The Research-oriented Laboratories in Universities are not only bases of Scientific and technological innovation but also the important guarantee of training advanced talents. Therefore, it is vital to explore the innovation on the management of research-oriented laboratories. In combination with the actual experiences, this paper elaborated exploration of laboratory management from the following aspects: paying attention to laboratory culture construction, improving the system of laboratory construction, ensuring the laboratory safety management, strengthening the laboratory asset management, intensifying the service consciousness and improving the management level.
