahan lingkungan belajar dari lingkungan akademis ke lingkungan klinik dapat memicu munculnya stres. Ketidaksiapan mahasiswa dalam praktik akan menimbulkan perilaku tidak caring terhadap pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui pengaruh penerapan relationship centered care dengan metode preceptorship terhadap penurunan stres dan peningkatan perilaku caring mahasiswa praktik profesi Ners. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasy experimental dengan pre-post test control design. Besar sampel adalah 12 sampel untuk setiap kelompok (24 responden), dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling. Variabel independen adalah relationship centered care dengan metode preceptorship. Variabel dependen adalah stres dan perilaku caring. Pengumpulan data melalui pengisian kuesioner dan juga lembar observasi. Data yang sudah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Mann-Whitney U test untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat stres yang signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan p= 0,001. Begitu juga dengan perilaku caring p= 0,001 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan antara kelompok control dan kelompok perlakuan. Relationship centered care dengan metode preceptorship dapat diterapkan pada mahasiswa praktik profesi Ners karena dapat mengurangi tingkat stres mahasiswa dan dapat meningkatkan perilaku caring mahasiswa.

Spirituality is one of the most influential dimensions in adolescent development. Adolescent with good spiritual sees life with optimism, clean mind and soul. Environment will affect the spiritual development of adolescents. This research aimed to understanding the adolescent spirituality living around ex-localization. This research used qualitative research design of phenomenology with in-depth interview with semi structured interview and observation. Participants were junior high school teenagers, Moslems living around exlocalization, Kota Surabaya, choose by purpossive sampling. The data analysis in this study using thematic analysis with nine steps Collaizzi. result of this research got 18 theme that is adolescent perception, adolescent behavior, adolescent relationship with parents, interaction of adolescent with society, interaction of adolescent with opposite sex, adolescent knowledge, adolescent relationship with self, autonomy, feeling during worship, SWT, the purpose of human creation, religious analysis, Allah's incomprehension, the timeliness of worship, obstacles, life goals, hopes, spiritual experiences, ways of dealing with problems, lifestyles, self-image. Adolescents who live in an ex-localization will interact with peers and the surrounding community in the neighborhood. These reciprocal relationships affect the spiritual values in teenagers. The existence of the control of parents can control the interaction process that occurs between adolescents with the surrounding community who live in ex-localization so that formed the spiritual character of adolescents.

Emergency nursing is a part of competences of profession program aimed to encourage the students to think critically to overcome the nursing problems which threaten the clients' lives. The learning method used in this stage is the experiential clinical learning. However, problems in achieving the learning outcomes still occur recently to result in low outcomes of clinical learning. This study used explanative method to describe the causal relationship among variables. This study involved all nursing students of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery of Unusa. 72 students were taken as the samples by using simple random technique. The endogenous variables were the students' characteristics, observation factors, thinking process, learning behaviors, and experiential clinical learning. The exogenous variables, on the other hand, were the outcomes of clinical learning in emergency nursing in ners students. The results of statistic test with Partial Least Square showed that all indicators and constructs variable were valid and significant. the significance test using structural model (t > 1,96), showed that the students' characteristics affected the observation factor, thinking process, and experiential clinical learning. The variable of observation factor affected the thinking process and learning behaviors. The variable of thinking process affected learning behaviors. The variable of learning behaviors affected experiential clinical learning. In addition, the variable of experiential clinical learning influenced the outcomes of clinical learning in emergency nursing in ners students. Experiential clinical learning model is categorized as a good model and has a prediction value if applied can improve learning achievement of clinical learning in emergency nursing in ners students. The dominant factors of successful experiential clinical learning are the characteristics of the students and learning behavior in ners students.

Schizophrenia is a chronic brain disorder that affects about one percent of the population which is also commonly found in Indonesia. Based on the medical records taken from Surabaya Menur Mental Hospital in July until September 2016, the number of patients diagnosed with this disease is 439 patients. The increasing case of schizophrenia is resulted from the lack of support and role of family and their ability in taking care of patients with schizophrenia. This study used quasi-experimental design (pre-post test controlgroup design), purposed to prove the effects of video-based discharge planning using family-centered nursing on the ability of family in taking care of patients with schizophrenia. This study involved the family members of schizophrenic clients as the population in which half of them were taken as the samples: 15 repondents were chosen as the control group, whereas 15 respondents were taken as the treatment group using consecutive random sampling technique. The Taxonomy of the Objectives of Islamic Education in the Qur'anic Perspective. This study is initiated from a thought that "the objective of Islamic education is to make students good". The word "good" becomes the key as well as the entrance to formulate the objective of Islamic education in this study, namely by examining the concept of "good" in the Qur’an. The concept studied by using a model of thematic tafsir (mawdhu’iy) approach. With this approach the word "good" was sought through three stems, i.e., the words ahsana-yuhsinu, saluha-yasluhu and khairun with their various shapes and changes in al-Qur’an. Then the classification arranged using the theory of taxonomy. The focus of this research conducted is: How is the taxonomy of the objectives of Islamic education in the Qur’an perspective. The finding this research of the objectives of Islamic education taxonomy is called the Trancendent Taxonomy. Namely the classification of the objectives of Islamic education which is divided into three dimensions based on the Holy Qur’an, these are ilahiyyah (divinity), insaniyyah (humanity) and kauniyyah (naturality) dimensions.

Bahasa Indonesia: Eksploitasi dan pemanfaatan sumber kekayaan alam yang berlebihan dan tidak terkendali di Indonesia telah mengakibatkan banyak bencana alam yang menelan korban jiwa dan harta. Bencana alam ini tidak akan terjadi apabila manusia mempunyai hubungan dan pengetahuan yang baik tentang alam semesta. Hal yang harus dilakukan adalah menyiapkan generasi masa depan dengan bekal ilmu yang cukup tentang kosmos/alam semesta/kawniyyah melalui lembaga-lembaga pendidikan. Lembaga pendidikan sebagai desainer harus menyiapkan materi pendidikan kosmologi bagi peserta didik yang baik dan aplikatif. Materi pendidikan kosmologi banyak ditemukan dalam ayat-ayat kawniyyah dalam al-Quran, tetapi ayat-ayat tersebut masih belum didesain sebagi sebuah teori yang aplikatif bagi lembaga pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan tematik (mawdhu’i) ayat-ayat al-Quran yang masih sangat luas bisa dibuat menjadi desain materi pendidikan kosmologi bagi lembaga pendidikan. Materi pendidikan kosmologi dalam al-Quran dibagi menjadi tiga jenis; 1) Kosmologi daratan yang meliputi bumi, tanah, tumbuh-tumbuhan dan hewan. 2) Kosmologi lautan yang meliputi air dan perikanan. 3) Kosmologi angkasa yang meliputi matahari, bulan, bintang, awan, hujan dan angin. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang kosmologi akan menghindarkan manusia dari musibah dan bencana alam. English: Uncontrolled exploitation and utilization of natural resources in Indonesia has caused several natural disasters with victims and financial-material loss. The disasters would not happen if human beings has better understanding about the universe. Therefore, the next generations must be prepared with cosmology/kawniyyah in educational institutions. A more applicative cosmology in school is urgently needed. In a framework of thematic approach, Quranic verses is widely opened for the instructional material in educational institutions. Cosmological mystery in the Quran is defined into the following three categories: (1) land cosmology involving the earth, soil, plants, and animals; (2) sea cosmology including water and fishes; and (3) space cosmology mentioning the sun, the moon, clouds, rains, and winds. Better understanding of cosmology prevents human beings from natural disaster.

Indonesia bebas pasung bagi pasien gangguan jiwa merupakan program prioritas yang harus dicapai pemerintah pada tahun 2019. Saat ini upaya bebas pasung telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, permasalahan baru muncul setelah masa pengobatan selesai dan harus kembali kepada keluarga dan masyarakat. Keluarga tidak menghendaki pasien kembali kepada keluarga, diabaikan, kembali kambuh atau menjadi gelandangan psikotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dukungan keluarga terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa pasca pasung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif fenomenologi, jumlah partisipan sebesar 9 orang dipilih dengan purposive sampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, data dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukungan keluarga terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa pasca pasung diperoleh 2 (dua) tema besar yaitu; fenomena pasung terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa dan dukungan keluarga. Fenomena pasung meliputi; alasan, keputusan, metode, pembebasan dan dampak pemasungan. Dukungan keluarga meliputi; dukungan penilaian, instrumental, informasional dan dukungan emosional. Dukungan keluarga dibutuhkan pasien untuk dapat mencapai penyembuhan dan mencegah kekambuhan. Pengetahuan yang kurang terhadap cara perawatan pasien gangguan jiwa pasca pasung menyebabkan dukungan keluarga yang diberikan terhadap pasien tidak optimal. Pandangan keluarga dan masyarakat yang keliru terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa mempengaruhi penanganan yang tepat terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa. Kata kunci: Dukungan keluarga, gangguan jiwa, pasung. Abstract Indonesian free of pasung for mental disorders is a priority program to be achieved by the government in 2019. Currently the effort of free of pasung for mental illness has been well implemented. A new problems arise after the treatment period is over and patients must return to family and community. Families do not want patients to return to then, ignored, relapse or become psychotic homeless. This study aims to obtain a description of pasung phenomenon and family support for patients after having pasung. This research used qualitative phenomenology design, the number of participants for 9 people was chosen by purposive sampling, data collection was done by indepth interview, the data were analyzed by thematic analysis. The result of the research showed two big themes that are; pasung phenomenon and family supports after the patient having pasung. The pasung phenomenon includes; reasons, decisions, methods, exemptions and the effects of deprivation. Family support includes; support assessment, instrumental, informational and emotional support. Family support is needed for patients to achieve healing and prevent recurrence. The lack of knowledge about the way patients care for post pasung mental disorders cause the family support provided to patients is not optimal. Misrepresentation of family and community opinions on psychiatric patients affects the proper treatment of psychiatric patients. Keywords: Family support, mental disorder, pasung.

This study aims to analyze the role of quality seeds, fertilizers, and land size in increasing farmers’ income, specifically in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency. A quantitative method was employed, involving 96 randomly selected farmers as the sample. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to evaluate the influence of each variable on farmers’ income. The results revealed that quality seeds did not have a significant effect on farmers’ income (p = 0.488 > 0.05), leading to the rejection of the first hypothesis (H1). In contrast, fertilizers had a significant impact on farmers’ income (p = 0.003 < 0.05), supporting the second hypothesis (H2). Additionally, land size also significantly influenced farmers’ income (p = 0.000 < 0.05), supporting the third hypothesis (H3). Collectively, the variables of quality seeds, fertilizers, and land size had a positive and significant influence on farmers’ income. These findings provide new insights into the study of farmers’ economic resilience, emphasizing the importance of optimizing fertilizer use and expanding land as key strategies to improve farmers’ income. Furthermore, the role of quality seeds requires further evaluation to understand other factors that may affect their effectiveness. This study recommends policy interventions focused on improving farmers’ access to quality fertilizers and efficient land management to support economic resilience in the agricultural sector.

This study analyzes factors that have implications for employee retention in IT-Startup companies. This study aims to explain factors that contribute to employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Employer branding, psychological contract, organizational commitment and job environment are predictors of employee retention. This quantitative study applied a purposive sampling technique, involving 350 employees in IT startup companies as respondents. They were employees who have worked for the company for at least 3 years, held at least a staff-level position, and work in an IT startup company. Data were analyzed using Structural equation modeling (SEM) to depict the direct and indirect effects of the factors on employee retention. Job satisfaction was examined as the mediating variable. The study showed that the employer branding, organizational commitment, and job environment directly affected employees’ job satisfaction. These three variables also indirectly affected employee retention. Meanwhile psychological contract was found not to directly affect employees’ job satisfaction and not to indirectly affect the employee retention IT startups are recommended to improve their psychological contract in order to enhance the employees’ job satisfaction. Employees’ professionalism and contribution are pivotal in improving the company’s business quality. Organizations should be able to meet employees’ need comprehensively according to the business achievement.

Infark Miokard Acut (IMA) adalah suatu nekrosis miokardium yang diakibatkan oleh ketidak adekuatan pasokan darah akibat dari sumbatan akut pada arteri koroner. Tanda dan gejala khas yang dialami pada pasien IMA adalah nyeri dada seperti diremas-remas, ditekan, ditusuk, panas atau ditindih barang berat. Pemberian terapi farmakologi seperti oksigen, nitrogliserin dan aspirin dapat menurunkan nyeri IMA, akan tetapi ketika efek obat mulai berkurang atau hilang pasien masih merasakan nyeri, sehingga perlu terapi komplementer untuk membantu menurunkan nyeri pasien IMA. Tujuan dari penulis untuk menerapkan relaksasi benson untuk menurunkan nyeri dada pada asuhan keperawatan Infark Miokard Acut (IMA). Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang melibatkan 2 subjek yaitu pasien yang mengalami nyeri dada karena infark miokard akut. Intervensi di lakukan sebanyak 1 kali sehari dalam 2 hari dengan lama intervensi 30 menit. Hasil evaluasi di dapatkan, adanya penurunan nyeri dari skala 5 menjad skala 2 pada pasien 1 dan nyeri skala 5 turun menjadi skala 1 pada pasien 2. Kombinasi terapi farmakologi dengan relaksasi benson efektif terhadap penurunan skala nyeri. Saran relaksasi benson dapat di gunakan sebagai terapi komplementer dalam menurunkan nyeri pasien IMA.

This paper examines the impact of Dutch colonial policies on Islamic education in Palembang during the colonial period. Under Dutch rule, strict regulations were enforced on Islamic education, primarily aimed at controlling religious teachers and preventing them from using educational institutions to foster anti-colonial sentiment. The colonial government sought to weaken local resistance, often targeting influential ulama who played a key role in the dissemination of Islamic knowledge. In Palembang, traditional Islamic education was the dominant system during the Sultanate period, but with the rise of Dutch colonial power, Islamic education became marginalized, with a particular emphasis on the role of ulama and traditional Islamic teaching. Over time, the local society began to recognize the need for Dutch-style education, driven by the promise of better job opportunities for those holding Dutch school diplomas. Despite the establishment of Dutch-run schools, educational standards in Palembang remained low compared to other regions of Indonesia. This was due to both the limited public awareness of the importance of education and the inability of the colonial government to fulfill the educational aspirations of the local population. The paper highlights the complex interplay between colonial educational policies, local traditions, and the changing perceptions of education in Palembang during the colonial era.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the deformation, equivalent elastic strain, and safety factor of a bracket bracket made from two different materials by using the Finite Element Method, specifically aluminum alloy 6061 T6 and cast iron EN GJL 100. The result of this study is that the Aluminum Alloy 6061T6 material has a deformation of 3.57E-04 whereas the Cast iron EN GJL 100 material is 2.75E-04. In the elastic strain equivalent test, the Aluminium alloy 6061 T6 material is 3.00-E07 and in the Cast Iron EN G JL 100 materials is 2.32E-07. In the safety factor test, Cast Iron En G J L 100 material was better than 1.8617 compared to the Alumium Alloys 60 61 T6 materials are 1.5125. This shows that Cast Iron E GJ L 100 materials are better in deformations, eqeuivalent elastic stations, and safety factors in this case.

Introduction: Coastal reclamation has become a controversial issue with significant impacts on the lives of local fishermen. Reclamation activities aimed at regional and economic development often neglect the rights of traditional fishermen who depend on the sea for their livelihoods, leading to conflicts between development interests and the protection of human rights, particularly the rights of local fishermen. Purposes of the Research: This study aims to analyze the legal protection of fishermen in the context of reclamation in North Sulawesi, focusing on a human rights perspective. Methods of the Research: The research employs a normative juridical approach, examining relevant legislation related to reclamation and fishermen's rights, as well as analyzing the implementation of laws in practice. Results of the Research: The findings reveal that reclamation in North Sulawesi presents two conflicting sides. On one hand, it offers significant economic benefits to the state, but on the other hand, it poses a risk of human rights violations, particularly for coastal fishermen. The negative impacts of reclamation are evident in the decline in fishermen's income and the increase in living costs since the project was implemented. Legal protection of fishermen's human rights must be enforced through strict sanctions, including substantial fines, against parties who fail to fulfill their obligations to the fishermen.

Tempe merupakan makanan olahan yang banyak digemari masyarakat Indonesia karena murah dan manfaatnya bagi kesehatan. Permasalahannya adalah umur simpan tempe yang pendek sehingga tempe harus sesegera mungkin dikonsumsi. Salah satu inovasi produk tempe dengan umur simpan yang lebih lama adalah tempe instan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perubahan karakteristik tempe instan yang disimpan pada beberapa variasi suhu dan jenis kemasan yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ekperimental laboratorium. Perlakuan kemasan yang diamati terdiri atas plastik non-vakum, vakum, dan cup, dengan variasi suhu penyimpanan suhu ruang (24–25°C), suhu kulkas (10-13°C), dan suhu panas 35°C. Jumlah sampel yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 378 sampel tempe instan. Pengukuran dilakukan selama 27 hari penyimpanan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tektur, pH, dan kadar air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin lama waktu penyimpanan menyebabkan kualitas dan kadar air tempe instan semakin menurun, nilai pH terus mengalami peningkatan, dan waktu fermentasi yang dibutuhkan semakin lama. Kekerasan pada tempe instan selama masa penyimpanan terjadi perubahan yang kecil pada masing-masing perlakuan.

This study aims to analyze the critical thinking abilities of pre-service science teachers, specifically focusing on students majoring in physics. Recognizing the pivotal role of critical thinking in science education, this research investigates the key abilities of analysis, inference, evaluation, and decision-making within the context of routine science learning activities. The study employs a descriptive research design, utilizing quantitative observational methods. A critical thinking ability test, comprising eight items, was administered to 19 pre-service science teachers. The validity and reliability of the test instrument were rigorously assessed through empirical testing and Cronbach's alpha, confirming the instrument's suitability for measuring the intended abilities. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, including ANOVA, were conducted to evaluate the critical thinking abilities of the participants. The results indicate an overall low level of critical thinking across all indicators, with no significant differences identified among the abilities of analysis, inference, evaluation, and decision-making. The descriptive analysis revealed that the students generally fell into the "Not Critical" category, reflecting significant deficiencies in their ability to engage deeply with scientific content. The ANOVA results further supported these findings, showing a lack of significant variation in critical thinking abilities, which points to a systemic issue within the current educational practices. These findings have important implications for science education, underscoring the need for comprehensive instructional strategies that address all aspects of critical thinking.

Latar belakang. Di Amerika Serikat, kanker anak mencakup 2% dari seluruh kasus kanker. Kemajuan protokol terapi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah meningkatkan prognosis pasien kanker anak secara signifikan, tetapi juga memunculkan masalah baru, seperti nyeri kanker. Nyeri yang tidak tertangani dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup, mengganggu tidur, meningkatkan sensitivitas nyeri, dan menyulitkan tindakan medis. Akupunktur terbukti efektif sebagai terapi tambahan bersama pengobatan farmakologis untuk mengatasi nyeri kanker, sekaligus mengurangi dosis analgetik dan efek sampingnya. Tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan obat analgetik, perubahan skor Visual Analog Scale S intra kelompok, dan keberhasilan terapi pada kelompok akupunktur dan medikamentosa dan kelompok medikamentosa saja pada nyeri kanker anak. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kohort retrospektif dengan mengambil data di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Populasi terjangkau penelitian ini adalah pasien anak dengan nyeri kanker yang dirawat di Gedung Pusat Kesehatan Ibu Anak RSCM Kiara pada bulan Januari 2022- Juli 2023. Hasil. Kedua kelompok dapat menurunkan skor VAS dan terdapat beda signifikan. Akupunktur dan medikamentosa mempunyai peluang untuk dapat mengurangi penggunaan jenis obat analgetik, penggunaan ekstra obat dan pengurangan dosis total morfin harian, namun diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Kedua kelompok memberikan hasil yang baik pada luaran keberhasilan terapi Kesimpulan. Akupunktur dan medikamentosa mempunyai peluang untuk dapat mengurangi obat analgetik, mengurangi skor VAS, dan memberikan hasil yang baik untuk keberhasilan terapi, namun diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut.

Effective physical training is crucial for karate athletes aiming to enhance their techniques and increase the speed of their attacks, particularly gyaku-tsuki. This study investigates the impact of rubber-based exercise on the speed of gyaku-tsuki punches among Gokasi karate athletes in Jember Regency with an age range of 16-20 years, male and female. An experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. Therefore, the entire population was taken as a sample of 12 athletes. Speed measurements of the gyaku-tsuki punch were taken both before and after the rubber training regimen. Data analysis using SPSS 21 covering descriptive analysis, normality test, and Paired sample Test. The paired sample test yielded a significance value of 0.000, which is below the 0.05 threshold. Analysis of the pre-test and post-test averages shows an increase from 30.67 to 31.92. These findings suggest that a four-week rubber training program positively affected Gyaku-Tsuki punch speed. Furthermore, the average results demonstrate an improvement in punch speed. These findings contribute to karate coaches and athletes applying rubber exercises to improve gyaku-tsuki punch speed.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan rondo terhadap teknik dasar passing dalam permainan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone dan untuk mengetahui penaruh latihan rondo terhadap teknik dasar control dalam permaianan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan sampel terdiri dari 30 siswa. Hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS version 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh latihan rondo terhadap teknik dasar passing dalam permainan futsa siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone, ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai probabilitas lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 (P (0,000) < 0,05). (2) Ada pengaruh latihan rondo terhadap teknik dasar control dalam permainan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone, ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai probabilitas lebih kecil daripada 0,05 (P (0,000) < 0,05). (3) Latihan rondo lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan teknik dasar passing dalam permainan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone. This research explores the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT Unilever Indonesia using a qualitative case study approach. It employs a comprehensive methodology to examine the economic, environmental, and social aspects of CSR integration in this multinational company. The study reveals how PT Unilever Indonesia's CSR commitments contribute to economic growth, environmental conservation, and social welfare in Indonesia, aligning with the principles of the Triple Bottom Line. It also highlights the company's recognition through three prestigious awards and examines the dynamics between profit, people, and the planet. Addressing a gap in existing research, this study significantly contributes to the broader discourse on CSR implementation, particularly in the context of an FMCG company operating in a complex environment like Indonesia. It sheds light on the evolving role of corporations in promoting sustainable development.

Sharia fintech (Financial Technology) is an important alternative to overcome the problem of usury prohibited by Islamic law. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze Sharia fintech as a solution for capital without usury based on the perspectives of four madhhabs, namely Hanafi, Maliki, al-Shafi'i, and Hanbali. A qualitative study was conducted with a comparative Islamic law method. Empirical data were collected from classical fiqh literature and contemporary studies related to fintech and usury. The collected data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, editing, and drawing conclusions from tracing the suitability of Sharia fintech with the principles held by each school. The results showed that there was significant difference between the four schools in interpreting whether Sharia fintech was truly free from usury. The Hanafi and Hanbali madhhabs were more careful in accepting the Sharia fintech model because of the potential for hidden usury elements. However, the Maliki and al-Shafi'i madhhabs were more open, provided that fintech contracts adhere to Sharia principles. The originality of this study was in the comprehensive and simultaneous analysis of the four madhhabs perspectives, which has not been widely investigated in the context of Sharia fintech. The implications of this study include the importance of stricter regulation to ensure full compliance with Sharia principles. Furthermore, this study contributed to financial institutions and regulators in developing Sharia fintech products that were more inclusive and in accordance with the provisions of various madhhabs. More opportunities were also opened for further studies on the implementation of Sharia fintech in multiple countries with different madhhab backgrounds.

This study aimed to analyze the application of Istishab, a tenet of Islamic jurisprudence, to address the issues of non-negotiated fish prices within the Iha community, Central Maluku, Indonesia. The community was characterized by complicated relationships between religious principles and cultural traditions, which frequently led to tension. The analysis addressed a significant issue which included the reconciliation of the centuries-old traditions of the community with the Sharia law to prevent disagreements and ensure the group's economic viability. Using in-depth interviews with stakeholders, detailed market observations, and thorough document analysis, this study investigated the social, financial, and normative dynamics of Istishab through a qualitative case study methodology. The results showed that Istishab stabilized prices, reduced conflicts, and supported the community's economic resilience by mediating between Islamic legal principles and cultural practices. This showed the adaptability of Islamic law in adopting and reinforcing local traditions. Furthermore, the study showed how Istishab served as a bridge between cultural and Sharia disputes. It concluded that Istishab provided a practical solution for maintaining harmony in economic transactions within multicultural communities. The results possessed broader implications for the integration of Islamic legal concepts with local practices to promote communal stability.

The aim of this research is to analyze the efforts of the Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Al Amin Bojonegoro in pioneering the education of ulama cadres, the concept of ulama from the perspective of Islamic boarding schools, and the strategies implemented by Islamic boarding schools in the education of ulama cadres. This research approach uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a case study approach. The techniques used in collecting data were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of his research concluded: The concept of ulama at PP MBS Al Amin Bojonegoro is to have the characteristics of tafaqquh fiddiin in a more general sense, namely those who are competent in the field of Islamic religion, have memorized the Al-Qur’an and can convey knowledge through lectures and sermons in the community. The efforts made by Islamic boarding schools in pioneering education for ulama cadres are in the following ways: a) Education and training through formal educational institutions (schools/madrasah) which are integrated with religious studies; (b) Strengthening and accelerating memorization of the Al-Qur’an by holding special training programs for tahsin, tamrin and tasmik; (c) Habituation of Santri Activities, for 24 hours the santri activities are arranged in such a way by scheduling clerical activities, for example tahajud prayers, sunnah prayers, and Diniyah lessons; (d) Collaborative curriculum planning and implementation between the Islamic boarding school curriculum and the national curriculum by preserving the tradition of studying the Turats book which is the hallmark of Islamic boarding school intellectuality.

This study aims to reveal the dynamics of the relationship between Kiai and santri in traditional pesantren. This research deconstructs the relationship between Kiai and Santri in the Indonesian socio-cultural context. Through a critical approach, this study examines the dynamics of power and cultural influences that color the relationship. By analyzing various sources, this study reveals the complexity of the Kiai and Santri relationship that goes beyond the traditional teacher-student relationship. The results show that the relationship between Kiai and santri in traditional pesantren is built on the basis of strong religious and cultural values. Kiai holds a central role as a spiritual leader and teacher, while santri place themselves as obedient and respectful students. This relationship is characterized by a clear hierarchy, where Kiai has great authority and influence over santri. However, the dynamics of this relationship do not always run smoothly. There are potential conflicts that arise due to differences in interpretation of religious values, differences in socio-economic backgrounds, and the influence of changing times. Kiai are required to be able to maintain a balance between maintaining traditional values and adjusting to the demands of the times and their relevance to social and political changes affecting the relationship between Kiai and Santri Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dinamika hubungan antara Kiai dan santri di pesantren tradisional. Penelitian ini mendekonstruksi hubungan Kiai dan Santri dalam konteks sosial-kultural Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan kritis, penelitian ini mengkaji dinamika kekuasaan dan pengaruh budaya yang mewarnai hubungan tersebut. Dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber, penelitian ini mengungkap kompleksitas hubungan Kiai dan Santri yang melampaui relasi guru-murid tradisional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan Kiai dan santri di pesantren tradisional dibangun atas dasar nilai-nilai religius dan kultural yang kuat. Kiai memegang peran sentral sebagai pemimpin spiritual dan guru, sementara santri menempatkan diri sebagai murid yang patuh dan hormat. Hubungan ini ditandai dengan hierarki yang jelas, di mana Kiai memiliki otoritas dan pengaruh yang besar terhadap santri. Namun, dinamika hubungan ini tidak selalu berjalan mulus. Terdapat potensi konflik yang muncul akibat perbedaan interpretasi nilai-nilai agama, perbedaan latar belakang sosial-ekonomi, dan pengaruh perubahan zaman. Physics learning, especially on heat, often faces various obstacles, such as low student literacy and limited interactive learning media. Mobile pocketbooks come as one of the solutions to overcome these problems. This application-based digital learning media is designed to provide easy access to students ' learning materials through mobile devices. The mobile pocketbook is an application-based digital learning media designed to facilitate students' flexible access to learning materials through mobile devices. Using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in the mobile pocketbook supports Active Learning, where students solve real problems to improve concept understanding and science literacy. This research aims to develop and test the validity and practicality of the product in the form of a mobile pocketbook as a medium to support physics learning, especially on heat material. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). However, due to time and cost constraints, this research did not reach the dissemination stage. Product validity was evaluated through assessments from experts and practitioners. The results of the expert assessment showed a validity level of 92.50%, while the practitioner gave a validity value of 96.25%, which indicated that the product was very valid. In addition, the product practicality test was evaluated through a questionnaire given to students and teachers. The questionnaire’s results show that this media is very practical, with a practicality value from the students' response of 90.76% and the teacher reaching 96.47%. Thus, the mobile pocketbook was designed using a problem-based learning model to improve students' physics science literacy. The results showed that this media is valid and practical for enhancing students' understanding of physics material, especially the concept of heat, as evidenced by the average practicality value of 93.61%. Therefore, this mobile pocketbook is expected to be one of the learning media innovations that can improve the quality of physics learning in schools.

Technological advances changes the students' learning styles, especially Arabic language learning. This phenomenon requires teachers to create a suitable learning designs. This article aimed to develop a learning design for Arabic reading skills by using the Kahoot application based on small group discussions. R&D (Research and Development) type was used with the ADDIE model which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection instruments in this research were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The primary data was obtained from respondents through questionnaires and interviews. Meanwhile, the secondary data was obtained from books, scientific journals, and internet sources relevant to this research. Likert scale was used as data analysis. The results showed that the validity of the learning planning design based on the material validator obtained 4,75 as the results which referred to very good criteria. Meanwhile, media validators obtained 4,6 which referred to very good category. Thus, the design validators obtained 4,8 which referred to very good category, and 2) The results of student responses obtained 82% with good criteria. Based on this result, Small Group Discussion Techniques with Kahoot application is suitable for arabic learning design in higher education.

In criminal law evidence mechanisms, actus reus and mens rea are two elements that must be fulfilled. A person suspected of committing a criminal offense cannot be held criminally liable if the element of mens rea is not found in their actions, even if actus reus is present (in certain crimes, legal liability depends on mens rea). This study aims to demonstrate the relevance between actus reus and mens rea in language-based criminal offenses, presented through a forensic linguistic approach. It highlights the role of linguistics in describing and explaining linguistic phenomena structurally and intentionally within the scope of criminal law evidence. The utterance data for this case study were sourced from cases handled by the Polrestabes Bandung. This study employs three main theories, i.e. presupposition, speech acts, and felicity conditions, with additional relevance theory, conversational implicature, and politeness principles. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that a criminal act (actus reus) that lacks malicious intent (mens rea) but arises from negligence (culpa) does not necessarily meet the criteria for prosecution under Article 45(3) of Law No. 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE), as the act is deemed not to fulfill the element of “Setiap Orang yang dengan Sengaja” as stipulated in the article.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesiapan dosen di perguruan tinggi polinema dalam mengintegrasikan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam pendidikan untuk penulisan tugas akademik dengan fokus pada persepsi, tantangan, dan kebutuhan pelatihan mereka. Metodologi kualitatif digunakan, dengan menggunakan Desain yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip dasar Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang diusulkan oleh Davis (1989) Dale Viethen (2021) dan Nazari dkk. (2021). Subjek penelitian yakni 10 dosen di dua Universitas Malang. panduan yang dikembangkan dan disempurnakan melalui tinjauan sejawat ahli dan studi percontohan ini mencakup sikap terhadap AI, manfaat dan tantangan yang dirasakan dari AI dalam pengajaran kemahiran diri dalam menggunakan AI, dan niat perilaku terkait penggunaannya. Hasilnya menunjukkan tingkat kesiapan dosen yang berbeda-beda, yang dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang pemahaman teknologi, dan kekhawatiran akan privasi dan keamanan data. Meskipun ada rasa optimisme secara umum tentang potensi AI, tantangan signifikan terkait akses sumber daya yang terbatas dan pengembangan profesional yang tidak memadai telah diidentifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan perlunya inisiatif kebijakan yang ditargetkan dan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dosen dalam mengadopsi AI. Wawasan dari penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memahami fasilitator dan hambatan integrasi AI dalam pendidikan, menyoroti peran penting kesiapan dosen dalam pemanfaatan AI yang efektif dalam konteks pendidikan. Meningkatnya penggunaan internet untuk mengakses media sosial dapat menimbulkan risiko adiksi terhadap media sosial. Untuk mengurangi risiko adiksi media sosial, maka langkah pertama yang perlu dilakukan adalah pengidentifikasian perilaku adiksi media sosial menggunakan instrumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen adiksi media sosial yang telah dikembangkan dan dikonstruk kedalam konteks Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian survei terhadap 227 remaja rentang usia 16 sampai 18 tahun, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Rasch model. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa instrumen adiksi media sosial valid karena setiap item mampu menggambarkan perilaku adiksi media sosial secara relevan dan memiliki nilai raw variance explained measure 47,2% yang berarti instrumen ini “bagus”, dan reliabel karena secara konsisten mampu mengukur konstruk adiksi media sosial, dengan nilai cronbach alpha 0,88 yang masuk kedalam kategori “sangat baik”. Maka dari itu, instrumen adiksi media sosial ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang valid dan reliabel untuk digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi perilaku adiksi media sosial atau dalam penelitian.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease and is a severe threat because it causes diabetic wounds. Treating injuries in patients with DM is dominated by synthetic chemicals such as anti-inflammatory, corticosteroids, and antibacterial. It has side effects, so further exploration of natural ingredients is needed. One plant that has the potential to heal wounds is tamanu oil or nyamplung oil. This study aimed to investigate the effect of tamanu oil on the healing of diabetic wounds and the fatty acid composition profile. Male rats of the Wistar strain (Ratus novergius) were given incision wounds along a 2 cm depth of 2 mm, randomly divided into three groups, by applying topically twice a day. We are profiling fatty acids using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). As far as we know, this is the first study showing that tamanu oil can speed up the healing of diabetic wounds in rats. The Tamanu oil containing oleic acid (42.65%), linoleic acid (25.69%), stearic acid (16.50%), and palmitic acid (12,93) had better effectiveness than other groups, demonstrated by wound closure exceeding 50% on day six and wound closure by 100% on day nine.

The epididymis is a crucial component of the goat's reproductive structure. The epididymis is responsible for the transportation, concentration, and maturation of sperm. This study aimed to examine the differences in the structure of macro and microanatomy, tissue composition, and the existence of androgen receptors in the epididymis of Kacang goats aged 4, 8, and 12 months. The assessment of macroscopic organ growth was done immediately after sampling, whereas microscopic measurements were carried out following histological preparations using hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and immunohistochemical (IHC) procedures. The results on the macroscopic anatomy of the epididymis indicated a significant association between age with the width of the caput dexter and sinister and the circumference of the right cauda. However, no significant relationship was found between age with the corpus length and the left cauda's circumference. Significant variations were observed in the diameter and concentration of the agglutinated spermatozoa in the lumen during histomorphometry of the epididymis in three age groups of Kacang goats. There were no statistically significant variations in the expression of androgen receptors among the three age groups. This study showed that the correlation coefficient test reveals a positive relationship between age and the caput width and corpus length dimensions, indicating that these measurements tend to grow as age increases. On the other hand, the diameter of the agglutinated spermatozoa in the epididymal lumen exhibits significant variations between the ages of 4 months, with the ages of 8 months and 12 months, suggesting that the sperm becomes fully matured by the age of 8 months.

Kuhli loach (Pangio kuhlii) a popular ornamental freshwater fish species with economic potential, originating from Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java, and Malaysia. The kuhli loach's appeal lies in its vibrant colors and distinctive eel-like body. This study aims to explores the sexual primary and secondary characteristics of the kuhli loach. Conducted at Universitas Airlangga in Banyuwangi, Indonesia, the study involved a thorough analysis of 50 kuhli loaches, evenly split between males and females. Morphological observations revealed significant differences (p < 0.05), such as the elongated body and expanded abdominal region in females, suggesting adaptations for reproduction. Internal examinations, including peritoneal dissections and histological analysis, unveiled distinct stages of spermatogenesis in males and ovarian development in females, providing insights into the reproductive cycle. Meristic and morphometric analyses identified noteworthy differences in pectoral fin rays, suggesting potential roles in reproductive behavior, while other traits exhibited similarity between genders. This study contributes to the understanding of kuhli loach ecology and reproductive biology, highlighting the importance of addressing sustainability concerns arising from the continuous exploitation of wild populations. This study serves as a foundational step towards advancing reproductive improvement in fish and supports the conservation of this unique ornamental fish species, with implications for aquaculture practices and economic considerations.

Adolescence is a phase marked by stress, emotional instability, and low self-esteem, often leading to self-criticism and social withdrawal. To cope with these challenges, adolescents need self-compassion to maintain self-kindness and achieve better psychological well-being. This study aims to measure adolescent self-compassion using the Self-Compassion Scale for Youth (SCSY), a 17-item scale developed to suit the competencies of adolescents, as the original Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) is less applicable for this age group. A quantitative survey design was employed, with data from 105 high school students (aged 16-17, predominantly Sundanese, residing in rural areas) analyzed using JASP and Winstep for Rasch Model measurement. Results indicated that the SCSY demonstrated acceptable validity and reliability, confirming its suitability for adolescent self-compassion measurement. Findings underscore the importance of self-compassion in fostering emotional stability and resilience, suggesting that school-based guidance and counseling could benefit from incorporating self-compassion training to enhance mental health support for adolescents. The SCSY’s tailored approach facilitates early detection of self-compassion levels, enabling counselors to provide targeted interventions that align with adolescents’ developmental needs.

Prenatal education can be understood as a conscious effort by prospective parents, especially mothers, to guide and educate the fetus until it is born, with the aim of creating a good personality such as emotional intelligence and intelligence. Islamic teachings state that the pregnancy (prenatal) period is the determining period for a child's future life. The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of prenatal education from Tarbawi's perspective. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method, using library research or a literature review. Data collection techniques include identifying discourses, journals, articles, and books related to the research title and analyzing data using content analysis. The research results show that it is important for prospective babies to receive care from both parents, especially from the mother, in the form of Islamic amulets given through activities such as devotions, reading the Koran, listening to prayers, and so on. and get adequate nutrition.

Then in this research we also discuss how in the household if there is syiqaq then there must be steps taken to resolve it, and in this research the researcher wants to examine how restorative justice is implemented regarding syiqaq in the household, and the researcher also examines how to implement restorative justice syiqaq in this household in Qs. An-nisa verse 34 in the thoughts of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. This type of research is library research, meaning that this research focuses on literature by analyzing the content of the literature related to the research. The data collected in this research is by looking for cases of syiqaq in society and then collecting them as reinforcement in the research, then the researcher examines the implementation of restorative justice by taking examples from the community and comparing them with Islamic laws to see whether they are in line with or not. no, after that the researcher took the interpretation of Wahbah Azzuhaili in Qs. An-nisa verse 34 which relates to research. After all the data has been collected, the researcher begins the research. The sources for this research are books, journals, theses, articles discussing restorative justice, syiqaq and referring to Al-munir's interpretation. The conclusion of the research is that Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's view is that in the family it is the man who has the duty to educate his wife to be better, but in this case there are several types of wives, namely wives who obey their husbands, and there are wives who are obedient to their husbands. who disobeys her husband. If the wife disobeys her husband then the husband can advise, scold, separate the bed and even the husband can hit his wife on condition that it does not leave scars, wounds and bruises on her body, and if that happens then the wife can ask for protection from the family or even the court but as far as possible to maintain the marriage because Allah does not recommend divorce. In this research, the contribution of this research is to clarify whether this application is in line with the Islamic view which is strengthened by Az-Zuhaili's Thought.

This article explores Qur'anic parenting as a religious approach to improving children's psychological and moral well-being. Qur'anic parenting, grounded in Islamic teachings, emphasizes the cultivation of moral character and psychological resilience in children through the application of principles such as compassion, justice, and wisdom. The article examines how these principles, derived from the Qur'an, can be implemented in modern parenting practices to foster the holistic development of children. Along with the lack of knowledge, attention, and practice of parents regarding parenting in accordance with Sharia, this has an impact on the decline in the quality of children's morals, thus triggering many problems of juvenile delinquency. One of the impacts of this concern is that some people choose not to have children. So of course, every parent needs to know the signs of parenting in the Quran. This research also aims to provide information and understanding of the concept of parenting in the Qur'an. The research method used is library research with a thematic study approach. Collecting several words in the term child then analyzing it and making it in several sub-discussions. The results of this study include the following: The Qur'an has explained in detail about the nature of children and the rights that need to be given to them, which is an indication that parents should apply to them, such as; giving affection, giving good names, being a good example and always giving good advice to children.

The aim of this research is to provide insight to readers regarding what is meant by abortion as discussed in Ath-tabari's view in the book Jami-al-Bayan fi Ta'wil. Abortus provocatus medicinalis is an abortion carried out based on medical reasons/considerations. Meanwhile, abortion provocatus criminalis is an abortion carried out intentionally in violation of applicable legal provisions. Medically defines abortion as a pregnancy that terminates before the gestational age reaches 20 weeks and then results in the death of the fetus. When the fetus is alive or born safely after 20 weeks and before 38 weeks, it is called premature birth because the minimum period of pregnancy is 6 months and 20 weeks means not yet 6 months. The research method in this research is to use a type of library research method, namely by searching for data from various literature related to sexual violence and its prevention. Using content analysis methods, this research describes interpreters' interpretations of how the Koran prohibits sexual violence and provides ways to prevent it. The conclusion of this research is that the view of Islamic Sharia generally prohibits the practice of abortion. This is not permitted for several reasons, namely Islamic Sharia came in order to maintain Adhdharuriyyaat al-khams, abortion is completely contrary to the main purpose of marriage and the act of abortion is a negative attitude towards Allah SWT. The act of abortion is a negative attitude towards God. One will find many people who have abortions because they are driven by fear of being unable to carry the burden of life, educational costs and all matters related to counseling and child care. These are all negative attitudes towards Allah.

Understanding human behavior and cultural dynamics within a company becomes crucial in the competitive business era, where job flourishing, involving satisfaction, motivation, and professional development of employees, plays a key role in ensuring optimal performance and sustainability of the organization. This study aims to fill the gap by exploring the relationship between empowering leadership and job flourishing in the context of organizations in Indonesia, using a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design and focusing on a micro-level analysis. The population of this study was 250 employees, using Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) formula and simple random sampling technique, 154 respondents were obtained. We distributed closed questionnaires with a 7-point Likert scale, and data were processed using SEM PLS. The study shows that although empowerment leadership does not directly affect employees' job flourishing significantly, its effectiveness depends on cultural intelligence. This confirms that successful leadership approaches in the workplace not only pay attention to empowerment but also the leader's ability to understand and adapt to cultural diversity in the work environment. Leaders with cultural intelligence need to nurture and develop employees' cultural intelligence levels to interact better amidst cultural differences. Thus, the integration between empowerment leadership and cultural intelligence becomes key to creating a work environment that supports job flourishing.

Osteoporosis is a condition of decreased bone mass density. Pharmacological management uses drugs that decrease bone resorption or increase bone formation. The most commonly used drugs are bisphosphonates. Risedronate is one of these bisphosphonates. It inhibits osteoclasts, resulting in osteoclast apoptosis. Denosumab is a human monoclonal antibody that inhibits receptor activator kappa-B ligand, inhibiting osteoclast activation. Both drugs are widely used. Research on the efficacy of these two mechanisms has yet to obtain conclusive results. β-cross-laps is a parameter that can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy through monitoring the bone resorption process. This experimental study used female rats >9 weeks old and was conducted at the Pharmacology and Therapeutic Laboratory, Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung, Indonesia, from June to September 2021. This study utilized a simple random sampling to allocate 24 experimental animals into three groups: control, risedronate, and denosumab. β-Crosslaps expression values before ovariectomy, post ovariectomy before receiving medication, and post ovariectomy and receiving medication was recorded and statistically analyzed using the SPSS version 24.0. The analysis of 24 samples revealed a statistically significant decrease in the median value of β-Crosslaps after ovariectomy in the denosumab group (p=0.036) when compared to the control group, whereas the decrease in the risedronate group was not significant (p=0.687). Administration of denosumab in rat models is more effective in reducing bone resorption compared to risedronate.

Adolescents are faced with many problems related to reproductive health, so adolescents need to know to be able to face these challenges. However, the knowledge of adolescents in Indonesia is still low, especially in terms of ways to protect themselves against reproductive health risks, such as preventing unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and AIDS. The provision of education needs to be done to address adolescent reproductive health problems. Educational activities related to reproductive health at MTsS Pesantren Thawalib Padang have never been conducted. The students MTsS are the right target group to be able to provide information related to reproductive health. The objective of this service activity is to enhance students' understanding of reproductive health, enabling them to cultivate a positive and responsible approach when addressing the sexual and reproductive changes that transpire within them. The approach employed involves student outreach and the placement of informative posters in their dormitories. The augmentation in students' knowledge was assessed using a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions before and after the activity. Data analysis was conducted through a paired sample t-test, a statistical method that compares the means of two related groups to determine if there is a significant difference between them. After the activity was carried out, there was an increase in the average level of knowledge before (pre-test), 40.63 to 49.76 after (post-test), providing education with a p-value of 0.000. It can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge after adolescent reproductive health education. It is hoped that students can access reproductive health information from the posters displayed on the dormitory walls.

As a minority group, Disability Communication Forum of Kudus Regency (FKDK) uses social media to advocate and carry out social change. This research aims to explore the utilization of social media to articulate the interests of disability groups. This research employed a descriptive-qualitative method. The primary data are collected from in-depth interviews with the chairman of a disability organization, disability activists, and a regional parliament member. Meanwhile, the secondary data are collected from journals, books, and websites related to this issue. This research defines social media usage for Disability Communication Forum of Kudus Regency (FKDK) to encourage the passing of Local Regulations regarding the protection and fulfillment of disability rights. They mobilize communities, raise awareness through sharing videos and photographs, and use media as a fundraising instrument. Social media empowers marginalized groups by providing a platform to articulate their interests, advocate for rights, and facilitate social justice movements. It enhances accessibility, promotes community mobilization, and offers innovative fundraising opportunities. Advocacy groups leverage social media strategically for policy influence, public engagement, and collaboration. However, addressing digital regulation is crucial to ensure inclusivity and digital advocacy endeavors benefit all community members.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 DM) is a disease including on metabolic disorder that characterized by an increase in glucose levels above normal. This glucose increase is caused by reduced insulin function which can be in the form of abnormalities in insulin secretion, impaired insulin action in peripheral tissues, or both. Metformin is one of the recommended therapies for type 2 DM. AMPK is the main pathway of metformin's mechanism. AMPKa2 encoded by PRKAA2 gene is an AMPK subunit that plays an important role in AMPK activation. OCT3 encoded by SLC22A3 plays a role in the metformin transport mechanism. OCT3 is needed in the metformin pharmacokinetic like absorption and elimination, this process determines metformin bioavailability, clearance, and its pharmacological effects. Mutations in PRKAA2 and SLC22A3 cause variations in the pharmacodynamic effects and pharmacokinetic of metformin in individuals directly. These changes will ultimately affect the effectiveness of metformin in type 2 DM patients.

This paper aims to evaluate the IT governance capability levels within a logistics company using the COBIT 2019 framework, focusing on identifying gaps between the current state (as-is) and the desired state (to-be). The methodology involves an assessment of three key Governance and Management Objectives: stakeholder engagement (EDM05), IT asset management (BAI09), and IT compliance (MEA03). The results indicate that all objectives are currently at capability level 1, highlighting the early stages of implementation and the need for substantial improvement. The study concludes that addressing these gaps through the COBIT 2019 framework will significantly enhance the company’s IT governance, leading to improved operational efficiency, stronger risk management, and better alignment with strategic business goals. These findings provide actionable insights for advancing IT governance maturity, contributing to the long-term success and competitiveness of the company in the logistics sector.

Currently, leadership has been recognized as an urgent and important issue for companies to face in the generation Z era, which increasingly dominates the job market. Generation Z expects leaders who give them flexibility, responsibility, and space in the work process. However, the leadership approach that is often found emphasizes a micromanager style, which often lacks trust in employees' abilities to complete tasks independently and delegates responsibility only in small portions. This causes Generation Z's low level of engagement in the workplace. This research aims to analyse the influence of micromanagement leadership style on the performance of generation Z employees. The research sample consisted of 400 respondents from generation Z employees in Indonesia who were determined by non-probability sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analysed using linear regression analysis. The research results show that the higher the application of micromanagement leadership styles, such as excessive interference, tight supervision, excessive control, limiting authority, and giving excessive attention, the greater the impact on decreasing the performance of generation Z employees. Characteristics of generation Z tend to like freedom, creativity, and independence, making them feel constrained and less motivated when working under an overly controlling leadership style. These findings provide implications for the importance of considering generational differences in leadership practices. Saat ini, kepemimpinan telah direkognisi sebagai masalah mendesak dan penting untuk dihadapi perusahaan di era generasi Z yang semakin mendominasi pasar kerja. Generasi Z mengharapkan pemimpin yang memberikan mereka fleksibilitas, tanggung jawab, dan ruang dalam proses bekerja. Namun, pendekatan kepemimpinan yang sering dijumpai menekankan pada gaya mikromanajer yang seringkali kurang mempercayai kemampuan karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas secara mandiri dan mendelegasikan tanggung jawab hanya dalam porsi yang kecil. Hal ini menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat keterikatan generasi Z di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan mikromanajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 400 responden karyawan generasi Z di Indonesia yang ditentukan secara non-probabilitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi penerapan gaya kepemimpinan mikromanajemen, seperti campur tangan berlebihan, pengawasan ketat, pengontrolan berlebihan, membatasi kewenangan, dan memberi perhatian berlebihan, maka akan berdampak pada penurunan kinerja karyawan generasi Z. Karakteristik generasi Z yang cenderung menyukai kebebasan, kreativitas, dan kemandirian, membuat mereka merasa terkekang dan kurang termotivasi saat bekerja di bawah gaya kepemimpinan yang bersifat mengontrol secara berlebihan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi pentingnya mempertimbangkan perbedaan generasi dalam praktik kepemimpinan.

Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya perlindungan hak asasi manusia dalam pelaksanaan eksekusi paksa atas putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara serta berbagai hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif dengan pendekatan statutory dan konseptual guna menganalisis permasalahan yang ada. Studi ini menekankan perlunya pengaturan hukum yang komprehensif terkait pelaksanaan putusan, penegakan hukum yang konsisten, serta peningkatan efisiensi dalam sistem birokrasi. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi, termasuk kurangnya kerja sama dari pihak-pihak terkait, rendahnya tingkat kesadaran para pejabat, serta ketiadaan aturan pelaksanaan yang memadai. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya supremasi hukum yang berkeadilan dan kebutuhan mendesak akan kerangka hukum yang terstruktur guna menjamin pelaksanaan eksekusi paksa secara adil dan efektif.

Make Learning Fun is a strategy for kampus mengajar students' classroom management that focuses on creating an interesting and interactive learning environment for students. This approach aims to prevent boredom in the learning process. This study examines classroom management strategies implemented by students who are members of the Kampus Mengajar program at SDN 4 Bedahan Depok. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. In this study, researchers used NVivo 12 Pro software to code data from the results of data collection of interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study show that the implementation of strategies in classroom management through the Make Learning Fun program was the first time created by kampus mengajar students at SDN Bedahan 4 Depok. Students are able to think innovatively in classroom management by making the learning process not only transfer knowledge but also create a fun, interesting, interactive learning atmosphere according to the needs of students without eliminating aspects of learning objectives. The findings of this study can be described as follows: (1) Student Strategies in Classroom Management; (2) Student Implementation of Classroom Management; and (3) Make Learning Fun as a Student Strategy in Classroom Management.
