Background and purpose: Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) can regulate gene transcription, mRNA shear, stabilization and translation, and it is an important regulatory factor in a variety of biological processes. This study aimed to investigate the expression and clinical features of lncRNA FLJ30679 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its effect on the malignant biological behavior of OSCC. Methods: The expression of FLJ30679 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) tissues and normal tissues was analyzed by the UCSC Xena database for expression and prognosis. The expression of FLJ30679 in OSCC cell lines was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RTFQ-PCR). The subcellular localization of FLJ30679 in OSCC cells was detected by RNA nuclear-cytoplasmic fractionation assays. FLJ30679 Smart Silencer was used to establish the FLJ30679 knockdown group (SS-FLJ30679), and overexpression plasmid of FLJ30679 was used to establish FLJ30679 overexpression group (FLJ30679). The effects of altered FLJ30679 expression on the proliferative and migration capacity of OSCC cells were examined by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and transwell migration assays. RTFQ-PCR and Western blot were used to determine the effect of altered FLJ30679 expression on the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related genes in OSCC cells. The effects of altered FLJ30679 expression on the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase (AKT) pathway were detected by Western blot. Results: Online query of database showed that FLJ30679 expression was higher in HNSCC tissues compared to normal tissues (P

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of liraglutide on acute cerebral infarction (ACI) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and its effect on neurological function and serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Methods A total of 160 patients with ACI accompanied by T2DM admitted to Haikou People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=80, each). Both groups of patients were given routine treatment for ACI. On this basis, the control group was treated with insulin aspart and insulin glargine, while the observation group was treated with liraglutide and insulin glargine. Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months. In addition to clinical efficacy, fasting blood glucose (FBG) before and after treatment, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and modified Rankin Scale (mRS) scores of two groups of patients was compared. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of serum VEGF and bFGF before treatment and after 1 and 3 months of treatment in both groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FBG, bFGF, HbA1c, HOMA-IR, and the scores of NIHSS and mRS in the observation group decreased compared to those before treatment, and the above indicators levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group [95.00%(76/80) vs 83.75%(67/80), χ2=5.331, P=0.021]. After treatment, the levels of serum VEGF and bFGF showed a gradual downward trend in both groups (P<0.05). After 1 month and 3 months of treatment, the serum VEGF and bFGF levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Liraglutide combined with insulin glargine can effectively control blood sugar, reduce insulin resistance, alleviate neurological damage, upregulate serum VEGF and bFGF levels, and improve clinical efficacy in T2DM patients with ACI.

- Abstract
Objective To analyze the possible mechanism of adiponectin in the development of breast cancer patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 50 breast cancer patients hospitalized in the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January to June 2016 were selected in this study. According to whether or not combined with T2DM, the patients were divided into the breast cancer with T2DM group (20 cases) and the breast cancer without T2DM group (30 cases). The breast cancer tissue specimen of the diabetic breast cancer patients was classified as DBCC group, the normal breast tissue specimen of the diabetic breast cancer patients was classified as DBCN group, the breast cancer tissue specimen of the non-diabetic breast cancer patients was classified as BCC group, and the normal breast tissue specimen of the non-diabetic breast cancer patients was classified as BCN group. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS), serum lipid, total adiponectin, and high molecular weight adiponectin were detected, and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) was calculated. The expression of receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE), Cyclin D1 and NF-κB in the tissue specimens were detected by Western blot and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) in each group. Group differences were compared by independent-samples t test, and the histological indicators among the four groups were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the LSD-t test of pairwise comparison. Results Serumadiponectin [(5.35±1.22) vs (7.29±1.90)mg/L, respectively] and high molecular weight adiponectin [(3.33±0.87) vs (4.41±1.15) mg/L, respectively] in diabetic breast cancer patients were lower than those in non-diabetic breast cancer patients (P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that serum adiponectin level and high molecular weight adiponectin level were negatively correlated with HOMA-IR(r=-0.916, -0.950, respectively, P<0.05) and tumor size (r=-0.896, -0.909, respectively, P<0.05). The expression of both protein and mRNA of RAGE, NF-κB, Cyclin D1 in DBCC group was higher than that in BCC group and DBCN group (P<0.05). The expression of adiponectin protein and mRNA in DBCC group was lower than that in DBCN group, BCC group and BCN group (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with the expression of RAGE, Cyclin D1 and NF-κB (P<0.05). The expression of adiponectin in breast cancer tissue was negatively correlated with the expression of RAGE, NF-κB and Cyclin D1 (P<0.05). Conclusions In the type 2 diabetic breast cancer patients, the serum adiponectin level decreased, the expression of adiponectin in cancer tissues decreased, while the expression of RAGE, Cyclin D1 and NF-κB increased. Adiponectin might play a role in the development of breast cancer patients with T2DM through RAGE-NF-κB-clyin D1 signaling pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: The biomechanical characteristics of knee meniscus have been studied extensively at home and abroad, but most of them focus on the knee flexion motion. The finite element analysis of biomechanics of knee joint meniscus under the complete gait cycle is not yet perfect. OBJECTIVE: To understand the mechanism of biomechanical changes after meniscus injury in the complete gait cycle by comparing the lateral meniscus tear model with the healthy meniscus model. METHODS: Based on the CT scan data of healthy adult knee joints, a finite element model of healthy knee joint including tibia, meniscus and articular cartilage was established. The lateral meniscus tear of knee joint was constructed based on the healthy model. The biomechanical mechanism of lateral meniscus tear in the knee during complete gait cycle was explored and compared with the healthy knee model. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The instantaneous stress variation of the tibia cartilage during the complete gait cycle was consistent in both models. The tibial cartilage stress at each instant in the meniscus tear model was higher than that of the healthy meniscus model. The maximum stress values of tibia cartilage in the meniscus tear model and the healthy meniscus model was 30 and 20.5 MPa. (2) The instantaneous stress variation of the meniscus during the complete gait cycle was consistent in both models. The meniscus stress at each instant in the meniscus tear model was higher than that of the healthy meniscus model. The maximum stress values of meniscus in the meniscus tear model and the healthy meniscus model was 69.8 and 41.3 MPa. (3) In the first 60% of the gait cycle, the maximum stress distribution of the tibia cartilage in the meniscus tear model was much larger than that in the healthy model, and as the gait cycle grew, the contact range gradually spread to the outer edge of the cartilage. After 60% of the gait cycle, the stress on the tibia cartilage was small, and the distribution range of the maximum stress was also small. (4) The stress distribution of the healthy medial meniscus was basically the same in the two models, while the maximum stress distribution of the torn outer meniscus was wider than that of the healthy medial meniscus. A more severe stress concentration phenomenon occurred around the crack, and with the gait cycle, the stress concentration area gradually shifted toward the crack near the anterior corner of the meniscus. (5) These results suggest that the meniscus is an important load-bearing component in human knee joint. From the perspective of biomechanics, the hazard of the meniscus injury on the human knee joint can be observed more intuitively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Target detection and recognition are an innovative experimental project in digital image processing experiment. Traditional target recognition algorithm can recognize the type of target, but it can't recognize the location information of the target, and the recognition rate of the same target is low. A deep learning target recognition algorithm based on frame difference method is designed. In the framework of deep learning theory, the frame difference method is applied to the recognition process, the enhanced candidate frame is segmented and the candidate frame is filtered through the NMS algorithm. The simulation results show that the algorithm can't only recognize the type of the target, but also accurately calibrate the position of the target in the image. It can also judge whether the target is in a moving state and has a high recognition rate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To detect the effect of Skp2 knockdown on the proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis and migration of osteosarcoma cells, and explore the molecular mechanism. Methods U2OS cells were transfected with control siRNA or human Skp2 siRNAs. The gene silence efficiency was verified by RT- qPCR and Western blot, respectively. MTT assay was performed to detect the proliferation of OS cells. Cells were stained with propidium iodide (PI), and flow cytometry analysis was conducted to measure the cell cycle distribution. Annexin V/PI double staining and flow cytometry analyses were performed to detect cell apoptosis. Transwell assay and Calcein-AM staining were carried out to detect the invasion and migration abilities of U2OS cells. The expression of p21, p27, E-cadherin and p-Akt were examined by Western blot. Results The expression of Skp2 was effectively knocked down in U2OS cells by Skp2 siRNA. The depletion of Skp2 significantly inhibited the proliferation of U2OS cells, with a typical G0/G1 arrest pattern and increased cell apoptosis. The inhibition of Skp2 remarkably suppressed the migration and invasion abilities of U2OS cells. The depletion of Skp2 in U2OS cells upregulated the expression of p21, p27 and E-cadherin, while the expression of p-Akt was decreased. Conclusion Skp2 affects the proliferation, cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and migration ability of U2OS cells by regulating p21, p27, p-Akt and E-cadherin expression in its signalling pathway.

PROFINET is a kind of new field bus, and provides a complete network solution for the automated correspondence domain. It does not depend on the suppliers, and can be compatible with industry Ethernet and the existing field bus (for example PROFIBUS) completely. Hence, compared with other existing field buses' application, the technology may be applied more widespread. This paper used SIEMENS PLC S7-300 to design and configure PROFINET 10 control system. PROFIBUS DP system was configured through PROFINET 10 network. Aiming at an elevator model with five floors, a control system was designed by using PROFINET 10 technique. By simulation of five floors elevator model, multi-equipment control system based on PROFINET was accomplished. Meanwhile the elevator supervisory system was designed in WinCC software, and it could supervise the running state of elevator and gave an alarm when exception happened. Because of the elevator model's successful simulation, we can make PRONET apply more widespread. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The speciation transformation, influencing factors, as well as bioavailability of mercury (Hg) in soil of the water-level-fluctuating zone in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area were simulated. The results showed that Hg in soil under alternative dry-wet condition could be transformed and released. The total Hg content in the soil was decreased by 28.9% after two "wet-dry" cycles. The percentages of the six Hg species (water-soluble, exchangeable, carbonate-bound, humics-bound, organic-sulf and residual Hg) were 6.1% -16.8%, 5.8% -12.9%, 4.5% -17.7%, 12.5% - 29.9%, 5.3% -12.8%, and 34.5% -51.6%, respectively. It was found that Hg in soils was dominantly residue Hg, whose percentage tended to decrease under alternative dry-wet condition. The percentage of humics-bound Hg increased gradually and an increase of the percentage of bioavailable Hg (including water-soluble, exchangeable, carbonate-bound, and humics-bound Hg) after two wet-dry cycles were observed. Bioavailable Hg could be easily absorbed by aquatic organisms to enter the food chain, which might increase the ecological risk of Hg in the reservoir. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To improve the reliability of fin stabilizer control system, a fault diagnosis algorithm for the fin stabilizer control system based on UIO is presented. The algorithm improves the deficiency compared with the full order Luenberger fault diagnosis observer when the unknown disturbance occurs in the system. Using the optimal decoupling principle, the UIO fault diagnosis observer which can be decoupled to the unknown disturbances is designed. The existence of the UIO necessary and sufficient condition is deduced and proved for the fin stabilizer control system, and then the UIO fault diagnosis observer design steps are listed. The validity of the algorithm based on the NJ5 fin stabilizer control system is verified. The simulations results show that the proposed UIO optimal fault diagnosis observer has the less state estimation error and faster convergence compared to traditional methods, and it can improve the effect of residual convergence and make a quick response to the system failure in the stage of fault diagnosis. An adaptive backstepping terminal sliding mode controller is designed for ASV with highly nonlinear and uncertain parameters in the reentry phase. Firstly, a strict-feedback nonlinear system with time-varying parameters for the ASV is established. Then, an adaptive strategy is used to estimate the uncertain parameters. Computation explosion is reduced by introducing first-order low-pass filters. In the nth step, the terminal sliding mode control is introduced, which can improve the robustness of system and error convergence rate. The introduced generalized inverse matrix can effectively avoid the singularity in the parameter estimation of control gain matrix process. All errors and states of the closed-loop system are proved ultimately bounded by Lyapunov stability theory. Simulation results of six-degree-of-freedom show that the tracking speed of control scheme is fast and the robust is strong. The control scheme has high adaptability for uncertain parameters. Objective To investigate the role of NTSR1 gene in the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells and its possible mechanism. Methods The relationship between expression of NTSR1 protein and EGFR, HER2 in 233 cases of gastric cancer was analyzed by Envision two-step immunohistochemistry. The expression of NTSR1 mRNA in gastric cancer cell line was detected, and the cell line with high abundance was selected as the experimental object. MKN-45 cells with the highest interference efficiency of shNTSR1 were constructed. MTT and cell invasion assay were used to detect the effect of NTSR1 gene silencing on the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells. The effect of shNTSR1 on the expression of 19 related genes in the Cancer Phenotype signaling pathway, including EGFR and HER2, was investigated. Results (1) There was a significant positive correlation between the positive expression of NTSR1 and the expression of EGFR and HER2 in 233 cases of gastric cancer(P < 0.05), and there was a significantly positive correlation between EGFR and HER2 expression(P < 0.05). (2) The expression abundance of NTSR1 in MKN-45 cells was high. (3) The NTSR1 shRNA expression vector was successfully constructed to construct stable cell lines. (4) The proliferation of MKN-45 cells was significantly down-regulated by NTSR1 shRNA interference (P < 0.05). (5) The invasion and metastasis rates of MKN-45 were significantly decreased by NTSR1 shRNA interference(P < 0.05). (6) The expression of p27Kip1 protein in Cancer Phenotype signaling pathway of MKN-45 cells was significantly up-regulated, meanwhile, EGFR, HER2, EpCAM and Met also showed a significant downward trend by NTSR1 shRNA interference(P < 0.05). Conclusion NTSR1 plays an important role in the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer by regulating EGFR/HER2 signaling pathway and P27 Kip1, EpCAM, Met and other Cancer Phenotype signaling pathways.

The CO2 capture capacity of white mud at high temperature was investigated using a dual fixed-bed reactor and a thermo-gravimetric analyzer. The results show that the optimum carbonation temperature for white mud is 700 °C. The carbonation conversion of white mud decreases rapidly with increasing calcination temperature. The carbonation rate and carbonation conversion of white mud at the 1st cycle are the highest. The carbonation rate and carbonation conversion of white mud barely decrease after 5 cycles, and the carbonation conversions are basically maintained at 0. 21 from the 5th cycle to the 100th cycle. The carbonation conversions during the previous cycles are relatively low, however, white mud demonstrates a higher CO2 capture capacity than limestone after 15 cycles. The pore distributions of calcined white mud are mainly around 1-10 nm, which are easily blocked during the carbonation reaction process. That is why the carbonation conversions of white mud during the previous cycles are lower than that of limestone. The microstructure of calcined white mud after 100 cycles is more beneficial to the carbonation reaction. Therefore, white mud can achieve higher carbonation conversions than limestone after certain cycles. Key words:white mud;calcium looping;calcination/carbonation;CO2 capture [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
PURPOSE: To investigate the effect of aminoguanidine on osteoclast in periodontal tissues during experimental teeth movement in rabbits. METHODS: 36 male New Zealand white rabbits were divided randomly into two groups (18 rats in each group). The rabbits of the two groups received subperiosteal injections of aminoguanidine (as AG group) and normal saline (as NaCl group) locally at 2-day intervals respectively. Rabbits were sacrificed at 3,7,14,21,28,42 days after orthodontic force application. Immunohistochemistry and TRAP enzyme stain were used to detect the expression of iNOS and observe the osteoclasts. The data was analyzed with SPSS16.0 software package. RESULTS: Collecting osteoclasts had the same change in all groups. From the 14th day till the end of the experiment, the AG group showed a significant decrease in the number of osteoclast (P<0.05) compared with the NaCl group. AG could effectively restrain the expression of iNOS in the pressure side after 21 days. The number of osteoclast was positively correlated with the proportion of iNOS in AG group (r=0.875, P<0.05). CONCLUTIONS: AG could restrain the expression of iNOS, and affect the number of osteoclast by reducing the biosynthesis of NO in rabbits. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To provide bases for the tests, design and construction of deep beams, the improved robust design method and the new signal-to-noise ratio were employed. Parameters including the shear span ratio, the concrete strength, the yield strength of horizontal hoop, and the yield strength of vertical hoop were taken into account. The shear strength of deep beams and the factors affecting it were analyzed by the softened truss model and the improved robust design method, respectively. The results show that the strength of concrete has the largest influence on the shear strength of component, the next is the shear span ratio, the yield strength of horizontal reinforce and the yield strength of vertical reinforce have the least influence on it. The analysis result of improved robust design method agrees better with the test result compared with Taguchi method, and it is more accurate and more convenient than Taguchi method. The size and boundary effect on far field interfacial strength of rolled compacted concrete (RCC) with pre-embedded cracks, which had different weakening degrees, was studied. It is found that, the size and boundary of specimen, as well as the length of I - H cracks and its number are the influence factors in interfacial strength of RCC. Based on the theory of interfacial fracture mechanics and the criteria of compound fracture, Hu and Wittmann s fracture mechanics formula of size effect is extended to adapt the mixed fracture characteristics of interface of RCC. And the curves of size and boundary effect on far field interfacial strength of RCC are established [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE), a natural polyphenol derived from propolis, has a good regulatory effect on lipid metabolism, but its molecular mechanism is not clear. In the present study, the ameliorative effect of CAPE on lipid metabolism in oleic acid-induced HepG2 human liver cancer cells and its mechanism at the cellular level were investigated. The results showed that compared with the high fat group, lipid accumulation in the cells was significantly improved after CAPE intervention, and a total of 3 270 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were selected at the transcriptomic level; 1 351 of them were up-regulated and the rest were down-regulated. The functional annotation analysis using the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database showed that the DEGs caused by CAPE intervention were significantly annotated to lipid metabolism-related pathways. The KEGG signaling pathway enrichment analysis showed that the HIF-1α pathway and the fatty acid catabolism pathway were significantly enriched. The expression levels of gene HIF-1α, PPARα, CPT1A and FABP5 were 1.326, 1.661, 2.039 and 2.598 times higher in the CAPE group than the high fat group. It is suggested that CAPE can improve lipid metabolism disorder in oleic acid-induced cells possibly by reducing oxidative stress and regulating the PPARα and fatty acid oxidative catabolic pathways. This study provides a theoretical reference for future research on the molecular mechanism of lipid metabolism regulation by CAPE and the regulation of lipid metabolism disorder induced by a high-fat diet.

[Purpose/Significance] Recently artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) has become an important tool for the digital development of industry in the digital intelligence integration environment. Clarifying the applicability and application scenarios of AIGC-driven innovation for galleries, libraries, archives and museums (GLAMs) as well as exploring GLAM development challenges will go far towards accelerating the transformation of GLAM digital intelligence and promoting GLAM to realize more value. As the previous research is fragmented and most of the related research only focuses on the impacts brought by a specific emerging technology such as ChatGPT or the application scenarios of a certain type of institution, especially libraries, we aim to explore the applicability, application scenarios and emerging challenges of various AIGC technologies to all GLAM institutions to ensure the systematicity of our research. [Method/Process] Based on the study of previous literature, this paper first elaborates on the applicability of AIGC to the development of GLAM digital intelligence integration from five aspects: policy, academia, industry, data, and users. Then, it analyzes the changes of GLAM digital intelligence scenarios driven by AIGC through the perspectives of technology, business, users and organizational management. Finally a discussion of the challenges faced by GLAM and the expectations for its future of digital intelligence integration is provided. In the section of applicability, policy documents are listed to illustrate the overlapping effect, and a review is provided on the development of the Semantic Web to metaverse, Web 3.0, then to AIGC to show the possibility of continuous research from an academic perspective for the GLAM to utilize AIGC. We demonstrate through several examples such as Hunan Museum that AIGC can be effective in the industry as it can create digital content and help develop the IP industry. It is also found that AIGC can help GLAM, which has a large amount of cultural data, to utilize the data, and AIGC can promote user immersive experience by specific user behavior examples. In terms of scenario change, we exemplify that the introduction of AIGC into GLAM as a collection of new technologies will first cause a huge change in technology, so that the diverse information in GLAM can produce more connections and fusion, and realize a large-scale digital twin. Second, it brings changes to the GLAM business such as AI digital human instead of real person doing inquiry service, and virtual pavilion expanding realistic exhibition hall. It also causes changes in user experience, which becomes strongly interactive, immersive and intelligent and it brings various changes to office style, cooperation mode, management mode and user information management. [Results/Conclusions] AIGC can efficiently promote the innovative development of GLAM under multiple application scenarios. In the future, GLAM institutions should actively address challenges including digital ownership protection and development, technology application benefit input-output ratio, and user conversion and evaluation, continuously promote digital talent training, expand digital technology research, and establish a complete AIGC application evaluation system based on existing resources.

The sulfation behavior of CaO and SO2 after the carbonation/calcination cycles was evaluated in a fixed-bed and a thermogravimetic analyzer. The effects of cycle number, particle size, sulfation temperature and microstructure on sulfation conversion of CaO were investigated. The results show that the sulfation conversion of CaO decreases rapidly with the cycle number during the previous 20 cycles, and then it keeps stably with increasing the cycle number further. However, after 130 cycles, the sulfation conversion of CaO begins to increase with the number of cycles. The sulfation conversions of initial CaO, CaO after 40 cycles and 150 cycles are 0. 480,0. 207 and 0. 243 ,respectively. The particle size has the same effect on CaO sulfation conversion at the different cycles. The bigger the particle size is, the smaller the CaO sulfation conversion is. The reaction temperature between 800 and 950 t has a little effect on the sulfation conversion of initial CaO. However, the reaction temperature shows an obvious effect on the sulfation conversion of CaO with the number of cycles. Moreover, higher reaction temperature results in greater sulfation conversion of CaO with the number of cycles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
To explore the change features of PM
2.5 -bound metals in a background site of North China in the past ten years, 71 and 160 samples were collected from December 2011 to January 2013 (period Ⅰ) and from September 2019 to November 2021 (period Ⅱ) in Tuoji Island National Atmospheric Monitoring Station, respectively. The concentration of metals sampled was determined using ICP-MS, and the concentrations, sources, and health risks of heavy metals were compared. The results revealed that the average concentration of PM2.5 was (54.06±39.71) μg·m-3 during period Ⅱ, which was 3.53 ng·m-3 lower than that during period Ⅰ. The concentrations of Zn, Mn, As, Pb, and V in stage Ⅱ decreased by 54.53, 172.63, 0.8, 79.06, and 3.81 ng·m-3 , respectively, whereas the concentrations of Cr, Cu, Cd, and Ni increased by 2.01, 5.42, 3.03, and 3.55 ng·m-3 , respectively. The PMF model results indicated that the biggest contributor to PM2.5 -bound metal was industrial emissions (32.32%), followed by coal combustion (27.47%), vehicle emissions (23.70%), ship emissions (9.69%), and dust sources (6.83%) during period Ⅱ. The contribution ratio of dust sources and ship emissions decreased by 20.73% and 8.83%, respectively, whereas for coal combustion and industrial emissions it increased by 2.50% and 13.52%, respectively, when compared with that during period Ⅰ. The total carcinogenic risk induced by PM2.5 -bound heavy metals of period Ⅱ increased, with the highest contributions by Cr and Cd. The total non-carcinogenic risk decreased, with Mn contributing the most. Therefore, in the process of air pollution control, the control of pollution sources of heavy metals such as Cr and Mn should be reinforced.- Published

- Abstract
The aim of this paper was to construct a rat model of acute pancreatitis(AP) with syndrome of liver depression and Qi stagnation, and provide evaluation tools for pharmacodynamic research and efficacy network verification of related traditional Chinese medicine in view of the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of AP. According to the Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines for AP with syndrome of liver depression and Qi stagnation, etiology, pathogenesis and clinical syndromes in TCM, Meta-analysis results, and evaluation strategy of establishing an animal model combining disease and syndrome in our laboratory, the biological surrogate outcomes suitable for the evaluation of animal models of AP with syndrome of liver depression and Qi stagnation were extracted then. The chronic unpredictable stress(CUS) method and chronic unpredictable stress +L-arginine(CUS +L-Arg) method were used to construct the rat model, and the above biological surrogate outcomes were used to evaluate whether an AP rat model was established. During the experiment, the weight and syndrome scores of the rats were observed and recorded. At the end of the experiment, the rats' serum, organs and tissues were collected from the operation to detect the various indicators. As compared with the normal group, the syndrome scores of the CUS group and CUS +L-Arg group were significantly increased(P<0.01); the anti-syndrome medicine Chaihu Shugan Pills could significantly reduce the syndrome scores of the two groups of rats(P<0.01), indicating that both modeling methods can replicate the syndrome of liver depression and Qi stagnation in the rat model. As compared with the normal group, the serum amylase(AMY) activity level was increased by 3 times in the CUS +L-Arg group(P<0.01), and the AMY activity level was also increased in CUS group, but not up to 3 times of the normal value. As compared with the normal group, the le-vels of TNF-α and IL-6 mRNA in the pancreatic tissues of the CUS +L-Arg group were significantly increased(P<0.01); the levels of TNF-α mRNA in the pancreatic tissues of the CUS group were significantly increased(P<0.05), but IL-6 mRNA level only showed a rising trend, indicating that only the CUS + L-Arg method can be used to replicate the AP damage in the disease-syndrome combination model. The CUS + L-Arg method can be used for continuous modeling for 4 weeks to establish a disease-syndrome combination model of AP rats with syndrome of liver depression and Qi stagnation. The model has the characteristics of repeatability, stability after mode-ling, low animal mortality, and similar clinical pathogenesis. It can be used for the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy and the verification of efficacy network.

- Abstract
At present, the function evaluation of health food containing Chinese materia medica is in lack of theoretical support of Chinese medicine, which can't reflect the function characteristics,dose-effect relationship and mechanism of functional food. What' s more, the evaluation technology of health food containing Chinese materia medica is relatively lagging behind and has been abolished now, which seriously restricts the development of health food containing Chinese materia medica industry. The proportion of health food containing Chinese materia medica with enhancing immune function is the highest among approved products, which is up to 30.33%. By collecting, analyzing and digging the current evaluation situation of enhancing immune function of health food containing Chinese materia medica, this paper has shown that there is no difference between health food containing Chinese materia medica evaluation and other functional food evaluation. What's more, there is a lack of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The technological means including evaluation of immune active substances is under-developed and the immune cell evaluation needs to be refined and improved urgently, restricting the development of health food containing Chinese materia medica industry. Therefore, the evaluation of the enhanced immune function of health food containing Chinese materia medica should be guided by health-preserving theory in TCM,and based on the identification of TCM constitution for its claim of health function. With TCM theory and modern scientific technological means,a new evaluation model for immune function enhancement of health food containing Chinese materia medica is put forward to distinguish it from other functional food and traditional medicines. Formulation of the evaluation technology and technical specifications suitable for health food containing Chinese materia medica can fundamentally ensure the healthy, orderly, fast and sustainable development of health food containing Chinese materia medica industry.

- Abstract
Health food containing Chinese materia medica has many advantages in health preservation and reducing the risk of disease occurrence, which meets people's demands for " great health" and " preventive treatment of disease". However, due to its complex ingredients, diverse quality of raw materials,as well as the vagueness and lack of integrity for existing quality standards, chaos is caused in the health food market, which restricts its healthy development and also poses new challenges to the quality control of healthy food. At present, the total component content or single component content is determined in most functional/marker component examinations. Safety and microbial detection methods fail to cover the contamination range of the raw materials of Chinese materia medica. Therefore,it is impossible to meet the purpose of ensuring authenticity, safety and efficacy. In recent years,a lot of Chinese materia medica extracts have been used as raw materials for food products, but many extracts lack standards. The author believes that the quality control of health food containing Chinese materia medicas should start with the quality control of Chinese materia medica extracts. In this way, product quality is controlled from source to ensure product consistency; secondly, the overall quality control should be strengthened to ensure the authenticity of the products; the scope of safety inspection shall be expanded to fundamentally ensure the safety of products. At the same time,we should strengthen the quality control of whole process and strengthen the overall quality control of raw materials to produce health food of high quality.

- Abstract
The health food industry is an important support for the big health industry and the strategy of healthy China. The Chinese medicine prescription health food has exceeded 60% of the total declared health food. However, the main basis for its function evaluation, the Technical Specification for Inspection and Evaluation of Health Food, was abolished in 2018,and 27 of them were based on modern medical and nutritional theories. Quantitative efficacy evaluation methods in western pharmacology are short of function claims and function evaluation methods reflecting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, which could affect the health food industry to a certain extent. Therefore, the establishment of the evaluation mechanism of Chinese medicine prescription health food which conforms to the positioning of health food and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful for the healthy development of health food industry. In this paper, this problem was explained from five aspects. First, how to differentiate the positioning of Chinese medicine prescription health food from ordinary food and medicine, and how to embody the characteristics of Chinese medicine. Secondly, the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine prescription health food and Chinese patent medicine. Thirdly, how to scientifically and reasonably determine the raw materials of traditional Chinese medicine prescription health food. Fourthly, how to explain the function claim of traditional Chinese medicine prescription health food, and how to evaluate its function scientifically and reasonably. Fifthly, the functional evaluation of Chinese herbal medicine prescription health food is connected with other national scientific and technological strategies. In this paper,a preliminary analysis of the Chinese medicine prescription health food was conducted from the above five aspects, and some personal views and suggestions were put forward, hoping to provide reference for the competent authorities and researchers.

- Abstract
Number of products claiming to enhance immunity function ranks first among all the approved health food products, and number of products whose formula contains Chinese medicine accounts for two thirds of all the products claiming to enhance immunity function. Chinese medicine allowed to be used in health food has a specified range, and the safety of raw materials is generally higher. The usage amount of raw materials shall not exceed the upper limit stipulated in the literature or regulations. The claim of enhancement of immunity function is put forward by western medicine based on modern pharmacology and nutriology. However, immunity is wide in scope and complex in mechanism. The health food that contains Chinese medicine plays an active effect in enhancement of immunity under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory in many ways such as immune organs, immune cells and immune molecules. In this article, the author first analyzed the current use of raw materials for health food, then summarized the approved health food claiming to enhance immunity function, and conducted statistical analysis on the enhancement of immunity for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health food, use of raw materials, compatibility of raw materials, conducted in-depth analysis on health food formula, safety, health function, quality control and production process from the perspectives of technical review, supervision and management. Finally, some suggestions on registration and supervision of TCM health food claiming to enhance immunity function were put forward from the perspectives of problems found in the supervision and from the demand of TCM health food in the future.
