Because of poor model generalization ability and low diagnostic accuracy caused by rolling bearing fault diagnosis in a small sample environment, a novel method based on the Gram angle division field (GADF), the continuous wavelet transform (CWT) and the parallel two-dimensional group normalizatio convolutional neural network (P2D-GCNN) for the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings is proposed. Firstly, collected data are preprocessed and one-dimensional vibration signals are converted into two-dimensional images by using the Gram angle division field and the continuous wavelet transform as the input of the model. Then the data enhancement technique is used to expand the sample sub-graph to meet the input requirements of the network. The sample sub-graph is imported into the convolutional neural network with the group normalization algorithm for diagnostic detection. The results show that the generalization ability of the data processing method and the model built in this paper in the small-sample environment is much higher than that of other network models such as the small vector machine and the 1D-CNN. In order to further verify the recognition ability of the model in the small sample environment, the sample sizes of 70%, 40% and 20% of the dataset are used to do experiments many times. Their corresponding training accuracy and test accuracy were 99.38%, 99.02%, 99.47%, 98.29%, 99.05% and 97.08% respectively, indicating that the model is highly accurate for the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings in the small sample environment.

The rolling-heat treatment process can significantly improve the strength of D6A steel. In order to explore the toughening mechanisms of D6A alloy steel, the micrometer grade D6A alloy steel is obtained by hot rolling and intercritical warm rolling plus annealing process, which consists of ferrite matrix and granular cementite. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the experimental steel were characterized by tensile test at room temperature, SEM, X-ray diffraction and EBSD. The results show that the grain size is refined from 4.5 μm to 1.5 μm with the increase of rolling pass, the cementite content increases gradually, and the proportion of grain boundary with small angle increases. The yield strength and tensile strength increase continuously, while the elongation decreases slightly, indicating that the size of subgrain decreases continuously during the rolling process, grain boundary area, and the resistance to dislocation slip increase. At the same time, the dislocation density of the experimental steel with different rolling pass was calculated. When the thickness reduction is 88%, the dislocation density is the highest, and then the degree of working hardening is the highest. The analysis shows that with the increase of the deformation, the strength increment caused by the strengthening of the second phase and grain refinement shows an increasing trend, while the strength increment caused by dislocation enhancement first increases and then decreases. The main strengthening methods of D6A steel are second phase strengthening, fine grain strengthening and dislocation strengthening.

Taking a small watershed in the Pengzhou mountainous area of Sichuan as the research object,this paper employs historical precipitation data,watershed zoning data,DEM,and other data to calibrate the model parameters on a watershed runoff confluence model based on Navier-Stokes equation (N-S equation) with stable flow fields.The conclusions are as follows:① After model parameter calibration,the diffusion coefficient is 0.12,with an acceleration coefficient of 0.12 and a maximum water velocity of 3;② The analysis of confluence characteristics under different precipitation scenarios shows that with the increasing rainfall,the maximum water depth rises,and the time for maximum increase in water depth and the time for the maximum water depth decrease.The watersheds with the maximum time for a water depth of less than 200 min are mainly the upper watersheds,while those with the maximum time for a water depth of more than 200 min are mainly the main watersheds;③ The assessment reveals that there are no watersheds with high risk levels of mountain floods in the small watershed of Pengzhou mountainous area,17 watersheds with high levels,19 watersheds with relatively high levels,and only one watershed with low levels.

Objective To investigate the relation between TMB and the efficiency of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors treatment for non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods Studies were searched from PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database up to March 25, 2020. RevMan 5.3 software and STATA15.0 were used for analysis. Results Twelve literatures were involved, including 1209 patients. TMB significantly improved PFS (HR=0.54, 95%CI: 0.42-0.70, P < 0.001) but reduced the ORR (OR=4.41, 95%CI: 2.54-7.63, P < 0.001) of NSCLC patients treated with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. The subgroup analyses showed that the predictive value of TMB was significant in non-small cell lung cancer treated by PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors combined with anti-CTLA-4 therapy or chemotherapy. No significant publication bias was observed by the Begg's test and Egger's test. Conclusion High tumor mutation burden may predict the improved PFS of non-small cell lung cancer by PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors treatment, but its predictive value for OS, ORR and long-term survival need more exploration.

The bonding property between fibers and concrete matrixes has an important effect on the mechanical properties of composites. So far,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research to improve the bonding strength between the fiber and the matrix in concrete and ultimately to enhance the fiber reinforcement effect.This paper summarizes tests at home and abroad on the interfacial bonding property of fiber reinforced concrete and their evaluation indexes and analyzes the mechanism and the influence of the interfacial bonding property of modified fiber reinforced concrete from the two aspects of matrix property and fiber surface characteristics.It is concluded that nanomaterials,organic polymers,and part of the active minerals all affect the hydration process of cement concrete. The hydration evolution process,microstructure,and modification mechanism of the matrix in concrete under multi-mineral and polymer hybrid modification need to be studied immediately.Optimal modification methods for different fibers should be proposed according to economical efficiency,construction technology,and modification effect.

The bolted rotor is a typical rotor structure with light weight, high strength, good rigidity, flexible selection of all kinds of wheel materials, etc., which is formed by pressing and combining several sections of rotors or discs and is widely used in aero-engines and gas turbines. Aiming at blind assembly, trail assembly and inconsistent assembly tightness of bolted rotor, and the degradation and loosening of bolt tightness in service, a quantitative detection method of bolt assembly quality based on GHM multiwavelet was proposed. Using the GHM multiwavelet with excellent characteristics such as symmetry, compactness, orthogonality, vanishing moment and high order vanishing moment, feature extraction of the bolted rotor assembly tightness states was performed. The quantitative detection index of assembly quality was defined by the relative energy band distribution based on multiwavelet. The experimental verification shows that the proposed method can accurately identify six kinds of bolt states from tightness to looseness.

The moving mechanism configuration has a major impact on the static stability,dynamic stability and driving force of the wheeled service robot. Taking the six-wheel mobile underpan as the object,the relationships between the wheel layout and the static stability,dynamic stability,driving force to cross obstacle and turn are analyzed. A multi-objective optimization model for wheel layout is established and the optimal solution is derived by using MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox. Assuming the factors of pitch angle,roll angle and drive torque as evaluation indicators,motion simulation of the mobile underpan is carried out by the virtual prototyping technology. The results show that the pitch angle and roll angle after optimization are decreased by17. 6% and 27. 2%,respectively. The average value and mean square of drive torque are decreased by 2. 8%and 3. 6%,respectively. It is beneficial to the transmission performance and endurance of the mobile underpan. The results also verify the correctness and validity of the established multi-objective optimization model.

Aiming at the problems of traditional GM (1,1) model in forecasting non-growth sequences in terms of water consumption,such as poor precision and over-fitting,a residual grey prediction model corrected with Markov chains is used to predict domestic water consumption.Based on the traditional grey prediction model,this paper firstly establishes an improved residual grey prediction model as follows:establish grey model on the absolute residual,and judge the sign of the predictive residual when t＞n based on Markov state transition matrix to correct the predictive value from grey model,and then apply the model to the prediction of domestic water consumption in Henan Province from 2007 to 2018.The results show that the average relative error of the traditional grey prediction model is 4.14%,while that of the improved residual grey prediction model is only 2.04%.The precision class of improved residual grey prediction model is “good”,meanwhile,the posterior variance of improved model is also smaller than that of the traditional model,which indicating that the improved model has higher precision and better reliability than the traditional grey prediction model,therefore,it is a new method for water consumption prediction.

Objective: To investigate the effect of lycopene on blood-brain barrier and nerve damage in rats with cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) by regulating Janus kinase 2 (jAK2)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3 )/vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signaling pathway. Methods: Fifty CSVD rat models were prepared by in vitro injection of the same germ- line microemboli, and were randomly grouped into model group, low-dose lycopene (65 mg/kg) group, high-dose lycopene (85 mg/kg) group, AG490 (JAK2 inhibitor, 3.5 mg/kg) group, and high-dose lycopene (85 mg/kg)+AG490 (3.5 mg/kg) group, with 10 cases in each group, another 10 SD rats were regarded as sham operation group. After grouping with lycopene and AG490, cognitive ability of rats was detected by Morris water maze test and dark avoidance test; permeability of blood-brain barrier in rats was detected by Evans blue method; the number of rat hippocampal neurons was detected by Nissl staining; levels of inflammatory factors prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and oxidative stress factors catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats brain tissue were detected by kits; expressions of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)2, MMP9, tight junction-related proteins (ZO-1, Occludin) and JAK2/STAT3/VEGF pathway-related proteins in rats brain were detected by Western blotting. Results: Compared with sham operation group, the times of rats crossing the platform, the time of staying in the target quadrant, step through latency, the number of hippocampal neurons, levels of CAT and SOD in brain tissue, protein expressions of ZO-1, Occludin and VEGF, and p-JAK2/JAK2, p-STAT3/STAT3 were obviously decreased in model group (P<0.05), while the error times, Evans blue content, levels of brain tissue PGE2, TNF-α and MDA, and protein expressions of MMP2 and MMP9 were obviously increased (P< 0.05). Compared with model group, the times of rats crossing the platform, the time of staying in the target quadrant, step through latency, the number of hippocampal neurons, levels of CAT and SOD in brain tissue, protein expressions of ZO-1, Occludin and VEGF, and p-JAK2/JAK2, p-STAT3/STAT3 were all increased in low-dose lycopene group and high-dose lycopene group (P<0.05), while the error times, Evans blue content, levels of brain tissue PGE2, TNF-α and MDA, and protein expressions of MMP2 and MMP9 were all decreased (P<0.05), and high dose lycopene was more effective; the change trend of each index in AG490 group was opposite to that in lycopene groups, and AG490 could reverse the effect of lycopene. Conclusion: Lycopene can inhibit inflammation and oxidative stress in CSVD rats by activating JAK2/STAT3/VEGF signaling pathway, thereby reducing the blood-brain barrier and nerve damage, and improving their cognitive ability. Aiming at the problems of high investment cost, low efficiency of electrolyzer operation and high fluctuation of power input in the new energy electrolytic water to hydrogen microgrid system, the scenery hydrogen production capacity configuration scheme with the installation cost of microgrid equipment and the comprehensive optimization index of the system consisting of load hydrogen deficiency rate and power abandonment rate as the objective function and the power regulation method for achieving maximum hydrogen production efficiency based on the characteristic curve of electrolyzer efficiency was proposed. The battery was selected to supplement the electrolyzer according to the fluctuation of the power of the scenery generation, and the elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-II )was written to solve the capacity configuration of each device in the system, and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization MOPSO)was used to perform the maximum efficiency power regulation of the electrolyzer. In comparison to the scenery complementary hydrogen generation scheme, the capacity configuration model achieved a lower overall optimization index with a similar installation cost. After power regulation, the average electrolyzer input power fluctuation rate and electrolyzer efficiency decreased by 58.37% and 37.54%,respectively,which significantly improved the system stability and energy utilization. Based on the principle of magnetic coupling resonance technology, a bilateral LCC topology compensation network parameter design method was adopted. Firstly, the mathematical model of the main circuit of the bilateral LCC topology was analyzed, and the inductance ratio of the coil self-inductance and the series compensation inductance was set. Then, by writing an M file and building a Simulink simulation platform, according to the relationship between inductance ratio and efficiency, found the optimal efficiency point. Finally, a all-SiC MOSFET device system experimental platform was built for verification. The experimental results show that the efficiency of the coupling mechanism can be maintained at about 95% and the maximum efficiency of the system is more than 92.5% in the range of full power offset by setting the appropriate inductance ratio, which proves that the compensation network parameter design method is effective. The utilizable amount of surface water resources is the threshold value of comprehensive utilization of water resources obtained under the condition of overall living, production, and ecological water use. This concept is not unified and the calculation methods are different. The purpose of this study is to apply a relatively simple and convenient method, indirect algorithm, to calculate the surface water resources availability and reduce the difficulty of basic data collection and calculation process as much as possible. The method involves comprehensive considerations of the natural runoff situation and distribution characteristics of the basin, as well as the development, utilization, and planning of current water resources. Starting from the needs of the ecosystem, it aims to calculate the usable amount of surface water resources indirectly by calculating the target ecological water demand in the river course. Taking the Xijiang River Basin as an example, the calculated annual average utilizable amount of surface water resources from 1956 to 2016 is 45.97 × 109 m3, and the utilizable rate is 20%. Through a rational analysis, the available amount of surface water resources in the Xijiang River Basin can satisfy the increased water demand out of the basin in 2030, a target year as part of the long-term planning for the Xijiang River Basin, and meanwhile ensure ecological water demand of the basin, which can be an important basis for the revision of basin or regional planning, water allocation and scheduling, and the revision of total control indicators in the future.

The tiered carbon trading mechanism and optimization scheduling model solving algorithm are pivotal for the community integrated energy system (CIES). CIES plays a crucial role in optimizing scheduling, yet existing literature often does not fully consider these two factors. To address this gap, the adoption of the proximal policy optimization (PPO) algorithm is proposed, which incorporates a ladder-type carbon trading mechanism to solve the low-carbon optimization scheduling problem of CIES. This method constructs a reinforcement learning interactive environment based on a low-carbon optimization scheduling model. The intelligent agent's state, action space, and reward function are defined using device status and operating parameters. An intelligent agent capable of generating the optimal policy is obtained through offline training. Case study analysis results demonstrate that the low-carbon optimization scheduling scheme for CIES achieved through the PPO algorithm, effectively leverages the advantages of the tiered carbon trading mechanism, significantly reducing carbon emissions and improving energy utilization efficiency.

Objective To explore the application effectiveness of the Internet-Plus hierarchical nursing training program based on the analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation(ADDIE) teaching model in the training of Traditional Chinese Medicine nurses. Methods From October 2022 to May 2023, 400 nurses from a tertiary Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital in Shenzhen were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 200 subjects in each group. During the training process, the control group received traditional training methods, while the experimental group received the Internet-Plus hierarchical nursing training program based on the ADDIE teaching model. Specialist competence, job competency, and training satisfaction were compared before and after training in both groups. Results After the nursing training program, nurses in the experimental group achieved higher scores of theoretical and practical tests compared with those in the control group (P＜0. 01). Scores of help role ability, education-guidance ability, valuation and judgment ability, nursing intervention ability and quality evaluation ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Scores of satisfaction with training arrangement, training method and training benefits in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Applying the Internet-Plus hierarchical nursing training program based on the ADDIE teaching model in nursing training helps nurses enhance their specialist competence and job competency. This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with chronic kidney failure with Spleen-Kidney Qi deficiency and internal heat syndrome treated with Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with auricular comprehensive treatment based on the Yin-Fire theory. A comprehensive nursing plan including health education, emotion regulation and exercise guidance were carried out during hospitalization. Given the coexistence of multiple diseases, the Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with auricular comprehensive treatment based on the Yin-Fire theory was carried out to relieve the fatigue and improve the self-care ability of the patient. This paper summarizes nursing measures for a patient with gout of damp-heat stagnation syndrome combined with erosive gastritis treated with auricular acupoint combine with pricking and cupping therapy. In addition to routine nursing, individualized auricular acupoint treatment including auricular bloodletting and pressing combined with pricking and cupping therapy were carried out, aiming at relieving heat and detoxification at early stage of disease, promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals and regulating qi at midterm and invigorating spleen and warming kidney Yang and end stage of treatment. The combined treatment using Traditional Chinese medicine technology is effective to relieve the pain, reduce the joint swelling, and improve the recovery of joint movement, as well as protecting the gastric mucosa of the patient. ObjectivesConsidering the difference of primary frequency regulation ability of wind turbines under different wind conditions in wind farms, the evaluation method of frequency regulation capability of wind turbines was optimized on the basis of sag control and inertia control strategy.MethodsAn improved multi-unit frequency modulation reference power cooperative control strategy was proposed.ResultsThe introduction of multi-unit cooperative control method can effectively improve the distribution of frequency modulation reference power among units, thus effectively adjust the degree of each unit participating in the primary frequency regulation of the system. An improved cooperative control strategy was introduced on the basis of inertia control and sag control. According to the operation state of the unit under the actual wind condition, the reference power of the unit which can effectively participate in the primary frequency modulation was evaluated. The introduction of frequency modulation capability coefficient can realize the energy distribution of the reference value of frequency modulation power among units.ConclusionsThe cooperative control strategy can effectively protect the speed of wind turbine and improve the frequency response of power grid.

To research the influence on serum metabolism caused by Macleaya cordat extract and antibiotics in weaning goats (Capra hircas). Goats with similar body condition and consistent genetic background were randomly divided into three treatments. There were the control group (CON group) fed ordinary diet, Macleaya group (MAC group) fed control diet supplemented with 0.3 g/dMacleaya cordata extract and the antibiotics group (ANT group) fed control diet supplemented with 21 mg/(kg⋅d-1) vancomycin and 42 mg/(kg ⋅d-1) neomycin. The results of determination showed that supplementing Macleaya cordata extract or antibiotics did not affect the growth performance (P>0.05). However, compared with the CON group, supplemental Macleaya cordata increased the level of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the serum (P <0.01). In addition, when compared with the CON group the content of α- ketoglutarate in antibiotics group and MAC group decreased. Antibiotics increased the contents of tryptophan, phenylalanine, chenodeoxycholic, and the content of taurodeoxycholic acid decreased. The contents of glutamic acid and leucine decreased, while the contents of guanosine and inosine increased by Macleaya cordata supplementation. KEGG analysis showed that the differential metabolites of MAC group and ANT group partially coincide in the pathways of amino acid metabolism and synthesis. Compared to CON group, antibiotics treatment affected arachidonic acid metabolism, unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis and butyric acid metabolism, etc. However, the differential metabolites of MAC group were significantly enriched in amino acid metabolism, glutathione metabolism and purine metabolism pathway compared with the CON group. In conclusion, the addition of antibiotics or Macleaya cordata in the diet can change the amino acid metabolism in the serum, while the addition of Macleaya cordata can enhance the immune function of the body, and can replace antibiotics in the application of feed additives. Gallium is enriched in the coal-measure shale of the lower Taiyuan Formation in the Linxing area of the Or-dos Basin, with an average content of 24.7 g/g, but is lower in the northern and southwestern regions of the study area adjacent to the Zijinshan rock mass. The gallium in the coal-measure shale in the study area mainly occurs in ka-olinite in the form of isomorphic replacement of aluminum. Alkaline feldspar in the clasts is another significant source of gallium. Elemental geochemical analysis indicates that the granite series of the Yinshan orogenic belt was the main source of gallium-rich shale. The Caledonian North China Craton uplifted slowly and steadily over a long period of time, providing a favorable environment for weathered source rocks to develop gallium-rich provenances. Weathering and depositional conditions are the main conditions for gallium enrichment in shale: a warm, humid climate with intermittent periods of dry, hot climate, together with a predominantly freshwater anoxic reducing sedimentary environment. During diagenesis, the thermal evolution of organic matter in the coal measures released a large amount of organic acid, which dissolved the alkaline feldspar debris and released the gallium contained in it, thus further increasing the gallium content. The tightness of the coal-shale-sandstone system in the coal measures did not allow diagenetic-type enrichment of gallium to continue. The enrichment of gallium in the mud shale in the study area is predominantly terrigenous. Diagenesis and re-formation promoted further gallium enrichment to some extent. The heat generated during emplacement of the rock mass stimulated migration of the low-melting-point gallium, resulting in lower gallium content near the Zijinshan rock mass. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As an important surface ecosystem of the earth, the soil records abundant geological and environmental information. During the formation and development of soil, the magnetic minerals it contains will also change. Therefore, soil magnetism is related to the climatic environment information of the soil formation period and can be used to reconstruct the paleoenvironment. Currently, the research on soil magnetism in temperate semi-arid areas and its corresponding climatic and environmental indicators is relatively mature; however, the climatic and environmental indicators of soil magnetism in tropical and subtropical areas remain controversial and need further research. In this study, magnetic and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy were used to analyze the weathering crust of sandstone in different climatic zones in Yunnan. The results show that: (1) the three selected ferrimagnetic minerals in weathering crust profiles are magnetite and maghemite; the antiferromagnetic minerals are goethite and hematite. The main magnetic-bearing minerals in the soil of EF, PF, and F samples are magnetite and maghemite. The soil of PF and F samples contains relatively more antiferromagnetic minerals, goethite, and hematite, and the mean χfd% values in the three sections are 16.01%, 14.58%, and 10.06%, respectively. These results indicate that the three profiles all contain a large number of SP particles, and the ferrimagnetic mineral content in EF samples is much higher than that in PF and F samples. (2) From the perspective of the soil developed on the parent material of sandstone, no obvious correlation between the magnetic susceptibility changes of the three profiles and temperature and precipitation was observed. The magnetic susceptibility applicable to the temperate loess area is difficult to use as a climate proxy index in this region. Temperature and precipitation are not the main factors affecting the changes in magnetic susceptibility of soil, and various factors affect these changes. A large-scale and multi-section comparative study is necessary to evaluate the relationship between soil magnetic characteristics and the environment in tropical and subtropical areas. (3) The levels of Hm and Gt are affected by the difference in magnetic minerals in the parent rock, and characterizing the change in temperature or precipitation is difficult. The ratios Hm/Gt and Hm/ (Hm+Gt) have a good correspondence with temperature and have application potential in indicating temperature.

The phenomenon of population aging has become an important issue affecting the sustainable economic and social development of China's countryside, but few studies exist within the academic community on the sustainable livelihoods of rural elderly farmers in areas of poverty alleviation. Based on a 2022 field survey in Guzhang County, Hunan Province, this study examined the sustainable livelihood pathways of elderly rural farmers in these areas through non-participant observations, semi-structured interviews, and grounded theory methods of textual analysis. Study findings show that in the face of rural hollowing out caused by the outflow of the young labor force due to rapid urbanization, a large number of rural elderly farmers in poverty alleviation areas are facing the livelihood dilemma of rural pension structure constraints and the rational choice of agriculture. The background for this situation involves the insufficiency of the original pension model and multiple welfare sources, a shortage of medical and health service facilities, and the transformation of intergenerational relations. Therefore, based on the advantages of rural social networks in poverty alleviation areas in the three active aging dimensions of health, participation, and guarantee, this paper presents a sustainable livelihood research paradigm in which the individual, rural, and socioeconomic networks and rural production-living-ecological space of elderly farmers in poverty alleviation areas coordinate with each other. The paper also introduces a logical framework for the sustainable livelihood of elderly farmers that is consistent with the goal of rural revitalization through the thrust of nearby urbanization. Specific sustainable livelihood paths integrating individual spaces include the following: 1) at the individual level, through the individual livelihood behavior and livelihood capital of elderly farmers dynamically adjusting to the corresponding sources of welfare and livelihood modes with changes in the life cycle, 2) at the field space level, through the sixth industry, integrated development of modern factors intervening in the establishment of rural market industrial support to cope with aging, and 3) at the territorial space level, according to the rural elderly . The social circle structure of rural households is used to reshape the living, production, and ecological aging life circle. This study analyzed the sustainable livelihood paths of rural elderly farmers in poverty alleviation areas from individual to spatial perspectives The findings provide a theoretical basis and practical references for the revitalization of rural people in these areas in the era of rapid aging.

[Objective] The soil nutrient characteristics and influencing factors of surface soil gully erosion for low hilly terrain in the black soil area were studied in order to provide data and theoretical support for the rational use of land resources, accurate management of soil fertility, and restoration of degraded soil in the black soil area. [Methods] Surface soil gully erosion for different types of eroded ditches in Yanshou County, Heilongjiang Province was determined by measuring and analyzing soil samples from the 0—40 cm layer in each part of the erosion gully. [Results] ① The contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, available phosphorus, available potassium, and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen were significantly different (pA2>A1>A3 in the 0—40 cm layer as erosion gullies developed, and the soil was gradually degraded. [Conclusion] Soil nutrients had an overall significant negative correlation with bulk density, and soil nutrients were positively correlated with water stable aggregates and clay content. Soil profile differences were the fundamental reason for the variation in soil nutrients. Erosion gully development was the secondary reason for nutrient changes. The contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, and total potassium were also affected by positional differences.

Birds are excellent indicators of ecosystems and environmental conditions because they are responsive to habitat change and have important ecological functions. When birds are dependent on habitat functioning in specific ways, the population trends of birds can provide insights into ecosystem function. We conducted monthly bird surveys and monitored birds in Maofeng Mountain Forest Park from November 2020 to March 2022 by combining line transect and camera-trapping methods. These results help estimate bird community structure, bird diversity, and habitat influence. The study area was divided into three types of habitat according to vegetation type and human interference. In addition, 6 line-transects and 30 infrared cameras were used in this study. A total of 2,253 independent images were collected with up to 3,561 camera days during the study period. A total of 143 bird species belonging to 16 orders and 46 families were recorded in this study. Among these species, 18 are second-class national protected species, eight are listed in Appendix II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, and 10 are key protected wild animals in Guangdong Province. Pycnonotus jocosus, Pycnonotus aurigaster, Alcippe morrisonia, and Zosterops simplex were the dominant species in forest parks. Accipiter trivirgatus, Pitta nympha, Garrulax canorus, and Lophura nycthemera, which are rare and threatened species, were found in the forest park. Based on the residential habitats of these species, the dominant 80 species (proportion:55.94％) were in the Oriental biogeographical realm. The widespread species and the Palaearctic species had 32 (proportion: 22.38%) and 31 species (proportion: 21.68%), respectively. Ninety species of resident birds were dominant among all types of birds in the forest park. The main ecological type, with 132 species, was forest birds. In terms of eating types, most birds were insectivorous and omnivorous, with 67 species (proportion: 46.85%) and 46 species (proportion: 32.17%), respectively, suggesting that Maofeng Mountain Forest Park is an important site for forest bird communities. In terms of habitats, we also found that the Shannon-Wiener index, Simpson index, and Margalef index of birds were highest in forest habitats and lowest in road habitats. The Pielou evenness index of birds showed no significant differences among the habitats. In terms of seasons, the Shannon-Wiener and Margalef indices of birds were highest in spring and lowest in summer. Nevertheless, the Pielou evenness and Simpson indices of birds were not significantly different among the four seasons. The Pielou evenness index was similar to the Simpson index. Moreover, a general linear mixed model was used for the analysis, which showed that the richness and abundance index of birds were significantly correlated with changes in habitats and seasons. In summary, there were different kinds of habitats, abundant forest bird resources, stable bird community structures, and high bird diversity in Maofeng Mountain Forest Park. Birds with a more stable structure and higher diversity in the forest habitat imply that decreased human interference promotes bird inhabitation. This study provides basic data for biodiversity monitoring and assessment in Maofeng Mountain Forest Park and its surrounding forests.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of hot and cold Chinese medicine whirlpool bath combined with motor control training on patients with shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) after stroke.MethodsA total of 40 patients with SHS after stroke in the Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital and Xuzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation training such as physical agent modalities and occupational therapy. The control group received motor control training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training, 40 minutes a time, once a day, five times a week, lasting for four weeks; the observation group received hot and cold Chinese medicine whirlpool bath on the basis of control group, 40 minutes a time, once a day, five times a week, lasting for four weeks. Before and after four weeks of treatment, visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the severity of shoulder pain; overflow method was used to evaluate the degree of hand swelling; Fugl-Meyer assessment upper extremity (FMA-UE) was used to evaluate motor function of the affected limb; modified Barthel index (MBI) was used to evaluate the activities of daily living; motor activity log-amount of use (MAL-AOU) and motor activity log-quality of movement (MAL-QOM) were recorded by the motor activity record sheet.ResultsCompared with those before treatment, VAS score and hand swelling value of both groups decreased significantly after treatment, while FMA-UE, MBI, MAL-AOU and MAL-QOM scores increased significantly after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (PP

This study investigated the quality and microbial flora changes of Lentinu edodes during postharvest cold storage. L. edodes was picked with sterile gloves, treated with ozone and stored for up to 40 days at 2–4 ℃. The changes in the moisture content, color, texture, and volatile flavor substance, free amino acid and flavor nucleotide contents of the mushroom were determine during the storage period, and the changes in the microbial flora on the surface of L. edodes were detected by high-throughput sequencing. Besides, fungi were isolated and identified from the mushroom surface, and the dominant spoilage organisms were determined. The results showed that the moisture content, brightness (L* value) and hardness decreased with storage time, while the elasticity, chewiness, cohesiveness and gumminess increased first and then decreased. The relative contents of alcohols contributing to the clean aroma of L. edodes such as 1-octene-3-ol and 3-octanol increased first and then decreased during storage, and so did the contents of umami, sweet and bitter amino acids. The contents of 5’-cytidine monophosphate (5’-CMP), 5’-uridine monophosphate (5’-UMP) and 5’-guanosine monophosphate (5’-GMP) decreased continuously, while the contents of inosine 5’-monophosphate (5’-IMP) and adenosine 5’-monophosphate (5’-AMP) increased first and then decreased. The richness of the microbial community decreased first and then increased, whereas the diversity increased first and then decreased. Pseudomonas was found to be the dominant spoilage bacteria. The major spoilage fungi were Trichoderma harzianum, Alternaria and Aspergillus flavus. In conclusion, the quality and microbial flora of L. edodes changed obviously during postharvest cold storage, which will provide a theoretical basis for further controlling the spoilage and prolonging the storage period of L. edodes.

In order to realize the on-line measurement of a birefringence fiber (BF) loop mirror (Bi-FLM) strain sensor with a short BF, the theoretical on-line measurements expression of a Bi-FLM strain sensor using a set of adjacent wave-valley and wave-peak wavelengths was deduced. The adjacent wave-valley and wave-peak wavelengths were near 1550nm and the BF initial conditions were used to calculate strain. The maximum error and minimum error of strain calculated by three different wavelengths combination were 0.0296% and -0.0003%, respectively. The result shows that the calculated strains are basically consistent with the given strains. The method doesn' t need human judgment. So it is helpful to realize on-line measurement by computer. The method is unrelated to the monitoring point. So the Bi-FLM sensor isn't calibrated. In addition, the method requires less information and only needs 0.5 period of interference waveform. So it is helpful to realize the on-line measurement of a Bi-FLM sensor with a short BF. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

From the perspectives of human capital and social capital, 316 retired athletes in China are taken as the research object to explore the impact of these two kinds of capital on retired athletes' income, trying to find out the main factors affecting retired athletes' income. The conclusions are drawn as follows: the income of retired athletes in China varies greatly, and the average income is not optimistic; among the observed variables of human capital, sports grade has the greatest impact on the income of retired athletes, followed by education level, physical health and vocational skills training; among the observed variables of social capital, the two indicators of network heterogeneity and weak relationship have a significant impact on the income of retired athletes; human capital helps retired athletes to enter the middle-income group, but social capital helps them to enter the high-income group; human capital and social capital play significant roles in promoting the income of retired athletes, and the role of human capital is higher than that of social capital.Based on these conclusions, relevant suggestions from the government and individual athletes are put forward. Objective To investigate the characteristics of depressive symptoms and related factors in Chinese veterans. Methods A total of 2 400 veterans were selected by stratified sampling and convenient sampling from 12 cities in Chinese 3 economic belts. Self-designed general questionnaire and Patients' Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) were used to investigate their depressive symptoms. Nonparametric test, Pearson Chi-square test and Binary logistic regression analysis were employed to conduct statistical analysis. Results ① The incidence of depression was 39.0% in the subjected Chinese veterans, with mild depression accounting for 22.1%, moderate depression for 8.5%, and severe depression for 8.3%. ②The incidence and score of depressive symptoms were higher in female, living in urban, younger than 25 years and with illness than the male, living in rural areas and healthy participants (P < 0.01). Those with educational level less than junior middle school and the divorced had statistically higher incidence and score of depressive symptoms than those with college or above educational level, and the unmarried and married (P < 0.05). The incidence of depression was higher in those with household per capita disposable annual income ≤7 400 Yuan than those of >7 400~16 000 Yuan (P < 0.01), and the score of workers was higher than leaders in enterprises and public institutions (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the composition ratio of depressive symptoms at different levels in all demographic information except per capita GDP. ③The incidence and score of depressive symptoms were higher in servicing in special military environment and having seriously disease during service than those not servicing in special military environment and not having disease during serving. The incidence and score of depressive symptoms were higher in serving for 30 years or longer, rocket army, war experience, collective unified released from servicing, and demobilization than those in servicing less than 8 years, army, not being in war, full retirement and retirement (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the composition ratio of depression symptoms at different levels in all military occupation except getting awards and promoting service rank levels (P < 0.05). ④ Living in areas with high per capita GDP, female, 25~30 years old, being divorced, having seriously disease, rocket army, servicing in special military environment, having severe diseases during service and demobilization were risk factors for the incidence of depression (P < 0.05); College and above educational level, household per capita disposable income of >7 400~14 000 Yuan and >25 000~39 000 Yuan were protective factors (P < 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of depression in Chinese veterans is affected by demographic factors (sex, age and marital status) and military serving experience (years of service and military occupation). Special attention should be paid to those with demobilization and collective ex-servicemen.

Objective To develop a Self-Image Scale for Military Personnel, and to explore the relationship of self-image and mental health status. Methods Questionnaires and network crawling were used to collect adjectives describing soldiers. After word frequency cleaning, word meaning cleaning and synonym combination, an initial scale was formed. Then 2 756 soldiers were stratified from the units of army, navy, air force and rocket force and then surveyed with the initial scale. SPSS26.0 was used for item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. AMOS21.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis. Results Exploratory factor analysis showed that the scale had 2 dimensions, military ability and military moral character. There were 12 questions in total, with a total variance explanation rate of 77.227%. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that RMSEA and NNFI were 0.075 and 0.968, respectively. The Cronbach'α coefficients of the total scale and each dimension were 0.951, 0.942 and 0.936, and the retest reliability was 0.807, 0.791 and 0.794, respectively. There was a negative correlation between self-image and mental health status (r=-0.243, P < 0.01). Conclusion Our prepared Self-Image Scale for Military Personnel has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a psychological measurement tool. Self-image level of soldiersis an important factor in the maintenance and promotion of mental health.

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS) in Chinese military personnel. Methods A total of 4 443 military personnel from 2 brigades in the Northern Theater Command were tested using Ruminative Responses scale(RRS), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), and Negative Cognitive Processing Bias Questionnaire (NCPBQ). SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 26.0 were used for reliability and validity analysis. Results ① The 3-dimension model fitting indexes of RRS were within the standard range (RMSEA=0.074, GFI=0.887, RMR=0.018, CFI=0.922, IFI=0.922). ② All the scores for each item and factor of RRS showed significant positive correlations with the total score of the questionnaire (r=0.372~0.977, P < 0.01). ③ The correlation coefficients between each factor of RRS and PHQ-9 were 0.604~0.730, and those between each factor of RRS and NCPBQ were 0.615~0.741. ④ It was found that the Cronbach'α coefficients of the RRS were between 0.821 and 0.956, the split-half coefficients were between 0.845 and 0.918, the test-retest coefficients were between 0.671 and 0.894. Conclusion RRS is of high reliability and validity for measurement among military personnel.

Objective To explore the characteristics of false memory of life events with different emotional valence in individuals with depressed mood. Methods Self-rating depression scale (SDS) was used to recruit 30 subjects (depression group, n=30) from Army Medical University with depression and 30 normal controls (control group, n=30). Nine self-designed life events vignettes with different emotional valence (positive, neutral and negative) were adopted as experimental materials. In order to measure the veridical and false memory of the original events, the subjects were presented with the original event information and misinformation successively using the misinformation paradigm, and then recognition test was conducted. The endorsement rates for the correct and misleading options were recorded during the recognition test and subsequently analyzed. Descriptive statistics, repeated ANOVA and post-hoc tests were performed on the experimental data. Results ① For both groups, the endorsement rates for misinformation options were significantly higher than those for foil options (P < 0.05). ② The overall endorsement rates for misinformation options were remarkably elevated in the depression group (P < 0.05). ③ Compared with the depression group, the control group had greatly increased endorsement rates for correct options (P < 0.05). ④For negative life events, the depression group showed elevated endorsement rates for misinformation options than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Misinformation paradigm can reliably create false memories, and individuals under depressed mood present obviously more mood-congruent false memories of negative life events.

Multi-station integration realizes the optimal usage of multiple energy by integrating the functions of substations,photovoltaic power stations,charging stations and other stations,but the location evaluation needs to take into account the influence factors. In the location evaluation weight design,it is difficult to design characteristic indices and common indices for each single station. The common indexes have different degrees of influence on each single site. To solve the problem,a method for the construction of multi-station integration location evaluation index system is designed. Also,the integration of each single station indices is realized. At the same time,the combination weight calculation method based on the analytic hierarchy process and multi-station index system is designed. Firstly,the weights of all indices are calculated for all single stations. Then the weights of the single station are designed. Finally,two weights are combined to get the combination weights of all indices. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to score each index of the candidate sites,and the optimal site is selected after a comprehensive evaluation considering the weight. The effectiveness of the proposed evaluation system and method is verified by an example.

Objective To investigate the infection features of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) and screening characteristics of HR-HPV-negative cases in patients with cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the screening results of 459 patients who were pathologically diagnosed as cervical HSIL in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020. The positive detection rates of HR-HPV test, thinprep cytologic test (TCT), and their joint screening were compared among the patients, and the analysis of key points to avoid missed diagnosis were conducted in HR-HPV negative cases. Results Among the 459 HSIL patients, the single subtype infection accounted for 71.90% (330 cases), multiple infection 22.22% (102 cases); the positive rate of HR-HPV was 91.94% (422 cases), and the monotype infection with the highest positive rate was HPV subtype 16 (45.76%). The positive detection rates of the 3 tests were 77.34%, 64.27% and 82.79% respectively, with significant difference (P < 0.01). Moreover, 25 cases (67.57%) in the HR-HPV negative group had worse than ASCUS results of TCT, while 3 cases (8.11%) with ASCUS and 9 cases (24.32%) with negative TCT results were referred to colposcopy due to clinical symptoms, and 6 HR-HPV negative cases with normal colposcopy showed abnormal TCT results. Conclusion HR-HPV infection and monotype infection are predominant in cervical HSIL patients. The combined screening of HR-HPV and TCT has the highest positive diagnostic rate, while the HR-HPV negative patients usually have obvious clinical symptoms and TCT abnormalities.

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer (GC/GEJC). Methods CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, EMBASE, ClinicalTrials, Cochrane Library and other databases were searched to collect the clinical trials of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of advanced GC/GEJC. The retrieval time was from the inception to Nov. 2019. Outcome measures mainly included ORR, DCR, PFS, OS and toxicities. The adoption rate difference and hazard ratio were effect measures. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results We included seven literatures with a total of 1949 patients. Meta-analysis showed that for the patients with advanced GC/GEJC, the second-line or later immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy improved the overall survival rate at 12 and 18 months; the OS of the patients was prolonged, compared with chemotherapy/placebo therapy (all P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of any grade or ≥grade 3 caused by immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy was lower than that caused by chemotherapy/placebo. Conclusion Immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment could improve survival endpoints in some patients with advanced GC/GEJC, and the incidence of common adverse reactions is low.

Objective To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) health-preserving breathing exercises on lung function and quality of life in young patients with restrictive ventilatory impairment. Methods Totally 50 young patients with restrictive ventilatory impairment were selected as the research objects. All patients received health-preserving breathing exercises and video-assisted feedback teaching. The pulmonary function and quality of life were evaluated and compared before and 6 months after intervention. Results The forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second/predicted value ratio (FEVt % pred) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) of patients after 6 months of intervention were higher than those before intervention (P <0.05). Patients achieved lower factor scores (symptom, activity and impact subsets ) of St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) after 6 months of intervention (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The TCM health-preserving breathing exercises can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of young patients with restrictive ventilatory impairment. Recent studies have shown that attacks against USIM card are increasing, and an attacker can use the cloned USIM card to bypass the identity verification process in some applications and thereby get the unauthorized access. Considering the USIM card being cloned easily even under 5G network, the identity verification process of the popular mobile applications over mobile platform was analyzed. The application behaviors were profiled while users were logging in, resetting password, and performing sensitive operations, thereby the tree model of application authentication was summarized. On this basis, 58 popular applications in 7 categories were tested including social communication, healthcare, etc. It found that 29 of them only need SMS verification codes to get authenticated and obtain permissions. To address this issue, two-step authentication was suggested and USIM anti-counterfeiting was applied to assist the authentication process.

Objective To study the effect of different emotional regulation strategies on anxiety and the factors contributing to anxiety in military personnel serving in high-altitude regions. Methods Using State-Trait Anxiety Inquiry (STAI) and Armymen Emotional Regulation Types Questionnaire (AERTQ), we conducted 2 groups assessments of the military personnel serving in high-altitude regions along the Qinghai-Tibet Supply Line in August, 2016 (600 subjects) and in August, 2017 (584 subjects) and collected the demographic and environmental data from the participants. The temporal variations of the effects of emotional regulation strategies and the 4 factors (strengthened attention, emotional appeal, self-consolation and behavioral inhibition) on anxiety were analyzed using a cross-lagged regression model, which included the demographic data and environmental factors to examine their effects on the changes of anxiety emotion. The acceptable criteria for model fit index were TLI>0.9, CFI>0.9, and RMSEA < 0.08. Results ① After inclusion of the covariates, the model fit indices of emotional regulation and its 4 factors with state anxiety and trait anxiety were acceptable (CFI=0.942, 0.959, 0.961, 0.929, 0.956; TLI=0.933, 0.952, 0.955, 0.918, 0.949; RMSEA=0.059, 0.051, 0.050, 0.064, 0.055). ②Emotional regulation strategies had significant negative predictive effect on state and trait anxiety (P < 0.05) in the next year, but not vice versa (P>0.05). ③Strengthened attention had a significant positive predictive effect on state and trait anxiety (P < 0.01), while emotional appeal and self-consolation had significant negative predictive effects (P < 0.01); behavioral inhibition had no effect on state and trait anxiety (P>0.05). State and trait anxiety had no predictive effects on the 4 dimensions of emotional regulation (P>0.05). ④State anxiety showed a significant negative growth with time (P < 0.01), and trait anxiety and emotional regulation strategies showed no obvious changes with time (P>0.05). ⑤Educational level had negative effects on state anxiety in models that included emotional regulation, strengthened attention, emotional appeal, self-consolation and behavioral inhibition (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Environmental adaptation had negative effects on state anxiety (P < 0.01) and trait anxiety (P < 0.01, P < 0.05) in the 5 models. Conclusion Educational level and environmental adaptation are correlated with anxiety in military personnel serving in high-altitude regions. Emotional regulation strategies can significantly affect the growth of anxiety, and during psychological interventions, emotional appeal and self-consolation, but not strengthened attention and behavioral inhibition, should be encouraged for emotional regulation.

Objective To compare the surgical efficacy of combined bypass surgery for symptomatic moyamoya disease patients at early and late Suzuki stage, and to preliminarily explore the correlation between operative timing and efficacy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 58 patients (70 hemispheres) with symptomatic moyamoya disease treated with combined bypass surgery in our department from June 2015 to October 2018. According to the results of Suzuki staging system for moyamoya disease, they were divided into early stage group (stage Ⅰ~Ⅲ, 42 hemispheres) and late stage group (stage Ⅳ~Ⅵ, 28 hemispheres). Superficial temporal artery-to-middle cerebral artery bypass with encephalo-duro-myo-synangiosis (STA-MCA bypass+EDMS) were performed for all patients. The perioperative complications, and improvement of symptoms, recurrence of stroke, and prognosis score (Modified Rankin Scale, mRS) in 6 months after the operation were assessed and compared between the 2 groups. Results The incidences of total perioperative complications, cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome and perioperative cerebral hemorrhage was significantly lower in the early stage group than the late stage group (28.6% vs 57.1%, 14.3% vs 35.7%, 0 vs 10.7%, respectively, P < 0.05). There were more patients with mRS score of 0~2 at 6 months after surgery in the early stage group than those in the late stage group (85.7% vs 64.3%, P=0.036). No obvious difference was seen in the improvement rate of postoperative symptoms between the 2 groups (65.6% vs 68.4%, P=0.838). No stroke occurred in the both groups during postoperative follow-up. Conclusion Bypass surgery can not only reduce the incidence of perioperative complications, but also obtain better prognosis for the early Suzuki stage patients with symptomatic moyamoya disease. Early Suzuki stage should be optimal operative time for bypass surgery.

This paper focuses on the coordinated development between water resources utilization and the economy in Guangdong Province.Utilizing the water ecological footprint model,it calculates the per capita water ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity,and ecological surplus (deficit) of Guangdong Province and nine cities in the Pearl River Delta in the past 10 years in terms of production,life,and ecological water use.The results show that from 2011 to 2020,the water ecological footprint per capita in these areas has shown a downward trend,and water utilization efficiency has increased year by year.In the past 10 years,the per capita water resources carrying capacity is greater than the ecological footprint,and water resources are in a sustainable state.However,the ecological surplus has shown a slow downward trend.As the production water accounts for a large proportion of total water use,a considerable improvement in agricultural water saving can be achieved in the province.In the process of economic development,it is still necessary to strengthen the management of water resources to further improve the water use efficiency and promote the sustainable use of water resources in the province.

Objective To investigate the effect of iced tea lotion in oral care of middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 90 middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were recruited. They were randomly divided to control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45), and treated by oral care of normal saline and ice tea lotion, respectively. Oral malodor, swelling and congestion of oral mucosa and culture results of oral throat swab between groups were compared. Results The incidence of oral malodor, swelling and congestion of oral mucosa was significantly lower in observation group than that of control group(P＜0. 05). The positive rates of fungi was 8. 89%(4/45) in the observation group, which was lower than 60. 00%(27/45) in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Oral care with iced tea lotion is potentially effective to decrease the incidence of oral diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. With the development of artificial intelligence, Synthetic-Aperture Radar (SAR) ship detection using deep learning technology can effectively avoid traditionally complex feature design and thereby greatly improve detection accuracy. However, most existing detection models often improve detection accuracy at the expense of detection speed that limits some real-time applications of SAR such as emergency military deployment, rapid maritime rescue, and real-time marine environmental monitoring. To solve this problem, a high-speed and high-accuracy SAR ship detection method called SARShipNet-20 based on a Depthwise Separable Convolution Neural Network (DS-CNN) has been proposed in this paper, that replaces the Traditional Convolution Neural Network (T-CNN) and combines Channel Attention (CA) and Spatial Attention (SA). As a result, high-speed and high-accuracy SAR ship detection can be simultaneously achieved. This method has certain practical significance in the field of real-time SAR application, and its lightweight model is helpful for future FPGA or DSP hardware transplantation.

Active mm-wave linear-array 3D imaging system has become one of the active research areas in the field of imaging for human security. In this paper, the operating mode, signal model, and imaging algorithm are introduced. Deep learning algorithms, including the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with heat map and You Only Look Once (YOLO) network, were used for the object detection of human security image. The results show that the method based on heat map and YOLO can both detect foreign objects. We find that the CNN with heat map has a simple network construction and can be easily trained, but the detection process needs to traverse the whole image, which is relatively time-consuming, and the size of the detection region cannot adapt to the objects. On the contrary, though with a relatively complex construction, YOLO network has advantages in terms of detection efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, the size of the detection region can adapt to the objects, which is more suitable for the human security imaging application.
