ObjectiveTo analyze the characteristics and changing trend of injury cause of mortality of residents in Qingpu District from 2002 to 2020， and to provide scientific reference for formulating regional prevention and control measures.MethodsThe injury mortality data of the registered residents in Qingpu District from 2002 to 2020 were collected. The indicators such as crude mortality rate， standardized mortality rate， and the ranking of causes of death were calculated.ResultsFrom 2002 to 2020， the average annual crude mortality rate was 50.27/ 100 000， the age-standardized mortality rate based on the world standard population（ASRW） was 30.08/100 000， and the age-standardized mortality rate based on the 2010 Chinese census（ASMRC） was 35.58/100 000. ObjectiveTo design a prospective nested case-control study based on a city-wide birth cohort of Shanghai， so as to understand their health status and explore the influencing factors of birth defects.MethodsBased on the birth registration covering the entire city of Shanghai， the nested case-control study of children with severe birth defects was designed. Children born with severe birth defects were selected as the case group， and healthy children were matched as the control group. Basic information， health status， maternal pregnancy history， and survival outcome of children both in the case group and the control group were collected through medical history review and home visits. The logistic regression model was used for multivariate analysis.ResultsA total of 18 875 infants born between January 1， 2011， and December 31， 2021， were included， among which 11 500 （60.93%） were children with severe birth defects and 7 375 （39.07%） were healthy children. The logistic regression model analysis showed that being male （OR=1.20， 95%CI：1.13‒1.29）， non-Shanghai residency （OR=1.16， 95%CI： 1.06‒1.25）， multiple births （OR=8.41， 95%CI：6.25‒11.30）， artificial insemination （OR=2.31， 95%CI：1.34‒3.99）， in vitro fertilization （IVF） （OR=1.85， 95%CI：1.44‒2.38）， maternal exposure to radiation （OR=1.83， 95%CI：1.07‒3.14）， maternal illness during pregnancy （OR=1.61， 95%CI：1.49‒1.74）， experiencing a traumatic event during pregnancy （OR=2.34， 95%CI：1.88‒2.92）， paternal chemical exposure （OR=1.88， 95%CI：1.32‒2.69）， paternal radiation exposure （OR=1.65， 95%CI： 1.18‒2.33）， family history of birth defects （OR=8.18， 95%CI： 3.96‒16.89）， being overweight before pregnancy （OR=1.16， 95%CI： 1.07‒1.27）， being obese before pregnancy （OR=1.15， 95%CI：1.03‒1.30）， and being excessively obese before pregnancy （OR=1.52， 95%CI：1.26‒1.83） were risk factors for the occurrence of birth defects. Analysis by type of birth defect found that prematurity was a risk factor for cardiac malformations and cheilopalatoschisis （OR=27.87， 95%CI： 20.84‒37.27）， especially ranking first in cardiac malformations.ConclusionAfter controlling for influencing factors， maternal overweight， obesity， and excessive obesity before pregnancy， artificial insemination， and IVF are independent risk factors for the occurrence of birth defects. Choosing a healthy lifestyle， improving physical and mental health during pregnancy， and controlling BMI during pregnancy are beneficial in reducing the risk of birth defects.

ObjectiveTo introduce the basic design， development plan and objectives of a population-based birth cohort in Shanghai， and further present the main data and baseline characteristics of enrolled participants in the cohort， and to provide key information for reproductive health-related studies.MethodsThe Shanghai population-based birth cohort initiated on January 1， 2005， included newborns born in Shanghai every year and their parents， and collected information on reproductive health， reproductive treatment， birth characteristics， growth and development status， as well as the incidence， treatment and death of diseases by employing data linkage technology and investigations. This formed a birth cohort spanning the entire life cycle.ResultsAs of October 2022， a total of 2 978 538 newborns and their parents were included in the cohort. Among them， 2 905 135 （97.54%） were naturally conceived （NC）， and 73 403 （2.46%） were born through assisted reproductive technologies （ART）. The average age of parents was （32.56±4.12） years old for females and （34.62±5.34） years old for males in the ART group， which was higher than （28.02±4.71） years and （30.07±5.54） years for parents in the NC group. Among parents， females and males aged 30 and above accounted for 77.12% and 85.08%， respectively， which were higher than that of parents （35.28% for females and 49.66% for males） in the NC group. Furthermore， the percentage of parents with a college degree or above in the ART group was 73.23% for females and 73.66% for males， which were higher than those in the NC group （49.98% and 50.91%， respectively）. The multiple births rate in the ART group was 33.81%， which was higher than that in the NC group （1.88%）. The incidence of premature birth and low birth weight in the ART group were 24.47% and 19.08%， respectively， which was higher than that in the NC group （5.47% and 3.73%）.ConclusionThe comprehensive collection of reproductive health-related information in the birth cohort in Shanghai can provide essential resources to determine the influence of genetics， environment， reproductive treatment and other related factors on the health of offspring after birth.

ObjectiveTo establish the Shanghai twin birth cohort （STBC） and analyze the effects of genetic factors， shared environment， and non-shared environment interactions on birth health and growth and development of newborns.MethodsBased on the population-wide birth cohort in Shanghai， a comprehensive survey was conducted on the families with double and multiple babies born after January 1， 2015 to collect information on birth health， growth and development， and the family environment of the babies.ResultsBy December 31， 2021， a total of 7 195 pairs （14 405 cases） of twins were successfully included in the STBC survey. The average birth length of twins was 47.2 cm and average birth weight was 2 465.3 g. Heterozygous twins accounted for 69.05% and preterm babies accounted for 57.07%. The average age of the mothers of twins was 31.82 years， and the average age of the fathers was 33.87 years， with more than 80% of the parents having a college degree or above. 44.50% of the mothers used assisted reproductive technologies， 7.40% had illnesses during pregnancy， and 15.90% were exposed to passive smoking during pregnancy. During the survey period， the average monthly increase in the length of the twin infants was 2.09 cm， and the average monthly weight gain was 0.53 kg.ConclusionThe incidence of adverse outcomes such as maternal cesarean section rate， preterm birth， and low birth weight is higher in the twin birth population. Information on birth health as well as growth and development in childhood and adolescence in the twin birth population is collected based on STBC， which can provide a solid data foundation for studying children’s chronic non-communicable diseases， psychological and behavioral disorders and other complex health problems caused by the combined effects of genetics and the environment.

Objective To explore the prognostic value and immune infiltration landscape of anoikis-related long noncoding RNAs (arlncRNAs) in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods RNA-seq and clinical data of lung adenocarcinoma were downloaded from the TCGA database, and anoikis-related genes were obtained from the GeneCards and Harmonizome databases. Coexpression, differential, and WGCNA analyses were performed to screen differentially expressed arlncRNAs closely related to the occurrence of lung adenocarcinoma. A prognostic risk model was then constructed based on the arlncRNAs, and its predictive efficacy was further validated. Finally, consensus clustering was used to identify the molecular subtypes associated with anoikis in lung adenocarcinoma. Results Seven prognostic arlncRNAs were identified, and the prognostic risk models established based on them had AUC values of ROC curves greater than 0.7. Survival and immune infiltration analyses revealed that low-risk patients had high overall survival and immune infiltration, implying that they experienced good immune treatment effects. Drug sensitivity analysis showed that the high-risk patients were more sensitive to commonly used chemotherapeutic agents than the low-risk patients. According to the expression of model genes, subtypes C1 and C2 were identified through consensus clustering, and C1 showed a good prognosis. Conclusion The prognostic risk model based on the seven arlncRNAs can effectively predict the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients. The results of immune-related and drug sensitivity analyses provide a reference for the precise individualized treatment of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.

ObjectiveTo analyze the dynamic response relationship between urban development and mortality rate in Shanghai， and to predict the trend of mortality rate changes.MethodsBy analyzing the total mortality rate （TMR）， gross domestic product （GDP） and socio-demographic index （SDI） in Shanghai from 1978 to 2017， a vector autoregressive （VAR） model was constructed to evaluate the impact of urban development on the mortality rate.ResultsThe fitted R2 of the VAR model was 0.92. The short-term effect of GDP on the improvement of death level was negative， while the long-term effect was positive， and the SDI was negative regardless of the short-term and long-term effects. By the tenth year， GDP and SDI contributed 10.61% and 27.25% to TMR changes， respectively. The model predicted that the mortality rate in Shanghai would be 9.17 per thousand by 2030.ConclusionLong-term economic growth can effectively promote a decline in population mortality. However， as the economy develops vigorously， the adverse effects of declining birth rates and population aging on population health during the era of high-level population development should not be ignored.

ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics of gender difference and the trend of the mortality rate of senile dementia in registered population in Shanghai from year 2002 to 2018， and to provide the basis for formulating relative intervention measures before and after senile dementia from an public-health view.MethodsBased on the collected data of death registration， focused on the senile dementia disease codes F03，G30.0，G30.1，G30.8，G30.9 according to The International Classification of Diseases 10th revision （ICD-10）. We analyzed the characteristics of gender difference in the mortality rate of senile dementia in registered population in Shanghai from year 2002 to 2018. According to ASR， we calculated the standardized mortality rate of senile dementia， and used the chi-square test to compare the difference between the gender mortality rates. The trend and the turning point of the mortality rate of senile dementia were determined by linear regression analysis by Join-point.ResultsThe crude mortality rate of senile dementia in the registered population in Shanghai from year 2002 to 2018 was 5.46/105， 3.50/105 in males and 7.43/105 in females. The standardized mortality rate of senile dementia was 2.61/105， 1.67/105 in males and 3.56/105 in females. A thermodynamic analysis was performed on possible reactions of Fe3O4 in sediment material, intermediate product FeO, Fe, and other matters. In combination with the predominant area phase diagram of the Fe-Si system under different carbon mon-oxide partial pressures and excess carbon and silicon dioxide as well as the thermodynamic parameter state diagram of the Fe-O-N system, it is found that Fe finally exists in the form of Fe3Si, which provides a thermodynamic theoretical basis for using sediment to synthesize O'-Sialon-SiC-Fe3Si (Fe-Sialon) composites. These Fe-Sialon matrix composites made from sediment were prepared by carbothermal reduction-nitridation on the basis of thermodynamic analysis. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy resuhs in-dicate that plentiful O'-Sialon phase and a small quantity of SiC and Fe3Si phases appear in samples, and the crystalline grains are fi-ber-, cotton-, or short column-shaped, which is consistent with thermodynamic analysis results.

To investigate the aroma changes between the natural withering indoors and sunlight withering outdoors during the enzymatic processing stage of beauty tea, the volatiles collected in the process samples of beauty tea during the enzymatic processing stage were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) was used to screen for differential volatiles. The results show that the differential volatiles of beauty teas from the two withering methods were similar at different stages of processing, in which the contents of N-hexanol, trans-2-hexen-1-ol, cis-3-hexen-1-ol, geraniol, hexyl isovalerate, cis-3-hexenyl butyrate, hexyl butyrate, N-butyrate (trans-2-hexenyl) ester, linalool oxy-furan-type, and linalool increased with the processing, which was the material basis for the formation of the aroma quality of Beauty Tea. While the contents of 2-hexenal, (E)-2-hexenyl-2-methylbutyrate, (E)-3-hex-enyl butyrate, ethyl caproate, and ethyl acetate-leaf alcohol ester declined continuously with the processing. The results of volatile determination show that there was no significant difference in the types of volatile components in the processing stage of beauty tea between the two withering methods, but mainly in the content, and most of the volatile components were more abundant in the outdoor sunlight withering beauty tea. This study aimed to explore the aroma changing rule of beauty tea during the enzymatic processing stage, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of beauty tea processing technology, and to improve the flavor quality and economic value of beauty tea. Using the daily temperature data from the Dongying national meteorological observatory from 1981-2021, the daily temperature and water temperature data of the agricultural waters of the Yellow River Estuary from 2019-2021, and the hairy crab yield data of the Yellow River Estuary in Dongying from 2004-2021, the meteorological yield reduction rate was calculated after the meteorological yield was separated by moving-average model, and the relationship between temperature factors and yield reduction rate during the growth cycle of hairy crabs was analyzed by correlation analysis, the high temperature index (HTI) was selected as the key factor, and the HTI-damage model was constructed by stepwise regression method, then the damage threshold and compensation rate were determined, and the high temperature index insurance product of hairy crab in the Yellow River Estuary was designed. With the improvement of production technology in recent years, the yield of hairy crabs increased in most years, but the yield reduction rate fluctuated obviously under the influence of meteorological conditions in different years, for example, in 2008 and 2019, high temperatures and typhoons and torrential rains caused a relative increase in yield loss, and the growth and development of hairy crabs were closely related to temperature, the daily mean effective accumulated temperature above 35°C was significantly correlated with the yield reduction rate, which passed the 0.01 level test, the daily mean of effective accumulated temperature above 35°C, that is, the maximum of high temperature index reached 1.893°C·d, and the maximum of high temperature lead a 12.4% reduction of hairy crab yield. According to the calculation value of high temperature index-damage model, the high temperature disaster of hairy crab was further divided into five grades: mild, relatively mild, moderate, relatively severe and severe. Objective To evaluate the potential causal relationship between blood metabolites and the risk of heart failure by two-sample Mendelian randomization. Methods Based on a genome-wide association study containing 486 blood metabolites, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) independently associated with blood metabolites was selected as instrumental variables. The heart failure data were derived from the Genome-Wide Association Study of the Molecular Epidemiology Research Consortium for Therapeutic Targets in Heart Failure. The potential causal relationship between them was analyzed by inverse variance weighting method, MR-Egger regression method, and weighted median method, and the sensitivity analysis was performed using MR-Egger regression intercept, Cochran Q test, MR-PRESSO, and leave-one-out method. Results In total 7 516 SNP associated with blood metabolites were selected as instrumental variables. The results of inverse variance weighting analysis showed that pantothenic acid was associated with heart failure (OR=1.29, 95% CI: 1.03-1.63). Sensitivity analysis results indicated that the results were robust. Conclusion This study suggests that there is a positive causal relationship between pantothenic acid and the risk of heart failure, which may provide new insights into the pathogenesis and drug targets of heart failure. Members of the light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b binding protein (CAB) gene family play an important role in plant leaf yellowing variation. In this study, the CAB family members were identified from tea plant 'Tieguanyin' genomic data. The bioinformatics and expression patterns were analyzed. Furthermore, the expression patterns of the CABs gene were analyzed by gene cloning and qRT-PCR in tea cultivars with different leaf colors. The key CAB genes related to tea yellowing were screened by correlation analysis of leaf color parameters and chlorophyll SPAD values. The results show that 25 members of the CAB gene family were identified, their amino acid length ranged from 167-337 and the protein molecular weight ranged from 18.5-37.1 kDa. Most CAB members were stable and hydrophobic proteins, and distributed in chloroplast by the subcellular localization prediction. According to the evolutionary relationship, CAB family members are divided into 13 subfamilies, and the Lhcb1 subfamily has the most members. Cis-acting element analysis of promoter shows that CAB family members have a lot of light-responsive elements, as well as other elements related to growth and development, hormone response, and adversity stress. The members of Lhcb1 subfamily were cloned from tea plants, CAB1, CAB6, and CAB7 genes were screened by sequence alignment. The expression analysis shows that CAB1, CAB6, and CAB7 genes had tissue expression characteristics with higher expression levels in buds, leaves and fruits, and could respond to various stresses. Finally, the qRT-PCR indicates that the expressions of CAB1, CAB6, and CAB7 genes were consistent in the yellow and green leaves. Compared with green leaves, the expression of CAB genes in yellow leaves were significantly down-regulated. The correlation analysis of gene expressions and related leaf color parameters shows that the gene expressions of CAB1, CAB6, and CAB7 were significantly correlated with leaf color parameters a, b, L, and chlorophyll SPAD values (P<0.01). Among them, the expression of CAB1 shows the highest correlation coefficient. The subcellular localization analysis shows that CAB1 was distributed in the nucleus, cytoplasm, and chloroplasts. The studies analyzed the basic characteristics of CAB family members in tea plants and the key genes related to tea color variation were identified, which provided a theoretical basis for the molecular regulation mechanism of tea color variation. Objective To investigate how economic development and health resource input impact infant mortality in Shanghai. Methods Data on GDP per capita, the number of health facility beds per 10,000 population, and the infant mortality rate in Shanghai from 1991 to 2020 were selected and analyzed using the vector error correction model. Results A long-term equilibrium relationship existed between infant mortality, GDP per capita, and the number of health beds per 10,000 persons, with the elasticity coefficient of infant mortality being-2. 83 (95% CI:-3. 86-1. 80) for GDP per capita and-3. 02 (95% CI: -5. 03-- 1. 01) for the number of health beds per 10,000 persons. The maximum value is reached in the 5th and 6th year respectively and has a long-term negative impact. Conclusion The improvement of infant health cannot be achieved without the two-way promotion of socio-economic and health resource investment. It is necessary to promote the effective combination of investment in health resources and economic development, improve the construction of the maternal and child healthcare service system, strengthen the leading role of the Government, and build an efficient mechanism for the investment of health resources. Species abundance distribution (SAD) combines species richness with species abundance in a community and is an important indicator of community structure. Although many studies have applied mathematical models to fit the SADs of plant communities, there are still few studies on the changes in the shape of SAD (i.e., the skewness of the SAD curves) along the environmental gradient. Especially for forest communities, it is still unclear whether the model fitting and shape change of SADs are consistent in different vegetation types. Here, 28 plots of 20 m × 20 m were set up in Hynobius amjiensis National Nature Reserve according to the main forest vegetation types. The species composition and abundance of each species were surveyed in each plot. The logseries model and the lognormal model were fitted to the SAD in each plot, and then the best-fit model was selected based on the corrected Akaike's Information Criteria (AICc). The α value in Gambin model and the η value in Weibull model were calculated to reflect the shape of SAD in each plot. The λ value in Weibull model was calculated to reflect the scale of SAD (i.e., the range observed in abundance). The relationship between altitude and the shape and scale of SAD was analyzed. The results were as follows: (1) The logseries model fitted SAD better than the lognormal model. (2) When all plots were included, there was no significant correlation between SAD shape (α and η) and altitude, but there was a significant positive correlation between the λ value and altitude. (3) There was a negative correlation between altitude and α and η values in the mixed evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved forests, and there was a significant positive correlation between the α value and altitude in the deciduous broad-leaved forests, while there was no significant correlations between both α value and η value and altitude. The results indicate that the model fitting and shape change of SADs along the environmental gradient are related to the vegetation types of the forest community. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the vegetation types when analyzing the relationship between SAD and impact factors in plant communities.

Takayasu's arteritis (TAK) is a chronic large vessel vasculitis that involves the aorta and its primary branch arteries, which can result in limb ischemia and organ damage. A clinical practice guideline has been newly developed under the leadership of the National Clinical Medical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases. This guideline provides evidence-based recommendations on 11 key issues in the management of TAK, covering the diagnosis, clinical evaluation, medical treatment, antithrombotic therapy, surgical intervention as well as pregnancy, and aims to guide the diagnosis and treatment of TAK in clinical practice and improve the outcomes of patients in China. This article interprets the key points of this guideline, in order to promote its application.

To study the clinical effect and adverse drug reactions of different doses of glucocorticoid (GC) in the treatment of children with recurrence of steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome (SSNS). Methods A total of 67 children who were hospitalized and diagnosed with SSNS recurrence in the Department of Nephrology, Children's Hospital, Capital Institute of Pediatrics, from November 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into a moderate-dose GC group (32 children) and a full-dose GC group (35 children). The two groups were compared in terms of urinary protein clearance, recurrence rate within 6 months, and incidence rate of GC-associated adverse reactions. Results There was no significant difference in the urinary protein clearance rate between the moderate-dose GC and full-dose GC groups (91% vs 94%, P>0.05). There was also no significant difference in the recurrence rate within 6 months between the two groups (41% vs 36%, P>0.05). At 6 months of follow-up, compared with the full-dose GC group, the moderate-dose GC group had a significantly lower cumulative dose of prednisone [(87± 18) mg/kg vs (98±16) mg/kg, P=0.039] and a significantly lower proportion of children with an abnormal increase in body weight (6% vs 33%, P=0.045). The logistic regression analysis showed that prednisone dose ≥10 mg/alternate day at enrollment was a risk factor for recurrence within 6 months in children with SSNS (P=0.018). Conclusions For children with SSNS recurrence, moderate-dose GC has similar effects to full-dose GC in the remission induction rate and the recurrence rate within 6 months, with a lower cumulative dose and fewer GC-associated adverse reactions within 6 months than full-dose GC. The Lianhuashan pluton in the junction of Anhui-Zhejiang-Jiangxi provinces is located in the southeast margin of Yangtze Plate, namely the junction zone of Yangtze Plate and Cathaysia Plate (the northern margin of eastern section of Jiangnan orogenic belt). The pluton intruded into the late Neoproterozoic Shangshu Formation (northeastern Jiangxi), with the lithology of syenogranite and granophyres. In later period, the metamorphic deformation resulted in foliated and greenschist facies epimetamorphic mineral assemblage. The geochemical characteristics indicate that the Iianhuashan granite is probably A2 type formed in continental margin post-orogenic environment. The zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of the pluton yields the age of 878±70 Ma, which is the product of late Jinning Period. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Online quantitative analysis of the reaction gas or tail gas of industrial production process can help to adjust the production process and improve product quality in time, which is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of the relevant industries. However, due to the influence of industrial production cost, the application of expensive high-resolution mass spectrometer in industrial online quantitative analysis is relatively limited, while low-resolution mass spectrometer may detect the mass spectra with overlapping peaks, causing difficulties in the accurate quantification of reaction or tail gases. Although the current online quantitative analysis methods are relatively mature, there are still some spaces for optimization in terms of quantitative accuracy, method applicability and equipment complexity. For more accurate and more efficient online quantitative analysis, an online process mass spectrometer was proposed to detect the reaction gas or tail gas and separate the overlapping spectral peaks. At first, the component gases and their corresponding contents of the reaction gas or tail gas under measurement were accurately predicted according to industrial production scenarios, obtaining a prediction matrix and formulating a calibration standard gas. Secondly, all the overlapping spectral peaks of the calibration standard gas were obtained through finding the standard mass spectra of each component gas, and the simplest ratio matrix was constructed according to its relationship with the main peaks of each component gas, which was corrected by formulating the ratio standard gases with the same content as the relevant component gases. Then, the calibration matrix was obtained through detecting and calculating the calibration standard gas with the mass spectrometer, together with the prediction matrix and the ratio matrix, the calibration mathematical model was constructed to obtain the relative sensitivity matrix. Finally, a quantitative mathematical model was constructed with the calculated relative sensitivity matrix, the corrected ratio matrix and the detection matrix obtained after detecting and calculating the reaction gas or tail gas under measurement, and the content matrix of each component gas was obtained to monitor and control the industrial production process in real time. The online quantitative analysis of representative yeast fermenter tail gas showed that the method has high accuracy and strong applicability. After several rounds of online quantitative analysis experiments, the maximum quantitative error could be controlled within 0.4%, and the maximum quantitative relative standard deviation could be limited within 2%.

To investigate the seasonal changes of AOB and AOA and its relation with environmental factors in Sinonovacula constricta pond, AOA and AOB abundance in water and sediments were studied by fluorescence quantitative PCR with the functional gene amoA as a molecular marker. The results showed that the abundance of AOA in each season was one order of magnitude higher than that of AOB, and seasonal variation had certain effects on the abundance of AOA and AOB amoA genes in the water environment and sediments. In the water environment, AOB was significantly higher in autumn than the other three seasons (P<0.05), AOA in winter was the lowest and it was significantly lower in spring and autumn (P<0.05). In the sediment, AOB and AOA were significantly higher in winter than those in the other three seasons (P<0.05). Correlation analysis of environmental factors showed that AOB content in water was positively correlated with NH4+ (P<0.05), but negatively correlated with NO2- (P<0.05). The abundance of AOA in water was positively correlated with water temperature (P<0.05), but negatively correlated with (P<0.05). In the sediment, the abundance of AOB was positively correlated with DO, NO3-, TN and NO2- (P<0.05), and negatively correlated with water temperature (P<0.05). The abundance of AOA was positively correlated with DO, TN and NO3- (P<0.05), and negatively correlated with water temperature (P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression equation showed that the abundance of AOA and AOB in Sinonovacula constricta pond was significantly affected by NO3-. The results showed that AOA dominated the ammonia-oxidation process in the pond of Sinonovacula constricta, and the abundance of AOA and AOB was affected by salinity, temperature, nitrogen concentration, dissolved oxygen and other environmental factors. Objective To explore the expression of circ_0006692 in NSCLC and its relation with clinicopathological characteristics and related mechanism. Methods We collected 50 pairs of NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues. The expression of circ_0006692 was detected by qRT-PCR and its relation with clinicopathological features was analyzed. We constructed lung cancer A549 cell line with circ_0006692 overexpression and knockdown. Cell proliferation, migration and invasion were detected by MTS, colony forming, wound healing and Transwell invasion assays. qRT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the effect of circ_0006692 expression change on EMT-related gene expression. Results The expression of circ_0006692 in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (P < 0.05). The expression level of circ_0006692 was closely related to tumor size, TNM stage and pulmonary membrane invasion (P < 0.05). circ_0006692 knockdown inhibited cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis, while its overexpression promoted cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. circ_0006692 knockdown inhibited the expression of EMT-related genes CDH2 and MMP7 in A549 cells and promoted the expression of CDH1. Conclusion The upregulated expression of circ_0006692 in NSCLC is closely related to tumor size, TNM stage and pulmonary membrane invasion. circ_0006692 expression could regulate the proliferation, invasion, metastasis and EMT progression of lung cancer A549 cells.

Objective To investigate the recognition of occupational environment among pre-hospital first-aid nurses, and to analyze potential problems and countermeasures based on the results of the survey. Methods The Gallup Q12 questionnaire was used to investigate the recognition of occupational environment among pre-hospital first-aid nurses. Results The demand for job requirements and support from head nurses received highest degree of recognition in group of senior nurses, followed by junior nurses and nursing supervisors. There was a significant difference in recognition of Q4,Q5,Q8 among three different groups of nurses (P <0.05). The junior nurses had highest level of recognition of self-growth. It is a critical issue to detect dynamic communities and track their evolution process in online social networks, which can help the controller understand the latent topology, discover anomaly events, predict its evolution trend and control the networks. Firstly, the current flaws of dynamic community detection and its evolution were analyzed. And then a novel approach of dynamic evolution of communities was proposed, including community extract in each time snapshot based on a static community mining algorithm, the calculation of evolution influence between the neighboring snapshots in the community, and generating the evolution process of community structure among continuous snapshots. Finally, tests were carried out based on the large-scale data-sets (e. g. Micro-blog, Gnutella) to validate the approach. The results show the high effectiveness of the approach in community evolution analyzing. In add-on, the experiments also analyze the frequency, at which the social network nodes appear and disappear, will affect the community stability and the evolution of the structure. In order to solve the problem of fluctuation of wind-power output and disordered charging of electric vehicles connected to the power grid, a two-stage optimal dispatching model of electric vehicles connected to the micro grid by classification was established according to the sensitivity of electric vehicle users to the incentive factors, and a case study was carried out. The research results show that compared with disordered charging, the two-stage dispatching micro grid of electric vehicles significantly reduces the value in load peak and valley periods, the energy storage unit can basically meet the operation demand of the micro grid, the wind-energy utilization rate is up to 95.43%, and the connection line exchange power is only 24.2 kW, which significantly reduces the impact of wind-energy fluctuations of the micro grid on the large power grid. With the increase of the proportion of class III electric vehicles, the utilization rate of wind-power increased obviously. An example shows that the proposed two-stage optimal dispatching model can effectively reduce the power purchased from the micro grid, which improves the utilization rate of wind and wind, and improves the influence of micro grid power fluctuations on the large power grid.

Objective To investigate the expression of ARL4C in NSCLC and its correlation with clinicopathological features, as well as its role in EGFR-TKI resistance. Methods We collected the tumor and adjacent tissues of 63 NSCLC patients. The mRNA expression of ARL4C was detected by qRT-PCR and the relation between ARL4C and clinicopathological features was analyzed. The expressions of ARL4C in TKI-resistant cell line, control cell line and ARL4C overexpressing cell line were assessed by qRT-PCR and Western blot. The changes of cell activity and IC50 were detected by MTS. Transwell invasion assay was used to detect the effect of ARL4C expression on cell invasion. Results The expression level of ARL4C in NSCLC tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues (P < 0.05). The expression of ARL4C in NSCLC was closely related to lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and pulmonary membrane invasion (P < 0.05). Compared with control cell line HCC827, the expression levels of ARL4C mRNA and protein in TKI-resistant cell line HCC827/ER and the IC50 of ARL4C overexpressing TKI-resistant cell line HCC827/ER/ARL4C-OE were significantly lower (P < 0.05). Transwell assay results showed that the overexpression of ARL4C inhibited the invasion of lung cancer cell line (P < 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of ARL4C is closely related to lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and pulmonary membrane invasion of NSCLC. Overexpression of ARL4C may improve the sensitivity of NSCLC cells to EGFR-TKI and inhibit the invasion of NSCLC cells.

The space solar array simulator(SSAS) simulates the output characteristic curve of the solar panel under various load conditions, which is used to complete the performance test of the tested power system, and is widely used in the field test field of the spacecraft power system. However, in the actual test environment, the long test cable between the solar array simulator and the power supply of the spacecraft being tested seriously affects the simulation accuracy of the output curve of the solar array simulator. Therefore, the compensation connection line is generally used to remotely compensate the output voltage of the simulator. This paper proposes a simple method to detect the connection state of the remote voltage compensation terminal connection line, and gives a normalized fault state judgment standard. This method is not only suitable for solar array simulator equipment, but also for any high-power power supply where remote voltage compensation is required for the output voltage.

Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) is an important component of the all-digital phase-locked loop (ADPLL), which plays the role of phase-frequency detector. This paper focuses on the enhancement of all-digital TDC resolution. We present the basic structures of three categories of all-digital TDC, which are counter based TDC, gate-delay-line based TDC and sub-gate delay TDC. We also demonstrate their respective advantages from the aspects of resolution, dynamic range, non-linearity and etc. Finally, we summarize and make projection on future research priorities. By using the G-L index,Briielhart marginal intra-industry trade index and Thom & McDowell index, we measured trade patterns of 10 categories of Sino-US advanced technology products. The result shows that in the 10 categories of advanced technology products, the trade pattern of Information & Communication Technology, Opto-Electronics Technology, Biotechnology, Aerospace and Nuclear technology are mainly intra-industry trade. However, the trade patterns of Life Science,Electronics,Flexible Manufacturing and Advanced Materials are horizontal intra-industry trade. Because the core of advanced technology of Sino-US trade is Information & Communication Technology trade, between 2002 and 2012, the Sino-US advanced technology product trade pattern and improved trade are inter-industry trade on the whole, not intraindustry trade. As a result, China should use different tactics based on the different industry trade patterns. Our country's gas pipeline network is developing with large-scale and integration, so we should establish an optimization model of natural gas pipeline net based on two algorithms to ensure pipeline net work safely, efficiently and economically. Based on the comparison of various existing optimization algorithms, the Improved Linear Approximation Method and Sequential Quadratic Programming Method (SQP) are selected as natural gas pipe network optimization algorithms. By analyzing the two algorithms' principle and aiming at the lowest energy consumption, while in order both to meet production needs and reduce algorithm's dependence on objective function and constraint conditions and ensure the efficiency and stability, we choose SQP to establish a universal steady-state operation optimization model which provides preliminary data analysis for software developers. In recent years, WSN technology in the development of large-scale, self organization communication, as well as in the oil depot safety requirement, this paper designed a new embedded processor ARM9, 2.4 GHz/IEEE 802. 15.4 compliant RF chip CC2420 core hardware based on the formation of the fire alarm dispatching system. In accordance with the tank area and the internal environment, through different node module detection, considerations of vibration, temperature, electrostatic and other factors, the system selected the location based GEM (graph embedding) routing protocol and based on time division multiplexing (TDMA) MAC mechanism to execute network interlace scheduling and ACK response. It used TinyOS automatically collected the analysis data and judged alarm levels by TinyOS in control center, and started the appropriate fire extinguishing equipment. The simulation results show that, the system not only can quickly, effectively determine tank area disaster and abnormal environment, accurately report the alarm, but also overcomes the deficiency of cable and manual alarm. The resource load balancing problem of the large-scale and heterogeneous network is studied. Firstly, the problem is modeled and analyzed theoretically, and an objective function which satisfies the host and network constraints, is designed. Secondly, a multi-objective minimum spanning tree problem based on the model is researched, and a multi-objective genetic algorithm is devised accordingly. At last, a dynamic load balancing scenario named DSMG is proposed based on the algorithm. The simulation results show that the DSMG can balance the load effectively between the light-load nodes and the overload ones by selecting the appropriate parameters. In order to study the different travel behaviours of users equipped with advanced traveler information systems (ATIS) and users unequipped with ATIS under uncertainties conditions in both demand and supply sides of a road network due to adverse weather conditions with different rainfall intensities, a path travel time reliability-based traffic assignment model under endogenous equilibrated market penetration and compliance rate of ATIS was established. Those equipped users may not always comply with the advice provided by ATIS. Therefore users are divided into three classes: users with ATIS and in compliance with ATIS advice, users with ATIS but without compliance with ATIS advice, and users without ATIS. Users will consider uncertainty of the path travel time, weather conditions, and ATIS advice in their path choice decisions. Furthermore, the model also considers users' perception errors using a Logit-based stochastic user equilibrium framework. The proposed model is formulated as an equivalent variational inequality problem in terms of path flows. Numerical examples illustrate the efficiency of the proposed model and solution algorithm. The arriving time of the metal flyer at some point was measured by two kinds of combined probes for checking their uniformity. Meanwhile, the free-surface velocity and displacement of the metal flyer were measured by double-sensitive VISAR for contrast with combined probes. Experiment results show that the first stage probe of the vertical combined probe coincides well with the horizontal combined probe; the second stage probe has a little difference with the horizontal combined probe; the difference increases along with the stage of vertical combined probe, and the reason is the interference of the probe on the flyer. The maximum differences at the measuring point 1 between two kinds of combination probes and VISAR are 0.71% and 0.67% respectively, and the maximum differences at point 2 are 0.98% and 0.90% respectively. To estimate direction of arrival for the coherent signals, a virtual array method for direction of arrival estimation based on unitary transformation is proposed. In this approach, the covariance matrix, which is obtained from virtual array, is reconstructed by utilizing a unitary transformation matrix. The simulation results verify that the proposed method has high performance of de-correlation and estimation. The proposed method can de-correlate the coherent sources without a lot of snapshots and a reduction in array aperture. Objective To explore the effects and feasibility of the repairing alveolar bone by combination of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) and fibrin glue (FG). Methods BMSCs were obtained from the sucking mouse and then separated, cultured to the second generation to get ready for use. The available cells were combined with FG and then immediately implanted into the defect that had been established in one lateral maxilla of 30 SD rats. At the same time pure FG without BMSCs was implanted into the other side. The rats were killed at the 3rd and 6th week after operation. The hematoxylin-eosin staining and Micro-CT were used to observe and evaluate the osteogenesis. Results New bone trabecula formed at experiment side of the rats at 3rd week. The repairing seemed better after 6th week of operation than the control side. There were only fibrous tissues in the control side or none. The investigation was made on the main physical and chemical characteristics of ethanol-diesel blend fuel, and the effects on the characteristics of diesel engine were also investigated experimentally. The result shows that the low heat value, cetane number, viscosity of the blends decrease with the increasing content of ethanol in the blends. The distillation characteristic of the blends is high at low temperature. Solvent can better the solubility of ethanol-diesel blend fuel. With the increasing content of ethanol in the blends fuel, the torque output decreases slightly. The emissions of CO and soot are improved and the emissions of HC and NOx are increased. Solving compatibility issues in programs is crucial for building a domestic software ecosystem. With the diversification of computer architectures, ensuring software runs smoothly across different platforms and hardware environments has become an urgent task in software development. Against this backdrop, dynamic binary translation (DBT) technology emerges as significant. As a core technology enabling interoperability between different instruction set architectures (ISA), DBT allows for cross-platform compatibility and significantly expands the applicability and flexibility of software through runtime instruction conversion. However, the introduction of DBT also places higher demands on system performance in terms of efficiency and resource utilization. This paper reviews DBT technology, including its basic principles, research progress, key technologies, and optimization methods. It starts with an introduction to the basic principles and history of DBT. Then, it elaborates on the research progress, especially significant achievements in improving translation accuracy and execution efficiency. Furthermore, it introduces six categories of DBT optimization techniques: runtime optimization, control flow optimization, instruction-level optimization, security and isolation optimization, resource management optimization, and hardware-software co-optimization. This paper also summarizes these key technologies, their optimization techniques, and the challenges they face. Finally, from multiple perspectives such as technological trends, application area expansion, and performance improvement strategies, the future research direction and development prospects of DBT technology are discussed.

The aroma and taste profiles of Qingxiang Tieguanyin tea from different regions were determined through sensory evaluation and quantitative descriptive analysis of sensory attributes. By gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), biochemical composition analysis, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) and metrological statistical analysis, the aroma and taste constituents of the tea were determined. The correlation between aroma and taste components and aroma and taste attributes was explored by correlation analysis and regression analysis, and the correlation between taste components and taste attributes was verified through experiments. The results showed that the sensory quality of Qingxiang Tieguanyin tea had regional characteristics and the aroma composition was dominated by terpenoids, followed by esters. Water content, water extract content, total tea polyphenols content and theaflavins content were the major biochemical factors responsible for the taste quality.
