Magnetic fields are safe and used in noninvasive physical therapies. Numerous studies have confirmed that magnetic fields have good osteogenic effects and certain value for clinical application in accelerating orthodontic tooth movement, promoting bone-implant integration, promoting fracture healing and improving the effects of distraction osteogenesis. Magnetic fields are expected to become applied as effective auxiliary methods for treating oral diseases. To support the clinical application of magnetic fields, this article reviews the applications of magnetic fields in the oral cavity, the biological effects on bone cells and the molecular mechanisms through which magnetic fields regulate bone metabolism. The biological effects of magnetic fields on bone cells include promoting osteogenesis by osteoblasts and mesenchymal stem cells and inhibiting bone resorption by osteoclasts. At the molecular level, bone cells sense and respond to magnetic stimulation, and through various mechanisms, such as displacement currents, Lorentz forces, and free radical pair effects, stimuli are transformed into biologically recognizable electrical signals that activate complex downstream signaling pathways, such as the P2 purinergic receptor signaling pathway, adenosine receptor signaling pathway, transforming growth factor-β receptor signaling pathway, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway, and Notch pathway. In addition, magnetic parameters, which are the factors affecting the osteogenic effects of magnetic fields, are discussed. However, the mechanisms of the osteogenic effects of magnetic fields are unclear, and further studies of these mechanisms could provide effective strategies for bone regeneration and periodontal tissue regeneration. In addition, considering the target of magnetic field therapies, combination with other drugs could lead to new strategies for the treatment of oral diseases.

Objective To explore the potential classification of sleep quality in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality in patients with different characteristics.Methods Patients with maintenance hemodialysis from two Grade 3A hospitals were investigated by using Athens Insomnia Scale, Family APGAR Index and Herth Hope Index. Latent profile analysis was used to test heterogeneity, and binary Logistic analysis was used to evaluate the in fluencing factors of different types of sleeping quality.Results 277 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were included in the research. The sleep quality of patients was classified into two potential categories, no or light sleep disorder (67.0%) and significant sleep disorder (33.0%). Extreme events occur frequently in China against the background of global warming. Understanding the spatiotemporal variation of extreme events and predicting their future trends can provide a theoretical basis for formulating regional strategies that adapt to climate change. Using the CN05.1 grid meteorological data and eleven global climate models based on Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6), we analyzed the evolution characteristics of extreme precipitation and high temperature events in China from 1975 to 2014, predicted the evolution of extreme events from 2015 to 2054, and proposes policy suggestions for dealing with these events. The results indicate that, from 1975 to 2014, the heavy precipitation exhibited an increasing-decreasing-increasing pattern from the northwest to southeast region of China, and the risk and catastrophability of extreme precipitation in regions located to the east of the Hu Line were great. Under SSP1-2.6 and SSP5-8.5 climate change scenarios, extreme precipitation in China will generally increase and become stronger by 2054, with a significant increase in North and Northeast China and a further increase in Northwest China. From 1975 to 2014, the number of warm nights and warm days in China increased significantly, and the increase in warm nights was higher than that of warm days. Under the SSP1-2.6 and SSP5-8.5 climate change scenarios, extreme heat events in China will increase significantly by 2054, with the greatest increase in Northwest, Southwest, and South China. To mitigate the impact of climate change and cope with the risk of extreme events in the future, China should further improve its response and emergency management capacities for dealing with flood and extreme heat risks, strengthen international cooperation, and formulate strategies adapted to local conditions.

A non-calcined artificial wetland filler (CSAC filler) was prepared using carbide slag and aluminate cement, and its cadmium adsorption capacity was investigated. The results showed that CSAC fillers (80% calcium carbide slag, 20% aluminate cement) have good cadmium adsorption performance. When the initial Cd2+ concentration was 50 mg/L, the cadmium adsorption amount can reach 299.8 mg/g, and the results were influenced by various factors (pH, initial concentration, reaction time, temperature). The adsorption kinetics analysis showed that the adsorption process was more in line with the quasi second order kinetic model, and the heterogeneous chemical adsorption process was the main process of cadmium adsorption on CSAC fillers. The adsorption isotherm analysis showed that the adsorption process can be fitted using the Sips model, and the theoretical maximum adsorption capacity obtained from the Sips model was 341.33 mg/g (30 °C). The characterization results indicated that the adsorption mechanism of CSAC fillers for cadmium includes the combination of Cd2+ with Ca(OH)2 and CO2, forming CdCO3 precipitation; Cd2+ undergoes intergranular substitution and complexation reactions with hydration products. CSAC filler has good mechanical and physical properties, and all indicators meet the requirements. To meet the radar data requirements of target detection technology research and address the lack of publicly available sea-detecting radar data, a data-sharing program for sea-detecting radar is proposed herein. The aim of the proposed data-sharing program is to conduct sea detection experiments using an X-band solidstate phase-coherent radar and other multi-type radars to obtain the target and sea clutter data under different sea conditions, resolutions, and grazing angles. Moreover, the marine meteorological and hydrological data, target position, and track data are simultaneously obtained using the proposed data-sharing program to help achieve the standardized management of radar-measured data. The proposed data-sharing program aims to promote the open sharing of data sets, serve as the basis for research on sea clutter characteristics, and facilitate the research on sea clutter suppression and target detection technology.

Facing with the urgent need of tools for the elderly and disable,which is brought by the rapid increase in the number of the elderly in recent years,plan to design an exoskeleton-assisted robot from a bionic angle. After determining the use of a push-pull flexible shaft to drive a motion joint,the design of mechanism and structure of shoulder and elbow joint of exoskeleton robot is completed first. Then the ankle joint and other flexible drive are designed,and the activity range of each joint is analyzed. Finally,the dynamics analysis of the leg joint and the foot joint and kinematics analysis of robot’s gait are carried out in the dynamics simulation software. In summary,as a kind of assist tool for the elderly and disable,the robot can meet the requirements of motion smoothness and speed stability.

Considering an inverse Gamma prior distribution model for texture, the adaptive detection problems for both first order Gaussian and second order Gaussian subspace targets are researched in a compound Gaussian sea clutter. Test statistics are derived on the basis of the two-step generalized likelihood ratio test. From these tests, new adaptive detectors are proposed by substituting the covariance matrix with estimation results from the Sample Covariance Matrix (SCM), normalized SCM, and fixed point estimator. The proposed detectors consider the prior distribution model for sea clutter during the design stage, and they model parameters that match the working environment during the detection stage. Analysis and validation results indicate that the detection performance of the proposed detectors out performs existing AMF (Adaptive Matched Filter, AMF) and ANMF (Adaptive Normalized Matched Filter, ANMF) detectors.

Aiming at the urgent need of portable,miniaturized recon equipment fits for all kinds of terrain,a four-leg recon robot is designed based on the perspective of bionics. At first,the structures of robot,such as legs,support,shell and other parts are completed after choosing the whole symmetric structure of outside elbow and inside knee. Then,the design and description of its leg support,transmission,shock absorption and joint-driving functions are carried out. At last,the kinematics analysis of the movement of leg joints,robot body and the tip of the leg and the dynamics analysis of jogging gait are carried out through dynamics simulation software,it is proved that this robot could meet the requirement of stability of motion and velocity of recon equipment.

Sea clutter is one of the main limiting factors influencing the target detection performance of nautical radars. The physical mechanism of sea clutter is complex with an abundance of influencing factors, and the non-Gaussian as well as non-stationarity behavior is significant. Thus, research into sea clutter property cognition is complicated and has to be systematic. Based on research that concentrates on experimental data, this paper reviews and summarizes the research developments in sea clutter property cognition. It concentrates on the properties that are of most interest for target detection algorithms: amplitude distribution, spectra, correlation, and non-stationarity and nonlinearity. The main research results are also concluded. Based on this, four aspects of problems that need further exploration are highlighted and include the following: further analysis of sea clutter influencing factors; the game problem between sea clutter precision modeling and the requirements of detection algorithms; and the property cognition between radar target and sea clutter.

To meet the requirements of cavity feature recognition for corner box parts, an automatic cavity feature recognition method was proposed based on improved graph matching. The cavity features of corner box parts were analyzed and the common template attributes of feature simplified model were extracted. The raster height point cloud data of the model was obtained, and the median height was taken as the threshold value to transform it into a 0-1 matrix. The projection eigenvalues of the cavity surfaces were extracted from the 0-1 matrix to separate and recognize the cavity wall and edge surfaces. Face adjacency attribute was used to search the side wall surface of the cavity, and the complete machining features of the cavities were finally identified, including the bottom surface set, the wall side surface set and the side wall surface set. The results of example verification show that the proposed method is more efficient and robust than those of the fixed template matching method to identify the machining features of the cavity of corner box parts. Using catalpol and propionyl anhydride as raw materials, pyridine as solvent and acid binding agent, catalpol perpropionyl product (CP-6) was synthesised by microwave-assisted method. The synthesis conditions were optimized by orthogonal test, and the neuroprotective activity was initially screened by the colorimetric method of the tetramethylazolyzol salt trace enzyme reaction. The test results showed that when the molar ratio of propionic anhydride to catalpol was 18:1, the reaction temperature in the microwave reactor was 80 °C, the reaction time was 6 h, and the mass concentration of catalpol in pyridine was 25 g/L, the relative content of CP-6 in the reaction system could reach 98. 51%. MTT method was used to screen the neuroprotective activity of CP-6, and the results showed that CP-6 had neuroprotective effect and may be a potential neuroprotective agent. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Soil environmental benchmarks are an important scientific basis for the formulation and revision of soil environmental quality standards, and the evaluation and supervision of soil environmental quality. The key technologies in the formulation of soil benchmarks for ecological protection in the United States and Australia were selected for in-depth discussion. The formulation strategies and derivation methods were elaborated, and the technical points of the benchmark formulation were compared. The results show that there are differences in the soil benchmark names, protection objects, and toxicological data processing methods between the two countries, which are closely related to the specific strategies of each country. China should strengthen the targeted research of soil benchmarks in different regions, establish a national soil toxicity data-sharing platform, and provide data support for the formulation and revision of soil environmental quality standards. Due to the increasingly intensive anthropogenic disturbance, soils are susceptible to the pollution by heavy metals, with Pb pollution becoming one of the most severe issues worldwide. It is crucial and beneficial to derive soil environmental criteria for environmental risk assessment and contaminated land management of Pb pollution in soil. In this work, the terrestrial toxicity thresholds including 10% effect concentration (EC10) or no observed effect concentration (NOEC) of Pb were collected from the ecotoxicological database and the published literature. The modeling analysis were performed using species sensitivity distribution (SSD) method according to soil pH. The soil environmental criteria for Pb were derived based on the protection levels of the different land use types. The results showed that soil quality criteria for Pb were 51.1 ~ 153 mg⋅kg-1, 172 ~ 342 mg⋅kg-1, 342 ~ 537 mg⋅kg-1 and 440 ~ 634 mg⋅kg-1 for natural reserve/agricultural land, park, residential land and industry/commercial land, respectively. The start-up and operation of 0.52 MM TPY xylene separation unit in SINOPEC Tahe petrochemical Co., Ltd. are introduced. By adding temporary process and optimizing the constant temperature operation of xylene tower in time, the xylene tower can start smoothly and safely without C8 aromatics. The deviation between actual operation data and design data of the reformate fractionator during start-up period is analyzed, and the solution is put forward. The FHDO technology is used to remove olefins from the reformate. The operation is simple, the aromatics loss is small, and the bromine index of the mixed xylene decreases obviously. The unit has passed 100% load calibration, the yield of the mixed xylene and the energy consumption of the unit are better than the design value, and the quality of the mixed xylene meets the requirements. The volatile components of 10 agarwood samples from 5 countries (Kalimantan, Malaysia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia) were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS). The results showed that the volatile components of 10 agarwood samples were mainly aromatic and sesquiterpe-noids. The types and relative contents of volatile components of agarwood samples with the same origin but different morphology were different. The volatile components of the samples also showed certain differences. The mannene and (+) -cyclodecene were only detected in the agarwood samples of Malaysia and could be used as the characteristic components of the agarwood in the producing area; a-cluene and β-Guaiacrox were only detected in Indonesian agarwood samples and could be used as the characteristic component of the agarwood in this area; (+)-α-long-leafene and a-carboene were only detected in Indian agarwood samples and could be used as the characteristic component of agarwood in this area; the types and contents of alcohols in agarwood samples from Indonesia were significantly lower than those in other places. Using electrospray ionization-high resolution mass spectrometry (ESI-HRMS) method to confirm the catalpol propionylated products,and using peak area normalizing method to complete the semi quantitative,the analysis method on the synthesize process of catalpol propionylated products was established. The results showed that the ESI-HRMS method could quickly determine the type of propionylated products; the peak area normalization method could calculate the relative content of each catalpol propionylated products, which could be controlled to synthesize the main or mixed products with the specific structure by controlling the reaction conditions according to the need. The application of ESI-HRMS method in the reaction process of catalpol pro-panolation could provide a new approach for the analysis of the synthesis process of catalpol propanylated products. As biocatalyst, enzymes usually react efficiently under the normal temperature and pressure. However, the mild reaction conditions limit its development and utilization to some extent. In this paper, α-amylase was immobilized on the synthesized mesoporous SBA-15 (SBA-1 5/aAMS). The immobilized conditions such as adsorption time, pH as well as the concentration of a-amylase solution were optimized. The catalytic performances, storage stability, reusability of SBA-1 5/αAMS and ions effect on its relative activity were also investigated. Experimental results show that the optimal conditions to support are (=4 h and pH = 5 in ice-water bath. The adsorption amounts increase with the increase of concentration of enzyme solution which varies from 0.4-1.5 mg/mL. Compared with free a-amylase, the immobilized one's heat and acid resistance as well as its storage stability and reusability are enhanced. In addition, Ca2+ improved the activity of SBA-15/αAMS. The XRD, SEM and TEM analysis confirmed that a-amylase entered into the pore of SBA-15 and immobilized on it successfully. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Soil evaporation consumes a large part of evapotranspiration during the crop growth season, especially during the seedling or sparse crop growth stage. It has been reported that soil evaporation makes little contribution to crop yield, and thus it has been seen as invalid water consumption. Separate determination of soil evaporation and transpiration is required in many irrigation management programs or yield analysis models. However, it is quite difficult to directly measure soil evaporation and transpiration separately. To achieve this purpose, a soil evaporation model was developed using a new defined soil moisture function based on the actual measurement of meteorological data (air temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed), soil surface moisture and soil evaporation data. The model combined two processes of water vapor transfer: one is the vapor transport in air while the other is molecular diffusion of vapor in the surface soil pore with the vapor being carried from the interior soil pore to the land surface. For the field observation, air temperature and relative humidity were measured in three different heights above the buckwheat canopy in order to determine the actual evapotranspiration with Bowen ratio energy balance method. Leaf area index and plant height was measured regularly, with the maximum values of 2.25 and 62.7 cm, respectively. The variation of surface soil water content (5 cm) was from 11.2% to 30.9%. An important parameter, surface moisture availability, in the proposed model was decided by surface soil moisture and wind speed. It was shown that surface soil water content was the main factor affecting surface moisture availability, and wind speed had slight influence on it. The modeled surface moisture availability with soil content and constant wind speed was compared to calculated value with varied wind speed. By assuming surface moisture availability to be 1 in the model, another important parameter, bulk transfer coefficient, could be calculated. It has been reported that the bulk transfer coefficient for bare field is mainly influenced by soil texture and atmospheric stability. In this study, average value of bulk transfer coefficient was applied for three different leaf area stages based on the analysis of its actual variation. Actual evapotranspiration and soil evaporation beneath the buckwheat canopy respectively measured by Bowen ratio energy balance method and micro-lysimeter were compared and the soil evaporation measured by micro-lysimeter was applied to validate the accuracy of the model. It was shown that the soil evaporation beneath the buckwheat canopy during seedling stage was quite close to actual evapotranspiration measured by Bowen ratio energy balance. The average hourly soil evaporation measured by Bowen ratio energy balance and micro-lysimeter were 0.16 and 0.17 mm, respectively; while the average relative error between two methods was 12%, root mean square error was 0.077, and correlation coefficient was 0.89. It was also shown that the soil evaporation beneath the buckwheat canopy could be reproduced using the constructed surface moisture availability model with average relative error of 13.5%, root mean square error of 0.249, and correlation coefficient of 0.95. The study is very important in separately estimating soil surface evaporation beneath the canopy and crop transpiration, and in decreasing invalid water consumption through soil surface beneath the canopy. Aiming at the problems of low performance matching, more mismatching pairwise, and low registration precision, which are the characteristic of traditional SAR image registration methods, we propose a novel and efficient local invariant feature-based algorithm. First, the feature points are detected by features from accelerated segment test (FAST) method and described by DAISY descriptor in SAR image. Second, Kd-tree-based dual-matching strategy and random sample consensus (RANSAC) are used to establish fine feature matching. Third, affine transform model is estimated for image resampling and transformation, and rough registration is implemented. Finally, feedback mechanism is constituted for fine registration based on the estimation of registration precision. The flexibility and efficiency is demonstrated by experiments with slant range SAR images acquired from different working model, different times, viewpoints, wavelengths and polarizations. Objective: To establish and evaluate a microbial sensitivity test method for Neisseria gonorrhoeae based on resazurin coloration., Methods: Based on the broth microdilution method, resazurin was added as a live bacteria indicator. WHO G, a WHO gonococcal reference strain, was used to optimize the incubation time for resazurin-stained bacteria and the color change was visually observed to obtain the results. Agar dilution method (the gold standard) and resazurin-based microdilution assay were used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of azithromycin, ceftriaxone, and spectinomycin for 3 reference strains and 32 isolates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae . The results were analyzed based on essential agreement (EA), which reflected the consistency of the MIC values, category agreement (CA), which reflected the consistency in the determination of drug resistance, intermediary, and sensitivity, very major error (VME), which reflected false sensitivity, and major error (ME), which reflected pseudo drug resistance, to evaluate the accuracy of resazurin-based microdilution assay as a microbial sensitivity test of of Neisseria gonorrhoeae . CA and EA rates≥90% and VME and ME rates≤3% were found to be the acceptable performance rates., Results: The results obtained 6 hours after resazurin was added were consistent with those of the agar dilution method and the resazurin-based microdilution assay was established accordingly based on this parameter. The EA of resazurin-based microdilution assay for measuring the MIC results of azithromycin, ceftriaxone, and spectinomycin was 97.1%, 91.5%, and 94.3%, respectively, and the CA was 88.6%, 94.3%, and 94.3%, respectively. The VME was 0% for all three antibiotics, while the ME was 11.4%, 5.7%, and 5.7%, respectively., Conclusion: The resazurin-based microdilution assay established in this study showed good agreement with agar dilution method for measuring the MIC of antibiotics against Neisseria gonorrhoeae . Moreover, the sensitivity results of this method were highly reliable and could be easily obtained through naked eye observation. Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4B (eIF4B) plays an important role in mRNA translation initiation, cell survival and proliferation in vitro , but the in vivo function is poorly understood. In this study, via various experimental techniques such as hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, flow cytometry, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, we investigated the role of eIF4B in mouse embryo development using an eIF4B knockout (KO) mouse model and explored the mechanism. We found that the livers, but not lungs, brain, stomach, or pancreas, derived from eIF4B KO mouse embryos displayed severe pathological changes characterized by enhanced apoptosis and necrosis. Accordingly, high expression of cleaved-caspase 3, and excessive activation of mTOR signaling as evidenced by increased expression and phosphorylation of p70S6K and enhanced phosphorylation of 4EBP1, were observed in mouse embryonic fibroblasts and fetal livers from eIF4B KO mice. These results uncover a critical role of eIF4B in mouse embryo development and provide important insights into the biological functions of eIF4B in vivo .

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a class of RNA molecules that are greater than 200 nt in length and do not have protein-coding capabilities or encode micropeptides only. LncRNAs are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and other biological processes, and are closely associated with the occurrence, recurrence and metastasis of a variety of malignant hematologic diseases. This article summarizes the function, regulatory mechanism and potential clinical application of lncRNAs in leukemia. In general, lncRNAs regulate the occurrence and development of leukemia and the multi-drug resistance in chemotherapy through epigenetic modification, ribosomal RNA transcription, competitive binding with miRNA, modulating glucose metabolic pathway, and activating tumor-related signaling pathway. Studies on lncRNAs provide new references for understanding the pathogenesis of leukemia, uncovering new prognostic markers and potential therapeutic targets, and addressing the problems of drug resistance and post-treatment recurrence in patients in clinical treatment of leukemia.

Objective: Establish the prokaryotic expression system of Amuc_1100 protein from Akkermansia muciniphila, and analyze the effects of this protein on the body weight, blood glucose, intestinal barrier function and Akkermansia muciniphila abundance in rats fed with high-fat diet combined streptozotocin(STZ)injection., Methods: PCR product of Amuc_1100 Gene(Gene ID: 34174504) was linked to the double enzyme-digested pET-26 b plasmid vector. The recombinant expression plasmid pET-26 b-Amuc_1100 then transformed into E. Coli BL21. The verified clones through sequence analysis were induced by the addition of IPTG. High-fat diet rats were interfered with the purified protein at high and low doses. The changes of body weight, blood glucose, intestinal barrier function and Akkermansia muciniphila abundance were analyzed., Results: The recombinant expression plasmid pET-26 b-Amuc_1100 was successfully constructed. The sequencing result showed 100% similarity to the Amuc_1100 gene in GenBank. The molecular weight of the protein obtained was 42 kDa. The intervention of Amuc_1100 protein can reduce the weight of rats fed with high-fat diet combined STZ injection to some extent, improve barrier function and increase the abundance of Akkermansia muciniphila in intestine., Conclusion: The prokaryotic expression system of Amuc_1100 protein was successfully constructed, which has a certain regulatory effect on rats fed with high-fat diet combined STZ injection.

Objective: To analyze whether the effects of the aging caused changes in intestinal flora to the immunity by evaluating the potent association between the intestinal flora and their immunity of middle-aged and aged healthy subjects based on profiling the composition of their fecal bacteria and testing their immune parameters., Methods: Total 99 healthy volunteers aged 50- 75 were recruited. Blood samples collected from them were analyzed for CD3~+T cell, CD4~+T cell, CD8~+T cell, serum Ig A, Ig M and Ig G with flow cytometer( FCM) and immunoturbidimetry. The fecal samples were also collected from them. The genomic DNA of fecal bacteria was extracted and amplified with the universal primers of bacterial 16S rRNA V6- V8 region by PCR. The DNA amplifications were tested with denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis( DGGE). Cluster analysis, principal component analysis( PCA) and variance analysis were used to characterize fecal bacteria composition andanalyze the association with observed immune parameters., Results: The fecal microbiota were highly polymorphic and greatly varied among the tested subjects. CD3~+T cell and CD4~+/CD8~+ levels correlated with intestinal flora structure. Intestinal flora richness( S) of population with high CD4~+/ CD8~+ level was lower compared with population with normal or low CD4~+/ CD8~+ level. However, no apparent association was observed between serum Ig A, Ig M, Ig G levels and the fecal microbiota among the tested subjects., Conclusion: The decrease in the diversity of intestinal flora might affect CD8~+T cell based innate immunity of host. The deep association could exist between intestinal flora and their immunity in middle-aged and aged people.

Objective: To devise an orthodontic anchorage nail which can tap in the target tooth by itself with bio-mechanical function., Methods: Al kinds of functions and structures of the supporting pin were designed and tested to meet its multiple traction and ligation., Results: The self-tapping anchorage nail can be directly implanted in the tooth bed bones without using minimal y invasive surgery., Conclusion: The anchorage nail has good biological compatibility and anchorage stability. It can pul after tapping retention, which shortens effectively the orthodontic term.

Objective: To investigate human papilloma virus (HPV) infection and typing in 7 640 cases of women in Shanxi province in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the cervical cancer., Methods: Totally, 7 640 cases of cervical cell specimens in Shanxi provincial tumor hospital, screening and physical examination from 2012 January to 2013 May and 23 HPV genotypes were analyzed by PCR and reverse dot blot gene chip technology., Results: A total of 1 441 cases of patients with HPV infection were to be found in 7 640 cases of women with an average age of (42.26 ± 19.15)years old. The total infection positive rate, infection rate of high-risk HPV, infection rate of low-risk HPV and infection rate of mixed high and low risk were 18.86% (1 441/7 640), 16.03% (1 225/7 640, including multiple high-risk of HPV infection), 4.88% (373/7 640, including multiple low-risk of HPV infection) and 2.05% (157/7 640) respectively. The rate of high-risk HPV infection was 85.01% (1 225/1 441) in total infection positive women. The most common subtype was HPV16 (34.70%, 523/1 507) and followed by HPV58 (11.48%, 173/1 507), HPV18 (7.43%, 112/1 507), HPV33 (7.10%, 107/1 507), HPV56 (6.04%, 91/1 507) and HPV52 (5.51%, 83/1 507) respectively in tested 18 high-risk HPV subtypes, and there was no HPV82. The most common subtype was HPV43 (38.13%, 151/396) and followed by HPV42 (22.22%, 88/396), HPV81 (20.45%, 81/396), HPV6 (11.87%, 47/396) and HPV11 (7.32%, 29/396) respectively in tested 5 low-risk HPV subtypes. The HPV infection positive rates were significantly different in different age groups and HPV total infection rate, high-risk infection rate in 41-50 year-old age group was the highest, 23.23%. The infection rates of single subtype of HPV and single high-risk subtype of HPV were 75.71% (1 091/1 441) and 61.35% (884/1 441) respectively in all cases of infection women and single high-risk subtype infection rate was 81.03% (884/1 091) in all cases of single subtype infection women. The infection rate of multiple subtype of HPV was 24.29% (350/1 441) in all cases with HPV infection. The double infections was most common (18.18%, 262/1 441) in which the women of double high-risk infections of HPV were 151 cases (10.48%, 151/1 441). The rates of double infection, triple infection and quadruple or more infection of HPV were 74.86% (262/350), 20.29% (71/350) and 4.89% (17/350) respectively in all cases with HPV multiple infection. The positive rates of HPV infection in different age groups were obvious difference. The positive rate of single infection of HPV was 17.80% (574/3 224) in cases of 41-50 years old group which higher than that in other groups(χ² = 20.18, P < 0.05)., Conclusion: The more common high-risk HPV subtype is HPV16, HPV58, HPV18, HPV33, HPV56 and HPV52 and low-risk HPV subtype is HPV43, HPV42 in Shanxi province. HPV infection is most common in the age group of 41- 50 years old female.

Background and Objective: Magnetic fluid hyperthermia (MFH) is a method of heat therapy using nanometer techniques and hyperthermia. It has the advantage of high specificity of targeting. The aim of this study is to detect the effects of MFH induced by an alternating magnetic field on human being carcinoma A549 cells in vitro., Methods: A human adenocarcinoma cell line A549 was cultured with various concentrations of ferroferric oxide (Fe₃O₄) magnetic fluid (1.5-6.0) mg/mL and exposed to an alternative magnetic field (AMF) for 30 min. And then the optical density (OD) of viable cell, cytotocixity index, growth curve of cells, morphologic changes of cell, cell cycle and aposptosis were measured., Results: The proliferation of the A549 cells were remarkably inhibited, the OD value of viable cells decreased and cytotoxity index (CI) increased; Apoptosis of the A549 cells were observed to have cell shrinkage, chromatin condensation, margination, unclear fragmentation and intact cell membrane by light and electron microscopy; The cells were inhibited in the stage S., Conclusions: MFH induced by AMF could inhibit the proliferation, which promotes apoptosis and arrest at S stage of the A549 cells.

A method for the determination of nine pesticides including benzoylureas (diflubenzuron, chlorobenzuron, triflumuron, teflubenzuron, flufenoxuron, chlorfluazuron, hexaflumuron) and bishydrazides (methoxyfenozide, tebufenozide) in vegetables was developed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) with matrix solid phase dispersion. The sample was graphitized with neutral alumina as dispersant and carbon black as purifying, and eluted with ethyl acetate. The separation was achieved by UPLC, and then the identification and quantification were performed using MS/MS with multiple-reaction monitoring and electrospray ionization in positive or negative mode. The following results were obtained: The calibration curves showed good linearity in the ranges of 1-100 microg/L with R2 > or = 0.99. The recoveries were 78.5%-112.8% at four spiked levels of 1, 5, 10, 100 microg/kg, and the relative standard deviations were 2.3%-10.2%. The limits of determination were 0.5-1.0 microg/kg. The method has the advantages of easy to operate, fast to perform, lower limits of quantification, consuming less sample and organic solvents. It can meet the demands of practical use for the rapid and simultaneous determination of benzoylureas and bishydrazides in vegetables.

To obtain the expression of Isoleucine Zipper modified soluble CD40L (IZ-sCD40L) in Pichia pastoris, firstly, DNA fragment of IZ-sCD40L was obtained by PCR and over-lap PCR . Then the expression vector pPICZaA-IZ-sCD40L was constructed. Nucleotide sequencing analysis indicated that the DNA fragment of IZ-sCD40L was correctly inserted into the pPICZaA vector. Linearized pPICZ(alpha)A-IZ-sCD40L was introduced into Pichia pastoris GS115. Positive clone was selected by PCR and its phenotype was determined. The positive clone was introduced with methanol. The results of SDS-PAGE and Western blot showed that product was recombinant Isoleucine Zipper modified soluble CD40L fusion protein.

A new method for rapidly detecting restriction enzyme pattern of mycobacterium deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) by capillary electrophoresis with laser induced fluorescence detection (CE-LIFD) was developed. Polymerase chain reaction was used to amplify a 439 bp fragment of 65,000 (Mr) heat shock protein gene (hsp65) of mycobacterium. After digesting the amplification products by BstE II and Hae III respectively, the patterns of enzyme cleavaged products were detected by both CE-LIFD and agarose gel electrophoresis (AGE). The experimental parameters of CE were optimized. The restriction enzyme patterns of mycobacterium DNA can be detected under the optimum electrophoresis conditions: a coated capillary column with the length of 50 cm and 100 microm i. d., electrophoresis buffer of 45 mmol/L TBE (trihydroxymethyl aminomethane (Tris)-boric acid-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)) and 11 kV running voltage. The restriction enzyme patterns for eight species of mycobacteria were studied. Relative standard deviations of the relative migration times of the DNA segments were less than 3.6%. Compared with AGE, CE is more outstanding in resolution and detection time, and it can be applied as a more effective means for DNA restriction enzyme pattern analysis.

Objective: To set up HSP65 PCR-RELP capillary electrophoresis method to rapidly identify the mycobacterium to species., Methods: A 440 base pair long part of HSP65 gene of each mycobacterium was amplified by PCR. After the amplification products were fully digested by restriction endonucleases BstE II and Hae III respectively, capillary electrophoresis with laser induced fluorescence detector was used to separate and detect the digested fragments., Results: All of the 7 tested mycobacterium species have their own unique patterns of digested fragments, all fragments can be well separated., Conclusion: Capillary electrophoresis can give more higher accuracy and sensitivity in identifying mycobacterium species.
