With the increasing burden of hypertension in Chinese adults, the detection rate of hypertension among children and adolescents continued to rise, drawing increasing attention to the impact of pubertal timing on blood pressure. In recent years, many scholars have evaluated the association between pubertal development and blood pressure at different stages using various methods of assessing pubertal timing. To understand the correlation between pubertal timing and blood pressure in adolescents, this study reviews the associations between pubertal timing and blood pressure and their underlying mechanisms. The relationship between earlier female pubertal development and the risk of hypertension in adulthood shows positive, negative, and U-shaped correlations, with varying results. Earlier female pubertal development may lead to a higher detection rate of hypertension during adolescence. Most of the studies focus on the correlation between pubertal timing and adult blood pressure, with less research on adolescent blood pressure, indicating a need for further research to reveal underlying patterns.

In this paper, wheat flour was irradiated at different doses (0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 kGy) to investigate the effects of 60Co-γirradiation on the structural and functional properties of its gluten. The disulfide bond was broken by irradiation, and the content of the free sulfhydryl group increased. The results of Fourier infrared spectroscopy showed that the secondary structure of gluten protein was rearranged with decrease in a-helix content and an increase in β-sheet content. Raman spectroscopy and surface hydrophobicity showed that the microenvironment of aromatic amino acid side chains changed. Irradiation treatment resulted in the tryptophan and tyrosine residues tending more toward the exposed state, and the surface hydrophobicity increased. Meanwhile, irradiation increased the solubility, water and oil holding, and emulsifying properties of gluten proteins, and the maximum value reached at 15 kGy（solubility is 0.46 mg/mL, water holding 3.13 g/g, oil holding 4.33 g/g, emulsification 6.669 m2/g）. In conclusion, the proper dose of gamma-irradiation can change the secondary and tertiary structure of gluten, and improve its functional properties such as solubility, water retention and emulsification, which is conducive to expanding the application space of gluten protein and providing theoretical references for industrial applications.

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects and mechanism of dihydromyricetin (DHM) on the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome and improvement of palmitic acid induced injury in vascular endothelial cells through Sirtuin 3(Sirt3). Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were treated with palmitic acid (200 μmol/L) to establish an inflammatory injury model, which was subsequently intervened with different concentrations of DHM (10, 20 and 40 μmol/L).Cell viability, LDH release level and expression of endothelial cell adhesion factors were detected respectively.qRT-PCR and Western blotting were used to measure the mRNA and protein levels of cytokines related to NLRP3 inflammasome activation.The regulatory effects of DHM on mitochondrial function of endothelial cells were determined by Seahorse Extracellular Flux Platform and mitochondrial membrane potential assay.Moreover, Sirt3-specific inhibitor 3-TYP (50 μmol/L) and Sirt3 overexpression plasmid were adopted to explore the role of Sirt3 in DHM inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome induced by palmitic acid. Results DHM significantly inhibited the decline in cell viability, release of LDH, and secretion of endothelial cell adhesion factors ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 induced by palmitic acid (P < 0.05).Moreover, DHM remarkably improved the decrease of oxygen consumption for mitochondrial respiratory activity, enhanced ATP production and residual respiratory capacity, and suppressed the elevation of mitochondrial membrane potential (P < 0.05).Meanwhile, DHM also suppressed the mRNA and protein levels of NLRP3, IL-18 and ASC induced by palmitic acid (P < 0.05).Sirt3 overexpression enhanced the above effects of DHM, while the Sirt3 inhibitor 3-TYP obviously attenuated these effects. This paper summarized the cluster nursing management for a patient with lumbar disc herniation induced low back pain combined with hyperglycemia. The patient received lumbar paravertebral nerve block, and was diagnosed with hyperglycemia before the surgery. Objective To explore the molecular mechanism underlying miR-9500 regulating the migration and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma cells by targeting SMAD2. Methods The core target genes of miR-9500 were screened out by bioinformatics analysis, and their GO function analysis, KEGG signaling pathway enrichment, and survival analysis were performed. The targeted binding sites between miR-9500 and SMAD2 were predicted, and the direct targeting relationship between miR-9500 and SMAD2 was verified by dual-luciferase reporter assay. qRT-PCR and Western blot were used to assess the effect of miR-9500 on the mRNA and protein expression levels of SMAD2. Wound healing assay, Transwell assay, and Matrigel invasion assay were used to determine the effect of miR-9500 on the migration and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma cells. Results The core target genes of miR-9500 were mainly enriched in the cancer pathway, TGF-β signaling pathway, and focal adhesion. However, only the expression levels of VAMP2, SMAD2, and RXRA among the top 10 core target genes were significantly correlated with the overall survival of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. miR-9500 targeted SMAD2 and down-regulated the expression levels of SMAD2, and overexpression of miR-9500 significantly inhibited the migration and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma cells and markedly decreased the expression levels of MMP2 and MMP9. Conclusion miR-9500 can inhibit the migration and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma cells by targeting SMAD2, which may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and development of lung adenocarcinoma as a tumor suppressor.

Objective·To investigate the expression and clinical significance of phospholipase A2 Group ⅡA (PLA2G2A) in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), and provide new ideas for seeking KIRP targets.Methods·The expression level of PLA2G2A in pan-cancer and its relationship with prognosis and immune infiltration were analyzed by online software SangerBox. On this basis, the expression level of PLA2G2A in KIRP was analyzed with the help of the UCSC xena database; the correlation between PLA2G2A expression and prognosis and immune infiltration of KIRP were analyzed by using the UALCAN database and the TIMER database, respectively. In addition, the LinkedOmics database was used to analyze the related genes, Gene Ontology (GO) function and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) signaling pathway enrichment of PLA2G2A in KIRP.Results·PLA2G2A was significantly low expressed in 15 tumor samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) including KIRP. It was further validated that PLA2G2A was significantly lower expressed in KIRP with the help of Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) database. The expression level of PLA2G2A was closely related to the prognosis and immune infiltration of various tumors. The higher the expression level of PLA2G2A in KIRP was, the worse the prognosis and the higher the abundance of immune infiltration were. GO analysis showed that PLA2G2A was mainly enriched in biological regulation and metabolic process in biological process (BP), cell membrane and nucleus in cell component (CC), and protein binding and ion binding in molecular function (MF). KEGG pathway enrichment analysis suggested that the pathways positively correlated with PLA2G2A were enriched in ribosome, cell cycle, proteasome, systemic lupus erythematosus and antigen processing and presentation, while the pathways negatively correlated with PLA2G2A were enriched in citrate cycle, pyruvate metabolism, and carbon metabolism.Conclusion·PLA2G2A is significantly lower expressed in KIRP. Unexpectedly, the higher the expression level of PLA2G2A in KIRP is, the worse the prognosis and the higher the abundance of immune infiltration are. In KIRP, the PLA2G2A positively correlated pathways are mainly enriched in cell cycle and immune-related pathways (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, antigen processing and presentation), while the negatively correlated pathways are mainly concentrated in citric acid cycle and pyruvate metabolism signaling pathways. Thus, it is needed to be further explored whether PLA2G2A plays a role in the development of KIRP as a tumor suppressor or an oncogene.

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient undergoing paravertebral nerve block for lumbar disc herniation (LDH). The paravertebral nerve block was effective to relieve the low back pain caused by LDH. Functional polymer material is a type of polymer materials with special functions such as catalysis, conductivity, photosensitivity, and biological activity. They have the function of transmitting, converting, or storing substances, energy, and information. Functional polymer materials have the characteristics of light weight, numerous varieties and strong specialty, which make them widely used in machinery, information technology, biomedicine and other fields. The development of functional polymer materials is very rapid. In order to meet the needs of new technologies in various fields, functional polymer materials are gradually developing towards multi-function such as electromagnetic materials and photothermal materials. With the emergence of smart polymers, functional polymer materials are gradually being developed towards intelligence, such as self-healing functional polymer materials and shape memory materials. The research progress of functional polymer materials in recent years was summarized in this article and their applications were briefly described, with emphasis on reactive functional polymer materials, optical functional polymer materials, electrical functional polymer materials, biomedical functional polymer materials, environmentally degradable polymer materials, shape memory polymer materials and smart polymer hydrogel. At present, most functional polymer materials only have traditional functions such as photoelectricity or special functions such as shape memory. It is believed that functional polymer materials with both traditional and special functions will be the development direction of future materials.

To address the problem of drug-resistant bacterial infections, a photodynamic broad-spectrum antibacterial cellulose acetate/protoporphyrin (CA/PpIX) porous microfibre membrane was prepared by electrospinning. The surface morphology of the fibrous membrane was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the distribution of PpIX on CA membrane was observed by laser confocal scanning microscope (CLSM). The change of the basic chemical structure of membrane before and after loading PpIX was analyzed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Raman spectrometer. Through the DPBF substrate oxidation experiment and the antibacterial ability against S. aureus and E. coli, the photodynamic performance of the material was explored, and the gradient experiment of inorganic salt solution (KI, NaNO2, MgCl2) was designed to explore the effect of its interaction with 1O2 on the antibacterial performance. The results show that the loading of PpIX does not change the basic morphology of the fibrous membrane, but it gives the membrane good substrate oxidation and antibacterial properties (illumination 30 min, the antibacterial efficiency against S. aureus achieves 99.537%). KI, MgCl2and NaNO2solutions all have certain enhancement effects on photodynamic antibacterial mediated by CA/PpIX, among which KI solution has the most obvious enhancement effect. The interaction between the inorganic salt KI and 1O2 produces more free radicals, which can significantly potentiate the photodynamic antibacterial effect. The 100 mmol/L KI solution can potentiate the antibacterial efficiency of the composite fibrous membrane against S. aureus and E. coli to 99.9999%.

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of quercetin in diets on the laying performance, egg quality, and lipid metabolism of Hyline brown laying hens in late laying period, and to determine the optimal supplemental level of quercetin in laying hens. A total of 1 600 sixty-week-old healthy Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates per group and 100 laying hens per replicate. Hens in control group were fed a basal diet, and hens in experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 200, 400, and 800 mg/kg quercetin, respectively. The pre-test lasted for one week and the formal test lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows: Compared with the control group, the laying rate of Hyline brown laying hens in all quercetin groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), the egg weight and average daily egg weight of the test group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the ratio of feed to egg was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the eggshell thickness and egg weight of the test group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased (P<0.05), the eggshell strength and eggshell weight in the test group 2 were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the yolk color and Haugh unit were significantly improved in all quercetin groups (P<0.05). The crude protein content in yolk of the test group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased (P<0.05), the cholesterol and triglyceride content in yolk of the test group 2 were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the phospholipid content in yolk of all quercetin groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum adiponectin content in the test group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased (P<0.05), the serum leptin content in all quercetin groups was increased (P<0.05), and the serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and glucose content in the test group 2 were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The serum free fatty acid content in the test group 2 and group 3 was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The results show that adding proper quercetin to the production of Hyline brown laying hens can improve the laying performance and egg quality, regulate the metabolism of blood lipids, and improve the body's health. Carboxymethyl chitosan is an important chitosan derivative with good biocompatibility and degradability, and has a wide range of biomedical applications. In this study, water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan derivative that can be photo-crosslinked by UV irradiation was synthesized. Methacrylated carboxymethyl chitosan (M-CMCS) was synthesized by N-methacrylation of carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS). The chemical structures of M-CMCS were characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR. The M-CMCS hydrogels with different degrees of crosslinking was prepared by UV-triggered photo-crosslinking. The microscopic morphology, mechanical properties, swelling properties, enzymatic degradation properties and in vitro drug release behaviors of M-CMCS hydrogels were investigated by SEM, rheometer, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, respectively. The results show that the degree of methacrylation is gradually increased as the molar ratio of glycidyl methacrylate to carboxymethyl chitosan increases. M-CMCS hydrogels have the structure of high porosity and interconnected pores with the pore size of 1-20 μm. The swelling ratio of M-CMCS hydrogels is decreased as the degree of crosslinking increases. M-CMCS hydrogel can be slowly degraded by lysozyme, and the degradation rate is decreased by increasing the degree of crosslinking. M-CMCS hydrogels show sustained release behavior for anticancer drug gemcitabine, and the drug release can be extended to 4 days. Photo-crosslinked M-CMCS hydrogels show great promise for drug release and tissue engineering.

Polymer hydrogel is a soft material with a three-dimensional network structure that can absorb and retain a large amount of water. Polymer hydrogels have good biocompatibility, mechanical properties and important application value in biomedical and bioengineering fields. Self-healing hydrogels are smart hydrogels that respond to external stimuli and repair their own damage. Compared with the traditional hydrogel, the self-healing hydrogel has the property of repairing damage, and received extensive attention in the scientific field in recent years. Dynamic chemistry-based self-healing hydrogels are novel self-healing hydrogels that can reshape three-dimensional network structures by dynamic covalent or non-covalent bonding to repair damage. The new self-healing hydrogel can quickly repair its own damage and has good environmental adaptability, laying the foundation for the development of self-healing hydrogels as multifunctional new materials. The research progress of recent self-healing hydrogels based on dynamic chemistry was reviewed in this paper, especially focusing on the updated development on self-healing hydrogels based on hydrogen bonds, metal coordination interactions, host-guest interactions, ionic bonds, hydrophobic interactions, imine bonds/acylhydrazone bonds, borate bonds and disulphide bonds, and meanwhile, the problem of self-healing hydrogels was put forward, and the future direction of development was finally predicted.

Based on the ANSYS Workbench finite element software, the ultimate static working state of the dental plate of clamping pliers when drilling the drill string is analyzed elastoadically. The stress of the contact between the dental tooth and the drill pipe was analyzed by linearization principle, and the classification was identified and evaluated. And then the key parameters of tooth plate as the object of study, through the orthogonal experiment results of the poor analysis, combined with the actual processing capacity to determine the final optimization program. Finally, the contact stress between the dental plate and the drill pipe was measured by the pressure film, and the rationality of the optimization scheme was verified, and the pressure applied is linearly related to the maximum stress of the tooth plate.The test method provides a new way for the same type of equipment. It is of great engineering significance to ensure the safe, reliable and effective operation.

Objective: To analyze the expression and clinical significance of E3 ubiquitin ligase (HECW2) in gastric adenocarcinoma using a bioinformatics approach to provide new clues for finding diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expression of HECW2 in pan-cancer and its relationship with the prognosis of pan-cancer were analyzed by R language. The expression of HECW2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological features were analyzed with the help of UCSC Xena, HPA, and Kaplan-Meier Plotter databases. The WB method was used to detect HECW2 protein levels in Chinese gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and their paraneoplastic tissues to verify the analysis results in the database. The relationship between HECW2 and immune infiltration of gastric adenocarcinoma was analyzed with the help of TIMER and Cibersort databases. GO functional analysis and KEGG signaling pathway enrichment analysis and correlation gene analysis were performed for HECW2 in gastric adenocarcinoma by LinkedOmics database. Results: The results of raw signal analysis showed that HECW2 was significantly highly expressed in 12 tumors including gastric adenocarcinoma among 33 different types of tumors (all P<0.05), and the results of WB method showed that HECW2 was also significantly highly expressed in Chinese gastric adenocarcinoma tissues (P<0.05). Higher HECW2 expression level was associated with shorter OS and higher abundance of infiltration of immune cells including CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils and dendritic cells in gastric adenocarcinoma patients (all P<0.01). In addition, HECW2-associated signaling pathways were mainly enriched in extracellular matrix receptor interactions, adherent spots, cell adhesion and oxidative phosphorylation (all P<0.01). Conclusion: HECW2 is significantly overexpressed in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and is closely related to the poor prognosis and immune invasion of gastric adenocarcinoma, and has great potential as a prognostic biomarker and target therapy for gastric adenocarcinoma. Objective · To explore the effect of psychomotor therapy on negative symptoms and cognitive function of patients with stable schizophrenia. Methods · A random number table was used to divide 64 stable schizophrenia patients from Shanghai No.1 Civil Mental Health Center into a study group and a control group. The control group was given routine treatment, nursing and daily rehabilitation, and the study group increased psychomotor therapy on this basis. Both groups were intervened for 10 weeks, and the patients in the two groups were evaluated by the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS), Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), and the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS) before and after the intervention. Results · Thirty patients in the study group and the control group completed the observation. The repeated-measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that after 10 weeks of intervention, the score of PANSS negative symptom subscale and PANSS total score were lower than those of the control group (all P=0.000), while the scores of MMSE and RBANS were higher than those of the control group (P=0.008, P=0.000). After 10 weeks, the negative symptom subscale score and PANSS total score of the study group were lower than those before the study (all P=0.000), while the MMSE and RBANS scores were higher than those before the study (all P=0.000). Local resonance phononic crystals can be constructed by adding resonance elements periodically, and low frequency band gap can be generated. In this paper, a phononic crystal composed of one-resonator and one-resonator with elastic support has been presented. The band gap characteristics and band gap regulation characteristics of the structure were calculated and analyzed by using phononic crystal theory and vibration theory. The results show that the initial frequency of the first band gap is 0 Hz. The attenuation of vibration in the band gap is determined by the attenuation factor and period number of the finite structure. There are one tunable band gap and three untunable band gaps in such structure. By changing the structural parameters of one-resonator and one-resonator with elastic support, the tunable band gap can be tuned. The untuable band gaps which include the first band gap can attenuate elastic wave stably. The band gap characteristics of the structure have potential applications in the field of vibration reduction of pipelines, bridges and automobiles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objectives] To clarify the inheritance of resistance to avermectin+pyridaben in Tetranychus truncatus Ehara. [Methods] Resistant (RR)and susceptible (SS) strains of Tetranychus truncatus Ehara were crossed and backcrossed to investigate the genes involved in resistance to avermectin+pyridaben, their dominance (D) and cytoplasmic factors involved in resistance. [Results] D values for F1 females from SS♀xRR♂ crosses and SS♀xRR♂ crosses were in the range of 0 < D < 1 (0.625 and 0.802, respectively), indicating incomplete dominance. The 95% confidence limits of these two D values overlap, indicating that there is no significant difference between DSR and DRS. This reveals that the gene responsible for resistance is located in the autosome. A Chi-square (χ²) goodness-of-fit analysis indicated that mortality levels in F2 females (BC1SR and BC1RS) were significantly different (χ²= 16.92, df = 9, P < 0.05) from the expected values for multiple gene control. [Conclusion] The inheritance of resistance to abamectin+pyridaben in T. truncatus can easily cause a wide spectrum of resistance that is difficult to reduce. Consequently, abamectin+pyridaben should be used in rotation with the other insecticides to reduce selection for resistance to this combination of insecticides. Pathogen of oil palm leaf spot disease was isolated and purified, and referred to as strain YZ-4. According to its morphological characteristics and the sequence of internal transcribed spacer (ITS), the strain YZ-4 was identified as Pestalotiopsis microspore. Results of biological characteristics showed that the optimum temperature and pH for YZ-4 mycelia growth were 28-30°C and 6.0-8.0 respectively, while the highest rate of conidium germination occurred at 25-30°C, and pH 6.0-9.0. The most efficient utilized carbon sources by mycelium were D-maltose and soluble starch. When soluble starch, D-maltose, D-galactose and glucose were used separately as carbon sources, YZ-4 conidial germination rates were 94.33%, 88.33%, 90.00%, and 89.67% respectively. These rates were not significantly different. Peptone was the most efficient nitrogen source. As peptone and potassium nitrate were separately used by YZ-4 as nitrogen sources, the corresponding conidial germination rates were 80.33% and 74.00% respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming at lack of the power quality real-time monitoring and the software of the comprehensive evaluation system for micro-grid, a reasonable method of power quality comprehensive evaluation was studied, a system for power quality monitoring and comprehensive evaluation based on Lab VIEW was designed. Firstly, based on an analytic hierarchy procees (AHP) method and grey theory, the power quality evaluation system was proposed. Then, based on Lab VIEW, the system software for power quality monitoring, the comprehensive evaluation and intelligent management for micro-grid was developed by using hybrid programming method with Lab VIEW and Matlab Script programming languages. It was simulated by the micro-grid model. The results indicate that the system software can be real-time monitoring of micro-grid, recorded wave function with alarm and make a reasonable assessment of the integrated micro-grid power quality, generate a summary report for the results. In reality many complex networks present community structures obviously. Modularity function can evaluate the partitions of network community structure quantitatively. But the most popular NG's modularity may fail to identify communities smaller than a scale. In this paper, we proposed two modularities for community structure in complex network based on spectral method. The improvement performance modularity not only can apply in the weighted network, but also can overcome the resolution limit of NG's modularity partly. The cohesion modularity take the internal cohesion as the weight basis, and it essentially avoid the resolution limit of NG's modularity and performance modularity. Finally the proposed function has been tested on three networks, including the artificial networks and two classical real-world networks. Persistent organic pollutants have increasingly become a critical environmental concern, while thermophiles have the high potential of degrading various kinds of environmental organic pollutants. At high temperatures, thermophiles have higher metabolic activity, and the competition by mesophiles is reduced, meanwhile, the solubility and bioavailability of some persistent organic pollutants are greatly increased, and thus, the degradation of the pollutants by thermophiles is more rapid and complete. Therefore, thermophils are of great significance for the bio?treatment of organic wastewater and the bioremediation of organic pollutants?contaminated sites. This paper introduced the research progress on the degradation of organic pollutants by thermophiles in terms of the characteristics of thermophiles in degrading organic pollutants, the effects of temperature on the degradation, the degradation pathways, the degradation enzymes, their coding genes, and practical engineering applications. The future research directions including the degradation mechanisms of thermophiles, their resources reserve, related technology strategies and their applications were also prospected. This paper deals with nonlinear free vibration of thermally postbuckled FGM plates. Temperature-dependent material properties are taken into account. The formulations are based on Reddy's higher order shear deformation plate theory and general von Kármán-type equation. The numerical illustrations concern vibration characteristics of thermally postbuckled FGM plates subjected to uniform temperature rise. Objective To observe the effects of dihydromyricetin on mitophagy in vascular endothelial cells, and to clarify the underlying role of Prohibitin 2 in the process. Methods After human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were treated with different concentrations of dihydromyricetin (0, 0.1, 1, 10, 100 μmol/L) for 12 h, intensity of MitoTracker® Deep Red (MTDR, a widely used mitochondria-selective probe) was determined for mitochondrial staining by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry, and the expression of Prohibitin 2 at mRNA and protein levels as determined by qRT-PCR and Western blotting, respectively. Furthermore, after treatment with of without control/Prohibitin 2 siRNA, HUVECs were incubated with dihydromyricetin for 12 h or carbonyl cyanide 3-chlorophenyl hydrazone (CCCP) for 6 h in the presence of the lysosomal blocker chloroquine, and then subjected to flow cytometry analysis to determine mitophagy. Results As compared with the non-dihydromyricetin group, dihydromyricetin (≥ 0.1μmol/L) treatment markedly decreased MTDR fluorescence levels (P < 0.05), and meanwhile, the treatment significantly increased the mRNA and protein levels of Prohibitin 2 (P < 0.05). After pretreated with chloroquine, dihydromyricetin (≥10 μmol/L) significantly enhanced mitophagy in HUVECs, which was consistent with the effect of CCCP (P < 0.05). After Prohibitin 2 siRNA transfection, mitophagy induced by dihydromyricetin was significantly suppressed when compared with the control siRNA treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dihydromyricetin enhances mitophagy in vascular endothelial cells by regulating Prohibitin 2.

Objective To explore the overall level,distribution characteristics,and differences in household fine particulate matter (PM 2.5 ) pollution caused by fuel burning in urban and rural areas in China. Methods The relevant articles published from 1991 to 2021 were retrieved and included in this study.The data including the average concentration of household PM 2.5 and urban and rural areas were extracted,and the stoves and fuel types were reclassified.The average concentration of PM 2.5 in different areas was calculated and analyzed by nonparametric test. Results The average household PM 2.5 concentration in China was (178.81±249.91) μg/m 3 .The mean household PM 2.5 concentration was higher in rural areas than in urban areas[(206.08±279.40) μg/m 3 vs. (110.63±131.16) μg/m 3 ; Z =-5.45, P <0.001] and higher in northern areas than in southern areas[(224.27±301.66) μg/m 3 vs. (130.11±140.61) μg/m 3 ; Z =-2.38, P =0.017].The north-south difference in household PM 2.5 concentration was more significant in rural areas than in urban areas[(324.19±367.94) μg/m 3 vs. (141.20±151.05) μg/m 3 , χ 2 =-5.06, P <0.001].The PM 2.5 pollution level showed differences between urban and rural households using different fuel types ( χ 2 =92.85, P <0.001),stove types ( χ 2 =74.42, P <0.001),and whether they were heating ( Z =-4.43, P <0.001).Specifically,rural households mainly used solid fuels (manure,charcoal,coal) and traditional or improved stoves,while urban households mainly used clean fuels (gas) and clean stoves.The PM 2.5 concentrations in heated households were higher than those in non-heated households in both rural and urban areas ( Z =-4.43, P <0.001). Conclusions The household PM 2.5 pollution caused by fuel combustion in China remains a high level.The PM 2.5 concentration shows a significant difference between urban and rural households,and the PM 2.5 pollution is more serious in rural households.The difference in the household PM 2.5 concentration between urban and rural areas is more significant in northern China.PM 2.5 pollution in the households using solid fuel,traditional stoves,and heating is serious,and thus targeted measures should be taken to control PM 2.5 pollution in these households.

This study aimed to investigate the mechanism of resveratrol(RES) combined with irinotecan(IRI) in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC). The targets of RES, IRI, and CRC were obtained from databases, and the targets of RES combined with IRI in the treatment of CRC were acquired by Venn diagram. The protein functional cluster analysis, GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were performed. In addition, the protein-protein interaction(PPI) network was constructed. The core target genes were screened out and the target-signaling pathway network was set up. IGEMDOCK was used to dock the core target gene molecules. Besides, the relationship between the expression level of key target genes and the prognosis and immune infiltration of CRC was analyzed. Based on the in vitro cell experiment, the molecular mechanism of RES combined with IRI in the treatment of CRC was explored and analyzed. According to the results, 63 potential targets of RES combined with IRI were obtained for CRC treatment. Furthermore, cluster analysis revealed that protein functions included 23% transmembrane signal receptors, 22% protein modifying enzymes, and 14% metabolite converting enzymes. GO analysis indicated that BPs were mainly concentrated in protein autophosphorylation, CCs in receptor complex and plasma membrane, and MFs in transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase activity. Moreover, KEGG signaling pathways were mainly enriched in central carbon metabolism in cancer. The key targets of RES combined with IRI in the treatment of CRC were PIK3CA, EGFR, and IGF1R, all of which were significantly positively correlated with the immune infiltration of CRC. As shown by the molecular docking results, PIK3CA had the most stable binding with RES and IRI. Compared with the results in the control group, the proliferation ability and EGFR protein expression of CRC cells in the RES-treated group, the IRI-treated group, and the RES+IRI treated group significantly decreased. Moreover, the cell proliferation ability and EGFR protein expression level of CRC cells in the RES+IRI treated group were remarkably lower than those in the IRI-treated group. In conclusion, PIK3CA, EGFR, and IGF1R are the key targets of RES combined with IRI in CRC treatment. In addition, RES can inhibit the proliferation of CRC cells and improve IRI chemoresistance by downregulating the EGFR signaling pathway.

In recent years, the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC) has made great progress, but chemoresistance is still one of the main reasons for reducing the survival rate of patients with colorectal cancer. Therefore, ameliorating chemotherapy resis-tance is an urgent problem to be solved. The purpose of this study was to investigate the regulatory role and related molecular mechanisms of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA) in colorectal cancer cell proliferation, migration, and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) chemoresistance. In this study, HCT116 and HT-29 cells were used as research subjects. Firstly, methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay and colony formation assay were used to detect and analyze the effect of HSYA on the proliferation of CRC cells. Secondly, the effect of HSYA on the cell cycle in CRC cells was analyzed by cell cycle assay. Furthermore, the effect of HSYA on the migration of CRC cells was analyzed by wound-healing assay and Transwell assay. Based on the above, the influences of HSYA on 5-FU chemoresistance of CRC cells and related molecular mechanisms were explored and analyzed. The results showed that HSYA significantly inhibited the proliferation and migration of CRC cells, and arrested the cell cycle in G&#95;0/G&#95;1 phase. In addition, HSYA significantly ameliorated the chemoresistance of CRC cells to 5-FU. The results of acridine orange staining and Western blot showed that the autophagy activity of CRC cells in the HSYA and 5-FU combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the 5-FU single drug treatment group. As compared with the 5-FU single drug treatment group, the phosphorylation levels of protein kinase B(Akt) and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) in the HSYA and 5-FU combined treatment group were significantly reduced, indicating that the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in the combined treatment group was down-regulated in CRC cells. In conclusion, HSYA may upregulate autophagy activity through the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, thereby inhibiting the proliferation and migration of CRC cells and ameliorating the chemoresistance to 5-FU.

Objective: To explore the effect of Wangbuliuxing ( semen vaccariae ) combined with massage at breast and acupoint on breastfeeding and lactation function in cesarean section women., Methods: A total of 120 cases of cesarean section women were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with oral administration of Wangbuliuxing decoction, twice a day for 7 days; in addition, massage at breast and acupoint (Zhongfu [LU 1], Yunmen [LU 2], Danzhong [CV 17], 2 min per acupoint per time) was given, twice a day for 7 days. The onset time of lactation, 48-hour postpartum lactation volume, breast swelling and pain, 42-day postpartum breastfeeding were compared between the two groups; the serum levels of prolactin at 48 and 72 h after delivery were measured, and the body mass of newborns at birth and 42 d after delivery were recorded., Results: The onset time of lactation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group ( P <0.05), the 48-hour postpartum lactation volume was higher than the control group ( P <0.05), and the breast swelling pain 48 h after delivery was lighter than the control group ( P <0.05). Forty-two days after delivery, the success rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was 91.7% (55/60), which was higher than 76.7% (46/60) in the control group ( P <0.05). At 48 and 72 h after delivery, the level of serum prolactin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). On 42 d after delivery, the body mass of newborns in the two groups was higher than that at birth ( P <0.05), and that in the observation group was higher than the control group ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: Wangbuliuxing combined with massage at acupoint and breast could significantly shorten the onset time of lactation, improve the lactation volume, effectively improve breast swelling and pain, increase breastfeeding rate and promote the growth and development of newborns.

Objective To study the changes of group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its possible mechanism. Methods The 28 joint disease activity score (DAS28) and peripheral blood samples were collected from RA patients. Erythrocyto sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured by an automatic erythrocyte sedimentation device and immune transmission turbidimetry, respectively. Rheumatoid factor (RF) and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (ACCP) were assessed by immunoturbidimetry and chemiluminescence assay, respectively. Flow cytometry was used to detect the proportion of ILC2 in the patients with RA. The correlations between ILC2 and the above disease indexes were analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. RA patients were divided into two groups: low disease activity (DAS28<3.2) group and high disease activity (DAS28≥3.2) group. The expression of interleukin-13 (IL-13) in ILC2 of RA patients was detected by flow cytometry, and the differences of ILC2 expression were compared in RA patients with different disease activity of IL-13. Results Compared with healthy people, the proportion and absolute number of ILC2 in the peripheral blood of RA patients increased. ILC2 was negatively correlated with ESR, CRP and DAS28. IL-13 secreted by ILC2 in RA patients with high disease activity was significantly lower than that in the ones with low disease activity. Conclusion ILC2 inhibits RA disease activity by secreting IL-13.

Objective To study the effects of Lactobacillus casei ATCC334 on the secretion of inflammatory factors and joint destruction in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) rats and explore the possible mechanism. Methods Female Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, CIA group and ATCC334 group with 7 rats each. The CIA model was established by intradermal injection of bovine type 2 collagen into the tail root of rats in the CIA group and ATCC334 group. The rats in the control group and CIA group were intragastrically perfused with 500 μL normal saline every day, and simultaneously the rats in the ATCC334 group were intragastrically perfused with Lactobacillus casei ATCC334 solution [2×10 8 colony forming unit (CFU)/mL] for continuous 28 days. Arthritis index and increased hind paw volume were used to evaluate the severity of arthritis. HE staining was used to observe the joint lesions. Levels of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-17 in the serum of rats were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with the CIA group, the indices of arthritis index, increased posterior paw volume, joint lesions and TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-17 levels were significantly reduced in the serum of the ATCC334 group. Conclusion Lactobacillus casei ATCC334 can significantly reduce the secretion of inflammatory factors and joint bone damage in CIA rats.

Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) of "Baihui" (GV20) and "Zusanli" (ST36) on the expression of stromal cell derived factor-1α (SDF-1α) and CD34 in ischemic cortex tissue of cerebral ische-mia /reperfusion injury (CI/RI) rats, so as to study its mechanisms underlying improving CI/RI., Methods: Thirty male SD rats were equally and randomly divided into sham operation, model and EA groups ( n= 10 rats in each group). The CI/RI model was established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery for 120 min, followed by reperfusion. EA (40 Hz, 1-2 mA) was applied to GV20 and left ST36 for 20 min, once daily for successive 14 days. The neurological deficit severity was assessed by using Longa's and colleagues' methods. The histopathological changes of the ischemic tissues were observed after H.E. staining and the expression of SDF-1α and CD34 in the ischemic cortex tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry., Results: After modeling, the neurological deficit score, and the numbers of SDF-1α and CD34-positive cells in the ischemic cerebral cortex tissue were significantly increased in the model group ( P <0.05). Following EA intervention, the increased neurological deficit score was reversed at the 3 rd , 7 th and 14 th day, and the increased SDF-1α and CD34-positive cells were significantly further up-regulated in the EA group ( P <0.05). H.E. staining showed tissue edema, widening of the intercellular space, cavitation-like changes, neuronal shrinkage, nuclear pyknosis with hyperchroma or even disappearance, and aggregation of inflammatory and neurogliocytes in the model group. These situations were relatively milder in the EA group., Conclusion: EA of GV20 and ST36 can improve neurological function of CI/RI rats, which may be associated with its effect in up-regulating the expression of SDF-1α and CD34 proteins in the ischemic cerebral cortex tissues.
