ObjectiveTo investigate the levels of neutralizing antibodies against the novel coronavirus in the serum of elderly individuals aged 60 years and above in Shanghai’s Changning District, following natural infection and mixed immunity, in order to provide a basis for strengthening immunity in the elderly.MethodsElderly people who participated in free health check-ups at 10 community health service centers in Changning District from May to June 2023 were selected as the subjects. Information such as gender, age, COVID-19 infection history, COVID-19 vaccine immunization history, and chronic disease history were collected. Serum samples of the subjects were collected and quantitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies was performed by magnetic particle chemiluminescence method. The antibody levels of different populations were analyzed.ResultsA total of 620 subjects were included, 586 of whom (241 males and 345 females) met the study conditions. There were 90 people in the full vaccination + infection group, 224 people in the intensive vaccination + infection group, and 272 people in the unvaccinated + infection group. The positive rates of COVID-19 antibody in the three groups were 94.44% (95%CI: 87.51%‒98.17%), 95.98% (95%CI:92.51%‒98.15%) and 22.06% (95%CI: 17.28%‒27.46%), respectively. High strength Ti-5Al-3Mo-3V-2Zr-2Cr-1Nb-1Fe（Ti-5321） alloy is a new type of high strength tolerance titanium alloy designed and developed to meet the demand of high performance titanium alloy for new generation aircraft in China. Ti-5321 alloy with equiaxed microstructure（EM），basket-weave microstructure（BW） and fine basket-weave microstructure（F-BW）was obtained by forging and heat treatment，and the tensile properties and fatigue crack growth behavior were studied. Fatigue crack propagation mechanisms in Paris and unstable propagation regimes were revealed by analyzing the microstructures and fracture morphology using optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the samples with EM，BW and F-BW exhibit the excellent fatigue crack propagation resistance with the tensile strength of 1200 MPa. The sample with F-BW presents the highest fatigue crack propagation resistance in Paris and rapid growth regimes，while the sample with EM presents the lowest fatigue crack propagation resistance. In F-BW， the crack mainly propagates through and along α phase. Crack tends to propagate across colony oriented for （\begin{document}$ \bar{1} 011$\end{document}） pyramidal slip and propagates along colony oriented for （\begin{document}$10 \bar{1} 0$\end{document}） prismatic planes.

HdeA, a molecular chaperone localized in the bacterial periplasm, plays a vital role in maintaining protein homeostasis. Previous studies of HdeA were mainly carried out in in vitro conditions, limiting our understanding of the mechanism of HdeA in its native environment. Outer membrane vesicles of bacteria are extracellular vesicles released by cells into the extracellular milieu in a controlled manner, with contents almost identical to the periplasmic environment. Thus, by enriching HdeA into the bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs), we investigated the conformational changes of HdeA within OMVs via nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The results reveal that HdeA exhibits an acid-dependent conformational change in its native environment. The high-resolution spectrum of HdeA in OMVs indicates that under low pH conditions the function of HdeA is activated through residues S15, W16, T17, S27, T32, E36, G54, T57, C66, Q71, F74 and D83. Moreover, the NMR measurement of HdeA within OMVs provides a promising way for in situ investigation of mechanisms of other periplasmic molecular chaperones via NMR spectroscopy.

There has been a raising concern about frailty in elderly patients with esophageal cancer, and effective management of frailty may improve clinical outcomes of patients. This paper reviewed the studies about screening, assessment, and management strategies for frailty in elderly patients with esophageal cancer, as well as early identification of frailty using appropriate tools, in order to facilitate the development of screening and assessment tools and individualized management plans for esophageal cancer patients in China. (老年食管癌患者衰弱状况堪忧, 及时有效的衰弱管理能有效改善患者的临床结局。本文综述食管癌患者衰弱的筛查、评估及管理策略, 以及使用合适的工具尽早识别衰弱, 以期为构建适合我国食管癌患者衰弱筛查评估工具及个体化管理方案提供参考。)

[Objective] The institution of irrigation is crucial for agricultural production and management, but its effect on farmland transfer has not been paid enough attention. Clarifying the relationship between the institution of irrigation and farmland transfer is of great significance for the agricultural modernization of China. [Methods] First, this study constructed a theoretical model to analyze the mechanism of irrigation institution affecting the farmland transfer; second, we conducted an empirical test using the survey data collected by China Institute of Rural Studies (CIRS) in 2017, and by employing the Tobit model as benchmark model, as well as the Propensity Score Matching (PSM) and Inverse-Probability Weighted Regression Adjustment (IPWRA) methods for robustness check. [Results] The results show that the unified irrigation arrangement increased farmland transfer in villages by 5 to 8 percentage points; and more frequent maintenance as well as better maintenance status of irrigation facilities also increased farmland transfer in villages. The effects of unified irrigation system and specific maintenance frequency and maintenance status of irrigation facilities on farmland transfer are also significant. [Conclusion] A healthy irrigation system and an effective irrigation facility management mechanism contribute to the realization of farmland transfer. The policy implication of the conclusion is that to promote the market-oriented circulation of farmland, we can focus on optimizing the irrigation institution.

【Objective】 This study is to propose a method to improve the accuracy of remote sensing-based soil salinity inversion in the Urartian irrigation area within the Hetao irrigation region. 【Method】 To address the challenge of low accuracy associated with using single data source, indices and algorithms for soil salinity inversion, we propose to use spectral indices and polarimetric-combination indices as the variables. Partial least squares regression (PLSR), adaptive boosting (AdaBoost), and random forest regression (RF) models were used to construct soil salinity inversion model, and the optimal inversion model was identified through comprehensive evaluation based on the spatiotemporal variation of soil salinity measured from the Urartian irrigation from 2019 to October 2021. 【Result】 The PLSR and AdaBoost models worked better using spectral indices than using polarimetric-combination indices, while RF model was superior in using the polarimetric-combination indices than using the spectral indices. The PLSR model was most accurate for predicting soil salinity at the depth of 10 cm, with the coefficient of determination being 0.70. The AdaBoost model was the best for predicting soil salinity at the depth of 2cm, with the coefficient of determination being 0.74, while the RF model worked best when using the polarimetric combination indices to predict soil salinity at the depth of 2 cm, with the coefficient of determination being 0.64. Soil with high salinity was predominantly located in the southeast, while soil in the northwest and the center were only slightly salinized. 【Conclusion】 Combing the improved spectral index and the AdaBoost algorithm is more accurate in using the inversion model to predict the salinity of the surface soil in Urartian irrigation area in the Hetao irrigation district.

Preparing a protective coating with high hardness and wear resistance is an economical and practical method to solve the problems of easy abrasion and short service life faced by hard alloy tools when cutting hardened steel.In this paper,AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN multilayered composite coatings with different modulation ratios were prepared by high power pulsed magnetron sputtering and pulsed DC magnetron sputtering composite technology.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the multilayered films as well as the cutting performance of the coated tools were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,nanoindenter,white light interferometer and other instruments.Results showed that when the modulation ratio was 3:1,the preferential growth orientation of the multilayered film was changed from(111)crystal plane to(200)crystal plane,the surface density of the multilayered film was improved,the layered structure was obvious,and the grains were refined.And at this ratio,the coating hardness was 25.7 GPa,the critical load was 79.6 N,the wear resistance was the highest,the wear rate was 0.74X10-6 mm3/(N·m),and the friction coefficient was the lowest,about 0.45.Using a width of 0.3 mm as the blunting standard for the wear band on the back face,the life of cutting tools coated with AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN multilayered composite coating was 1.2 times longer than those coated with AlCrSiN coating and 3.2 times longer than the uncoated tools in case of dry cutting of quenched C1045 medium carbon steel.During the cutting process,some Mo atoms in the multilayered composite coating were oxidized into layered MoO3,which acted as a lubricant and effectively reduced the cutting heat resulting from the cutting force and friction and extended the service life of cutting tools.After a continuous cutting of 25 minutes,the chip color produced by uncoated tool,AlCrSiN coated tool as well as the tool coated with AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN multilayered composite coating were getting lighter and lighter and the cutting temperature was getting lower and lower.Through observation and calculation,it could be found that the chip produced by the tool coated with AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN multilayered composite coating had the highest saw tooth degree,about 0.36,which was easy to break automatically,and more conducive to the continuous cutting process

Much work has long been devoted to plant leaf classification,but these methods cannot be applied well in real applications,though they may achieve good results in public datasets.Moreover,they are hardly employed to more complex problems,e.g.leaf ranking,which requires the classification of leaves first and then ranking leaves of the same class.This paper proposes a new model for plant leaf classification as well as leaf ranking,which focuses on the granularity information of leaves and integrates multi-level granularity from coarse to fine.Specifically,the model contains two branches,coarse-grained and fine-grained,which are linked by a coarse-fine hybrid loss,prompting the model to progressively learn a coarse-to-fine representation.A multi-step training approach is used,with different levels of features extracted at each step,therefore enabling the fusion of shallow features with deep features.In addition,a geometric channel attention module,which consists of a spatial transformation and a bili-near attention pooling module,is proposed to allow our model to focus on more discriminative local regions in the image and extract more discriminative features.Our method achieves 99.8% and 99.7% classification accuracy on two publicly available leaf classification datasets,Flavia leaf and Swedish leaf,respectively,and 71.9% classification accuracy on our constructed tobacco leaf ranking dataset,both outperform the state-of-the-art methods.

Increasing evidence has shown that patients with stroke are at high risks of suicide， which seriously affects their prognosis and rehabilitation. The pathogenesis of post-stroke suicide is still unclear， which may be involved with the influence of biological， psychological， social and family factors， etc. Among them， post-stroke depression （PSD） is considered to be the strongest related factor of PSD. In addition， biological factors（such as changes in brain structures and 5-hydroxytryptamine dysfunction）or age and gender， may also mediate the suicide behavior of stroke patients. In this article， the latest research status of the pathogenesis of post-stroke suicide was reviewed， aiming to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of post-stroke suicide.

This article aims to provide a review of the domestic and foreign studies on the quality indicators for evaluating the psychiatric nursing care in recent years. According to Donabedian model， the research progress of quality indicators for evaluating the psychiatric nursing care were described from the three dimensions of structure quality， process quality and outcome quality. This paper summarizes the status of the research， points out the shortcomings of existing research， and provides references for the future research on the quality indicators for evaluating the psychiatric nursing care.

Objective: Cinnamaldehyde was encapsulated in the liposome. Methods: Cinnamaldehyde was selected as the research object and the cinnamaldehyde liposomes were prepared by ethanol injection method. The effects of phospholipid concentration, ratio of phospholipid to cholesterol, ratio of phospholipid to cinnamaldehyde and injection velocity on the encapsulation efficiency, particle size and polydispersity index （PDI） of cinnamaldehyde liposomes were investigated, and the process was optimized by response surface method with the encapsulation efficiency as the index. Results: The optimum preparation conditions of cinnamaldehyde liposomes were as follows: the phospholipid concentration was 2.69 mg/mL, the ratio of phospholipid to cinnamaldehyde was 6.73, and the ratio of phospholipid to cholesterol was 5.79. Under the control of these conditions, the encapsulation efficiency of cinnamaldehyde liposome was 82.37%, and the particle size and zeta potential were 113.89 nm, and -29.07 mV, respectively. After 4 weeks of storage at 4 ℃, it still has a high encapsulation efficiency and good stability. Conclusion: Cinnamaldehyde liposomes with small particle size, high encapsulation efficiency and stable properties could be prepared by ethanol injection method.

There are a large number of pipelines/equipment and facilities need to be thermally insulated in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. However, in the practical operation, many problems may appear in the thermal insulation structures, such as thermal insulation structure failure and corrosion under the thermal insulation which could bring safety risks to the production. In this work, the causes and evaluation methods of thermal insulation structure failure as well as the life evaluation mehtods of thermal insulation structure in the above - mentioned industry were summarized. Meanwhile, the detection method of corrosion under the thermal insulation layer in such industry as well as some corresponding anticorrosion methods were reviewed, with the expectation of providing certain guidance for solving the corrosion problem under the thermal insulation layer in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.

In order to maximize the grid-connected power of high-power offshore wind turbines, a maximum power tracking strategy suitable for medium voltage six-phase permanent magnet synchronous generator (MVSPMSG) was proposed in the paper based on the use of MVSPMSG and distributed neutral point clamped converters to form a 10 MW wind power generation system. The optimal reference value of torque was given according to the speed feedback value, and the dual dq current control loop of the permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) stator winding was designed through the feedforward decoupling method. The maximum power output control of the MVSPMSG was completed by the closed-loop combination of torque and double dq current loop. At the same time, a midpoint potential balance method with modulation coefficient and vector group selection coordinated adjustment was proposed to suppress the neutral point potential fluctuations on the DC side of the neutral point clamped converter. The method of adjusting the magnitude of modulation coefficient to suppress the fluctuation of the neutral point potential was first adopted. Meanwhile, the coordination vector group selection was applied to control the neutral point potential balance when the modulation factor exceeds the limit. Finally, a 10 MW permanent magnet wind power generation system model was established in MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy proposed in the paper.

ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of sleep quality among adult residents in urban areas of Mianyang， and to explore the influencing factors.MethodsA cross-sectional survey was conducted on 126 adult residents from three communities in Mianyang. The selected individuals were assessed using self-made general information questionnaire， Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）， the sleep-hygiene awareness activities subsection and sleep-hygiene practice sections of Sleep Hygiene Awareness and Practice （SHAP）. Then the sleep quality among residents of different demographic characteristics， sleep-hygiene awareness activities and sleep-hygiene practices was compared， meantime， the influencing factors of sleep quality were screened via multiple linear regression model.ResultsThe PSQI score was （7.51±4.05） among urban adults in Mianyang. Correlation analysis yielded that the sleep-hygiene awareness score was positively correlated with the daytime dysfunction dimension score in PSQI （r=0.232， P=0.009）， and the sleep-hygiene habit score was positively correlated with PSQI score， the dimension scores of sleep latency， sleep quality， sleep duration， use of sleeping medication and daytime dysfunction （r=0.188~0.362， P

Glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) was grafted onto polypropylene (PP) nonwovens by electron-beam-induced pre-irradiation grafting, and ammonium phosphomolybdate (AMP) was physically loaded on the grafted polymer to prepare a composite material called PP-g-GMA@AMP. The loading rate of AMP was 5.72%, and the grafting rate of GMA was 32.41%. The maximum adsorption efficiency of Cs(I) by PP-g-GMA@AMP was 97.23% at pH=6. The adsorption kinetic behavior was in accordance with pseudo-second-order kinetic equation. The experimental results showed that the adsorption process using PP-g-GMA@AMP conforms to Langmuir adsorption model and the theoretical maximum adsorption capacity was 2.59 mg/g. PP-g-GMA@AMP showed good reusability and the adsorption capacity was reduced by only 9.91% after three repeated uses. PP-g-GMA@AMP showed excellent selective adsorption ability for Cs(I) in the presence of Na(I), Mg(II), and Ca(II). The distribution coefficient of Cs(I) on AMP was 120.45, while those of Na(I), Mg(II), and Ca(II) were 2.71, 1.23, and 1.84, respectively. According to the difference in partition coefficients, Cs(I) was separated from Na(I), Mg(II), and Ca(II) by dynamic column chromatography using a 0.5 mol/L NH4Cl eluent solution, and the Cs(I) effluent liquid was concentrated to one-fifth the volume of the injection solution.

Objective To determine the expression and function of G protein-coupled receptor 84 (GPR84) in rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R). Methods The rat middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) models were performed, and rats were then divided into sham group, cerebral ischemia for 2 h and reperfusion for 12 h group (I/R 12 h), 24 h group (I/R 24 h), 48 h group (I/R 48 h), 72 h group (I/R 72 h); rat primary cortical neurons were isolated and cultured in vitro, neurons were then divided into control group (control), oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) for 1 h and recovery for 24 h group (OGD/R 1 h), OGD for 2 h and recovery for 24 h group (OGD/R 2 h); neurons were transfected with GPR84 small interfering RNA (siRNA), cells were divided into control group, OGD/R 1 h group, neurons pretreated with negative control and exposed to OGD for 1 h and recovery for 24 h group (NC+OGD/R 1 h), neurons pretreated with GPR84 siRNA and exposed to OGD for 1 h and recovery for 24 h group (GPR84 siRNA+OGD/R 1 h). Western blot was used to determine the expression of GPR84 protein. Immunofluorescence assay was used to analyze the localization of the immunofluorescence signals of GPR84 in cerebral ischemic tissues after MCAO. TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assay was used to detect the percentage of apoptotic neurons. Results Compared with the sham group, the expression of GPR84 protein was significantly up-regulated at each time point after cerebral I/R(P＜ 0.01). In addition, GPR84 was mainly localized in neurons and microglia, while little GPR84 was found in astrocytes. Neurons in the MCAO group showed a higher level of GPR84 expression than those in the sham group. GPR84 knockdown significantly inhibited the increase of GPR84 expression induced by OGD/R. Compared with the control group, neurons in the OGD/R 1 h group exhibited higher apoptotic cells percentage. Compared with the NC+OGD/R 1 h group, the percentage of apoptotic neurons in GPR84 siRNA +OGD/R 1 h group was significantly decreased. Conclusions These results suggest that the elevated GPR84 expression induced by cerebral I/R may play an important role in cerebral ischemia injury.

Objective To study whether blood transfusion with improved blood preservation solution can improve wound healing in diabetic mice, and to investigate its possible mechanism. Methods Kunming mice were used to establish diabetic mice model. They were randomly divided into blood donation group and the experimental group. The blood was placed in sterile centrifugal tube containing anticoagulant and then preserved for 7, 14, 21 and 28 days with improved and standard blood preservation solutions, respectively. The oxygen carrying capacity and deformability of erythrocytes in each preservation period were tested, then the improved and standard autologous blood were retransfused with 7 days of preservation. The experimental group was randomly divided into the standard group and the improved group with 6 mice in each group.The wound healing of two groups of mice was observed on 0, 1, 4, 7 and 14 days, and the mice were killed on 14 days. The degree of fibrosis was analyzed by means of HE, Masson staining and immunohistochemistry methods. Phosphorylation of PI3K,AKT,MEK and ERK were analyzed by Western blot analysis. Results Compared with the standard group, the improvement group exhibited decreased fHb content, and increased P50 oxygen pressure, blood pH, 2,3-Diphosphoglycerate(2, 3-DPG) and red blood cell deformability(RCD)(P＜0.05).HE staining results revealed that compared with the standard group, the area of granular tissue on the skin and the vascular area were increased on the 14th day after operation in the improvement group. Masson staining revealed that, the expression of collagen fibers and the degree of fibrosis in the mice skin of the improvement group were elevated at 14 days after the operation, when compared with the standard group. Immunohistochemistry results indicated that in comparison to standard group, levels of HIF-1α, VEGF, and EGF in skin tissues of the improvement group increased (P＜0.05). The protein levels of PI3K, AKT, MEK,ERK and its phosphorylation increased significantly in the improvement group(P＜0.05). Conclusions Red blood cell treated with improved blood preservation solution may promote wound healing in diabetic mice by activating HIF-1α pathway.

Objective To investigate the effect of miR-338-3p on ischemic injury of neurons after oxgen glucose deprivation(OGD)/reoxgenation(R). Methods In vivo model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) was developed in mice and in vitro model of oxygen glucose deprivation(OGD) was developed with in cortical neurons. Using Western blot to detect cPKCγ protein levels in peri-infarct cortex of mice(n=5) with 1 h MCAO/R 24,48 and 72 h and in neurons(n=5) with 1 h OGD/R 0,6,12 and 24 h; using quantitative RT-qPCR to detect miR-338-3p and cPKCγ mRNA; using bioinformatics to detect the binding sites of cPKCγ 3′UTR and miR-338-3P. Using MTT and LDH methods to detect the survival rate and apoptosis rate of nurons(n=6); using immunofluorescence and HCA to detect the expression of caspase-3 in neurons(n=5). Results cPKCγ protein and mRNA significantly increased in mice with 1 h MCAO/R 24,48 and 72h and in neurons with 1 h OGD/R 0,6,12 and 24 h(P＜0.001); cPKCγ 3′UTR had one miR-338-3p binding site; the miR-338-3p mRNA level showed an opposite trend to that of cPKCγ mRNA level; after over-expression miR-338-3p, the survival rate decreased(P＜0.001) and the apoptosis rate increased(P＜0.001) and the mean fluorescence intensity of caspase-3 increased(P＜0.001) in neurons after 1 h OGD/R 24 h. After inhibition miR-338-3p, the survival rate increased(P＜0.001), the apoptosis rate decreased(P＜0.001) and the mean fluorescence intensity of caspase-3 decreased(P＜0.001) in neurons after 1 h OGD/R 24 h. Conclusions miR-338-3p enhances the survival rate and reduces apoptosis rate of ischemic neurons by negatively regulation of cPKCγ and so to alleviate the injury of ischemic neurons.

The purpose of this experiment was to study the changes of quality, nutritional index, and microbial content of corn-soybean meal feed after fermentation with different compound probiotics, and to screen the best compound probiotic fermentation agent suitable for corn-soybean meal feed fermentation. The composite probiotics were compounded by Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Lactobacillus and yeast according to different strains and doses. The composite probiotics were inoculated with 5% of compound probiotics, and the water content was 55%. The naturally fermented feed without complex probiotics was used as the control group. Anaerobic fermented feed for 21 days was used as experimental groups, which were divided into fermentation group A (Bacillus subtilis: Bacillus licheniformis: Saccharomyces cerevisiae=2: 2: 1), fermentation group B (Bacillus subtilis: Bacillus licheniformis: yeast JM3=2: 2: 1), fermentation group C (Bacillus subtilis: Lactobacillus: Saccharomyces cerevisiae=2: 2: 1). The feed quality, nutritional index and probiotic content after fermentation were measured. The results showed that the feed color of probiotic fermentation group had little difference, all of which were golden yellow, and the smell was wine or mellow. The feed of the control group showed yellow brown and corn flour flavor. Compared with the control group, the number of probiotics increased significantly (P<0.05), the pH value decreased significantly in the probiotic fermentation groups (P<0.05), and the pH value of fermentation group C was the lowest, which was 3.90. Compared with the control group, the concentrations of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in the probiotic fermentation group decreased, while the concentrations of crude protein, crude ash, fat and starch increased, and the fermentation group C was the best. Compared with the control group, the content of P in the fermentation group C increased significantly (P<0.05), and the metabolizable energy, net energy, net energy of weight gain, and net energy of maintenance increased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total fatty acid content in the probiotic fermentation groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the linoleic acid content and palmitic acid content in the fermentation group C were significantly increased (P<0.05). The study indicates that the sensory properties, nutritional indexes, calcium, phosphorus, metabolizable energy, and fatty acid indexes of corn-soybean meal feed fermented by compound probiotics were improved. Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus, and Saccharomyces cerevisae have the best fermentation effect on corn-soybean meal feed in a ratio of 2:2:1. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the utilization of outpatient and inpatient services in patients with pneumoconiosis and its influencing factors. Methods By using the convenient sampling method, 199 pneumoconiosis patients were selected from the West China Fourth Hospital, and their population characteristics, medical treatment-seeking behavior, and influencing factors were investigated by using the questionnaire on pneumoconiosis patients and its influencing factors compiled by CDC of China. Multivariate logistic regression model and multivariate poisons regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of outpatient and inpatient service utilization. Results The two-week outpatient rate of pneumoconiosis patients surveyed was 27.6%, the median number of outpatients used in one year was twice, and the annual hospitalization rate was 61.8%. For hospitalized patients, the median number of hospitalizations per year was 1, and the median cumulative hospitalization days was 30 days. The average visual health scale (VAS) score of patients was 48.3±17.4. Multivariate logistic regression and multivariate poisons regression analysis showed that pneumoconiosis patients with basic health insurance (OR = 0.067, 95% CI: 0.006-0.716), higher frequency of medication (OR=0.100, 95% CI: 0.037-0.269), and lower VAS score (OR = 0.992, 95% CI: 0.988-0.997) had less use of outpatient services. Pneumoconiosis patients with recent exacerbation of cough (OR=5.530, 95% CI: 2.446-12.501), work injury insurance (OR=1.183, 95% CI:1.015-1.379), and lower income (OR=0.980, 95% CI: 0.965-0.997) had more use of outpatient services. Pneumoconiosis patients who were married (OR=0.063, 95% CI: 0.005-0.771) and had lower VAS scores (OR=8.463, 95% CI: 3.090-23.248) had less use of inpatient services. Pneumoconiosis patients with higher frequency of medication (OR=8.463, 95% CI: 3.090-23.248), complicated with core pulmonale (OR = 1.855, 95% CI: 1.307-2.634), pneumoconiosis compensation (OR=3.358, 95% CI: 1.183-9.529), social relief (OR=1.402, 95% CI: 1.047-1.877) and more active communication with patients (OR=2.158, 95% CI: 1.061-4.390) were likely to have more use of inpatient services. Conclusion The utilization rates of outpatients and inpatients with pneumoconiosis are higher than the national average. Objective To express the protein enconded by the Rv3432c gene of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tb) in vitro by prokaryotic expression, to analyze the structure of the Rv3432c protein by using bioinformatics software, and to explore for new drug targets against M.tb. Methods The Rv3432c gene was amplified by PCR using the genomic DNA of the inactivated M.tb strain H37Rv as the template and a recombinant plasmid was constructed with the expression vector pET-28a. The expression products were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and purified using affinity chromatography. The biological properties of Rv3432c were analyzed with Protparam, the Pfam online tool, SOMPA, Protscale, TMHMM Signalp 6.0, NetPhos3.1, SUMOsp 2.0, and SWISS-MODEL. Results pET-28a-Rv3432c recombinant plasmid sequencing results were fully consistent with those of the target gene. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the fusion protein existed in the form of a soluble protein with a relative molecular mass of about 55×10³, which matched the expected size. ProtParam analysis showed that the Rv3432c protein was hydrophilic (showing a GRAVY value of -0.079). Rv3432c was a protein with no transmembrane structural domains or signal peptide. The secondary structure of Rv3432c mainly consisted of random coils (39.78%) and α-helix (39.57%) and was relatively loosely structured. Conclusion We successfully constructed a prokaryotic expression plasmid of the Rv3432c protein and analyzed its structure using bioinformatics, laying the foundation for further research on the role of Rv3432c in the pathogenesis and progression of tuberculosis as well as the identification of new drug targets against M.tb. Objective To explore the correlation between the parameters of the mandible and parameters of cervical vertebrae and craniofacial bone in class Ⅱ skeletal patients in Northeast China and to establish correlation equations expressing the relationship between the mandible and cervical vertebrae and craniofacial bone directly and quantitatively for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of orthodontics and orthognathics and for prediction. Methods The mandible, cranial facial bone and cervical vertebrae of 201 children and adolescents aged 8 to 20 years were measured using digital cranial lateral tablets. All of the cases were divided into male (n=75) and female (n=126) groups using a sensitivity analysis method based on genetic algorithms to select the craniofacial bone and cervical bone with strong sensitivity to mandible parameters and to establish relevant equations. Results Through sensitivity analysis, the parameters with the strongest correlation between the measured values of the mandible were H4 and SN, those with a strong correlation were SN-Ar, the anterior and posterior high ratio SGo/NGn, the Y axis angle and mandibular angle Ar-Go-Gn. The established equation was as follows: males: Ar-Pg=28.415+1.818×H4+0.746×SN(r2=0.056 8, P < 0.001); females: Ar-Pg=15.168+1.706×H4+0.675×SN+0.31×SN-Ar-0.29×Y axis angle (r2=0.611, P < 0.001). No significant difference was found between the predicted values obtained by the established equations and measured values (P > 0.05). Conclusion The mandibular length equation established by sensitivity analysis and genetic algorithms is statistically significant and can predict a certain degree of growth and development.

The patient was a male infant, born full-term, admitted to the hospital at 28 days of age due to jaundice for 20 days and abdominal distension for 15 days. The patient developed symptoms of jaundice, hepatosplenomegaly, massive ascites, and progressively worsening liver function leading to liver failure, severe coagulation disorders, and thrombocytopenia one week after birth. Various treatments were administered, including anti-infection therapy, fluid restriction, use of diuretics, use of hepatoprotective and choleretic agents, intermittent paracentesis, blood exchange, and intravenous immunoglobulin, albumin, and plasma transfusions. However, the patient's condition did not improve, and on the 24th day of hospitalization, the family decided to discontinue treatment and provide palliative care. Sequencing of the patient's liver tissue and parental blood samples using whole-exome sequencing did not identify any pathogenic variants that could explain the liver failure. However, postmortem liver tissue pathology suggested congenital hepatic fibrosis (CHF). Given the rarity of CHF causing neonatal liver failure, further studies on the prognosis and pathogenic genes of CHF cases are needed in the future. Graphene oxide coating was prepared on the surface of pure titanium via using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysiiane. Scanning electron microscopy, raman spectroscopy) X-ray energy spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were adopted to characterize the morphology > structure and composition of the coating. The biological activity of titanium sheets in different treatment groups was evaluated via in vitro cytotoxicity test; acute hemolysis test and SBF simulated body fluid immersion test. The results showed that the graphene oxide coating was prepared on the surface of pure titanium by silane coupling agent. The invitro cytotoxicity test and acute hemolysis test preliminarily confirmed that the composite coating had good biocompatibility. The SBF simulated body fluid immersion experiment showed that the graphene oxide coating could improve the ability of hydroxyapatite deposition on the surface of pure titanium. The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of whole-plant corn silage on the intestinal length, organ indexes, and serum biochemical indexes of Taizhou geese. A total of 180 female Taizhou breeding geese at 35 days old were randomly divided into six groups with three replicates in each group and 10 geese in each replicate. The control group was fed a basic diet, while Group I - Group V were fed the whole-plant corn silage that replaced 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50 % of the basic diet. The pre-test period was 7 days and the experimental period was 49 days. The results indicate that at 71 days of age, the lengths of the cecum in Group VV and Group V, the cecum in Group V, and the rectum in Group V were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). At 92 days of age, the length of the rectum in Group V was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05). At 71 days of age, the liver index in Group V was superior to the control group and Group V and Group V ( P<0.05), and the gizzard index was higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05). At 92 days of age, the TP concentration in Group V, Group III Group IV and Group V was higher than that in the control group. The AST activity in the control group was higher than that in Group I and Group V ( P<0.05). The study indicates that replacing the basic diet with whole-plant corn silage has no negative effect on the development of the hearts and livers of Taizhou geese aged 43-92 days. The study used ion exchange chromatography to determine the content of sulfur amino acids in feed, and calculated and evaluated the uncertainty of sulfur amino acids. A mathematical model was established to analyze the sources of uncertainty, calculate the composite uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty. The results showed that the content of cystine in feed was 0.39 g/100 g, with an extended uncertainty of 0.02 g/100 g (k=2), while the content of methionine was 0.21 g/100 g, with an expanded uncertainty of 0.02 g/100 g (k=2). The primary source of measurement error is due to the uncertainty of recovery rate and standard solution preparation. Objective To observe the effects of arecoline on the related protein expressions in the apoptosis of cul⁃ tured human periodontal ligament fibroblasts (hPDLFs), such as p⁃JNK, p⁃p53, and Bcl⁃2. Methods hPDLFs were iso⁃ lated from human periodontal ligament tissues and expanded in vitro. hPDLFs were treated with different concentrations of arecoline (0, 20, 40 and 80 μg/mL) for 12 h. The proliferative activities were evaluated by MTT. The expressions of p⁃JNK, p⁃p53, and Bcl⁃2 were determined by Western blot. Results Arecoline inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis protein. The protein level of Bcl⁃2 was decreased, while p⁃JNK and p⁃p53 were increased (P < 0.05). The pro⁃ tein expressions were in a concentration ⁃ dependent manner with arecoline. Conclusion It demonstrates arecoline might contribute to the apoptosis of hPDLFs, and could destroy periodontal tissues.

To explore the correlation between peanut seed biochemical quality and stress resistance under germination stress, seed samples of 90 peanut genotypes were subjected to different types of stress including salt (0.12 mol/L NaCl), alkali (0.1 mol/L NaHCO3, pH 8.3), drought (15% PEG 6000), and low temperature (2°C soaking for 72 h). Germination indicators and peanut seed biochemical quality were analyzed by canonical correlation analysis. It was discovered that, oleic acid was positively correlated with vigor index under salt stress, while oleic acid was negatively correlated with germination percentage under low temperature stress. Oleic acid was beneficial to peanut seed germination under salt stress, but not conducive to germination under low temperature stress. There was a positive correlation between palmitic acid and germination index under drought stress, and palmitic acid was beneficial to peanut seed germination under drought stress. Vitamin E was beneficial to seed germination under alkali stress. We have proposed an improved Sparsity Preserving Projection (SPP) method to implement target feature extraction. It combines the SPP feature extraction using the idea of the Locality Preserving Projection (LPP) scheme to build a new objective function, which can not only maintain the relationship of sparse reconstruction between the samples but also minimize the distance between similar sample types in the projection space. Experimental results with Moving and Stationary Target Acquisition and Recognition (MSTAR) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data sets show that the average recognition rate using the proposed method is up to 97.81% without knowing the target to be azimuth, which can improve the target recognition result even further for obvious reasons. To explore the effect of mindfulness intervention on the psychological resilience and professional identity of nursing undergraduates during the epidemic and its mechanisms, and to provide strong evidence for improving the mental health status and professional identity of nursing undergraduates. Methods One hundred and eight nursing students were randomly selected from a pre-survey conducted at a university in Beijing from April 25-30, 2021, of whom 52 were placed in the intervention group for a combined online and offline mindfulness intervention, whereas 56 were placed in the control group and received no intervention. The Resilience Style Questionnaire (RSQ) and Professional Identity for Nurse Students Questionnaire (PINSQ) were used to assess the levels of psychological resilience and professional identity of members in both groups before intervention, 1 week after intervention, and 3 months after intervention (followup). SAS 9.4 software was used to evaluate the intervention effect using generalized estimating equations, and the Process test was used to analyze the mediating effect of psychological resilience. Results After intervention, the psychological resilience of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); at follow -up, there was no statistically significant difference in psychological resilience between the intervention group and the control group (P > 0.05). The psychological resilience of students in the intervention group increased after intervention and at follow -up compared to before intervention (P < 0.05), but decreased at follow-up compared to after intervention (P < 0.05); there was no change in the level of psychological resilience of control students at each time point (P > 0.05). After intervention, the professional identity score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and at follow-up time, the professional identity of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01). The increase in professional identity at each time point in the intervention group was statistically significant (P < 0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in professional identity in the control group at each time points (P > 0.05). Mindfulness intervention affected professional identity by affecting psychological resilience levels, with a mediation effect ratio of 23.67%. Conclusions A mindfulness intervention could effectively improve the psychological resilience and professional identity levels of nursing undergraduates during the epidemic, providing a basis for subsequent psychological interventions and research. Cassia twig, a Chinese herbal drug, is widely prescribed in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases, and it is found in more than 60 clauses and more than 40 prescriptions. Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica described cassia twig as: (i) mainly used to relieve cough with dyspnea due to counterflow of qi, stagnation of qi, throat impediment, and breathing with the mouth due to severe impediment of the throat, to promote movement of joints, tonify the middle energizer, and replenish qi; and (ii) useful for ushering other traditional Chinese drugs to treat all the disease, and able to invigorate the spirit and mind, relax the body, and prevent aging. The female infant in this case study was admitted to the hospital 4 hours after birth due to preterm birth and respiratory distress. On the third day after birth, peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC) catheterization was performed. On day 42, thrombus was found at the entrance of the right atrium from the inferior vena cava during a cardiac ultrasound, and it was considered to be related to PICC placement. Low-molecular-weight heparin and urokinase were given. After two weeks of treatment, ultrasonic monitoring showed thrombus shrinkage. No bleeding or pulmonary embolism occurred during the treatment. Objective To study the clinical efficacy, advantages, and disadvantages of adaptive biofeedback training combined with oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol 4000-electrolyte powder in the treatment of children with outlet obstruction constipation (OOC). Methods A total of 168 children with OOC were enrolled in this prospective study. All the subjects were randomly divided into a test group and a control group based on the order of visiting time, 84 in each group. The test group was treated with adaptive biofeedback training combined with oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol 4000-electrolyte powder, and the control group was treated with oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol 4000-electrolyte powder alone. Eleven children in the test group and two children in the control group withdrew from the study since they could not finish the whole treatment course. Finally, 73 children in the test group and 82 children in the control group were included in this analysis. As clinical outcomes, the total score of clinical symptoms and overall response rate were compared between the two groups at weeks 4 and 8 of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the total score of clinical symptoms between the two groups at beginning of treatment and at week 4 (P>0.05), while the test group had a significantly lower total score of clinical symptoms than the control group at week 8 (P<0.05). At week 4, there was no significant difference in overall response rate between the two groups (P>0.05), while the test group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group at week 8 (P<0.05). Conclusions Adaptive biofeedback training combined with oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol 4000-electrolyte powder is significantly associated with improvement of clinical outcomes in the treatment of children with OOC. The equivalent circuit model of parallel inverter was established to analyze the generation mechanism and influencing factors of circulating current.
