The shortage of high-quality protein feed resources has become an important variable affecting food security in China. Grain and oil processing by-products are abundant in China, but the feeding value is low. If these resources are processed through modern biotechnology, such as biofermentation, enzymolysis technology or synthetic biology, their quality and efficiency will be improved and can be used to replace the soybean meal. This paper summarized the production process, feed value and its application in soybean meal replacement of fermented feed, enzymolysis feed and microbial protein feed, and also introduced the research progress of microbial adsorption, degradation, or enzymes on removing mycotoxins, finally put forward the research prospect of development, industrialization application, standard establishment, and industry supervision for biological fermentation feed. This paper can provide guidance for the application of biotechnology in grain and oil feed resources.

The ocean covers 70% of the earth’s area, and the seawater uranium is more than 1000 times that of terrestrial uranium ore. In order to increase the power generation and ensure the sustainable operation of nuclear power plants, the development of unconventional uranium resources is of great significance. As an effective means to solve shortage of terrestrial uranium resources, uranium extraction from seawater has received extensive attention in recent years. At present, many methods including membrane separation, chemical deposition, solvent extraction, ion exchange, reduction and adsorption have been applied to uranium extraction from seawater. This paper focuses on the recent research progress of adsorption method used inorganic materials, organic materials, carbon materials as adsorbent, and emerging electroreduction technologies, and further discusses the challenges and opportunities of these two methods.

Background Based on the current prevalence of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) , early diagnosis, isolation, and treatment are important methods to prevent and control infectious diseases. The establishment of convenient and efficient immunochromatographic detection techniques is essential for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic. Objective To establish a method for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 anti-N protein IgG antibody by immun of luorescence chromatography method based on quantum dots labeling technology in August, 2020. In order to determine whether the detected persons had been infected with COVID-19 or been injected with SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine. Methods The prepared rat anti-human secondary antibody and anti-N protein antibody were immobilized on a Nitrocellulose (NC) membrane as detection line (T) and quality control line (C) , respectively. Then the SARS-CoV-2 N protein labeled by quantum dots was evenly sprayed on glass fiber, which was assembled, cut and packaged into test strips after drying. The test strips were used to detect the clinical serum of 35 COVID-19 patients and 50 healthy individuals, the results of the initial screening of the ELISA kit were used as a control to calculate the detection specificity and sensitivity of quantum dots fluorescence immunochromatography. The sensitivity of the test strip was detected by using the N protein antibody standard. Results The specificity and sensitivity of the strip were 100.00%, 94.29%, and the susceptibility was 8.53-17.06 ng/ml antibody concentration. Conclusion The detection of anti-N protein IgG antibody in serum by quantum dots labeling is simple, fast, with strong sensitivity and specificity.

Feed antibiotics have played a great role in disease prevention and growth promotion,but in the past years,the negative problems caused by antibiotics,such as drug residues and bacterial resistance,have caused serious harm to human production and life.In recent years,some feed additives have been used in livestock and poultry breeding industry to resist disease,promote growth and play a role in replacing antibiotics.To provide support for the research and development of reducing or replacing antibiotic technology in livestock and poultry industry,the application effects of probiotics,acidification agent,plant extracts,enzyme preparation,antibacterial peptides,etc.in improving animal immunity,promoting intestinal development,ameliorating intestinal microecological environment,and enhancing feed digestibility were reviewed in this paper.

The 4238 working face fire in Panzhihua Huashan Coal Mine has adopted methods such as large-scale sealing of the whole No.4 mining area, gradually shrinking and sealing roadway associated with the fire area, liquid carbon dioxide pouring cooling and cooling in the fire area, and inorganic material filling were successively adopted, but the fire was not effectively controlled, with the passage of time, the fire gradually spread to the upper working face, and later developed into+1 030 level 4# fire zone. Aiming at this kind of extremely complex fire area, a partition isolation control technique is proposed. The fly ash compound colloid, which is formed by using fly ash as the main raw material and has obvious cooling, inerting and plugging effect, is used as grouting material, by constructing auxiliary control roadway, constructing grouting drilling to the main roadway that is related to the direction of return air to 4238 working face, injecting fly ash colloidal filling material through drilling holes, isolating 4238 working face fire area from 4236 side uphill and fire area periphery roadway and then governing each partition one by one, and CO in the 4238 working face and goaf disappeared, reaching the standard of unsealing and achieving staged fire-fighting effect. The results show that the fly ash composite colloid isolation technology can be used to deal with the large area of fire and the complex fire in the state of diffusion and spread quickly and efficiently.

Combining genetic algorithm with LMS,a hybrid genetic algorithm（GALMS）for satellite adaptive nulling antenna beam space was proposed.The hybrid algorithm performance of various parameter selections was studied.At last a simultaneous parameter adaptation scheme was introduced.The scheme could reduce difficulty and improve effi-ciency of parameter selection and can dynamically adjust the parameters for better anti-jamming performance.

It is important issue for assisted reproductive techniques(ART) to improve the pregnancy rate and security. As the most abundant organelles in oocytes, mitochondria not only take part in the energy supply for oocyte maturation, fertilization, transcription and translation during embryonic development, but also play roles in some key procedures such as the oocyte activation, calcium oscillation, and apoptosis. More importantly, all mitochondria in embryo were originated from oocyte, not the sperm. It has been demonstrated that mitochondria dysfunction is closely related to oocyte aging, low fertilization rate, poor embryo quality, and developmental arrest of embryo, etc. In this paper, the roles of mitochondrial function in oocyte maturation, fertilization and embryo development, as well as how to protect oocyte mitochondria and how to improve the function of oocyte mitochondria during ART, were reviewed. Objective: To evaluate pregnancy outcomes after selective fetoscopic laser photocoagulation (SFLP) for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS)., Methods: A total of 33 cases of TTTS were treated by SFLP in Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital from January 2012 to August 2013. Clinical data on perinatal outcomes, fetaland maternalcomplicationswere recorded and retrospectively analyzed., Results: (1) The mean gestational age for SFLP was (22.0 ± 2.3) weeks, the mean time for SFLP was (86 ± 32) minutes, the mean gestational age for delivery was 33(+6) weeks, the gestational age between SFLP and delivery was (9 ± 5) weeks. (2) The perinatal survival rate 28 days after the delivery was 70% (46/66). The survival rate was 52% (17/33) for both twins, 36% (12/33) for one twin, 88% (29/33) for at least one twin. Of all the survival twins, there were 21 donor twins (64%, 21/33) with the mean birth weight at delivery was (1 805 ± 523) g and 25 recipient twins (76%, 25/33) with the mean birth weight (2 214 ± 600) g. (3) There were 4 cases at TTTS stage I, 9 at TTTS stage II, 11 at TTTS stage III, 9 at TTTS stage IV; the survival number for at least one twin was 4, 7, 10, 8 respectively; the total survival rate was 7/8, 12/18, 68% (15/22), 12/18 respectively. (4) Four cases had both twins demises. 3 fetuses had special fetal complications with 2 of them developing twin anemia-polycythemia sequence (TAPS). Two cases had preterm premature rupture of membrane (PPROM) within 3 weeks after SFLP. (5) Placental injections were performed in 7 cases with SFLP after delivery. Residual anastomosis was identified in one case., Conclusion: As an emerging center, our study demonstrated favorable fetal outcomes with less maternal complications after SFLP for TTTS.

Laser processing in the semiconductor industry (especially silicon material) has broad application prospects. The interaction between the laser and silicon is complex, and the present paper mainly studied the silicon morphology in UV laser ablation and the influence law of ambient gas. Studies have shown that the laser plasma ionization effect of silicon in the UV laser ablation has a decisive impact: the removal of the material becomes possible because of generating gasification and ionization, laser plasma shock wave can make phase transition material discharge effectively, and laser plasma spectroscopy ionization effect can make the oxygen elements in the air ionize and deposit effectively.

The production and increase of damage points in optical components under high energy repetitive pulsed lasers is closely dependent on the effects of light beam intensity modulation. In the present paper, the appearance of laser-induced damage points on surface of K9 glass was observed. The damage is increased toward center. In this way, the center of the focus of laser beam is fully cracked, and the shell-like factures and the refractive-index changing region, which is caused by phase transition, are arranged outward orderly. The transmittance spectrum through the K9 glass and damage point were measured, indicating that the optical transmittances can reduce by over 20% and the declining rate is related to the area of damage points instead of the wavelength, which means that the full fracture of the material will absorb laser energy completely and is similar to the black body. The laser density detection with CCD shows that the damage points can cause the distortion of laser transmission and the scattering effect plays a major role. This kind of modulation effects by damage points can cause inhomogeneity of the laser light intensity distribution, which can induce diffusion of damage in optical components.

The study on the mechanism of laser ablated cells is of importance to laser surgery and killing harmful cells. Three radiation modes were researched on the ablation characteristics of onion epidermal cells under: laser direct irradiation, focused irradiation and the laser plasma radiation. Based on the thermodynamic properties of the laser irradiation, the cell temperature rise and phase change have been analyzed. The experiments show that the cells damage under direct irradiation is not obvious at all, but the focused irradiation can cause cells to split and moisture removal. The removal shape is circular with larger area and rough fracture edges. The theoretical analysis found out that the laser plasma effects play a key role in the laser ablation. The thermal effects, radiation ionization and shock waves can increase the deposition of laser pulses energy and impact peeling of the cells, which will greatly increase the scope and efficiency of cell killing and is suitable for the cell destruction.

The research and development of the KTP crystal with high threshold is of very importance for its application in high-energy laser systems. Ablation characteristics in KTP crystal as well as their influence on the Raman spectroscopy were studied by UV laser with high repetition frequency. The research results show that the laser plasma effects are the main reasons for the damage in the KTP crystal. The inverse bremsstrahlung absorption effect can increase the deposition of the laser pulse energy greatly; the ionization effect can make the crystal dislocated completely; shock wave effect can push away the mixture of melted, vaporized and ionized materials and cause cracks in the pit. Through investigation and comparison of the Raman spectroscopy before and after the laser ablation, it was found that the distribution characteristics of Raman peaks are almost the same, suggesting that the basic structures of KTP crystal do not change. But almost all the Raman characteristic peaks' R1R values have changed and the widths are broadened, which means that the crystalline degree has been decreased. The Raman peaks of TiO6 and PO4 oxygen polyhedron shift to the lower wave number, which indicates that bonding force becomes weaker and the KTP crystal can be damaged easily.

Optical components with higher surface quality and higher damage threshold requirement are necessary in high-energy/power laser system, which strongly depends on the performance of optical thin films. The damage morphologies on the surface of the HfO2/SiO2 anti-reflection film, caused by focused laser pulses, were investigated in the present paper. The studies revealed that the shock wave formed with the expansion of laser plasma, and its velocity and pressure decease rapidly with the radius. The spectrum of laser plasma, recorded by EEP2000 spectrometer, shows that the wavelength of laser plasma radiation is shorter than incident laser, which will increase the probability of multi-photon absorption; the photon energy in deep ultraviolet region, higher than the band gap of HfO2, can be absorbed directly. The ionization effect of laser plasma can easily induce film damage. The combination of shock wave and ionization effect determines the damage morphology of films. In the case of laser pulse focused on the film surface, the radiation and shock wave effects are the highest, not only the film is removed, but also the quartz substrate is broken-down. When the focus point is away from the film surface to a certain distance, the radiation of laser plasma and shock wave decrease rapidly, as a result, no damage can be found except that the thin-film can be peeled away from the substrate.

Faithful meiotic recombination is essential for the segregation of homologous chromosomes and the formation of normal haploid gametes. Little is known about the mechanism of meiotic recombination in human germ cells. MLHl (a DNA mismatch repair protein) foci on synaptonemal complexes (SCs) at prophase I of meiosis can be used to examine recombination frequency. In 10 fertile men, the mean number of MLH1 foci per cell in all donors was 49.4 with a range from 33 to 63. There was significant variation in the recombination frequency found among 10 normal individuals: the mean frequencies of chromosomal recombination foci ranged from 47 to 52.7. The bivalents without recombination focus were rare, with a frequency of only 0.4%. Thus, achiasmate chromosomes appeared to be rare in human male meiosis. Spearman correlation analysis between age and the frequencies of recombination foci failed to get any significantly statistical correlation, suggesting that aging contributes nothing to the variation among individuals.

Objective: To investigate safety and efficacy of dinoprostone suppositories (0.8 mm) used in cervical ripening and labor induction in women with term premature rupture of the membranes., Methods: One hundred women of term monocyesis with premature rupture of the membranes, head presentation, bishop score less than 6 (test group) and 180 women with intact fetal membranes (control group) were enrolled into this multicenter, prospective clinical study. The vaginal delivery system was inserted into the posterior fornix, and the patients were recumbent for 2 hours after insertion. The interval time from using dinoprostone suppositories to uterine contraction, to labor and delivery were recorded. The following index were also recorded and compared, including the mean inserted time of dinoprostone suppositories, fetal heart beat, meconium stained amniotic fluid, hyperstimulation of uterus and the other complications, mode of delivery, stage of labor, postpartum hemorrhage, status of neonates., Results: Three cases in test group and 23 cases in control group weren't in labor within 24 hours. The rate of labor within 24 hours in test group was significant higher than that in control group (97.0% vs. 87.2%, P < 0.01). It was observed that 73 cases undergoing vaginal deliveries (75.3%, 73/97) and 24 cases undergoing cesarean section deliveries (24.7%, 24/97)in test group and 107 cases undergoing vaginal delivery (68.2%, 107/157) and 50 cases undergoing cesarean section delivery (31.8%, 50/157) in control group, when compared the rate of vaginal or cesarean section deliveries between two group, it didn't reach statistical difference (P > 0.05). It had no significant difference in the interval time from using dinoprostone suppositories to labor starting and the mean inserted time and the total labor time between two groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of uterine tachysystole was 11.3% (11/97) in test group and 19.1% (30/157) in control group (P > 0.05), which did not reach statistical difference (P > 0.05). There wasn't neonatal asphyxia in both groups., Conclusion: It was safe and efficient to use dinoprostone suppositories for cervical ripening and induction of term pregnancy with premature rupture of the membranes, however, monitoring should be intensified.

Objective: To find out the bacterial species in the vagina of postpartum women and the possible influencing factors on colonization., Methods: From Jun. 2007 to Oct. 2007, 560 postpartum women from 7 hospitals in China were enrolled. Questionnaire survey, gynecological examination and Nugent score of vaginal smear and microbial spectrum study of the vaginal flora were completed., Results: (1) According to the Nugent score, 48 out of the 560 women were normal (8.6%), 337 at the borderline (60.2%) and 175 (31.2%) were complicated with bacterial vaginosis (BV). Among the 560 women, Bacterium lacticum were identified in 74 cases (13.2%), but not in the rest 486 cases (86.8%). Gardnerella and bacteroids were detected in 322 women (57.5%) and small flectobacillus in 214 women (38.2%) out of the 560 subjects. (2) Influencing factors on vaginal microflora: among the 266 women who had normal vaginal delivery, 25 (9.4%) showed normal vaginal microflora, 148 (55.6%) at borderline and BV was diagnosed in 93 women (35.0%). The corresponding figures among the 294 women who underwent cesarean section were 23 (7.8%), 189 (64.3%) and 82 (27.9%), respectively. However, the incidence of BV had no statistical difference between these two groups (P = 0.204). In the 233 women who received episiotomy, 22 (9.4%) showed normal vaginal microflora, 135 (57.9%) at borderline and 76 presented with BV (32.6%), the corresponding figures among the 327 women without episiotomy were 26 (8.0%), 202 (61.8%) and 99 (30.2%), respectively. The incidence of BV did not show any statistical difference between the above two groups (P = 0.790). (3) Prenatal vaginitis were reported in 46 women, among which 5 (10.9%) with normal vaginal flora, 26 (56.5%) at borderline and 15 (32.6%) with BV, and again in the 514 women without prenatal vaginits, the above figures changed to 43 (8.4%), 311 (60.5%) and 160 (31.1%). No significant difference was found in the incidence of BV between the two groups (P = 0.962). The rate of BV in women without sex, with sex occasionally and with sex frequently during pregnancy was 27.5% (78/284), 35.6% (96/270) and 1/6, respectively (P = 0.185), and the numbers in women who had breast-feeding, bottle feeding and mixed feeding were 31.0% (67/216), 39.3% (35/89) and 28.6% (73/255), respectively (P = 0.573)., Conclusions: The amount of Lactobacillus in vagina of postpartum women is greatly reduced leading to dysbacteria. The incidence of BV is not affected by vaginal delivery, episiotomy, vaginitis, prenatal intercourse and the way of feeding, but is higher in postpartum women.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and safety of miconazole nitrate 1200 mg in treating vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC)., Methods: An open, multicentre, non case control clinical trial was conducted in 568 patients suffering from VVC from Jul 1, 2006 to Nov 30, 2006. Routine examination, score of clinical symptoms and physical signs, mycetology test and safety evaluation were done in all patients before treatment, 7 - 14 days after treatment and 30 days after treatment., Results: Seven to fourteen days after treatment, 563 patients could be followed and 323 patients (57.3%) were cured. The overall effective rate was 90.2%. The mycologic cure rate was 91.3% (514). Thirty days after treatment, 480 patients could be followed and 411 patients (85.6%) were cured. The total effective rate was 96.0%. Mycologic cure rate was 92.3% (443/480). Adverse effect rate was 2.7% (15/563) and they were relieved without any treatment in one or two days., Conclusions: Miconazole nitrate 1200 mg is effective in the treatment of VVC, with good compliance and few adverse effects. Moreover, it can be accepted easily.

Objective: To compare the presence of fetal cells in the transcervical lavage fluids obtained at different levels of uterine cervix so as to evaluate the better sampling place for early prenatal diagnosis., Methods: Sixty samples of transcervical lavage fluid were obtained at the level of the internal orificium of cervix of 60 women during the 5 - 10th week of pregnancy who underwent artificial abortion (internal orificium group), and 60 samples of transcervical lavage fluid were obtained at the level of the external orificium of cervix of 60 women the same age during the 5 - 10th week of pregnancy who underwent artificial abortion too (external orificium group). Extraction and amplification of DNA were conducted by females to detect the presence of SRY gene of Y chromosome. The sex of the fetus was determined by chromosome karyotyping of the villi., Results: (1) In the internal orificium group Y-derived sequences were detected in 71.4% (15/21) of the samples of known male pregnancy and 5.13% (2/39) cases of known female pregnancy, with a total correct sex prediction rate of 86.7%; In the external orificium group Y-derived sequences could be amplified in 37% (10/27) of the samples of known male pregnancy and 6.25% (2/32) of the samples of known female pregnancy, with a total correct sex prediction rate of 67.8%, significantly lower than that of the internal orificium group (P < 0.05). (2) The number of the copies of SRY gene of Y chromosome of the internal orificium group was 1487.17 +/- 430.45 copies, significantly higher than that of the external orificium group (702.41 +/- 365.71 copies, P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Transcervical cell sampling provides a promising approach for early non-invasive prenatal diagnosis. More fetal cells can be acquired at the internal orificium level of cervix than at the external orificium level, however, more non-invasive and efficient sampling method should be taken.

Background: Cloning recombinant human Fab fragment against HCMV for the purpose of prophylaxis and control of HCMV infection., Methods: The authors constructed a HCMV phage display library with 2 x 10(6) clones, then used purified HCMV viral lysates to pan the library, then screened by ELISA., Results: Three clones showed positive responses in ELISA, they also showed high specificity in IFA, two of them could neutralize HCMV in neutralizing assays., Conclusion: The specific binding of Fab antibodies to HCMV was demonstrated by ELISA, IFA and neutralizing activities. These results provide us the basis for further research of neutralizing recombinant human whole IgG molecule.
