Accurate epicenter location is crucial for assessing seismic hazards and risks, investigating seismicity, and exploring the Earth’s internal structure. Numerous global institutions routinely release earthquake catalogs, providing the earthquake source parameters such as epicenter locations. Nonetheless, disparities in epicenter locations reported by these catalogs can arise due to the variation in seismic station data, crust-mantle velocity models, and earthquake localization methodologies employed. InSAR data, characterized by its high spatial resolution, provides reasonable positional constraints on shallow earthquakes, offering ground truth (GT) and serving as a key basis for evaluating the accuracy of earthquake epicenter locations. This study selected a series of earthquakes of approximately magnitude 5 in Southwestern China, recorded by seismological and InSAR data. The discrepancies between the epicenter determinations of earthquake catalogs and InSAR measurements were compared to assess the accuracy of the China Earthquake Network Center (CENC) and USGS/NEIC catalogs in this specific region. The results indicate that the most significant discrepancy between the CENC catalog and InSAR-derived epicenters was 12 km, with longitudinal differences ranging from −0.04° to 0.13° and a marginally smaller latitudinal variance of −0.05° to 0.06°. In comparison, the maximum difference between the USGS earthquake catalog and InSAR epicenters was 20 km, with a longitudinal and latitudinal difference of −0.21°～0.13° and −0.10°～0.08°, respectively. The CENC catalog provided more accurate epicenter locations for most of the earthquake events. However, for individual events, the epicenter locations given by CENC deviate from the InSAR results by a significant amount, which may be attributed to the distribution of seismic stations, among other factors.

BackgroundChrysotile is widely used in construction and industry. Research has shown that it is associated with lung fibrosis in occupational groups, but the involvement of microRNAs (miRNAs) in chrysotile-induced lung fibrosis has been less well studied, and the specific mechanism is still unclear. ObjectiveUsing next-generation sequencing technology to analyze the effects of chrysotile exposure on the miRNAs expression profiles of human lung epithelial cells (BEAS-2B cells), to explore the variations of differentially expressed miRNAs and related signaling pathways, and to identify potential targets and molecular mechanisms of chrysotile-induced lung fibrosis. MethodsChrysotile was analyzed with a laser particle size analyzer and an X-ray diffractometer for particle size and physical phase. BEAS-2B cells were exposed to chrysotile for designed time sessions (12, 24, and 48 h) and doses (0, 50, 100, and 200 μg·mL−1). Cell viability was detected with a cell viability assay kit (CCK8); expression levels of Fibronectin, Collagen-Ⅰ, and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) were detected by Western blot after exposure to 200 μg·mL−1 chrysotile for 24 h. Sample correlation and changes in miRNAs expression profiles between the chrysotile-exposed and the control groups were analyzed by next-generation sequencing technology. The target genes of differentially expressed miRNAs were predicted and subjected to Gene Ontology (GO) analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis. ResultsThe average particle size of the chrysotile dust sample used in this study was 3.58 μm, and the results of X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed the characteristic peaks of chrysotile. Bacillus protease, a microbial protease known for its diverse range, significant activity and extensive research, has been widely used in the food industry. This review covers various aspects, including the screening and selection of protease high-producing Bacillus strains, the construction of engineered bacteria, the optimization of fermentation conditions for protease production, and the application of Bacillus protease in the food industry, specifically with plant proteins and animal proteins as substrates. Moreover, the future research direction and development trend are forecasted. The purpose of this review is to serve as a scholarly resource for future investigation and practical utilization of Bacillus protease.

Objective To retrospectively explore the prognostic factors of uremic maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients with novel COVID-19 infection. Methods A total of 556 MHD patients on regular follow-ups were recruited. Baseline profiles and laboratory tests were recorded prior to contracting COVID-19 infection. Results There were 312 males and 244 females with an age of （52.37 ± 14.81） year and an MHD duration of （61.02 ± 43.90） months. Diabetic kidney disease（DKD） was a primary disease （n = 101, 18.1%） with top three complications of diabetes mellitus （DM）（n = 135, 16.3%）, cardiovascular disease （CVD）（n = 48, 6.6%） and stroke （n = 3, 0.5%）. Hemodialysis （n = 192, 34.5%） and peritoneal dialysis （PD）（n = 364, 65.5%） were performed. DM, hemodialysis, age and serum sodium level were risk factors for mortality after COVID-19 infection. And serum prealbumin level was a protective factor. Multivariate regression analysis revealed that MHD and age were independent risk factors for mortality. Cardiovascular disease, MHD, age and blood glucose level were risk factors for severe pneumonia after COVID-19 infection. And serum albumin level was a protective factor. Conclusion CVD and hyperglycemia are independent risk factors for severe pneumonia while age is an independent risk factor for severe pneumonia and mortality. Generally MHD patients have a higher risk of mortality than PD counterparts.

BackgroundCold environments reduce work efficiency and increase the risk of frostbite. ObjectiveTo investigate the effects on cold protection and manual performance of rescue gloves in cold environments, and to preliminarily verify the feasibility of related quantitative characterization methods. MethodsAn experiment was conducted in a large and a small artificial climate chamber. 12 male right-handed university students were recruited. The experiment was divided into two parts, with 0-10 min as the baseline phase and 10-50 min as the test phase. Subjects sat quietly in a 16 ℃ large chamber, and hands were exposed to a small chamber at 0 ℃ either barely (control group) or with rescue gloves (experimental group). Skin temperatures of the five fingers (thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger), as well as the dorsal and palm of the hands were measured. In addition, grip strength, manual dexterity, maximum finger flexion, and tactile sensitivity of the hands were measured as the indicators of manual performance. ResultsIn the control group, cold-induced vasodilation occurred when the skin temperature of the five fingers were lowered to about 10 ℃. The maximum rate of change in skin temperature of the control group was in the following order: thumb＞index finger＞middle finger＞little finger＞ring finger＞dorsal＞palm, 165.7 ℃·h−1 in the thumb, 80.0 and 89.9 ℃·h−1 in the palm and dorsal respectively. In addition, the minimum skin temperature of the thumb was 6.6 ℃. Compared with the control group: the rate of change of skin temperature in the experimentalgroup decreased by about 50%; the grip strength decreased by 15% after wearing the rescue gloves (P0.05). ConclusionThis study proved that the rescue gloves improved the thermal comfort of hands while better balancing the effect of cold exposure on manual performance. The quantitative characterization methods can evaluate the protective performance and manual performance of the rescue gloves, which provides a reliable theoretical foundation and reference basis for further experiments.

ObjectiveTo study the effect of family type on depression symptoms among high school students in Jiangsu province and to provide evidence for mental health interventions among students. MethodsA self-administered anonymous electronic questionnaire survey was conducted from September to November 2020 among 22 076 high school students recruited from 13 prefectures in Jiangsu province using stratified multistage cluster random sampling. The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) and the Internet Addiction Test (IAT) were used to assess students' mental health status and internet addiction. The propensity score matching method was used to balance potential confounders of depression symptoms between two groups of students from normal (nuclear/extended) and abnormal (single-parent/reconstituted/grandparent-grandchild) families, and a total of 4 027 pairs (8 054) of students were matched with balanced confounders. A univariate logistic regression analysis model was used to examine the association between family type and depression symptoms among students. ResultsAmong all students, 26.1% were found to have symptoms of depression. The detection rate of depression symptoms among the 1 : 1 propensity score matched students was 27.3% for 4 027 individuals from normal families, with subgroup detection rates of 27.4%/27.1% for urban/suburban students and 29.7%/25.6% for boarding/day students, whereas the detection rate was 32.6% for 4 027 individuals from abnormal families, with subgroup rates of 32.9%/32.2% for urban/suburban students and 33.8%/31.9% for boarding/day students. The results of univariate logistic analysis of the data after propensity score matching indicated that students from abnormal families had an increased risk of depression symptoms compared with those from normal families (odds ratio [OR] = 1.29, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.17 – 1. 42); further subgroup analysis showed that the increased risk of depression symptoms was significant among students from abnormal families living in both urban (OR = 1.30, 95%CI: 1.15 – 1.48) and suburban (OR = 1.28, 95%CI: 1.10 – 1.48) areas, and among boarding students (OR = 1.20, 95%CI: 1.04 – 1.40) and day students (OR = 1.36, 95%CI: 1.20 – 1.54), respectively. ConclusionFamily type has a significant effect on the occurrence of depression symptoms among high school students in Jiangsu province. More attention should be paid to high school students living in abnormal family situations.

Alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase (α-L-AFase) belongs to glycosyl hydrolases. Its main function is to hydrolyze the arabinose substituents in arabinoxylan and promote the hydrolysis of hemicellulose with other hydrolases synergistically, so as to improve the biotransformation rate of hemicellulose. In this article, the recent research advances on the enzymatic characteristic and its improvement, structure, catalytic mechanism and synergistic catalytic effect of α-L-AFase from microorganisms are reviewed. It is found that the physicochemical properties, molecular structures and catalytic mechanisms of α-L-AFases from different microbial sources are diverse, and the method of recombinant expression could effectively improve the enzymatic activity and stability of α-L-AFase. This synergistic catalysis of α-L-AFase with other hemicelluloses hydrolases can significantly improve the substrate conversion efficiency. α-L-AFase has been widely used in many fields such as improving the texture of fermented dough, juice clarification, optimizing the brewing technique, preparation of high digestion feed, and preparing the functional health products. This review provides some references for the subsequent fundamental research, development and utilization of α-L-AFase in the future.

[Introduction] Under the background of "carbon peak and neutrality" target and "ocean power" strategy, the integration of ocean renewable energy represented by offshore wind power and ocean resources represented by marine ranch is the new direction, new situation and new opportunity for the future development and utilization of ocean resources. The article reviews and analyzes the integrated development mode and key technical problems of offshore wind power and marine pasture, in order to provide technical references to the relevant research and engineering projects in China. [Method] Taking the integration of China's marine resources development needs as the guide, the global development trend of offshore wind power and marine ranch integration was analyzed, and the current situation and shortcomings of China's wind-fishery integration development were clarified. On this basis, the integration mode, equipment design, engineering cases and key technical problems of the integration development of offshore wind power and ocean ranch were analyzed in detail. Finally, a future outlook on the integration development of offshore wind power and ocean ranch in China was discussed. [Result] Through the analysis of the integrated development mode and key technical problems of the integration of offshore wind power and marine ranch development, the bottlenecks and technical challenges are clarified, and the key breakthrough directions are pointed out, providing scientific guidance and reference basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of offshore resources in China. [Conclusion] The article illustrates the necessity and feasibility of integrating the development of offshore wind power and marine ranch, and proposes a feasible way to integrate offshore wind power and marine ranch in China.

In view of the electromagnetic interference existing in the well, it can greatly interfere with the voltage signal of the operational amplifier terminal collected by the dynamometer, and then affect the accuracy of the pressure value measured by the sensor. The design uses the domestic HC32L176 micro controller unit as the main control chip. Develop a dynamometer which uses the chip. Collect the voltage signal through the oscilloscope. Select the appropriate wavelet basis function, the number of decomposition layers, threshold rule and threshold function to decomposesignals containing noise. Filter out the high-frequency components of different layers,and then reconstruct the signal to obtain the denoising signal . Through Matlab simulation and practical test, the results show that the wavelet transform can achieve a good denoising of the collected voltage signal, and improve the reliability and stability of the bolt and cable dynamometer.

Purpose In practical applications, the pre-trained model still faces the challenge of low quality and quantity of knowledge information required for complex tasks, while the fusion of knowledge graph into the pre-trained model can enhance its performance. Methods In this paper, literatures about knowledge graph fusion pre-training model in recent years have been analyzed and summarized. First, the reasons, advantages, and difficulties of introducing knowledge graph into pre-training model have been introduced briefly. Second, two kinds of methods of implicit combination and explicit combination are discussed in detail, and the characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of representative models are compared and summarized. Finally, the challenges and future research trends of pre-training models with fusion knowledge graph are discussed. Conclusions The core issue of pre-training models incorporating knowledge graphs is to solve how to effectively integrate information from knowledge bases into the training model. In the future, more effective and efficient knowledge fusion methods can be explored to improve model performance and generalization ability.

Depression, as one of the important public health issues worldwide, is the main cause of illness and disability in children and adolescents aged 10 – 19 years, leading to heavy economic and social burden. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years, the use of machine learning or deep learning methods to automatically identify depression and establish predictive models has provided a new perspective for depression screening. This study summarized previous domestic and foreign research, elucidating the research progress of screening methods and predictive models for depression in children and adolescents, and providing a scientific basis for improving the efficiency of depression screening, early identification, and intervention in children and adolescents.

Considering the practical challenges faced by the commercialization of integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), the implementation progress and future trends of ISAC were elaborated and summarized.First, the research progress and empirical performance of single node-based ISAC prototype systems were summarized, including positioning, environmental mapping, imaging, waveform design, and beam tracking.Next, the actual gain of multi-nodes cooperation-based ISAC prototype systems in the scenarios of the Internet of vehicles and the Internet of things were analyzed.Then, focusing on cross-sensor-based ISAC prototype systems, the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of sensor and the experimental fusion performance were overviewed.Finally, the future trends in the system implementation and technical validation of ISAC were highlighted, addressing the challenges encountered in existing ISAC prototype systems.

Objective To evaluate and analyze the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on inventory of red blood cells (RBCs)in local and municipal blood stations in China, and to provide reference for the management of public health emergencies. Methods Relevant data from 2018 to 2021 were collected, and the differences in the volume of qualified RBCs, the usage efficiency of inventory RBCs, the average daily distribution of RBCs,the blood distribution rate of RBCs prepared by 400 mL whole blood, the difference in the average storage days of RBCs at the time of distribution, the average daily inventory of RBCs and the time of the average daily inventory of RBCs to maintain the distribution in 24 local and municipal blood stations in China during the COVID-19 epidemic and non-epidemic periods were retrospectively analyzed. Results Compared with non-epidemic periods, the volume of qualified RBCs [(117 525.979 ±52 203.175)U] and the average daily distribution of RBCs [( 156. 468 ± 70. 186) U ] increased significantly, but the usage efficiency of inventory RBCs decreased(97.24%±0.51%) significantly (P0.5). Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic, the inventory management of RBCs operated well, the overall inventory remained relatively stable, the stock composition and storage period showed no significant change.

The damage and failure process of rock engineering is inseparable from rock dilatancy. Dilatancy is the phenomenon of rock volume increase after the differential stress exceeds the yield limit. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, and uniaxial compression tests under different stress loading rates (0.1, 0.5, 2.0, 5.0 kN/s) were carried out on mudstone specimens from drill holes in the mine site with a depth of nearly 1300 m. The results demonstrate that the mudstone is mainly composed of plagioclase. The distribution of various minerals in the rock is not uniform. The main component plagioclase is distributed in strips, filled with other minerals, the filling material is mainly chlorite. Under different stress loading rates, the axial strain curves are typical plastic-elastic-plastic curves, and each specimen has an obvious micro-crack compaction process. The lower the stress loading rate, the more pronounced the compaction process, that is, the smoother the curve. In the elastic stage, the slope of the curve increases as the stress loading rate increases, indicating that the rock’s elastic modulus rises. The one-way analysis of variance method was used to test the significance of the differences in each analysis item’s data. The results indicate that the stress loading rate (Vload) is related to the uniaxial compressive strength (σc), elastic modulus(E), maximum axial strain(εa,max), maximum radial strain(εd,max), the initial dilatancy strength(f*), and the ratio of the initial dilatancy stress to the uniaxial compressive strength(f*/σc) of mudstone. It does not correlate with the maximum volumetric strain value (εV,max), and the ratio of the initial dilatancy volumetric strain to the maximum volumetric strain (εV,d/εV,max). As the Vload increases, σc and E increase, when Vload increases 50 times from 0.1 kN/s to 5.0 kN/s, the measured σc increases from 26.8 MPa to 36.5 MPa, and E increases from 3.5 GPa to 5.9 GPa. The εa,max and εd,max decrease with increasing Vload while axial and radial strain rates increase. Hence, the likelihood of failure of mudstone rock under insufficient deformation increases with increasing Vload. The f* and f*/σc decrease as Vload increases, meaning that it is easier to enter the dilatancy stage with higher Vload. It is considered that the strength parameters, deformation and dilatancy parameters of mudstone are significantly dependent on Vload.

The coal spontaneous combustion disaster seriously threatens the mine safety production. Mastering the correlation between the micro group and characteristic temperature of coal spontaneous combustion plays a positive role in the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion disaster. In order to determine the change and correlation of characteristic temperature and coal microstructure in the process of spontaneous combustion of coal with different metamorphic degrees, the mass change characteristics and microstructure of four coal samples with different metamorphic degrees were tested by thermogravimetric experiment and Fourier infrared spectrum experiment, and the relationship between them was determined by Pearson correlation coefficient method. The results show that with the increase of metamorphic degree, the content of aromatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic hydrocarbons in coal increases and the content of oxygen-containing functional groups decreases. The groups with the highest content in the three types of groups are C=C, —CH3 and —OH respectively. The weight loss curve and characteristic temperature of high metamorphic coal gradually move to the high temperature zone, and the spacing between characteristic temperatures increases. The characteristic temperature of coal spontaneous combustion increases with the increase of aromatic hydrocarbon content and decreases with the increase of oxygen-containing functional group content. The higher the content of aromatic hydrocarbons, the more difficult coal spontaneous combustion is, while the oxygen-containing functional groups are just the opposite. The calculation results of Pearson correlation coefficient show that with the increase of temperature, the functional groups with the largest positive correlation coefficient are C—H, C—H, C—H, substituted benzene, C=C and C=C, and the functional groups with the largest negative correlation are COO—, COO—, C—O—, COO—, oh and —Oh, respectively. On the whole, C—H has the greatest positive correlation with the characteristic temperature, while COO— has the greatest negative correlation with the characteristic temperature. The change of characteristic temperature has an obvious linear relationship with the content of the maximum functional group. Based on the results of Pearson correlation coefficient, a multiple linear regression model of coal spontaneous combustion tendency is established by using the contents of C—H and coo functional groups which have the greatest correlation with characteristic temperature.

A swarm intelligence optimization algorithm is an effective method to rapidly solve large-scale complex optimization problems. The JAYA algorithm is a new swarm intelligence evolutionary optimization algorithm, which was proposed in 2016. Compared with other active evolutionary algorithms, the JAYA algorithm has several advantages, such as a clear mechanism, concise structure, and ease of implementation. Further, it has guiding characteristics, obtains the best solution, and avoids the worst solution. The JAYA algorithm has an excellent optimization effect on many problems, and it is one of the most influential algorithms in the field of swarm intelligence. However, when dealing with the CEC test suite, which contains and combines shifted, rotation, hybrid, combination, and other composite characteristics, and the complex engineering constrained optimization problems with considerable difficulty and challenges, the JAYA algorithm has some flaws, that is, it easily falls into the local extremum, its optimization accuracy is sometimes low, and its solution is unstable. To better solve complex function optimization and engineering constrained optimization problems and further enhance the optimization capability of the JAYA algorithm, a global optimization-oriented hybrid evolutionary JAYA algorithm is proposed. First, opposition-based learning is introduced to calculate the current best and worst individuals, which improves the possibility of the best and worst individuals jumping out of the local extremum region. Second, the sine–cosine operator and differential disturbance mechanism are introduced and integrated into individual position updating, which not only improves the diversity of the population but also better balances and meets the different requirements of the algorithm for exploration and mining in different iteration periods. Finally, in the algorithm structure, the hybrid evolution strategy with different parity states is adopted and the advantages of different evolution mechanisms are effectively used, which further improves the convergence and accuracy of the algorithm. Then, the pseudocode of the improved algorithm is given, and the theoretical analysis proves that the time complexity of the improved algorithm is consistent with the basic JAYA algorithm. Through the simulation experiment of function extremum optimization of six representative algorithms on multiple dimensions of the CEC2017 test suite, which contains and combines 30 benchmark functions and the optimal solution of six challenging engineering design problems, such as tension/compression spring, corrugated bulkhead, tubular column, reinforced concrete beam, welded beam, and car side impact. The optimal solution of the test results shows that the improved algorithm has significantly improved the optimization accuracy, convergence performance, and solution stability, and it has obvious advantages in solving CEC complex functions and engineering constrained optimization problems.

Objective To investigate the effect of optimized preoperative hemoglobin (Hb) level on clinical outcome in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on patients who were selected to receive CABG from April 2020 to August 2021 in our hospital. Preoperative basic data, perioperative blood transfusion volume, blood transfusion rate, acute liver function impairment, renal function impairment (AKI), ICU stay, length of hospital stay, and in-hospital mortality of patients, meeting the inclusion criteria, were collected. According to the perioperative red blood cell transfusion, the optimal preoperative Hb threshold was calculated by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). According to the threshold, all patients were divided into two groups, and the blood transfusion volume and clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared to evaluate the predictive value of the optimal threshold of Hb. Results A total of 915 patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study. The optimal threshold for predicting red blood cell transfusion rate by calculating preoperative Hb value by ROC curve was 118 g/L for males and 116g/L for females. Group A: Hb≤ threshold (n=293) was divided into the red blood cell transfusion group A1 and the red blood cell non-transfusion group A2. Group B: Hb>threshold (n=622) was divided into the red blood cell non-transfusion group B1 and no red blood cell non-transfusion group B2. In this study, the screening of lactic acid bacteria from traditional fermented food was carried out by enrichment culture, dilution separation, and agar plate diffusion experiments. Physiological and biochemical and 16S rDNA gene sequence homology analysis were used to identify the lactic acid bacteria. Then, the main antibacterial substances produced by the lactic acid bacteria were determined by acid excretion, hydrogen peroxide exclusion, and protease hydrolysis. Finally, the bacteriocin crude extract was obtained by alcohol precipitation and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography, and then was applied to the preserving the whole large yellow croaker. To evaluate the preservation effect of the bacteriocin crude extract on the large yellow croaker, sensory evaluation, pH determination, viable cell counts, TVB-N determination and texture profile analysis were systematically carried out every 3 days. The experimental results showed that the lactic acid bacteria isolated from shrimp paste was Lactobacillus plantarum and named MMB-11. Meanwhile, the bacteriocin produced by MMB-11 was sensitive to protease and had notable acid tolerance and thermal stability. With the application of the bacteriocin on the preservation of large yellow croaker, the viable cell counts in MMB-11 group, control group and Nisin-treated group after 12 d of storage were 3.50×104, 1.10×105 and 4.50×104 CFU/g, respectively. Furthermore, after 12 d of storage, the TVB-N treated with MMB-11 group, control group and Nisin group were 20.91±0.66、31.37±0.21 and 21.44±0.45 mg/100 g, respectively. Overall, the results showed that the crude bacteriocin extract of MMB-11 had a better preservation effect on large yellow croaker than the Nisin-treated group and control group. This study provides a fundamental knowledge for developing safe and harmless biological preservatives for large yellow croaker.

Objective To investigate the viability of rapamycin-treated rapamycin-treated dendritic cells (DCs) in intervening transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI) after infection. Methods 1)The TRALI mouse model was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) combined with anti-H2Kd antibody. The mice anal temperature and the wet/dry ratio of lung, kidney, spleen and brain tissues were measured. 2) Mouse bone marrow-derived DC cells were induced in vitro and treated with rapamycin (10nM) for 24h. 3) Mice were injected with or without rapamycin or rapamycin-treated DC, then injected with LPS intraperitoneally one hour later, finally injected with anti-H2Kd antibody 24 hours later to induce the onset of TRALI. The death situation of the mice was observed and recorded. The condition of mice after the onset of TRALI was analyzed by mouse body temperature, lung wet-dry ratio, and pleural effusion weight and lung histopathological sections. In order to meet the needs of better completing tasks in a variety of terrains， a quadruped multi-mode mobile robot with walking mode， obstacle crossing mode and semi folding mode is designed， which can change the motion mode according to different terrains. When the robot is in walking mode， it can walk on ordinary flat road； when in obstacle crossing mode， you can climb over obstacles by raising the height of your legs； when in the semi folding mode， the wheelbase can be shortened through the folding of the platform for narrow road conditions. The freedom of the platform and leg of the mechanism is analyzed using the screw theory； the forward kinematic equation of the quadruped robot is solved by D-H parameter method； three modes of the robot are simulated by Adams simulation software. The results show that the robot can complete the tasks of walking， obstacle crossing and the half folding platform can pass through a certain width channel， which realize the multi motion mode of the robot.

In recent years, the issue of data privacy has attracted increased attention, and how to achieve effective privacy protection in blockchain is a new research hotspot.In view of the current research status and development trend of blockchain in privacy protection, the privacy protection methods of blockchain in transaction address,prophecy machine and smart contract were explained, and the privacy strategies of blockchain in the protection of basic elements were summarized.Based on high-level literature at home and abroad, two types of blockchain cryptographic protection methods and usage scenarios were analyzed, including special cryptographic primitives and post-quantum cryptography.The advantages and disadvantages of seven cryptographic techniques applicable to current blockchain privacy protection were also reviewed, including attribute-based encryption, special data signature, homomorphic encryption, secure multi-party computation, zero-knowledge proofs, and lattice ciphers.It was concluded that the privacy protection of blockchain applications cannot be achieved without cryptographic technology.Meanwhile, the blockchain privacy protection technologies were analyzed in terms of both basic element protection and cryptographic protection.It was concluded that it was difficult to effectively solve the privacy problem only from the application and contract layers of the blockchain, and various cryptographic technologies should be used to complement each other according to different needs and application scenarios.In addition, according to the current development status of blockchain privacy cryptography, the narrative was developed from blockchain basic element protection and cryptography-based protection.From the perspectives of both endogenous basic element security and exogenous cryptographic privacy security, basic element privacy protection should be studied first, followed by an in-depth analysis of cryptographic protection techniques for blockchain privacy.The strengths and weaknesses and the potential value of the privacy handling aspects of the corresponding safeguards should be measured in terms of the development of technology in conjunction with practical applications, while considering the timeliness of the technology.Finally, an outlook on the future direction of blockchain privacy protection technologies was provided, indicating the issues that need to be addressed in focus.

In order to solve the problems in centralized learning, a lightweight decentralized learning-based AMC method was proposed.By the proposed decentralized learning, a global model was trained through local training and model weight sharing, which made full use of the dataset of each communication nodes and avoided the user data leakage.The proposed lightweight network was stacked by a number of different lightweight neural network blocks with a relatively low space complexity and time complexity, and achieved a higher recognition accuracy compared with traditional DL models, which could effectively solve the problems of computing power and storage space limitation of edge devices and high communication overhead in decentralized learning based AMC method.The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the proposed method is 62.41% based on RadioML.2016.10 A.Compared with centralized learning, the training efficiency is nearly 5 times higher with a slight classification accuracy loss (0.68%).In addition, the experimental results also prove that the deployment of lightweight models can effectively reduce communication overhead in decentralized learning.

The Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation is one of the important targets for shale gas exploration in the western Hubei province. In view of the relatively weak research on the paleo-sedimentary environment of the 1st member of Niutitang Formation (Ꞓ1n1), the paleo-climate, paleo-redox conditions and paleo-productivity of the Ꞓ1n1 were comprehensively studied based on data collected from well ZD-1 on the southern margin of the Huangling anticline in Yichang area, and a model of the evolution of sedimentary environment was proposed. Compared with the organic-poor strata, the organic-rich strata have higher TOC content, much higher SiO2, U, V, Ni, Zn and Cu contents, and lower CaO content. The chemical index of alteration (CIA) shows that the Ꞓ1n1 has experienced weathering effect of moderate intensity. The climate was warm and humid when the organic-rich layers deposited, and became hot and wet when the upper layers deposited. The redox conditions of Ꞓ1n1 have experienced 3 stages, including euxinic in the lower part of organic-rich strata, dysoxic in the upper part of organic-rich strata, and oxic in organic-poor strata. In general, the study area developed in a weak-medium retention basin. The ratio of MoEF/UEF is usually 1-3 times than that of normal seawater due to the high content of Mo, showing much higher retention rate. The organic-rich strata have higher paleo-productivity, and there are 2 periods of rapid decline of paleo-productivity, which is directly related to the change of water from anaerobic to oxidized due to the decrease of sea level. According to paleo-climate, paleo-redox conditions and paleo-productivity characteristics, the Ꞓ1n1 can be divided into 3 evolution stages.

Objectives Flight-deck support operations are the most critical link in the process of launch and recovery of carrier-based aircraft.The reasonable allocation of support personnel can enable to improve the capability of supporting the aircraft fleet operation and the sortie generation rate, thereby enhancing the overall combat effectiveness of the carrier.Method Aiming at the personnel configuration problem of the carrier-based aircraft flight-deck operation support, considering the complex realistic environment and based on the makespan of the aircraft fleet operation support, load balance and cumulative transfer time of support personnel on flight deck, a multi-objective mathematical programming model is established to obtain the required numbers of support personnel and skill allocation scheme. An integer encoding method and decoding method based on the event-based scheduling policy are designed, and an improved NSGA2-based personnel optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.Results The simulation results show that this algorithm can effectively solve the established mathematical model, and the simulation results meet the actual combat requirements. Conclusion The improved NSGA2 algorithm can combine the carrier-based aircraft support process, numbers of personnel and skill allocation to provide the carrier-based aircraft support operation with a multi-objective optimized scheduling plan.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy, safety and cost-effectiveness of anlotinib in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by rapid health technology assessment.Methods CNKI, Wanfang database, SinoMed, PubMed, The Cochrane Library and Embase were electronically searched to collect high-quality clinical evidence and economic evaluation literature of anlotinib in the treatment of NCSLC, from inception of the database to February 2021. Two reviewers independently screened lit-erature, extracted data and accessed the quality of included studies. Descriptive analysis and summary were then performed.Results A total of 6 studies were included, including 3 meta-analyses and 3 pharmacoeconomic studies. In terms of effectiveness, the meta-analyses show that anlotinib can signifi-cantly improve the disease control rate and prolong progression-free survival and overall survival, im-prove objective response rate and effectiveness rate in patients with advanced NSCLC. In terms of safety, adverse drug reactions (ADR) of anlotinib were high, but most them were controllable. Common ADR included hypertension, hand-foot syndrome and diarrhea. Pharmacoeconomic studies have shown that compared with placebo, anlotinib could improve the quality of life-year adjustment, but the treatment cost is relatively high.Conclusion Anlotinib is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC, and its side effects are relatively controllable. However based on current data, it may not be a cost-effective option.

The Upper Ordovician Wufeng to Lower Silurian Longmaxi formations are important exploration targets for shale gas in the western Hubei province. The lithology, sedimentary facies, gas-bearing characteristics and preservation conditions of the Wufeng-Longmaxi formations were analyzed with the samples of more than 20 survey wells. The Wufeng Formation is dominated by black carbonaceous siliceous shale of deep-water siliceous argillaceous shelf facies, while the Longmaxi Formation is dominated by gray-black carbonaceous shale of deep-water argillaceous shelf facies. The Wufeng-Longmaxi formations and the lower part of Lower Silurian Xintan Formation consist of two three-level sequences, and the gas content conforms to the characteristics of TST1 > TST2 > HST2 > HST1. The gas content of the Wufeng Formation is slightly higher than that of the Longmaxi Formation. A good gas potential has been found to the north of Tianyangping Fault and the east of Xianfeng Fault. Since most wells were in the deep shelf facies area, sedimentary facies have little effect on the plane distribution of shale gas content. The studies of preservation conditions showed that both the Xintan Formation as the roof and the Ordovician as the floor have good sealing properties. The burial history of Wufeng-Longmaxi formations can be divided into four stages, and shows the characteristics of "early uplift time" and "rapid uplift rate" when compared with the Sichuan Basin. The burial depth and the distance to normal fault have certain influence on the gas content. However, the matching pattern between fault and fold is the most important factor affecting gas content. Two structural patterns are beneficial to shale gas accumulation, one is being far away from normal fault and locating at the syncline wing or core, the other is being far away from normal fault and locating at the footwall of fault and the target stratum is not connected to the fault in the up-dip direction.

The communication system between the islands has the problems of high cost and the transmitted signal may require relay amplification. In order to solve this issue, a novel Free Space Optical (FSO) communication system using Manchester encoded and decoded signals is designed. It can support 10 Gbit/s optical signal transmission over 100 km submarine cable (using G. 654 standard single-mode fiber) cascaded with 1 km FSO wireless link. We evaluate the performance by measuring the time-domain waveform, optical spectrum, eye diagrams and Bit Error Rate (BER) in simulation with Manchester coded signals, under sunny, rainy and foggy day. The measured results show that the receiver sensitivity can reach -18.92 dBm at the back-to-back system. Under the 100 km submarine cable and 1 km FSO wireless link, the receiver sensitivity can reach -17.72, -16.66 and -11.16 dBm in the sunny, rainy and foggy day, respectively. The simulation results prove that the FSO communication system using Manchester code may have potential application in the field of islands information transmission in the future.

With the explosion of global data,centralized cloud computing cannot provide low-latency,high-efficiency video surveillance services.A distributed edge computing model was proposed,which directly processed video data at the edge node to reduce the transmission pressure of the network,eased the computational burden of the central cloud server,and reduced the processing delay of the video surveillance system.Combined with the federated learning algorithm,a lightweight neural network was used,which trained in different scenarios and deployed on edge devices with limited computing power.Experimental results show that,compared with the general neural network model,the detection accuracy of the proposed method is improved by 18%,and the model training time is reduced.

For further improving the embedding efficiency in the processing of HEVC information hiding,a method for HEVC information hiding based on intra prediction models modulation was proposed.The space lattice dimen-sion N(N = 2,3,4)of each CTU was generated according to the key.The selection rule of intra prediction mode was utilized to select N modes which were located at vertex angle.The N modes were mapped to the value F through the space lattice mapping algorithm.Then N bits secret information were read from the bit file and converted to a deci-mal number D.In this way,N secret information bits were embedded in N intra prediction modes by modifying at most one mode.The experimental results approve that the proposed method has high embedding efficiency,small rate increase and minimal influence on the video quality and the anti-steganalysis experiment confirms that the pro-posed method has high concealment.

Background and objective To those patients with advanced lung cancer, the ultimate objective is to improve the curative effect and quality of life, lung function indexes are an important factor. We investigate the change of lung function and the relationship between pulmonary function indexs and survival time in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods Lung function was detected in 59 cases with lung cancer and 63 normal controls. The relationship between pulmonary function indexs and survival time was analyzed. Results There was significant difference in ventilation function and diffusing capacity between in lung cancer group and control group. Narcolepsy is a rare sleep disorder characterized by excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS), cataplexy, sleep hallucination and sleep paralysis, and the vast majority of patients are accompanied by anxiety. There are neuronal interconnections and projections between the neural circuits of narcolepsy and anxiety, which may share common pathophysiology mechanisms, and some medications used clinically to treat cataplexy in narcolepsy may also improve anxiety. In this study, we propose to review the epidemiologic research, pathogenesis and therapeutic advances in narcolepsy with anxiety, with the aim of increasing the diagnosis and treatment of narcolepsy with anxiety and improving the prognosis of narcolepsy with anxiety patients. PURPOSE: To investigate the expression of CD 147 in adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the salivary gland, and its correlation with patients' clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. METHODS: Immunohistochemical (Envision™) technique was used to examine the expression of CD147 in 72 ACC cases and 20 normal salivary gland tissues. SPSS16.0 software package was employed to analyze the data statistically. RESULTS: The expression of CD 147 in ACC was 62.5%, significantly higher than that in normal salivary gland tissues (P<0.01). The expression of CD147 significantly correlated with tumour size, pathologic type, clinical stage, perineural invasion, vascular invasion and distant metastasis (P<0.05), but not with age, gender and tumor recurrence (P>0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the cumulative survival rate was significantly lower in patients with strong expression of CD 147 than in patients with moderate or negative expression (P<0.0001). Multivariate analysis indicated that CD147 expression, pathologic type, vascular invasion and distant metastasis were all independent predictors of overall survival time (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: CD 147 expression significantly correlates with the clinicopathological characteristics of ACC. It may serve as a valuable marker for diagnosis and an indicator for prognosis of ACC. The body composition of cultured live large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) is extremely difficult to detect. In order to solve this problem, we analyzed the relationship between the impedance measured at 2, 5, 20, 50, 100 kHz for the dorsal and ventral muscles of live large yellow croaker and their key components (protein, fat and moisture). The optimal models (r = 0.830–0.922, P < 0.001) for non-destructive evaluation of the muscle protein and water contents as well as the fat content in live fish was established using the impedance at 2 and 100 kHz frequencies, and their accuracy was verified by experiments (r ≥ 0.900). The correlation among muscle composition, microstructure and impedance indicated that the average area of muscle fiber increased with increasing protein content and decreasing moisture content and was positively correlated with the impedance at 2 kHz; in contrast, the density of muscle fiber and the area of extracellular space decreased with increasing protein content and decreasing moisture content and was negatively correlated with the impedance at 2 kH. The diameter and volume of adipocytes increased with the deposition of fat, and had a significant relationship with the impedance at 100 kHz. This study can rapidly evaluate the composition of fat, protein, water and so on of cultured live large yellow croaker by using biological impedance, and clarify the internal reasons for predicting the composition of live fish by impedance. The findings of this study can help aquaculture enterprises with targeted breeding and and help consumers to choose the optimal products.

Objective To explore the role of G protein pathway suppressor 2(GPS2)in regulating proliferation, migration and invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line MHCC-97H.Methods The expression of GPS2 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells were detected using quantitative PCR or Western blot; GPS2 was either over-expressed or knocked down in HCC cells using over-expression vectors or short hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) for GPS2, respectively. Clone formation assay, scratch assay and Transwell assay were used to detect the effects of GPS2 on proliferation, migration and invasion of HCC cells. Results In HCC cells, over-expression of GPS2 was found to inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of HCC cells MHCC-97H, while knockdown of GPS2 up-regulated proliferation, migration and invasion of MHCC-97H(P＜0.05). The over-expression of GPS2 in MHCC-97H cells was found to inhibit the expression of cell proliferation, migration and invasion-related factors such as EGFR, MMP1, MMP3 and MMP9, while knockdown of GPS2 upregulated the expression of these factors(P＜0.05). Conclusions GPS2 is a novel HCC regulatory factor that inhibits proliferation, migration and invasion of HCC cells.

In order to develop special liquid egg yolk for making of egg tart, the effects of ultrasound-assisted chitosan treatment on the emulsification properties of liquid egg yolk and structure of egg yolk proteins were investigated in this study. The emulsification properties of fresh egg yolk, egg yolk added with chitosan, heated egg yolk, heated egg yolk added with chitosan, ultrasound-treated egg yolk and ultrasound-assisted egg yolk added with chitosan were evaluated by measuring emulsifying activity, emulsion stability and particle size, as well as microscopic observation. Egg yolk protein structure was characterized by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that compared with the untreated samples, ultrasound-assisted chitosan treatment increased the emulsifying activity of liquid egg yolk by 29.51% and the emulsion stability by 9.47%, decreased the particle size by 50.01% and the interfacial tension by 16.67%, and smoothened the interfacial tension curve. The combined treatment reduced the size of emulsion droplets and increased the dispersivity of egg yolk particles as observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The intensity of protein bands in SDS-PAGE was decreased after the combined treatment, which resulted in protein unfolding and exposure of hydrophobic amino acid residues and increased the surface hydrophobicity of liquid egg yolk increased by 12.91%. Moreover, the relative contents of α-structures and β-structures in proteins were reduced after the treatment and the relative content of random coil was increased by 5.26%, indicating that ultrasonic-assisted chitosan treatment led to more disordered and loose protein structure, and the increase of hydrophobicity could promote the emulsifying properties. In summary, this study demonstrates the great potential of ultrasound-assisted chitosan treatment to enhance the emulsification properties of liquid egg yolk for baking purpose.

In order to explore changes in the milling quality of reasonably well milled rice with different grain shapes, the bran degree, milling degree and broken rice rate of short-grained (‘Jihong 6’), medium-grained (‘Daohuaxiang’) and long-grained (‘Yexiangyoulisi’, ‘Yexiang’ for short) brown rice were measured after milling at different temperatures and for different periods. The results showed that the bran degree decreased exponentially with an increase in milling pressure for ‘Jihong 6’ and ‘Daohuaxiang’ and an increase in milling time for ‘Yexiang’. For reasonably well milled rice with bran degree from 7.0% to 2.0%, as specified by China’s national standard GB/T 1354–2018, the percentage change in milling degree of ‘Jihong 6’, ‘Daohuaxiang’ and ‘Yexiang’ were approximately 5.03%, 2.98% and 0.18%, respectively, indicating that the milling degree of reasonably well milled rice did not change more significantly with increasing grain length. The broken rice rates of ‘Daohuaxiang’, ‘Jihong 6’ and ‘Yexiang’ increased by 5.32, 0.25 and 0.21 percentage points, respectively, and the white rice yields decreased by 1.38, 2.74 and 0.21 percentage points, respectively. The change in broken rice rate of ‘Yexiang’ for reasonably well milled rice was the smallest. The broken rice rates of ‘Daohuaxiang’, ‘Jihong 6’ and ‘Yexiang’ at bran degree of 0.10% increased by 10.36–4.77, 1.85–1.60, and 10.05–9.84 percentage points, respectively compared with those at bran degree from 7.0% to 2.0%, and the white rice yields decreased by 4.19–2.81, 7.02–4.28 and 10.65–10.44 percentage points, respectively. So, the effect of changes in broken rice rate at bran degree of 0.10% on white rice yield was more pronounced. ‘Daohuaxiang’ with bran degree of 2.10%–2.45% met germ retention rate of less than 20% for high-quality japonica rice specified in the national standard, while ‘Jihong 6’ and ‘Yexiang’ with bran degree from 7.0% to 2.0% did not meet this requirement. At bran degree from 7.0% to 2.0%, the whiteness of ‘Daohuaxiang’, ‘Jihong 6’ and ‘Yexiang’ increased by 6.65, 2.80 and 2.69 percentage points, respectively. There was no significant regular change in the breaking strength of the three rice varieties. The bran degree had a significant correlation with the degree of milling, whiteness and germ retention rate in reasonably well milled rice. As observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the difference in thickness between the dorsal and ventral regions of ‘Yexiang’ was the smallest. When the bran degree was about 2.00%, the ventral aleurone layer of the three types of rice was almost entirely removed, while much of the aleurone layer was remained in the dorsal part. When the bran degree was about 0.10%, a small amount of the dorsal aleurone layer was retained for ‘Daohuaxiang’ and ‘Jihong 6’, while the dorsal aleurone layer of ‘Yexiang’ was completely removed. Therefore, the milling degree required for uniform whitening of brown rice and the processing quality vary with cultivar and grain shape.
