Using fly ash to synthesize zeolite molecular sieves can improve the reuse value of coal fly ash resources, reduce the synthesis cost of the zeolites, and protect the ecology. A novel approach was proposed to prepare zeolite socony mobil‐5 (ZSM‐5) zeolite via one‐pot hydrothermal synthesis. The mesoporous ZSM‐5 synthesized by adjusting the molar ratio of chemical reagents has higher crystallinity, larger specific surface area, and more adsorption sites. An analysis of methylene blue (MB) adsorption on mesoporous ZSM‐5 was conducted at many different adsorption parameters, including solution concentration, temperature, and duration of adsorption. The Langmuir model can objectively describe the adsorption behavior of MB on ZSM‐5, and the adsorption characteristics of MB on ZSM‐5 are better described by the pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model. To investigate the effects of biogas slurry substitution for fertilizer on rice yield, fertilizer utilization efficiency, and soil fertility, a field experiment was conducted on rice–wheat rotation soil in the Chaohu Lake Basin for two consecutive years, with the following six treatments: no fertilization (CK), conventional fertilization (CF), optimized fertilization (OF), biogas slurry replacing 15% of fertilizer (15% OFB), biogas slurry replacing 30% of fertilizer (30% OFB), and biogas slurry replacing 50% of fertilizer (50% OFB). The field experiment results showed that, compared with CF treatment, OF treatment in 2022 and 2023 significantly increased (p < 0.05) rice yield, promoted the uptake of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) by grains and straws, improved fertilizer utilization efficiency, and increased the contents of soil organic C (SOC), NH4+-N, NO3−-N, hydrolysable N, and available P. The 15% OFB and 30% OFB treatments significantly increased (p < 0.05) rice grain and straw yields compared with CF treatment, and rice grain and straw yields were the highest in the 30% OFB treatment. Compared with CF and OF treatments, 30% OFB treatment significantly increased (p < 0.05) the N, P, and K uptake of grains and straws and increased the fertilizer utilization efficiency. Compared with CF treatment, the grain yield of 50% OFB treatment was significantly decreased (p < 0.05) in 2022, and there was no significant difference in 2023, which may be because the biogas slurry was applied before planting in 2023 to provide more nutrients for early rice growth. Compared with CF treatment, 30% OFB treatment significantly increased (p < 0.05) the contents of SOC, NH4+-N, available K, and hydrolysable N. In summary, optimizing N and K topdressing methods can increase rice yield and improve the fertilizer utilization efficiency and soil fertility. The 30% OFB treatment resulted in the highest rice yield, fertilizer utilization efficiency, and improved soil fertility, indicating that biogas slurry replacing 30% of fertilizer was the best application mode for rice in this region. In order to solve the severe erosion of kiln refractories for the high‐temperature treatment used during the process of recovering valuable metal elements from waste lithium batteries, this study investigates the low‐cost, no‐firing preparation technology of erosion‐resistant SiC–C–t‐ZrO2 composites with self‐prepared t‐ZrO2–SiC–C powder, as well as silicon carbide and flake graphite as the main raw materials, and phenolic resin as the binding agent. (1) The effects of different t‐ZrO2–SiC–C powder additions and heat treatment temperatures on the properties of SiC–C–t‐ZrO2 composites were studied in details. (2) The erosion resistance of SiC–C–t‐ZrO2 composites to after‐use lithium battery waste was evaluated using the static crucible method. The mechanical properties of the t‐ZrO2–SiC–C composites was the best that its cold modulus of rupture (CMOR) was 11.37 MPa and cold crush strength (CCS) was 41.96 MPa when heat treatment temperature was 600°C and content of t‐ZrO2–SiC–C powder was 10 wt%. At that condition, the bulk density of samples reached to 3.15 g/cm3 and apparent porosity of it was only at 11.09% which means that the samples designed in this work are compacted enough. Loaded single-atom catalysts (SACs) exhibit high potential for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reactions (HER) owing to their unsaturated coordination environments and quantum size effects. However, SACs with only one active center can limit reactions involving multiple atoms, affecting adsorption efficiency. This paper presents a synergistic catalyst, Pt1Rux@C, successfully synthesized using an efficient microwave reduction strategy to load Pt1 atoms and Rux clusters onto carbon black for electrocatalytic HER in just 50 seconds. Characterization and theoretical calculations show that the interaction between Pt1 and Rux on the Pt1Rux@C surface optimizes HER kinetics and achieves unique acid/alkaline reactivity. Pt1Rux@C requires overpotentials of only 90.2 mV (acidic)/141.8 mV (alkaline) to achieve current densities of 100 mA cm−2 (acidic)/40 mA cm−2 (alkaline), outperforming commercial 20 wt% Pt/C. It also exhibits a low Tafel slope, high activity, and excellent stability. Ionic liquid based technology is promising in the pretreatment of lignocelluloses. More efforts are still being made to intensify the separation of the main components in this biomass and to inhibit biopolymer degradation, especially in the fabrication of functional materials where excellent mechanical properties are often requisite. In this study, additives with amino and/or hydroxyl groups were proposed to improve the dissolution of lignocellulosic biomass in ionic liquids and to inhibit the degradation of cellulose. Among the tested additives (i.e., urea, L -2-aminobutyric acid, DL -aminopropanol, 3-aminopropanol and ethanolamine), 3-aminopropanol showed the best performance in enhancing wheat straw dissolution and cellulose recovery in 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([EMIM]Ac). Further study revealed that this additive could also inhibit cellulose degradation in [EMIM]Ac. The interactions between the ionic liquid and additive were revealed by NMR and IR analysis. It was found that the formation of hydrogen bonds between 3-aminopropanol and [EMIM]Ac changed the interactions between ionic liquids and biomass, resulting in improved dissolution efficiency and inhibition of cellulose degradation. Optimization investigation showed that when using the 3-aminopropanol/[EMIM]Ac composite system as the solvent and pine as the raw biomass, the cellulose content in the recovered cellulose-rich material was increased from 33.3% (for the raw pine) to 66.9%. Correspondingly, the regenerated cellulose spinning in the composite system exhibited improved mechanical properties, with the elongation at break reaching 15.6% and the tensile fracture strength of 184.1 N per tex (in comparison with 9.6% for elongation at break and 99.7 N per tex for tensile fracture strength for the sample obtained in neat [EMIM]Ac).
