The aim of the Bachelor thesis called "Marketing Strategy of the Contributory Organizati-on" was to find a suitable marketing strategy for a chosen company using analyzes from the marketing environment and market research. The organization is located in the field of service provision and focuses on education and entertainment. The theoretical part is fo-cused on the description of the non-profit sector and its principles for creating a marketing strategy. The marketing mix, analysis of the competitive environment and marketing re-search are also defined there. The practical part describes the activities of the non-profit organization DDM Písek and deals with a situational analysis of the environment, which includes SWOT analysis and analysis of the marketing mix. The following is a questi-onnaire survey that obtained information about public awareness of DDM Písek's acti-vities. Based on the results of the analyzes and the results of marketing research, the last part of the thesis focuses on the proposal and recommendations for improving the marke-ting strategy of the organization.

POUL, Marek. Insect – (old)new foodstuff: economic context and marketing strat-egy. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020. This bachelor thesis deals with entomophagy, therefore usage of insect as a source of nutrition. Thesis comprises of topic-related literary research together with ran-domly selected Czech and foreign companies, which are analysed using the 4P method. Thesis also includes a comparison of foodstuffs containing insect compo-nent with their counterpart, in which insect component is not present. The main objective is to propose a marketing strategy for Czech company WormUP, which is engaged in insect foodstuff production. For these purposes, SWOT analysis was used to subsequently create four marketing strategies.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to set a marketing strategy for accommodation facility based on theoretical knowledge, carried out analysis and survey of customer satisfaction. As an accommodation facility has been selected a family guesthouse called Penzion Na Špičáku which is located in Český Krumlov. Agritourism represents a suitable form of diversification for the farmers in rural areas. The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for farm providing services related to agritourism in Hluboká nad Vltavou. Therefore, the thesis analyses the external environment of the planned company on the PEST framework and discerns possible threats and opportunities of the project on the SWOT analysis framework. The offer of services and products of the planned farm is based on the results of the quantitative market survey conducted in Hluboká nad Vltavou in 2018 reflected in four suggested target groups of customers and the study of the offers of rival companies in region. The rentability of the project is financially evaluated by the net present value method.

Title: Plan how to support marketing activities development in boat rental in Znojmo. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to analyze (including SWOT analysis) the marketing activities of the company Půjčovna lodí Dyje in Znojmo. On the basis of these findings to propose a plan for their development. The next task is to establish support activities and complementary activities to contribute positively to the promotion of rentals not only in Znojmo but also in the region South Moravia. Name: Radegast Index Marketing Strategy Objectives: This diploma thesis deals with the research of the Radegast Index project, which is for the fifth- year official statistics of the highest Czech ice hockey competition. The work was complemented by expert studies on the subject. The task of the work was to find out the awareness of the Radegast Index project and its connection to hockey. Consequently, design a marketing strategy that resulted from the results of questionnaires, interviews and SWOT analysis. Methods: Research of the Radegast Index project was conducted through electronic questionnaire. Other research methods were a semi-structured interview with a Radegast brewery specialist and a SWOT analysis of the project. This thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing strategy and activities of the AB brand, which is part of the K + B Progres, a.s. Brand management is in charge of the so-called Import Department, which is already engaged in export activities. The work is focused on the portfolio of small consumer electronics. The company does not produce the goods but trades with it. The author of the thesis explores the existing marketing activities of the AB brand and further analyzes its external and internal environment. The analyzes that have been carried out in order to meet the objectives of the work are PEST, VRIO and microcool brand analysis. In addition, the author made a questionnaire survey mainly to determine the perception of the AB mark of the consumer. On the basis of the collected information, SWOT analyzes and the resulting recommendations were developed.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to inform a reader about marketing and to analyse the marketing strategy of Grena, a.s., which offers fire resistant materials, boards, face panels, vermiculite and kitchen doors. The topic of my bachelor thesis is designing a marketing strategy for a company Falco, which is concerned with making cans with dog and cat food. The main goal is to assess their current marketing strategy and conseqently to propose changes, which should be helpful under the current circumstances. These changes are based on results of my own questionnaire survey. In the theoretical part of this thesis are main principles of marketing and its characteristics are discussed, and these are then used as a basis for the practical part. The practical part is mostly concerned with the company itself, its establishment and its strengths and weaknesses, where were defined using the SWOT analysis. This part contains PEST analysis as well. Furthermore the questionnaire survey is also included here, whose results were used to propose changes in order to improve the marketing strategy.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the marketing strategy of chosen airlines, Austrian Airlines, Emirates and Korean Air, and their comparison. The analysis is focused on the SWOT analysis and the marketing mix of these airlines. Title: The marketing plan of fitness center Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad. Objectives: The main aim of the dimploma thesis is to construct a marketing plan for fitness center Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad for the year 2017. The proposed marketing strategy, including the implementation plan will be directed to achieve marketing and business goals of the organization. Methods: For analysis of the microenvironment is used Porter matrix. Analysis of macroenvironment is done with the help of PEST analysis. For the analysis of competition is used marketing mix. The objective of this Masters`s Thesis is an analysis of marketing and communication strategy of Spotify, the music streaming service, and subsequent presentation of proposals and recommendation with the aim to improve existing strategy. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, basic terms such as marketing, marketing mix, marketing and communication strategy, are defined. In the practical part, streaming service Spotify, its marketing and communication mix and competitors analysis, are described. A substantial part of this thesis is own market research in a form of a survey. Findings and results derived from primary and secondary sources help the author to draw conclusions and provide recommendation for improvement of existing marketing and communication strategy of Spotify in the Czech Republic.

The aim of the thesis is to suggest a marketing strategy for a specific company, including the marketing plan in order to deal with possible changes resulting from the current situation. Strategic marketing process, which is based on the strategic management process consists of planning, implementation and control. Title: The Marketing Strategy for fitness center Esporta Objectives: The thesis aims to create a marketing strategy for Esporta Fitness Club. Next on the analysis of the competition it was found out, which fitness centre in exact area is the biggest threat. Finally there were completed promotional program and materials for every target group. Methods: The analysis of the competition was performed by using scoring model and the individual criteria were subsequently evaluated. Next the SWOT analysis was also prepared. There were analyzed strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Also the interviewes with selected clients of fitness center were conducted. Results: The analysis of the competition showed that the biggest threat is for Esporta Fitness Club newly opened centre Pulse Wellness and Fitness. Mainly due to the favorable price offered to its clients and a wide range of services. The interviews with longtime clients showed that four out of five of those surveyed are satisfied with the fitness center and want to continue to visit it. Only one client said that knows even better fitness center. In the theoretical part are described basic principles of a marketing strategy and forces, which motivate person to certain way of behaviour. The main objective of the wortk is to find out the current marketing situation of the tennis club and suggest a strategy, which guarantees its better future progress. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe marketing plan in the theoretical part. This section describes parts of a marketing plan as marketing strategy, SWOT analysis and communication strategy. Further I will describe ERP systems - history of their development, description and their use in companies. In the practical part of my bachelor thesis I will create marketing strategy for the company Altus Software s.r.o. and describe their product Altus Vario with which I have worked for several years in my previous job. The practical part of this paper gives information about a telephone service provider and its major competitors and it describes the IT products situation on the Czech market. The thesis also recommends a particular marketing mix of the selected product and a sale strategy. The success rate of the product is analysed on the basis of an interview with a small business and the opinion of the manager of a company in which the product is introduced.

Threats that influence the company externally will be identifyied on the basis of results of macroeconomical analysis. In connection with the marketing plan it is necessary to make the marketing research and the analysis of the competition. Methods: As for marketing research, the method of a written interrogation is chosen. As far as the analysis of the competition is concerned, the assessed criterions are evaluated on a point scale and the appropriate weight is attributed to them. The weight is determined by the method of an order. Brand Building of Google and the front position of this brand on the internet market Abstract The bachelor thesis entitled "Brand building of Google and the front position of this brand on the internet market" is focused on the importance and the form of the brand building process for one of the richest companies in the world. I would like to highlight the factors which stand behind the success of the brand Google, present the brand in the context of brand building strategy, and outline the company's specific and unorthodox approach to this problem. Furthermore, my bachelor thesis presents the basic attributes of the brand's success, leads the readers through the company's history from the days of its establishment until today, and presents its famous corporate culture. After a theoretical comment about the brand's equity concept, I continue with Google's marketing strategy, I analyze the specific steps of the brand building process and the segments of the marketing mix. A key part of my bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current market position, including the definition of the most significant problems of the company and the determination of Google's competitive position on different markets.

The final part of the thesis includes the SWOT analysis of the company and contains the recommendations that could lead to an improvement of the marketing in the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with marketing of a music festival. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical basis including marketing of non-profit organizations and arts marketing, marketing mix, communication mix and focus groups of classical music festivals. Furthermore, the research methods used in the second part, i.e. SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces model and competition analysis are explained. The practical part brings the application of theories on the International music festival Radio Autumn. It includes a quantitative marketing survey based on Radio Autumn brand awareness. At the end of the thesis I present recommendations for changes in the current marketing strategy of the festival that could help the organizers with increasing the attendance.

The Goal of the Master's thesis is to create a marketing plan for a specific company. The first part contains chapters that capture the theoretical foundations needed to build a marketing plan. The practical part deals with the Phyto CZ, Ltd. Company which operates in the production and sale of food supplements. It contains the steps needed to develop a marketing plan. First, the company's marketing mix a selected elements of situational analysis are analysed, with the results of a questionnaire survey added. Subsequently, the company is recommended a set of objectives for the future, including a proposal of specific marketing procedures which could lead to their achievement.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current marketing strategy of E.ON corporation and on the basis of the data I have gathered I suggest possible improvements. This thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. Important terms (such as marketing, marketing surroundings and marketing strategy) are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part focuses on introduction of E.ON Energie, a.s., description of the electricity market and characterization of customers of E.ON Energie, a.s. and its competitors. In this part marketing mix instruments are also examined and the SWOT analysis is set out. The end of this thesis deals with evaluation of and recommendations for improvements of the current marketing strategy.

This thesis mainly deals with comparison of OEZ company strategy before and after the takeover by concern Siemens. Theoretical knowledge is interconnected with practice within the company. After the thorough introduction of both companies I deal with takeover itself and with motives, which resulted in the acquisition. In the next part, every particular policy of marketing mix is described and compared. In the last chapter, SWOT analyses are worked out and by their comparison I can evaluate the situation, in which the company was before the takeover and in which the company is now. The main contribution is the evaluation considering the described fields and also the general evaluation by SWOT analyses.

The diploma thesis "Marketing strategy of selected civic association" aims to the problem of marketing strategy and its application to non-profit organizations. Theoretical part defines non-profit organizations, where Civic association "Šestikráska" belongs, describes marketing strategy with all its parts and marketing mix. The practical part presents the history and activity of Civic association "Šestikráska", implements the marketing analysis and marketing mix. The aim of this thesis is to design improvements and innovations, which leads to the better position of this organization on the market.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the company Bohemia Hop a.s., a trading company that sells the Žatec hop of the highest quality and has managed to become a successful player in the world hop market. This company is represented in many world markets, but I decided to devote this thesis to the finese market, because the Chinese market is a very perspective and is constantly growing. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the company Bohemia Hop, analyse the current hop market and compare the marketing strategies of this company in the Chinese and Czech markets. The first chapter introduces the company, including its history,the markets the company is represented in and the products it trades. The second chapter analyses the current hop market in China and the Czech Republic and focuses on Bohemia Hop's customers in both markets. The third chapter is about the company's marketing strategy in the Chinese and Czech markets. SWOT analysis is included in the fourth chapter. The final part of the thesis covers possible recommendations for the Bohemia Hop Company.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyse marketing strategy of Generali insurance company and to recommend improvements of the current marketing strategy. In theoretical part I am dealing with the role of marketing, analytical tools and approaches in the area of marketing strategies and types of marketing strategies. Gained knowledge is applied in the following practical part of the thesis. Practical part descibes current situation on the Czech insurance market. It is followed by detailed analysis of the current marketing strategy of Generali insurance company and recommendations for improvement of the marketing strategy into the future.
