In Ecuador, the growth of the transportation sector has significantly increased greenhouse gas emissions. According to experts, this sector currently contributes to 49.8% of total greenhouse gas emissions in this country. This poses significant challenges for environmental sustainability, emphasizing the urgent need for effective strategies to mitigate these emissions and promote environmentally friendly practices. Therefore, this study focuses on developing a dynamic simulation of energy scenarios for the year 2035 in the transportation sector, with the goal of transitioning to sustainable mobility, as fossil fuels are the main pollutants in the country. This study proposes system dynamics models using VENSIM 6.0b software to estimate the total energy demand and pollutant emissions in the transportation sector. The results suggest that if Ecuador aligns with global mobility trends and implements public policies promoting the use of electric vehicles, total CO2 emissions could potentially decrease from 50,161,432 kilobarrels of oil equivalent (kBOE) to 20,589,720 kBOE by the year 2035. Pulsed water jet technology has broad application prospects in the field of rock breaking. The pressurized pulsed water jet (PPWJ) is a new type of pulsed jet that offers high-amplitude pressurization, variable pulse pressure and frequency, and a high energy usage rate. To achieve a more destructive and powerful pulsed water jet, a dynamic simulation model of the device was established by using the AMESim software (v1400) based on the operational principle of PPWJs, and the simulation model was validated against the experimental results. The relationships between the key structural parameters of the PPWJ device and the pulse parameters were quantitatively investigated. The pulse pressure and frequency can be increased by appropriately increasing the nozzle diameter or boost ratio, and the pulse pressure will drop if the nozzle diameter or boost ratio exceeds a threshold value. Increasing the maximum displacement or action area of the piston will increase pulse length while decreasing pulse frequency; a proper match of the maximum displacement or action area of the piston will assure pulse peak pressure. The maximum outer diameter of the piston only affects the pulse frequency. The key structural parameters of the device were optimized on that foundation. Compared to the original device, the optimized device resulted in an increase in pulse frequency and jet output energy, leading to larger diameter and volume of erosion pits at the same stand-off distance and erosion time. This research paper presents a comprehensive investigation aimed at enhancing the 2G bioethanol production process through the implementation of a dynamic process simulator. The simulator, developed using the Julia programming language, enables the prediction of acid hydrolysis behaviour by manipulating critical variables, including liquid–solid ratio (LSR), acid concentration (CA), and processing time (t). Through meticulous simulations and subsequent experimental validation, optimal operating conditions were revealed, with an H2SO4 concentration of 2% v/v, a LSR of 4% v/w, and 60‐min processing time at 121.1°C. This configuration led to remarkable outcomes, including a xylose concentration of 47.45 g L−1 and an 87.4% hemicellulose removal percentage. Moreover, the simulator unveiled the adverse influence of low LSR values on xylose production and the generation of degradation products. The recalibration of kinetic parameters, guided by experimental data, further fine‐tuned the simulator's predictive accuracy. Overall, this study underscores the potential of the simulator in optimizing various raw materials and presents a promising avenue for advancing 2G bioethanol industry practices. Several computational methods have been developed to identify neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) covering four dengue virus serotypes (DENV-1 to DENV-4); however, limitations of the dataset and the resulting performance remain. Here, we developed a new computational framework to predict potent and stable NAbs against DENV-1 to DENV-4 using only antibody (CDR-H3) and epitope sequences as input. Specifically, our proposed computational framework employed sequence-based ML and molecular dynamic simulation (MD) methods to achieve more accurate identification. First, we built a novel dataset (n = 1108) by compiling the interactions of CDR-H3 and epitope sequences with the half maximum inhibitory concentration (IC50) values, which represent neutralizing activities. Second, we achieved an accurately predictive ML model that showed high AUC values of 0.879 and 0.885 by tenfold cross-validation and independent tests, respectively. Finally, our computational framework could be applied to filter approximately 2.5 million unseen antibodies into two final candidates that showed strong and stable binding to all four serotypes. In addition, the most potent and stable candidate (1B3B9_V21) was evaluated for its development potential as a therapeutic agent by molecular docking and MD simulations. The dynamic control of an active magnetic bearing (AMB) rotor after the rotor falls to its touch-down bearings has always been a difficult problem for applications such as flywheel energy storage. The rotor drop process has obvious nonlinear dynamic characteristics. This paper first discusses the structure of AMBs and the basic principles of their control. Starting from the electromagnetic forces that electromagnets can provide, the problem is simplified to the influence of an electromagnetic force with constant damping characteristics on the dynamic characteristics of a dropped rotor. A dynamic model of an AMB rotor with touch-down bearings was built and the contact force model between the rotor and the touch-down bearings was determined. A constant damping electromagnetic force was applied in two ways to verify the dynamic control feasibility of a dropped rotor through magnetic bearings. Crushing is a critical operation in mineral processing, and its efficient performance is vital for minimizing energy consumption, maximizing productivity, and maintaining product quality. However, due to variations in feed material characteristics and safety constraints, achieving the intended circuit performance can be challenging. In this study, a centralized control strategy based on a finite state machine (FSM) is developed to improve the operations of an iron ore crushing circuit. The aim is to increase productivity by manipulating the closed-side-setting (CSS) of cone crushers and the speed of an apron feeder while considering intermediate storage silo levels and cone crusher power limits, as well as product quality. A dynamic simulation was conducted to compare the proposed control strategy with the usual practice of setting CSS to a constant value. Four scenarios were analyzed based on variations in bond work index (BWI) and particle size distribution. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy increased average productivity by 6.88% and 48.77% when compared to the operation with a constant CSS of 38 mm and 41 mm, respectively. The proposed strategy resulted in smoother oscillation without interlocking, and it maintained constant flow rates. Histone deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) is a member of the histone deacetylase family that has emerged as a crucial target in the quest for novel therapeutic interventions against various complex diseases, including cancer. The repositioning of FDAapproved drugs presents a promising avenue for the rapid discovery of potential HDAC3 inhibitors. In this study, we performed a structure-based virtual screening of FDA-approved drugs obtained from DrugBank. Candidate hits were selected based on their binding affinities and interactions with HDAC3. These promising hits were then subjected to a comprehensive assessment of their biological properties and drug profiles. Our investigation identified two FDA-approved drugs, Imatinib and Carpipramine, characterized by their exceptional affinity and specificity for the binding pocket of HDAC3. These molecules demonstrated a strong preference for HDAC3 binding site and formed interactions with functionally significant residues within the active site pocket. To gain deeper insights into the binding dynamics, structural stability, and interaction mechanisms, we performed molecular dynamics (MD) simulations spanning 300 nanoseconds (ns). The results of MD simulations indicated that Imatinib and Carpipramine stabilized the structure of HDAC3 and induced fewer conformational changes. Taken together, the findings from this study suggest that Imatinib and Carpipramine may offer significant therapeutic potential for treating complex diseases, especially cancer. The dynamics of milling circuits, particularly those involving Semi-Autogenous Grinding (SAG) mills, are not adequately studied, despite their critical importance in mineral processing. This paper aims to investigate the dynamic behavior of an SAG mill pebble recycling circuit under varying feed ore conditions, focusing on both uncontrollable parameters (such as ore hardness) and controllable parameters (including circuit layout and pebble crusher configurations). The study is carried out with Simulink dynamic simulations. Our findings reveal several key insights. Firstly, plant designs based solely on static simulations may not be adequate for large or complex circuits, as they fail to account for the dynamic nature of milling processes. Second, incorporating stockpiles after pebble crushing can effectively mitigate the impact of dynamic fluctuations, leading to more stable circuit performance. One of the most challenging issues scientists face is finding a suitable non-invasive treatment for cancer, as it is widespread around the world. The efficacy of phytochemicals that target oncogenic pathways appears to be quite promising and has gained attention over the past few years. We investigated the effect of docking phytochemicals isolated from the rhizomes of the Cimicifuga foetida plant on different domains of the IκB kinase alpha (IKK1/alpha) protein. The Cimicifugoside H-2 phytochemical registered a high docking score on the activation loop of IKK1/alpha amongst the other phytochemicals compared to the positive control. The interaction of the protein with Cimicifugoside H-2 was mostly stabilized by hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions. A dynamic simulation was then performed with the Cimicifugoside H-2 phytochemical on the activation loop of IKK1/alpha, revealing that Cimicifugoside H-2 is a possible inhibitor of this protein. The pharmacokinetic properties of the drug were also examined to assess the safety of administering the drug. Therefore, in this in silico study, we discovered that the Cimicifugoside H-2 phytochemical inhibits the actively mutated conformation of IKK1/alpha, potentially suppressing the nuclear factor kappa light chain enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) pathway. This research introduces the NeuRaiSya (Neural Railway System Application), an innovative railway signaling system integrating deep learning for passenger analysis. The objectives of this research are to simulate the NeuRaiSya and evaluate its effectiveness using the GreatSPN tool (graphical editor for Petri nets). GreatSPN facilitates evaluations of system behavior, ensuring safety and efficiency. Five models were designed and simulated using the Petri nets model, including the Dynamics of Train Departure model, Train Operations with Passenger Counting model, Timestamp Data Collection model, Train Speed and Location model, and Train Related-Issues model. Through simulations and modeling using Petri nets, the study demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed NeuRaiSya system. High-frequency non-physical oscillations may occur due to shock waves in seismic wavefield and dynamic rupture simulation. In this study, we introduced the alternative flux finite-difference weighted essentially non-oscillatory scheme to address potential shock wave issues in computational seismology effectively. The wavefield of the body-fitted curvilinear domain was accurately computed through conservative grid mapping, ensuring accurate implementation of free surface boundary conditions on irregular surfaces using characteristic boundary conditions and minimizing artificial boundary reflections with exponential decay absorbing layers. Finally, we compared our scheme with the GRTM for flat surfaces and the CGFDM3D-EQR for irregular surfaces to demonstrate its correctness and accuracy, and validated its non-oscillatory characteristics. In order to prevent damage to the support equipment caused by rock burst, a torsion plate energy absorption member is designed to be used with hydraulic columns. Explicit dynamic simulation is used and compared with the tests. The equations of structural parameters to the mean value of the reaction force (F mean), specific energy absorption (SEA), and mean squared deviation (σ) are constructed based on the response surface method. The structural parameters are optimized using MOPSO. The results indicate that the torsion plate exhibits excellent energy absorption characteristics. The error rate of the simulation compared to the test is less than 5%, indicating a high level of simulation accuracy. All three sets of response fitted equations have R 2 above 0.97, indicating a good fit. The three evaluation indexes demonstrate a trend of increasing then decreasing as the torsion angle increases. The wall thickness is positively correlated with the influence of each parameter index, while the effect of fillet radius is reversed. The maximum relative error of the predicted value is 9.50%. After optimization, the F mean is effectively increased by more than 78%, the SEA is increased by more than 24.72%. The σ is increased by 8.31%, the optimization effect is remarkable. Ni60Nb40 amorphous particles (APs) and amorphous thin films (ATFs) with various sizes were investigated by molecular dynamic simulations. It is revealed that sample size has effects on both Ni60Nb40 APs and ATFs composed of shell or surface and core components. Ni60Nb40 APs have an average bond length of 2.57 Å with major fivefold-symmetry atomic packing and low bond-orientation orders of Q6 and Q4 in both core and shell components. Ni atoms in Ni60Nb40 APs and ATFs prefer to segregate to the shell and surface regions, respectively. Atomic packing structure differences between various-sized Ni60Nb40 APs and ATFs affect their glass transition temperatures Tg, i.e., Tg decreases as the particle size or the film thickness decreases in Ni60Nb40 APs and ATFs, respectively. Shallow marine shelf sedimentation is a hot and difficult topic in today's reservoir sedimentology research, and it is widely present in the world. The shallow marine shelf sedimentation is not only affected by complex hydrodynamic effects such as tides and waves, but also controlled by bottom tectonic features, forming a complex and varied sedimentation pattern. During the Middle Jurassic period, the northern part of West Siberian Basin was characterized by a shallow marine shelf sedimentary environment. In the central reion of this basin, a typical tectonic uplift zone developed, forming a tectonic background of "one uplift zone between two depressions". Simultaneously, the dominant influence of tides in the shallow marine shelf environment facilitated the formation of a typical shelf-type tidal delta sedimentation system in the Jurassic strata of the northern part of West Siberian Basin. This sedimentation constitutes a significant natural gas reservoir, and it is important to investigate the sedimentary evolution of shelf-type tidal deltas and to clarify the internal structure and distribution of sedimentary sand bodies and interlayers in shelf-type tidal deltas, which is the basis for the fine development of this type of reservoir. This paper takes the Jurassic strata in the Y region of northern part of West Siberian Basin as the research object, and conducts numerical simulation based on sedimentary dynamics for the shelf-type tidal delta sedimentation formed under the tectonic background of "one uplift zone between two depressions". In addition, tidal amplitude and initial water level were selected for different hydrodynamic factors to study the main controlling factors of shelf-type tidal delta sedimentation. The simulation results show that tidal amplitude is positively correlated with three-dimensional configuration characteristic parameters of the sedimentary sand bodies, and the development of tidal bars becomes more and more limited as the initial water level increases. Aiming to solve the problem that existing small rescue boats cannot realize the effective and stable rescue of human lives under high sea turbulence conditions, this paper proposes a parallel decoupled hydraulic interconnected suspension system for actual sea state. The system dynamics model is established, and its damping characteristics are analyzed by joint simulation. The results show that compared with the truss-type rescue ship, the suspension system can improve the transverse rocking resistance by 81.5% and the longitudinal rocking resistance by 25.0%, and the system has excellent transverse rocking resistance. Radial piston motors are executive components in hydraulic systems, tasked with providing appropriate torque and speed according to load requirements in practical applications. The purpose of this study is to predict the output torque of radial piston hydraulic motors and confirm their suitable operating conditions. Efficiency determination experiments were conducted on physical models, yielding thirty sets of performance data. Torque (output torque) and mechanical efficiency from the experimental data were selected as prediction targets and fitted using two methods: multiple linear regression and neural networks. A dynamic simulation model was built using Adams2020 software to obtain theoretical torque values, enabling the verification of the alignment between the predicted values and simulation results. The results indicate that the error between the theoretical torque of the dynamic model and the physical experiments is 1.9%, with the error of the neural network predictions being within 2%. The dynamic simulation model can yield highly accurate theoretical torque values, providing a reference for the external load of hydraulic motors; additionally, neural networks offer accurate predictions of output torque, thus reducing experimental testing costs. In addressing the challenges of high labor intensity, cost, and potential mechanical damage to banana fruit in orchards, this study presents the design of a banana bunch transport device featuring a lifting mechanism and an automatic fruit shaft bottom-fixing system. The device is tailored to the planting and morphological characteristics of banana bunches, aiming for efficient, low-loss, and labor-saving mechanized transport. Key design considerations included the anti-overturning mechanism and the lifting system based on transportation conditions and the physical dimensions of banana bunches. A dynamic simulation was conducted to analyze the angular velocity and acceleration during the initial conveying stages, forming the basis for the fruit shaft bottom-fixation mechanism. A novel horizontal multi-point scanning method was developed to accurately identify and secure the fruit shaft bottom, complemented by an automated control system. Experimental results showed a 95.83% success rate in identification and fixation, validated by field trials that confirmed the necessity and stability of the fixation mechanism. To enhance the durability of the fruit shaft bottom-fixation mechanism, a multi-factor test was conducted, optimizing the device's maximum travel speed and minimizing the banana bunch's oscillation angle. Field tests showed an oscillation angle of 8.961°, closely matching the simulated result of 9.526°, demonstrating the reliability of the response surface analysis model. The investigation of multi-body dynamics (MBD) modeling for landing gear drop tests is a hot topic in the realm of landing gear design. The current results were primarily focused on the multi-rigid body simulation or a simple multi-flexible body simulation, with little regard for the correctness of longitudinal loads and their experimental confirmation, particularly wheel–axle loads. Based on a genuine oleo-pneumatic landing gear drop test of a large civil aircraft, enhanced multi-body dynamics simulation research is carried out, considering the structural flexibility and bearing support by adopting flexible multi-bodies modeling and rigid-flex coupling contacts. When compared to the test data, which purposefully measured the longitudinal wheel–axle loads, the simulation results show that the loads, shock absorber compression, and shock absorber inner pressures are all within good agreement. Varying the chemical consistency of acoustically levitated droplets opens up an in situ study of chemical and biochemical reactions in small volumes. However, the optimization of the mixing time and the minimization of the positional instability induced by solution dispensing are necessary for practical applications such as the study of the transient state of macromolecules crystallography during the ligand binding processes. For this purpose, we study the inertial mixing in a configuration compatible with the room‐temperature crystallography using the acoustic levitation diffractometer, therein solution drops ejected at high velocity collide and coalesce with droplets dispensed on acoustically levitated and rotating polymer thin‐film sample holders. With the proposed method, we are able to achieve the mixing time of ∼0.1 s for sub‐micro and a few microliter droplets. The observed short mixing time is ascribed to the rapid penetration of the solution into the droplets and confirmed by a computational fluid dynamic simulation. The demonstrated accelerated solution mixing is tested in a pilot time‐lapse protein crystallography experiment using the acoustic levitation diffractometer. The results indicate the detection of transient ligand binding state within 2 s after the solution dispensing, suggesting the feasibility of the proposed method for studying slow biochemical processes. This paper analyzes dynamic modeling for rural HPS to address GHG emissions' environmental impact on floods and climate change. The aim is to integrate renewable energy sources, such as solar energy, with traditional generators to mitigate emissions and enhance energy access in rural communities in Pakistan. The system is designed using a DC-DC converter, MPPT, LCL filter, and a DC-AC inverter. Utilizing software tools like PVsyst 7.4 and HOMER Pro-3.18.1, the study evaluates system sizing, energy consumption patterns, and optimization strategies tailored to site-specific data. The expected results include a reliable, environmentally friendly hybrid power system capable of providing consistent electricity to rural areas. The analysis of a connected load of 137.48 kWh/d and a peak load of 33.54 kW demonstrates the system's promise for reliable electricity with minimal environmental impact. The estimated capital cost of USD 102,310 and energy generation at USD 0.158 per unit underscores economic feasibility. Dynamic modeling and validation using HIL examine the system's behavior in response to variations in solar irradiance and temperature, offering insights into operational efficiency and reliability. The study concludes that the hybrid power system is scalable for rural energy access, which is a practical solution achieving a 100% renewable energy fraction, significantly contributing to emission reduction and promoting sustainable energy practices. Resource-driven models and technology-driven models appear in different stages of economic development. In the early stage of industrialization, resource-driven economic development is usually the main development mode. Due to the impact of scientific progress and resource shortages, technology-driven economic growth has gradually become mainstream in the middle and late periods of industrialization. However, what are the differences between these two development models in driving economic growth? What is the asymptotic and iterative relationship between them? Understanding the interaction between the two is helpful to promote high-quality economic development. Therefore, by constructing a comprehensive evaluation framework of economic growth-resource consumption-technology progress and using the system dynamics model to simulate the evolution characteristics of the regional economic development driving force in the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB), the study finds that there is a long-term stable interaction between economic development and the resource- and technology-driven system in the YREB from 2015 to 2030. The energy of the simulation model is accurately reflects the regional development status, and the error of all simulation values is controlled within 5%. With the continuous improvement of economic aggregates, the contribution of technology input to economic growth gradually increases, while the driving force of resource input to economic growth shows a downward trend. Technological progress has become the most important driving force for sustainable economic development, especially the investment of technical personnel and technological capital. Quercetin is a flavonoid with notable pharmacological effects and promising therapeutic potential. Quercetin plays a significant role in neuroinflammation, which helps reduce Alzheimer's disease (AD) severity. Quercetin (Q) and quercetin 3-O-glucuronide (Q3OG) are some of the most potent antioxidants available from natural sources. However, the natural form of quercetin converted into Q3OG when reacted with intestinal microbes. The study aims to ensure the therapeutic potential of Q and Q3OG. In this study, potential molecular targets of Q and Q3OG were first identified using the Swiss Target Prediction platform and pathogenic targets of AD were identified using the DisGeNET database. Followed by compound and disease target overlapping, 77 targets were placed in that AKT1, EGFR, MMP9, TNF, PTGS2, MMP2, IGF1R, MCL1, MET and PARP1 was the top-ranked target, which was estimated by CytoHubba plug-in. The Molecular docking was performed for Q and Q3OG towards the PDB:1UNQ target. The binding score of Q and Q3OG was − 6.2 kcal/mol and − 6.58 kcal/mol respectively. Molecular dynamics simulation was conducted for Q and Q3OG towards the PDB:1UNQ target at 200 ns. This study's results help identify the multiple target sites for the bioactive compounds. Introduction: Targeted herbicide application refers to precise application of herbicides in weed-infested areas according to the location and density of farmland weeds. At present, targeted herbicide application in wheat fields generally faces problems including the low herbicide adhesion rate, leading to omission and excessive loss of herbicides. Methods: To solve these problems, changes in the impact force of herbicide and the weed leaves in the operation process of a spraying system were studied from the interaction between weeds and herbicides applied. A dynamic model of weed leaves was established. On this basis, the research indicated that the herbicide adhesion rate is highest under spraying pressure of 0.4 MPa and flow rate of 0.011 kg/s when the spray height is 300 mm. To study the dynamic deformation of weed leaves and the distribution of liquid herbicides in the external flow field under weed-herbicide interaction, a dynamic simulation model of herbicide application was built using the finite element method. Results and Discussion: The results show that when the spray height is 300 mm, the maximum weed leaf deformation index (LDI) is 0.43 and the velocity in the external flow field is 0 m/s under spraying pressure of 0.4 MPa and flow rate of 0.011 kg/s. This finding indicates that the herbicide is not splashed elsewhere and the turbulence intensity in the weed area is 2%, implying steady flow of the herbicide, most of which can be retained on weed leaves. Field test results of application quality of the herbicide show that the maximum LDI is 0.41 and the coverage of the herbicide in the sheltered area below the leaves is 19.02% when the spraying pressure is 0.4 MPa, flow rate is 0.011 kg/s, and spray height is 300 mm. This solves the problem of a low rate of utilization of herbicides because the herbicide passes through weed plants, and achieves the precision herbicide application in wheat fields. 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one (NTO) has been widely used as a kind of insensitive single-compound explosive owing to its excellent balance between safety and explosive energy. To reduce its possible acid corrosion and extend its application to insensitive ammunition, acid protection research on NTO-based explosives is significant. Traditionally, the acid protection effect was evaluated by metal corrosion, which is time-consuming and qualitative. An efficient and quantitative method is desirable for evaluating the acid protection effect and exploring novel protection materials. Herein, a polyimide of 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropene)diphthalic anhydride (6FDA)/2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4-diaminobiphenyl (TFMB) was synthesized by replacing the 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) monomer with a TFMB monomer to act as an acid-protective coating material for NTO-based explosives. Compared with three other coating materials, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyetherimide (PEI), and copolyimide (P84), the fluorinated polyimide exhibits the best acid protection effect. Moreover, a new method was constructed to obtain the pH time-dependent curve in order to evaluate efficiently the acid protection effect of the polymer materials. By the virtue of molecular dynamic simulation (Materials Studio 2023), the interfacial effects of the coating materials with NTO-based explosives were obtained. The study provides an interpretation of the acid protection effect on the molecular level, suggesting that the higher content of fluorine atoms is beneficial for stabilizing the active hydrogen atom of the NTO by forming intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The Drosophila downstream receptor kinase (Drk), a homologue of human GRB2, participates in the signal transduction from the extracellular to the intracellular environment. Drk receives signals through the interaction of its Src homology 2 (SH2) domain with the phosphorylated tyrosine residue in the receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs). Here, we present the solution NMR structure of the SH2 domain of Drk (Drk-SH2), which was determined in the presence of a phosphotyrosine (pY)-containing peptide derived from a receptor tyrosine kinase, Sevenless (Sev). The solution structure of Drk-SH2 possess a common SH2 domain architecture, consisting of three β strands imposed between two α helices. Additionally, we interpret the site-specific interactions of the Drk-SH2 domain with the pY-containing peptide through NMR titration experiments. The dynamics of Drk-SH2 were also analysed through NMR-relaxation experiments as well as the molecular dynamic simulation. The docking simulations of the pY-containing peptide onto the protein surface of Drk-SH2 provided the orientation of the peptide, which showed a good agreement with the analysis of the SH2 domain of GRB2. In the construction and operation stage of urban shield tunnels, joint leakage of shield is always an urgent problem to be solved. In order to further explore the waterproof performance of elastic rubber gaskets at segment joints, the finite element software ABAQUS (2022) was used to establish a fluid-solid coupling calculation model. The dynamic simulation of the leakage process at the segment joints under water pressure revealed the whole process of leakage at the segment joints and the instant water pressure value when the waterproof system failed. The results show that during the whole process from segment assembly to joint leakage, the elastic rubber gasket has experienced four key stages: gasket compression, confined water pushing, water wedge and final leakage. When the opening amount of the gasket is 6 mm and 10 mm, the contact stress between the gasket shows a "W" symmetrical distribution of high at both ends and low in the middle, and the peak of the contact stress at both ends of the interface is about twice as much as that in the middle. The waterproof threshold of the gasket is closely related to the opening amount of the gasket, and the waterproof threshold has the same trend with the initial contact stress between the gaskets. In order to solve the problem of imbalance of internal forces in the system caused by the gravity force of the eccentric wheel and the orbiting scroll close to the drive bearing and the rotational inertia force during the operation of the electric scroll compressor, a dynamic model of the rotor system of the scroll compressor that takes into account the effect of the gas force was established using the multibody dynamics software ADAMS/View 2020. Dynamic simulation analysis of the rotor system is carried out, focusing on the force of the drive bearing; a parametric optimization method is adopted to optimize the position of the center-of-mass coordinates of the eccentric wheel of the relevant components, and the relevant parameters are derived after optimization. The results show that by adjusting the center-of-mass position of the eccentric wheel it is possible to optimize the unbalance force and unbalance moment of the main shaft drive system; compared with the pre-optimization, the force fluctuation ranges of the drive bearing in the horizontal and vertical directions are reduced, the peak value is reduced by 18%, and the impact force of the drive bearing during the initial period of compressor operation is effectively relieved. Through optimization calculation, the vibration and noise of the system are reduced, the operating stability of the scroll compressor is improved, and analytical methods and theoretical guidance are provided for the design and prediction of the dynamic behavior of the scroll compressors. Digital twins represent a promising approach for sustainable building operations and management in the context of the carbon neutrality goals of the European Union (EU). Using OpenStudio, an opensource platform for building energy modeling, we demonstrated the creation and editing of building digital twins. OpenStudio provides a user-friendly interface and extensive simulation capabilities, allowing detailed and accurate modeling of building components and systems. Using OpenStudio Measures, users can automate tasks and customize simulation models to optimize the building performance. The process of creating a building digital twin involves collecting historical data and accurately representing the building geometry; materials; schedules; and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Challenges such as data availability and model accuracy highlight the importance of modeling practices. Editing the digital twin involves modifying the OpenStudio model files and EnergyPlus weather files to simulate different building operation scenarios. Python programming language opportunities were considered for digital twin file modification. The potential of digital twins lies in their ability to simulate future building conditions and optimize building system settings. By integrating digital twins with machine learning algorithms and connecting them directly to building management systems, optimal building control strategies can be automated, thereby reducing energy consumption and improving occupant comfort levels. Multiple drug-resistant fungal species are associated with the development of diseases. Thus, more efficient drugs for the treatment of these aetiological agents are needed. Rondonin is a peptide isolated from the haemolymph of the spider Acanthoscurria rondoniae. Previous studies have shown that this peptide has antifungal activity against Candida sp. and Trichosporon sp. strains, acting on their genetic material. However, the molecular targets involved in its biological activity have not yet been described. Bioinformatics tools were used to determine the possible targets involved in the biological activity of Rondonin. The PharmMapper server was used to search for microorganismal targets of Rondonin. The PatchDock server was used to perform the molecular docking. UCSF Chimera software was used to evaluate these intermolecular interactions. In addition, the I-TASSER server was used to predict the target ligand sites. Then, these predictions were contrasted with the sites previously described in the literature. Molecular dynamics simulations were conducted for two promising complexes identified from the docking analysis. Rondonin demonstrated consistency with the ligand sites of the following targets: outer membrane proteins F (id: 1MPF) and A (id: 1QJP), which are responsible for facilitating the passage of small molecules through the plasma membrane; the subunit of the flavoprotein fumarate reductase (id: 1D4E), which is involved in the metabolism of nitrogenous bases; and the ATP-dependent Holliday DNA helicase junction (id: 1IN4), which is associated with histone proteins that package genetic material. Additionally, the molecular dynamics results indicated the stability of the interaction of Rondonin with 1MPF and 1IN4 during a 10 ns simulation. These interactions corroborate with previous in vitro studies on Rondonin, which acts on fungal genetic material without causing plasma membrane rupture. Therefore, the bioprospecting methods used in this research were considered satisfactory since they were consistent with previous results obtained via in vitro experimentation. Highlights: This review delves into the recent progress in high-performance and multifunctional neuromorphic devices for artificial intelligence applications from a novel perspective of plasticity modulation. It provides an in-depth discussion on the plasticity modulation strategies by chemical techniques, device structure design and physical signal modulation for advanced neuromorphic applications. It offers the prospects of exploring novel plasticity modulation mechanisms and techniques for scaled neural networks and examining their potentials in multimodal collaborative neuromorphic systems. However, great efforts have been devoted to exploring biomimetic mechanisms of plasticity simulation in the last few years. Recent progress in various plasticity modulation techniques has pushed the research of synaptic electronics from static plasticity simulation to dynamic plasticity modulation, improving the accuracy of neuromorphic computing and providing strategies for implementing neuromorphic sensing functions. Herein, several fascinating strategies for synaptic plasticity modulation through chemical techniques, device structure design, and physical signal sensing are reviewed. For chemical techniques, the underlying mechanisms for the modification of functional materials were clarified and its effect on the expression of synaptic plasticity was also highlighted. Based on device structure design, the reconfigurable operation of neuromorphic devices was well demonstrated to achieve programmable neuromorphic functions. Besides, integrating the sensory units with neuromorphic processing circuits paved a new way to achieve human-like intelligent perception under the modulation of physical signals such as light, strain, and temperature. Finally, considering that the relevant technology is still in the basic exploration stage, some prospects or development suggestions are put forward to promote the development of neuromorphic devices. Ever since Varela and Maturana proposed the concept of autopoiesis as the minimal requirement for life, there has been a focus on cellular systems that erect topological boundaries to separate themselves from their surrounding environment. Here, we reconsider whether the existence of such a spatial boundary is strictly necessary for self-producing entities. This work presents a novel computational model of a minimal autopoietic system inspired by dendrites and molecular dynamic simulations in three-dimensional space. A series of simulation experiments where the metabolic pathways of a particular autocatalytic set are successively inhibited until autocatalytic entities that could be considered autopoietic are produced. These entities maintain their distinctness in an environment containing multiple identical instances of the entities without the existence of a topological boundary. This gives rise to the concept of a metabolic boundary which manifests as emergent self-selection criteria for the processes of self-production without any need for unique identifiers. However, the adoption of such a boundary comes at a cost, as these autopoietic entities are less suited to their simulated environment than their autocatalytic counterparts. This study investigated the locomotion mechanism of foxtail robots, focusing on the frictional anisotropy of tilted bristles under the same friction coefficient and propulsion strategy using bristle diversity. Through dynamic analysis and simulations, we confirmed the frictional anisotropy of tilted bristles and elucidated the role of bristle diversity in generating propulsive force. The interaction between contact nonuniformity and frictional anisotropy was identified as the core principle enabling foxtail locomotion. Simulations of foxtail robots with multiple bristles demonstrated that variations in bristle length, angle, and deformation contribute to propulsive force generation and environmental adaptability. In addition, this study analyzed the influence of major design parameters on frictional anisotropy, highlighting the critical roles of body height, bristle length, stiffness, reference angle, and friction coefficient. The proposed guidelines for designing foxtail robots emphasize securing bristle nonuniformity and inducing contact nonuniformity. The simulation framework presented enables the quantitative prediction and optimization of foxtail robot performance. This research provides valuable insights into foxtail robot locomotion and lays a foundation for the development of efficient and adaptive next-generation robots for diverse environments. The Cucumber Productivity Simulation Model (CPSM) was developed to precisely predict the dynamic process of cucumber productivity in a solar greenhouse. This research conducted a variety of sowing experiments and collected data on cucumber productivity and meteorological conditions from 2013 to 2015 and 2018 to 2020. Employing the principles of least squares, the relationship between cucumber productivity indicators and effective accumulated temperature (EAT) was fitted, determining key crop parameters and constructing the CPSM. Validation of the model was conducted using independent experimental data, evaluating its simulation accuracy. The results indicate that (1) CPSM can dynamically and meticulously simulate the formation process of different productivity indicators in cucumber. Normalized root mean square errors (NRMSE) ranged from 0.44% to 19.64%, and mean relative errors (MRE) ranged from 0.31% to 17.23% across different productivity indicator models. The models for organ water content, maximum root length, specific leaf area, and organ fresh weight distribution index demonstrated high simulation accuracy, while others showed relatively high accuracy. (2) Simulation accuracy varied with indicators and varieties. 19 indicators (34.55%) exhibited high simulation accuracy and 30 indicators (54.55%) showed relatively high accuracy. The JY35 variety (10.44 ± 8.49%) outperformed the JS206 variety (13.44 ± 8.50%) in terms of simulation accuracy. The JY35 variety had 39 superior productivity indicators (70.91%) while the JS206 variety had sixteen (29.09%). CPSM utilizes easily accessible temperature data as its input, allowing for precise and detailed simulation of productivity indicators for cucumber production in solar greenhouses. As one of the core transmission components, axle-box bearings have been widely applied in urban rail vehicles and played a crucial role in their safe and stable operation. No matter in the starting and stopping stage or stable operation stage of the vehicle, the skidding phenomenon in axle-box bearings exists and impacts their own dynamic characteristics. Furthermore, as one of the main shape errors of the bearing surface, waviness may cause fluctuations for skidding characteristics of axle-box bearings. This study investigates the skidding dynamic analysis of axle-box bearings, taking into account race surface waviness. Firstly, a dynamics model for double-row cylindrical roller bearings is established, considering the cage flexibility and friction forces between different components. Then, this model is coupled with a three-dimension vehicle–track model, allowing for more precise dynamic simulation of axle-box bearings under actual running conditions. Furthermore, an excitation related to race surface waviness is added to the coupling model through time-varying displacement and contact stiffness. At last, the influence of race surface waviness on skidding characteristics of axle-box bearings is analyzed. The effectiveness of the proposed model is validated through theoretical analysis and field tests. Simulation results demonstrate that race surface waviness can impact the cage and roller slip ratio of axle-box bearings. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the skidding dynamic analysis of axle-box bearings, highlighting the importance of considering race surface waviness in designing and maintaining axle-box bearings. Abnormal wear of stitch wires due to interference poses a serious threat to railway safety. To avoid this scenario, the concept of the dynamic envelope of the stitch wire was proposed, accompanied by an interference check method. A multi-node beam model of the stitch wire was established using the finite element method, employed to simulate the pantograph and catenary system, and validated by field test. The dynamic behaviour of the stitch wire was studied, and the concept of dynamic envelope was introduced. Moreover, factors affecting this envelope were analysed, and an interference check method was proposed. Results demonstrate that, the vibration of the stitch wire mainly occurs in the vertical direction and intensifies with increasing speed. Its vertical vibration increases from 70 mm to 137 mm as the train speed goes from 300 km/h to 400 km/h. Cantilever assembly errors and dropper installation issues are the main causes for the abnormal wear of stitch wires. A 100 mm assembly error reduces the clearance from 67 mm to 14 mm, while a 2 m dropper installation error eliminates the clearance entirely. The presented article deals with the issue of inventory management optimization through modelling and simulation in the software Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. Based on an in-depth analysis of the supply chain with an emphasis on inventory management, a simulation model was developed. It was optimized using the inventory theory methodology in combination with a discrete-event simulation approach. Dynamic simulation made it possible to perform experiments and optimize the existing state. The solution to the problem is elaborated on a case study to achieve the efficiency of the supply process of a specific operation of a clothing retail chain, which is struggling with the problems of excessive and inaccurate supply. In aqueous and solid media, 2-HP-β/γ-CD inclusion complexes with poly aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) Phenanthrene (PHN), Anthracene (ANT), Benz(a)pyrene (BaP), and Fluoranthene (FLT) were investigated for the first time. The inclusion complexes were characterized and investigated using fluorescence and 1HNMR spectroscopy. The most prevalent complexes consisting of both guests and hosts were those with a 1:1 guest-to-host ratio. The stability constants for the complexes of PHN with 2-HP-β-CD and 2-HP-γ-CD were 85 ± 12 M−1 and 49 ± 29 M−1, respectively. Moreover, the stability constants were found to be 502 ± 46 M−1 and 289 ± 44 M−1 for the complexes of ANT with both hosts. The stability constants for the complexes of BaP with 2-HP-β-CD and 2-HP-γ-CD were (1.5 ± 0.02) × 103 M−1 and (9.41 ± 0.03) × 103 M−1, respectively. The stability constant for the complexes of FLT with 2-HP-β-CD was (1.06 ± 0.06) × 103 M−1. However, FLT was observed to form a weak complex with 2-HP-γ-CD. Molecular dynamic (MD) simulations were used to investigate the mechanism and mode of inclusion processes, and to monitor the atomic-level stability of these complexes. The analysis of MD trajectories demonstrated that all guests formed stable inclusion complexes with both hosts throughout the duration of the simulation time, confirming the experimental findings. However, the flexible Hydroxypropyl arms prevented the PAHs from being encapsulated within the cavity; however, a stable exclusion complex was observed. The main forces that influenced the complexation included van der Waals interactions, hydrophobic forces, and C–H⋯π interaction, which contribute to the stability of these complexes. Based on nanoarchitectonics and molecular dynamics simulations, we investigate the structural properties and diffusion pathway of Na atoms in sodium trisilicate over a wide temperature range. The structural and dynamics properties are analyzed through the radial distribution function (RDF), the Voronoi Si- and O-polyhedrons, the cluster function fCL(r), and the sets of fastest (SFA) and slowest atoms (SSA). The results indicate that Na atoms are not placed in Si-polyhedrons and bridging oxygen (BO) polyhedrons; instead, Na atoms are mainly placed in non-bridging oxygen (NBO) polyhedrons and free oxygen (FO) polyhedrons. Here BO, NBO, and FO represent O bonded with two, one, and no Si atoms, respectively. The simulation shows that O atoms in sodium trisilicate undergo numerous transformations: NBF0 ↔ NBF1, NBF1 ↔ NBF2, and BO0 ↔ BO1, where NBF is NBO or FO. The dynamics in sodium trisilicate are mainly distributed by the hopping and cooperative motion of Na atoms. We suppose that the diffusion pathway of Na atoms is realized via hopping Na atoms alone in BO-polyhedrons and the cooperative motion of a group of Na atoms in NBO- and FO-polyhedrons. In this paper, we introduce a new method for exact decomposition of propagating, nonlinear magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) disturbances into their component eigenenergies associated with the familiar slow, Alfvén, and fast wave eigenmodes, and the entropy and field-divergence pseudoeigenmodes. First, the mathematical formalism is introduced, where it is illustrated how the ideal-MHD eigensystem can be used to construct a decomposition of the time variation of the total energy density into contributions from the eigenmodes. The decomposition method is then demonstrated by applying it to the output of three separate nonlinear MHD simulations. The analysis of the simulations confirms that the component wave modes of a composite wavefield are uniquely identified by the method. The slow, Alfvén, and fast energy densities are shown to evolve in exactly the way expected from comparison with known linear solutions and nonlinear properties, including processes such as mode conversion. Along the way, some potential pitfalls for the numerical implementation of the decomposition method are identified and discussed. We conclude that the exact, nonlinear decomposition method introduced is a powerful and promising tool for understanding the nature of the decomposition of MHD waves as well as analyzing and interpreting the output of dynamic MHD simulations. Nowadays, the dynamic behavior of rolling stocks is an essential problem. In dynamic simulation, the correct wheel-rail contact modeling is an important task. In this paper, the stiffness of the wheel-rail contact zone is found by a new, direct, and simplified formulation. This subject is developed by applying more details, such as surface roughness based on the surface topography and hardening effects of a real contact problem. These characteristics have not been considered altogether in other similar works. In this work, the contact stiffness and frequency results are obtained for different material properties and verified with analytical and experimental research. It is shown that the presented new direct method with an acceptable accuracy is easier to use than the complicated existing methods. This paper discusses the effects of contact parameter variations on contact stiffness and frequency. The most effective models under investigation were evaluated using adsorption annealing computations associated with the adsorption energy surface. A highly stable energetic adsorption system was anticipated by the periodic adsorption-annealing calculation. Methods: Au and Fe pure metals nanostructures were studied as a separate molecule with (0 0 1) plane surface for optimum energy minimization. Dmol3 module in/materials studio software was utilized for this protocol. The designed Au/Fe layers for nanostructure building material was computationally optimized, where DFT level was considered involving generalized gradient approximation (GGA) with Perdew–Burke–Ernzerh (PBE) exchange functional. Power system simulation is vital for designing and evaluating the performance of electrical system protection and control devices. Although several commercial simulators exist, most are expensive and not open-source code. It is essential to develop educational and research simulators that can prepare students, allow researchers to develop new methodologies, and assist system operators in making decisions. This paper aims to present a computer simulation platform called AnaDyn (dynamic analysis), a non-commercial and open-source platform. AnaDyn is an educational/research platform that allows dynamic (transient stability), quasi-steady-state simulation, modal, and power flow analysis. Short- and long-term studies of voltage, frequency, and rotor angle instability problems can be performed. The main characteristics of AnaDyn are quasi-steady-state simulation, in which the equations are not simplified; easy integration with other tools and toolboxes, since AnaDyn is developing in MATLAB; flexible modeling that allows the inclusion of new devices and controller tests. The detailed modeling of various power system devices, the description of the numerical solution method, and the interface are also presented in this work. The platform is validated by comparing a test system's results with those obtained with Brazil's most popular commercial software. Typhoons bring great damages to transmission line systems located in coastal areas. Strong wind and extreme precipitation are the main sources of damaging effects. Transmission lines suffered from wind-driven rain exhibit more susceptibility to damage due to the coupled effect of wind and rainwater. This paper presents an integrated numerical simulation framework based on mesoscale WRF model, multiphase CFD model and FEM model to analyze the motions of a transmission line subjected to coupled wind and rain loads during typhoon events. A full-scale transmission line in Zhoushan Island is employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework by simulating typhoon evolution in terms of wind fields and rainfall, solving the coupled wind and rain fields around the conductor and predicting the dynamic responses of the transmission line during Super Typhoon Lekima in 2019. The results show that the horizontal displacements of the transmission line under the joint actions of wind and rain increase approximately 17–18% compared to those of wind loads only. Since droplet collision with walls has become a research hotspot, scholars have conducted a large number of studies on the dynamic behavior of electrically neutral droplets colliding with dry walls. However, with the rapid development of electrostatic spray technology, there is an increasingly urgent need to study the dynamic process of collision between charged droplets and walls. In this paper, considering the actual working conditions of electrostatic spray, an electric field model is introduced based on the two-phase flow field. Through the coupling of a multiphase flow field and electric field and a multiphysics field, the dynamic numerical calculation method is used to explore the collision electrodynamic behavior of charged droplets and liquid film. The dynamic evolution process of the formation and development of the liquid crown in the collision zone was clarified, and the critical velocity and critical Weber number of the rebound, spreading, and splashing of charged droplets were tracked. The distribution characteristics of electrostatic field, pressure field, and velocity field under different working conditions are analyzed, and the dynamic mechanism of the charged droplet collision liquid film under multi-physics coupling is revealed based on the electro-viscous effect. It is confirmed that the external electric field can increase the critical velocity of droplet splashing and fragmentation and promote the spreading and fusion behavior of droplets and liquid films. The influence of the impact angle of charged droplets on the collision behavior was further explored. In constructing rapid rock identification models for measurement while drilling (MWD) via neural network methods, collecting actual drilling data to train the model is extremely time-consuming and labor-intensive. This requires extensive drilling experiments in various rock types, resulting in limited neural network training data for rock identification that covers a limited range of rock types. To suitably address this issue, a dynamic numerical simulation model for rock drilling is established that generates extensive drilling data. The input parameters for the simulations include torque, drill bit rotation speed, and drilling speed. A neural network model is then developed for rock classification using large datasets from dynamic numerical simulations, specifically those of granite, limestone, and sandstone. Building upon this model, transfer learning is appropriately applied to store the knowledge obtained in the rock identification based on the neural network model. Further training through transfer learning is conducted with smaller datasets obtained during actual drilling, making the model suitable for practical rock identification and prediction in the drilling processes. The neural network rock classification model, incorporating dynamic numerical simulation and transfer learning, achieves a prediction accuracy of 99.36% for granite, 99.53% for sandstone, and 99.82% for limestone. The development of accurate dynamic battery pack models for electric vehicles (EVs) is critical for the ongoing electrification of the global automotive vehicle fleet, as the battery is a key element in the energy performance of an EV powertrain system. The equivalent circuit model (ECM) technique at the cell level is commonly employed for this purpose, offering a balance of accuracy and efficiency in representing battery operation within the broader powertrain system. In this study, a second-order ECM model of a battery cell has been developed to ensure high accuracy and performance. Modelica, an acausal and object-oriented equation-based modeling language, has been used for its advantageous features, including the development of extendable, modifiable, modular, and reusable models. Parameter lookup tables at multiple levels of state of charge (SoC), extracted from lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery cells with four different commonly used cathode materials, have been utilized. This approach allows for the representation of the battery systems that are used in a wide range of commercial EV applications. To verify the model, an integrated EV model is developed, and the simulation results of the US Environmental Protection Agency Federal Test Procedure (FTP-75) driving cycle have been compared with an equivalent application in MATLAB Simulink. The findings demonstrate a close match between the results obtained from both models across different system points. Specifically, the maximum vehicle velocity deviation during the cycle reaches 1.22 km/h, 8.2% lower than the corresponding value of the reference application. The maximum deviation of SoC is limited to 0.06%, and the maximum value of relative voltage deviation is 1.49%. An aero engine, as the core power equipment of the aircraft, enables safe and stable operation with a very high reliability index, and is an important guarantee in flight. The open rotor turbine engines (contra-rotating propeller) have stood out as a research hotspot for aviation power equipment in recent years due to their outstanding advantages of low fuel consumption, high airspeed, and strong propulsion efficiency. Aiming at the problems of vibration exceeding the standard generated by imbalance during the operation of the dual-rotor system of aircraft development, the difficulty of identifying the coupled vibration under the micro-differential speed condition, and the complexity of the dynamic characteristic law, a kind of numerical simulation of the dynamics based on the finite element technology is proposed, together with an experimental research method for the fast and accurate identification of the coupled vibration of the dual-rotor system. Based on the existing open rotor engine structure design to build a simulation test bed, establish a double rotor finite element simulation digital twin model, and analyze and calculate the typical working conditions of the dynamic characteristics of parameters. The advanced algorithm of double rotor coupling vibration signal identification is utilized to carry out decoupling and dynamic balancing experimental tests, comparing the simulation results with the measured data to verify the accuracy of the technical means. The results of the study show that the vibration suppression rate of the finite element calculation simulation test carried out for the simulated double rotor is 98%, and the average vibration reduction ratio of the actual field test at 850 rpm, 1000 rpm, and 3000 rpm is over 50%, which achieves a good dynamic balancing effect, and has the merit of practical engineering application. Ancient masonry pagodas hold significant scientific, historical, and cultural importance. However, due to the complexity of masonry materials, structures, and boundary conditions, establishing finite element static and dynamic models for ancient masonry pagodas is highly challenging. This study aimed to explore the dynamic characteristics and finite element numerical simulation methods of ancient masonry pagodas in Yongzhou, Hunan province. It focused on the Huilong Pagoda in Yongzhou, where in situ test experiments under natural excitation are conducted. The SSI and NExT-ERA methods were employed to determine the ancient pagoda's natural frequencies, vibration patterns, and damping ratios, and to validate the NExT-ERA method. The macroscopic numerical model of the Huilong Pagoda was calibrated using measured results. Subsequently, the NExT-ERA identification results were compared and analyzed with the numerical simulation results of the dynamic characteristics. The results indicate that the first three orders of natural frequencies for the ancient pagoda in the east–west direction are 1.937 Hz, 6.802 Hz, and 21.361 Hz, respectively. Similarly, the first three orders of natural frequencies in the north–south direction are 1.935 Hz, 7.439 Hz, and 21.398 Hz. The results obtained from both methods revealed that the overall structural damping ratio ranges from 0.21% to 2.89%. The numerical model was analyzed using ANSYS, and the first three orders of natural frequencies obtained were highly consistent with the measured values, exhibiting a maximum relative error of 8.54%. This study focuses on the structural integrity analyses of a submersible cage with dimensions of 20 m in diameter and 10 m depth under extreme oceanographic conditions, including current speed of 0.5 and 1 m/s, combined with waves ranging from 2 to 5 m in height and a period of 7 s. Employing a dynamic simulation model based on finite elements, The study examines the stresses in the cage's pipes, as well as the tension in the bridle lines and mooring lines. Results indicate that submerging the cage leads to a reduction in peak tensions, with mooring lines experiencing a decrease of up to 32% and bridle lines experiencing a decrease of up to 59%. Furthermore, the stresses in the pipes exhibit a significant decline of up to 71.4%. These findings demonstrate that the submersible cage, when submerged, significantly reduces peak stresses, thereby decreasing the risk of structural loss or damage when the system is submerged.
