Based on analyzing thoughts and concepts of edge operator and advantages and disadvantages of existing pattern representation of time series algorithms, combing with edge point method and important point method, a new algorithm, named pattern representation algorithm based on important edge points of time series, is proposed and analyzed. According to the marginalization of observation point, time series is divided into a plurality of sub segments by extracting the important edge point. Then, the straight line segment that abnormal values is higher, also called abnormal sequence pattern, is found by the analysis of its similarity. The algorithm is analyzed and verified theoretically and in experiments. It is proved that the new algorithm has low complexity, small pattern representation error and can satisfy the pattern representation requirements of mass time series data. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of blade grinding, the robot and belt grinding technologies were applied to blade machining, and the characteristics and working procees of the system were introduced. Through the comparison of multi-axial machining trajectory generation technologies, equal chord deviation fitting method and equal scallop height method were adopted to plan the robot traaectory. Because of their shortcomings in blade grinding, these two methods were improved. In order to evaluate the improved methods and compare efects of manual and robotic proceesing, a test was carried out. The experimental results show that, the blade machined by robot has much beter surface quality than that by hand. Electrical discharge dressing (EDD) process is a non-traditional promising truing and dressing technology for superabrasive wheels. The process makes use of electrical energy to melt and vaporize the wheel bond, and make the abrasive grains stick from the grinding wheel. The development of lightning leader displays a stochastic discharge channel with branching and tortuous structure during EDD. It obviously has characteristic of self-similarity, which can be well described by fractals. A discharge channels simulation model based on the fraetal theory shows the thermal energy distribution of various discharge mediums on the diamond wheel. And various discharge mediums including kerosene-based oil, impressed air and misted deionized water, are applied on EDD bronze-bonded diamond grinding wheels. The surface topography of dressed diamond grinding wheel is observed by VHX-1000 three-dimensional digital microscope. The analyses indicate that the surface topography of dressed diamond grinding wheel is consistent with the feature of simulation discharge channel based on the fraetal theory. The experiment was to study the effect of different storage temperatures on post-harvest physiology and quality of feed mulberry leaves, the mulberry leaves were stored at room temperature 26, 8, 4, and 0 °C to analyse the changes of mulberry leaf color, respiratory intensity, weight loss rate, protein content, total sugar content and fat content. The results showed that compared with normal temperature storage, low temperature storage could prolong the storage time of feed mulberry leaves, reduce weight loss, reduce respiration, delay color change, delay the decrease time of total sugar, protein and fat content. Under low temperature condition, 0 °C would cause frostbite of mulberry leaves, and mulberry leaves lose use value. Mildew appeared in mulberry leaves after 20 d of storage at 8 °C. Storage at 4 °C could prolong the storage period of mulberry leaves to 40 d. The experiment indicates that the storage effect of mulberry leaves at 4 °C is better than that under other test conditions, so 4 °C is more suitable for storing feed mulberry leaves. Three-dimensional (3D) graphene was prepared by hard template method. After functionalized by 3-thiophenecarboxylicacid-5-ethyl-hydrazide,3D graphene was used as sensitive element and the ionic liquid 1 -ethyl-3 -methylimidazolium hexaffuorophosphate ( EMIPF6 ) was used as a binder to modify the glassy carbon electrode. The content of cadmium was determined by ASV method, and the results were compared with that of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), specified detection method for cadmium in Chinese Pharmacopoeia edition 2020. Results showed that under the optimal test condi-tions(0.2 mol/L HAc-NaAc,£d =-1.2 V,td =180 s),the ASV peak current was proportional to Cd2 + concentration in the range of 0 -4 mg/kg,and the limits of detection was 0.6 ng/kg( S/N = 3 ). The results of methodology met the requirements of the test method and the results were consistent with those determination results of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Objective The study was aimed to observe the success rate of streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats by low dose repeated and large dose with a single intraperitoneal injection, and explore the ideal scheme of STZ induced diabetic rats. Methods 48 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: group 1 (20 mg/kg), group 2 (30 mg/kg), group 3 (40 mg/kg), group 4 (50 mg/kg), group 5 (60 mg/kg) and group 6 (the control group) . The groups 1-3 were treated with repeated intraperitoneal injection scheme, and each injection interval time was 5 days. The groups 4 and 5 were conducted according to the single intraperitoneal injection scheme. Blood glucose was measured at the fifth day after each injection. Results The rats model of group 2, group 3, and groups 4 and 5 was successfully established after four times, two times and one time of injection, respectively. At the end of the experiment, the success rate of groups 2 to 5 was 75%, 100%, 75% and 75%, respectively. In group 1, the model has not yet succeeded after five times injection. In group 5, 2 rats died. Conclusion The single intraperitoneal injection of STZ 50 mg/kg was an economical approach to induce diabetic SD rats, which has high success rate and survival rate. Based on the bug localization technology, this paper proposed an automatic repair approach via mutation and applied this method to repair bugs of expressions of C language programs. Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the demographics, types and causes of illness and injury, and risk factors for serious illness and injury among visitors at the 2010 Taipei International Floral Exposition. Methods: During the 171-day period from November 6th to April 25th 2011, 8,963,666 people visited the Exposition. There were four medical stations located in parks in Yuanshan, Arts, Xinsheng, and Dajia-Riverside during the Exposition period. Of these visitors, 11,489 people received medical services, and 470 of them were sent to a hospital for further treatment. Logistic regression analysis was used to examine factors associated with serious illness and injury. Results: The medical usage rate was 7.5 per million person-days, and the rate of ambulance to hospital usage was 2.3 per 10,000 patient-days. The three most prevalent illnesses were gastrointestinal disorders, headaches, and flu, while the three most prevalent injuries were abrasions/lacerations, strained muscles/contusions/sprains, and burns/sunburns/blisters. Serious illnesses were associated with a population density of < 124 persons per 100 m2, and the time periods of November and December 2010, and January to March 2011. Serious injuries were associated with age over 70, morning sessions, rain, a population density of < 57 persons per 100 m2, and the time periods November and December, 2010 and March, 2011. Conclusions: We suggest that the occurrences and severity of illness and injury be monitored during an exposition in order to provide immediate and effective medical interventions. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages, snacks and desserts among pre-school children and estimate the intake of refined sugar among children aged 2 to 5 by a prospective cohort. Methods: Total 301 infants were followed up annually to the age of 5 (n=132). The intake of refined sugar is calculated by using 24-hour recalls. Estimated percentages of refined sugar in various food products are used in order to obtain the average daily intakes. Results: The consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages increased with age. "Flavored and fermented milk" contributed to the highest percentage among children aged 2-5, while the "whole grains drinks" and "tea drinks" showed an increasing trend over the years and the "tea drinks" increased its consumption sharply. For snacks and desserts, "biscuits" contributed the highest percentage among children aged 2 to 4, while "Chinese sweet soup" showed an upward trend over the years with the highest percentage among children aged 5. The estimated refined sugar consumption was 13 ± 12g, 19 ± 16g, 32 ± 18g, 29 ± 20g (p for trend<0.01), energy intake from refined sugar was 5%, 6%, 9% and 8% among children aged 2, 3, 4 and 5, respectively. Conclusions: Over one-third of 5-year old children had over 10% of their caloric intakes from refined sugar. The caffeine in tea may not be suitable for young children. In this paper, the main vegetative growth indexes of chrysanthemum such as height of plant, number of ground stem diameter, number of branches and the main reproductive growth indexes of chrysanthemum such as number of flower, weight of flower, diameter of flower, thickness of flower which were introduced and cultivated at different altitude in Baoxing of Sichuan Province were measured by field trials and the main quality indexes of the chrysanthemum samples such as content of Chlorogenic acid, contents of Luteolin and Isochlorogenic acid A were measured by laboratory analysis. The measured data were prossed by variance and correlation analysis to find the difference of plant growth and quality for medication of chrysanthemum which were introduced and cultivated at different altitude at high altitude area. The results showed that the vegetable growth index such as height of plant,the reproductive growth indexes such as number of flower, weight of flower, diameter of flower, thickness of flower and the quality indexes such as content of Luteolm and Isochlorogenic acid A of chrysanthemum were affected significantly by the elevation gradient at high attitude area(P>0.05). The vegetable growth indexes such as diameter of groung stem, number of braches and the quality index such as content of Chlorogenic acid of chrysanthemum were affected insignificantly by the elevation gradient at high attitude area (P<0.05). The vegetable growth index such as height of plant and the quality indexes such as number of flower, diameter of flower of chrysanthemum had a significant correlation with the elevation gradient at high attitude area (P<0.05). The elevation gradient at high attitude area had a significant effects on the plant growth of chrysanthemum exclude a few vegetable growth indexes such as the number of braches and diameter of ground stem. Within a certain range of altitudes(2 051--2 405 m) at high attitude area, the elevation gradient had insignificant effects on the quality formation of chrysanthemum. The quality of chrysanthemum all met the medicinal condition within the altitude of 2 051-2 598 m according to the minimum limits standard of active ingredients of chrysanthemum in the "Pepole's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition)" and the chrysanthemum had a best quality for medication which were introduced and cultivated around the altitude of 2 329 m. Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of escitalopram in treatment of patients with depressive disorders. Methods A control study was carried out between 119 patients who met the DSM-IV criteria of depression and depressed episode. The 62 of total patients were treated with escitalopram (10~20⋅ mg d-1) and the others were treated with paroxetine (20~40 mg⋅d-1) for 8 weeks. The efficacy was assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Montgomery Depression Rating Scale (MADRS), Clinical Global Impression (CGI) and the safety was assessed by Adverse Event Scale. Results After 8 weeks treatment, the total effective rates of escitalopram group and paroxetine group were 72.6% and 71.9% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) . The clinical curing rate of escitalopram group and paroxetine group were 24.2% and 22.8% respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05). The scores of HAMD17, HAMA, MADRS and CGI in both groups decreased significantly, with statistically difference between the baseline and other observation time points (P< 0.001). The adverse event rates of the escitalopram group and paroxetine group were 38.71% and 35.09% respectively, with no significant difference (P > 0.05). The main adverse events of two groups were nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, cardiopalmus, epigastric discomfort, et al.
