Compared with the global average, the incidence rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in China is higher, particularly in the southern regions where the mortality rate has remained persistently high. Nimotuzumab, a targeted therapy that acts on the epidermal growth factor receptor, has prompted continuous progress in NPC treatment. The combination of nimotuzumab with traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy can enhance treatment efficacy, reduce adverse reactions, and improve patients’ quality of life. This article summarizes current research findings from this perspective to provide diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for NPC treatment.

Brown millet and millet bran are rich in nutrients. After stabilization treatment, they are easy to store and transport. However, it is difficult for them to be accepted as food ingredients by consumers due to their poor texture and taste. Micronization can alter chemical and functional properties of materials, potentially improving quality of brown millet and millet bran, as well as their taste. This study investigated the effects of micronization on morphology attributes (particle size distribution, microstructure and color), functional attributes (oil binding capacity, water binding capacity, water solubility index, swelling capacity and bulk density), and digestion and release of free polyphenols and flavonoids in fresh and radio frequency (RF) stabilized brown millet and millet bran. The results showed that micronization treatment effectively reduced particle size of the samples, increased particle surface area, significantly improved powder color, and affected their microstructure. Micronization treatment also increased bulk density of brown millet and millet bran. When the particle size was reduced to pass through a 150-mesh sieve, the bulk density of fresh and RF stabilized brown millet and millet bran increased by 13.68%, 38.77% and 22.50%, 25.33%, respectively. Micronization reduced oil binding capacity and water binding capacity of the samples, and both indicators continuously decreased with the decline of particle size. Micronization also improved the release of antioxidant substances (free polyphenols and free flavonoids) from brown millet and millet bran. When digestion for 120 min, the release of free flavonoids in intestine of 150-mesh fresh brown millet powder increased by 70.89% compared with 50-mesh powder, and the release of free polyphenols in stomach increased by 12.22%. This study indicates that micronization can improve functional and nutritional attributes of brown millet and millet bran, offering valuable reference and guidance for the development of micronized raw materials from brown millet and millet bran.

Objective The study aims to explore the technical methods for safe and effective construction of shallow-buried concealed rectangular large-section tunnels in urban soft soil stratum, so as to achieve safety control of the construction process. Method Taking a subway section tunnel project as example, the 4-guiding hole excavation and the 6-guiding hole with middle-guiding hole leading excavation two schemes are proposed. A three-dimensional numerical simulation model is established using finite difference software, to simulate the tunnel construction process and analyze the vertical displacement of the stratum and the changes in the initial support internal force during the tunnel construction process in detail. By analyzing and comparing with the on-site monitoring data, the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are verified. Result & Conclusion During the guiding hole excavation phase, the vertical stratum displacement at the top and bottom of the tunnel is most significant, and the excavation of the adjacent guiding hole has limited influence on the displacement. Using the 6-guiding hole excavation scheme, the maximum displacement value at the bottom is significantly reduced by 21.5% compared with the 4-guiding hole excavation scheme. At the same time, the vertical displacement rate at the bottom is also reduced by 6.1% during the construction process. In particular, during the construction of the middle guiding hole, the change rate of the vertical stratum displacement is about 1.2 times of that of the side guiding hole, indicating that the middle guiding hole has a more significant impact on the stratum. The 6-guiding hole excavation scheme is more effective in controlling stratum deformation and structural stress during construction, especially during the construction stage of the middle guiding hole, thus requiring special attention and strengthened monitoring and support measures.

ObjectiveIt is vital to detect and track ships during coastal monitoring and ship navigation over long distances in complex circumstances. However, due to their small size and unclear features, they can be readily confused with shorelines, noise, and rocks, making them sometimes difficult to spot immediately. To address this issue, a novel ship detection method called ShipDet is proposed which significantly improves performance through the design of a dedicated backbone network, improved feature extraction process, and constrained microscopic detection heads. MethodFirst, this method constructs a feature fusion and extraction network that is highly sensitive to small objects by integrating the Swin Transformer module (STR) with the classic CSPDarknet53 network. This enhances the correlation between small target features and the environment, establishing associations between ships and waterways, ships and other ships, and ships and coastlines, while suppressing irrelevant information. Subsequently, considering the uneven distribution and minor scale variations of ship targets in the dataset, two detection layers are retained to reduce model parameters and further enhance model performance. Moreover, the method employs the SCYLLA-IoU (SIoU) loss function to constrain the detection heads, thereby reducing regression freedom and improving detection accuracy and robustness. ResultsTo validate the proposed method, a dataset called 2023ships is established which consists of up to 9 000 samples covering various scenarios such as inland rivers, coastal areas, daytime, nighttime, and foggy weather. During testing, the proposed method demonstrates superior overall ship detection performance compared to other algorithms, with a mAP of 92.9%, a precision rate of 92.1%, and a parameter size of 35 366 310. ConclusionThe proposed method can greatly benefit the fields of maritime monitoring and intelligent navigation.

ObjectiveTo analyze the host factors affecting the drug resistance of Helicobacter pylori (Hp).MethodsPatients with Hp infection were consecutively recruited in the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from November 2021 to October 2023. Endoscopic biopsy specimens were collected for pathological diagnosis, Hp strain culture and antimicrobial susceptibility test. Nineteen factors involving the basic information, lifestyle, dietary habits, and health status of the patients were collected through electronic medical records and questionnaires. Logistic regression was used to evaluate the association between the patients' factors and drug resistance to clarithromycin, levofloxacin, amoxicillin, furazolidone, tetracycline and metronidazole.ResultsA total of 115 patients (Hp strain 115) with Hp infection who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled. There were 53 males (46.09%) and 62 females (53.91%), with an average age of (45.16±13.39) years. Gastroscopic pathology showed 86 cases (74.78%) of superficial gastritis, 6 cases (5.22%) of atrophic gastritis, 14 cases (12.17%) of intestinal metaplasia, 6 cases (5.22%) of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, and 3 cases (2.61%) of high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia/gastric cancer. The drug resistance rates of Hp strains to metronidazole, levofloxacin and clarithromycin were 91.30% (105/115), 53.04% (61/115) and 51.30% (59/115), respectively. Resistance to amoxicillin, furazolidone and tetracycline was not found. Dual drug resistance: levofloxacin + metronidazole dual resistance rate was 50.43% (58/115), clarithromycin + metronidazole dual resistance rate was 47.83% (55/115), clarithromycin + levofloxacin dual resistance rate was 36.52% (42/115). Multidrug resistance: clarithromycin + levofloxacin + metronidazole triple resistance rate was 34.78% (40/115). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that (metronidazole was not included in the multivariate analysis due to the absence of sensitive strains), previous Hp eradication history (OR=74.782, 95% CI: 10.377-538.886, P < 0.001) and tap water (OR=4.919, 95% CI: 1.160-20.859, P=0.031) increased the risk of clarithromycin resistance, and age ≥50 years increased the risk of levofloxacin resistance (OR=4.261, 95% CI: 1.420-12.785, P=0.010), previous Hp eradication history (OR=5.855, 95% CI: 2.209-15.517, P < 0.001), 40-59 years old (OR= 3.269, 95% CI: 1.254-8.520, P=0.015) increased the risk of dual resistance to clarithromycin and levofloxacin.ConclusionsThe drug resistance rate of Hp strains isolated from patients in the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University to metronidazole, levofloxacin and clarithromycin were high, and dual drug resistance and multidrug resistance were prominent. Age, previous Hp eradication history and drinking water source may be associated with single or dual drug resistance to clarithromycin and levofloxacin. Comprehensive consideration, reasonable selection of antibiotics and individualized treatment should be taken into account during Hp eradication.

Objective To analyze the genome-wide profiles of H3K9 crotonylation (H3K9cr) in mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) in normal or deficient folic acid (FA) by chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) in order to observe the genome-wide changes in H3K9cr status and the regulated pathway genes under FA deficiency condition. Methods The mESCs were divided into normal FA group (4 mg/L, FA4) and FA deficient group (0 mg/L, FA0). Western blotting and immunohistochemical (IHC) assay were used to detect the protein level of H3K9cr in the FA deficient mESCs and the embryonic brain tissues of neural tube defects (NTDs) mice, respectively. ChIP-seq technology was carried out for sequence identification of the obtained specific binding DNA fragments. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were analyzed and visualized by gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathways, with the aim of analyzing the whole genome of mESCs with FA deficiency and validating the regulated genes. Results Overall H3K9cr level was significantly lower in the FA deficient mESCs and the embryonic brain tissues of NTDs mice than in the corresponding normal FA mESCs and mice (P < 0.05). Neurodevelopmental-related genes such as Bdnf, Pax6, and App were down-regulated in the FA deficient mESCs (P < 0.05). The KEGG pathway analysis indicated that the DEGs were concentrated in axon-guiding, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, glutaminergic synapses and other nervous system-related pathways. Conclusion FA deficiency in embryonic stem cells participates in the regulation of neurodevelopmental genes through modification of H3K9cr, suggesting that the modification of histone crotonylation may be involved in neurodevelopmental diseases induced by FA deficiency.

Rice bran, a byproduct of rice processing, holds great nutritional value. However, its application in the food industry is greatly restricted due to its high susceptibility to rancidity and spoilage during storage. Currently, it is primarily used as animal feed with low added value. The presence of lipase and lipoxygenase is the major cause of rapid rancidity of rice bran, and other factors such as water activity, microorganisms and phenolic substances also affect the rancidity reaction. Stabilization treatment of rice bran is a key prerequisite to achieving high-value utilization of the product. This paper provides an overview of the rancidity mechanism of rice bran, the common methods for stabilizing rice bran and their impact on its quality and nutritional characteristics, with a view to providing guidance and reference for the research and development of rice bran as a food-grade raw material.

Objective To understand parents' preferences and willingness to pay for human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine for female students of secondary school, so as to provide a decision-making basis for policymakers and vaccine authorities.Methods A combination of simple random sampling and convenience sampling was used to conduct a discrete selection experimental questionnaire survey of 200 parients of secondary female students in Urumqi city in June 2022. In network service systems, the occurrence of anomaly events often leads to a large number of alarm events in the system, forming alarm storms. Operators need to spend a lot of time and effort searching for key information and identifying the root cause of anomaly events from these alarm data. In order to reduce the number of alarms that operators needed to handle, as well as automatically extracted the root alarms in the alarm storm, a method for generating an alarm causality graph based on the analysis of the propagation mode of network service alarms was proposed , and applied to extract key information of the alarm storm when anomaly events occurred. Real datasets of an operator's online network management system were used in experiments to verify the effect of building the alarm causal graph in extracting the alarm storm abstract. A real-world case was used to analyze the physical significance of this method. The results show that the recall rate of extracting alarm storm summary can reach 96% and the vast majority of key information is retained by using the method of alarm causality graph generation. In addition, the compression rate of alarms using this method can reach 66.5% for alarm codes that are difficult to compress.

The fissure morphology has an important influence on rock mechanical properties and crack propagation behavior. A series of uniaxial compression tests were carried out on the intact granite samples and granite samples with different prefabricated fissure dip angles (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°). Simultaneously, the rock failure process was monitored and recorded by acoustic emission (AE) and high-definition camera, respectively. As the fissure dip angle increases, the test results indicate that the crack initiation angle of rock decreases gradually; the peck strength, crack initiation stress, and peak strain of all the fractured rocks are increased gradually. The elastic modulus of rock increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of fracture dip angle. The initial compaction section and linear elastic section of the rock stress-strain relationship curve correspond to the quiet period of acoustic emission. The acoustic emission enters the development period after the load exceeds the crack initiation stress. When the load approaches the peak strength, the acoustic emission is in the peak period until the rock failure completely. The lager the fracture dip angle, the longer the peak duration period of acoustic emission and the more in quantity of the cumulative ringing count. A good linear relationship is presented between fracture rock peak strength and cumulative ringing count, and the influence of crack shape on rock strength damage is quantified. With the increase of fissure dip angle, the fracture mode of rock gradually transitions from shear fracture to tensile fracture. According to the relationship curves between rock axial stress and cumulative AE impact number, combined with the calculation method of rock initiation stress, It found that the calculated value is slightly larger than the camera observation value with the error range of 1.7% ~ 6.9%, indicating that the calculation method of rock crack initiation stress is reasonable. This study provides basic information for investigating the engineering properties and failure mode of fracture rock.

Objective To explore the role and molecular mechanism of Lnc-BM in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer (GC). Methods GC tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues of 36 GC patients were collected, and the expression of Lnc-BM was detected by RT-qPCR. Colony formation and CCK-8 assays were used to investigate the proliferation of GC cells. The migration and invasion properties of GC cells were investigated via Transwell assay. RNA pull-down assay was applied to confirm the interaction between FASTK and Lnc-BM. Western blot assay was used to detect FASTK protein level in Lnc-BM overexpressing or knockdown cells. Mitochondrial respiratory capacity and the related proteins expression levels were detected by Seahorse and Western blot assays, respectively. Lnc-BM stably overexpressing GC cells were constructed and then injected subcutaneously into nude mice. The tumor growth was observed. Results Lnc-BM was highly expressed in GC tissues compared with their paired adjacent normal tissues. Lnc-BM overexpression significantly promoted GC cells proliferation migration and invasion, while Lnc-BM knockdown inhibited GC cells proliferation, migration and invasion (P < 0.05). RNA pull-down experiment demonstrated that Lnc-BM can directly bind to FASTK. Western blot results indicated that overexpression of Lnc-BM increased the protein levels of FASTK, while knockdown of Lnc-BM inhibited the expression of FASTK (P < 0.05). Compared to the control group, overexpression of Lnc-BM increased the levels of mitochondria associated proteins, such as MT-ND6 and TOM20 (P < 0.05). Seahorse results indicated that overexpression of Lnc-BM enhanced mitochondrial respiratory capacity (P < 0.05). Knocking down FASTK in Lnc-BM stably overexpressing cells can reverse the increase in mitochondrial respiratory capacity caused by Lnc-BM overexpression (P < 0.05). In vivo, the results of subcutaneously implanted tumor model in nude mouse showed that Lnc-BM overexpression promoted the tumor growth (P < 0.05). Conclusion Lnc-BM promotes GC progression by regulating mitochondrial respiratory function through the FASTK/MT-ND6 axis.

This experiment established a relative quantitative detection method for bovine derived components in milk powder based on Real time PCR. The specificity, sensitivity, and stability of cattle-specific primers and probes were tested. By simulating mixed samples of cow’s milk powder and horse’s milk powder with different concentrations, linear fitting was performed based on the functional relationship of their △Ct values, and a standard curve was drawn to establish a relative quantitative detection of bovine derived components in milk powder. The results showed that the minimum detection limit of this method was 0.000 01 mg/mL. The recovery rate was 91.11%~119.2%, with an inter group coefficient of variation of ≤0.58% and an intra group coefficient of variation of ≤1.44%. This method is suitable for detecting the adulteration of bovine derived components and content in milk powder in terms of specificity and stability.

ObjectiveIn recent years, there has been a steady increase in the occurrence and fatality rates of shrimp diseases, causing substantial impacts in shrimp aquaculture. These diseases are marked by their swift onset, high infectivity, complex control requirements, and elevated mortality rates. With the continuous growth of shrimp factory farming, traditional manual detection approaches are no longer able to keep pace with the current requirements. Hence, there is an urgent necessity for an automated solution to identify shrimp diseases. The main goal of this research is to create a cost-effective inspection method using computer vision that achieves a harmonious balance between cost efficiency and detection accuracy. The improved YOLOv8 (You Only Look Once) network and multiple features were employed to detect shrimp diseases.MethodsTo address the issue of surface foam interference, the improved YOLOv8 network was applied to detect and extract surface shrimps as the primary focus of the image. This target detection approach accurately recognizes objects of interest in the image, determining their category and location, with extraction results surpassing those of threshold segmentation. Taking into account the cost limitations of platform computing power in practical production settings, the network was optimized by reducing parameters and computations, thereby improving detection speed and deployment efficiency. Additionally, the Farnberck optical flow method and gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) were employed to capture the movement and image texture features of shrimp video clips. A dataset was created using these extracted multiple feature parameters, and a Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier was trained to categorize the multiple feature parameters in video clips, facilitating the detection of shrimp health.Results and DiscussionsThe improved YOLOv8 in this study effectively enhanced detection accuracy without increasing the number of parameters and flops. According to the results of the ablation experiment, replacing the backbone network with FasterNet lightweight backbone network significantly reduces the number of parameters and computation, albeit at the cost of decreased accuracy. However, after integrating the efficient multi-scale attention (EMA) on the neck, the mAP0.5 increased by 0.3% compared to YOLOv8s, while mAP0.95 only decreased by 2.1%. Furthermore, the parameter count decreased by 45%, and FLOPs decreased by 42%. The improved YOLOv8 exhibits remarkable performance, ranking second only to YOLOv7 in terms of mAP0.5 and mAP0.95, with respective reductions of 0.4% and 0.6%. Additionally, it possesses a significantly reduced parameter count and FLOPS compared to YOLOv7, matching those of YOLOv5. Despite the YOLOv7-Tiny and YOLOv8-VanillaNet models boasting lower parameters and Flops, their accuracy lags behind that of the improved YOLOv8. The mAP0.5 and mAP0.95 of YOLOv7-Tiny and YOLOv8-VanillaNet are 22.4%, 36.2%, 2.3%, and 4.7% lower than that of the improved YOLOv8, respectively. Using a support vector machine (SVM) trained on a comprehensive dataset incorporating multiple feature, the classifier achieved an impressive accuracy rate of 97.625%. The 150 normal fragments and the 150 diseased fragments were randomly selected as test samples. The classifier exhibited a detection accuracy of 89% on this dataset of the 300 samples. This result indicates that the combination of features extracted using the Farnberck optical flow method and GLCM can effectively capture the distinguishing dynamics of movement speed and direction between infected and healthy shrimp. In this research, the majority of errors stem from the incorrect recognition of diseased segments as normal segments, accounting for 88.2% of the total error. These errors can be categorized into three main types: 1) The first type occurs when floating foam obstructs the water surface, resulting in a small number of shrimp being extracted from the image. 2) The second type is attributed to changes in water movement. In this study, nanotubes were used for oxygenation, leading to the generation of sprays on the water surface, which affected the movement of shrimp. 3) The third type of error is linked to video quality. When the video's pixel count is low, the difference in optical flow between diseased shrimp and normal shrimp becomes relatively small. Therefore, it is advisable to adjust the collection area based on the actual production environment and enhance video quality.ConclusionsThe multiple features introduced in this study effectively capture the movement of shrimp, and can be employed for disease detection. The improved YOLOv8 is particularly well-suited for platforms with limited computational resources and is feasible for deployment in actual production settings. However, the experiment was conducted in a factory farming environment, limiting the applicability of the method to other farming environments. Overall, this method only requires consumer-grade cameras as image acquisition equipment and has lower requirements on the detection platform, and can provide a theoretical basis and methodological support for the future application of aquatic disease detection methods.

Sweat contains many physiological information about the body, such as electrolytes, metabolites, hormones, temperature, etc. Sweat-based wearable sensors enable real-time, continuous, non-invasive monitoring of multimodal bio-metrics at the molecular level, and are widely studied for their significant potential in areas such as motion sensing, disease prevention, and health management. This paper described the five modules of substrate, sweat collection, sensing, power supply and decision making in the integrated structure of wearable sweat sensors, highlighted the excellent performance and applications of nanostructures (such as metal-based and carbon-based materials) in electrochemical sensing sensitive materials, and finally discussed the challenges of wearable sweat sensors in terms of trace sweat collection and variability of physicochemical variables in multi-parameter sensing, meanwhile, future directions of wearable sweat sensing are proposed for two key problems of sweat collection and real-time calibration, including bionic microfluidics and multi-parameter feedback regulation methods to achieve efficient collection and accurate detection of microscopic sweat, promote the application and development of real-time early warning of sweat sensing for chronic major diseases.

Background and objective Lung cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common pathological subtype, with adenocarcinoma being the predominant type. FAT atypical cadherin 1 (FAT1) is a receptor-like protein with a high frequency of mutations in lung adenocarcinoma. The protein encoded by FAT1 plays a crucial role in processes such as cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. This study aims to investigate the expression of FAT1 in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with immune infiltration. Methods Gene expression levels and relevant clinical information of 513 lung adenocarcinoma samples and 397 adjacent lung samples were obtained through The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) data. The mRNA expression levels of the FAT1 gene in lung adenocarcinoma tissues were analyzed, along with its association with the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Pathway enrichment analysis was conducted to explore the signaling pathways regulated by the FAT1 gene. Immunoblotting was used to detect the differential expression of FAT1 in lung epithelial cells and various lung cancer cell lines, while immunohistochemistry was employed to assess FAT1 expression in lung cancer and adjacent tissues. Results FAT1 gene mutations were identified in 14% of lung adenocarcinoma patients. TCGA database data revealed significantly higher FAT1 mRNA expression in lung adenocarcinoma tissues compared to adjacent lung tissues. Kaplan-Meier analysis indicated lower survival rates in lung adenocarcinoma patients with higher FAT gene expression. Pathway enrichment analysis suggested the involvement of FAT1 in tumor development pathways, and its expression was closely associated with immune cell infiltration. Immunohistochemical validation demonstrated significantly higher expression of FAT1 in cancer tissues compared to adjacent lung tissues. Conclusion FAT1 mRNA is highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, and elevated FAT1 mRNA expression is associated with poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma patients. FAT1 may serve as a potential biomarker for lung cancer.

Background and objective Transcription factor (TF) can bind specific sequences that either promotes or represses the transcription of target genes, and exerts important effects on tumorigenesis, migration, invasion. Staphylococcal nuclease-containing structural domain 1 (SND1), which is a transcriptional co-activator, is considered as a promising target for tumor therapy. However, its role in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) remains unclear. This study aims to explore the role of SND1 in LUAD. Methods Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), and Human Protein Atlas (HPA) database was obtained to explore the association between SND1 and the prognosis, as well as the immune cell infiltration, and subcellular localization in LUAD tissues. Furthermore, the functional role of SND1 in LUAD was verified in vitro. EdU assay, CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry, scratch assay, Transwell assay and Western blot were performed. Results SND1 was found to be upregulated and high expression of SND1 is correlated with poor prognosis of LUAD patients. In addition, SND1 was predominantly present in the cytoplasm of LUAD cells. Enrichment analysis showed that SND1 was closely associated with the cell cycle, as well as DNA replication, and chromosome segregation. Immune infiltration analysis showed that SND1 was closely associated with various immune cell populations, including T cells, B cells, cytotoxic cells and dendritic cells. In vitro studies demonstrated that silencing of SND1 inhibited cell proliferation, invasion and migration of LUAD cells. Besides, cell cycle was blocked at G1 phase by down-regulating SND1. Conclusion SND1 might be an important prognostic biomarker of LUAD and may promote LUAD cells proliferation and migration.

In order to improve the interfacial wettability and adhesiveness between matrix and filler in the preparation process of azide-polyether based solid propellant and the processing property of the slurry, the effects of the kind of bonding agents and plasticizers and the ratio of plasticizers on the binding energy of 3, 3-diazide methyl epoxy butane and tetrahydrofuran copolymer (PBT) based matrix and ammonium perchlorate (AP) were calculated by using molecular dynamics calculation method. Three main crystal planes (011)/(201)/(210) of AP were considered. The results show that the rational plasticizers, plasticizer ratios and bonding agents can effectively improve the interface wetting characteristics of ammonium perchlorate and azide-polyether based solid propellants.The binding energy between ammonium perchlorate and PBT matrix system was the highest when dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is used as plasticizer, BUNE is used as bonding agent, and the plasticizer ratio is 0.6. The experimental results of contact angle were used to verify the calculation results. The main factors affecting the characteristics of the interfacial wettability between ammonium perchlorate and azide-polyether in solid propellant slurry were obtained, providing a guidance for improving the interface wettability and adhesiveness, and also the processing property of propellants.

Raw almonds are rich in aldehydes, alcohols and other odorants contributing to fresh fruity and hay-like aromas. The flavor of almonds can change significantly due to various chemical reactions during thermal processing and storage, which can greatly affect its flavor quality. In this context, this review summarizes the major aroma compounds in raw almonds and the major aroma compounds formed by the Maillard reaction, the oxidation of fatty acids, and the degradation of amino acids and soluble sugars in roasted almonds, and it compares the effects of different thermal processing methods and conditions on the aroma compounds and aroma properties of almonds. In addition, this review summarizes the changes of the major aroma compounds and off-odor compounds in almonds during storage and the rational storage methods and conditions. Finally, possible future directions for research on almonds and other nuts are outlined. This review could provide a theoretical basis and reference for flavor quality control of almonds and other nuts during thermal processing and storage.

Foods contain a variety of macromolecules such as proteins as well as trace flavor compounds and the binding effect between aroma compounds and the protein matrix has an important impact on the release and perception of the overall flavor of foods. In this paper, we systematically review the mechanism, determination methods, mathematical models and influential factors of the binding effect between proteins and aroma compounds, and summarize the binding interactions between proteins and aroma compounds including non-covalent bonding, covalent bonding and mass transfer effect, and presents a systematic comparison of the application of multispectral techniques such as fluorescence, circular dichroism and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to the investigation of the protein-aroma compound binding effect. Moreover, we summarize several common theoretical models and emerging molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation methods available for research on the binding interactions between proteins and aroma compounds, and review the influential factors of the release and retention of aroma compounds bound to the protein matrix from three perspectives: protein, aroma compounds and food ingredients. Furthermore, we discuss the major problems existing in the current research and put forward some suggestions for future research directions in order to provide a scientific basis and reference for the controllable release of aroma compounds bound to proteins in foods.

ObjectiveJUNCAO, a perennial herbaceous plant that can be used as medium for cultivating edible and medicinal fungi. It has important value for promotion, but the problem of overwintering needs to be overcome when planting in the temperate zone. Low-temperature stress can adversely impact the growth of JUNCAO plants. Malondialdehyde (MDA) is a degradation product of polyunsaturated fatty acid peroxides, which can serve as a useful diagnostic indicator for studying plant growth dynamics. Because the more severe the damage caused by low temperature stress on plants, the higher their MDA content. Therefore, the detection of MDA content can provide instruct for low-temperature stress diagnosis and JUNCAO plants breeding. With the development of optical sensors and machine learning technologies, visible/near-infrared spectroscopy technology combined with algorithmic models has great potential in rapid, non-destructive and high-throughput inversion of MDA content and evaluation of JUNCAO growth dynamics.MethodsIn this research, six varieties of JUNCAO plants were selected as experimental subjects. They were divided into a control group planted at ambient temperature (28°C) and a stress group planted at low temperature (4°C). The hyperspectral reflectances of JUNCAO seedling leaves during the seedling stage were collected using an ASD spectroradiomete and a near-infrared spectrometer, and then the leaf physiological indicators were measured to obtain leaf MDA content. Machine learning methods were used to establish the MDA content inversion models based on the collected spectral reflectance data. To enhance the prediction accuracy of the model, an improved one-dimensional deep convolutional generative adversarial network (DCAGN ) was proposed to increase the sample size of the training set. Firstly, the original samples were divided into a training set (96 samples) and a prediction set (48 samples) using the Kennard stone (KS) algorithm at a ratio of 2:1. Secondly, the 96 training set samples were generated through the DCGAN model, resulting in a total of 384 pseudo samples that were 4 times larger than the training set. The pseudo samples were randomly shuffled and sequentially added to the training set to form an enhanced modeling set. Finally, the MDA quantitative detection models were established based on random forest (RF), partial least squares regression (PLSR), and convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithms. By comparing the prediction accuracies of the three models after increasing the sample size of the training set, the best MDA regression detection model of JUNCAO was obtained.Results and Discussions(1) The MDA content of the six varieties of JUNCAO plants ranged from 12.1988 to 36.7918 nmol/g. The difference in the volatile flavors of five different Chinese acid-curd cheeses including milk fan, milk cake, Qula (yak milk cheese), Hurood cheese and milk knot was analyzed by sensory evaluation, gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results of sensory evaluation showed that the five cheeses had a significant difference in flavor. Among them, dairy fan, with strong milky, fruity and bread-like aromas, had the best overall aroma performance and the highest preference score. The combination of GC-IMS and GC-MS expanded the detection range of volatile flavor compounds, and could more comprehensively reflect the volatile compounds in different Chinese acid-curd cheeses. The sensory evaluation results were verified by GC-IMS analysis. All five samples had their own characteristic peak areas, and the characteristic peak areas of dairy fan and Qula were significantly larger than those of the other samples. GC-MS analysis showed that the proportion of acids in dairy fan, Hurood cheese and Qula was the highest, the proportion of esters in milk cake was the highest, and the proportion of alcohols in milk knot was the highest. The calculation of odor activity value (OAV) combined with the results of principal component analysis (PCA) showed that ethanol, ethyl butyrate, ethyl caproate, 2-heptanone and δ-caprylactone were the major contributors to the flavor of dairy fan. Phenethyl formate, phenethyl acetate, caprylic acid, lauric acid and n-decanoic acid were the major contributors to the flavor of Qula. Dodecyl aldehyde was identified as the characteristic flavor compound of dairy cake. Partial least squares analysis (PLSA) revealed the correlation between aroma properties and volatile flavor compounds. Dairy fan has the potential to be developed and promoted in China because of its excellent flavor and consumer preference.

Objective To study the expression levels of IL-1β and IL-10 in the serum of patients with herpes zoster and their correlation with the visual analog score (VAS), and to observe the efficacy of Dancao Huoxue prescription for herpes zoster neuralgia and its impact on inflammatory response. Methods Thirty patients with herpes zoster were treated with both Dancao Huoxue prescription and penciclovir while 30 patients treated with penciclovir alone served as controls. Both effective rates and VAS were compared between these two groups. Serum levels of IL-1β and IL-10 were compared between 60 patients with herpes zoster and 40 normal controls. Correlations of IL-1β and IL-10 with VAS were also analyzed. Polymer ionic gel is a new type of gel system composed of ionic liquid (IL) and polymer matrix, which has excellent extensibility, high conductivity and good stability. It has broad application space in the field of flexible electronic products, and has attracted the attention of researchers at home and abroad. Based on the investigation of the research progress in related fields in recent years, the matrix classification of polymer ionic gel materials was summarized, the modification methods of conductive hydrogels were discussed, the application of ionic gel in related fields was expounded, and on this basis, the challenges faced by polymer ionic gel and its future development direction were summarized and prospected. It was pointed out that the development of ionic gel with excellent mechanical properties, high conductivity and degradability is the focus of future research. At the same time, improving the environmental stability of ionic gel and reducing the preparation cost of ionic gel are urgent problems to be solved in practical applications. The preparation and application of ionic gel will promote the rapid development of flexible electronic materials.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of kinesiophobia mediated disease perception on rehabilitation exercise adherence in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).MethodsA total of 313 outpatients who have been treated with PCI and followed up in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January to December 2021 were recruited with the convenient sampling method. The included patients were investigated with the basic data questionnaire, the simplified version of the Disease Perception Questionnaire, the Exercise Adherence for Cardiac Rehabilitation Questionnaire, and the Kinesiophobia Scale.ResultsThere were 65 patients (20.77%) with good rehabilitation exercise adherence after PCI treatment, 185 patients (59.11%) with fair rehabilitation exercise adherence and 63 patients (20.13%) with poor rehabilitation exercise adherence. The overall results showed that the rehabilitation exercise adherence of patients after PCI treatment was fair. The disease perception score of patients after PCI treatment was (41.46±5.85). Thus disease perception could directly predict the rehabilitation exercise adherence of patients after PCI treatment. The stronger the negative emotion of disease perception, the worse the rehabilitation exercise adherence. The mean score of kinesiophobia was (34.84±5.33), and 25.88% of patients showed a high level of kinesiophobia. Objective To screen the sterilizing-grade filters applicable for production of human coagulation factor Ⅷ/von Willebrand factor complex(FⅧ/VWF)and study the sterilization filtration process. Methods Four sterilizing-grade filters for FⅧ/VWF were evaluated through indicators such as filtration capacity, filtration flux, recovery rate of FⅧ activity, recovery rate of VWF activity, recovery rate of VWF antigen, recovery rate of protein and VWF molecular distribution. The sterilizing-grade filter with the best filtration performance was selected for further study. The study was designed by general full-factor design to determine the appropriate filitered protein concentration and filitered speed range through evaluating the total filtered protein amount, recovery rate of protein and filtration efficiency, and then the process operation parameters was determined. The classification of surrounding rock stability of coal roadway has important theoretical and practical significance for the design, construction and management of on-site rock mass engineering.This paper selected seven key indexes that affect the surrounding rock stability of coal roadway, collected the samples through field cases collection, questionnaires and literature measurement, and established the surrounding rock stability classification database.By drawing on six machine learning methods, this study established the classification prediction models of surrounding rock stability of coal roadway accordingly.Through model calculation, it is concluded that the Neural Network and the improved Support Vector Machine model have higher prediction accuracy.The model is applied to the actual project of Huozhou mining area.Results show that the neural network and the improved support vector machine methods have high prediction accuracy and good reliability.

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, pathological features, and treatment of oral and maxillofacial pyogenic granulomas induced by camrelizumab. Methods A case of pyogenic granuloma of the gums and lips caused by camrelizumab was reported along with a literature review. Results After 4 months of treatment with camrelizumab for liver cancer, the patient developed systemic reactive capillary hyperplasia (RCH), followed by multiple masses on the lower lip and gingiva. After periodontal therapy, the masses on the lower lip and the gingiva were removed, and camrelizumab administration was stopped. The pathological result was gingival pyogenic granuloma/granulomatous hemangioma. No new masses were found in the oral cavity during postoperative follow-up. A review of the literature showed that RCH is the most common adverse drug reaction to camrelizumab but it occurs infrequently in the oral cavity. At present, the etiology of RCH has not been clarified, but the research has shown that camrelizumab may trigger tissue proliferation into hemangiomas by activating vascular endothelial cells, and the combined use of camrelizumab is safer than single use. RCH is self-limiting and most cases resolve spontaneously after discontinuation of the drug. If the mass causes dysfunction, surgical excision is feasible. Conclusion Camrelizumab can cause oral and maxillofacial reactive capillary hyperplasia complicated by pyogenic granuloma.

The safety of people and property in mountainous regions can be affected by landslides, and measurement of vertical ground formation is a vital component of landslide monitoring and forecasting. Over the past few years, UAV images have gained increasing popularity in the landslide monitoring; however, studies on the measurement accuracy of UAV image-based landslide surface deformation monitoring are relatively limited. In this study, a series of outdoor model tests are conducted to investigate the measurement accuracy of the digital difference-based software of CloudCompare, Global Mapper, and PolyWorks in UAV image-based vertical ground deformation measurement. The results indicate that when the resolution of the input UAV image is better than 3.0 cm/pixel, all the selected software can recognize the ground deformation zones with vertical ground deformation larger than 5.0 cm; under different vertical ground deformation scenarios, the vertical ground deformation measurement obtained with Global Mapper tends to be more accurate, and the medium error of the measurement ranges from 1.5 cm to 4.0 cm. Neither the medium error of measurement nor the standard deviation of measurement error is greatly affected by the magnitude of vertical ground deformation. The statistical analysis of measurement error suggests that the measurement errors of the selected software all follow normal distributions; then, based on the statistics of the measurement errors, the 95% confidence intervals of the vertical ground deformations obtained from the selected software could be obtained. Furthermore, Global Mapper software is applied to identify and measure the vertical deformation of the Dangchuan landslides in Heifangtai, and the results indicate that this software can accurately identify the landslide deformation area and locate the related ranges.

Ferroptosis is a form of cell death that results from accumulation of lipid reactive oxygen species, marked by iron-dependent oxidative damage of phospholipids. Accumulation of iron and lipid hydroperoxides are hallmarks of ferroptosis. Diverse biological contexts, including iron handling, redox homeostasis, imbalance of lipid synthesis, participate in ferroptosis. Mechanistically, pathways of ferroptosis regulation involving System Xc--glutathione (GSH)-glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) axis, coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)-ferroptosis suppressor protein 1 (FSP1)-ubiquinol axis, GTP cyclohydrolase 1 (GCH1)-tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4)-dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) axis, dehydrogenase (DHODH)-ubiquinol axis have been discovered. Ferroptosis has been implicated in multiple liver diseases, such as hepatocellular carcinoma, liver ischemia-reperfusion injury, steatohepatitis, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver metabolic diseases. Elucidating its mechanism offers various tractable nodes for therapeutic intervention. Here, we summarize insights into the molecular characteristics, biological processes, regulatory pathways of ferroptosis and its recent advances in the treatment of liver diseases.

Natural polyphenols are plant metabolites usually with strong antioxidant properties, based on the analysis of the literature of natural polyphenols related to food, this paper discussed the hot spots and future research directions of food and natural polyphenols. CiteSpace V5.8.R3, VOSviewer 1.6.15, Note Express 3.6.0.9178 were used to analyze the distribution characteristics of research articles on food-related natural polyphenols in CNKI and PubMed database. The results showed that the number of articles on food and natural polyphenols grows continuely. Chinese literature accounts for 73.18% in the field of light industry/handicraft. The most published journals are Science and Technology of Food Industry (China) and Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (USA). China is the leading country in terms of the number of published articles. The main research institutions are Southwest University (China) and the Indian Institute of Technology (India). The number of articles published by Li Jianrong and Shela Goeringstein is relatively high. The citation frequency of a single article in Chinese is the highest 173 times, and that in English is the highest 2269 times. The high-frequency keyword emergence indicated that the hot spots in the future would focus on the process optimization and in vitro digestion of polyphenol extraction and purification, as well as plant extraction. This paper can provide a data reference for scholars who are engaged in the study on food-related natural polyphenols.

AZO/Ag/AZO transparent conductive films were prepared on PMMA substrate by DC magnetron sputtering at low temperature (70 ℃). The effect of AZO sputtering power on the structure and properties of AZO/Ag/AZO thin films were investigated. In order to encapsulate AZO/Ag/AZO films, the films were laminated with another uncoated PMMA substrate and polyurethane film. Damp and heat resistance and heating performance of this laminated structure were discussed. The morphology and structure of the films were characterized by SEM, XRD and AFM. The results show that the sputtering power of AZO affects the surface energy of AZO layer and the crystallization of AZO/Ag/AZO films. The AZO/Ag/AZO films which prepared with AZO sputtering power of 100W and 150W exhibit the best performance with a low sheet resistance of 3.7 Ω/sq and a high transmittance of 86.1% at room temperature. The optical and electrical properties of PMMA laminated structure remain stable after 30 days of damp-heat experiment. The temperature-time curve during the heating process of the PMMA laminated structure at room temperature shows fast temperature response time and good temperature uniformity under 5 V DC voltage. The PMMA laminated structure exhibits saturation temperature stability in cold convection air (−10-−40 ℃).

Based on the 103 stations precipitation over Songhua River Basin （SRB）， the reanalysis data of NCEP/NCAR， the sea surface temperature （SST） from NOAA， the interannual variation in snowfall over SRB and its relationship with west north Pacific SST anomalies （SSTA） during boreal winter for 1979 -2019 are investigated by using statistical analysis methods.The results show that the snowfall over SRB during winter is mainly characterized by its interannual variation （explains 83.3% of total variation）， and the first leading EOF mode of interannual snowfall anomalies of SRB during winter is dominated by a homogeneous structure （explains 55.3% of total variance） indicating significant covariability over the SRB.The atmospheric circulation associated with the interannual SRB winter snowfall suggests that the above-normal （below-normal） snowfall is induced by positive （negative） geopotential height anomalies over the region from Okhotsk to Aleutian island and negative （positive） geopotential height anomalies over the mid-low latitude to the south of Okhotsk Sea.Further analyses indicate that the dipole structure of SSTA over WNP during winter has a profound impact on the simultaneous interannual snowfall over SRB.The positive WNP SSTA dipole （positive and negative SSTA over Japanese Sea and east to the Philippines Islands， respectively） can induce positive geopotential height anomalies in the upper troposphere and anomalous anticyclone in the lower troposphere in the mid-high latitudes over WNP， as well as the negative geopotential height anomalies in the upper troposphere and anomalous cyclone in the lower troposphere in the mid-low latitudes.The region from north Pacific to the SRB is covered by anomalous southeasterly winds during winter under the influence of these anomalous atmospheric circulation.As a result， the moisture from the sea to the south of Aleutian and the sea to the east of China are transported to the SRB accompanied by anomalous convergent flow in situ， which are favorable for the increasing snowfall over SRB； and vice versa.

Objective To explore the situation and characteristics of clinical trials of 121 rare diseases in the Chinese First List of Rare Diseases over the past 10 years and to provide reference for promoting the researchand development of orphan drugs in China. Methods The 121 rare diseases covered in the Chinese First List of Rare Diseases and Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Rare Diseases published in 2019 were retrieved as keywords on the National Medical Products Administration Registration and Information Disclosure Platform for Drug Clinical Studies (chinadrugtrials.org.cn) from November 1st, 2012 (Platform registration open time) to November 28th, 2021. The status and characteristics of rare disease clinical trials were analyzed from the perspectives of the number of registrations, geographical distribution, research fields, research design, and sample size. Results A total of 235 clinical trials were collected, including 41 items of phase Ⅰ, 22 items of phase Ⅱ, 74 items of phase Ⅲ, 15 items of phase Ⅳ, 77 items of bioequivalence clinical trials, and 6 clinical trials. During the past 10 years, the number of rare diseases clinical trials in China showed an increasing trend, with an annual average growth rate of about 54%. A total of 16 kinds of rare diseases in the Chinese First List of Rare Diseases were involved in the early phase (phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ) clinical trials, mainly focusing on hemophilia, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, multiple sclerosis, and neuromyelitis optica. The researchers of rare disease clinical trials were mainly in big cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai. Phase Ⅰ clinical trials of rare diseases listed in the Chinese First List of Rare Diseases in China were mainly single-center(61%, 25/41) parallel controlled studies (46%, 19/41), Phase Ⅱ clinical trials were mainly multi-center parallel controlled studies (65%, 13/22), and phase Ⅲ clinical trials were mainly multi-center (99%, 73/74) single-arm trials (64%, 47/74). The sample size in clinical trials increased with the study stage. Phase Ⅰ clinical trials were mainly restricted to 11~50 cases (83%, 34/41), 59% (13/22) of phase Ⅱ clinical trials were more than 50 cases, and 53%(39/74) of phase Ⅲ clinical trials involved 51~500 cases. Conclusions The research and development of orphan drugs in China is still at an early stage, covering few rare diseases in the Chinese First List of Rare Diseases, but it has shown a rapidly growing trend in recent years. At present, the development of rare disease drugs is still based on traditional clinical trial design. It is therefore necessary to explore more new clinical research strategies according to the disease and drug mechanism to promote the development of rare disease drugs.

Influenza and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) are both contagious respiratory illnesses. A co-infection of influenza and COVID-19 will prolong the illness, worsen the severity of COVID-19 symptoms and increase fatality, especially for senior citizens, children and people with chronic diseases; the co-infection condition could also bring heavy disease and economic burden to the sufferers, their families, and the society. Therefore, it is crucial to enhance influenza prevention strategies under the global COVID-19 pandemic. In this paper, we summarize the disease and economic burden of influenza and discuss current problems and challenges in influenza prevention and related researches in China. In the end, we put forward relevant strategies to achieve the goal of long-term influenza prevention.

ObjectiveTo meet the requirements of remotely controlling ship in curved, narrow and crowded inland waterways, this paper proposes an approach that consists of CNN-based algorithms and knowledge based models under ship-shore cooperation conditions. MethodOn the basis of analyzing the characteristics of ship-shore cooperation, the proposed approach realizes autonomous perception of the environment with visual simulation at the core and navigation decision-making control based on deep reinforcement learning, and finally constructs an artificial intelligence system composed of image deep learning processing, navigation situation cognition, route steady-state control and other functions. Remote control and short-time autonomous navigation of operating ships are realized under inland waterway conditions, and remote control of container ships and ferries is carried out. ResultsThe proposed approach is capable of replacing manual work by remote orders or independent decision-making, as well as realizing independent obstacle avoidance, with a consistent deviation of less than 20 meters. ConclusionsThe developed prototype system carries out the remote control operation demonstration of the above ship types in such waterways as the Changhu Canal Shenzhou line and the Yangtze River, proving that a complete set of algorithms with a CNN and reinforcement learning at the core can independently extract key navigation information, construct obstacle avoidance and control awareness, and lay the foundation for inland river intelligent navigation systems.

Background and objective Lung cancer is the main cause of cancer-related death globally. Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is one of the important factors leading to the occurrence of lung cancer, but its mechanism has not been elucidated. This study intends to investigate the relationship between SNPs of CDH1, FANCB, APC genes and lung cancer genetic susceptibility. Methods The case-control study design was used. We collected blood samples from 270 lung cancer cases in the Department of Lung Cancer Surgery, Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, as well as blood samples from 445 healthy volunteers as controls, and extracted genomic DNA for genotyping using the Taqman® SNP genotyping kit. The distribution of three SNP loci of CDH1 gene rs201141645, FANCB gene rs754552650 and APC gene rs149353082 in Chinese population was analyzed. Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the relationship between different genotypes and the risk of lung cancer. Results The distribution frequencies of AA, A/G and GG genotypes at rs754552650 of FANCB gene in the control group were 27.2%, 52.6% and 20.2%, respectively. The distribution frequencies of AA and A/G genotypes were 93.7% and 6.3% in the case group, respectively, and no GG genotype was detected. As important demand-side resources, thermostatically controlled loads (TCLs) have great potential in suppressing fluctuations in renewable energy. However, traditional TCLs control strategy usually does not consider the control cost and the life loss caused by the high switching frequency of TCLs. In order to reduce the switch life loss of TCLs, a distributed cooperative control strategy for TCLs based on multi-agent consistency is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the concept of correcting switching time is introduced, and a control cost model that takes into account the thermodynamic characteristics of TCLs and switch life loss is established. Then, multi-agent consistency control is introduced, and the distributed cooperative control method is adopted to achieve the optimal control cost of TCLs. The results of calculation examples show that the proposed control strategy can reflect the thermodynamic characteristics of TCLs, thus greatly reducing the switch life loss under the premise of achieving the control goal.

Lactones are widely used in confectionery, beverages, dairy products, baking and other foods due to their typical creamy, floral and fruity aromas. In recent years, because consumers prefer the natural properties of products, the preparation and biological regulation of lactones by microbial transformation has attracted much attention. The microbial transformation mechanisms of γ- and δ-lactones are reviewed in this paper, including the way of fatty acids entering mitochondria, β-oxidation, cyclization and degradation metabolic pathways. The existing regulation methods of microbial transformation are also summarized, such as gene regulation based on genomics, dissolved oxygen, substrate batch culture, cell immobilization and strain mutagenesis. The research direction of regulation of lactones is prospected, which can provide reference for more economical and efficient microbial transformation of lactones.

Objective To compare the efficiency and biocompatibility of four different silanes on immobilizing c(RGDfK) peptide on titanium surface. Methods After alkali-heat treatment (group OH), the titanium surface was treated with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) (group OHAP), 3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane (CPTES) (group OHCP) (3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTS) (group OHMPT) and 3-isobutyryloxy propyltrimethoxysilane(γ- MPS) (group OHMPS) to immobilize the c(RGDfK) cyclic peptide and constructa titanium-silane-c(RGDfK) coating. The NT group was the blank control group. The surface morphology and wettability of the coatings were detected using scanning electron microscopy and contact angle measurement. The elemental composition of the titanium surface was analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. After fluorescent staining with 4’,6-diamino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) and phalloidin, the adhesion of mouse preosteoblast MC3T3-E1 cells on the surface of the materials was observed using laser confocal microscopy. Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity assays were used to evaluate the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells on the surface of the materials, respectively. Results Scanning electron microscope observation showed a spongy-like 3-dimensional network formed on the titanium surface after alkali-heat treatment with silane-c(RGDfK) coating adhesion. The wettability of each group was greatly improved compared to the untreated titanium surface. The element ratios of Si/Ti and amide-N/Ti in the OHMPS group were the highest. Objective: To study and evaluate the active components, contents and in vitro biological activities of Epimedium sagittatum extract. Methods: Contents of total polyphenols, total flavonoids, total polysaccharides and proanthocyanidins in the extract of Epimedium sagittatum were determined by spectrophotometry, the contents of five flavonoids in the extract were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the antioxidant activity of Epimedium sagittatum extract was evaluated by scavenging DPPH, OH, ABTS+ free radical method, and the inhibitory effects on pancreatic lipase, tyrosinase, acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase were determined. Results: The contents of total polyphenols, total flavonoids, total polysaccharides and proanthocyanidins in the extract of Epimedium sagittatum were 105.60±0.92, 70.09±0.75, 18.45±1.27, 8.79±0.13 mg/g, respectively. HPLC detected five kinds of flavonoids in the extract. Among them, Icariin and epimedin C contained the highest content, which were 266.16±4.22 and 43.35±0.67 mg/g, respectively. Baohuoside I contained the least, which was 2.54±0.07 mg/g. Epimedium sagittatum extracts had certain free radical scavenging ability. The half-clearing concentrations (IC50) of Epimedium sagittatum extracts on DPPH·, ·OH, and ABTS+· were 4.43±0.40, 2.83±0.09 and 2.04±0.08 mg/mL, respectively. The scavenging ability was concentration-dependent. Meanwhile, The IC50 of Epimedium sagittatum extract on lipase, tyrosinase and acetyl/butyrylcholinesterase were 5.97±0.04, 2.27±0.23, 9.27±0.07 and 7.41±0.26 mg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: Epimedium sagittatum extracts was rich in active substances, had a good scavenging effect on DPPH, OH, ABTS+ free radicals, and had certain inhibition on pancreatic lipase, tyrosinase, acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase effect.

Objective To explore the effect of wearing bandage contact lenses(BCL) on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients after small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE). Methods Patients with myopic or myopic astigmatism who underwent SMILE in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from Januaryto May 2019 were collected. According to the postoperative treatment methods, they were divided into the study group and the control group. The study group wore BCL immediately after SMILE, while the control group wore transparent eye patches routinely. BLC or the transparent eye patch was removed on the first day after surgery. The severity and duration of postoperative pain, photophobia, tearing, blurred vision and other clinical symptoms, the impact of pain on quality of life, postoperative uncorrected visual acuity, non-contact intraocular pressure, spherical equivalent, overall surgical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Meanwhile, BCL adverse reactions was recorded. Results Severity scores of pain [0.2(0, 1.1) vs. 1.1(0.5, 2.1), P=0.007] and photophobia [1.0(0, 2.0) vs. 2.0(0.8, 2.3), P=0.032] as well as the duration of pain [0(0, 1.0) h vs. 2.0(0, 6.3) h, P=0.014] and photophobia [0(0, 1.0) h vs. 2.0(0, 4.3) h, P=0.006] at 24 h after surgery were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group. There were no significant differences in the severity scores and duration of tears and blurred vision at 24 h postoperatively between the two groups(all P > 0.05). At 24 h after SMILE, the effects of pain on activity, sleep and the relationship with others were lower in the study group than those in the control group(all P < 0.05). At 7 d postoperatively, the score of overall satisfaction to the surgery of the study group was not significantly different from that of the control group[10.0(9.0, 10.0) vs. 10.0(9.0, 10.0), P=0.617]. There were no significant differences in postoperative uncorrected visual acuity, non-contact intraocular pressure, and spherical equivalent on days 1, 2, and 7 days after SMILE between the two groups (all P > 0.05). BCL related adverse effects (bulbar conjunctival hyperemia) occurred in two patients. The symptoms gradually improved after BCL removal, and the postoperative uncorrected visual acuity recovered to the best-corrected preoperative visual acuity at 7 d after surgery. Conclusions The application of BCL after SMILE can reduce the degree and duration of postoperative pain and photophobia, and improve the postoperative quality of life to a certain extent.

The research on improving the adhesive property of addition-type liquid silicone rubber to the substrate at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed with 28 references, and those researches mainly included surface treatment of the substrate, introducing functional groups into the polyorganosiloxane molecular chain, adding adhesion promoter containing functional groups, and adding primer coat layer between the rubber and the substrate, and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were also analyzed. What′s more, it was pointed out that the development direction of the research on the adhesion performance of addition-type liquid silicone rubber in the future was the development of various functional adhesion promoters.

With the rapid development of portable and wearable electronic devices, research on flexible energy storage devices has gradually shifted to the directions of miniaturization, softness and intelligence. At the same time, people have higher requirements for the energy density, power density and mechanical properties of the device. As the core part of flexible energy storage devices, electrode material is the key to determining device performance. With the development of flexible energy storage electronic devices, there is an urgent need for new battery technology and fast, low cost and precise control of their microstructure preparation methods. Therefore, the research and development of new energy storage devices such as flexible lithium/sodium-ion batteries, flexible lithium-sulfur batteries, and flexible zinc-air batteries have become the current research hotspots in academia. The current research status of flexible energy storage battery electrodes in recent years was discussed in this paper, the design of flexible electrode materials (independent flexible electrodes and flexible substrate electrodes), and the preparation process of flexible electrode materials of different dimensions (one-dimensional materials, two-dimensional materials and three-dimensional materials) and applications of flexible energy storage electrodes (flexible lithium/sodium ion batteries, flexible lithium-sulfur batteries, flexible zinc-air batteries) were compared and analyzed, and the structural characteristics and electrochemical properties of electrode materials were discussed. Finally, the current problems faced by flexible energy storage devices were pointed out, and the future focus of flexible energy storage devices was the research and development of new solid electrolytes, the rational design of device structures and the continuous optimization of packaging technology.

Objective To establish a method for detecting human immunoglobulin Fc function based on surface plasmon resonance technology. Methods Based on the characteristic that FcγRI can be binded to the Fc segment of IgG, the affinity constant of the sample was detected by surface plasmon resonance, and its Fc function was the KD ratio of the sample to the standard. The method was validated for specificity/specificity, precision and robustness. The method and the pharmacopoeia method were used to detect the Fc function of 30 human immunoglobulins, and the correlation and consistency of the detection results were analyzed. Results The method validation results showed that this method has strong specificity/specificity (t values were 0.15, 0.22, both P>0.05), good precision (CV value 5.37%~10.69%) and good robustness (CV value 10.06%). In the process of software development,developers often search for appropriate APIs to complete programming tasks when encountering programming difficulties.Contextual information and developer portraits play a critical role in effective API recommendation,but they are largely overlooked.This paper proposes a novel context-aware based API personalized recommendation approach.This approach leverages program static analysis technology (abstract syntax tree) to parse the code file to extract information to construct the code base and model developer API usage preferences.Then it calculates the semantic simila-rity between the developer's current query and the queries in the historical code base,and retrieves top-k similar historical queries.Finally,it leverages the information of query,method name,context and developer API usage preference to re-rank the candidate APIs and recommend to developers.MRR,MAP,Hit and NDCG are used to verify the effectiveness of the method in dif-ferent stages of simulation programming.The experimental results show that the proposed approach outperforms the baseline me-thod and it is more likely to recommend the APIs that developers want.

The marine environment has the characteristics such as high humidity and high salinity.Offshore buildings and structures are affected by splash erosion and damage,and durability of steel structure is subject to severe challenges and tests.The failure mechanism of high strength steel in marine corrosive environment,the reliability assessment of structural system,and surface protection technology have received extensive attention from scholars in China and abroad.Based on the division of marine environment,the corrosion causes and damage mechanism of high strength steel,and the relationship between mechanical property degradation and corrosion,this paper discusses the influence of Cl- concentration,temperature and humidity on the mechanical properties of high strength steel in marine environment,combined with the previous simulation research on high strength steel base metal and weld joint in ocean splash zone.The relationship between corrosion cycle and mechanical properties is introduced,and finally the trend and main directions of future research are proposed.It is expected to provide a reference for the in-depth study of localized corrosion behavior of high strength steel in marine environment,the performance optimization of new connection joints and the application of safety protection technology in the future.At the same time,it will provide a strong support for the establishment of life prediction and failure assessment method for high strength steel in marine environment.

The water quality of the Jinchuan River Basin cannot reach the standard steadily all year round.Thus,after analyzing the pollution characteristics of the basin,this paper proposes three schemes for water quality that can reach the standard in the long term,considering the improvement in the treatment,water supplement,and sewage interception abilities in sewage treatment plans of this basin.Meanwhile,prediction and analysis are also conducted on the water quality improvement effects of each plan.The results are as follows.In current pollution source conditions,regarding the two schemes where sewage treatment efficiency is increased by 10% and the basin water supplement rises by 50% on this basis,the peak concentration of ammonia nitrogen decreases,whereas the concentration is still higher than the Class V water standard.In the third scheme where the inflow concentration can achieve the assessment objectives of a south sewage treatment plant,the pollution load of pollutants into the river is reduced by about 44.4%.Therefore,the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the river network is significantly decreased,and the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the Baotaqiao section of downstream is reduced to 1.85 mg/L.Its water quality can meet the long-term water quality up to the standard in the whole process.The results can provide an effective scientific basis for water pollution control and prevention in the Jinchuan River Basin.

Objective To study the effect of different concentrations of heparin, ATⅢ or a mixture of heparin and antithrombin Ⅲ (ATⅢ) (1∶1)on the activity of human coagulation factor Ⅸ (FⅨ). Methods The heparin or heparin/ATⅢ with different concentrations were added into human coagulation Ⅸ products or human prothrombin complex (PCC) to prepare heparin or heparin/ATⅢ samples, containing 0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1, 2 and 4 IU per unit. ATⅢ with different concentrations were added into FⅨ or PCC to prepare ATⅢ samples containing ATⅢ 0, 0.1, 0.5 and 1 IU per unit. The FⅨ activity of the samples prepared was tested by one-stage coagulation method. Then corresponding amount of protamine sulfate were added to neutralize heparin or heparin/ATⅢ to detect the FⅨ activity again. Their influence of heparin, ATⅢ and heparin/ATⅢ with different concentrations on the activity of FⅨ were analyzed. Results When the content of heparin or heparin/ATⅢ was 0, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 IU per unit of FⅨ, the detection results of FⅨ titer in samples were consistent. When the content of heparin or heparin/ATⅢ per unit of FⅨ was 0.8, 1, 2 and 4 IU, the detection results of FⅨ titer were all lower than those of samples without heparin. When the ATⅢ content was 0, 0.1, 0.5 and 1 IU, the FⅨ titer of the samples was consistent. Conclution When the content of heparin or heparin/ATⅢ in the product is less than or equal to 0.5 IU per IU of FⅨ, the step of protamine sulfate adding could be omitted as it has little effect on FⅨ activity. When >0.5 IU per IU of FⅨ, however, protamine sulfate adding, to neutralize heparin, is necessary before FⅨ activity testing.
