Представлен анализ периферийных жанров деловой коммуникации в аспекте категории тональности. Цель исследования – описание особенностей выражения тональности в сообщениях органов исполнительной власти в средствах массовой коммуникации. Материал исследования – посты, размещенные в трех официальных пабликах органов государственного управления в социальной сети «ВКонтакте» (Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации, Министерства здравоохранения Пермского края, Министерства здравоохранения Свердловской области) в период с 1 июня по 31 августа 2023 г., всего около 1 тыс. поликодовых коммуникационных продуктов. Новизна исследования заключается в применении категориально-текстового подхода к анализу стилистически гибридных (находящихся на пересечении официально-делового, публицистического и разговорного функциональных стилей) поликодовых речевых продуктов. Установлены полевый состав и коммуникативное содержание категории тональности в периферийных жанрах деловой коммуникации. В частности, выявлено, что 1) субполе волеизъявления представлено микросубполями рекомендации, пожелания и информирования; 2) субполе эмоциональной оценки формируется микросубполями имплицитной оценки и эксплицитной оценки; 3) субполе интенсивности не сегментировано, реализуется языковыми маркерами других субполей и в смысловом отношении выражает низкую степень категоричности волеизъявления в публикациях исполнительных органов и высокий уровень эмоциональности этих текстов. С учетом результатов автоматического анализа постов посредством функционала сервиса Popsters.ru выявлены предпочтительные и нежелательные для пользователей тональные варианты отдельных речевых продуктов (с одной стороны, тональные смыслы в постах, получивших наибольший отклик подписчиков, с другой – в постах, не вызвавших реакции адресата). Высокий коэффициент вовлеченности пользователей отмечается у постов, в которых реализуется индивидуальный подход к подписчикам и выражается забота представителей министерства здравоохранения о здоровье граждан. Низкая вовлеченность пользователей зафиксирована у сообщений в форме пресс-релизов, которые характеризуются высокой степенью официальности. Подчеркивается необходимость отказа от формализованного официального стиля общения в сторону персонификации и непринужденной формы, которые соответствуют природе коммуникации в социальных сетях.

The national security depends on the health of the population, which, in its turn, depends on the healthcare system. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia focused on the primary healthcare. The goals, tools, and results of the reforms that have taken place in the last three decades are usually considered from the point of view of law, economic feasibility, or organizational effectiveness. The author applied the historical and political approach to these reforms, thus evaluating their ability to preserve and increase human health. Fertility, morbidity, and mortality usually serve as national health criteria. The research relied on regulatory legal acts, speeches of senior government officials, official statistics, and sociological surveys. Demographic problems and budget deficits proved to be the main reasons behind the post-Soviet reforms, which transferred some material obligations from the federal to the local level and expended the scope of commercial medicine. Part of the financial burden moved from expensive specialized hospitals (secondary healthcare) to cheaper polyclinic and preventive medicine (primary healthcare). Federal budget expenditures decreased as patient capacity and the number of medical organizations went down and the productivity of primary healthcare went up. However, the national mortality and morbidity kept growing. The current diagnostic preventive healthcare model concentrates on primary healthcare: it reduces financial expenditures but fails to solve the demographic problems.

The analysis of available literature sources shows that, in most cases, when obtaining enriched lactic acid products, a fixed amount of rose hip supplement was used, and this amount was not specified. Organoleptic analysis is also missing in many of the publications. Further research is needed to establish the optimal amount of ground rosehip (Rosa canina L.) fruit in the production of lactic acid products using statistical data analysis methods. As a result of the analyzes carried out in the development, the physico-chemical, organoleptic and color characteristics of a lactic acid drink enriched with coarsely ground rose hips and rose hip flour were determined. The informativeness of these characteristics was established, using appropriate statistical methods for the type of data processed. The appropriate amounts of both additives are defined. For the lactic acid drink obtained with coarsely ground rosehip berries, the optimal amount is 2.76 %, and with the addition of rosehip flour it is 0.53 %. The proposed tools can be used in the development of methods for the valorization of waste products from food production and their addition to dairy products.

More than ten years of implementation of newborn screening for severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) using a T-cell receptor excision circle (TREC) and in recent years the TREC/ kappa-deleting recombination excision circle (KREC) assay have shown a number of advantages, which are not only the proper detection of SCID, to achieve better treatment outcomes and survival of children, as well as expanded knowledge on the prevalence of SCID, other diseases associated with T- and B-lymphopenia, but also allowed to detect new mutations associated with PID. The challenges include the inability to diagnose SCID with T-cell dysfunction and normal levels of T-lymphocytes and other SCIDs using the TREC assay, cytomegalovirus infection, that significantly worsens hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation prognosis (HSCT), economic issues, especially in low- and middle-income countries, and certain ethical issues. Considering the good worldwide experience, there are many reasons for a wider implementation of the newborn screening program for SCID in the world, including the Eastern Europe.

Introduction. The complexity of the interaction between type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), comorbidities, and emerging complications requires a clinical approach that manages risk while maintaining indicated therapeutic goals. The objective of the study was to analyse the frequency and effectiveness of mono- and combined glucose-lowering therapy in T2DM patients with obesity and chronic pancreatitis (CP). Material and methods. The retrospective study analysed 579 medical records of T2DM patients, who were divided in the following groups: group 1- patients with normal body weight and without CP (n=67); group 2 – patients with normal body weight and with CP (n=32); group 3- overweight patients without CP (n=126); group 4 – overweight patients with CP (n=33); group 5 – obese patients without CP (n=262); group 6 – obese patients with CP (n=59). When evaluating the effectiveness of the received therapy, the target value of HbA1c less than 7% was considered. Results. Most of the patients with T2DM+CP and T2DM with normal body weight received combined therapy. The presence of CP significantly influences the choice of treatment for T2DM, particularly, 81.5% of patients with T2DM and CP were prescribed combined therapy. There was no significant difference between serum glucose and HbA1c levels in patients with only T2DM and comorbid T2DM+CP+overweight/obesity regarding monotherapy vs combined glucose-lowering therapy. However, glucose and HbA1c levels in patients with only T2DM on monotherapy were significantly lower, respectively, by 41.72% and 25.64% vs patients with comorbid CP and overweight/obesity, who were also prescribed monotherapy. Conclusion. The presence of CP significantly influences the choice of treatment for T2DM, while overweight/obesity is not a criterion for choosing mono- or combined glucose-lowering therapy. The use of metformin as monotherapy and the use of combined therapy in most of patients with only T2DM and comorbid T2DM do not achieve the target levels of glucose and HbA1c.

Le présent travail se propose d’examiner le fonctionnement du lexème hype, récemment emprunté par le russe à l’anglais, qui semble gagner le droit de cité dans le discours de l’internet et des médias voire se généraliser par le biais du parler « jeune ». Après avoir précisé l’étymologie et répertorié les différentes valeurs sémantiques, l’auteur démontre une assimilation progressive de ce lexème par la langue russe aux niveaux morphologique et syntaxique. L’auteur retrace ensuite l’évolution de son fonctionnement discursif et évoque les explications possibles de sa « longévité » comparativement à d’autres néologismes avant de conclure sur son évaluation axiologique et les perspectives de son intégration dans la langue russe à long terme.

Introduction. Diabetes mellitus is associated with overweight and pancreatitis. To date, the results of routine laboratory tests are not being utilized as reliable markers for comorbidities associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The objective of the study. The aim of this study was to analyze complete blood count parameters in order to determine significant predictors of T2DM comorbid course. Material and methods. The study involved 579 T2DM patients with comorbid overweight/obesity and chronic pancreatitis (CP). Complete blood count (CBC) was performed using a Yumizen H500 CT automatic hematology analyzer. Insulin levels were determined using a standard kit with a Thermo Scientific Multiskan FC enzyme-linked immunoassay analyzer. Glucose levels were determined using a standard kit with a COBAS INTEGRA® Diagnostics automatic biochemical analyzer. The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) was calculated based on CBC. Results. In T2DM patients, glucose levels significantly correlated with the fraction of neutrophilic granulocytes, including segmental neutrophils, lymphocytes, and NLR, while glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels were significantly correlated with the lymphocyte and NLR fractions. Notably, no correlations between leukocyte profile and carbohydrate metabolism variables were found in T2DM patients. We found a negative correlation between glucose levels and the rod-shaped neutrophilic granulocyte fraction, as well as between HbA1c and NLR levels in overweight T2DM patients without CP. In overweight T2DM patients with comorbid CP, glucose levels correlated with the lymphocyte and NLR fractions. Conclusion. T2DM in overweight/obese patients with CP is characterized by an abnormal and uncontrolled leukocyte response, therefore a complete blood count is not an adequate marker of the comorbid course of diabetes in such patients.

Introduction. Ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterised by progressive ataxia, telangiectasia, immunodeficiency, increased susceptibility to malignancies and radiation sensitivity. The objective of the study was to determine the clinical and immunological features, as well as the consequences of A-T in the Ukrainian population. Material and methods. Sixty-four patients with A-T, registered at the Ukrainian National Registry of primary immunodeficiencies, were first included in the study. The evaluation of clinical signs and investigations were possible in 53/64 patients with A-T. Results. Neurological signs and telangiectasies were evidenced in all patients, and were followed by recurrent infections (81.1%), lymphoid hypoplasia (66.0%), and malignancies (15.1%). Poor weight gain was observed in 73.6% of patients, orthopaedic disorders in 52.8%, and bronchiectasis in 30.8%. High alpha-fetoprotein levels were seen in 93.5% of patients, mean level- 150.3 IU/mL. Among immunoglobulin changes, the most significant was a decreased IgA level (83.0%), followed by a high IgM level (50.9%), low IgG (18.9%) and IgE levels (49.1%). Reduced CD3, CD4 and CD8 T-lymphocytes were observed in 85.7% of patients. Infections and cancer were the most often causes of mortality. The mean age at death was 14.1 years, ranging from 6 to 21 years. Conclusions. Ataxia in combination with recurrent infections is the key to A-T diagnosis. In addition to syno-pulmonary infections, pyoderma and stomatitis are also frequent presentations. Children with ataxia should be referred to an immunologist, as well as genetic testing should be recommended for all patients with ataxia for timely diagnosis.

Introduction. Ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T) or Louis-Bar’s syndrome and Nijmegen breakage syndrome (NBS) belong to primary immunodeficiencies associated with impaired DNA repair, because of the damage to genes involved in the repair system. The peculiarity of these orphan diseases is that the onset and development of clinical manifestations depend on the severity of genome instability, the rate of accumulation of mutations determining the severity of the course for each individual patient. Cases presentation. The clinical cases of the syndrome A-T in a 4-year-old child and NBS in an 8-year-old child are presented in this article. The dynamics of clinical symptoms and their evolution were analyzed. The authors identified common clinical and immunological features of A-T and NBS in the examined children. The features of clinical cases were compared with data from the scientific literature. Conclusions. The complexities of the A-T and NBS diagnosis, due to the peculiarities of the course in different patients and the variability of the onset of the first clinical manifestations, are highlighted. The analyzed clinical cases will contribute to better physicians’ awareness and vigilance regarding the early diagnosis of primary immunodeficiency, that will prevent serious complications.

Russian regional activity in the Eastern Mediterranean represent a significant part of its global positioning. Reassuring itself as a great power capable of bringing loud voice into international affairs, Russia secures its national interests by building up its power capabilities in the Eastern Mediterranean, which consequently influence the geopolitical balance of power in the region. However, against the background of Russia’s economic weakness and political isolation, expressed in a decrease in its relative material capabilities, why does it continue to expand its participation in remote regions like the Eastern Mediterranean? What systemic and domestic factors are driving its foreign policy towards this region? How Moscow perceive the Eastern Mediterranean? Which strategy does Russia apply in maintaining its position in the region, and how it behaves vis-à-vis key regional actors? Taking neoclassical realism as a theoretical basis, this article aims to answer the above questions providing an analysis of systemic incentives and domestic (unit) level variables, which are instrumental in understanding Russian foreign policy behavior in the region (dependent variable), as well as globally. Focusing on the geographical area of Eastern Mediterranean, this article offers insights into Russia’s interaction with this region and within it, its behavior pursuing its interests exposing areas of potential conflict and cooperation with relevant actors, and the patterns of Russia’s interaction in regional balance of power. The significance of this study lies in the applying of a relatively new theoretical approach (neoclassical realism) to a specific geographical case (Eastern Mediterranean) in a certain time frame (Putin era) in the study of Russian foreign policy. Introduction. Evans’ syndrome (autoimmune hemolytic anemia combined with thrombocytopenia) is a rare hematological syndrome in the elderly. Case report. A 94-year-old patient was diagnosed with Evans’ syndrome with the secretion of monoclonal protein. The disease manifested initially by a periodic decrease in hemoglobin and platelet counts, accompanied by a deterioration of the clinical condition, and the development of a hemorrhagic syndrome. Long-term glucocorticoid therapy led to the development of osteoporosis, complicated by compression fracture of the lumbar vertebra. The main clinical manifestations of the disease (pain, limited mobility) were associated with the development of this complication. Conclusions. Diagnosis of Evans’ syndrome in elderly patients requires the exclusion of other similar diseases. Long-term glucocorticoid treatment can cause complications, such as osteoporosis with a risk of vertebral fracture. The resulting complications can disrupt the quality of life to a much greater extent than the underlying disease. When choosing a treatment for elderly patients with Evans’ syndrome, it is necessary to consider the possible benefits and the risk of complications.

Introduction. The pathogenesis of hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS) has not been clarified, but since the basis of HPS development is the dilation of inner lung capillaries, researchers suggest that HPS is caused by the prolonged action of biologically active compounds on the blood vessels of pulmonary circuit and a syndrome of systemic inflammatory response has also been implicated in its development. The objective of the study was to evaluate the indices of endogenous intoxication and inflammation in blood serum and lung tissue of animals with different models of hepatopulmonary syndrome. Material and methods. The first experimental model of HPS was made by imposing a double ligature on common bile duct and its further dissection with a scalpel. The animals of second experimental group were fed with a mixture of maize flour, lard, cholesterol, and alcohol plus subcutaneously injection with carbon tetrachloride oil solution for 8 weeks. Determination of the middle mass molecules contents, TNF-α and CRP was carried out in blood serum and lung tissue. Results. The modelling of HPS resulted in a statistically significant increase in endogenous intoxication, manifested by an increase in the content of MMM and inflammation indices in blood serum and supernatant of lung tissue homogenate. An increasing of middle mass molecules was more significant for a pool of МMМ2. Conclusions. Comparing the indices of endogenous intoxication and inflammation in blood serum and lung tissue in both models of hepatopulmonary syndrome, we have found the synchronous development of destructive processes on systemic and local levels with predominance in lungs.

The objective of the study was to investigate the features of free-radical oxidation and apoptotic leukocyte death in the dynamics of mechanical non-penetrating corneal injury in rabbits. Material and methods. The peculiar features of free-radical oxidation (the content of TBA-reactants and Schiff bases) in blood and aqueous humor were determined using biochemical methods. The analysis of blood leukocytes samples to determine reactive oxygen species was evaluated by the flow laser cytometry method, using 2.7-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate. The percentage of apoptotic blood leukocytes was evaluated by the flow laser cytometry method, using specific kit. Results. In case of experimental non-penetrating mechanical corneal injury, the percentages of reactive oxygen species and spontaneous apoptosis of blood leukocytes increased significantly from the 3rd day of the experiment, with the highest values within 14th and 21st days of observation. Для историков представляет интерес отношение историописателя к событию 1068 г. – выступлению киевской общины, изгнавшей князя Изяслава, не сумевшего защитить волость от нашествия половцев. Историографов привлечет внимание стиль работы Елагина над текстом истории, а для специалистов в области интеллектуальной истории представит интерес отношение русского масона к военным событиям XI в.

Aplasia cutis congenita is a rare congenital abnormality first described in 1767 by cordon. It mostly appears as a solitary lesion involving various layers of the skin and sometimes the bone on the scalp, limbs or abdomen. Genetics, environmental and exogenous causes have been implicated as potential causes. Only about 500 cases have been reported globally as of 2013. Two cases of ACC who presented with scalp and bone defects at birth are reported, one in a syndromic child delivered to a consanguineous family, with associated cardiac, skin and nail anomalies (likely Adams Oliver syndrome) and the other as an isolated scalp lesion. Both were large defects managed conservatively by a multidisciplinary team. The challenges of investigating and managing such complex scalp anomalies in sub-Saharan Africa are highlighted.

The objective of the study was to investigate the features of blood neutrophils’ apoptosis in case of combined trauma of the chest and both thighs in rats. Material and methods. The analysis of cell samples to determine reactive oxygen species was evaluated by the flow laser cytometry method, using 2.7-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate. The percentage of neutrophils with low transmembrane mitochondrial potential and percentage of apoptotic neutrophils were evaluated by the flow laser cytometry method, using specific kits. Results. It was established the progressive, statistically significant increasing of Annexin V- positive cells percentage from the first day of the experiment, with the highest values within 7-14 days of observation. On the 28th day of experiment, the reduction of apoptotic white blood cells percentage by 7.7% than the findings on the 14th day was observed, but it remained 33.3% higher than the control. Conclusion. One of the important signaling pathways of apoptosis triggering in case of experimental combined trauma of the chest and both thighs is reactive oxygen species overproduction and disruption of the mitochondrial inner membrane, due to the decreasing transmembrane potential on 3-7 days of observation.

Hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS) is a severe complication seen in the advanced liver disease. It is characterized by the triad of abnormal arterial oxygenation caused by intrapulmonary vascular dilatations (IPVD) in the setting of advanced liver disease, portal hypertension, or congenital portosystemic shunts. Liver transplantation is the only curative option for HPS. Pulmonary vascular dilation and angiogenesis are two central pathogenic features that cause abnormal pulmonary gas exchange in experimental HPS, and thus might underlie HPS in humans. The vascular component includes diffuse or local dilation of the pulmonary capillaries, and less commonly includes pulmonary arteriovenous shunts. The mechanisms responsible for the vascular changes in HPS remain incompletely understood. Research into the underlying molecular mechanisms has mainly focused on the roles of nitric oxide (NO), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ATP-sensitive K+ channels (KATP channels), endothelin-1 (ET-1), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), etc. and is summarised below.

In the context of a large number of arrivals, states may introduce blanket measures aimed at preventing irregular migration. These, however, may curtail the rights of asylum seekers.

Considering the importance of the future membership of Romania in the European Union, the presidential elections in this country take another dimension. On the one hand, they coincide in every resumption with the general and senatorial election. Consequently, the electoral results offer an angle of analysis which becomes revealing as for the reforms, the process of democratization, the fragmentation of the partisan space, the difficulties in the emergence of a competent and professional political class and those of an at least delicate economic and social situation. On the other hand, the theme of membership has made, for some time, the political consensus as for the objectives of the foreign policy. Resumed by all the political parties, the external factor does not manage to surmount the cleavage which remains between urban Romania and rural Romania. The very tight results between the two main candidates arrived at the ballot, namely Adrian Nãstase (leader of PSD) and T. Bãsescu (leader of an opposition which knew how to mobilize in a lapse of time, PD-PNL) are however revealing of the changes on the Romanian political scene. They confirm the territorial anchoring of the main political forces in Romania but they mark a net recession of the extreme right. The number of parties represented in the Parliament remains stable but, paradoxically does not produce a strengthened or stabilized political scene. In this way, the elections in Romania end in coalitions to limited partners. The fragile balance characterizes the new government which will have the heavy spot to make of the country a separate member of the UE.

The reaction of AgSCN with 2-aminopyridine in ammonia solution produces the colorless crystal of catena-poly [Ag(SCN))(C6H5N2)]n. The crystals were characterized by FTIR analysis and single crystal X-Ray diffraction. The silver(I) ion bind to one N atom of 2-aminopyridine, one N atom of thiocyanate and two S atoms of two thiocyanates to form a pseudo-tetrahedral complex. The presence of thiocyanates bridge ligand give an one-dimensional polymer. Complex [Ag(SCN)(2-NH2py)] crystallizes in monoclinic lattice and P21 space group with a=9,122(3) Å, b=4,1506(15) Å, c=11,269(4) Å, α= γ= 90°, β= 109,214(8)°, R= 0,0287. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds between amino group and thiocyanate NH-H…N-CS (2.389 Å) are also found in this structure. In vitro antibacterial screening complex was evaluated against two bacteria (Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus). The results show that complex has higher antibacterial activity than 2-aminopyridine and KSCN. This is due to central ion and the ability of the ligand to interact with membrane proteins.

Introduction: The increasing need for online motorcycle taxi driver (ojol) transportation continues to increase in Jakarta. This increases the activity of motorcycle taxi drivers, which can cause Carpal tunnel syndrome risks due to the awkward posture of the wrist while riding the motorcycle (the wrist posture is too long on the motorcycle handlebars with repetitive motion), which will affect the nerves and blood supply to the wrist and hand. This study aims to determine the risk of the motorcycle taxi driver’s upper limb using Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Carpal tunnel syndrome risk factor using the Boston Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Questionnaire (BTCSQ). Method: This research used a cross-sectional study approach with 97 respondents online motorcycle taxi drivers. The respondents were collected based on the activity of online motorcycle taxi drivers who were in or passing through the data collection location and willing to take part in the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and the Boston Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Questionnaire (BTCSQ). The RULA assessment and analysis were performed and supported by video (recording from a cycle of the activity while the respondents were riding the motorcycles). The respondents’ criteria were an online motorcycle taxi driver with a minimum of 1 year of working experience, at least 3 hours working duration per day, and not clinically suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and wrist problems. This study has been approved by Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana ethical committee. Result: The results of BCTSQ and RULA in online motorcycle taxi drivers have found that there’s mild–moderate risk respectively in Jakarta. In RULA, it was found that there were 87.6% of respondents were reported at moderate risk which had an impact on musculoskeletal problems, especially the upper limb. In the BCTSQ, the result showed that there were mild complaints in 38.1% of respondents regarding the wrist which was at risk of developing carpal tunnel syndrome. Discussion: With RULA results, in the form of moderate risk, Further ergonomics investigation and assessment are needed to find out further risk factors, mitigation plans, and best improvements to reduce the risks. The occurrence of mild complaints in the wrist based on BCTSQ requires further clinical examination of carpal tunnel syndrome to reduce the incidence of CTS cases in online motorcycle taxi drivers. Conclusion: This research’s result has found mild-moderate risk factors from the activity and working posture among online motorcycle taxi drivers in Jakarta. Further investigation and research ergonomically are needed.

Lignochlitic bacteria have a high ability to degrade complex and synthetic organic compounds. Lignochrolitic bacteria-based probiotics can improve gas production, digestibility of organic matter, efficiency of microbial protein synthesis, production of NH3 and VFA in vitro. The purpose of the study is the optimization and testing of the synbiotic potential of lignochloritic bacteria–based powder in vivo. The research was conducted in collaboration with PT. Agro Gemilang Indonesia for synbiotic production, PT. Milkindo Berkah Abadi for in vivo test in dairy cows. The test variables include nutritional performance, production and quality of dairy cow’s milk given synbiotic powder to the feed. The synbiotic formula used is the best result on in vitro testing.

Microplastic (MPs) contamination investigations have been carried out on 16 cooking oil brands, especially palm cooking oil. MPs analysis used modified fenton oxidative degradation and identification through light optical microscopy. The investigation results presented that all cooking oil brands were dirtied with MPs. The most minor abundance of MPs (0.07 ± 0.09) mL–1 particle is in the Tl. brand, a premium cooking oil. that matches imported canola oil (Ma. brand). Bulk cooking oil is contaminated with the highest MPs (0.37 ± 0.05) mL–1 particle, but the contamination can be reduced with packaging, as shown in the Minyakkita brand (0.28 ± 0.05) mL–1 particle. Red palm oil has contamination i.e., (0.23 ± 0.05) mL–1 to (0.50 ± 0.05) mL–1 particle. Investigations at three street vendors of fried food showed that the snacks were contaminated with MPs. Black fiber particles dominate the pollution in cooking oil and fried snacks. It’s suspected that MP pollution has occurred during the CPO process. Considering MPs’ harmful impacts on human health, comprehensive research should be conducted to minimize MP pollution in palm cooking oil. This action must be carried out as a campaign for healthy Indonesian palm oil cooking.

Over the course of the previous decade, there has been a growing apprehension regarding the presence of MPs. This concern has arisen because of the detrimental effects of MPs pollution on the well-being of both animals and people. This study explores the potential implications of MPs contamination on mice. This study examined the impact of microplastics on mice by feeding four food experiment; P0 (pellet BR1), P1 (potato from Pujon Farm), P2 (potato mixed 300 µg PET) and P3 (potato mixed 600 µg PET). Body weight, feces weight, and left feed were observed in this study. Food contaminated with microplastics (MPs) has a negative effect on appetite, feces weight and body weight of mice. This process has an impact on reducing the weight of feces, appetite, body weight of mice and weight of mice. It is suspected that MPs in rat digestion increase concentrations of mice corticosterone metabolites and carcass fat, suggesting an adaptation of metabolism to this situation. Another impact is expected the decrease in microbial richness in the intestines of mice, causing a decrease in mice weight and body weight of mice. The high concentration of MPs entering the digestive tract can also reduce the rats’ appetite.
