Objective: This study aimed to optimize the aging technology of Fuyuxiangxing crude Baijiu and improve its quality. Methods: Testing and analyzing the new wine and the Fuyuxiangxing crude Baijiu aged for 1, 3, 5, 8 and 10 years allowed for the analysis of the physicochemical indexes such as pH, conductivity, viscosity, total acid and total ester. Additionally, the primary volatile flavor components of the six samples were qualitatively assessed using GC and GC-MS, and 26 volatile flavor components of the samples were quantitatively assessed using the external standard method. Results: With the increase of aging time, the conductivity increased, the viscosity increased, the total acid content increased and the total ester content decreased; 26 volatile flavor components were quantified in the 6 Fuyuxiangxing crude Baijiu, including 8 esters, 8 alcohols, 5 acids and 5 aldehydes and ketones, with the contents of esters increasing and then decreasing, the contents of alcohols showing a slow decreasing trend, and the contents of acids and aldehydes increasing. Both the principal component analysis (PCA) and the partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA) could better distinguish Fuyuxiangxing crude Baijiu with different aging time. Conclusion: The preliminary study reveals the changing rules of physicochemical properties and flavor substances during the aging process of Fuyuxiangxing crude Baijiu, and the appropriate aging time can improve the quality of crude Baijiu, which can provide a reference for the optimization of the aging technology of Fuyuxiangxing crude Baijiu.

Titanium alloy is an important structural material with many advantages of high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility, and good processing performance, which has been widely used in aerospace, medical devices, automobile manufacturing and various other fields. However, the presence of hydrogen in titanium alloys can lead to hydrogen embrittlement, which degrades the mechanical properties. Due to its high ionization energy, high reactivity, and high diffusivity, quantitative analysis of hydrogen in metal or alloy materials faces enormous challenge. Accurately and quickly detecting the hydrogen content in titanium alloys is of great significance for optimizing material design and controlling product quality. Traditional methods for determining the hydrogen in titanium alloys require complicated sample pretreatment, which greatly prolong the analysis time. The self-built high irradiance laser ablation and ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LAI-TOF MS) has many advantages such as high sensitivity, high resolution, multi-element simultaneous detection, and simple sample pretreatment. It introduces helium into the ion source as a buffer gas to cool the high kinetic energy ions and reduce the multi-charged ion interferences, and has been successfully applied to the determination of metallic and nonmetallic elements in solid samples. In this study, a direct quantitative analysis method of LAI-TOF MS was established for detecting hydrogen in titanium alloys. The calibration curve of intensities and contents for hydrogen has a correlation coefficient of 0.991 3, the limit of detection (LOD) is calculated to be 0.000 4%, and the atomization and ionization efficiency of hydrogen can reach 13.4%. This method was applied to the analysis of hydrogen in other titanium alloy samples. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of hydrogen signals are less than 14%. The relative errors of the quantitative results are less than 5% compared with values obtained by the pulsed heating-infrared method. The analysis time for a single titanium alloy sample is only a few minutes, significantly shorter than the 2-4 h required for the pulsed heating-infrared method. The spectrum obtained by LAI-TOF MS enables qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of trace elements of Be, C, Al, Si, P, Ca, Cr, Fe, Zr, Mo, Pd, In and Sn in the titanium alloy samples. Considering the advantages of less sample preparation, simplicity, rapidness, and high sensitivity, the method based on LAI-TOF MS can be used to the directly quantitative analysis of hydrogen in titanium alloys and can be further extended to the quantitative analysis of hydrogen in other materials, such as hydrogen storage materials, metal materials, ceramic materials and other related materials.

ObjectiveTo examine the difference in epidemiological characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemics caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) prototype strain and Omicron variant in a border area of Yunnan province for providing references to real-time adjustment of regional measures on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. Methods Field surveys were conducted to collected relevant information on confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections, close contacts and secondary close contacts from two COVID-19 outbreaks in Ruili – a border city of Yunnan province: an epidemic during March 29 – April 19, 2021 caused by SARS-CoV-2 prototype strain based on whole gene sequencing (abbreviated as prototype-caused epidemic) and an another during February 16 – March 26, 2022 caused by SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant BA.2 (variant-caused epidemic). Descriptive statistics were performed to compare epidemiological characteristics between the two COVID-19 outbreaks. ResultsBoth the two outbreaks were induced by imported cases from abroad. The majority of sufferers were confirmed cases (93/117, 79.49%) for the prototype-caused epidemic and were asymptomatic infections (314/384, 81.77%) for the variant-caused epidemic, with a significant difference in the proportion between the two epidemics (χ2 = 177.254, P < 0.001). In nucleic acid tests at the time of diagnosis, the cycle threshold (Ct) values of ORF1ab gene and N gene for the cases infected with SARS-CoV-2 prototype strain were significantly higher than those for the cases with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant infection (Z = 6.089, 6.924, P < 0.001). The proportions of cases aged < 15 years and > 60 years in the variant-caused epidemic were significantly higher than those in the prototype-caused epidemic (χ2 = 33.236, P < 0.001). The incubation period (median [M], 25th percentile [P25], 75th percentile [P75]) for the secondary infections among close contacts was not significantly different between the two epidemics (3 [1,4.75] vs. 3 [2, 5], Z = – 1.54, P = 0.124), with 88.75% and 95.24% of the secondary infections having the incubation period less than 7 days for the prototype- and variant-caused epidemic. The secondary infection rate of close contacts was 1.17% (80/6 833) and 2.78% (145/5 223) and the rate of core close contact was 6.3% (58/920) and 6.23% (111/1782) for the prototype- and variant-caused epidemic. No secondary infection was detected among general close contacts and secondary close contacts and the secondary infection rate was the highest among the contacts living together with confirmed cases, followed by that among those having dinner with the confirmed cases. Totally 11 and 48 clustering epidemics were identified in the two COVID-19 outbreaks caused by SARS-CoV-2 prototype strain and Omicron variant, involving 76.07% and 33.85% of all diagnosed cases during the two outbreaks. ConclusionCompared to SARS-CoV-2 prototype strain, SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant BA.2 exhibits higher infectivity and could result in more asymptomatic infections. The study results should be considered in developing measures on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.

The effects of the viscosity and content of vinyl silicone oil and fireproof fillers with different shape on the cell structure and fire resistance of condensed silicone rubber foam materials were stu-died. The foaming rate and crosslinking rate of silicone rubber foam during the foaming process was characterized by the rubber processing analyzer. At the same time, the effects of the shape of aluminum hydroxide, mica and wollastonite on the fire resistance of silicone rubber foam were also investigated. The results showed when no vinyl silicone oil was added, storage modulus of silicone rubber foam whose cell structure of was mainly closed was lower. The addition of vinyl silicone oil increased the crosslinking rate and storage modulus of silicone rubber foam, and caused easily more open cell structures, and also had an impact on the cell size distribution of silicone rubber foam. The addition of lamellar mica was likely to result in the collapse and rupture of cell. However, the integrity of the cell structure and the ablation surface were well maintained after the flame ablation, and the complete ceramic barrier layer could play a good role in the fire prevention. In the other hand, silicone rubber foam materials with aluminum hydroxide and wollastonite were seriously cracked after the flame ablation.

Objective To investigate factors related to hypertension and their importance degrees in Kazakhs,from Altay city, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with different occupations (citizen, farmer, and nomad) for target hypertension prevention. Methods According to the proportions of three occupation populations, 1 668 Kazakhs aged 30 years or older were selected by random cluster sampling from 2012 to 2013, in Hongdun Town, Altay City, Xinjiang. Hypertension related factors were investigated. We used random forest model to explore the factors related to hypertension and their importance degrees in different occupational groups. Results 1 646 participants were included in this study. We ranked the importance of hypertension related factors by feature importance scores. The top five hypertension related factors were waist circumference,triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), body mass index (BMI), and age for citizen; age, LDL-C, total cholesterol (TC), TG, and waist circumference for farmer. Age, BMI, waist circumference, TC, and LDL-C for nomad (feature importance scores＞0.06). The prediction accuracy of random forest models of hypertension for citizen, farmer, and nomad were 0.82, 0.69, and 0.76, respectively. Conclusions In different occupational groups, obesity and blood lipids were related to hypertension in different degrees, so the target of hypertension prevention should be carried out for different occupational groups. With the process of urbanization, urban residents should be well informed to controlling central obesity.

High-throughput sequencing technology combined with plate colony counting method was used to detect and analyze the microflora of water kefir and its starter water kefir granules. Probiotics were screened from naturally fermented water kefir and water kefir granules, and the selected probiotics were identified by individual and population morphological observation, physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The results showed that lactic acid bacteria were the dominant bacteria in the two samples; whether it is water kefir or water kefir grain, Firmicutes and Proteus are the dominant bacteria, Lactobacillus and Acetobacter are the dominant bacteria, The bacterial diversity and richness of water kefir granules were higher than those of water kefir；A total of 7 strains of lactic acid bacteria with potential probiotics of acid and bile resistant salts were screened, and the identification results were four strains of Lactobacillus fermentum, one strain of Lactobacillus paracasei, one strain of Lactobacillus harbinensis and one strain of Lactobacillus rubrum were identified and named Lactobacillus fermentum cc4、Lactobacillus fermentum cc8、Lactobacillus fermentum cc9、Lactobacillus fermentum cc22、Lactobacillus paracasei cc1、Lactobacillus harbinensis cc5、Lactobacillus satsumensis cc12.

Using Lactobacillus casei,Lactobacillus fermentum,and Saccharomyces cerevisiae to ferment soybean syrup water,the viable lactic acid bacteria and yeast were used as indicators to study the effect of molasses addition,initial pH,inoculation amount,inoculation ratio,culture speed,fermentation temperature and time on the number of viable bacteria in fermentation broth.On the basis of single factor experiment,the response surface method was used to optimize the technological parameters of soybean yellow slurry fermentation.The results showed that the best process parameters were:inoculation amount 6%,inoculation ratio 1∶1∶1,culture speed 120 r/min,culture time 2 days,molasses addition 5.12%,initial pH 6.80,culture temperature 30.97 ℃,under which thenumber of viable lactic acid bacteria in the fermentation broth of soybean yellow jelly was 3.18×109 CFU/mL,and the number of yeast was 4.1×108 CFU/mL.

In order to investigate the effect of thermal aging on the aggregation structure of polypropylene, two kinds of polypropylene insulating materials were prepared by melt blending and grafting modifications, and accelerated thermal aging tests were carried out on each specimen. The structures of the aggregated states before and after thermal aging were characterized by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, and polarizing optical microscopy. The results show that only α-crystals exist in the blended polypropylene before aging, and thermal aging can induce the production of β-crystals, while the α crystals and β crystals coexist in the grafted polypropylene before and after aging, but β crystal content decreases significantly after aging. The crystallization rate of the two polypropylene is significantly higher than that of cross-linked polyethyline (XLPE), in which the grafted polypropylene has obvious heterophase nucleation, its crystal is more perfect and the crystal size distribution is uniform, and the crystallinity is as high as 40.17%. At the same time, grafted polypropylene specimens show better resistance to thermal oxygen aging, and the damage degree of grafted polypropylene specimens is significantly lower than that of blended polypropylene specimens. Objective To study the expression of protein kinase N1 (PKN1) in glioma and its influence on the biological behavior of glioma cells. Methods The expression of PKN1 gene was verified via GEPIA database, and LN229, U87 and A172 gliomas cells were detected by Western blotting. A172 cells were transfected with negative control sequence (siRNA⁃NC group) and PKN1 small interference RNA (siRNA) sequence (siRNA⁃PKN1 group). CCK⁃8 assay, flow cytometry, scratch assay and Transwell assay were applied to detect proliferation, apoptosis rate, migration ability and invasion ability, respectively. Results Analysis of GEPIA database showed that the expression of PKN1 mRNA in glioblastoma tissues (163 cases) was significantly higher than that in nontumorous brain tissues (207 cases, P < 0.05). Western blotting showed that the relative expression of PKN1 protein in A172 cells was higher than that in U87 cells (t = 3.096, P = 0.036) and LN229 cells (t = 8.994, P = 0.000). The proliferation ability of A172 cells in siRNA⁃PKN1 group was lower than that in siRNA⁃NC group at day 3-6 after PKN1 gene was knocked down (t = 3.275, P = 0.031; t = 5.949, P = 0.004; t = 10.430, P = 0.000; t = 6.645, P = 0.003). The scratch healing rate of A172 cells in both groups increased in different degree over time (F = 249.993, P = 0.000). After PKN1 gene was knocked down, both the scratch healing rate (F = 97.811, P = 0.000) and the invasion cells number (t = 5.840, P = 0.004) of A172 cells were lower than that of siRNA ⁃ NC group, while the apoptosis rate of A172 cells was higher than that of siRNA⁃NC group (t = 5.461, P = 0.006). Conclusions The expression of PKN1 mRNA in glioma was higher than that in nontumorous brain tissue, and knockout of PKN1 gene could inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of tumor cells, and induce the apoptosis of tumor cells. Objective To explore the effect of miR-21 on human periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) proliferation and osteogenesis and to provide a theoretical basis for the stem cell treatment of periodontitis.Methods hPDLSCs were isolated and cultured with the enzymatic tissue block method, and surface molecules (CD34, CD45, CD90 and CD105) were detected by flow cytometry. An miR-21 mimics (pre-miR-21) and inhibitor (anti-miR-21) were transfected into hPDLSCs by Lipofectamine 2000. The experiment groups: mimics-NC group, mimics group, inhibitor group, and inhibitor-NC group. The transfection efficiency of miR-21 was determined by qRT-PCR. Proliferation was detected by CCK-8 and flow cytometry. The osteogenic differentiation ability of hPDLSCs was determined by alizarin red staining. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of osteogenic related genes: Runx2.Results The mRNA expression of miR-21in the mimics group was significantly higher than that in the mimics-NC group; additionally, the expression in the inhibitor group was significantly weaker than that in the inhibitor-NC group (P < 0.05). hPDLSCs proliferation and the S phase cell ratio in the mimics group were stronger than those in the mimics-NC group(P < 0.05); those in the inhibitor group were weaker than those in the inhibitor-NC group (P < 0.05). Objective To investigate the effects of Hes1 gene on the proliferation, migration and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Hep1-6. Methods Cell proliferation, cell colony formation, migration and invasion were measured after Hes1 gene were overexpressed in Hep1-6 cells mediated by recombinant adenovirus. Results The clone numbers of Hep1-6 cells infected with Ad-Hes1 were significantly less than the control group infected with Ad-GFP (P < 0.001). Six days after Ad-Hes1 infection, OD450nm of Hep1-6 cells were significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.01). The wound healing rates of Hep1-6 cells infected with Ad-Hes1 at 24h and 48h were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.001). The number of Hep1-6 cells infected with Ad-Hes1 migrating into the lower chamber of Transwell after 48 h of culture was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.001). The number of Hep1-6 cells infected with Ad-Hes1 invading into the lower chamber of Transwell after 48h of culture was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Hes1 could suppress the proliferation, migration and invasion of Hep1-6 cells.

For the inaccuracy of empirical heat loads for spindle thermal simulations,a thermal simulation analysis method onto motorized spindle unit is proposed.Firstly,the fluid-solid-heat coupling simulation model of the motorized spindle unit is established by Ansys Workbench,with the coolant dynamic heat transfer and thermal resistances of bearing inner-spindle shaft and outer rings-bearing housing being considered.Secondly,based on the simulation model,genetic algorithm is used to optimize and correct the heat generation values of spindle motor/beairngs and ambient heat transfer coefficients.The corrected values above are used as thermal loads for thermal simulation modeling of motorized spindle unit.Based on the model,the dynamic relationship between the heat dissipation power of the coolants and the heat generation power of spindle motor/beairngs is studied.Finally,the model accuracy is verified by the spindle temperature testing experiment.The results show that the optimization correction model can effectively improve the temperature field simulation accuracy of the motorized spindle unit,and the spindle structure and the coolant reach the optimal heat-heating balance when the coolant supply temperature is about 2℃ lower than the ambient temperature.

BACKGROUND The low-temperature nitrogen (N2) adsorption-desorption method has been widely used to evaluate the pore structure of shale, however, the different analytical conditions such as degassing temperature and degassing time were reported in the literature. In addition, closure of the hysteresis loop often occurs in the test results, which seriously affects the accuracy of the structural parameters such as pore size distribution. BAOBJECTIVES To evaluate and explore an effective method for measuring pore size distribution in shale, using the black shales from the Department of Chongqing 1 well Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation. METHODS Measurement conditions using low-temperature N2 adsorption method to analyze the shale pore size distribution. The effects of sample weight, degassing temperature, heating rate, and degassing time on the analytical results were systematically discussed. A reliable measurement method of pore size distribution is established by further optimizing the parameters, which has been successfully used in the determination of other shale samples. RESULTS The results show that the isothermal adsorption-desorption curves of the samples are inverse C type, which belong to the V type of BDDT isotherm adsorption curve proposed by Brunauer et al. The hysteresis loops belong to the H4 type in the IUPAC classification, which corresponds to the narrow slit-like pores, indicating that there are a large number of micropores in the shale, in addition to the mesopores with a peak pore size concentrating at 3.5-4.5 nm and a certain number of macropores. CONCLUSIONS Degassing temperature is the main factor affecting the analytical results. This study complements the exploration on the testing method of pore size distribution in shale and provides the key parameters for further study of shale gas in China.

High-density coating with FeSiB amorphous ribbons as cladding materials on the surface of mild steel was fabricated by laser cladding. The effect of different pulse widths on formability, microstructure and microhardness of the coatings was analyzed by optical microscope(OM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and microhardness tester. The results show that with the increase of the pulse width, the coating dilute rate rises; the tendency of crack increases and the crack originates from surface to the interface; the degree of crystallization increases and crystallization phases are α-Fe, Fe2B and Fe3Si, fusion zone width increases and the trend of columnar crystals along the epitaxial growth becomes bigger and bigger; the microhardness firstly increases and then decreases. When pulse width is 3.2ms, the structure of the coating is compact, no hole defects, the interface exhibits a good metallurgical combination and the dilute rate is low about 23.2%. Average microhardness of the coating reaches 1192HV, which is about 10 times as much as the substrate.

In order to increase the burning rate and decrease the sensitivities of composite modified double-base(CMDB)propellant, supersonic jet milling technology was used to in-situ dispersion of nano catalysts(nano copper chromite and nano cadmium oxide)on the surface of ultrafine ammonium perchlorate(AP)to prepare nano-catalytic materials/ultrafine AP composites for using in high burning rate CMDB propellant with GATo. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test, mechanical sensitivity test and the electrostatic spark sensitivity tests were used to analyze the nano catalytic materials/ultrafine AP composites. The combustion performance, mechanical performance, mechanical sensitivity and stability of GATo propellant containing nano catalytic materials/ultrafine AP composites were also studied. The results show that with the help of the supersonic jet pulverization force field, while the ultrafine AP was achieved, the nano catalytic materials were uniformly in situ dispersed on its surface, which not only increased the thermal decomposition rate of the ultrafine AP, but also reduced the mechanical sensitivity of ultrafine AP. Compared with the blank GATo propellant, the burning rate of GATo propellants containing nano catalytic materials/ultrafine AP composites increased from 55mm/s to 70.27mm/s(20°C, 10MPa), the mechanical properties and stability were basically maintained, the friction sensitivity was reduced from 95% to 80%, and the impact sensitivity characteristic drop height value was increased from 13.9cm to 14.7cm, achieving an effective balance between high burning rate and low sensitivity of CMDB propellant. Objective To investigate the difference in the therapeutic effect of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) or cyclophosphamide (CTX) in children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis (HSPN) of different age groups. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 135 children with HSPN who were treated with MMF or CTX in the Department of Nephrology, Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics, from October 2018 to October 2020. According to the immunosuppressant used, they were divided into two groups: MMF group and CTX group, and according to the age, each group was further divided into two subgroups: ≤ 12 years and >12 years, producing four groups, i.e, the ≤ 12 years MMF subgroup (n=30), the >12 years MMF subgroup (n=15), the ≤ 12 years CTX subgroup (n=71), and the >12 years CTX subgroup (n=19). All children were followed up for at least 12 months, and the above groups were compared in terms of clinical outcomes and the incidence rate of adverse reactions. Results There was no significant difference in the complete response rate between the MMF group and the CTX group after 3, 6, and 12 months of treatment (P>0.05). There were no significant difference in the complete response rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the >12 years MMF subgroup and the í 12 years MMF subgroup at 3, 6, and 12 months of treatment (P>0.05). The >12 years CTX subgroup had a significantly lower complete response rate than the ≤ 12 years CTX subgroup at 6 and 12 months of treatment (P<0.05). The >12 years CTX subgroup had a significantly higher incidence rate of adverse reactions than the >12 years MMF subgroup (P<0.05). Conclusions The efficacy and adverse reactions of MMF arc not associated with age, but the efficacy of CTX is affected by age, with a higher incidence rate of adverse reactions. The corrosion behavior of X65 carbon steel under different deposits in CO2 saturated formation water was studied by weight loss measurements, electrochemical measurements, wire beam electrode and microscopic analysis. The results show that the corrosion rate of the steel slightly decreases by being covered with sand, clay or ferrous carbonate. However, covered with ferrous sulfide, elemental sulfur or mixture, the corrosion rate obviously accelerates, especially in the specimen covered with elemental sulfur. The corrosion rate of the specimen covered with mixture deposits also significantly increases, in which elemental sulfur plays a dominant role. The significant increase in corrosion rate of the specimen covered with elemental sulfur is attributed to the self-catalytic action of elemental sulfur on the cathodic reaction of steel corrosion. The current and potential distributions of wire beam electrodes indicate that the potentials of the electrodes covered with mixture deposits are more positive than those without deposits. During the corrosion, severe localized corrosion occurs on the electrodes under mixture deposits. The current and potential maps of wire beam electrodes can effectively reflect the localized corrosion behavior of the steel under deposits due to the change of local environment.

This paper introduces the conventional treatment methods of agriculture wastewater, including chemical methods and biological methods. These methods have problems of low efficiency, secondary pollution and high cost. Based on the significant advantages of microalgae purification of wastewater that can achieve pollutant removal and wastewater resource utilization, the current research status of microalgae purification of agriculture wastewater is described, and the problems of microalgae purification of agriculture wastewater are presented with respect to the current research. In view of these problems, suggestions are given to solve the problems of microalgae purification of agriculture wastewater, which provide a reference for the future use of microalgae to purify agriculture wastewater. Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) are a kind of multipotent stem cells which are isolated from the adipose tissue. They can induce the differentiation of osteoblasts under certain treatment, and are important in the repair of osseous tissue. Research has found that ADMSCs can induce the differentiation of MSCs in the direction of osteogenesis by secreting cytokines and extracellular vesicles and activating GF-β/BMPs, Wnt and other signaling pathways. Research has also found that applying ADMSCs and their extracellular vesicles to the clinical treatment of osteoporosis has low extraction cost, high safety and good application prospect, compared with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. Objective To study the expression of protein kinase N1 (PKN1) in glioma and its influence on the biological behavior of glioma cells. Methods The expression of PKN1 gene was verified via GEPIA database, and LN229, U87 and A172 gliomas cells were detected by Western blotting. A172 cells were transfected with negative control sequence (siRNA-NC group) and PKN1 small interference RNA (siRNA) sequence (siRNA-PKN1 group). CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry, scratch assay and Transwell assay were applied to detect proliferation, apoptosis rate, migration ability and invasion ability, respectively. Results Analysis of GEPIA database showed that the expression of PKN1 mRNA in glioblastoma tissues (163 cases) was significantly higher than that in nontumorous brain tissues (207 cases, P < 0.05). Western blotting showed that the relative expression of PKN1 protein in A172 cells was higher than that in U87 cells (t = 3.096, P = 0.036) and LN229 cells (t = 8.994, P = 0.000). The proliferation ability of A172 cells in siRNA-PKN1 group was lower than that in siRNA-NC group at day 3-6 after PKN1 gene was knocked down (t = 3.275, P = 0.031; t = 5.949, P = 0.004; t = 10.430, P = 0.000; t = 6.645, P = 0.003). The scratch healing rate of A172 cells in both groups increased in different degree over time (F = 249.993, P = 0.000). After PKN1 gene was knocked down, both the scratch healing rate (F = 97.811, P = 0.000) and the invasion cells number (t = 5.840, P = 0.004) of A172 cells were lower than that of siRNA - NC group, while the The expression of PKN1 mRNA in glioma was higher than that in nontumorous brain tissue, and knockout of PKN1 gene could inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of tumor cells, and induce the apoptosis of tumor cells. Pharmacogenomics is an emerging tool to improve the efficacy and safety of drug treatment through the DNA analysis in the genes related to drug concentrations (pharmacokinetics) and drug actions (pharmacodynamics). Clinicians need to integrate the genomic data in their benefit-risk assessment and then provide the right drug to the right patient at the right time. This tool can help to prevent an ineffective treatment, select right dose and reduce adverse drug reactions that are common in the current practice under the trial-observation-adjustment model. Pharmacogenomics may have extensive impacts on unique paediatric patients to enhance a better relationship between medical professionals and affected children or their guardians and to improve the drug compliance. Clinicians should embrace the advancements in pharmacogenomics and actively participate in clinical research to identify the ancestor-related alleles and develop the population-specific gene panel. Because it has both a large number of species and a wide distribution of locusts, and also suffers serious cross-border invasions of locusts from neighboring countries, Xinjiang is the most prominent, and typical, locust plague area in China. This paper summarizes advances in theoretical research on early warning methods for, and integrated management of, locusts in Xinjiang over the past decade, and reviews recent research on cross-border migration and radar monitoring. In addition, theoretical and empirical studies on the insect migration zone in Central Asia, the establishment of regional pest monitoring, construction of a forewarning network platform and biological control technology are discussed in detail. We hope this information provides a scientific basis and technical support for the control of locusts in Xinjiang and for monitoring migratory pests on China's northwestern border. In order to obtain tiny deformation law in thickness alluvium, this paper analyzed the deformation in thickness alluvium under the condition of mining in No.7267 coal mining face of Yaoqiao Coal Mine, and analyzed the mechanism for the engineering phenomenon. The results showed that the deformation in thickness alluvium had random varying characteristic and topped out at 3.65 mm in the horizontal direction; the deformation in thickness alluvium was in a compressed state as a whole and topped out at 18.67 mm in the vertical direction, the bottom aquifer hydrophobic compression and aquiclude water-swelling, less affected on the ground depression. The stress redistribution and random medium rearrangement caused horizontal movement of layers. The compression of aquifer was mainly caused by hydrophobicity in strata, which made the effective stress increased and the expansion of aquiclude was mainly caused by hydrating swelling of clay layers. This research follows the chain reaction logic of "trade policy-economic behavior-environmental impact" to make a quantitative analysis of the environmental and economic impacts of the "reduction or elimination of export tax rebates" both in one single polluting industry (e. g. , iron and steel) and in all polluting industries. The framework is based on a computable general equilibrium model. The simulations suggest that the reduction or elimination of export tax rebates can to some extent improve the environmental performance of the overall economic system. To be specific, this policy, when ex erted on a single polluting industry, cannot improve the general environmental performance of the economy due to "pollution leakage" effects caused by production factors flowing to other polluting industries; but when exerted on all the polluting industries, such "pollution leakage" can indeed be avoided. The study also indicates that the trade policy instruments aimed at environmental protection and improvement are not directly targeted on pollution emission, which will make the optimal allocation of resources according to economic rather than environmental optimization. To sum up, to protect the environment effectively, the "reduction or elimination of export tax rebates" should cover all polluting industries, but such indirect adjustment stilI could not directly replace the role of policy instruments, such as environmental taxes, for environmental protection. The cadmium-induced acute renal injury and the protection of renal injury with quercetin were researched experimentally. Male wistar rats were randomly assigned into three groups, and respectively received injection of 0.9% saline for control group, injection of CdCl2, for cadmium group and CdCl2injection + gavage of quercetin for quercetin group. Then renal damage criterions were determined: urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), urine N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase (NAG), γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) and urine metallothionein (UMT). The result showed that renal damage criterions significantly increased in cadmium group compared with those in control group; compared with cadmium group, renal damage criterions significantly decreased in quercetin group and gradually recovered with more quercetin used. The result indicates that cadmium can lead to renal injury, and quercetin has the effect of protection on cadmium-induced renal injury and the protection is time-dependent. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
