Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pencegahan, biaya pencegahan, penilaian, biaya kegagalan internal dan eksternal terhadap produk cacat pada PT. RAPP. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah biaya pencegahan, biaya penilaian, dan biaya kegagalan internal serta laporan produk cacat dari tahun 2013-2017. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah biaya pencegahan, biaya penilaian, biaya kegagalan internal dan eksternal. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah produk cacat. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis uji parsial (t) dan uji simultan (F). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Biaya Pencegahan, Biaya Penilaian, dan Biaya Kegagalan Internal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produk cacat, sedangkan biaya kegagalan eksternal tidak berpengaruh terhadap produk cacat. Selanjutnya dari hasil uji secara simultan Biaya Pencegahan, Biaya Penilaian, Biaya Kegagalan internal dan Eksternal berpengaruh terhadap produk cacat.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance in the pulp and paper industry which was measured using the concept of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) during the period 2017 and 2018. Design/methodology/approach: Research data is obtained through related websites and literature review. Findings: The results of the measurement of EVA and MVA for the period 2017 and 2018 show only PT.Alkindo Naratama, Tbk. which adds to the economic value of the company and market value added (> 0). Research limitations/implications: The population in this study consisted of all pulp and paper companies that had go public and be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which is as many as nine companies, then do the purposive sampling selection which obtained a sample of four companies. Practical implications: While three companies, namely PT. Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk. PT.Suparma, Tbk. and PT. Kertas Basuki Rachmat, Tbk. experience instability in EVA and MVA. The pulp and paper industry contributes to the Indonesian economy, especially to the non-oil and gas processing industry. Empirical research shows that pulp and paper companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) indicated financial distress. This study aims to find the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and efficiency on pulp & paper companies' financial distress listed on the IDX. Using the Altman Z-score as a measure of financial distress, it was found that profitability, efficiency, and liquidity had a significant adverse effect on financial distress. In contrast, leverage had a significant positive effect on financial distress. Profitability has the greatest influence on financial distress, so it needs the primary intention of management. Global Value Chain (GVC) has been a global phenomenon since 1980s when export values no longer represented the actual benefit of a country’ economic measure. Furthermore, GVC measurement applying input-output table approach has quite rapidly developed. Given the fact that the role of Indonesian pulp and paper industry is increasingly important in the country’s economy, this study aimed at measuring the pulp and paper industry GVC in 1995 and 2011 as well as its position and participation in the global GVC using Inter-Country Input-Output (ICIO). The results show that GVC of Indonesia's pulp and paper industry is generally in the form of value-added exports in intermediate absorption by direct importers and indirect final exports and also in the form of foreign value-added return in foreign countries in intermediate exports and also value-added exports in intermediate goods exports to the third countries. GVC Indonesia is also still dominated by domestic value-added compared to foreign value-added and remains in a “downstream” position and has decreased its GVC participation globally. In the future, it is important to strengthen GVC participation by maintaining greater ownership of domestic value- added in Indonesia's pulp and paper industry.Keywords: global value chain, pulp and paper, Intercountry input-output, GVC position and participation

This review paper examines the multifaceted growth challenges faced by Knowledge-Based Firms (KBFs) operating in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) firms in Iran. Through a comprehensive analysis, the study identifies critical barriers across several domains, including financial constraints, market development limitations, political, regulatory, and legal complexities, business model intricacies, and knowledge-based law enforcement issues. Unlike previous studies that typically focus on isolated factors, this research offers a holistic view of the obstacles impeding the growth of ICT firms within the specific context of Iran and its regulatory environment. Key findings reveal that financial challenges are compounded by limited access to high-quality equipment and skilled personnel, while market development is hindered by both domestic and international barriers. Regulatory and legal hurdles, including inadequate intellectual property protections and cumbersome administrative processes, further exacerbate these issues. The study also highlights the need for strategic reforms in policy frameworks, enhanced coordination among governmental bodies, and targeted support mechanisms to address the evolving needs of these enterprises. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes several policy recommendations aimed at fostering an environment conducive to the sustainable growth and innovation of Iran’s ICT sector. These include optimizing tax policies, facilitating international market entry, revising regulatory frameworks, and improving support for knowledge-based law enforcement. The findings highlight the importance of a nuanced and adaptive approach to policy-making to ensure the competitiveness and resilience of ICT companies in Iran's dynamic economic landscape.

This paper identifies evidence of political marketing and, more specifically, consumer-oriented political marketing to analyse the theories of consumer behaviour and identify evidence of consumer behaviour in marketing in the behaviour of Ghanaian voters. The examination used quantitative research to analyse the relationship between three elements: (1) psychology, (2) personal and (3) social to understand the theory of the relationships between campaign messages and voters’ behaviour. Data were collected through a cross-sectional survey with semi-structured questionnaires administered to 7203 randomly selected respondents from participating political parties and voters in Accra, Ghana. Data received were analysed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Findings revealed a statistically significant relationship between the behaviour of voters in Ghana and the campaign messages of political parties. This paper concludes that there are opportunities for political marketing and change in voter behaviour. Still, sufficient attention should be given to the understanding of consumer behaviour theory that recognizes the behavioural dynamic of voters in the design of effective campaign messages that are responsive to voters’ needs.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leverage, media exposure, profitability on carbon emission disclosure. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze causal relationships by utilizing secondary data. The population of this study are companies engaged in the mining sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 to 2022. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method. Findings: The findings of this study reveal that leverage and media exposure have a positive and significant influence on carbon emissions disclosure, while profitability shows no significant impact. Research limitations/implications: Limitations in this study only use the mining sector during 2018-2022, so the results may not be relevant for more recent sectors or years. Reliance on reports that may be incomplete and variations in secondary data may affect the results. In addition, this study does not consider other variables or significant changes in policies and markets. Practical implications: Implications for regulators to design investment policies that promote transparency of carbon emissions, increasing investor confidence. The findings also support governments in developing regulations for cyber risk management reporting. In addition, companies can utilize the research results to identify key stakeholders, allocate resources more efficiently, and strengthen their competitive position. Originality/value: The novelty in this research can explain the determinants of carbon emission disclosure from the stakeholder perspective of the theory. Paper type: Research Paper

Purpose: An increase in company value reflects the achievement of better overall financial performance, which is the hope of company owners and attractive to investors. This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity and activity on company value with capital structure as an intervening variable in metal and mineral sub-sector manufacturing companies, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2023. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a quantitative approach for 7 companies from 20 manufacturing companies in the metal and mineral sub-sector, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data was processed using the SEM-PLS technique. The research data is secondary data, the company's financial reports on the official website www.idx.co.id and the company website. The variables used are Profitability (X1), Liquidity (X2), Activity (X3), Capital Structure (Z) and Company Value (Y). Findings: The research results show that profitability directly has a positive and significant influence on company value, liquidity is directly positive and not significant on company value. The activity ratio directly has a negative and insignificant effect on company value. Profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure. Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Activity Ratios have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Capital structure has a positive but not significant influence on company value. Profitability and liquidity on company value through capital structure are negative and insignificant. The activity ratio's effect on firm value through capital structure is positive and not significant. The findings of this research indicate the importance of profitability in a strategy to increase company value with liquidity, activity and capital structure as supporting factors that must be managed carefully and carefully. Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to metal and mineral sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2023. For generalization so that further research can be carried out on other sub-sector manufacturing companies. Practical implications: The results of this research can be used as a reference for increasing company value as a reflection of achieving better overall financial performance in manufacturing companies in the metal and mineral sub-sector.. Purpose: This research aims to find out the impact of the financial ratio of liquidity, profitability, solvency and capital structure on the value of the company with the policy of dividend as an intervening variable on the healthcare subsector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange period 2017-2019. This is a causality study that seeks cause-effect relationships between three variables: an exogenous (free or independent) variable that affects, an endogenic variable (binding or dependent) that is affected, and an intervening variable which affects the relationship between the two indirectly and not directly observable. Design/methodology/approach: This researcher uses inferential quantitative methods. The research used financial reports on healthcare subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 by accessing the website www.idx.co.id, the corporate site on the research object, and sites that support the enrichment of research material. Sampling techniques used purposive sampling and produced a sample of 36 healthcare subsector companies. The source of data used in this study is annual secondary data. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Finding: The results of the analysis showed that liquidity had a positive and significant influence on the value of the company. Results of analysis indicated that profitability had a negative and no significant impact on the company's value. The result of analysis revealed that the profitability has a negative influence and did not have a significant effect on the corporate value. There is no direct and nonsignificant influence between profitability on the company's value and the policy of dividends as the intervening variable is not proved to be mediated. The analysis results there is a positive and significant direct influence on the value of the company with the dividend policy as the intervenient variable was proven to be Mediated. There is a direct and significant positive influence among the capital structure on the corporate value with the dividend policy of the intervened variable as the mediated variable. Purpose: The establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) aims to stimulate economic growth in rural areas. Each BUMDes is expected to align with the community's needs, particularly in supporting local economic activities. As a result, BUMDes should be viewed not as competitors by local businesses, but as partners that strengthen the village economy. This research aims to compare the economic conditions of the village community before and after the establishment of BUMDes Wonosegoro, focusing on the positive impacts and significant changes that occurred. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative approach with Paired Sample t-test analysis to measure significant changes in community economic activities before and after the presence of BUMDes. The respondents in this study consisted of 30 residents of Cermo Village, Kare Sub-district, Madiun Regency, who were randomly selected to ensure good representation of the village population. Findings: The results of this study show that there are significant differences in several economic variables after the establishment of BUMDes Wonosegoro. Specifically, there was an increase in variables X4 and X5, indicating that BUMDes has successfully increased income and economic activities in the village. However, other variables did not show significant changes, suggesting that the impact of BUMDes may take longer to materialize across all aspects of the village economy. Research limitations/implications: This research focuses only on one BUMDes in Cermo Village. Therefore, the results may not be fully generalizable to BUMDes in other areas. Further research comparing multiple BUMDes in different villages is needed to provide a broader picture and enrich the findings of this study. Practical implications: The results of this study can be used as evaluation material for BUMDes Wonosegoro managers to improve synergy with the needs of village communities. By optimizing the role of BUMDes, it is expected that community welfare will be enhanced through local job creation and sustainable economic empowerment. Originality/value: This research offers an original comparative analysis of the impact of BUMDes on village economic activities using quantitative statistical methods. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and fiscal loss compensation on tax avoidance in health sector companies in Indonesia during the 2018-2022 period. This research method is quantitative, using secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used was 14 companies using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method by conducting several tests. The results of this study indicate that independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and fiscal loss compensation have a negative and insignificant effect on tax avoidance. Design/methodology/approach: Quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis method. Findings: Independent commissioners significantly do not affect Tax Avoidance in health sector companies in 2018-2022. Institutional ownership significantly does not affect Tax Avoidance in health sector companies in 2018-2022. Purpose: Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) has been used to develop new ideas and opportunities within established organisations, resulting in improved profitability, service delivery, and competitive advantages. This study explored the factors inhibiting CE adoption at the state agency in South Africa. It aims to expand on dimensions and provide practical interventions for creating a conducive environment for CE within a state-owned agency. Design/methodology/approach: The study used a qualitative single-case study design. It employed semi-structured interviews with nine top management and Human Resources (HR) practitioners through Microsoft Teams. The study used inductive coding to analyse interview data using ATLAS.ti 23. Findings: Challenges emerged as a theme for this study with four sub-themes: rewards, financial constraints, lack of knowledge of the CE process and low staff morale. The study revealed that these challenges inhibit the adoption of CE. In contrast, addressing these challenges can transform them into enabling factors that create a conducive environment for adopting CE. The study underscored the significance of optimising resource utilisation to promote CE, enhancing CE knowledge, and evaluating employee satisfaction. Research limitations/implications: The study was limited to top management experts and HR practitioners, excluding other employees' participation. Practical implications: Emphasises the need for practical interventions such as brainstorming, team coaching, credible e-learning platforms, and employee satisfaction surveys when implementing CE. Originality/value: There are limited studies on the inhibitors of CE in South Africa's state-owned agencies. Paper type: Research paper.

Purpose: This research aims to determine the impact of firm size, profitability, and intangible assets on cyber risk management disclosure. Design/methodology/approach: This research is a causality study with quantitative methods and uses secondary data derived from annual reports of telecommunications and financial services sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 150 annual reports which were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Findings: The results showed that company size and profitability have a positive and significant influence on Cyber Risk Management Disclosure, but Intangible Assets are not significant. Practical implications: According to the research outcomes, it is suggested for the development of government policies and regulations that encourage companies to increase cyber risk management disclosures in annual reports, as well as companies can understand the factors that influence cyber risk management disclosures so that companies can increase transparency and reduce cyber risk, besides that it can help investors make wiser investment decisions by having an understanding of cyber risk management faced by companies. Originality/value: This research contributes to the development of an accounting conceptual framework on the concept of disclosure, especially voluntary disclosure and practical contributions for governments, companies, and investors. Purpose: This study aims to analyse the effect of board independence, gender diversity, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, and ownership concentration on business ethics disclosure. Design/methodology/approach: This research is a causality study with quantitative methods and uses secondary data sourced from annual reports and sustainability reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 75 sustainability reports which were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Findings: The research findings show that there is an effect of board independence, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership on business ethics disclosure but not significant for gender diversity and ownership concentration. Practical implications: This research contributes theoretically in the development of the accounting conceptual framework regarding the concept of disclosure, especially voluntary disclosure and contributes practically as a consideration for the government to make regulations that can encourage companies to disclose business ethics, can provide information to investors regarding business ethics disclosure items that can be used as material for evaluating long-term risks and opportunities related to their investment and as a consideration for decision making, policy or company strategy in disclosing business ethics. On a practical level, market positioning is critical to achieving competitive advantage, and thus the success of new ventures and entrepreneurs needs more relevant insights to help them gain a foothold in new or existing markets. The purpose of this paper is to carefully analyze and assess the current body of written work regarding the strategic act of positioning a product or brand in the market, thereby critically reassessing and re-evaluating the fundamental notion of positioning and ultimately establishing a more all-encompassing and thorough definition from an abstract and theoretical point of view. In this paper, the authors would like to explore past research related to market positioning in the Scopus database using the keywords “positioning marketing", marketing positioning”, "positioning”, and “strategic positioning” from 2000–2023 (23 years) using the criteria of “exclude and include,” and a total of 140 articles were obtained. Once analyzed, the literature review revealed that there is no coherent definition for positioning and that there is no common agreement among marketing experts and practitioners on the precise meaning of the concept. Therefore, a comprehensive definition of positioning covering the five underlying positioning perspectives (competition, gap/empty mind, consumer perception, differentiation, and advantage) is suggested. Purpose: This research aims to explore the capital for building critical reasoning character in post-Gen Z generation students through learning Pancasila subjects in elementary schools. The main focus is to understand how Pancasila values can be integrated and understood in the context of the lives of today's students who tend to be influenced by technology and social media. Design/methodology/approach: The research methods used include literature studies and analysis of the development of the characteristics of the post-Gen Z generation, as well as effective learning strategies in increasing their understanding of moral, ethical and democratic values. Findings: It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to designing a relevant and effective curriculum to shape students' critical reasoning character in this digital era. Purpose: This study involved all employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama, and the purpose of this study was to determine how job rotation and work teams affect employee performance. Design/methodology/approach: The study used a saturated sample and collected 44 respondents who had all the necessary data to test. This research data comes from a survey conducted to employees and processed using the SPSS version 25 program. Findings: The results showed that job rotation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, while work teams have an effect and are significant on employee performance. Research limitations/implications: This study also has several limitations such as difficulty in obtaining respondents who are willing to fully participate in the study. Practical implications: Companies can improve employee performance by implementing effective job rotation and forming cohesive work teams. Job rotation can prevent burnout and improve employee skills, while cohesive work teams can strengthen collaboration and productivity. Thus, management needs to consider optimal rotation and team building strategies to achieve better employee performance. Originality/value: This title has significant originality as it combines two important variables in human resource management, namely job rotation and work teams, and analyzes their impact specifically on employee performance. The value of this title lies in the potential of the research to provide new insights into how job rotation strategies and work team dynamics can influence employee productivity and effectiveness in an ever-evolving work environment. Purpose: Student learning achievement is the output of an educational institution. Achievement of learning achievement is determined by external and internal factors of students. Therefore, the learning achievement of each student varies. This phenomenon prompted this research to examine the influence of the use of social media as an external factor in learning achievement and learning motivation as an internal factor in learning achievement on learning achievement using empirical data. Design/methodology/approach: The research was conducted on 146 cadets of the Semarang Maritime Science Polytechnic (PIP) which was carried out through interviews using a questionnaire. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Findings: From the results of this research it can be proven that social media is statistically proven to have a significant positive effect on learning motivation and learning achievement and learning motivation is statistically proven to have a significant positive effect on learning achievement Research limitations/implications: This research has not categorized internal and external factors. Practical implications: Based on the results of this research, to improve student learning achievement, it can be done through two approaches. First, learning achievement can be improved by increasing students' learning motivation. The second approach to improving learning achievement is through the use or utilization of social media. Purpose: Intense competition among private universities in Surabaya, including Dr. Soetomo University, necessitates differentiation strategies to achieve competitive advantage in the era of disruption. This study aims to explore the implementation of differentiation strategies as a key to achieving competitive advantage in private universities in Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with the Vice Rector IV and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Findings: The results identify four main dimensions of differentiation strategy: academic quality differentiation, campus facilities, extracurricular activities, and support services. Suggested best practices include stakeholder involvement, focus on quality, human resource development, strategic partnerships, utilization of digital technology, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. Practical implications: The implications of this research provide practical guidance for other private universities in developing similar strategies to enhance institutional reputation and attractiveness. Purpose: This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with a focus on the Gotong Royong dimension in class 4 of MI Al-Mujahidin Joglo. This project is designed to strengthen the values of mutual cooperation among students and improve their social skills through project-based activities integrated with the curriculum. Design/methodology/approach: This research method uses a mixed approach, combining direct observation, interviews, surveys and document analysis. Data was collected from students, teachers, and parents to gain insight into project implementation, challenges faced, and impact on students' character development. Findings: The research results showed that the project implementation was successful in increasing students' understanding of the value of mutual cooperation and cooperation skills. However, there are several challenges, such as limited resources, difficulties in collaboration between students, and a lack of consistent support from parents. This research underlines the importance of integrating Pancasila values in learning and the need for support from various parties to optimize project implementation. Recommendations for improvement include increasing training for teachers, providing adequate resources, and involving parents more actively in project activities. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of curriculum and educational practices that focus on strengthening student character in elementary schools. Purpose: Company value is one of investor’s consideration before making invesment decision. The aim of the research carried out is to analyze influence, profitability, GCG (Good Corporate Governance), company size and leverage on company value. Design/methodology/approach: In this research, a population is applied in the form of food and beverage sector manufacturing companies on the BEI (Indonesian Stock Exchange) list for 2019-2022. As the following research sample uses a purposive sampling method, so that what is obtained is a total of 19 business entities. This research applies a type of data in the form of secondary data. In carrying out the research, data analysis was used in the form of multiple linear regression. Findings: A conclusion was obtained in the form of profitability and leverage having an influence on the value of the company, in contrast to managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and company size as moderators having no influence on the value of the company. Purpose: This research aims to analyze the strengthening of the character of mutual cooperation in Pancasila education learning in class V of SDN Pondok Betung 04. Strengthening the character of mutual cooperation is an important aspect of character education which is expected to shape students into individuals who have social awareness and the ability to work together in life. daily. Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, as well as analysis of documentation related to learning implementation plans (RPP) and teaching materials. Findings: The results of the research show that the initial condition of the mutual cooperation character of class V students at SDN Pondok Betung 04 still needs to be improved. Several effective methods and strategies in learning Pancasila Education to strengthen the character of mutual cooperation include project-based learning, group discussions and collaborative activities. The effectiveness of these methods and strategies can be seen from increasing students' ability to work together, help each other, and participate actively in class activities. However, this research also found several inhibiting factors, such as limited time, lack of parental involvement, and lack of supporting resources. The role of teachers and the school environment is very important in supporting the strengthening of the character of mutual cooperation, especially through modeling behavior and providing motivation to students. Positive responses from students and parents show that this program was well received and had a positive impact on student character development. Based on these findings, this research recommends increasing training for teachers on character learning methods, increasing parental involvement, and providing adequate resources to support character strengthening programs. In this way, it is hoped that strengthening the character of mutual cooperation can be more effective and sustainable in learning Pancasila Education at SDN Pondok Betung 04. Purpose: Multi-project management of industrial facility construction has high challenges and complexity. Various factors influence the effectiveness and risks of multi-project implementation. A separate management method is required in implementing multi-projects compared to single projects. An organization must manage multiple projects using organizational resources and personnel. This research aims to obtain best practices in managing multi-project construction of industrial facilities in Indonesia and understand the cause and effect and influence between variables. Design/ methodology/ approach: This research uses a qualitative approach based on literature observations, reviews, and surveys of the construction sector of industrial facilities in Indonesia. Survey data were analyzed by looking for essential themes related to the research questions. The survey results show that six factors and 50 important variables influence the implementation of multi-project industrial facility construction. Objective: This research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, and perceived desire on entrepreneurial intentions using the Shapero Entrepreneurial Event Model theoretical approach. Design/ methodology/ approach The population in this study was 280 Tarakan City students. The data used in this case. This research is primary data sourced from questionnaires. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale and the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SPSS and LISREL 8.80 software tools. Findings: The findings show that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and perceived desire has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing strategies carried out after Covid 19 to increase sales of Pollard Cattle Feed cap Angsa. Design/methodology/approach: The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. Researchers collected primary data directly through observation and interviews with the owner of the research location, that is Polard Cattle Feed, sales officers for Polard Cattle Feed, and 3 consumers of Polard Cattle Feed. The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. Findings: Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows that the marketing strategy used by Polar Cap Goose Cattle Feed for sales to distributors in the East Java region is: Product strategy based on SWOT Analysis and SWOT Matrix, especially in the market in the East Java region where products are in great demand with a score of 0.573 which makes it easier for the company to develop its product strategy by maintaining the quality of its products. Polar stamp distributor price strategy for increasing sales is based on maintaining higher prices. from competitors with a score of 0.309 due to the existence of a product that is highly sought after by consumers with a score of 0.573 then improving good cooperative relations with sub distributors and agents by providing feed prices in accordance with market prices. The promotion strategy is that the population of cattle and pigs is increasing as shown by the highest weight score is 0.576. However, the main threat faced by the company is the large amount of competition with a score of 0.476, and demand from foreign industry with a score of 0.650, the difficulty of keeping up with market prices with a score of 0.415. Based on the SWOT matrix, the WO strategy is used by increasing promotions to agents close to breeders. The distribution strategy of the research results shows that external factors, that is opportunities that can be achieved by companies where the number of competitors from similar companies is getting higher with a score of 0.476 and the weakness of higher prices with competitors with a score of 0.309 needs to be minimized by utilizing the strength of distributor locations close to consumers with a score 0.672 so that the strategy that can be carried out is to collaborate with sub distributors and agents in distributing factory DO to distributors closest to consumers Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to distributors who sell polar goose stamp cattle feed in the East Java region. Practical implications: That can increase sales of polar cattle feed cap angsa with building good relationships with customers, Originality/value: The findings from this research are new discoveries in marketing strategies the agents who are close to the breeder community through regular visits, and providing competitive prices that can be accepted by customers. Objective: Apartment sector is one of the important real estate sectors of a country. The aim of this research is to analyse the influence of brand image, value co-creation, and supply chain agility on customer satisfaction and its impact on developer loyalty to apartment contractors. The novelty of this research lies in analyzing the influence of brand image, value co-creation, and supply chain agility on customer satisfaction simultaneously in the context of the apartment construction industry. Design/ methodology/ approach: This research uses a quantitative approach with structured equation modeling using smartPLS. The population of this research is apartment developers in Indonesia. Findings: The results of this research show that brand image, value co-creation, and supply chain agility have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. This research has theoretical implications for expectancy disconfirmation theory and service dominance logic. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the challenges posed by the funding model on the transformation of public universities into entrepreneurial universities in Botswana to determine how the model affects or influence the adoption of an entrepreneurship model in public universities. Design/methodology/approach: A qualitative study with 30 participants from four (4) public universities was conducted with the use of a semi structured interview. The sample was drawn from top management in each of the universities. Data was transcribed, coded and grouped into themes with the use of Atlas ti software version 22. Findings: Government funding model hinders the transition of public universities into entrepreneurial universities. Firstly, the funding model is bureaucratic in nature. Secondly, the model forces public universities to operate from a zero budget. Thirdly, the model encourages irresponsible spending. The less funds a university utilizes the higher the cut in funding in the next budget allocation cycle. Fourthly, the funding model has a short budget cycle which hinder public universities to conduct long term projects which brings more financial returns compared to short term projects. Lastly, while research is seen as a key driver to aid the transformation, the model does not cater for a research and transformation budget. Research limitations/Implications: The study was limited to the enquiry of the challenges of the government funding model on the transition of Botswana public universities into entrepreneurial universities. The study focused on insights from senior management of public universities. While this formed a good basis for this exploratory study, future studies may consider a quantitative study with other key players to validate these findings. Further research is therefore recommended amongst middle management and university students in public universities. Practical Implications: This research improves knowledge in the systematic executions for developing strategies that are likely to influence and support the entrepreneurship model in Botswana's public universities. Originality/Value: This research was the first attempt to examine the challenges posed by the funding model on the transition of public universities into entrepreneurial universities in Botswana. Recommendations were made for government policy makers to review the current funding model with the view to develop a new model to support an entrepreneurship model in public universities. Purpose: This study examined the effect of local wisdom value and management orientation on competitiveness and performance of MSMEs and the effect of competitiveness on MSMEs’ performance. Design/methodology/approach: Path analysis was employed to analysis data. The population criteria of this research were active MSME actors in December 2017, who actively engaged in the business for 15 years. There were 63 business actors as the sample of this study. The path analysis showed that both local wisdom and management orientation variables had a direct, posotove and significant influence on the level of competitiveness and performance of the MSMEs. The competitiveness level had a direct and significant influence on the performance level of MSMEs. Findings: The research found that (1) the better the local wisdom value was carried out on a structured and periodic basis for MSME business actors, the stronger the level of competitiveness and performance of the MSMEs, and (2) the better the management orientation level, the better the competitiveness and performance level of the MSMEs. Furthur the competitiveness level was considered as a fundamental key-issue. This study suggests that local wisdoms value shall be considered to enhance the performance for MSMEs business in tourism of East Java. Paper type: Research paper

Purpose: Technology constantly evolves, improving communication and entertainment access. YouTube is a popular platform for businesses to engage with customers. This study aims to investigate the relationship between Influencer’s advertising, brand awareness, and brand image on customer purchase intention. Design/ methodology/ approach: This study used a quantitative approach with SPSS analysis and focused on Marketing Management students of Airlangga University in the semester of the academic year 2022/2023 who have watched YouTube within the past 6 months and have given their consent and willingness to participate in the research. The sample size of 72 students was determined using Slovin's formula with a 10% margin of error. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms, translated into Indonesian for clarity, and used a 5-point scale to collect responses. Findings: The study found that collectively, influencer advertising (X1), brand awareness (X2), and brand image (X3) significantly impact customer purchase intention (Y). Individually, influencer advertising (X1), brand awareness (X2), and brand image (X3) also have significant effects on Customer Word of Mouth (Y). Paper type: Research paper

Purpose: Bullying in elementary schools is a serious problem that can affect children's social and emotional well-being. This research aims to analyze the character-building capital applied in homeschooling and how this influences the social behavior of elementary school children in the context of bullying prevention. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods and observations of parents and children participating in homeschooling. Findings: The research results show that homeschooling provides flexibility in the application of character values that can be adapted according to the child's individual needs. Character education methods applied in homeschooling, such as a values-based approach and direct parental involvement, have proven effective in increasing children's empathy, responsibility and social skills. This research provides new insight into the role of homeschooling in character formation and bullying prevention, and offers recommendations for developing more effective character education strategies in the homeschooling context. It is hoped that these findings will contribute to parents, educators and policy makers in creating a safer and more supportive educational environment for these children. Paper type: Research paper
