The article discusses the analysis of Gottlob Frege and David Hilbert on formalist doctrine which is consistent to an arbitrary set of mathematical sentences in sufficient condition for truth and for the existence of the described concepts. Frege and Hilbert used the formalist approach and the axiomatic method with later work in foundations with speculation. In addition, the concept was based on the neglected revision of Hilbert idea on the existence of mathematical sentences.
