Due to the huge capacities of computing and storage resources, wide-area distributed computing environment has become important infrastructures supporting computing power and data interconnection.In wide-area distributed computing environment, matching of tasks and resources is important to improve system performance.However, the diversity of tasks and resources and the geographical dispersion of resources increase the complexity of matching problems.To solve the problems of high response delay and low matching efficiency, a dynamic bidirectional matching method of tasks and resources oriented to wide-area distributed computing environments is proposed.The matching process is simplified and the response delay is mitigated by building a unified task requirement model and resource capability model.Moreover, the task-oriented and resource-oriented matching degrees are defined to express the preference of task-perspective and resource-perspective; the two-side comprehensive matching degree of tasks and resources is defined by the trade-off of the task-oriented and resource-oriented matching degree.The two-side comprehensive matching degrees are dynamically calculated for each task group and the resources to improve the matching quality.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively promoting the matching quality and significantly reduce the response delay compared with the existing methods.

Based on the previous study on the diet of the cohort of long-lived people in Guangxi, the recipes of long-lived people were summarized. In this study, eight representative dietary fiber complexes (DFC) with specific proportion in the recipes were extracted by ultrasonic assisted enzyme method, and the optimal conditions of extraction process were explored through single factor and response surface tests, the basic components and physical and chemical properties were analyzed. The results showed that the maximum yield of total dietary fiber (TDF) was 63.90%, which was basically consistent with the theoretical prediction when the addition of α-amylase was 0.3%, the ultrasonic power was 242 W, the liquid-solid ratio was 15 mL/g and the extraction temperature was 86 ℃. After optimization, the contents of protein, fat and other impurities in TDF decreased from (2.66%±0.12%) and (5.31%±0.14%) to (1.90%±0.08%) and (1.77%±0.26%) respectively, and the content of TDF increased significantly (P

To explore the potential quantitative relationship between dietary characteristics and physical health indicators of the long-lived population in Guangxi, the longevous in Guangxi (Fengshan County, Donglan County, Shanglin County, Dahua County, and Cenxi City) and some of their descendants were recruited from 2016 to 2018. A semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) was used to investigate their diet, routine physical examination indicators and blood sample analysis data of the long-lived population were collected, and the weight of the corresponding indicators obtained was calculated by the entropy weight method. Health composite index (HCI) was further introduced to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of health indicators, and stochastic forest regression algorithm was used to model the relationship between volunteers' food and nutrient intake and HCI, to explore the quantitative relationship between each parameter. The adaptive p-version finite element method is combined with bi-directional evolutionary structural optimization（ BESO） for the influence of calculation accuracy on the optimization result in the topology optimization process. According to the error control parameter setting,the element order is improved adaptively through the element energy error analysis,which effectively improves the finite element calculation accuracy,and the sensitivity filtering algorithm and the stabilization strategy are adopted to mitigate the checkerboard and iterative oscillation phenomenon. The feasibility of the method is verified by the example calculation of the minimum compliance topology optimization problem,the results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of topology optimization under rougher meshes,and obtain higher optimization efficiency and better optimization results.

In order to study the mechanical behavior and energy absorption characteristics of a metal circular tube with axial pre-compression under axial impact load. The finite element analysis was carried out based on Abaqus. A circular tube whoseR/t value is 15 was studied. At the same time,considering the influence of the initial geometric imperfections,the initial geometric deformation caused by pre-loading and boundary conditions,the corresponding control group was established in the finite element simulation. The simulation results are concluded as follows:（ 1） The deformation mode of the fixed end simply supported is more complex than the clamped case. Energy absorption characteristics and the corresponding deformation modes have a great relationship. When the asymmetric fold is more,the energy absorption characteristic becomes worse.（ 2） Initial geometric imperfections can induce circular tubes to produce non-axisymmetric folds,while the axial pre-compression tube is less sensitive to initial geometric imperfections,and the smaller pre-loading can counteract the effects of initial geometric imperfections.

Based on the high-performance computing global virtual data space system, a wide-area collaborative scheduling system for big data processing applications was designed and implemented.This system can address the issue of how big data processing applications unified use wide-area storage and computing resources.And it can collaborative schedule of application data and computing tasks based on the computing characteristics of the application and data layout through collaborative scheduling, load balancing scheduling, data locality scheduling strategies.By unified scheduling of application data and computing tasks in the wide-area environment, it can coordinate the utilization of wide-area computing and storage resources, and effectively improve the running performance of big data processing applications.The actual test results in the national high-performance computing environment show that the scheduling method proposed can support big data processing applications effectively, and the running efficiency of typical applications such as wide-area target collaborative recognition and molecular docking can be increased by 3~4 times.

The wide-area high-performance computing environment is the core information infrastructure to support technology innovation, economic development, and national defense.However, heterogeneous storage resources are geographically distributed in wide-area high-performance computing environments, resulting in the barriers between applications and data.The requirements of unified data management and efficient data access cannot be met.A method of establishing virtual data space and a data access optimization method was presented, and a global virtual data space (GVDS) for wide-area high-performance computing environments to satisfy the requirements was implemented.GVDS aggregates geographically distributed and heterogeneous storage resources, creating a unified virtual data space to provide unified and efficient data access.Sharing and collaborative processing of geographically distributed data were achieved in widearea environments.The experimental results indicate that compared with the state-of-the-art wide-area storage system in the field of high-performance computing, such as OneData and GFFS, GVDS has similar functions and improves the read bandwidth significantly.

A copper-cobalt ore in Africa contains copper 2.11% and cobalt 0.090%. The cobalt is difficult to be recovered because the cobalt grade is lower relatively, and also the cobalt mineral grain size is not uniform, and the symbiosis relationship between chalcopyrite and pyrite is complex, which seriously affect the recovery of cobalt minerals. According to the properties of the raw ore, the flotation flowsheet of priority in order of copper and cobalt was adopted, combined with the use of high-efficiency selective collector BKAP, the comprehensive recovery of copper and cobalt resources was realized. The copper concentrate obtained in the laboratory had a copper grade of 35.08% and a copper recovery of 93.42%. The grade of cobalt concentrate is 2.27% and the recovery of cobalt is 51.82%. For the purpose of achieving more accurate and reliable gas emission dynamic prediction through effective analysis of gas measuring data in mines, this paper put forward a method that use ant colony clustering to optimize El-man neural network. Ant colony clustering algorithm was merged with Elman neural network to optimize weight and threshold. The model of gas emission quantity prediction was established by ACC-ENN algorithm, with the historical data of mine actual monitoring to experiment and analysis. The results show that the Elman neural network model optimized by ant colony clustering than other prediction model has better generalization ability and higher precision of prediction, to realize the dynamic forecast of gas emission effectively. Based on database of collected gas monitoring information of coal mine monitoring system in coal mine production process,the paper put forward a scheme of using clustering analysis method based on DBSCAN algorithm to mining characteristics of gas accident information.It pointed out shortage of DBSCAN algorithm in practical application,proposed an improved scheme of DBSCAN algorithm based on data partition,and introduced the concrete improving method.The result of applying the clustering analysis method based on the improved DBSCAN algorithm to make clustering analysis and extract of information feature of gas monitoring data of coal mine showed that the method is effective.At last,the paper pointed out the farther research direction of the method.

Forest leaf area index (LAI) is an important indicator to describe the forest canopy structure and growth status of trees. In this paper, the Yigen area of Inner Mongolia was selected as the study area. Taken full account of the differences among different echo types, the LiDAR point cloud data were split into different single lasers. Then, intensity normalization was implemented for LiDAR point cloud data with the range between sensor and target. Based on the normalized intensity data, a new laser penetration index, called single laser beam penetration index (LPI s ), was calculated along with the calculation of traditional LPI. These two laser penetration indexes were used to estimate the forest LAI based on the theoretical model and empirical model on four different sampling scales (5, 10, 15, and 20 m), respectively, which aimed to improve the retrieval accuracy of forest LAI through laser beam splitting. The results showed that the forest LAI estimated from mean LPI s (LPI mean ) was obviously better than that from traditional LPI. In addition, both of the empirical [R 2 =0.80, mean absolute deviation (MAD)=0.11] and theoretical models (R 2 =0.77, MAD=0.16) achieved the best performances with sampling scale of 15 m. The mapping of birch forest LAI for the study area was derived by integrating both the advantages of best empirical and theoretical models.

Objective: To study the effect Qige powder on esophageal cancer angiogenesis., Methods: Inhibitive effect of Qige powder ethanol extract on proliferation of Esophageal cancer cell line Eca-9706 was detected by MTT assay. The Eca-9706 cells conditioned medium in Qige powder IC50 concentration were collected. Angiogenesis, as well as proliferation, migration and tube formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells were observed by Chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane model(CAM), MTT assay, the migration and tube formation assay. VEGF and IL-6 contents in culture medium supernatant of Eca-9706 cells and human umbilical vein endothelial cells were detected by ELISA., Results: Qige powder ethanol extract could inhibit the proliferation of Eca-9706 cells, with a certain dose-effect relationship, IC50 value was 96 µg/mL. Eca-9706 cells conditioned medium could significantly increase the CAM generating total vessel area, human umbilical vein endothelial cells proliferation,migration and tube formation, while the Eca-9706 cell conditioned medium of Qige powder ethanol extract could reduce CAM angiogenesis, human umbilical vein endothelial cells proliferation and tube formation, but increase endothelial cells migration. Qige powder ethanol extract could reduce endothelial cells secreting VEGF and IL-6 while increase Eca-9706 cells secreting., Conclusion: Qige powder ethanol extract can inhibit angiogenesis, endothelial cell proliferation, and tube formation induced by Eca-9706 cells, while reduce VEGF and IL-6 secretion of endothelial cells.

In this paper, miRNAs features were briefly introduced and agreeable points were discussed from 4 aspects: organs relationship, syndrome research, Chinese medical pathogeneses, and actions of Chinese herbs. miRNAs, as information media for organs interrelation, was believed to explain Chinese medical pathogeneses and reveal partial molecular mechanisms of Chinese medicine. miRNAs in the body fluid could be taken as one of biological bases of syndromes.

Objective: To compare the efficacy differences between dog-days medicinal vesiculation and regular-day medicinal vesiculation for perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR), and observe their effects on serum immune globulin E (IgE) and interleukin-4 (IL-4)., Methods: Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into a dog-days moxibustion group (34 cases) and a regular-day moxibustion group (38 cases). In the dog-days moxibustion group, medicinal vesiculation was applied on the 1st dog-day, 2nd dog-day and last dog-day in summer by lunar calendar, 3 treatments per dog-day for totally 9 times. In the regular-day moxibustion group, the moxibustion was given on the regular day for continuous 9 times. The symptom score, rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) and the level of IgE and IL-4 were compared before and after treatment in two groups; the short-term and two-year efficacy evaluation were performed too., Results: The short-term total effective rate was 88.2% (30/34) in the dog-days moxibustion group, which was not significantly different to 86.8% (33/38) in the regular-day moxibustion group (P>0.05). The long-term total effective rate was 97.1% (33/34) in the dog-days moxibustion group, which was significantly superior to 81.6% (31/38) in the regular-day moxibustion group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum IgE, IL-4 and RQLQ were significantly reduced (all P<0.01), but the difference between two groups was not significant (all P>0.05)., Conclusion: Medicinal moxibustion could be taken as a regular treatment for PAR, which could be performed during the whole year, and dog-days moxibustion could be considered as an enhanced method for prevention and treatment of PAR.

Objective: To observe effect of Invigorating Lung and Kidney Prescription (ILKP) on secretion of cytokines induced by Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and cigarette smoke extract (CSE) in vitro and discuss prescription regularity of ILKP and reveal molecular mechanism of ILKP treatment on COPD., Methods: Alveolar epithelial cells A549, airway epithelial cells H292 and monocyte macrophage THP-1 were stimulated with LPS and CSE, in which samples were divided into normal group (20% normal rat serum), model group (20% normal rat serum and 5% CSE with 75 pg/mL LPS), ILKP group and its Components [20% Replenishing qi group (1), Replenishing Lung and Kidney group (2), Activating blood group (3), Reduce phlegm group (4), Replenishing qi with Replenishing Lung and Kidney group (5), Replenishing qi with Activating blood group (6), Replenishing qi with Reduce phlegm group (7), Replenishing qi with Replenishing Lung and Kidney and Activating blood group (8), Replenishing qi with Replenishing Lung and Kidney and Reduce phlegm group (9), Replenishing qi with Activating blood and Reduce phlegm group (10), ILKP serum group (11)]. The cytokines were detected by ELISA and the transcription factors of cytokines were analyzed with Network tool., Results: Compared with the normal group,the secretion of MMP-9, GM-CSF and TGF-beta by THP-1 cells,TIMP by A549 cells,TNF-alpha, MMP-9, GM-CSF, CD36 and TIMP-1 by H292 cells all were increased, while secretion of TNF-alpha, PPAP2B, IL-3 and SOD decreased by THP-1 cells, MMP-9, TNF-alpha, TGF-beta and IL-3 by A549 cells, IL-8 by H292 cells all were decreased. Compared with model group, for THP-1 cells, the secretion of GM-CSF in 3, 6, 10 and 11 prescription groups,TGF-beta in 10 and 11 prescription groups all were decreased. MMP-9 decreased in 9 and 5 prescription groups while it increased in 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 11 prescription groups. TNF-alpha was increased in 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 9 prescription groups, as it decreased in 11 prescription group. Except 2 prescription group, IL-3 was increased in all other drugs groups. SOD in 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11 prescription groups, and PPAP2B in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 prescription groups were increased while PPAP2B was decreased in 11 prescription group. For A549 cells, the secretion of TIMP-1 was increased in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 prescription groups, while it was decreased in 11 prescription groups; Except 1 and 4 prescription group, MMP-9 was increased in other groups; Except TGF-beta was increased in 11 prescription groups, it was increased in other groups; IL-3 was increased in 1, 2, 4, 5, 11 and 3 prescription groups. For H292 cells, the secretion of GM-CSF in 5,6,7 and 2 prescription groups,TNF-alpha in 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 prescription groups, MMP-9 in 4, 8, 7 and 9 prescription groups all were decreased., Conclusion: The effect of ILKP and its components on secretion of cytokines induced by LPS and CSE and its target cells are different, in which Activating blood prescription focuses on inflammation cytokines, Replenishing Lung and Kidney prescription on Lipid metabolism and redox regulation. The effect of ILKPA is the most widely, followed by Activating blood Replenishing Lung and Kidney, and Reduce phlegm prescription on Protease regulation.

Objective: To discuss the relationship between inhibitory effect of different concentration ethanol extracts from Xuanfuguilian prescription on the growth of esophageal cells ECA9706 and its components., Methods: The drug was extracted with anhydrous ethanol, 95%, 85%, 75%, 50%, 25% ethanol or water, the cell proliferation inhibitory rate of different solvent extracts were detected with MTT assay, and IC50 was calculated. The components of the drug were determined by LC/MS. Based on the inhibitory rate and the components peak area, the samples were hierarchy clustered respectively. The correlation of components peak area and inhibition rate was analyzed with Pearson Correlation. The components peak area and inhibition rate were analyzed using PLS., Results: The IC50 of the 7 extracts on esophageal carcinoma cell ECA9706 were respectively 46.361, 52.67, 58.11, 78.26, 93.10, 2579.43 and 3953.34 microg/ mL 22 stable peaks were determined by LC-MS. Based on the inhibition rate and the components peak area, the clustering results of the two samples were similar. The 10 peaks areaes were closely related to inhibition rate (P < 0.05) and the PLS between components peaks area and inhibition rate was constructed., Conclusion: Extracts with different concentration ethanol have different effects, and their curative effects are closely related to components.

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of chylous effusion and boost its diagnostic and therapeutic level., Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted for 123 cases of chylous effusion at our hospital between January 1990 and December 2009., Results: The main clinical manifestations of chylous effusion included dyspnea (55.3%), edema (26.8%), abdominal distention (22.8%) and loss of weight (17.1%). Hypoalbuminemia was common (45.5%) and it was even more so in patients with idiopathic lymphopathies or of unknown causes (95.2%). The positive rates of identifying chylous effusion by Sudan III test, high triglyceride levels (> 1.25 mmol/L), lymphangiography or lymphangioscintigraphy were 89.1%, 80.6%, 70.6% and 89.5% respectively. Its common etiologies included injury (14.6%), malignancy (9.0%), infections (7.3%), lymphatic disorders or idiopathic lymphopathies (40%), drug-associated (2.4%) or associated with underlying disorders (16.3%). Efficacy was achieved in 63.6% of the patients and 21.8% died., Conclusions: Chylous effusion is a special type of serous effusion with multiple causes. Its clinical manifestations are often nonspecific. But malnutrition is common. Its causes are identified after a systematic evaluation. Treatment modalities include dietary modification, management of underlying causes and surgical approaches.

Objective: To determine the prevalence and distribution of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and the relationship between maximum body mass index (MAXBMI) and T2DM., Methods: From June to August, 2005, a stratified cluster sampling of 1071 permanent residents in communities, over 20 years old, from 4 districts and 1 county of Mudanjiang was chosen. The prevalence of T2DM, and the association between T2DM and different levels of the MAXBMI, current BMI were studied., Results: The prevalence in the communities was 7.09% and in those with past maximum BMI >/= 28 kg/m(2), it was 12.10%. With the increase of past MAXBMI levels, the risk of T2DM patients also increased significantly (trend chi(2) = 17.387 23, P < 0.0001). Data from multifactor analysis showed that MAXBMI in the past was positively related to T2DM (OR = 3.06, P = 0.0013). In T2DM patients, the group with MAXBMI >/= 27.4 kg/m(2) had higher 2-hour postprandial blood glucose than those with lower MAXBMI (P = 0.0408). When compared with low maximum BMI group in normal blood glucose population, the group with higher MAXBMI (>/= 25.4 kg/m(2)) had higher blood glucose and greater change of BMI., Conclusion: In both groups that patients with T2DM and with normal glucose, in order to control blood glucose better, researchers should not only concern about the influence of the MAXBMI in the past, but also pay attention to constantly keep BMI at the normal range.

Objective: To summarize the characteristics and treatment of burn casualties of yellow phosphorus explosion, so as to share the experiences in emergency treatment., Methods: By analyzing the data related to this accident, the characteristics of the injury and experiences of treatment for mass burn casualties from yellow phosphorous explosion were summarized., Results: Eighty-one patients, 72 males and 9 females, were injured in a yellow phosphorus explosion. The mean age of the patients was 24 +/- 13 years old (5-42 y). The mean total burn surface area was (9 +/- 11)% [(0.4% - 70.0%))] TBSA, and the mean burn surface area of III degrees/IV degrees was (7 +/- 10)% [(0.4% - 60.0%)] TBSA. Most of the patients showed the symptoms and signs of phosphorus poisoning. Among all the patients, 27 cases (33.3%) showed hepatic dysfunction, 15 cases (18.5%) had renal dysfunction, 42cases (51.9%) showed electrolytes disorders. Among the 8 patients with burn surface area over 10% TBSA and less than 20% TBSA, high levels of cardiac enzymes were found in 6 cases, anaemia in 7 cases (3 with progressive anaemia), asphyxia occurred in 1 case 48 hours after burn, and in 1 case complicated with stress ulcer. Escharectomy and skin grafting were performed within four days after burn in 72 patients. All the patients survived, some of them showed impaired hand function and hypertrophic scar, and partial finger amputation was done in 3 patients., Conclusion: Yellow phosphorus explosion produces deep burn injuries in surrounding people especially in exposed parts such as head, hand and so on. Adequate organization of medical resources for emergency treatment, early debridement, and accelerating excretion of phosphorus are the key points for the successful rescue of mass casualties.
