In order to reduce the influence of the coupling characteristics between the aircraft and engine of hypersonic vehicle, an integrated aircraft-engine control method of hypersonic vehicle is studied in this paper. Firstly, the control-oriented aircraft-engine integrated mathematical model of the hypersonic vehicle is established. Then, by using the nonlinear dynamic inversion (NDI) and the incremental nonlinear dynamic inversion (INDI), the outer loop control algorithm with slow attitude change and the inner loop control algorithm with fast angular rate change are respectively designed. Moreover, based on the online ontology model including aircraft-engine coupling characteristics of the hypersonic vehicle, the coupling control scheme of flight posture and engine of the hypersonic vehicle is designed in the form of control linkage. Finally, the reference model, error control, online estimation and other modules are introduced into the NDI controller to ensure the flight quality and robustness requirements of the hypersonic vehicle. The simulation results show that the aircraft-engine coupling control scheme based on the NDI achieves the expected control performance.

It is a prerequisite for resource characteristics analysis and scheduling optimization research to screen out the representative typical scenarios of wind-solar-hydropower integrated generation systems. Due to the influence of the “dimension effect”， traditional clustering algorithms cannot be directly applied to high-dimensional data clustering， and the existing technical route based on “dimension reduction before clustering” cannot guarantee that low-dimensional features after dimensionality reduction are suitable for clustering tasks， resulting in unstable clustering results. In view of the existing problems， this paper proposes a method for extracting typical output scenarios of wind-solar-hydropower based on DEC （deep embedding clustering）. The method can realize high-dimensional output data clustering and avoid that low-dimensional features after dimensionality reduction are not suitable for clustering tasks. First， with the help of the nonlinear representation ability of the stacked autoencoder， the high-dimensional wind-solar-hydropower combined output data is deeply represented to achieve data dimensionality reduction. Then， the K-means clustering method is used to cluster the deep low-dimensional features， and the stacked encoder is optimized and adjusted at the same time in the clustering process to obtain the low-dimensional wind-solar-hydropower combined output feature suitable for the clustering space. Moreover， the precise division of wind-solar-hydropower combined output scenarios is realized. Finally， the DEC is performed on the wind-solar-hydropower output data of a region in south China. The PCA-K-means algorithm is used to set up a comparison example to verify the effectiveness of the DEC in selecting typical combined output scenarios of wind-solar-hydropower generation.

For cooperative mid-course guidance problem of multiple unmanned target drone aircrafts(UTDA), a novel cooperative guidance law with impact angle constraints is proposed in this study. Firstly, the relative motion equation of UTDAs and target, and the multiple-UTDA cooperative guidance model with impact angle constraints are constructed. Then, the process of cooperative guidance law design is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the acceleration command on the LOS direction is designed based on the fixed-time consensus theory, the speed dimension is introduced which can guarantee the consensus of all UTDAs' impact times in fixed time. In the second stage, an impact-angle-control guidance law is proposed based on the approaches of variable coefficients sliding mode control and finite-time convergence theory to reach the virtual targets, the acceleration command on the direction of perpendicular to the LOS is developed, which can ensure that all the LOS angles converge to the desired terminal LOS angle in finite-time and some mobility when approaching the virtual targets is achieved, and the Lyapunov stability is adopted. Finally, numerical simulations express that the cooperative mid-course guidance law designed in this study can make each UTDA reach the virtual target at the same time with small miss distance and meet the LOS constraint, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed mid-course guidance law.

The standardized nutrition support therapy can improve the nutritional status, immunity, quality of life, and clinical outcomes of patients with novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) infection. The latest Chinese government policy also clearly states that nutrition support therapy should be included in the whole process of treatment and recovery of patients with COVID-19. Therefore, the Beijing Quality Control and Improvement Center for Clinical Nutrition Therapy has organized relevant experts to formulate the Recommendations of Nutritional Treatment for Patients with COVID-19 Infection (2023), following the latest clinical nutrition guidelines, research evidence and clinical practice of nutrition support of COVID-19. The recommendations suggest that individualized nutrition management be implemented by following the standardized pathway of nutrition management, which includes nutrition-risk screening, malnutrition diagnosis, nutrition treatment and nutrition monitoring, and by taking into account the clinical characteristics of patients with COVID-19.

Pre-oxidation of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) filament is one of the important processes for the preparation of PAN based carbon fiber. Aiming at the problem that carbon fiber is easy to break in the weaving process, which affects the weaving efficiency and fabric quality, the pre-oxidation of PAN filament fabric is discussed. PAN filament bundle was pretreated with boric acid solution of 5% mass fraction in saturated cupric chloride solution, and the pretreated PAN filament bundle was woven into plain fabric, and then PAN fabric was pre-oxidized using muffle furnace. The structure and thermal properties of pre oxidized pan fabric were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) . The results showed that there were slightly more grooves on the fiber surface in the pre-oxidation fabric than in the pre-oxidation filament under the same pre-oxidation process conditions. The aromatization index of pre-oxidation fabric was higher than that of pre-oxidation filament. The weight loss temperature of fibers from pre-oxidation fabric was about 20 ℃ higher than that of pre-oxidation filament. The variation coefficient of single fiber strength from pre-oxidized PAN fabric was smaller than that from pre-oxidized PAN filament, and variation coefficient of single fiber strength of pre-oxidized PAN fabric was large than that of pre-oxidized PAN filament.

BACKGROUND The Changjiang uranium ore field in the southern margin of the Zhuguangshan complex pluton is a typical granite-type uranium ore field in China. Zircon U-Pb dating has been used to date ore-bearing granites. However, due to the high content of uranium in the whole rock and zircon mineral, some zircons tend to be decrystallized, which may lead to scattered zircon U-Pb data and may affect the reliability of zircon U-Pb dating. Monazite is a widespread accessory mineral in granite, and it is an ideal mineral for U-Pb dating due to its high U and Th contents (up to 10000×10-6), and low common Pb content of about 100×10-6-1000×10-6. OBJECTIVES In order to constrain the age of the ore-bearing granite and discuss the tectonic setting. METHODS LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating method was used to constrain the formation age of monazite from the Youdong and Changjiang plutons. The monazite standard materials USGS44069 and Trebilcock were selected as external standard samples and monitoring standard samples, respectively. RESULTS The 206Pb/238U age of monazite in the Youdong pluton is 228.0±1.5Ma (MSWD=0.82, n=23), and that of monazite in the Changjiang pluton is 156.8±1.7Ma (MSWD=0.76, n=14). These ages are consistent with the SHRIMP zircon ages of 232±4Ma and 160±2Ma, respectively, which further confirms that the Youdong pluton is the product of Late Indosinian magmatism, and the Yangtze River pluton is the product of early Yanshanian magmatism. CONCLUSIONS This study demonstrates that the U-Pb age of monazite in high-uranium granites can effectively constrain their formation age.

BACKGROUND The carbonatite-type molybdenum metallogenic belt in East Qinling is the largest molybdenum metallogenic belt in the world. The Huanglongpu deposit is one of the earliest discovered carbonatite-type molybdenum deposits in China. Our field survey found that the uranium grade of ores in this deposit was higher than the industrial uranium grade, being similar to the Huayangchuan U-Nb-Pb-REE deposit in the Qinling Orogenic Belt. However, the occurrences and mineralogical characteristics of radioactive elements are still unclear. OBJECTIVES To explore the main mineral assemblages, U occurrences and other characteristics of uranium ores in the Huanglongpu deposit. METHODS The detailed geological survey, μ-XRF, SEM and EDS analyses were carried out on the high-radioactivity ore from the Huanglongpu deposit. RESULTS The results showed that major uranium minerals in the Huanglongpu deposit were brannerite, betafite and uraninite, which were associated with calcite, feldspar, pyrite, molybdenite and chalcopyrite. Significant alteration and replacement of uranium minerals were observed in the studied ore sample. The betafite was transformed into Nb-rich Ti-Fe oxides after alteration. After alteration of brannerite and uraninite, a large number of cavities were formed within those minerals. The post-ore fluids were possible from meteoric water. The textural differences of altered brannerite and uraninite on BSE images suggested the variable chemical composition. CONCLUSIONS μ-XRF technology has a great application prospect in the future research of uranium deposit genesis and prospecting prediction.

BACKGROUND The Huayangchua polymetallic deposit is a super-large mineral deposit that has economic endowments of uranium and rare earth resources. The deposit is characterized by the unique ore types and complex mineral assemblage. Systematic mineralogical studies can reveal the main rare-earth minerals and the occurrence of REE, providing an important reference for the comprehensive utilization and metallurgical technology of rare earth elements. OBJECTIVES To provide new insight for mineralogy using the in-situ observation and analysis technology. METHODS The field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron microprobe analysis (EMPA) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) were used to systematically study ore minerals of the Huayangchuan deposit. RESULTS The rare earth elements in the Huayangchuan deposit mainly occurred in two states. Independent rare-earth minerals included allanite (La2O3 6.49%-7.61%, Ce2O3 11.50%-14.00%), monazite (La2O3 16.30%-21.21%, Ce2O3 32.06%-39.18%), bastnasite (La2O3 12.86%-14.20%, Ce2O3 36.67%-39.90%), fergusonite (La2O3 1.19%-2.11%, Ce2O3 1.29%-2.30%, Y2O3 22.67%-25.88%), and xenotime (La2O3 2.29%-3.58%, Ce2O3 1.89%-2.37%, Y2O3 39.77%-42.80%). REE also occurred as isomorphism in apatite, pyrochlore and sphene. CONCLUSIONS REE occurs as rare-earth minerals in the Huayangchuan deposit, including allanite, monazite, bastnasite, fergusonite and xenotime, as well as isomorphism in apatite, pyrochlore and sphene. The REEs in the Huayangchuan deposit are dominated by light rare earth elements, such as La and Ce, with minor heavy rare earth element Y.

BackgroundThe miniature fission ionization chamber is a widely used neutron detector for the in-core neutron flux monitoring of a nuclear reactor. Typically, the in-core neutron flux rate measurement system of a domestic CPR1000 nuclear power unit adopts a mobile miniature fission ionization chamber as the neutron probe to measure the neutron flux of the reactor and provide an in-core neutron flux distribution map during the operation. Therefore, it is an important piece of safety and control equipment for nuclear power plants.PurposeThis study aims to develope a mobile miniature fission ionization chamber neutron detector according to the service conditions and technical requirements of current foreign products.MethodsThe nuclear properties of self-made fission ionization chamber neutron detector was developed strictly following the national standard GB/T 7164-2022 and the industry standard NB/T 20215-2013. The gamma sensitivity was tested and compared with a reference commercial fission detector using a 60Co gamma source. The thermal neutron detection characteristic, including the length and slope of plateau, the thermal neutron sensitivity and linearity were tested in one test channel of the China Mianyang Research Reactor (CMRR) with neutron flux from 1×109 n∙cm-2∙s-1 to 4×1013 n∙cm-2∙s-1.Results & ConclusionsThe test results indicate that "domestic substitution" of this in-core safety product can be achieved, and the nuclear characteristics of self-developed prototypes are comparable to those of foreign products.

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of neuronal activity in the cerebellar cortex during the acquisition of trace eyeblink conditioning (tEBC) in mice. Methods A 150-ms pulse of blue light conditioned stimulus (CS) followed by a 100-ms air-puff unconditioned stimulus (US) with a 250-ms trace interval for 5 consecutive training days was performed to train the mice (n=6) to establish tEBC. During daily tEBC training, the neuronal activities in the cerebellar cortex were continuously recorded by tetrode electrodes. Results During the acquisition of tEBC, the incidence of conditioned eyeblink response (CR) in mice was significantly increased (P < 0.01), with the incidence increased from (35.3±10.5)% on the 1st day to (70.9±3.2)% on the 5th day. In particular, 2 types of learning-related neuronal activities were observed in the cerebellar cortex: ① trace interval-decreased firing neurons (early stage: n=11, late stage: n=23) and ② trace interval-increased firing neurons(early stage: n=18, late stage: n=7). The proportions of 2 types of cerebellar cortical neurons were significantly different to those at the early-learning stage (P < 0.01): the percentage of trace interval-decreased firing neurons was increased (early stage: 16.7%, late stage: 36.5%), whereas that of trace interval-increased firing neurons was decreased (early stage: 27.3%, late stage: 11.2%). Moreover, with the acquisition of tEBC response, the latency of CS-evoked decreased firing activity in the cerebellar cortex was significantly prolonged (P < 0.05). In contrast, the magnitude of the firing responses failed to change (P>0.05). Conclusion During the acquisition of tEBC, the discharge of neurons in the cerebellar cortex exhibits changed pattern from the enhancement to attenuation, which is highly correlated to the CR acquisition.

BACKGROUND The Shijiaowei uranium deposit (No.339 deposit) in the Eastern Guidong granite complex of Nanling region, is one of the large type deposits in the Xiazhuang uranium ore field. Uraninite, the main ore mineral of the Shijiaowei deposit, is the ideal mineral for geochronology. Previous studies show that the uranium mineralize ages of Shijiaowei deposit is 38-138Ma acquired by ID-TIMS and EMPA. OBJECTIVES To provide new insight for uranium metallogenic mechanism and background of the Shijiaowei deposit by a new reliable uranium mineralization age determination method. METHODS In situ LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating method was used to constrain the formation age of uraninite from the Shijiaowei deposit. RESULTS The 206Pb/238U age of uraninite was 52.46-56.89Ma with the weighted average age of 54.68±0.53Ma (MSWD=1.19, n=18). The in situ U-Pb dating of the uraninite avoids the influence of mineral inclusions, secondary changes and micro-cracks on dating. CONCLUSIONS Therefore, the in situ U-Pb isotopic age of the uraninite determined by LA-ICP-MS represents the ore-forming age of the deposit. The ore-forming age (about 55Ma) is consistent with the main metallogenic period (about 50Ma) of the South China granite-type uranium deposit, indicating that the uranium mineralization of the Shijiao ore deposit is closely related to fault tectonic activity induced by the local extension of the lithosphere in South China.

The radar scattering cross(RCS) which represents the echo strength of the target under the incidence wave is one of the most important concepts in the radar stealth. With the characteristics of small(low RCS), slow(low flight speed) and low(low flight height), the RCS of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) in complex electromagnetic environments are affected by the geography, meteorology, non-cooperative radar radiation source and so on. Based upon such conditions, the RCS of the UAV in the complex electromagnetic environments and the influence of the radar echo are presented in this paper. Meanwhile, the research progress on the RCS of the UAV in the complex electromagnetic environments are introduced.

With the rapid development of hypersonic vehicle technology, the research on defense approach of the hypersonic weapons is constantly deepening. A lot of guidance law researchers made their efforts to tackle with the problem of high speed, active large scale maneuverability of the hypersonic targets. In this paper, this interception problem is defined as a typical differential game, and the adaptive dynamic programming method is used to solve the Nash equilibrium solution of the nonlinear continuous time system. The numerical simulation of Matlab is provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed guidance law. The result shows that the differential game guidance law based on adaptive dynamic programming is more robust than the baseline method, and can obtain higher interception accuracy.

Objective To identify species of common sarcosaprophagous flies based on digital image analysis of veins, in order to provide new idea for fast and accurate species identification of sarcosaprophagous flies in forensic entomology. Methods Random trapping of 226 male and female sarcosaprophagous flies that comprised of 7 common species, including Sarcophaga peregrina, Parasarcophaga ruficornis, Sarcophaga dux, Seniorwhitea reciproca, Bercaea cruentata, Aldrichina grahami, and Synthesiomysia nudiseta with carrion in the field was conducted. The 17 landmarks on the right wing of each fly were digitally processed and the images were analyzed. The effects of allometry were evaluated using a permutation test. Wing shape variations among 7 sarcosaprophagous fly species and female species was analyzed using canonical variate analysis （CVA）. Additionally, cross-validation test was used to evaluate the reliability of classification. Entomological evidence provides entry points and clues for cases detection, in terms of estimation of the postmortem interval （PMI）, and place and cause of death. In recent years, the feasibility of entomological evidence in practice has been proved by theories and cases. It especially plays an important role in the investigation of cases with unnatural death, no monitoring, and highly corrupt cadaver. However, there are still some key issues to be further studied and standardized before the application of entomological evidence to forensic practice, to improve the effect of entomological evidence in forensic investigation and trial. This paper retrospectively reviews key studies of the application of entomological evidence in forensic science, mainly including discussion of forensic entomology inspection standard, identification studies of sarcosaprophagous insect species, collection of sarcosaprophagous insect growth and succession data under different environments and forensic entomotoxicology. With the rapid development of information technology and biotechnology, applying artificial intelligence and whole genome sequencing technology in forensic entomology has become a new research direction, which can improve the application value and range of entomological evidence in forensic science.

In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the rapid determination of acetamiprid pesticide residues in rapeseed stalk, a method for the preparation of quality control samples was established and evaluated. The lyophilized quality control samples were prepared by matrix spiking and vacuum freeze-drying. And the determination of acetamiprid in the quality control samples was carried out by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The uniformity of the samples was assessed by random sampling and the stability of the samples was evaluated by observing the changes of acetamiprid over a period of one month. The quality control samples prepared by this method are homogeneous and stable, easy to store and transport, and suitable for rapid testing in the field of rapid test kit validation and blind sample assessment. This study established a simple process for the preparation of lyophilised powder quality control samples of rapeseed stalk, which provides a data reference for the study of common key technologies for the preparation of quality control samples of pesticide residues in vegetables. Objective To study the association of hypercoagulability with urinary protein and renal pathological damage in children with immunoglobulin A vasculitis with nephritis (IgAVN). Methods Based on the results of coagulation function, 349 children with IgAVN were divided into a hypercoagulability group consisting of 52 children and a non-hypercoagulability group consisting of 297 children. Urinary protein and renal pathological features were compared between the two groups, and the factors influencing the formation of hypercoagulability in children with IgAVN were analyzed. Results Compared with the non-hypercoagulability group, the hypercoagulability group had significantly higher levels of urinary erythrocyte count, 24-hour urinary protein, urinary protein/creatinine, urinary immunoglobulin G/creatinine, and urinary N-acetyl- β -Dglucosaminidase (P<0.05). The hypercoagulability group also had a significantly higher proportion of children with a renal pathological grade of III-IV, diffuse mesangial proliferation, capillary endothelial cell proliferation, or >25% crescent formation (P<0.05). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that capillary endothelial cell proliferation and glomerular crescent formation >25% were associated with the formation of hypercoagulability in children with IgAVN (P<0.05). Conclusions The renal injury in IgAVN children with hypercoagulability is more severe, with greater than 25% crescent formation and increased proliferation of glomerular endothelial cells being important contributing factors that exacerbate the hypercoagulable state in IgAVN. The Kulagangri Dome is located at the eastern part of the Himalayan metallogenic belt. Based on the 1 :50 000 mineral geological mapping and sparse surface engineering, the Gabo pegmatite-type lithium deposit was firstly found at the eastern part of the Kulagangri Dome. Ore-bearing spodumene pegmatite dikes are generally hosted by the marble in the middle unit of the dome, with length ranging from 1 m to 1 200 m, and width ranging from 0. 8 m to 40 m. The main lithium containing minerals in the spodumene pegmatite are spodumene, elbaite and lepidolite. At present, two main Li mineralization zones are controlled by 5 surface engineering. The mineralization zone I is about 2 km long, and includes 2 main orebodies (K1 and K2). The mineralization zone II is about 700 m long, and include one main orebody (K3). The K1 orebody is about 1 200 m long and 5 ~ 40 m thick, with an average thickness of about 20 m. The K2 and K3 orebodies occur as the large lenticular shape, with strike extension >100~600 m and thickness 15~50 m. The total thickness of K2 orebody is 45. 3 m. The average grade of Li2O, Rb2O and BeO is 1.11%, 0.064% and 0.047%, respectively. The newly discovered Gabo lithium deposit is dominated by Li, Be and Rb, associated with Nb, Ta, Cs, W and Sn. Based on the geological survey results, the Gabo lithium deposit is large in scale, and showing considerable potential for further prospecting in the area. The discovery of Gabo lithium deposit is another breakthrough in the exploration of rare metals in the Himalayan metallogenic belt, which is of great significant role in further understanding of the tectono-magmatic evolution and rare metal mineralization in the Cenozoic Himalaya, and further enriching the theory of collisional orogenesis and mineralization in the southern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In order to solve the actual problem of weaker wheat seedlings before overwintering due to the delayed sowing date in the winter wheat area of northern China, a late sowing experiment was carried out at the Beijing Experimental Base of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2019 to 2021. Three sowing dates were set: sowing at the appropriate time on October 5th (S0), appropriate late sowing on October 15 (S1), and too late sowing on October 25 (S2). To study the effects of film mulching and supplemental application of nitrogen fertilizer on the population quality, individual traits and stems and tillers growth of late-sown wheat before winter, the late sowing S1 and S2 were treated with film mulching and nitrogen fertilizer regulating measures. The results showed that late sowing was not conducive to the formation of wheat population and individual quality before winter, and the growth of stems and tillers. Late sowing and mulching to increase temperature can increase the total number of stems and tillers in the population before winter. Compared with the treatment without mulching, mulching can increase the growth rate and relative growth rate of wheat before winter under the conditions of appropriate late sowing and too late sowing. The total number of stems and tillers in the population increased by 42.9% and 148.4%, respectively. The leaf age of the plant before winter increased, and the number of individual tillers increased on average by 1.6 and 2.0, respectively. Film mulching to increase the temperature prolonged the vegetative growth process of the first tiller to the third tiller on main stem, promoted cell growth, increased the soluble sugar content in the stems and leaves, tillering node, roots, and the ratio of IAA/ZR in leaves, and increased the total number of stems and tillers in population before winter. Evaluation of the seedling situation of each treatment for late sowing showed that under the condition of suitable sowing time, it was beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of two different tillering ability cultivars before winter. Among them, Zhongmai 8 had better seedling situation under the condition of late sowing + film mulching, while Hangmai 501 also had better seedling situation under the condition of proper late sowing, proper late sowing + supplementary nitrogen fertilizer, proper late sowing + film mulching, and too late sowing + film mulching. Meanwhile, there were differences in the responses of two different tillering ability wheat cultivars to the temperature increase under the condition of late sowing + film mulching. It was more beneficial for Zhongmai 8 to improve the overall population quality before winter under the conditions of suitable sowing or late sowing + film mulching, while under the conditions of the appropriate sowing, appropriate late sowing and too late sowing + film mulching, it was beneficial to improve the quality of late sowing seedlings for Hangmai 501. Supplementary application of nitrogen fertilizer had no significant regulatory effects on population quality, individual traits and stems, and tillers growth of late-sown wheat before winter. In summary, under the condition of late sowing, film mulching can effectively improve the overall quality of wheat populations and individuals before winter, and further promote the growth of stems and tillers. Field experiments were set up in four provinces including the winter wheat planting area of southern Huang-Huai in 2020 and 2021. Zhoumai 18, Zhoumai 36 and Aiminlanmai 1 were selected to reveal the effects of different meteorological factors on the yield and quality of three varieties. The results showed that the effects of different wheat variety characteristics and ecological environment on grain length, width, yield and quality reached a significant level in wheat. The effects of environmental conditions on grain length, plant height and yield were greater than those of variety genotypes, while the effects of variety genotypes on grain width, yield three elements, grain starch, protein and cellulose content were greater than those of environmental conditions. Analysis of meteorological factors from different experimental sites suggested that the performance of length and width of grain and weight 1000 grains were consistent. It showed that these two traits were positively regulated during heading to middle date of grain filling, and the negative regulation of temperature was found from jointing date to maturity date. Plant height was positively regulated by factors of moisture and temperature at jointing date. The yield and number of grains were positively regulated by moisture and temperature at heading date, and moisture at middle date of grain filling. The number of effective panicles was mainly positively regulated by the sunshine hours from jointing to heading date. Starch content of grain was positively regulated by temperature and moisture after jointing date, and negatively regulated by sunshine hours in the late flowering date. However, protein content of grain was negatively regulated by temperature and moisture after jointing date, and positively regulated by sunshine hours in the late flowering date. Cellulose was positively regulated by moisture from heading to mid date of grain filling. In conclusion, the characteristics of different wheat varieties and the ecological environment of the test site had significant effects on grain length, width, yield and quality in wheat. Great effects on wheat grain phenotype, yield and quality traits were observed in the analysis of average temperature, total water supply and total sunshine hours after jointing date. Three sub-products (IMERG-E, IMERG-L, IMERG-F) of the IMERGV06 and two sub-products (TMPA-V7, TMPA-RT) of the TMPA 3B42V07 are evaluated against the gauge data from 2008 to 2017 in Nanliujiang River Basin. The results show that: * On the daily scale, IMERG has better correlation (CC) and stability (RMSE) than TMPA for spatial scale. As the temporal scale is increasing, the differences between IMERG and TMPA products narrow, and TMPA-V7 gradually surpasses the near-real-time products of IMERG. From the spatial scale, the southeast stations have a relatively weak correlation and the southernmost stations have poor stability. * For one satellite product, the relative error (RB) between 15 gauges varies greatly, but for one gauge, the difference between five products is not significant. On the basin scale, the deviations of the post-real-time product are lower than those of the near-real-time products. IMERG-F tends to overestimate rainfall slightly, while IMERG-E and IMERG-L tend to underestimate rainfall to a higher degree. * The trends of the three categorical indicators (POD, FAR, CSI) with thresholds are similar at the basin and station scales. The ability of TMPA to detect light rainfall is relatively weak, while IMERG has been improved markedly. The detection performances of the five products on the rainstorm are not ideal and the distribution of the values of each station is more dispersed. Objective *To analyze the whole-brain inputs to the projection neurons in the lateral dorsal nucleus (LD) of thalamus innervating primary visual cortex (V1) in mice. Methods * The adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors expressing the fusion protein of wheat germ agglutinin and Cre recombinase (Cre) were injected into V1 of C57BL/6J male mice, and the AAV vectors with Cre-inducible expression of avian sarcoma/leukosis virus envelope glycoprotein receptor TVA and rabies glycoprotein were injected into LD, respectively. Twenty-eight days later, the pseudotyped rabies virus (RV) was injected into V1. After the full expression of RV-mediated green fluorescent protein in the infected input neurons of LD, i.e., 7 d later, brain samples were collected and frozen sections were made. The whole-brain distribution of RV-labeled neurons were observed under fluorescence microscope, and quantitative analysis was performed by using high-throughput anatomical data analysis software. Results * Through fluorescence microscope and quantitative analysis, the whole-brain map showed that the inputs of LD neurons innervating V1 mainly came from cortex, middle brain and inter brain, accounting for (58.1±4.8)%, (23.2±0.9)% and (15.3±4.0)% of the total number of GFP-labeled neurons in the whole brain, respectively. In the cortex, the areas with the most input neurons were somatomotor area, visual area and somatosensory area. A large number of input neurons were also distributed in prefrontal cortex and medial commissural cortex. In the sensory cortex, the cell bodies of the inputs were mainly distributed in the fifth and sixth layers. In this work, the surface of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) was modified with diethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DEAM) and then dispersed in an MMA monomer. The PMMA/DEAM-RGO nanocomposites were prepared by emulsion polymerization, and their structure and properties were investigated using Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer. Raman spectrometer, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer. The results indicated that RGO was completely covered by PMMA with the aid of DEAM and thus achieved a uniform dispersion in the PMMA matrix. The experiments also confirmed that there was a strong interaction between the DEAM amine groups and surface the functional groups on the RGO surface. The modified RGO could act as a physical cross-linking point in the PMMA matrix. This led to an increase in the toughness and strength of PMMA/RGO nanocomposites with an increase in the amount of modified RGO. Objective: To investigate the expression of one cut homeobox 2, OC-2 (ONECUT2) gene in human gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: Based on bioinformatics technology, Oncomine, GEPIA, CCLE and EBI databases were searched to analyze the expression level of OC-2 in gastric cancer (GC) and other tumors. Kmplot database was used to verify the correlation between OC-2 expression and the prognosis of gastric cancer patients. STRING database was used to construct protein-protein interaction network (PPI network), and the co-expressed genes of OC-2 related with gastric cancer were also analyzed. Results: The expression of OC-2 was generally up-regulated in different kinds of tumors with differential OC-2 expression. The expression level of OC-2 increased significantly in gastric cancer tissues and cells (all P<0.05) and might be irrelevant with tissue type and tumor stage (all P>0.05). The expression level of OC-2 was correlated with prognosis of gastric cancer patients. The median overall survival (40.0 vs 26.5 months) and median disease-free survival (26.2 vs 16.1 months) of gastric cancer patients with low OC-2 expression was significantly longer than those patients with high expression (both P<0.01). Fifteen co-expressed genes of OC-2 were obtained; the PPI network predicted 30 functional proteins interacting with OC-2, among which 11 proteins were also related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. After Pearson correlation analysis, 4 proteins that closely and positively related to OC-2 were identified: PDX1 (R=0.49), CREB1 (R=0.31), MAPK1 (R=0.26) and CTSS (R=0.25). Conclusion: OC-2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development, as well as invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, which is expected to become a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, and also an important indicator for the prognosis prediction of gastric cancer patients. Several important types of self-repairing mechanisms of polymer materials including external and intrinsic self-repairing were introduced. The methyl furan terminated polybutadiene binders based on Diels-Alder reaction, polyurethane binders based on dynamic photo-crosslinking reaction, self-repairing GAP binders based on disulfide bond, and their applications in solid propellants, were reviewed respectively. The future development of self-repairing solid propellants and their potential application were introduced. It was pointed out that, by considering the overall formulation of solid propellants, designing the formulation systems of solid propellants matches the self-repairing function. While realizing the self-repairing property, improving cooperatively the mechanical and energy properties of propellants will be an important research direction of self-repairing solid propellants in the future with 38 references. Shaanxi Zhen'ao Dingsheng Mining Limited used to employ DDTC (diethyldithiocarbamate) and BX (butyl xanthate) as collectors. This reagent system encountered low Pb recovery in the Pb concentrate, big fluctuation of Zn grade in Zn concentrate, high mutual containing of Pb and Zn in the concentrates and large consumption of lime which affected recycling water and environment. Since 2011, as the grade of ores has decreased and the content of pyrite has increased, more lime has to be used to inhibit the flotation of pyrite. BK906 and MB which might be used in weak alkaline conditions were selected to replace DDTC and BX. Small amounts of BX were added into Zn middlings during Zn flotation. The production data of the past one year shows BK906 and MB can increase the recovery of both Pb and Zn. The lime consumption decreases from 10 kg/t to 5 kg/d. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To examine the effects of vertically rotary sub-soiling tillage (VRT) on stage water consumption, individual and population development, yield, water use efficiency, and economic profit of potato is helpful to find the optimized tillage method which could increase crop drought-resistant, yield, and resource use efficiency. With randomized block design, the field experiment involved in three treatments, 1) vertically rotary sub-soiling tillage for 40 cm depth (VRT), 2) deep loosing tillage for 40 cm (DLT), and 3) rotary tillage for 15 cm (TT). The soil water storage in 0-200 cm soil profile in different growth stages of potato, foliar SPAD value, leaf area index (LAI), plant dry matter content, tuber yield were recorded, and stage water consumption, water use efficiency (WUE), tuber commodity rate, tuber commodity yield, and profit were calculated, to investigate the effects of VRT on production efficiency and economic profit. The results showed that VRT increased water consumption in flowering and tuber expanding stage by 46.7, 35.7 mm in 2016 and 27.2, 47.3 mm in 2017, as compared with DLT and TT. Based on the increased stage water consumption, foliar SPAD value, dry matter content, and LAI increased significantly, suggesting the VRT promoted individual and population development. The higher individual and population biomass resulted in significant increase in tuber yield which increased by 156.8%, 47.8% in 2016 and 24.8%, 41.0% in 2017 respectively, as compared with DLT and TT. Accordingly, WUE increased by 92.3%, 19.2% and 18.9%, 26.6%. The tuber commodity yield and profit significantly increased in VRT treatment, as well as the profit which reached to 12631.9, 11019.1 yuan µ hm-2 in 2016 and 29498.3, 18245.5 yuan µ hm-2 in 2017, respectively. VRT promoted potato water consumption in flowering and tuber expanding stages, resulted in significant increases of foliar SPAD value, plant dry matter, and LAI, with positive consequences on the tuber yield, WUE, as well as the tuber commodity yield and economic profit. These indicated that the VRT was helpful to increase potato drought resistance, yield and profit, and thus would be the appropriate tillage method on semi-arid northwest Loess Plateau. Under the background of Cd (50 pmof ⋅L-1) stress, we added ethylene precursor ACC (100 pmof ⋅ L-1), ACC + nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor L-NNA (200 µmof ⋅ L-1), ACC + nitrate reductase (NR) inhibitor Tu (1 mmof ⋅L-1), ACC + nitric oxide (NO) scavenger PTIO (200 µmof ⋅ L-1), NO donor SNP (500 pmof ⋅ L-1), SNP + ethylene signal inhibitor STS (100 pmof ⋅L-1) to examine their effects on the damage degree of leaves and response mechanisms of AsA-GSH cycle in lotus 'Weishanhuhonglian'. Results showed toxic symptom of lotus leaves under Cd stress. The relative conductivity, malondialdehyde (MDA), as well as ascorbic acid (AsA) and glutathione (GSH) contents were significantly increased, but the activities of ascorbate peroxidase (APX), glutathione reductase (GR), monodehydroascorbate reductase (MDHAR) and dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR) were obviously decreased. Compared with Cd stress, adding ACC significantly increased the damage area of lotus leaves, decreased activities of the above-mentioned four antioxidant enzymes and increased AsA and GSH contents. SNP aggravated the toxic symptom of lotus leaves and decreased GR and MDHAR activities. PTIO significantly relieved the toxic symptom of leaves, increased activities of APX, GR, MDHAR and DHAR, but decreased AsA and GSH contents compared with Cd and ACC treatment. However, the effects of L-NNA and Tu were not as obvious as PTIO's. In comparison with Cd and SNP treatment, STS relieved the toxic symptom of leaves, increased APX, GR, MDHAR and DHAR activities, and decreased AsA and GSH contents. With the aim to optimize the structural characteristics of wheat canopy by improving topsoil structure, we examined the effects of three different tillage treatments, deep tillage (DT), shallow tillage (ST), no-tillage (NT) alone, and with application of organic fertilizer, DTF, STF and NTF, on the soil structure and wheat canopy characteristics for five years. Under the same tillage treatment, application of organic fertilizer decreased soil bulk density, the content of soil aggregates with diameter > 5 mm, the mean mass diameter (MWD), and geometric mean diameter (GMD) values of the soil aggregates with diameter >0.25 mm. Soil porosity and the content of soil aggregates with diameters of 2-5 mm and 0.25-2 mm at 20-40 cm soil layer were increased. Compared with other treatments, NTF was better in improving soil bulk density and increased soil porosity at 0-20 cm soil layer. DTF decreased the soil bulk density and the stability of mechanical aggregate with diameter > 0.25 mm at 40-60 cm soil layer, and increased soil permeability. Application of organic fertilizer decreased leaf angle index and increased leaf area index (LAI) and the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of the flag leaf at post anthesis stage. The lowest angle index and the highest Pn were detected in STF and DTF treatment, respectively. Results from path analysis showed that the direct path coefficients were significant from the independent variables (soil bulk density, soil porosity, R0.25 and MWD) to the dependent variables (angle index, LAI and Pn). At 0-20 cm soil layer, the increased MWD value was beneficial to the improvement of Pn and LAI. At 20-40 cm soil layer, the increased soil bulk density would optimize the leaf angle and further improve canopy light penetration. At 40-60 cm soil layer, high soil bulk density and low porosity negatively affected the value of LAI and Pn. We concluded that deep tillage or shallow tillage with application of organic fertilizer would be beneficial for improving soil structure, increasing soil permeability, optimizing wheat canopy structure, increasing canopy light harvesting rate, leaf area index and photosynthetic rate, with positive consequences on wheat yield. Over recent years, the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei higher education has entered an actively promoting rationally deepening period by the Government. As a tool or strategy to be triggered, it has gradually obtained the basis for legitimate status. However, for the function and orientation, the geographical scope and the administrative wall, there still lacks a scientific and reasonable distribution owing to quality variation and overall level. In order to satisfy the requests of the high frame rate and high resolution of fast moving scene in national defense, research and industry, a camera with high-speed and high resolution was de veloped. The functions and characteristics of CMOS image sensor AM41V4 which can cover the requests were introduced, a camera system based on the image sensor was designed. The FPGA was used as the core to control the system timing and DDR solid storage was embedded as the imaging memory in the camera system. Consequently, a flexible working pattern according to specific requirements of the test shoot occasions was realized. The frame rate of the system is 1 000 frames per second, when the resolution of the image is 1 920 pixel x 1 080 pixel. Besides, the camera system reaches a real-time monitoring function. The system has the advantages of high shooting speed, clear image, high performance and flexibility. It has great value for fast capture and shooting record of high-speed moving targets. [Objective]The antibacterial effect of Parthenocissus tricuspidata water extract combined with antimicrobial on Escherichia coli containing fosA3 gene was studied to provide references for comprehensive development and utilization of P. tricuspidata. [ Method ]The bacterial strain isolated from diseased intestinal tract was identified and its fosA3 gene was detected. Then the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and fractional inhibitory concentration indexes (FICI) of P. tricuspidata water extract combined with antimicrobials were determined by using twice microdilution and microdilution checkerboard methods, successively. [Result]The results showed that, the isolated acterial strain was found out to be E. coli containing fosA3 gene, and the MIC of P. tricuspidata water extract against it was 500 g/mL. When P. tricuspidata water extract of 500 g/mL were combined with 9 antimicrobials viz., Ceftriaxone Sodium, Fosfomycin, Coly-mycin, Mequindox, Sulfamonomethoxine, Amikacin, Ceftiofur sodium, Florfenicol, Cefotaxime sodium, respectively, the FICI ranged from 0.188 to 1.000. There was synergistic effect between P. tricuspidata water extract and Coly-mycin or Florfenicol , meanwhile there was additive effect between it and any of other 7 antimicrobials viz., Ceftriaxone sodium, Fosfomycin, Mequindox, Sulfamonomethoxine, Amikacin, Ceftiofur sodium and Cefotaxime sodium, respectively. [Conclusion] The antibacterial activity of some antibacterials against E. coli containing fosA3 gene were enforced by P. tricuspidata water extract, which shows synergistic effect or additive effect. The variety of Shixia longan was changed to cv Liangqing No.1 which mature late, big fruit and high price of market by three different grating methods. The study was carried out to exploring the grafting method of high survival rate and the yield quickly recovery. The results showed that the survive rate, the scion number of survival grafted on stock (diameter 0.5 1.5 cm, treatment two or T2) were much higher than grafted on heave (diameter 5 10 cm, treatment one or T1) and grafted on autumn scion sprouting from heavy cut stock (treatment three or T3). The survival rate of the three treatments was 27.27 % , 63.10 % and 72.73 % , and the survival quantity of scion of per tree was 3,45 and 8. In September of 2012, the crown diameter of the Shixia longan three treatments was 165.7, 358.3 and 154.3 cm before grafted, the height was 138.7 ,206.7 , 163.0 cm, respectively. Three month later, the crown diameter of three treatments was 181.3,370,168.3 cm, the height was 169.7,223.3,173.3 cm, respectively. The number of inflorescence per tree of T1, T2 and T3 was 40,0,2 ,respectively in the spring of 2013. The water potential of the Summer twig of T2 was lower than T1 and T3 ,they were -0.48 MPa,-0.77 MPa,-0.50 MPa. The root depth of the vertical distribution of three treatments was mainly between 0 cm to 60 cm, the quantity of root of T2 was much more than Ti and T3 , The root quantity of the depth between 0 cm to 60 cm and 50 cm far from the trunk was 37,72 and 18 , the horizontal distribution of the root of T2 was wider than Ti and T3 , mainly between 0 cm to 100 cm, T1 The photochemical quenching coefficient of T2 was the highest, the photosynthetic activity was strong, and it was significantly higher than T1. Does the Internet create a more equal structure to political engagement? Using the Weibo data of the selected opinion leaders in Xia Junfeng's case, this paper gave an analysis of the internal network structure. It was found that opinion leaders act as an agency in transforming individual demands into public topics and online political engagement takes on a polar structure of "individual-opinion leader-the public". Besides, characterized by monopoly, only those opinion leaders with social and economic importance could play a steady role; however, they tend to have different perspectives and viewpoints, which could help to relieve the pressure of public opinions. Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of NB09 (China Pediatric Neuroblastoma cooperative group 09) protocol on children with high-risk and ultra-high risk neuroblastoma. Methods The clinical and follow-up data of patients who suffered from high-risk (n=7) and ultra-high risk (n=31) neuroblastomas and admitted in Tumor hospital of Tianjin Medical University between January 2009 to January 2013 were retrospectively reviewed (27 boys and 11 girls). The age at diagnosis was 19-160 months (median age was 36.5 months). In the high risk group, patients were evaluated and operated after 4 to 6 circles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. In ultra-high risk group, patient received chemotherapy before and after operation, then autologous stem cell transplantation and tumor bed radiotherapy. After chemotherapy, retinoic acid treatment was given to patients in ultra high risk group as in high risk group. Results At the end of treatment, 25 patients achieved complete remission; 5 patients achieved partial remission; 3 patients were in stable disease; 5 patients were deteriorating in their conditions which lead to 2 deaths. In total, the response rate reaches upto 86.8%. By the end of follow up, 15 patients had a disease-free-survival, 9 patients survived with tumor, 7 died from recurrence and 7 died from deteriorating conditions. Survival time ranged from 6 to 52 months (median survival 25.5 months). The 1-, 2- and 3-year overall survival were 91.7%, 64.5% and 57.3% respectively. Kaplan-Meier curve and Log-rank test showed no statistical significance between high risk and ultra-high risk neuroblastomas. Conclusion The outcome of NB09 protocol for high risk and ultra-high risk neuroblastoma was preliminary affirmed. It is worthy of further clinical verification. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To realize the fast and safe identity authentication for mobile equipment when they move between different administration domains, a Beidou-based inter-domain identity authentication method for mobile equipment in battlefield is proposed based on the safe and credible brief message communication function and accurate time service provided by Beidou satellites navigation system. The system structure and protocol of Beidou-based inter-domain identity authentication for mobile equipment in battlefield are designed. The two-class authentication mechanism is adopted in the system structure. The accurate clock synchronization of the whole mobile network can be realized by the accurate time service provided by Beidou system. The timestamp got from the clock information provided by Beidou system is put in the identity authentication messages transmitted by Beidou system. The security analysis of protocol shows that it is safe and credible, it can realize not only the bidirectional authentication between the authentication center in the new administration domain and the mobile equipment in the inter-domain identity authentication, but also the anonymous authentication of mobile equipment, and it provides the ability to resist the replay attack.
