Objective To analyze the infectious indicators, HBV s gene mutations and changes in bioinformatics characteristics of HBV DNA+ /HBsAg- blood donor. Methods A sample of HBV DNA+ /HBsAg- was screened by PCR method, and HBsAg/HBsAb/HBeAg/HBeAb/HBcAb of HBV in the sample were detected by ELISA and chemiluminescence methods. The mutation of the HBVs gene fragment in the sample was sequenced and analyzed, and the bioinformatics analysis was performed using analysis software. Results The sample showed HBV DNA+, HBsAg-, HBsAb+, HBeAg+, HBeAb- and HBcAb+, with an amino acid unit point mutation (P151L) occurred in the HBV s gene, and the spatial structure changed. Conclusion The spatial structural changes in the gene sequence of HBVs may be the reason for the appearance of serological HBsAg-/HBsAb+ /HBV DNA+ in the test results.

The heart and brain are important organs of human body, which are closely related in genetic, structural and functional aspects. It is of great significance to elucidate the correlation between heart and brain and its mechanism for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This paper reviews the genetic, structural and functional correlations between heart and brain, and discusses mechanisms of correlations from the perspective of common clinical heart diseases and brain diseases, so as to provide theoretical basis for the research and treatment of brain and heart comorbidity.

Land subsidence has become a serious issue in Cangzhou for a long time. In order to make reasonable use of groundwater resources, it is necessary to establish a warning groundwater level under the premise of controlling the development of land subsidence. How to quantitatively determine the critical gorundwater level (CWL) for comprehensive control of land subsidence? In allusion to this scientific problem, this paper takes the soil samples of three typical settlement areas in Cangzhou as the research object, and analyzes the formation consolidation characteristics. By correlating the stratum thickness, we improve the method of calculating the CWL with the previous consolidation pressure. Based on the monitoring data of land subsidence and groundwater level in Cangzhou for many years, the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the CWL in Cangzhou are carried out. The results show that the soil within a depth ranging from 0 to 150 m in Cangzhou is normally consolidated or under-consolidated, and the soil below the depth of 150 m is generally over-consolidated. The inelastic water release deformation is an important factor affecting the change of land subsidence rate in this area. Using the improved method, the CWL in Cangzhou, Suning and Dongguang is 66.8 m, 67.5 m and 67.8 m, respectively. Based on the data of the cumulative land subsidence and groundwater level change in the urban of Cangzhou, we obtain the exponential function relationship between the cumulative land subsidence and groundwater level. The subsidence rate is taken as the index, and the critical groundwater level in the urban of Cangzhou ranges from 65 to 70 m. On the basis of verifying the consistency of the calculation results of the two methods, we determined 65 m as the critical groundwater level for the prevention and control measures of land subsidence in Cangzhou. The results provide a reliable basis for the local government to formulate a reasonable groundwater exploitation plan.

Since the 1980s, the international community has paid more attention to sustainable fisheries and the marine ecological environment. Many global and regional fishery organizations have been established, relevant conventions and agreements have been formulated and signed, and the management of marine fishing operations has been strengthened. China has made great progress in the field of marine fishery. The paper innovatively used OECD data to compare the international marine fishery governance capabilities. With the help of cluster analysis method, the marine fishery governance capacity of each country was classified, and it was found that the situation of China was relatively close to that of Brazil, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries, but it was quite different from that of the United States, South Korea and other countries. With the help of factor analysis, the marine fishery governance capabilities of countries were ranked, and it was concluded that China ranked 32rd among these 49 countries, which was in the middle of the middle. Finally, based on the research results of international comparison, the countermeasures were proposed, hoping to improve China's marine fishery supervision ability.

The North China Plain (NCP) has the greatest area of severe land subsidence, accounting for more than 80% of the total area of severe land subsidence in China. The situation of prevention and control of land subsidence is urgent. Targeted researches are needed to carry out to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of land subsidence. A relatively complete land subsidence monitoring network is established in the NCP, and the current status and evolution of land subsidence are basically grasped. However, due to the limitation of the complex influencing factors and large variation in time and space of aquifer systems, the researches on groundwater-derived deformation characteristics and mechanism of soil layers are relatively weak so far, restricting the scientific evaluation of the development trend of land subsidence and its forecast and early warning. Based on summarizing the research progress of land subsidence at home and abroad, and analysing the current situation and development trend of land subsidence in the NCP with monitoring data of high temporal and spatial resolutions, the research directions of land subsidence under the influence of groundwater level changes are proposed. The land subsidence in the NCP was alleviated, and was effectively controlled in the downtown areas of the major cities such as Tianjin, Cangzhou and Hengshui. However, on the whole, the land subsidence in the NCP, especially in the Hebei Plain, is still in a relatively rapid development stage, because the exploitation of groundwater in the agricultural irrigation areas cannot be effectively controlled. Future researches on land subsidence in the NCP should focus on the land subsidence mechanisms and prediction and early warning, the law of soil deformation driven by groundwater level rise and its impact on the environment, the attributes of groundwater resources in the subsidence areas, and the relationship between geothermal development and land subsidence.

In the era of globalized geo-economics, international big channel are changing the way geo-economic elements flow across borders, expanding cooperation spaces such as ports and border-free trade zones to more distant inland areas and shaping new ways of cross-border geo-economic cooperation. As an international land and sea channel connecting China and Myanmar, the China-Myanmar Indian Ocean New Channel (hereinafter "the Channel") is of great importance for promoting geo-economic cooperation between the two countries and the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. However, owing to various obstacles in geo-economic cooperation, the geo-economic effect of the Channel has not been effectively brought into play. In this study, the obstacles to geo-economic cooperation in the Channel and its collaborative mechanisms were analyzed to provide important scientific and technological support for enhancing its geo-economic effects and strengthening geo-economic cooperation between China and Myanmar. The natural geography of the region with its high mountains and deep valleys and the frequently occurring natural disasters are natural obstacles that limit the geo-economic effect of the Channel. Moreover, the difference in economic development between China and Myanmar is not conducive to the deepening of geo-economic cooperation in the Channel. Complex armed conflicts have disrupted the construction of the Channel and China's investment in its route, and the potential intervention of India and the United States will become an added constraint on its further development. Furthermore, the multiple stakeholders game in the construction of the Channel may bring geo-risks. Contrary to preconceived notions, geo-economic cooperation in the Channel is not a strategy for regional control, but rather to create an international trade corridor deeply related to transportation logistics, supply chains, industrial chains and value chains. To promote geo-economic cooperation in the Channel, its construction should be based on a multi-level collaborative mechanism for geo-economic cooperation. At the national level, the docking of development strategies between China and Myanmar should be strengthened by promoting integration of the Channel into the Belt and Road Initiative, strengthening the docking of China-Myanmar policy communication mechanisms, and formulating a long-term development strategy plan for the Channel. At the channel level, the geo-economic effect of the Channel should be upgraded by promoting the linkage of internal and external infrastructures, strengthening geo-economic element cross-border flow and industrial cooperation, and deepening economic and trade cooperation with Myanmar and the Indian Ocean region. At the stakeholder level, a consultation mechanism involving multi-stakeholder participation should be established by strengthening the docking of multi-stakeholder interests, coordinating the mechanism of China-Myanmar port docking, and creating a three-dimensional risk prevention mechanism for the Channel.

Soil acidification is an important factor leading to poor growth and root rot disease of Panax notoginseng in the understorey of forests. In this study, different amounts of quicklime (0, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 kg · hm-2) were amended into acid soil under forest. We evaluated the effect of quikelime addition on soil chemical properties, phenols, rhizosphere microorganisms and growth of P. notoginseng. The results showed that an appropriate amount of quicklime addition (500-1000 k g· hm-2) could significantly increase soil pH, decrease the content of phenols (p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillin, syringic acid, ferulic acid and vanillic acid), promote P. notoginseng growth, and reduce the incidence of root rot disease. An appropriate amount of quicklime (500-1000 kg · hm-2) could significantly reduce the fungi; bacteria ratio, increase bacteria diversity, and increase the relative abundance of Ascomycota and Proteobacteria as well as Massilia and Sphingomonas. However, excessive quicklime addition (1500-2000 kg · hm-2) could reduce the content of available nitrogen and organic matter, and inhibit P. notoginseng growth. Therefore, 500-1000 k g· hm-2 of quicklime amendment could improve the chemical properties and microbial community of acid soil under forest, thereby promoting P. notoginseng growth, and reducing the incidence of root rot disease. IEEE standards of energy loss measurement method for overhead conductors suggest minimizing the influence of ferromagnetic substances on energy loss measurement of conductors and averting their interference in energy loss measurement of electric power fittings. Finite element simulation was used to estimate and by test verify the influence of through-flow capacities， external ferromagnetic substances and conductor spaces on energy loss measurement of electric power fittings. The results show that the external ferromagnetic substances can give rise to increase in the measured energy loss of electric power fittings； with the rise of conductor current， the ferromagnetic substances can pose a more significant influence on energy loss measurement of the fittings； during energy loss measurement test of line fittings， there should be no ferromagnetic substance within 500 millimeters of conductors. The research discovery helps mitigate the interference of ferromagnetic substances to energy loss measurement results of electric power fittings.

In order to better reveal and characterize the damage degrees and damage space forms of gassy coal rock in construction, the expression of failure approach index of gassy coal rock is deduced based on the theory of failure approach index of surrounding rock, and the uniaxial compression experiment of gassy coal rock model is carried out. Meanwhile, the three-dimensional reconstruction of uniaxial failure approach index is studied and the three-dimensional shape of the damaged space is obtained. The results show that the failure approach index of gassy coal rock quantitatively reveals the three-dimensional stress concentration degree of elastic zone and the damage degree and evolution law of damage zone. At the same time, the 3D reconstruction technology intuitively shows the damage spatial form of gas bearing coal and rock mass, which can provide a basis for the dynamic optimization of gas bearing coal and rock mass engineering design and construction scheme.

In the aftermath of power disturbance in power grid with high-penetration renewable integration， the frequency response trajectory is more likely to present large frequency deviation and high rate of change， which leads to a significant effect on frequency protection action. In order to accurately predict the frequency response characteristics of the system under the strong random operation mode， this paper uses the fast kernel learning algorithm based on the pseudo-inverse of the kernel matrix and integrates the key feature quantities obtained from the common mode frequency analysis to propose a frequency risk assessment method for power grid with high-penetration renewable integration. This method uses a set of mutually independent sample data to directly construct the regular term function through the pseudo-inverse operation of the kernel matrix， avoiding the convergence problems caused by the iterative solution of general machine learning algorithms without reducing the generalization ability of the learning results. The analysis of an example in the IEEE 39-node system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This study aims to explore the impact assessment method of geologic engineering activities on the habitat quality of small watershed. This paper utilized remote sensing technology to fetch the land-use change information of the Guobayan Mineral District, a key project in the Baoxing River Basin, and also quantitatively assess the habitat quality there by InVEST model. The assessment results show that from 2000 to 2020:In the Guobayan Mineral District, the land use types mainly changed from woodland to bare land, and the proportion of woodland area decreased by 15.11%, while that of bare land increased by 12.30%;The habitat quality index decreased from 0.9234 to 0.8618, the standard deviation increased from 0.2389 to 0.3134, and the proportion of low-grade area of habitat quality increased by 4.84%, suggesting an slight overall decrease. The proportion of areas with strong habitat degradation increased by 3.40%, and the habitat degradation index increased from 0.0113 to 0.0159, indicating a slight degradation. In conclusion, although the habitat quality of small watershed could be disturbed by human activities, the impact on the environment can be controlled at a very low level through appropriate mining methods, scientific optimization of land-use pattern and effective ecological restoration.

Electrode binder is an essential part to maintain the integrity of electrode, and it is very important to improve the specific capacity and cycle stability of the battery. Polyacrylic acid (PAA) is widely used as the binder of anode or cathode in the lithium batteries because it contains more polar functional groups and can be dissolved in water. Due to possessing a lot of polar groups, PAA binder has better adhesion. But the hydrogen bond formed between the molecular chains by polar groups makes the PAA molecular chain more rigid, which is not conducive to maintaining the integrity of the electrodes during charging and discharging. It indicates that controlling the number of PAA functional groups and changing the type of functional groups/molecular chain structure of PAA binder have a great influence on the improvement of battery performance. The effect of PAA binder on electrochemical performance of lithium battery in recent years was reviewed in this paper, focusing on the structural characteristics, modification and application methods and their effects on the initial coulombic efficiency, cycling stability and impedance of different lithium batteries. Perspectives on the future of modified PAA binder were reviewed. The effects on the performance of the binder were explored after introducing different structures such as elastic or conductive groups. Improving the interface performance is to be suitable for cathode and anode with different active materials, and to improve the lithium ion diffusion coefficient. Then the performance of lithium battery is also enhanced.

Chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR⁃T) is a kind of genetically engineered T cells that can express tumor⁃associated antigen (TAA) specific receptors on its surface. The modified T cells can be used for cancer therapy by targeting its specific receptor and killing tumor cells with its cytotoxicity. CAR⁃T has been successfully applied to treat many kind of hematological malignancies. Recent clinical studies have reported CAR⁃T cell therapy to glioblastoma. However, it can affect the enrichment and function of T cells in glioblastoma. BackgroundSolid oxide cell (SOC) is the core converter for hydrogen production by high temperature electrolysis of water vapor and hydrogen fuel utilization.PurposeThis study aims to develope two kinds of aqueous casting pastes of NiO-YSZ with different components for the batch preparation of SOC without the usage of a large number of organic solvents.MethodsA 10 cm×10 cm large-scale full-scale cell was prepared by screen printing the hydrogen electrode functional layer, electrolyte layer, barrier layer and oxygen electrode layer with NiO-YSZ support film at one time casting of about 450 μm. The effect of dispersant on the microstructure of hydrogen electrode support and the stability of the pastes were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The performance of the SOCs were tested by I-V curve and electrochemical impedance.ResultsBased on the optimized NiO-YSZ supports, the prepared planar SOCs delivers a peak power density of 0.36 W·cm-2 at 750 ℃. The electrolysis current density of SOC can reach -0.68 A·cm-2 at 1.30 V in solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) model.ConclusionsThe performances of the aqueous-based SOCs can be considered highly remarkable, thus supporting the success in scaling the fabrication of SOCs using more environ-mentally friendly processes than conventional ones.

To improve riding comfort of vehicles, modeling and force tracking control for an active suspension system was presented. The controller structure of active suspension system was divided into two loops; outer loop and inner loop. The outer loop calculated the optimal force depending on the states of vehicle model and the road disturbances. The inner loop was used to keep the actual force which was generated by the actuator to close the target force. A linear actuator model was established and the error of tracking was controlled by the PI algorithm, LQG technique was used to generate the target force. The performance of force tracking shows significant improvement in body acceleration as compared to the passive suspension system and being able to track the target force well. The paper proposes a finegrain datalevel parallel algorithm for Riesz space fractional diffusion equation with explicit finite difference method and implements it with CUDA parallel programming model on GPU. The details of basic CUDA kernels for these operations and optimization of the production of grid points are described. The experimental results show that the parallel algorithm compares well with the exact analytic solution and runs more than four times faster on NVIDIA Quadro FX 5800 GPU than the parallel CPU solution on multi-core Intel Xeon E5540 CPU. Due to their unique position in the organization, frontline employees perform three types of boundary- spanning behaviors service supply, external representative and internal influence, which can significantly upgrade their organizational performance. Previous studies have confirmed that psychological ownership for the organization has positive relation with extra-role behavior of employees. However, boundary-spanning behaviors include not only extra-role behavior, but also in-role behavior, which are best tailored to the unique settings of service organizations. Therefore, it is of important theoretical and practical significance to testing the relationship between psychological ownership and boundary-spanning behaviors. Based on the data from the study of frontline staff, the paper finds that organizational psychological ownership has direct and indirect impact on external representative and internal influence, while organizational psychological ownership has indirect impact on service supply. This conclusion reminds hospitality industry to cultivate and upgrade the organizational psychological ownership of frontline service employees and thus enhance their boundary-spanning behaviors and organizational competitiveness. PURPOSE: To evaluate the distribution of biomechanical stress on the craniofacial skeleton for bilateral maxillectomy reconstruction by using the vascularized fibula graft and zygoma implants,in order to provide theoretical references for restoration of maxillary defects. METHODS: Based on digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) data and the image process technology, a modularized geometrical and finite element model of the human skull was built to simulate the bilateral defect pattern of the maxilla. Biomechanical properties of the zygomatic implants and the connected implants were evaluated by using finite element analysis (FEA) method. RESULTS: The deformation tendency of the zygomatic implants was identical and the displacement of bending was not noticeable. The displacement of the zygoma fixture near the zygoma was close to zero. The neck of the zygoma fixture on the fibula bone and on the zygoma bored the largest stress, while the rest of the peri-implant bones bored a lower stress. CONCLUSIONS: Stress from occlusal forces is mainly supported by the zygomatic bone and the fibular bone. The occlusal force is effectively transmitted and the stress distribution of the peri-implant bone of such reconstruction protocol is reliable. Reconstitution of the buttresses system ensures a stable support for occlusion and stress. This is a safe and effective method to optimize bilateral maxilla rehabilitation. PURPOSE: To analyze the characteristics of articles, citation in China Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (CJOMS) between 2003 and 2007, and providing some references for its future development. METHODS: By using literature metrology, 5 volumes and 24 issues of China Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from 2003 to 2007 were analyzed. The type and number of articles, the ratio of grant-supported paper, the professional and educational background of the first authors, the authors' institutions and cooperation rate, the language amount and published time of citations were closed recorded and subject to statistical analysis. RESULTS: The total number of articles published from 2003 to 2007 in China Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was 460, the average grant-supported paper ratio was 0.378, 94.3% articles had more than one authors, and the average paper author cooperating degree was 4.38. The authors distributed in 26 provinces and 409 articles (88.91%) were from the top 10 institutions. There are 14 first authors whose number of published articles were above 4, 66 articles totally (14.35%). Authors with middle and high professional positions accounted for 80.87% , with the degree above master accounted for 80.65%. The total number of citations were 5309, the citation rate was 98.91%, 11.54 in each article in average, 73.50% of the citations was in foreign language and the Price index was 51.80%. CONCLUSIONS: China Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is an excellent academic journal of high quality, with strong influence and is one of the most important sources on oral and maxillofacial surgery. The roll-angle of test model often needs to be changed automatically in wind tunnel,and then a roll supporting system is needed. Considering that the model of trans-super-sonic wind tunnel bears impulsive loads,and its supporting device profile is defined strictly,a new type of auto-roll supporting device is proposed. A servo-motor and a harmonic reducer,whose dimensions meet the size requirements of the roll supporting device,are chosen as the drive source and the high-speed transmission mechanism respectively. At the same time,a electro-magnetic brake is used to lock turning model. The planetary gear train which can hold and drive the rotating model is chosen as the last stage link. The structure and suitable machining process of the planetary gears train are analyzed and designed. Calculation results show that the shell and solar gear have enough mechanical strength. The running and loading experiments are performed and the results show the roll supporting device with control system can be used as test device of trans-super-sonic wind tunnel.

This paper derived new illumination-affine invariant features that is based on affine moment normalization techniqes, Zernike moments and multiband correlation functions. Affine moment invariants were obtained by the normalization method, while illumination invariants were obtained by the combined moment method and singular value decomposition method. Complex valued moments (i. e., Zernike moments) are necessary to be used in the derivation of illumination invariants where the real valued moment a{fine invariants fails to reach the task of affine invariants that are independent of illumination changes. The volatile content in nitrile rubber was measured by halogen moisture meter and compared with the results obtained by the hot-roll method. The influence of different measurement conditions on the measured results of the halogen moisture meter was investigated. The results showed that using the halogen moisture meter, the volatile content in nitrile rubber raw rubber could be measured by both the preset drying time method and preset mass loss method. Under suitable conditions such as sample mass of 3 g, drying temperature of 110 ℃, preset heating time of 8 min, or preset mass loss of 1/140 mg/s, the measured results were consistent with the hot-roll method. This method reduced measure time, was easy to operate, and could be used to guide quickly actual production.

2-花生四烯酸单甘酯（2-AG）是一种内源性大麻素，在神经、心血管和免疫等系统中具有一系列的生理活性。为实现2-AG的绿色高效制备，探究了脂肪酶催化醇解富含花生四烯酸的微生物油制备2-AG的方法。以2-单甘酯（2-MAG）含量为指标，通过单因素实验对酶法催化醇解反应条件进行了优化，并采用溶剂萃取法对产物进行纯化。结果表明：最佳反应条件为以Lipozyme 435脂肪酶为醇解脂肪酶、酶添加量4%（以油质量计）、油与无水乙醇物质的量比1∶ 40、叔丁醇为溶剂、油溶比2∶ 3、反应温度35 ℃、反应时间8 h，在最佳条件下粗产物中2-MAG含量为3363%；经溶剂萃取纯化后2-MAG的纯度达到了94.79%，其中2-AG含量为40.70%。 综上，酶法醇解富含花生四烯酸的微生物油可以获得高2-AG含量的2-MAG。2-Arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) is an endogenous cannabinoid and exhibits a variety of biological activities in the central nervous, cardiovascular, and immune systems. To prepare 2-AG in a greener and efficient way, a lipase-catalyzed alcoholysis of microbial oil rich in arachidonic acid was used to synthesize 2-AG. With the 2-monoacylglycerol (2-MAG) content as an index, the reaction conditions of lipase-catalyzed alcoholysis were optimized by single factor experiment, and a solvent extraction method was employed to purify the product. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions of lipase-catalyzed alcoholysis were as follows: Lipozyme 435 as alcoholysis enzyme, lipase dosage 4% (relative to oil mass), molar ratio of oil to anhydrous ethanol 1∶ 40, tert-butanol as solvent, ratio of oil to solvent 2∶ 3, reaction temperature 35 ℃ and reaction time 8 h. Under the optimal conditions, 2-MAG content in the crude product was up to 33.63%. The purity of 2-MAG after purification was up to 9479%, and the content of 2-AG was 40.70%. In conclusion, enzymatic alcoholysis of microbial oil rich in arachidonic acid can obtain 2-MAG with high 2-AG content.

Recently, targeted therapy has become the standard of care for advanced thyroid cancer. Although expert consensus on the management of adverse events in patients receiving targeted agents for radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (RAIR-DTC) was formulated by Thyroid Cancer Committee of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology in 2018, the tumor types which are eligible for targeted therapy have been extended to medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) and anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC), and targeted agents have been approved from multikinase inhibitors (MKIs) to BRAF inhibitors, MEK inhibitors, RET inhibitors and TRK inhibitors. Along with the widely used targeted agents with different mechanism, the management of adverse events for targeted agents needs to be standardized and improved, especially considering the specialties of the physicians who are involved in the targeted therapy for thyroid cancer are variable. Therefore, Thyroid Cancer Committee of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology convened an expert task force charged with developing consensus to serves as a guidance to standardize utilization of targeted agents and to optimize clinical practice.

With the rise of use requirements, carrier-borne aircraft missile is facing the problem of long-term use under the blend of storage on land and on-board duty tasks. Taking the electrical assembly device of carrier-borne aircraft missile as the research object, the environmental characteristics of electrical assembly device of carrier-borne aircraft missile in the use process is analyzed, the accelerated model of assembly device under combined stress is established, the section of accelerated life test based on use process is designed, and the corresponding method of accelerated life test is proposed. Taking an inertial navigation module as an example, the use process is accelerated and verified, and the performance degradation of the equipment is successfully stimulated, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Physical-informed neural networks (PINN) are a class of neural networks used to solve supervised learning tasks.They not only try to follow the distribution law of the training data, but also follow the physical laws described by partial diffe-rential equations.Compared with pure data-driven neural networks, PINN imposes physical information constraints during the training process, so that more generalized models can be acquired with fewer training data.In recent years, PINN has gradually become a research hotspot in the interdisciplinary field of machine learning and computational mathematics, and has obtained relatively in-depth research in both theory and application, and has made considerable progress.However, due to the unique network structure of PINN, there are some problems such as slow training or even non-convergence and low precision in practical application.On the basis of summarizing the current research of PINN, this paper explores the network/system design and its application in many fields such as fluid mechanics, and looks forward to the further research directions.

In order to study the relationship between the depth of the weak layer and the stability of the soft rock slope, take a soft rock slope open-pit coal mine in Inner Mongolia as an example, based on engineering geological survey results and preliminary design, we determine the physical and mechanical indexes of rock and soil and establish a typical engineering geological model. According to typical engineering geological models, limit equilibrium theory is used to analyze the relationship between the depth of weak layers and the stability of soft rock slopes. The results show that if there is a weak layer of mudstone under the 10th coal floor of the mine, when the weak layer is located 20 m below the floor mudstone, it will have the greatest impact on the stability of the slope. Based on the research results, a weak layer survey plan and underground rock movement monitoring program are proposed.

Disorders of lipid metabolism are closely related to the metabolic diseases such as obesity. Autophagy is the main process of host cells to clear and degrade cellular contents. Different autophagy types play different roles in processing lipids and interact with traditional lipase-mediated lipolysis pathways. Autophagy also plays an important role in regulating adipocyte differentiation. Mitophagy is a form of selective autophagy that can regulate the differentiation of adipocytes and maintain the balance of beige adipocytes, which can provide new ideas of targeted therapy to the prevention of obesity and other metabolic diseases.

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and maternal and fetal prognosis of pregnant women with acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP). Methods: The clinical data of 86 AFLP pregnant women admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from September 2017 to August 2022 were collected, and their general data, clinical characteristics, laboratory tests and maternal and fetal outcomes were retrospectively analyzed. Results: (1) General information: the age of the 86 pregnant women with AFLP was (30.8±5.4) years, and the body mass index was (21.0±2.5) kg/m 2 . There were 50 primiparas (58.1%, 50/86) and 36 multiparas (41.9%, 36/86). There were 64 singleton pregnancies (74.4%, 64/86) and 22 twin pregnancies (25.6%, 22/86). (2) Clinical characteristics: the main complaints of AFLP pregnant women were gastrointestinal symptoms, including epigastric pain (68.6%, 59/86), nausea (47.7%, 41/86), anorexia (46.5%, 40/86), vomiting (39.5%, 34/86). The main non-gastrointestinal symptoms were jaundice of skin and/or scleral (54.7%, 47/86), edema (38.4%, 33/86), fatigue (19.8%, 17/86), bleeding tendency (16.3%, 14/86), polydipsia or polyuria (14.0%, 12/86), skin itching (8.1%, 7/86), and 17.4% (15/86) AFLP pregnant women had no obvious symptoms. (3) Laboratory tests: the incidence of liver and kidney dysfunction and abnormal coagulation function in AFLP pregnant women was high, and the levels of blood ammonia, lactate dehydrogenase and lactic acid were increased, and the levels of hemoglobin, platelet and albumin decreased. However, only 24 cases (27.9%, 24/86) of AFLP pregnant women showed fatty liver by imageology examination. (4) Pregnancy outcomes: ① AFLP pregnant women had a high incidence of pregnancy complications, mainly including renal insufficiency (95.3%, 82/86), preterm birth (46.5%, 40/86), hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (30.2%, 26/86), gestational diabetes mellitus (36.0%, 31/86), fetal distress (24.4%, 21/86), pulmonary infection (23.3%, 20/86), disseminated intravascular coagulation (16.3%, 14/86), multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (16.3%, 14/86), hepatic encephalopathy (9.3%, 8/86), and intrauterine fetal death (2.3%, 2/86). ② Treatment and outcome of AFLP pregnant women: the intensive care unit transfer rate of AFLP pregnant women was 66.3% (57/86). 82 cases were improved and discharged after treatment, 2 cases were transferred to other hospitals for follow-up treatment, and 2 cases (2.3%, 2/86) died. ③ Neonatal outcomes: except for 2 cases of intrauterine death, a total of 106 neonates were delivered, including 39 cases (36.8%, 39/106) of neonatal asphyxia, 63 cases (59.4%, 63/106) of neonatal intensive care unit admission, and 3 cases (2.8%, 3/106) of neonatal death. Conclusions: AFLP is a severe obstetric complication, which is harmful to mother and fetus. In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment, attention should be paid to the clinical manifestations and laboratory tests of pregnant women, early diagnosis and active treatment, so as to improve maternal and fetal outcomes.

Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a type of heart failure characterized by left ventricular diastolic dysfunction with preserved ejection fraction. With the aging of the population and the increasing prevalence of metabolic diseases, such as hypertension, obesity and diabetes, the prevalence of HFpEF is increasing. Compared with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), conventional anti-heart failure drugs failed to reduce the mortality in HFpEF due to the complex pathophysiological mechanism and multiple comorbidities of HFpEF. It is known that the main changes of cardiac structure of in HFpEF are cardiac hypertrophy, myocardial fibrosis and left ventricular hypertrophy, and HFpEF is commonly associated with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, renal dysfunction and other diseases, but how these comorbidities cause structural and functional damage to the heart is not completely clear. Recent studies have shown that immune inflammatory response plays a vital role in the progression of HFpEF. This review focuses on the latest research progress in the role of inflammation in the process of HFpEF and the potential application of anti-inflammatory therapy in HFpEF, hoping to provide new research ideas and theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment in HFpEF.

Soil acidification is an important factor leading to poor growth and root rot disease of Panax notoginseng in the understorey of forests. In this study, different amounts of quicklime (0, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 kg·hm -2 ) were amended into acid soil under forest. We evaluated the effect of quikelime addition on soil chemical properties, phenols, rhizosphere microorganisms and growth of P. notoginseng . The results showed that an appro-priate amount of quicklime addition (500-1000 kg·hm -2 ) could significantly increase soil pH, decrease the content of phenols ( p -hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillin, syringic acid, ferulic acid and vanillic acid), promote P. notoginseng growth, and reduce the incidence of root rot disease. An appropriate amount of quicklime (500-1000 kg·hm -2 ) could significantly reduce the fungi:bacteria ratio, increase bacteria diversity, and increase the relative abundance of Ascomycota and Proteobacteria as well as Massilia and Sphingomonas . However, excessive quicklime addition (1500-2000 kg·hm -2 ) could reduce the content of available nitrogen and organic matter, and inhibit P. notoginseng growth. Therefore, 500-1000 kg·hm -2 of quicklime amendment could improve the chemical properties and microbial community of acid soil under forest, thereby promoting P. notoginseng growth, and reducing the incidence of root rot disease.

Objectives: There is a significant increase of high-mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) in plasma levels of patients with pulmonary hypertension, but the biological significance is still unclear. Anti-proliferative protein 1 (prohibitin 1, PHB1) is an important protein that maintains the homeostasis of vascular cells. This study aimed to investigate the effect of HMGB1 on pulmonary artery endothelial cells and the role of PHB1., Methods: In vivo experiment: A rat model of pulmonary hypertension induced by monocrotaline (MCT) was constructed. The right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP), and the weight ratio of right ventricle to left ventricle plus ventricular septum were used to evaluate the success of model. ELISA was used to detect the level of HMGB1 in rat's plasma. Western blotting was used to detect the level of PHB1 in rat's lung tissues. CD31 immunofluorescence was used to detect the integrity of pulmonary vascular endothelium. In vitro experiments: Pulmonary artery endothelial cell (PAEC) was incubated with HMGB1 to observe the effect of HMGB1 on PAEC injury. Overexpression and knockdown of PHB1 were conducted, and the role of PHB1 was investigated by detecting the levels of reative oxygen species and cytochrome c (cyto-c), and the activation of caspase-3., Results: Compared with the control group, the level of HMGB1 in the plasma of rats with pulmonary hypertension was significantly increased ( P <0.05), and the expression of PHB1 in the lung tissue was decreased accompanied with endothelial dysfunction ( P <0.05); HMGB1 incubation damaged the pulmonary artery endothelium and down-regulated PHB1 expression ( P <0.05), while overexpression of PHB1 reduced the PAEC damage and oxidative stress induced by HMGB1 ( P <0.05). Meanwhile, PHB1 reduced HMGB1-induced cyto-c expression and caspase-3 cleavage by inhibiting oxidative stress ( P <0.05)., Conclusions: The down-regulation of PHB1 expression mediates HMGB1-induced PAEC injury, which is related to the induction of oxidative stress, the increase of cyto-c release, and the promotion of caspase-3 cleavage.

Objective: To explore the value of Roux-en-Y pancreaticojejunostomy after local pancreatic head resection in treating benign tumors of pancreatic head (BTPH)., Methods: The clinical data of 12 patients diagnosed as BTPH and treated by Roux-en-Y pancreaticojejunostomy after local pancreatic head resection in Department of General Surgery, Peking University Third Hospital from November 2006 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Of the 12 cases, 5 patients were male, 7 patients were female, the age of patients ranged from 21 to 64 years(average 42.3 years). Diameter of tumors was 3.0-4.8 cm.Diameter of pancreatic wound after resection was 5.1-7.9 cm, and main pancreatic duct injury happened in 1 case., Results: Two cases of mucinous cystadenoma, 2 insulinoma, 3 solid pseudopapillary tumor and 4 nonfunctional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors were confirmed histopathologically.No mortality and pancreatic leakage occurred during the perioperative period.All the 12 patients had no sign of recurrence.Experienced good life quality without occurrence of diabetes during the follow-up period of 24-108 months(more than 60 months in 4 cases)., Conclusions: Roux-en-Y pancreaticojejunostomy after local pancreatic head resection is a reasonable choice for benign tumors of the pancreatic head as long as the patient is properly selected.

Purpose: To investigate the effect of "Xinjingjie compound lysostaphin antibacterial collutorium" on prevention and treatment of radiation-induced oral mucositis in a prospective, randomized and double-blind clinical trial., Methods: Sixty patients with oral cancer to be treated with radiotherapy were randomized into the experimental and control group. The experimental group (30 patients) was treated with "Xinjingjie mouthrinse" during the full course of radiotherapy, 4 times daily with 5 mL and 5 min each time. The control group (30 patients) rinsed the mouth in the same way with normal saline. Oral mucositis was assessed according to the RTOG criteria. The severity of mucositis and the degree of pain were recorded and photographed. Patients shouldn't be treated with other drugs until the level of oral mucositis reached above grade III. The results were statistically analyzed using Stata 12.0 software packages., Results: Age, gender, radiotherapy techniques and dose showed no significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05). The first onset of oral mucositis in the experimental group was later than that in the control group (11.0 times:9.1 times,P<0.05), and the incidence of pain at the early time of radiotherapy was lower (36.7%: 70.0%, P<0.05). Also, the onset time of grade III oral mucositis in the emperimental group was later than that in the control group (18.9 times:15.9 times,P<0.05), and the incidence of grade III oral mucositis in the experimental group was lower (63.3% vs. 90.0%, P<0.05)., Conclusions: "Xinjingjie mouthrinse" is worthwhile to be used in clinic because it can delay the occurrence time of radiation-induced oral mucositis, alleviate pain and reduce the indication of grade III oral mucositis.

Objective: To understand the incidence and trend of malaria in Xuzhou City, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the malaria control measures., Methods: The information of network reported malaria cases and epidemiological data were collected and analyzed statistically in Xuzhou City from 2010-2013., Results: A total of 109 malaria cases were reported by the special report systems and the network report system in Xuzhou City from 2010 to 2013, in which there were 44 cases (40.37%) of vivax malaria, 62 cases (56.88%) of falciparum malaria, 2 cases (1.83%) of quartan malaria, 1 case (0.92%) of ovale malaria. The latter three were all imported from other countries. Totally 93 cases (85.32%) were confirmed by laboratory, and other 16 cases (14.68%) were diagnosed clinically. There was the incidence throughout the year and there were no obvious seasonal characteristics. The positive rate of blood test in the floating population was significantly higher than that of the local residents (Χ2 = 868.23, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: The malaria endemic situation is in the steady decline period in Xuzhou City. The local infections decrease significantly but the imported falciparum malaria cases increase year by year. Therefore, the management for floating population and fever patients should be strengthened.

Objective: To understand the situation of Toxoplasma gondii infection among pregnant women in Jiangsu Province., Methods: The pregnant women from 7 cities in Jiangsu Province were involved in this survey and the information was recorded according to the request of unified admission information of the case questionnaire of toxoplasmosis in Jiangsu Province. The specific antibodies IgM and IgG to Toxoplasma gondii in sera of these pregnant women were tested by ELISA., Results: The specific antibody IgM to Toxoplasma gondii of all the respondents was negative. The positive rate of IgG was 3.98% (43/1 081), which was little different from the control group's 2.27% (4/176), and every city shared a similar positive rate. The positive rate of IgG of early pregnant women was 3.78%, which was also not obviously different from the 4.17% appearing in mid and late pregnant women. The respondents who previously had pathological abortions did not show positive IgG. Only 1.84% (8/435) of pregnant women had had the examinations related to Toxoplasma gondii before this survey., Conclusions: The rate of Toxoplasma gondii infection is low among pregnant women in Jiangsu Province. The situations in different areas are not far from each other. We should enhance the peri-conception tests of Toxoplasma gondii and take prevention and treatment countermeasures based on corresponding objects, and also further strengthen the healthy education.

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics and long-term outcomes of patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with prior ischemic stroke., Methods: A total of 2053 patients underwent PCI in Peking union medical college hospital from January 2003 to December 2007 were included in this analysis and patients were followed up to December 2009. End-point included all-cause mortality, cardiac death, stent thrombosis, target-lesion revascularization, myocardial infarction, re-cerebral infarction. Major bleeding events were recorded during follow-up., Results: There are 1945 coronary heart disease patients were followed up and 222 patients with prior ischemic stroke. Compared patients without prior ischemic stroke, patients with prior ischemic stroke were older (P = 0.000), had higher hypertension morbidity (P = 0.000), higher diabetes mellitus morbidity (P = 0.005), higher incidence of multi-vessels disease (P = 0.000). During the follow-up of (35.0 ± 19.6) months, cardiac death rate (8.5% vs. 3.9%, P = 0.002) and re-cerebral infarction rate (5.8% vs. 1.4%, P = 0.000) were higher in patients with prior ischemic stroke than patients without prior ischemic stroke. Dual antiplatelet therapy treatment time [(13.77 ± 11.33) months vs. (13.94 ± 11.33) months, P = 0.986] and major bleeding events (5.8% vs. 3.6%, P = 0.100) were similar between the two groups and cerebral hemorrhage rate (1.8% vs. 0.5%, P = 0.028) were higher in patients with prior ischemic stroke than patients without prior ischemic stroke., Conclusion: Patients with prior ischemic stroke were associated with increased rate of risk factors, multiple coronary artery disease, cardiac death and re-cerebral infarction and higher cerebral hemorrhage rate during follow-up despite similar dual-anti platelet therapy time.

Objective: To investigated the potential and safety of the monoclonal antibody to TNFalpha infliximab (IFX) in the treatment of active Crohn's disease (CD)., Methods: Patients who were confirmed diagnosis of CD and were unresponsive to the conventional treatments, or recurred after surgeries, or discontinued treatment due to drug intolerance, were treated with IFX intravenously in a dose of 5 mg/kg at week 0, 2, 6 (IFX infusion continued at an interval of every 8 weeks if respond to initial dosing). Clinical assessments, including disease activity, blood biological markers and colonoscopic findings, were performed at baseline (week 0) and each week (4 weeks or later for colonoscopy) after IFX infusion were conducted until the week before 4(th) infusion from initiated., Results: Ten patients (8 male, 2 female) with mean age of 31.4 years (ranged from 15 to 65 years old) were included in the analysis. The mean subjective score from baseline to week 14 was decreased from 2.2 +/- 0.6 to 1.2 +/- 0.4 (P < 0.05). The mean Harvey-Bradshaw index was 6.6 +/- 1.6 at baseline and 2.1 +/- 1.0 at week 14. The levels of ESR, CRP, serum total protein (TP) and albumin (Alb) were significantly improved during the 14-week period. Colonoscopy showed a remarkable improvement of Crohn's Disease Endoscopic Index of Severity (CDEIS). No infusion-related reaction was observed in all patients during the treatment. Mild or transient skin itching and headache were respectively reported in two patients. Transient elevation of serum ALT and AST after 3(rd) infusion in one patient, and severe anemia including leucopenia and thrombocytopenia at week 35 after 1(st) infusion in one male patient were observed., Conclusions: Treatment with three infusions of IFX in a dose of 5 mg/kg was effective for induction of remission for active and complex CD patients who failed to respond to conventional treatment. Long-term safety of the therapy effect was warranted in further investigations.

Objective: To investigate the association between brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) gene polymorphism and bipolar disorder., Methods: Single nucleotide polymorphisms rs6265 and rs11030101 in BDNF gene were detected and compared between 228 patients with bipolar disorder and 361 healthy controls., Results: The genotypes, alleles and combinative genotype of BDNF gene single nucleotide polymorphism rs6265 and rs11030101 did not show significant differences between two groups. There were also no significant differences in genotypes and combinative genotypes between diagnostic subtypes, genders and on-set age of bipolar disorder and controls., Conclusion: This study did not found that BDNF gene single nucleotide polymorphism rs6265 and rs11030101 are associated with bipolar disorders.

The growth and harvest of crops are closely related to photosynthesis and plants have strong absorption of red and blue light, in which red light has helminthic function. So it is very meaningful to transform the rest light in the vertical element of sunlight into red and blue light. The authors can simulate artificial light environment in order to develop green agriculture and increase production of plants. As we all know, rare-earth doped Eu3+ glass materials have wavelength conversion function. Based on the two views of the above, in this paper, the authors have prepared doped Eu3+ cadmium aluminium silicate glasses by high temperature solid-state reaction method. The absorption spectra, excitation spectra, emission spectra are obtained by experiment at room temperature, in which have strong red and blue emissions. Gain the best concentration of doping corresponding to the strongest absorption peak. The charge-transfer band (CT band)is moved to 320 nm (red shift)due to the addition of Cd2+. By changing alkali metal ions, we can adjust and mix different intensity of blue light according to the demand. Based on J-O theory, we can gain the structure order of samples by calculating intensity parameter omega2 and omega4.

This paper introduces the temperature rising experimental process and some matters needing attention when the transformer is normally loading. And an analysis of the uncertainty for transformer's temperature rising is also made based on the practical examples' data.

13 Chinese stomatological journals indexed by Source Journals of Chinese Scientific and Technologic Papers were divided into 2 groups (MEDLINE group and source journal group) and compared between 1999 and 2003. All data were analyzed with chi(2) test and t test via SPSS 12.0. The price and circulation,proportion of grant supported papers had significant difference between the two groups. More attention is paid to set up editorial board,and further steps are being taken to make the journal better known throughout the world.

This paper provides a description of the methods, skills, and knowledge of expert searchers working on medical literature search. Searching is a critical part of scientific research, as errors made in the search process potentially result in a biased or otherwise incomplete evidence base for the research.We hope that this paper will be helpful and lead the reader to develop a more systematic approach to literature searching.
