In the context of population ageing, the number of elderly patients with dementia is increasing day by day. This disease seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly and causes huge burdens and pressures on families and society. At this stage, issues such as low level of attention at the national and social levels, weak ability of active screening and identification, high treatment and care costs, and fragmented social service system are prominent in the elderly dementia. It is imperative to actively explore the construction of a care system that covers the entire life cycle of dementia in the elderly, which is composed of multiple welfare subjects such as the government, community, family, market, and civil society organizations. Based on the practice of the full-cycle support project for elderly patients with dementia and their families in Beijing X Hospital, the research takes the theory of welfare pluralism as the framework, and constructs the implementation path and mechanism of the welfare pluralism care system for the elderly with dementia through action research. Based on the portrayal of the reality of the elderly with dementia, health social workers break through the shortcomings of the original medical social work service, such as the single service object, the confinement of the service place, the disconnection of the needs of patients with different disease cycles, and the poor effect of the resource link, etc., turn to the perspective of health social work to use the method of action research to try to break the situation from four directions: in the stage of early detection of dementia, we can clarify the responsibilities of service subjects and maximize service effectiveness; in the stage of early treatment of dementia, we can break down barriers between service subjects and realize the value of resources flow; in the stage of self-management of patients with dementia, we can mobilize the subjective initiative of service subjects to achieve positive transformation of target group; in the dementia friendly advocacy stage, we can respond to the internal needs of service subjects and achieve sustainable development of the care system.

A 38-year-old female presented with irregular menstruation and hirsutism that started at age of 16 and diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome at age of 29 with elevated testosterone. When treated with ethinestradiol cyproterone tablets, her menstruation returned to normal and androgen levels was not changed. At age of 38 she was referred to the hospital with infertility, a diagnosis of nonclassical 21-hydroxylase deficiency was confirmed using 17-hydroxyprogesterone, dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate, a cosyntropin-stimulation test and genetic test. This case suggested that nonclassical congenital adrenal hyperplasia should be considered when a patient is presented with oligomenorrhea, hirsutism with hyperandrogenemia and infertility.

Background The problem of population aging is serious in China, and chronic diseases comorbidity is becoming more and more common. Objective Based on the health ecology model, to systematically understand the main influencing factors of chronic disease comorbidity among the elderly in China, and to provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of chronic disease comorbidity among the elderly in China. Methods Based on the follow-up data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) 2018, a total of 10 779 samples aged ≥60 years were selected in March 2021. After excluding the samples with missing data and unqualified data, a total of 7 354 samples was included in this study. With the occurrence of chronic comorbidities (having ≥2 chronic conditions) as the dependent variable and the inclusion of independent variables according to the 5 dimensions of the health ecology model, a multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of chronic disease comorbidity in the elderly. Results Among the elderly≥60 years old in China, the comorbidity rate of chronic diseases was 65.16% (4 792/7 354) , with 32.16% (1 541/4 792) patients suffered from two kinds of chronic diseases, and the diseases with the largest combination of two comorbidities were hypertension with arthritis or rheumatism〔16.42% (253/1 541) 〕. The results of the multivariate Logistic analysis showed that for the risk of comorbidities of chronic diseases in the elderly, females were higher than that in males〔OR (95%CI) =1.371 (1.177, 1.596) 〕, those over 70 years old were higher than those aged 60-70 years old〔OR (95%CI) =1.189 (1.061, 1.333) 〕, those who slept for 6-8 hours or more than 8 hours at night were lower than those who slept for less than 6 hours at night〔OR (95%CI) =0.759 (0.678, 0.850) , OR (95%CI) =0.686 (0.572, 0.821) 〕, those who took nap time of 0.5-1.0 h and over 1.0 h were higher than those of less than 0.5 h 〔OR (95%CI) =1.238 (1.102, 1.391) , OR (95%CI) =1.219 (1.604, 1.396) 〕, those who felt general and less satisfied with their health were higher than those who were very satisfied〔OR (95%CI) =1.755 (1.537, 2.004) , OR (95%CI) =5.890 (4.930, 7.037) 〕, those who registered in urban areas were higher than those in the rural areas〔OR (95%CI) =1.167 (1.036, 1.315) 〕, those living in the central and western regions were higher than those in the eastern region〔OR (95%CI) =1.311 (1.158, 1.483) , OR (95%CI) =1.491 (1.315, 1.692) 〕, those who were working were lower than those who had worked〔OR (95%CI) =0.768 (0.680, 0.866) 〕, and those with annual income > 50 000 per capita were higher than that of less than 20 000 yuan〔OR (95%CI) =1.413 (1.009, 1.978) 〕. Conclusion The incidence of chronic diseases comorbidity is higher in the elderly in China. The influencing factors of comorbidity of chronic diseases are multi-level and multi-dimensional. There are complex relationships between different influencing factors, which suggest strengthening multi-dimensional intervention and management of chronic diseases from individual to environment, so as to improve the health level of the population.

Smart contracts running on the blockchain platform completethe establishment and automatic execution of a greements between different participants,and also manage a large number of digital assets.The frequent exposure of smart contract loopholes has caused incalculable economic losses.Fuzzing is an effective dynamic vulnerability detection technique that has been applied to smart contract security research.This paper analyzes the problem of insufficient summarization of smart contract fuzzing in existing review work,and proposes a basic framework for smart contract fuzzing.Taking Ethereum smart contracts as an example,which are currently the most widely studied in smart contract security,the account mechanism and transaction structure closely related to smart contracts are introduced,and the characteristics of smart contracts that are different from traditional programs are summarized.The vulnerabilities of smart contracts are expounded,and the vulnerabilities covered by these smart contract fuzzing techniques are compared.Furthermore,the input generation of the existing smart contract fuzzing technology is analyzed from the aspects of single transaction and transaction sequence.The input mutation is summarized from the functional level,transaction level and transaction sequence level.The use of test oracles for existing smart contract fuzzing techniques is briefly described.In addition,the corresponding technical evaluation indicators are also summarized.Finally,the problems faced by smart contract fuzzing are proposed,and the future research directions are prospected.

Therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals combine radionuclides with carriers. It uses radionuclide suitable radiation energy and range in the tissue, selectively concentrated irradiation of diseased tissue, while avoiding damage to normal tissue and achieving the desired therapeutic effect. It is mainly used for cancer treatment or relief of tumor-related symptoms. It is widely used in tumor diagnosis and treatment, myocardial imaging, early detection of neurodegenerative diseases and imaging diagnosis of inflammatory tissues. In recent years, with the rapid development of targeted ligands and the wide application of new medical nuclides, radiotherapeutic drugs have attracted more and more attention. At present, nuclides such as 153Sm, 89Sr, 223Ra, 90Y, 131I and 177Lu are commonly used to treat cancer, bone metastasis, liver cancer and thyroid cancer, and show exciting potential in treatment. The research on radiotherapeutic drugs is also increasing rapidly. The clinical application and development status of radiopharma in the market and in the research stage are briefly introduced, in order to provide reference for the research and development of radiopharma in China.

Objective To investigate factors related to hypertension and their importance degrees in Kazakhs,from Altay city, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with different occupations (citizen, farmer, and nomad) for target hypertension prevention. Methods According to the proportions of three occupation populations, 1 668 Kazakhs aged 30 years or older were selected by random cluster sampling from 2012 to 2013, in Hongdun Town, Altay City, Xinjiang. Hypertension related factors were investigated. We used random forest model to explore the factors related to hypertension and their importance degrees in different occupational groups. Results 1 646 participants were included in this study. We ranked the importance of hypertension related factors by feature importance scores. The top five hypertension related factors were waist circumference,triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), body mass index (BMI), and age for citizen; age, LDL-C, total cholesterol (TC), TG, and waist circumference for farmer. Age, BMI, waist circumference, TC, and LDL-C for nomad (feature importance scores＞0.06). The prediction accuracy of random forest models of hypertension for citizen, farmer, and nomad were 0.82, 0.69, and 0.76, respectively. Conclusions In different occupational groups, obesity and blood lipids were related to hypertension in different degrees, so the target of hypertension prevention should be carried out for different occupational groups. With the process of urbanization, urban residents should be well informed to controlling central obesity.

Objective To analyze the spatial distribution characteristics, efficiency, and influencing factors of pension institutions in Dongguan, so as to provide reference for optimizing the resource allocation of pension institutions in Dongguan. Methods The resource allocation data of pension institutions in Dongguan were obtained by questionnaire survey, and the spatial distribution characteristics and efficiency of pension institutions were analyzed and evaluated based on GIS and three-stage DEA model. Results There was a good spatial coupling between the resources of pension institutions in Dongguan and the elderly population over 60 years old; the lowest occupancy rate was 12.50%, the highest was 100.005%, and the phenomenon of "difficulty in finding a bed" and "half of the beds were vacant" coexisted. In the third stage, the average comprehensive efficiency decreased from 0.679 to 0.635, and environmental factors had a great influence on the efficiency of resource allocation in Dongguan. There were great differences in the efficiency of pension institutions in different areas. The comprehensive efficiency of urban areas was 0.784, which exceeded the average level of the whole city (0.635). The comprehensive efficiency of the eastern industrial park was only 0.439, which did not reach the average level of the whole city. The per capita regional GDP and the level of aging had a negative impact on efficiency. Conclusion It is suggested to rationally allocate the resources of pension institutions, optimize regional development planning, promote the upgrading of institutional pension services, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and provide improved reference scheme for improving the service level of pension institutions in Dongguan. GH4720Li superalloy has been widely employed in high-performance aero engines turbine disks and other rotating component due to the excellent high temperature strength, anti-fatigue, corrosion resistance and long-term structural stability. The mechanism of function and evolution rule of γ'phase in GH4720Li superalloy was summed up in this paper. The relationship between γ'phase and high-temperature properties and the interaction law of γ'phase and residual stress were analyzed. In addition, the research progress of the new superalloy which was designed on the basis of GH4720Li superalloy was summarized, the future application of partitioned cooling technology and dual-organization dual-performance disk preparation technology was prospected.

Through literature research, the unplugging mechanism of various wellbore unplugging fluids was analyzed, and the application progress, advantages and disadvantages of various types of commonly used wellbore deplugging fluids were summarized. The research progress of new deplugging working fluids such as organic deplugging working fluid, organic slow-release microlactic acid deplugging working solution and composite deplugging working fluid was introduced. The problems existing in the preparation and practical application of plugging fluids were analyzed, and the development trend of unplugging liquids in the future was proposed. CCK as brain-gut peptide, binds to its receptor (CCKR) and participates in physiological processes such as feeding and digestion in animals. In order to study the function of CCKs and CCKRs in largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) in feeding activities, the coding sequences of CCK1, CCK2, CCK1R and CCK2R were cloned in this study. Their lengths were 414, 387, 1368 and 1359 bp, and their encodes were 137, 128, 455 and 452 amino acids, respectively. Fluorescence quantitative results showed that both CCK1 and CCK2 were highly expressed in brain, followed by intestinal, while CCK1R and CCK2R were highly expressed in gallbladder and brain, respectively. Within 24h after ingestion, the relative expressions of CCK1, CCK2, CCK1R and CCK2R increased first and then decreased. The relative expression of CCK1, CCK1R and CCK2R reached the highest value at 3h after ingestion, while the relative expression of CCK2 was at 12h after ingestion. The relative expression reached the highest value (P<0.05). During fasting, the relative expression of CCK1, CCK1R and CCK2R was significantly increased on the 14th day of fasting (P<0.05). The relative expression trends of CCK1, CCK1R and CCK2R after refeeding were similar to those after meals, showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. However, there was no significant change in the relative expression of CCK2 during fasting and refeeding. In conclusion, the results of this study indicated that CCK1 can be combined with CCK1R and CCK2R to act as a satiety signal factor to regulate physiological processes such as feeding and digestion of largemouth bass by suppressing appetite; CCK2 may act as a short-term appetite factor to regulate feeding. In order to construct evaluation system of different waxy maize varieties during germination for low temperature tolerance, 48 waxy maize varieties were used as test materials to measure 10 indicators on germination and growth under low temperature stress. And the low temperature tolerances of waxy maize varieties were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis, membership function method, cluster analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that 10 measurement indexes were transformed into 2 independent comprehensive indexes by principal component analysis, including root growth factor and seed germination factor. The comprehensive score model of low temperature tolerance of waxy maize was established, Y=0.647 7Y1+ 0.144 2Y2, where Y1 and Y2 were scores of the two principal components, respectively. Y1 included relative root dry weight, relative root surface area, relative root volume, and relative root length, which could reflect the state of root growth of waxy maize under low temperature stress; and Y2 included relative seedling dry weight, relative germination rate, relative vitality index, and relative germination potential, which could reflect the germination of waxy maize under low temperature stress. The 48 waxy maize varieties were ranked by affiliation function method for low temperature tolerance, and the five varieties with the strong low temperature resistance were screened, including 'Runcainuo 686' 'Jingpo 82' 'Runnuo 175' 'Runnuo 605' and 'Tianguinuo 932'. The cluster analysis classified 48 waxy maize varieties into 4 groups. The regression analysis showed that the relative root dry weight, relative seedling length, relative germination potential, relative germination rate, relative seedling dry weight and relative root surface area could be used as important indicators for the evaluation of low-temperature tolerance of waxy maize. The comprehensive evaluation of multiple methods could effectively screen and classify waxy maize varieties with different low-temperature tolerances, which provided reference for the evaluation of waxy maize low-temperature tolerance and the screening of low-temperature tolerance germplasm resources. To meet the need of monitoring the crack damage located at bolt hole of metallic bolted-joint structure, a kind of damage monitoring smart washer with rosette eddy current sensor was proposed. The influences of washer electromagnetic properties on monitoring capability were analyzed based on constructed semi-analytic model, and experiment of 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy under constant loading spectrum was carried out to validate analysis results. Semi-analytic model results show that amplitude ratio variation of smart washer increases with washer relative permeability, while decreases with washer conductivity. The result of fatigue crack monitoring experiment of 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy under constant loading spectrum verifies the damage monitoring capability of smart washer with aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials. However, monitoring curve of smart washer with stainless steel material is smoother than that with aluminum alloy material, which indicates that the smart washer with steel stainless material has a better monitoring capability. The first channel of smart washer is capable of monitoring on accumulated damage and the other three channels are capable of quantitative monitoring on fatigue crack, with monitoring precision of 1 mm. Usually, the design optimization only deals with individual component of the truck because of the complex coupling relation between the cab and frame of the truck under assembly environment. Focusing on the complete optimal problem, a new conception of static modal stiffness was introduced and the sensitivity of static modal stiffness was define& The method for computing static modal stiffness sensitivities was also developed. Above proposed method has been applied to analyze and design the truck's cab, where a finite element model for full vehicle was used and the cab was divided into 15 super-elements. PURPOSE: To investigate the effects of TiN and TiCN coating on corrosion resistance of pure titanium in the simulated oral environment. METHODS: The dental pure titanium commonly used in making removable denture was casted with 15 specimens, 10mmxl0mmxlmm in size. The specimens were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C. In the group B and group C, the specimens were coated with a thickness of 2.5p.m TiN and TiCN coating on surface by multi-arc physical vapor deposition, respectively. After microscopic energy spectrum analysis, microstructure and phase diffraction were examined by FESEM. Hardness and Young modulus of the various coating were determined by nanoindentation. The polarization curves of all specimens in artificial saliva were measured by PARSTAT'2273 electrochemical station. The data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software package for t test, one-way ANOVA and nonparametric test. RESULTS: Both the mierohardness and elastic modulus in the group B and group C were significantly superior to those in the group A (P<0.001). Meanwhile, both the microhardness and elastic modulus in the group C were significantly higher than those in the group B (P<0.01). Corrosion potential (Ecorr) was group A > group B > group C (P< 0.05). However, corrosion current density (Icorr) was significantly lower in the group A than in the group B, and in the group A than in the group C (P<0.01), while not significantly different between the B and group C (P>0.05).Breakdown potential (Ecorr) was group A

In order to judge, the bearing safety of homogeneous ground that the heavy forcing plates acted on, static and dynamic outfield tests were carried out. According the static plate loading method, the outfield test that bearing plates simulating the static procedure of heavy forcing plates was performed. By the similarity criterion Π theorem, the pneumatic impact test of reduced proportional plate simulating the dynamic procedure of forcing plate was completed. Based on the outfield tests, the paper studied the S - t curves that express the variety of settlement with time, the P - S/D curves that express the soil settlement correlative relation among bearing plates with different sizes under the corresponding load, the P - S curves under static and dynamic loads as well as the contrast between them. To the homogeneous soil ground in outfield tests, S - t curves indicate that the static load method is reasonable, and P - S/D curves appear a linear proportional relation in the limit load range. The settlement under dynamic load is much less than that under static load. The deformation stiffness under dynamic load is higher than that under static load. Objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture therapy on postoperative rehabilitation training of patients with knee fractures., Methods: Patients with knee fractures from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly assigned to either the experimental group or a control group according to the double-blind principle. Both groups were given surgical treatment and postoperative conventional rehabilitation training. There were 40 cases in the control group, including 27 males and 13 females;the age ranged from 20 to 66 years old with an average of (36.46±6.29) years old, continuous passive motion (CPM) training was performed after operation. There were 40 patients in the experimental group, including 24 males and 16 females. The age ranged from 21 to 68 years old with an average of (37.62±7.08) years old, on the basis of the control group, electroacupuncture was given. After 4 weeks of intervention, the excellent rate of knee function score, visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after intervention, serum pain mediators, prostaglandin E (PGE), substance P (SP), bradykinin (BK), joint range of motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups., Results: After 4 weeks of intervention, the Rasmussen score for knee function in the experimental group (24.15±1.36) scores was higher than that in the control group (21.25±2.20) scores (P<0.001). The VAS in the experimental group (2.04±0.51) scores was lower than that in the control group (2.78±0.60) after 4 weeks of intervention (P<0.05). Serum PGE (2.25±0.37) mg·L -1 , SP (4.43±1.05) ng·ml -1 , BK (2.67±0.68) ng·ml -1 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (3.91±0.44) mg·L -1 , (6.12±1.37) ng·ml -1 , (4.55±1.03) ng·ml -1 after 4 weeks of intervention(P<0.05);in the experimental group, the active knee flexion angle of the knee joint was (108.63±9.76)°, the active knee extension angle (-2.46±0.70)°, passive knee flexion angle (116.83±6.57)°, passive knee extension angle (1.44±0.38)° were better than control group (100.24±8.15)°, (-3.51±0.86)°, (111.04±8.22)°, (0.78±0.24)° (P<0.05);the experimental group's psychological score (73.12±5.08), physiological score (72.26±5.89), social function score (72.57±4.23), overall health score (75.12±5.16) were higher than that of the control group (68.49±4.13), (68.13±5.27), (69.04±3.42), and(70.88±3.97) respectvely(P<0.05)., Conclusion: Electroacupuncture combined with CPM training after knee fracture surgery can significantly improve knee function and range of motion, reduce pain levels, and also improve quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse events.

Objectives: To explore the cytotoxicity of four wild mushrooms involved in a case of Yunnan sudden unexplained death (YNSUD), to provide the experimental basis for prevention and treatment of YNSUD., Methods: Four kinds of wild mushrooms that were eaten by family members in this YNSUD incident were collected and identified by expert identification and gene sequencing. Raw extracts from four wild mushrooms were extracted by ultrasonic extraction to intervene HEK293 cells, and the mushrooms with obvious cytotoxicity were screened by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8). The selected wild mushrooms were prepared into three kinds of extracts, which were raw, boiled, and boiled followed by enzymolysis. HEK293 cells were intervened with these three extracts at different concentrations. The cytotoxicity was detected by CCK-8 combined with lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) Assay Kit, and the morphological changes of HEK293 cells were observed under an inverted phase contrast microscope., Results: Species identification indicated that the four wild mushrooms were Butyriboletus roseoflavus , Boletus edulis , Russula virescens and Amanita manginiana . Cytotoxicity was found only in Amanita manginiana . The raw extracts showed cytotoxicity at the mass concentration of 0.1 mg/mL, while the boiled extracts and the boiled followed by enzymolysis extracts showed obvious cytotoxicity at the mass concentration of 0.4 mg/mL and 0.7 mg/mL, respectively. In addition to the obvious decrease in the number of HEK293 cells, the number of synapses increased and the refraction of HEK293 cells was poor after the intervention of Amanita manginiana extracts., Conclusions: The extracts of Amanita manginiana involved in this YNSUD case has obvious cytotoxicity, and some of its toxicity can be reduced by boiled and enzymolysis, but cannot be completely detoxicated. Therefore, the consumption of Amanita manginiana is potentially dangerous, and it may be one of the causes of the YNSUD.

From November 1,2018 to January 31,2019 (OP 2018-2019 ) and from November 1,2019 to January 20, 2020 (OP 2019-2020 ), PM 1 measurement was conducted daily for two consecutive years. The concentration of trace elements in the atmospheric PM 1 in Qingdao in autumn and winter was analyzed. The observation period was divided into four air quality levels (Level Ⅰ, Level Ⅱ, Level Ⅲ, and Level Ⅳ), and the characteristics and sources of the concentration of trace elements in PM 1 were analyzed. The non-carcinogenic risks (Zn, Pb, Mn, Cu, and V) and carcinogenic risks (As, Cr, Ni, Cd, and Co) of different people with different air quality levels were evaluated. The results showed that the changes in total metal element concentrations were associated with changes in Ca, K, and Al concentrations at different air quality classes during OP 2019-2020 compared to those during OP 2018-2019 and were more influenced by dust and biomass combustion sources. Compared with that during OP 2018-2019 , the V concentration in different air quality levels (Level Ⅰ, Level Ⅱ, Level Ⅲ, and Level Ⅳ) during OP 2019-2020 decreased by 19.0%, 60.5%, 82.7%, and 77.5%, respectively. This was presumed to be related to the implementation of the Domestic Emission Control Area (DECA) policy for ships, which led to the significant reduction in V concentration due to the change in fuel quality of ships in the waters around Qingdao. The results of the enrichment factor, the ratio method, and the backward trajectory of airflow further indicated that the changes in V concentrations were mainly influenced by the DECA policy. However, after the implementation of the DECA, the V/Ni value as a limit for judging the influence of ship sources in the area required further exploration. The health risk assessment results showed that the risk factor of Mn ranged from 0.07 to 1.22 during OP 2018-2019 and OP 2019-2020 . It was recommended to strengthen the management and control of Mn-containing pollution sources. The lifetime carcinogenic risk (ILCR) value of As and Cd under different air qualities during OP 2018-2019 and OP 2019-2020 was lower than 10 -4 but higher than 10 -6 , indicating that there was a carcinogenic probability, although it was still at an acceptable level. During OP 2018-2019 , when the air quality was Ⅳ, the ILCR value of Cr was higher than 10 -4 , and there was a risk of cancer.

Based on the distribution records of Cunninghamia lanceolata, we used the maximum Entropy (MaxEnt) model and geographic information system (GIS) methods, combined with environmental factors such as climate and terrain, to predict the potential distribution areas suitable for C. lanceolata under current and future climate scenarios. The results showed that annual precipitation was the most important factor driving the distribution of C. lanceolata . Under the current climate scenario, the total area of suitable for C. lanceolata growth was about 3.28 million km 2 , accounting for about 34.5% of the total land area of China. Among all the suitable areas, the lowly, intermediately, and highly suitable areas accounted for 18.3%, 29.7% and 52.0% of the total, respectively. Under future climate scenarios, the suitable area of C. lanceolata would increase, showing a clear trend of northward expansion in China. A concentrated and contiguous distribution region highly suitable for C. lanceolata would appear in the humid subtropical areas of southern China. The model was tested by the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). The average area under the curve of ROC of the training set was 0.91, showing high reliability.

Ginkgolides,the unique terpenoids in Ginkgo biloba,have a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Metabolic regulation and synthetic biology strategies are efficient methods to obtain high-quality ginkgolides. The present study reviewed the cloning and functions of genes related to the biosynthetic pathway of ginkgolides,as well as relevant studies of omics,genetic transformation,and metabolic regulation in recent years,and predicted the research trends and prospects,aiming to provide a reference for discovering the key genes related to the biosynthetic pathway and the biosynthesis of ginkgolides.

Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of auricular point sticking therapy during the perioperative stage in the patients with partial lung resection., Methods: A total of 92 patients with partial lung resection were randomized into an auricular point group (31 cases, 1 case dropped off), the sham-auricular point group (30 cases) and a medication group (31 cases, 1 case dropped off). The routine medication for analgesia was provided in all of the three groups. In the auricular point group, 1 day before operation, the auricular point sticking therapy was applied at shenmen (TF 4 ), sympathetic (AH 6a ), subcortex (AT 4 ), brain stem (AT 3,4i ), anterior ear lobe (LO 4 ), chest (AH 10 ) and lung (CO 14 ), retained till the third day after operation. In the sham-auricular point group, the auricular adhesive tape without semen vaccariae was used at the same points as the auricular point group. Separately, the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) in 8, 16, 24, 48 h and 72 h after operation, the time for obtaining the mean of the postoperative VAS score<3 points, the scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD) in 8, 72 h after operation and the plasma concentration of β-endorphin in 24, 48 h after operation, as well as the adverse reactions after operation were recorded in the patients of each group., Results: In 8, 16, 24, 48 h and 72 h after operation, VAS scores in the auricular point group were lower than those in the sham-auricular point group and the medication group separately ( P <0.05). In the auricular point group, 16 h after operation the mean of VAS score was less than 3 points, but in the sham-auricular point group and the medication group, 48 h after operation, such a mean score of VAS was obtained. In 8, 72 h after operation, HAD score in the auricular point group was lower than that in the sham-auricular point group and the medication group respectively. In 24, 48 h after operation, the concentration of plasmaβ-endorphin was all higher than that in the sham-auricular point group and the medication group respectively ( P <0.05). In 24 h after operation, the plasma concentration ofβ-endorphin in the sham-auricular point group was higher than the medication group ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the auricular point group was lower than that in the sham-auricular point group and the medication group respectively ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: Auricular point sticking therapy relieves perioperative pain, shortens analgesic time, releases anxious and depressive emotions and reduces postoperative adverse reaction in the patients with partial lung resection. The analgesic mechanism is probably related to the increase of plasma concentration of β-endorphin.

Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanisms of massage on the depressive behavior of rats with chronic stress. Methods: The rats were subjected to chronic unpredictable mild stress for 21 days and then treated with massage for 14 days. They were divided into the following groups: blank control group, model group, massage group and fluoxetine group, with 10 rats in each group. The important acupoints of bladder meridian were massaged for 10 minutes every day (with an interval of 2 minutes, 2 times in total). Body weight, open field test, sucrose intake test and water maze test were used to evaluate the behavioral changes. The expressions of Erk/p-ERK (Extracellular signal-related kinases/Phosphorylation extracellular signal-related kinases) and BDNF in prefrontal cortex were detected by Western Blot. Results: The body weight, open field sucrose intake test and water maze data of the model group were significantly lower than those of the Control Group ( P ＜0.01), and the contents of p-ERK and BDNF protein in prefrontal cortex were decreased significantly ( P ＜0.01). The body weight, open field test, sucrose intake test and water maze test data of rats in massage group and fluoxetine group were significantly higher than those in model group( P ＜0.01). The contents of p-ERK and BDNF in frontal cortex were increased significantly ( P ＜0.05, P ＜0.01), especially in fluoxetine group ( P ＜0.01). Conclusion: Massage may increase the phosphorylation level of ERK protein in hippocampus and prefrontal cortex, activate ERK signaling pathway, promote the expression of BDNF, and improve the depression behavior of chronic stress rats.

Glycosyltransferases(UGTs) are key enzymes in the biosynthesis of ginsenosides, which can catalyze the transfer of glycans from donor molecules to acceptor molecules, and form a variety of biologically active glycoside compounds. With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology, a large number of medicinal plant genome and transcriptome sequences have been catalyzed, while more and more UGT genes have been discovered and verified. The methods of discovering UGT genes include differential expression analysis, homologous sequence screening, gene cluster screening, chemical proteome screening. This paper summarized the research progress of UGT genes screening and functional verification of three valuable Panax medicinal materials P. notoginseng, P. ginseng, and P. quinquefolius, so as to provide a reference for the study of UGT genes in natural products.

Objective To compare the prenatal diagnostic value and image quality of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)with fast imaging employing steady state acquisition(FIESTA)or single shot fast spin echo(SSFSE)sequence,in order to provide references for sequence selection of prenatal diagnosis.Methods The MRI data of 121 patients with suspected placental invasion were retrospectively analyzed. The ability of FIESTA in displaying MRI signs associated with placental invasion and its image quality were assessed and compared with SSFSE. Based on the records of cesarean section and pathological finding,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive values,and negative predictive values of these two sequences were calculated.Results The image quality was significantly higher in FIESTA than in SSFSE(χ 2 =29.74,P=0.000). FIESTA had significantly higher ability to display focal interruptions in the myometrial wall than SSFSE(χ 2 =6.750,P=0.006);in addition,the ability to display abnormal vessel in the placenta(χ 2 =8.471,P=0.020),placental heterogeneity(χ 2 =13.885,P=0.000),hypointense intraplacental bands(χ 2 =4.267,P=0.035)were also significantly higher in SSFSE than in FIESTA,while the efficiency for displaying uterine bulging(χ 2 =0.250,P=0.625),uterine recess(χ 2 =0.167,P=0.687),uterine penetration and parametrium implantation(χ 2 =0.800,P=0.375),and protrusion of the placenta into the cervix(χ 2 =0.081,P=0.776)were not significantly different between these two sequences. Both sequences had a specificity of 100% in displaying uterine penetration and parametrium implantation,uterine recess,and protrusion of the placenta into the cervix. Conclusions FIESTA has better ability in displaying the contour and demarcation of placenta and uterine,whereas SSFSE is more efficient in displaying the changes of intraplacental signals. FIESTA can be used to observe the relationship between the placenta and the surrounding structures and whether the surrounding tissue is implanted,and the changes of placental signals can be observed in SSFSE. The combination of these two sequences can improve the prenatal diagnosis of placenta invasion.

The existing antidepressants demonstrated delayed onset of clinical effects, so fast-onset antidepressants are required. Essential oil of herbs showed potentials fast-onset antidepressant potential. First, its aromatic odor can directly activate olfactory nerves; its high lipophilicity causes a high blood-brain barrier penetration rate; and its high volatility is suitable for nasal-brain targeting and inhalation delivery. Therefore, essential oils can rapidly regulate brain functions by multiple ways, suggesting a fast-onset antidepressant potential. Second, the advance of studies on chemistry and pharmacology of antidepressant essential oils demonstrated chemical substances, antidepressant effects and possible action mechanisms of antidepressant essential oils. Third, the effect of essential oils' antidepressant components on fast-onset antidepressant targets was investigated. It was found that chemical constituents of essential oils antagonized NMDA receptor activities, suggesting that essential oils have fast-onset antidepressant effect. Objective: To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG) on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in patient with a body mass index(BMI) less than 40 kg/m 2 ., Methods: Twenty four obese patients with T2DM and BMI less than 40 kg/m 2 received LSG between 1 January 2011 and 1 September 2013 at the Department of General Surgery in Chinese PLA General Hospital. The clinical data and 3-year follow-up outcomes regarding weight loss and remission of diabetes were retrospectively analyzed., Results: There were 10 males and 14 females with a median age of 40.8(35 to 48) years. The preoperative body weight and BMI was(99.9±15.0) kg and (34.4±2.8) kg/m 2 , respectively. The median duration of type 2 diabetes was 4.3(2 to 15) years. The preoperative fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) was (11.4±1.3) mmol/L and (8.7±0.8)%, respectively. All these patients were preoperatively diagnosed as T2DM by the multidisciplinary experts of the surgical treatment team for obesity and diabetes in our center. All these patients were eligible for surgical treatment through the screening and evaluation by the multidisciplinary joint outpatient service. All the procedures were successfully completed without conversion to laparotomy. There were no severe postoperative complications. The mean fasting blood glucose was (6.4±1.8) mmol/L, (6.1±1.7) mmol/L, (6.0±1.5) mmol/L, (5.9±1.4) mmol/L and (6.0±1.4) mmol/L, respectively, at 6, 9, 12, 24 and 36 months after operation. The mean HbA1c in the same observation intervals was (6.6±1.1)%, (6.2±1.2)%, (6.1±1.2)%, (6.0±1.3)% and (6.1±1.3)%, respectively. The body weight was (89.4±11.4) kg, (86.3±10.6) kg, (83.1±10.2) kg,(80.6±9.8) kg and (81.3±10.1) kg, respectively. The corresponding BMI was (30.8±1.6) kg/m 2 , (29.8±1.5) kg/m 2 , (28.7±1.5) kg/m 2 , (27.8±1.8) kg/m 2 and (28.1±1.8) kg/m 2 , respectively. The %EWL was (36.7±8.7)%, (47.6±12.5)%, (58.8±16.4)%, (67.2±20.3)% and (64.8±21.5)%, respectively. The overall remission rate of diabetes at 6, 9, 12, 24 and 36 months was 50.0%(12/24), 79.2%(19/24), 70.8%(17/24), 66.7%(16/24) and 62.5%(15/24), respectively. The complete remission rate was 33.3%(8/24), 50.0%(12/24), 54.2%(13/24), 45.8%(11/24) and 50.0%(12/24), respectively. For patients with a duration of T2DM shorter than 5 years, the overall remission rate at 9, 12 and 24 months after operation was 10/10, 9/10 and 9/10, respectively, significantly higher than that of patients with a duration of 11-15 years (2/6, 2/6 and 2/6, Fisher's exact tests, P=0.008, 0.036 and 0.036, respectively)., Conclusion: The present study confirms the efficacy of LSG in the treatment of T2DM patients with a BMI less than 40 kg/m 2 .

The radiative characteristics of char and ash in the pulverized coal furnace at the wavelength of 560 nm are analyzed here. The particles’ radiative coefficients are calculated in the exit of the burner and in the upper part of the furnace separately according to the Mie theory. It can be inferred that in the exit of the burner, char has a great effect on the particles’ radiative coefficient, which accounts for a percentage of 90%. While in the upper of the furnace, ash dominates the particles’ radiative coefficient. The scattering ratio of the ash is calculated to be 91.6 and the scattering ratio of the char is only 50%.

The dried stems of Schisandra henryi var. henryi were extracted with 95% ethanol and the extracts were further subjected to partition, affording the ethyl acetate extracts(EtOAc Extrs.).The EtOAc Extrs.were separated and purified with silica gel and octadecyl-silylated silica gel column chromatography, preparative HPLC and preparative TLC. Thirteen known compounds were obtained and identified by spectral methods including MS and NMR, all of which were elucidated as t-cadinol(1), cadinane-4β,5α,10β-triol(2), cadinane-5α, 10α-diol-2-ene(3), oxyphyllenodiols A(4), 1β, 4β-dihydroxyeudesman-11-ene(5), cyperusol C(6), (7R)-opposit-4(15)-ene-1β,7-diol(7), dysodensiol E(8), epi-guaidiol A(9), aromadendrane-4β,10β-diol(10), tricyclohumuladiol(11), caryolane-1,9β-diol(12), and guaidiol A(13). Objective: To investigate the risk factors for the occurrence of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) and to provide a clinical basis for reducing the occurrence of PDA in early preterm infants., Methods: A total of 136 early preterm infants (gestational age≤32 weeks) who were hospitalized between January 2013 and December 2014 and diagnosed with hemodynamicalhy significant PDA (hs-PDA) were enrolled as the case group. Based on the matched case-control principle, 136 early preterm infants without hs-PDA were selected among those who were hospitalized within the same period at a ratio of 1:1 and enrolled as the control group. The two groups were matched for sex and gestational age. The basic information of neonates and maternal conditions during the pregnancy and perinatal periods were collected. Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the risk factors for the development of PDA., Results: Univariate analysis showed that neonatal infectious diseases, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, decreased platelet count within 24 hours after birth, and low birth weight were associated with the development of hs-PDA (P<0.05). Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis revealed that neonatal infectious diseases (OR=2.368) and decreased platelet count within 24 hours after birth (OR=0.996) were independent risk factors for hs-PDA., Conclusions: Neonatal infectious diseases and decreased platelet count within 24 hours after birth increase the risk of hs-PDA in early preterm infants.

Objective: To understand type B insulin resistance syndrome (B-IRS) by reviewing 3 cases from our center and cases from literatures., Methods: The clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up data of the 3 patients with B-IRS were evaluated., Results: All the 3 patients were middle-aged women with severe hyperglycemia or paradoxical hypoglycemia. The clinical findings were as follows. (1)B-IRS was associated with several autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and sclerosis. (2) The metabolic abnormalities of B-IRS include weight loss, severe hyperinsulinemia, high level of adiponectin, and low level of insulin-like growth factor type 1(IGF-1) and TG. (3)B-IRS was characterized with nonspecific serological disorders (such as leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and hypoalbuminemia) and changes (decreased complements and elevated IgG and/or IgA), and with specific immunological abnormalities[such as high titer of antinuclear antibody(ANA), positive in anti-SSA, anti-SSB and anti-dsDNA antibodies). Positive in anti-insulin receptor antibody was of diagnostic value but not necessary. (4) Treatments include insulin in combination with immunosuppressive therapy. Patients with H. pylori (Hp) infection may be benefit with eradication therapy., Conclusions: B-IRS is rare but not difficult to identify. Treatments include therapy of the underlying diseases and high dose of insulin.

Objective: To investigate the impact of diabetes mellitus (DM) on survival in patients with lung cancer., Methods: This is a retrospective study of 1 096 patients died from lung cancer collected from clinical records in Chinese PLA General Hospital. Survival time of lung cancer with and without DM was compared using Log-rank analysis and Cox regression model., Results: One hundred and eighty-one patients (16.5%) had DM. The median survival time of the lung cancer patients with DM was 9 months, whereas, the median survival time of the patients without DM was 8 months. Log-rank analysis showed that this difference was significant (P<0.05). Moreover, the 1-, 2-, and 3-year survival rate in lung cancer patients with and without DM were 43% vs 35%, 27% vs 17%, and 16% vs 10%, respectively. After adjusting for age, gender, histology, stage of lung cancer and treatment, Cox regression analysis showed that the hazard ratio for survival in lung cancer patients with DM was 0.74 (95%CI 0.61-0.89, P<0.05) compared with those without DM. In non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients, the hazard ratio for survival in lung cancer patients with DM was 0.69 (95%CI 0.56-0.85, P<0.05). However, this association disappeared in small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients. In advanced lung cancer patients (stage III-IV), diabetes was also a significant factor for survival (HR=0.74, 95%CI 0.61-0.91, P<0.05)., Conclusion: Patients with advanced NSCLC with DM have longer survival time compared with those without DM.

Objective: To investigate the clinical features, therapeutic regimens and follow-up information of patients with 45, X/46, XY mixed gonadal dysgenesis in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease., Methods: We performed a retrospective review of patients with 45, X/46, XY mosaicism hospitalized in Chinese PLA General Hospital between 2000 and 2014. The clinical features,sex hormones,treatment and follow-up information were summarized., Results: (1) Seven patients ranging 12-17 years old were diagnosed as having 45, X/46, XY mixed gonadal dysgenesis. Six of them had female sex of rearing and one had male. (2) All of them presented with short stature and growth retardation, and had similar specific somatic signs to Turner syndrome. (3) The external genitalia presented with a wide variety of phenotypes. One patient presented with male phenotype with hypospadia, one presented with clitoridauxe, and five presented with female phenotype. The masculinization scores for the external genitalia showed that five patients presented with female phenotype, one patient with mild undervirilization and one patient with ambiguous genitalia. (4) By surgical exploration and ultrasound, two patients were found with testes and one was with ovary-like gonads. No gonad could be detected in the other four patients. (5) Five patients were treated with recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH). Two patients received sex hormone replacement therapy with one patient taking testosterone, whose penis became enlarged and erect after treatment, and one taking artificial cycle., Conclusions: The patients with 45, X/46, XY mosaicism share similar specific somatic signs to Turner syndrome. The 45, X/46, XY mosaicism presents with a wide spectrum of phenotypes with the highest proportion of being genital ambiguity. RhGH, testosterone and artificial cycle can be used accordingly.

Objective: Cushing's syndrome is a clinical condition resulting from chronic exposure to excess glucocorticoid. As a consequence, long-term hypercortisolism contributes significantly to the development of systemic disorders by direct and/or indirect effects. The present study was to analyze the changes of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-system in different subtypes of Cushing's syndrome on the standard posture test., Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 150 patients with histologically confirmed Cushing's syndrome treated at the PLA General Hospital between 2002 and 2014. Among them, 128 patients were diagnosed as adreno-cortico-tropic-hormone (ACTH)-independent Cushing's syndrome, and 22 were ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome. All patients were undertaken the posture test. Plasma renin activity (PRA), angiotensin II, plasma aldosterone concertration (PAC) levels were measured before and after the test., Results: Basal plasma PRA [0.5 (0.2,1.3)µg·L(-1)·h(-1), angiotensin II [(48.9±20.1) ng/L] and PAC [(285.0±128.1) pmol/L] levels were within the normal range in supine position. Compared with the subjects with ACTH-independent Cushing's syndrome, the basal PAC levels were higher in subjects with ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome [(348.0±130.4) pmol/L vs (274.2±125.0) pmol/L, P<0.05]. However, the PAC response in subjects with ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome [(49.7±26.4)%] was significantly lower than that in those with ACTH-independent Cushing's syndrome [(81.2±69.3)%] upon upright posture stimulation (P<0.05). There were no statistical significances in PRA and angiotensin II levels between the two groups. The basal PAC and PRA levels were positively correlated with ACTH, whereas PAC response was negatively correlated with ACTH., Conclusions: The renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-system activity in subjects with Cushing's syndrome was similar to that in normal control. The basal PAC level and its response to upright posture are differently associated with ACTH level in Cushing's syndrome.

Objective: To evaluate the outcomes of intravenous glucocorticoid therapy with or without orbital radiotherapy for moderate-to-severe Graves' ophthalmopathy., Methods: A total of 83 patients with moderate-to-severe Graves' ophthalmopathy were retrospectively analyzed. Intravenous glucocorticoid was given to patients for 3 consecutive days every four weeks in 1-3 circles. The regimens included intravenous glucocorticoid alone (n = 36) and intravenous glucocorticoid plus orbital radiotherapy (n = 47). Photophobia, lacrimation, eye pain, soft tissue congestion, edema, exophthalmos and diplopia were compared before and after treatment. The symptoms and efficacies were compared between two groups., Results: During a 12-week follow-up, clinical activity score (CAS), exophthalmos and diplopia all improved after treatment (P < 0.05). However, the changes of CAS, exophthalmos or diplopia showed no inter-group differences (P > 0.05). The overall clinical response was 50% in glucocorticoid group and 63.8% in glucocorticoid plus orbital radiotherapy group. And there was no statistical difference (P > 0.05)., Conclusion: Moderate-to-severe Graves' ophthalmopathy may be relieved by pulsed intravenous glucocorticoid with or without orbital radiotherapy. There is no inter-group difference in short-term efficacies.

Objective: To summarize the disease distribution characteristics of adrenal lesions and analyze the changes of disease spectrum so as to further guide clinical practices., Methods: All clinical data of adrenal lesion patients hospitalized between 1993 and 2013 were collected. Their profiles of gender ratio, visiting age, final diagnosis and year of hospitalization were retrospectively analyzed., Results: A total of 4 049 patients with adrenal lesions were admitted. There were 2 004 males and 2 045 females with a mean age of 46.82 ± 13.36 years. The number of cases gradually increased year-on-year. And the visiting age was 30-60 years. The annual proportion of adrenal incidentaloma out of total adrenal lesions gradually increased with advancing age. Among them, 3 014 received endocrine function assessments. And there were non-functional lesions (n = 1 503, 49.88%) , adrenal Cushing's syndrome (n = 259, 8.60%), primary aldosteronism (n = 665, 22.04%) and pheochromocytoma (n = 235, 7.80%) . The proportion of non-functional lesions rose from 20.97% to 54.11% (P < 0.05). The proportion of primary aldsteronism declined from 29.84% to 20.43% (P < 0.05). And the proportion of adrenal Cushing syndrome changed slightly (P > 0.05). The proportion of pheochromocytoma declined from 18.55% to 6.99% (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: The number of patients gradually increased over the last two decades.So did the proportion of adrenal incidentaloma. The disease spectrum of adrenal lesions has changed. And the proportion of non-functional lesions increased while that of functional lesions declined.

Objective: To investigate the association between DBil with normal range and serum lipid in type 2 diabetic patients., Methods: A total of 979 subjects with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Chinese PLA General Hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were included for the study. Serum DBil, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C levels were collected for the analyses. Subjects were divided into four groups based on the DBil levels: Q1 group (<2.2 µmol/L), Q2 group (2.2-< 2.9 µmol/L), Q3 group (2.9-< 3.9 µmol/L) and Q4 group ( ≥ 3.9 µmol/L) ., Results: (1) TC, TG, LDL-C levels were significantly lower in Q4 group than those in the other three Q groups after adjustment of age, gender, duration of diabetes, BMI, smoking, drinking, glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) , fasting plasma glucose (FPG), medication, ALT, AST and fatty liver. No difference could be viewed in HDL-C level between each group (P = 0.65). (2) Pearson correlation analyses showed that DBil was inversely correlated with TC (r = -0.33, P < 0.01), TG (r = -0.23, P < 0.01), LDL-C (r = -0.18, P < 0.01), and positively correlated with HDL-C level in men (r = 0.14, P < 0.01), respectively. Multiple linear regression analyses showed DBil was an independent impact factor for TC, TG and LDL-C. (3) Compared with Q1 group, the odds ratio (OR) for dyslipidemia was 0.54 (95%CI 0.35-0.82, P < 0.01), 0.56 (95%CI 0.37-0.85, P < 0.01) and 0.44 (95%CI 0.29-0.69, P < 0.01) in Q2, Q3 and Q4 group, respectively, after age, gender, duration of diabetes, BMI, smoking, drinking, HbA1c, FPG, medication, ALT, AST and fatty liver were adjusted. Moreover, the OR for dyslipidemia was much lower in Q4 man subjects with age<55 years , HbA1c ≥ 6.5%, BMI<25 kg/m(2), and with no fatty liver., Conclusion: DBil in normal range was closely associated with lipid profile in type 2 diabetes. It might play a protective effect in dyslipidemia.

The biogeochemical behavior of arsenic in the aquatic environment has already captured the attentions of scientists due to its complex forms and toxicity. Four cruises were carried out in April, August, October 2011 and January 2012 in the Sanggou Bay. The concentrations of total dissolved inorganic arsenic (TDIAs, TDIAs = [ As(5+] + [As(3+)]) and arsenite (As(3+)) were measured by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry (HG-AFS). The concentrations of TDIAs ranged from 3.4-12.4 nmol x L(-1) in April, 8.9-16.9 nmol x L(-1) in August, 14.7-21.3 nmol x L(-1) in October and 13.8-21.9 nmol x L(-1) in January. The concentrations of arsenite ranged from 0.3-2.1 nmol x L(-1), 0.4-3.8 nmol x L(-1), 1.8-4.0 nmol x L(-1) and 0.3-2.9 nmol x L(-1) during four cruises, respectively. The concentrations of TDIAs in spring and summer were lower than those in autumn and winter, and high values of TDIAs appeared in the bay-mouth and the coastal estuary. The concentrations of arsenite in spring and winter were lower than those in summer and autumn. The maximum As(3+)/TDIAs ratios appeared in summer. The mean value of TDIAs in the Sanggou Bay was (13.9 +/- 4.7) nmol x L(-1), which was lower than the national primary drinking in water Standards from USEPA and met the first grade water quality based on the environmental quality standards for surface water of China. It indicates that there is no obvious anthropogenic pollution. The concentrations of TDIAs in the Sanggou Bay were lower than those in the Ailian Bay and the Lidao Bay in spring and summer due to the different hydrological environments and terrestrial inputs. Riverine input, incursion of Yellow Sea and biological activities were the three main factors impacting the distribution of TDIAs in the Sanggou Bay, and the influence of aquaculture activities was particularly significant. The enrichment of arsenic by aquaculture may lead to potential ecological crisis and food safety problems, and need to be paid more attentions to ensure the sustainable development of aquaculture in the Sanggou Bay.

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with different gender who diagnosed as differentiated thyroid cancers (DTC)., Methods: A cohort of patients with DTC underwent surgery in Chinese PLA General Hospital from October 2001 to may 2011 was retrospectively studied., Results: (1) A total of 1 756 patients with DTC were enrolled in the study and a marked female preponderance was found with the female/male ratio of 2.32: 1. The peak incidence was 35-45 years old in both genders.Higher prevalence of DTC was observed in the male patients with a single nodule than in the males with multinodulars (36.42% vs 28.90%, P < 0.01), while no statistical difference was found in the female patients (33.60% vs 31.77%, P > 0.05). (2) Ultrasound examination revealed that, the female DTC patients with microcalcification thyroid nodules were more than the male patients (69.26% vs 62.62%, P < 0.05), while less in female patients with undefined boundary thyroid nodules (57.79% vs 72.01%, P < 0.01). The tumor size was shown to be smaller in the women than in the men [(1.6 ± 1.3) cm vs (1.8 ± 1.5) cm, P < 0.01]. (3) Higher rates of III/IV TNM Stage, lymph node metastasis and extrathyroidal invasion were found in the men than in the women (21.74% vs 14.51%, P < 0.01, 33.27% vs 23.80%, P < 0.01 and 10.59% vs 7.17%, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: There is significant gender-related difference of clinical characteristics in the patients with DTC.

Objective: To summarize the characteristics of etiological distribution of adrenal incidentaloma during the past 20 years., Methods: All the relevant data of adrenal incidentaloma patients admitted into Chinese PLA General Hospital between January 1993 and January 2013 were collected. Their gender ratio, visiting ages and final diagnoses were retrospectively analyzed., Results: There were 1 173 patients were collected, of which, 629 (53.62%) males and 544 (46.38%) females with a mean age of (50.84 ± 12.13) years. There were 669 (57.03%) hypertensive cases and 622 cases undergone adrenalectomy. Routine medical checkup and abdominal discomfort led to the discovery of adrenal incidentalomas. As to the etiologies, there were non-functional tumors (n = 809, 68.97%), pheochromocytoma (n = 137, 11.68%), primary aldosteronism (n = 84, 7.16%) and adrenal Cushing syndrome (n = 65, 5.54%). The proportions of adrenal cortical carcinomas and metastases were 1.70% (n = 20) and 1.36% (n = 16) respectively. Compared with normotension group, the proportion of non-functional lesions in hypertension group was significant lower (73.81% vs 65.32%, P < 0.05) while the proportions of primary aldosteronism and adrenal Cushing syndrome were higher (11.96% vs 0.79%, 5.83% vs 5.18%, both P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Adrenal incidentaloma patients with concurrent hypertension is quite common. In respect of etiologies, non-functional tumor is the most common and followed by pheochromocytoma and primary aldosteronism Cushing syndrome.

Objective: To explore the imaging features of congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia (CAH)., Methods: A total of 45 patients clinically confirmed as CAH were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the imaging features and strengthening way of the multi-detector-row Computed tomography., Results: The imaging features of all the cases presented as following: 25 with bilateral adrenal hyperplasia, 6 with unilateral adrenal hyperplasia, 6 with adrenal nodular hyperplasia, 2 with adrenal hyperplasia and unilateral solid cystic lesion, 2 with adrenal hyperplasia and double side real cystic lesion, 1 with adrenal hyperplasia and unilateral cystic changes and 3 with normal adrenal. The unilateral or bilateral hyperplasia adrenal could be homogeneously enhanced, while the enhanced performance of other cases was inequitable., Conclusions: The adrenal imaging features of CAH by multi-detector-row CT are variable, with the bilateral adrenal hyperplasia as the main form, which could be restored to normal morphology after hormone replacement therapy.No regression of the tumor size is observed in cases with adrenal mass. CT scanning combined with clinical manifestation and biochemical examination could facilitate the diagnosis of CAH.

Objective: To evaluate in vitro effect of abnormal savda munziq (ASMq) on the proliferation and apoptosis of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts (HSFs)., Methods: HSFs were divided into six groups to receive different treatments as group A (blank control group), group B-E (ASMq in different concentration), and group F(5-Fu). Each group contains six specimens. The HSFs were cultured in vitro. After culture for 48 hours, the CCK8 test and flow cytometry methods were used to detect the proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis., Results: The proliferation of HSFs in the B, C, D and E groups was inhibited at G2/M period, while it was inhibited at G0/S period in group F (P < 0.05). The inhibition effect of ASMq (0.1-1.0 mg/ml) on the fibroblasts enhanced in a concentration-dependent manner. Flow cytometry analysis with annexin V-FITC and PI staining confirmed the apoptotic. When HSFs were exposed to ASMq at 1.0 mg/ml (group E) for 48 h, the percentage of apoptotic cells increased to (43.7 +/- 2.58)%, which was significantly higher than that of blank control group (2.2 +/- 0.59)%. The induced apoptosis effect was also increased in a concentration-dependent manner., Conclusion: ASMq has a inhibitory effect on the proliferation and an enhancement effect on the apoptosis of fibroblast. ASMq could be used as an effective drug for treatment of hypertrophic scar.

Heterogeneous nascent particles were observed in a pilot product of polypropylene in-reactor alloy, which was polymerized by Ziegler-Natta/Metallocene hybrid catalyst using Spheripol technology. Most of the particles in the product are translucent, and opaque particles were observed as well. The differences in morphology, composition, chain structure, thermal properties and mechanical properties between these two kinds of particles were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), polarized optical microscopy (POM), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) techniques. The results of FTIR, NMR and SEM indicate that different morphology of these two different particles is caused by different content of ethylene-propylene copolymers. The results of DSC and POM showed that the translucent particles has higher crystallization rate than opaque particles due to the presence of ethylene-propylene copolymers. The mechanical properties results showed that the impact resistance property of opaque particles is obviously lower than that of translucent particles, while its tensile strength and bending modulus are much higher than that of translucent particles. Based on the process of Spheripol technology, a preliminary explanation for the formation of different nascent PP in-reactor alloy particles is proposed.

Impact polypropylene copolymers (IPC) are in-situ blends of polypropylene homopolymer and ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymers formed in the reactor, which is a multiphasic complex material with isotactic polypropylene (iPP) as a matrix in which poly(ethylene-alpha-olefin) elastomeric copolymer is finely dispersed, and ethylene-alpha-olefin random copolymer (EPR) acts as an elastomer to improve the impact resistance properties of iPP at room temperature and low temperature. In the present, the content of xylene soluble is used to evaluate the content of EPR rubber phase in IPC. The content, the chain structure, and glass transition temperature (T(g)) of EPR rubber are critical to the toughness of IPC. In the present report, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were utilized to study the comonomer content, chain structure and thermal property of xylene soluble of two IPC prepared by different catalysts. The results indicated that there are small amount of ethylene-propylene segmented copolymers containing short methylene sequence that is crystallizable in the xylene soluble in addition to the ethylene-propylene random copolymers. And the sequence length of crystallizable methylene group of ethylene-propylene segmented copolymers in these two kinds of xylene soluble is different. The random distribution degree of ethylene and propylene monomer in the ethylene-propylene copolymers in these two kinds of xylene soluble is similar. The xylene soluble with lower content of PPP sequence and higher content of ethylene monomer has lower T(g), which will benefit the improvement of impact resistance property of polypropylene.
