Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Photovoltaic power output forecast error exists objectively and inevitably, and it can provide a guarantee for safe and stable operation of the power system through analyzing its characteristics. In this paper, the influence of predicted output fluctuation characteristics (predicted output amplitude and power variation) on prediction error was studied based on the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method. The prediction error conditions were classified into six types based on the clustering of numerical characteristics of predicted output. Then, a Generalized Gaussian Mixture Model (GGMM) was proposed to fit the prediction error distribution of each type of photovoltaic output. The mean absolute error (MAE), coefficient of determination (R2), and root mean square error (RMSE) were used as accuracy evaluation indexes. The example analysis showed that the GGMM can satisfy the asymmetry and kurtosis diversity of the error distribution after division by conditions, and the fitting result is better than that of the normal distribution, improved Laplace distribution and t Location-Scale distribution model.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Riverbank integrated super-magnetic separation (ISMS) played an important role in river water (RW) environment management when the diminishing of suspension is a major task. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of its operation performance from the perspective of pollutant controlling and carbon mitigation potential using the method proposed by intergovernmental panel on climate change. The results showed that turbidity of discharge from ISMS is maintained below 3 NTU and total phosphate removal above 85%. From ISMS to sludge dewater and final incineration, the net carbon emission can is negative at -0.07 kgCO2/m3RW thanks to incineration with combined heat and power generation and cement substitute by slag. The indirect carbon emission associated with the use of PAC and PAM contributed 79% of the total emissions which amounted to 0.087 kgCO2/m3RW. Future work is suggested on accurate dosing adjustment for cost reduction and carbon mitigation.

drilling pressure low permeability feasibility ,Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
The drilling and shut-in regulations for peripheral oil fields currently follow the standard of the old area of placanticline, i.e., the wellhead pressure of water injection wells within 600m of the drilling well is reduced to below 3MPa before drilling. The regulations did not take into account the depth of the target formation, structural development, reservoir properties and oil and water well connectivity in the peripheral oilfield, which made it difficult to relieve pressure in most of the wells and resulted in longer drilling and shut-in cycles and greater impact on production. In order to minimize the impact of drilling and shut-in on field development and to explore drilling and shut-in limits and standards suitable for peripheral fields, drilling tests were conducted in Block A for infill wells. The feasibility of high pressure drilling in the peripheral low permeability oilfield was analyzed by analyzing the drilling site conditions, the quality of post-completion cementing and the logging data of the completed wells under different pressure conditions.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
DP980 is a promising light-weightening material in car body. To avoid high investment of strong cooling system, a new DP980 steel with low cooling rate requirement was developed. The mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed under different manufacturing process. It could be concluded that the chemical composition design should be reasonable and of low cost to achieve both high strength and also austenite to martensite transformation at low cooling rate. Strength increased with coiling temperature decreasing during hot rolling, and higher annealing temperature and lower over aging temperature were favourable to higher strength. The austenite-martensite transforming could be completed at even lower rapid cooling rate of 20°C/s. Through optimized manufacturing process parameters, the new DP steel product with good mechanical properties could be obtained successfully, which provided a new option for normal production line to produce ultra high strength steel.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Annealing process is critical to mechanical properties and microstructure of DP steel. For DP steel with strength grade of 590MPa, experiments with different combinations of intercritical annealing temperature and over-aging temperature were carried out during annealing. The tensile tests of the final products and nanohardness tests of different phases were made, and the microstructures were analyzed. The results indicated that higher intercritical annealing temperature was favorable to higher volume fraction of martensite and lower nanohardness of martensite with lower C density. The ultimate tensile strength increased monotonously with the volume fraction of martensite increasing. Higher over aging temperature would make martensite islands be partially resolved and carbides precipitate, which made lower volume fraction of martensite, and resulted in lower nanohardness of martensite. The revealed rules could provide important guide to control material properties of DP steel by manipulating annealing process.

As Hadoop has gained popularity in big data era, it is widely used in various fields. The self-design and self-developed large-scale network traffic analysis cluster works well based on Hadoop, with off-line applications running on it to analyze the massive network traffic data. On purpose of scientifically and reasonably evaluating the performance of analysis cluster, we propose a performance evaluation system. Firstly, we set the execution times of three benchmark applications as the benchmark of the performance, and pick 40 metrics of customized statistical resource data. Then we identify the relationship between the resource data and the execution times by a statistic modeling analysis approach, which is composed of principal component analysis and multiple linear regression. After training models by historical data, we can predict the execution times by current resource data. Finally, we evaluate the performance of analysis cluster by the validated predicting of execution times. Experimental results show that the predicted execution times by trained models are within acceptable error range, and the evaluation results of performance are accurate and reliable.

The synergistic effects of methylphenyl-polsiloxane solid powder and organophosphate flame retardant for polycarbonate (PC) were investigated by limiting oxygen index(LOI), and cone calorimeter. It was found that the LOI of the flame-retarded PC (FR-PC) with polysiloxane and organophosphate binary flame retardants didn’t increase in comparison with that of FR-PC containing a single species flame retardant. The cone calorimeter results show that the heat release rate (HRR) of the PC/polysiloxane/organophosphate(PX230) composition is approximately 50% lower than that of the PC/polysiloxane or the PC/PX230. Total heat release (THR) of PC/polysiloxane/PX230 also significantly reduce in comparison with that of PC/polysiloxane and PC/PX230 binary composites, which indicates a clear synergistic effect of the polysiloxane and PX230 in the PC flame retardant composites. The CO production rate of the PC/polysiloxane/PX230 during combustion is slightly lower than that of the virgin PC. So the combination of the polysiloxane with PX230 used in PC could synergic inhibit the combustion heat release, and achieve environmental friendly fire-retardant effect.
