Purpose: The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect Compensation and Motivation on Organizational Performance through Employee Performance, Compensation for employee performance, Motivation for employee performance, Compensation for Organizational Performance and Motivation for Organizational Performance. Design/methodology/approach: Data collection techniques using filling out questionnaires with a quantitative methodology which is distributed to the sample population of 160 employees and processed using the Amos ver 26 application. Findings: The research results show that there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance, as well as motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and there is also a significant effect of compensation on organizational performance, as well as motivation has a significant effect on organizational performance. Purpose: Think about the role that employee competency plays in the relationship between leadership style, salary, and performance. Design/methodology/approach: Quantitative research. Findings: 1) The way a leader acts has a major, favorable impact on the results his or her team achieves, 2) leadership style significantly positively affects competence, 3), pay raises have a positive impact on productivity, 4) Raises in salary have a salutary effect on worker performance., 5) employee competence has a positive impact on productivity, 6).Positive results can be attained through a variety of leadership styles on productivity through an intermediary of employee competence. 7) With competence as a moderating element, salary has a large, positive effect on worker output. Research limitations/implications: This study surveyed the staff of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) utilizing a sample size of 300 people who filled out questionnaires provided in-house. The collected data was analyzed using Smart PLS version 3.2.9. Practical implications: This study shows that both leadership style and pay have significant impacts on workers' output. Competence has a significant impact on performance and outcomes such as salary and leadership style. Purpose: Human Resources are the most important thing in the organization, so that the company's activities can run well, as well as efforts to carry out all organizational activities to the maximum extent possible so that employee performance increases. The factor that needs to be considered is the leadership style, this is important because it is one of the components that affect performance. The second factor is the workload that is not in accordance with the work that should be done by other parts, in the end they are passive in responding to work. Work stress also affects employees who work hand in hand at work that is not actually part of their job, employees become ineffective in doing their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, workload and work stress on the performance of employees. Design/methodology/approach: This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Findings: The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The influence of leadership style, workload and work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance. Research limitations/implications: The scope used in this study only covers one area in the Unit Polisi Pamong Praja of East Java Province which is not too large and broad, so the research results cannot be generalized to the wider population. Purpose: PT. PAL Indonesia is a shipping industry that applies advanced technology in its operational processes. This factory is one of the best factories in Indonesia and in the Southeast Asia region. The company conducts an ongoing evaluation due to the fact that there have been delays in design & planning in the last five years. This evaluation is to find solutions to problems that occur, where the performance of employees (ship building project team) is the main concern of the Director. Design/methodology/approach: This research identifies the influence of these factors on the performance of employees (ship construction project team) of PT. PAL Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires online to PT. PAL Indonesia. This study involved 91 respondents from employees involved in ship building projects. Then analyzed using SEM – PLS 3.3 (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square). Findings: Based on the results of the literature review, there are many factors that influence employee performance, some of which include leadership style, organizational commitment, work stress & job satisfaction. Based on the results of the SEM analysis, only 2 variables were obtained that affect the performance of the project team at PT. PAL Indonesia. The most dominant factor is in the transformational leadership variable. Practical implications: The benefits of research results can be input for companies, especially in the field of ship building. Purpose: Performance that is not optimal for employees is indicated by the amount of work carried out by employees that has not reached the target and does not meet the needs of society, employee engagement physically and psychologically at work is still relatively low, the suitability of employee work roles is not optimal, and commitment to the organization is still relatively low. All of this will affect the low level of performance of district government employees in achieving organizational goals. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative research with a causal research design. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: This study found that work role suitability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and there is a simultaneous significant effect between work role suitability and organizational commitment provided on employee performance. Purpose: The phenomenon that occurs in the midst of wooden furniture SMEs in Pasuruan City shows that labor competence is still low, innovation behavior is less creative, motivation for low achievement and employee performance fluctuates. This study aims to determine the influence of labor competence and innovation behavior on the motivation for achievement and performance of employees of the Wooden Furniture Medium Keil Industry (IKM) in Pasuruan City. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research models with hypothesis development are derived based on literature. To provide empirical evidence, researchers conducted a survey, primary data were collected using a list of questionnaires, and saturated sampling of 50 employees. Findings: The results showed that the variable of Labor Competence had a positive effect on Achievement Motivation, while Innovation Behavior had a positive and significant effect on Achievement Motivation. However, the three variables of Manpower Competence, Innovation Behavior and Motivation for achievement have a direct effect on the Performance of Wooden Furniture IKM Employees in Pasuruan City. Practical Implications: The implications of this study are to test the perception of 50 employees of IKM Wooden Furniture in Pasuruan City. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of employee orientation, training, and development on the performance of university employees in the city of Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Universities in Surabaya, amounting to 84 units. This study aims to determine the impact of Performance Management Systems (PMS) on employee and organizational performance. The researcher utilized exploratory research in the study because the investigation tries to identify known/unknown factors and evaluate established hypotheses. Data was gathered through secondary research methods. Online research was conducted. Secondary information was collected using many online search tools and specialized journals, textbooks, articles in scientific journals, and online sources related to the topic. Establishing an efficient PMS is a difficult task for organizations. There are a variety of PMS tools that exist. The 360-feedback approach is the most suited appraisal method for executing the PMS for employees in an organization. PMS enhances employee performance employees' performance fairly since connections between performance reviews and improved productivity do not hold. Managers' engagement, senior management involvement, and performance feedback are key indicators of PMS's efficacy. The relevance of this research contributes to the current body of knowledge about performance management systems. Organizations would find this study's conclusions valuable and intriguing. Organizations will comprehend the influence of a successful PMS on employee and organizational performance and, as a result, devise effective countermeasures or capitalize on the advantages. This study will bring about novel knowledge of PMS and further provide future research leads. Because of its reliance on secondary sources, this investigation could only include published academic papers that existed when the study was done.

This paper takes the dynamic capabilities (DCs) theory as a theoretical perspective to investigate the role of innovative citizenship behavior as a mediation model in the effect of organizational commitment and culture on the performance of Bank X employees in Indonesia empirically. The data were collected from 340 people and processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study proposed innovative citizenship behavior as a strategy for improving employee performance based on the concept of organizational citizenship and innovative behavior. The results showed that organizational commitment and culture mediated by innovative citizenship behavior improve employee performance. That supports the hypothesis of the importance of innovative citizenship behavior in enhancing employee performance. These results strengthen the theory of dynamic capabilities (DCs), which states that reconfiguring internal drive, in this case, employees increases the company's competitive advantage in a dynamic environment.
