[Objective] Numerical control turning training can enhance students' practical skills and stimulate their practical and innovative abilities. This process involves numerous tools and instruments, which students often misplace on the training workbench or even on the CNC lathe spindle box during training. If these tools and instruments are not arranged according to professional standards during training, it becomes a challenge to adopt these standards in a professional setting later on. Moreover, CNC training requires high-speed rotation of the spindle to shape the training workpiece. Improper operation or nonstandard placement of tools and instruments can lead to serious accidents. These can range from a chuck wrench being thrown out of the spindle's three-jaw chuck to the cutting tool directly striking the machine tool, posing considerable safety risks. [Methods] This study analyzes traditional teaching safety measures, identifies common safety hazards, and explores their causes. It then contextualizes these findings within the real-world conditions of CNC turning training. To mitigate these concerns, this study introduces a CNC turning training safety protection device based on production material control (PMC). This device uses the PMC controller provided by the CNC machine tool for real-time monitoring of the placement of training tools and instruments. Combined with the location signals from the tools and instruments, the external I/O signal logic relationship of the CNC lathe programable controller is used to determine whether the CNC lathe spindle can be safely started. [Results] This results in the mandatory cultivation of students' professional literacy while ensuring safety. In addition, the device assists in the standardization of management during practical safety education. The training instructor enters the fingerprint information of CNC lathe trainees into the fingerprint module beforehand and sets the training and assessment duration data. When students log in to the training or assessment mode after obtaining fingerprint authorization, the security protection device compares the set duration and activates an indicator light to signal that the duration has been reached. [Conclusions] This effectively assists the training instructor in managing the training process. Practical application of these safety protection devices has demonstrated its effectiveness in reducing training safety accidents and improving students' professional literacy. The occurrence of accidents in college and university chemical laboratories has raised significant concerns in society, emphasizing the need for effective safety education for students. In response, a virtual simulation teaching system for safety education in chemical laboratories has been developed, incorporating 3D visualization, network communication, multimedia, and human-computer interaction. This system transforms "typical accident cases", "hidden trouble investigations", and "accident response and evacuation" scenarios in different chemistry laboratory settings (including inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, and physical chemistry) into interactive virtual simulation experiments. These simulations provide students with a highly realistic virtual experimental environment, enabling them to effectively learn how to respond to safety incidents such as fires, chemical burns, gas leaks, and electric shocks. By combining virtual and real knowledge, this teaching approach enhances students' engagement, eliminates the risks and costs associated with practical training, and improves their safety skills and problem-solving abilities. The College of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Qingdao Agricultural University built a four-inone laboratory safety system on "education, management, examination, and practice". For the education aspect, we proposed a "multi-branched institution, multi-channel, diversified, multi-level, whole-process" system to promote laboratory safety education. The management defined the responsible person, positions, responsibilities, and regulations to promote laboratory safety control and emphasize on the management of key parts of the laboratory. We follow the fore aspects of "all members, full time, total factor, full coverage" to promote the normalization and institutionalization of laboratory safety inspections. In practice, the teachers and students were guided to pay attention to simulation drills and constantly improve their safety prevention abilities. Thus, we established a four-in-one laboratory safety system on "education, management, examination, practice", which effectively ensures safe laboratory practices and can provide a useful reference for the safe management of chemical laboratories in universities. Taking a college dormitory building as the research object, the fire process of the dormitory, with different smoke exhaust rates and fire source power, was studied by using the FDS fire simulation software and combining qualitative analysis with dynamic simulation. The variation of environmental parameters of college dormitory fire was studied from different angles, such as smoke diffusion laws, visibility and Co concentration distributions. Results show that the rule of smoke spreading and diffusion is similar under different fire power, and the installation of mechanical smoke exhaust device can obviously reduce the amount of smoke, delay the diffusion of smoke, and contribute to the safe evacuation of personnel under the same power. According to the characteristics of fire risk distribution, fire-fighting facilities, including the fire alarm system, mechanical smoke exhaust device and automatic sprinkler system, can be installed in multistoried buildings, such as dormitories. BACKGROUND: As a popular training method, pressure training was mainly involved in the field of sports training at the beginning, and in recent years, it has been gradually applied in the field of rehabilitation as a new method of sports rehabilitation. However, there are controversies in this field from the application to the mechanism. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the research ideas and trends of pressure training in the field of sports rehabilitation, analyze its research trends and hot spots, and provide new ideas and theoretical basis for future research directions. METHODS: The literature related to the application of pressure training in the field of rehabilitation from 2010 to 2021 was retrieved through the Web of Science. Then the visual analysis software of Cite Space V based on Java platform was used to analyze the retrieved literature, mainly focusing on the nation/region, institutions, authors, and co-cited literature, which were visualized and analyzed to summarize the research hotpots in the last 10 years through knowledge graph. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the past 10 years, research on the application of pressure training in the field of rehabilitation has been on the rise, mainly about more influential results published in the United States and Japan, while China’s influence in this field needs to be improved. In this field, pressure training has been widely used in the elderly and knee osteoarthritis disease. Knee osteoarthritis disease has always been a hot spot in this field. In recent 2 years, there have been new research applications, including intervention for post-menopausal women and patients with chronic low back pain. The future research direction of pressure training in the field of rehabilitation can focus on sports rehabilitation for more different groups and diseases, and also can explore the safety of training programs applied in different populations and diseases. This paper combines the work practice of Yangzhou University to analyze the current objective situation of difficult construction of dangerous chemicals warehouse in campus, single safety education path, and poor supervision of dangerous experiments. Dangerous instruments and improper experimental research methods may he the origin of laboratory security issues. The ideas and methods of constructing chemical laboratory security system were given by application of green chemistry principles and inherently safer design at the basis of analyzing reasons of university chemical laboratory security incidents. Targeted inherently safer design for chemical experimental equipment should be carried out, chemical reaction equipment should be simplified through process intensification, and micro-reactors could be designed to reduce dosage of hazard chemicals. Scientific research and experiments should be performed by following the 12 principles of green chemistry, such as safer experimental methods designing, selectivity of harmless chemical as well as moderate experimental conditions. In order to improve the teaching practice ability of the graduate students in the Department of Chemistry, Zhejiang University, we began to implement the pilot reform of the assistant teaching system in May 2014, and carried out the safety education and management of the assistants. This paper emphatically expounds the necessity and ideas of safety education for teaching assistants. Safety education must follow the general laws of education and management psychology: stimulating assistants through various forms and repetitions to form perceptual knowledge and correct safety consciousness; cultivating the habit of assistants’ active learning of safety knowledge and skills. Teachers’ vocational training is combined with safety education. Through examination, inspection, propaganda, communication and other forms, the effect of safety education ofr teaching assistants can be promoted.
