Based on the mining conditions and development status of Huolinhe North Open-pit Coal Mine, in view of the problems of adjacent coal mining area steering, coal column mining in the mining section, tight of the inner dump space, the stability of composite slope of stope-inner dump is analyzed to solve the potential slope safety problems caused by the landslide area of internal drainage pressing foot, mining and timely pressing slope, determine the final mining form and mining mode of the coal pillar area in the mining section, improve the coal resource recovery rate, the mining and stripping project plan during the transition period of the mining area is planned in detail, and the inner dumping space is optimized to avoid the outer dumping area, which provides guarantee for the safe and efficient production of open-pit coal mine.

Based on the GNSS data processing results from the Sichuan area, following conclusions are obtained : ➀ Before the Ms 8. 0 earthquake in Wenchuan, there was almost no dextral strike-slip ac tivity distinguished or compressional deformation on the Longmenshan fault zone and nearly 150 km north of it, and was deformation distinguished in the area of 100 kms west of Sichuan Basin--the Xianshuihe Anninghe Fault. ➁ Between the Ms 8. 0 earthquake in Wenchuan and Ms 7. 0 earthquake in Lushan, there was about a 5 mm/a dextral strike-slip activity in the middle and northern sections of the Longmenshan fault zone, with no 3D deformation distinguished in and near the seismic source region. Meanwhile the sinistral deformation increased on the Xianshuihe Anninghe fault and east of the zone. ➂ The co-seismic deformation field of the Lushan earthquake was basically distributed for 10 kilometers around the seismic source region, with an epicenter bounded,on the east side as a dextral deformation, on the west side with a sinistral deformation. ➃ LS05 was about 12 km to the epicenter; the permanent vertical displacement momentum was around 7 cm, with a horizontal thrust momentum of about 4 cm, the horizontal strike-slip was about 5 cm from the station. Objective To investigate the bone mineral density of 9103 subjects who received physical examination, and to explore the epidemiology of osteoporosis (OP) in Beijing. Methods BMD of the distal one-third of the radius and the ulna of non-dominant forearm in 9103 Han subjects, who received [physical examination in our hospital from March 2012 to July 2012, was detected using DXA (ExA-3000, Osteosys Co., South Korea). The information of all the subjects, including BMD, height, weight, and BMI, were collected and recorded. The results were grouped in a 10-year range. And BMD, T-score, Z-score, incidence, and related influencing factors in each group were analyzed. Results The peak bone mass in males (0.528 ± 0.072) and females (0.451 ± 0.067) in Beijing appeared in 30-39 years old group. Along with the increase of age, BMD in each group decreased. while the incidence of OP increased. BMD in males and females younger than 30 years old was 0.47 ±0.107 and 0.436 ±0.060, respectively. And the incidence of OP in males and females was 21. 88% and 1.33%, respectively. BMD in males and females in 30-39 years old group was 0-528 ±0.072 and 0.451 ±0.067, respectively. And the incidence of OP in males and females was 7.31% and 1.71%, respectively. BMD in males and females in 40-49 years old group was 0.52 ±0.071 and 0.445 ± 0.065, respectively. And the incidence of OP in males and females was 9.88% and 2.3%, respectively. BMD in males and females in 50 - 59 years old group was 0.49 ± 0.076 and 0.396 ± 0.082, respectively. And the incidence of OP in males and females was 20.83% and 18.94%, respectively. BMD in males and females in 60-69 years old group was 0.463 ±0.085 and 0.328 ±0.071, respectively. And the incidence of OP in males and females was 35.49% and 52. 21%, respectively. BMD in males and females in 70-79 years old group was 0.416 ± 0.086 and 0.268 ± 0.072, respectively. And the incidence of OP in males and females was 57.31% and 77.59%, respectively. BMD in males and females over 80 years old was 0.384 ± 0.091 and 0.222 ±0.059, respectively. And the incidence of OP in males and females was 71. 37% and 95. 24%, respectively. The incidence of OP in people with lower BMI was significantly higher than that in people with normal BMI or higher BMI (P < 0.05). Conclusion After the peak bone mass, BMD decreases along with the increase of age and the incidence of OP increases obviously. Meanwhile, the bone mass of postmenopause women decreases obviously, and the incidence of OP is significantly higher than that in men with the same age. It is noteworthy that BMD of young men under 30 years old is not ideal, which may be related to busy work, stressful life, lack for exercise, and unhealthy lifestyle. Measurement of BMD should become the general project in medical examination, which may benefit to the early discovery and active intervention. Meanwhile, we should strengthen the health education in young people, advocate healthy lifestyle, and increase peak bone mass. All may have great significance in preventing osteoporosis. Objective To investigate the effect of raloxifene HCL (RLX) on serum biochemistry, bone markers, and bone mineral density (BMD) in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods A total of 90 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis, who were hospitalized in our department from January 2010 to January 2010, were selected. All the patients took 600 mg calcium and 0.5 μg active vitamin D every day as the basic supplements. The patients also took 60 mg RLX every week for 12 months. The obvervational indexes included BMD of the lumbar vertebrae and the hip, bone markers, and serum biochemical indexes. BMD was detected using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Bone markers were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method. Serum biochemical indexes were detected using enzymic method. Results BMD of the lumbar vertebrae and the Ward's triangle was 0.848 ±0.167 and 0.536 ± 0.126, respectively, which was higher than that before the treatment (0.842 ± 0.181 and 0.500 ± 0.112, respectively), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The serum levels of CTX and BGP decreased significantly than those before the treatment, while the serum PTH level was higher than that before the treatment. No significant difference of the serum levels of blood lipids between two groups was observed. Conclusion Raloxifene hydrochloride increases BMD of the lumbar vertebrae and the hip in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and reduces the bone turnover significantly. Objective: To investigate the expression of methionine sulfoxide reductase (MsrA) in colorectal cancer stem cells and its association with the tumorigenesis and progression of colorectal cancer., Methods: The CD133⁺/CD44⁺/ESA⁺ subpopulation of colorectal cancer cell line SW480 was obtained by magnetic activated cell sorting (MACS). The expression of MsrA, VEGF, MMP-13 and CXCR4 in the cancer cells, cancer stem cells and normal colon mucosa cells were detected using RT-PCR. The proliferation of colorectal cancer stem cells was evaluated with MTT assay., Results: The expression of MsrA was significantly higher in cancer stem cells than in the cancer cells and normal mucosa cells. Overexpression of MsrA inhibited the proliferation of colorectal cancer stem cells and down-regulated the expression of VEGF, MMP-13 and CXCR4., Conclusions: MsrA suppresses the tumorigenesis and progression of colorectal cancer cells possibly by inhibiting cell proliferation and down-regulating VEGF, MMP-13 and CXCR4.

Objective: To evaluate the impact of Fc gamma receptor IIIa (FcγR IIIa) polymorphisms on the efficacy of rituximab (RTX) combined chemotherapy for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)., Methods: FcγRIIIa polymorphisms were analyzed by PCR in 122 patients and 100 healthy controls. All patients received 8(4-12) cycles of RTX combined chemotherapy., Results: 78(63.93%) patients with F/F, 5(4.10%) with V/V, and 39(31.97%) with V/F were identified, which were not different compared to controls. Patients with different FcγRIIIa genotypes did not have any difference in terms of gender, age, molecular subtypes, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) or international prognostic index (IPI). The overall response rate (ORR) was 89.35% with a complete response (CR) of 80.33% and a partial response (PR) of 9.02%. The ORR was 83.33%, 100.00% and 100.00% in F/F, V/V and V/F, respectively. A higher response rate was observed in V/V and V/F as compared with F/F (P<0.05). With a median follow-up of 35 months (range: 12-62 months), 46(37.71%) patients had relapsed and 40 (32.79%) cases progressed and ended in death. The 3-year progress-free survival (PFS) rate was 41.03%, 100.00%, 100.00% in F/F, V/V and V/F, respectively. The 3-year overall survival (OS) rate was 48.72%, 100.00% and 100.00% in patients with three genotypes. The PFS and OS rate were significantly higher in V/V and V/F as compared with F/F (P<0.05)., Conclusion: FcγR III a polymorphisms could predict response and prognosis of RTX combined chemotherapy for patients with DLBCL.

Objective: To investigate the association between MDR1 gene expression in breast cancer stem cells and the molecular subtypes of breast cancer tissue., Methods: According to ER, PR, Her-2 and CK5/14 expression profiles, 153 breast cancer specimens were divided into 5 molecular molecular subtypes, in which the expression of MDR1 was detected to analyze the relationship between MDR1 gene expression and the subtypes of breast cancer stem cells., Results: The expression of MDR1 in Luminal A subtype breast cancer was 0.26∓0.04, which showed no significant difference from that of Luminal B subtype (0.31∓0.03, P>0.05). Compared with these two subtypes, HER-2 (+) subtype breast cancer tissues showed a significantly higher MDR1 expression(0.56∓0.05, P<0.05). MDR1 expression in Basal-like subtype and Normal-like subtype breast cancers was comparable (0.98∓0.01 vs 0.90∓0.15, P<0.05), but both significantly higher than that in Luminal A and B subtypes and HER-2 (+) subtype (P<0.05)., Conclusion: The expression of MDR1 gene in cancer stem cells is related with the molecular subtypes of breast cancer tissue.
