Public cell culture platform is an important facility in laboratory animal facilities, providing essential support for scientific research such as the development of animal tumor disease models and transgenic animals. By establishing a public cell culture experimental platform, laboratory animal centers can effectively integrate experimental animals and cell culture resources, optimizing the allocation of scientific research resources to facilitate better research outcomes. The majority of cells cultured in these platforms are used for animal experiments. Contamination or quality issues in these cells not only affect experimental results but also jeopardize the health of experimental animals, potentially leading to microbial infections and contamination of entire animal facilities. Therefore, public cell culture laboratories within experimental animal facilities impose stricter quality control measures than conventional cell culture rooms. This study takes the public cell culture platform at the Laboratory Animal Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University as a case study to discuss management experiences, focusing on facility maintenance and management, personnel management and quality control of cell biological risk. The aim is to provide useful reference for the management of public cell culture laboratories in experimental animal facilities and other institutions.

Objective: To improve the yield and antibacterial rate of antimicrobial peptides from Pleurotus tuber-regium mycelium （PTRM-AMPs）. Methods: Taking the yield and the antibacterial rate of PTRM-AMPs against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli as evaluation indexes, on the basis of protease screening, the extraction process of PTRM-AMPs was optimized, and the minimum inhibitory concentration of PTRM-AMPs was determined. Results: The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of PTRM-AMPs by alkaline protease hydrolysis were as follows: the enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 39.5 ℃, the enzymatic hydrolysis time was 3.2 h, the pH value was 11.1, the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20 （g/mL）, and the enzyme addition was 6 000 U/g. Under these conditions, the actual antibacterial rates of PTRM-AMPs against S. aureus and E. coli were 74.17% and 86.22% respectively, and the yield of PTRM-AMPs was 22.67%. The MIC values of PTRM-AMPs against S. aureus and E. coli were 5.0, 2.5 mg/mL respectively. Conclusion: PTRM-AMPs has significant antibacterial activity, especially against E. coli.

The purpose of this work was to reveal the effect of phosphating pre-treatment on the protective performance of water-based epoxy varnish coating on surface of aluminum alloy(AA).A phosphating film was firstly prepared on the surface of 2024 aluminum alloy by chemical conversion method for phosphating pre-treatment, and then the surface of aluminum alloy without and after phosphating pre-treatment was coated with water-based epoxy varnish.After the varnish was completely cured into a coating, the protective effect of water-based epoxy coating on aluminum alloy without and after phosphating pre-treatment was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Finally, the effect of phosphating pre-treatment on the protective performance of water-based epoxy varnish coating and its mechanism were revealed.Results showed that the phosphating coating on surface of aluminum alloy had a uniform and dense columnar crystal structure, which was mainly composed of Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O.In 3.5%(mass fraction)NaCl solution, both the protective layer resistance(Rc)and the impedance module at low frequency(|Z|0.01)of the epoxy/AA(E/A)system and the epoxy/phosphating coating/AA(E/P/A)system decreased gradually with the extension of immersion time; however, both Rc and|Z|0.01 of the E/P/A system were always greater than those of the E/A system.On the other hand, due to the phosphating pre-treatment, the average adhesive force(Fa)of water-based epoxy coating on the surface of AA increased from 10.47 MPa to 15.58 MPa.Compared with the direct coating of water-based epoxy varnish without phosphating pretreatment on the surface of AA, the coating with phosphating pre-treatment before water-based epoxy varnish treatment changed the whole protective layer on the surface of AA from a single epoxy layer to a composite epoxy layer/phosphating coating, resulting in a significant increase in Rc and|Z|0.01.More importantly, the existence of phosphating film improved the adhesion of water-based epoxy coating on the surface of AA, and even fundamentally changed the fracture form of the whole protective layer.The combined effects of the above two aspects improved the protective effect of water-based epoxy varnish coating on AA substrate.Also, the mechanism of phosphating pre-treatment on improving the protective performance of water-based epoxy varnish coating was revealed.

Blockchain is one of the technical hotspots in recent years,and the research theories related to it are being enriched.However,it is still facing the key problem of small throughput and low processing efficiency before it can be implemented into the industry.In response to this problem,cross-chain technology has been widely focused as a blockchain technology that has the potential to both expand throughput processing capacity and improve processing efficiency.This paper presents a novel hash-time-lock-contract based cross-chain token swap mechanism (NCASP),which creatively introduces an account system for the Fabric blockchain and integrates smart contract technology to achieve secure and seamless asset exchange between the Ethernet and Fabric blockchain network.The NCASP protocol sets up different intermediate accounts for asset escrow and transfer in each HTLC transfer,and destroys them in time after the transaction is completed,making the original cross-chain transaction rate unchanged while ensuring the security of the transaction.Simulation of the protocol shows that the protocol is applicable to the federated chain represented by Fabric and the public chains represented by Bitcoin and Ethernet,can achieve efficient and secure cross-chain asset exchange without the intervention of third-party blockchains,and can save about 26.8% in transaction efficiency compared with the cross-chain scheme of BSN (blockchain service network).The improved protocol extends the usage scenarios of the traditional HTLC cross-chain asset schemes,enabling the exchange of assets between different users with a balance of atomicity,fairness and transparency.

In order to improve the mechanical properties of HTPB four component and CL-20/CAP propellants and solve the problem of "dewetting" at the interface of the novel propellant filler matrix, a new Schiff base bonding agent was designed and synthesized. The bonding effect and mechanical properties of the propellant were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrosco-py, scanning electron microscopy and universal material tensioning machine. The results showed that the synthesized new Schiff base bonding agent contained the essential functional groups of the bonding agent and had obvious bonding on the AP surface. The new Schiff base bonding agent was expected to replace the toxic MAPO and significantly improve the mechanical properties of HTPB four component propellant, the strength of HTPB four component propellant reached 0. 7MPa, and the elongation was greater than 55% at room temperature. The elongation at high and low temperature are greater than 50% and 60% respectively. The processing performance of HTPB four component propellants can be significantly improved. In CL-20/CAP propellant, the new Schiff base bonding agent can improve the strength and elongation of the propellant at the same time. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Threshold signatures are fundamental tools for multi-party information security protocols.It is widely used in fields such as identity authentication,anti-counterfeiting and tamper-resistance.We introduce a new decentralized threshold signature protocol BHTSP which combines distributed key generation (DKG) and BLS signature.The protocol allows multi-party participation and generates a signature of constant size.We implement this protocol with smart contract as the communication layer for secure parameter exchange.Experimental simulation results show that BHTSP can generate threshold signature with constant size.It reduced the memory consumption for aggregated public key combinations needed in signature verification by 85.3% compared to Schnorr signature.In the experimental blockchain platform,BHTSP is able to support the generation of threshold signatures involving up to 50 participants,optimizing the execution process for blockchain multi-party transactions.

The hydrogenation of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer(SIS) was catalyzed by nickel-based catalyst, and the mechanism of catalytic reaction was studied. The conditions of catalyst preparation and hydrogenation were determined, and the structure and performance of the product were investigated. The results showed that the activity and selectivity in hydrogenation was high with nickel isooctanoate and triisobutyl aluminum as SIS hydrogenation catalysts. The conditions of the reactions were optimized with the mole ratio of aluminum to nickel was 3.0~4.0 and the mass concentration of nickel and aluminum catalyst was 25~40 g/L at aging temperature 50-70 ℃ for more than 30 min. The hydrogenation degree of polyisoprene segment in SIS was greater than 98% and the benzene ring was less than 5% with the catalyst amount 3×10-4~7×10-4 g/g for 1~2 h. The mechanical properties and aging resistance of SIS were significantly improved after hydrogenation.

Objective To evaluate the effect of curcumin on wound healing in deep tissue pressure injury(DTPI) induced by ischemia-reperfusion in mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into control group (Con), model group (Mod), 4 and 8 mg/kg curcumin treatment group (Cur 4, Cur 8), 10 mice in each group. A deep tissue pressure injury model was established by magnet compression. The wounds tissue was injected with curcumin every 48 hours and photographed to observe the wound healing. HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of wound healing. Real-time PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10, VEGF-α and TGF-β. Western blot was used to detect the expression of VEGF-α, TGF-β, Stat3 and p-Stat3. Results Compared with the control group, the wound in the model group gradually deteriorated, and the pathological changes were obvious. Compared with the model group, the wound healing of the Cur 8 group was significantly accelerated (P＜0.05). Compared with the model group, the inflammatory cell infiltration was reduced and the neovascular density was increased in the Cur 8 group. The mRNA expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in the wound tissues of the Cur 8 group was less than those in the model group, while the expression of IL-10, VEGF-α and TGF-β was higher than those in the model group (P＜0.05). The expression of VEGF-α, TGF-β and p-Stat3 in Cur 8 group was higher than those in model group (P＜0.05). Conclusions Curcumin administration can alleviate DTPI of mice induced by ischemia-reperfusion, and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory response and promotion of angiogenesis.

To improve nursing students' research capacity, School of Nursing, PUMC explored the mode of scientific research and teaching for nursing undergraduates which meet the needs of healthcare in China and so to develop an integrated and systematic program ofresearch training, and meanwhile to cultivate students' scientific research and innovation. The “three-stage scientific research training system” stimulated undergraduates' interest in scientific research and innovation, activated their independent and critical reasoning and innovation, and thus to contribute to the capacity development of research as well as innovation.

Titanium carbide(TiC)nanoparticles were synthesized in situ by direct current(DC)arc-discharge method under the mixture of methane and argon gas atmosphere. The physical characterization including X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)show that TiC nanoparticles have cubic structure with grain sizes of 40-90nm. Cyclic voltammetry(CV)measurement indicates that TiC nanoparticles are efficient bi-functional catalysts toward both oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction (OER)for Li-O2 batteries, which can effectively compensate for the weak catalytic activity of OER of carbon materials. The results of galvanostatic charge-discharge measurement present that the TiC nanoparticles can reduce the charge-overpotential by 280mV compared to general carbon materials(Super-P), and the TiC electrode delivers an initial discharge capacity of 1267mAh·g-1 at 50mA·g-1. Even at a high current density of 150mA·g-1, the discharge capacity still maintains 778mAh·g-1, indicating excellent rate performance of lithium-air batteries with TiC nanoparticles as catalysts. The TiC electrode displays 10 cycles at a fixed capacity of 500mAh·g-1 and at a current density of 100mA·g-1.The characterization of XRD, Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)show that the formation and decomposition of Li2O2 have great reversibility under the bi-functional catalysis of TiC nanoparticles, which can significantly alleviate the accumulation of undesired byproducts, and eventually improve the electrochemical performance of Li-air batteries.

The structure alteration rocks (named as SBT) is the product of sedimentation, tectonization, and hydrothermal alteration. It is the major body hosting many ore deposits such as gold, antimony, and fluorite in Southwest Guizhou. Recently establishment and application of a metallogenic model based on the SBT made a significant breakthrough in gold prospecting in Southwest Guizhou. Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine REEs concentrations of SBT samples from several typical ore deposits in Southwest Guizhou. The results show that: (1) ΣREEs concentrations of SBT from different locations are variable, ranging from 49.55×10-6 to 271.72×10-6 (in Table 1). (2) The SBT is enriched in LREEs, with LREEs/HREEs ranging from 5.62 to 13.59 (in Table 1). The REEs patterns normalized to North American shale and chondrite display enrichment of LREEs and distinct 'Four grouping' effect, indicating that they are the products of the same hydrothermal process (in Fig.2-Fig.4). The strongly positive europium anomalies in the Getang—Dachang area suggest the convergence of two hydrothermal ore fluid systems with different directions in this region. This study characterized the REEs content and its distribution in SBT from Southwest Guizhou Province, which is crucial for understanding the origin and evolution of ore-forming fluids, and provides guidance for gold prospecting in Southwest Guizhou Province.

With the widespread application of rare earth elements analysis, the development of rapid detection technology of rare earth elements has increasingly become a necessity within the industry. Microwave Plasma Torch (MPT) as the ion source and Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry (QMS) as the mass analyzer to develop a method for fast detection of rare earth elements (REEs) in water and ore samples has been developed and discussed in this paper. With the MPT-QMS method, for elements Y, La, Ce, Nd, Eu in water samples, the limits of detection (LODs) are 11.0-60.5 μg/L, and the linear ranges are 50-1000 μg/L. When analyzing ore samples, the samples were firstly digested by acid solution and the sample solution formed an aerosol, which was then cooled to keep it dry. The aerosol entered the plasma by the centre tube of the MPT and formed REE ions. These ions enter the QMS, and concentrations of REE elements can be quantitatively determined. Repeated analyses of the same sample by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) yield similar results, indicating that the semi-quantitative analyses of MPT-QMS are precise and reliable. Therefore, MPT coupled with QMS is suitable for portable, rapid analysis of metal elements in water and can be used in the field of in situ quality monitoring of environmental and drinking water.

The winged pearl oyster, Pteria penguin, is a widely distributed large pearl oyster species, which can produce large-sized mabé (half-pearl), and exhibit strong tolerance to severe environment. However, genetic improvement of P. penguin was still in its infancy. In this study, the correlation between five microsatellite loci and four growth traits (shell height, shell length, shell width and total weight) of 500 winged pearl oysters were analyzed by One-way ANOVA. Multiple comparisons between different genotypes of microsatellite markers and growth traits were performed. It was shown that the 5 loci in this study are all highly polymorphic loci, among which, QEB-D15 and CL-232 were extremely significantly associated with the shell width of the winged pearl oyster (P<0.01). The individuals with genotype 239/263 and 239/273 at QEB-D15 had the maximum and the minimum shell width, respectively. The 263 bp allele might positively correlate with the shell width, while the 273 bp allele might negatively correlate with the shell width. The average values of shell length, shell width and total weight of individuals with genotype 157/174 at locus CL-232 were larger than that of other genotypes, suggested that this genotype was the dominant genotype. Individuals with genotype of 177/192 at locus CL-232 had the smallest shell length, shell width, shell height and total weight, indicated that the 177/192 may be an inferior genotype. In addition, the shell width is correlated with two SSR loci, which indicates that the shell width is a phenotypic trait that may not be controlled by a single gene. For the rational development of Block S48, Tahe Oilfield, which is a fractured carbonate reservoir with bottom water, a correlation equation of its perforating level and well density is derived based on the oil and gas fluid flow mechanics and the oilfield performance. The rational well spacing under a certain perforating level and the rational open thickness under a certain well density can be determined by this equation. The rational perforating level should be less than 50% and at this value the well spacing is the largest. The rational open thickness decreases with the increase of water saturation during the development, and the open well sections should thus be closed gradually in oilfield production. As the rational open thickness will increase and the rational well spacing will decline correspondingly as the ratio between vertical permeability and horizontal permeability increases, unevenly distributed well pattern should be adopted according to the fracture developments in different areas. In the later period of well pattern thickening, the location of new wells and their perforating thickness should be determined by the actual parameters of existing wells. Objective To evaluate the early risk factors for death in neonates with persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn (PPHN) treated with inhaled nitric oxide (iNO). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 105 infants with PPHN (gestational age ≥34 weeks and age <7 days on admission) who received iNO treatment in the Department of Neonatology, Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, from July 2017 to March 2021. Related general information and clinical data were collected. According to the clinical outcome at discharge, the infants were divided into a survival group with 79 infants and a death group with 26 infants. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses were used to evaluate the risk factors for death in infants with PPHN treated with iNO. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to calculate the cut-off values of the factors in predicting the death risk. Results A total of 105 infants with PPHN treated with iNO were included, among whom 26 died (26/105, 24.8%). The multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that no early response to iNO (HR=8.500, 95%CI: 3.024-23.887, P<0.001), 1-minute Apgar score ≤3 points (HR=10.094, 95%CI: 2.577-39.534, P=0.001), a low value of minimum PaO2/FiO2 within 12 hours after admission (HR=0.067, 95%CI: 0.009-0.481, P=0.007), and a low value of minimum pH within 12 hours after admission (HR=0.049, 95%CI: 0.004-0.545, P=0.014) were independent risk factors for death. The ROC curve analysis showed that the lowest PaO2/FiO2 value within 12 hours after admission had an area under the ROC curve of 0.783 in predicting death risk, with a sensitivity of 84.6% and a specificity of 73.4% at the cut-off value of 50, and the lowest pH value within 12 hours after admission had an area under the ROC curve of 0.746, with a sensitivity of 76.9% and a specificity of 65.8% at the cut-off value of 7.2. Conclusions Infants with PPHN requiring iNO treatment tend to have a high mortality rate. No early response to iNO, 1-minute Apgar score ≤3 points, the lowest PaO2/FiO2 value <50 within 12 hours after admission, and the lowest pH value <7.2 within 12 hours after admission are the early risk factors for death in such infants. The raw water of R reservoir with Microcystis as the dominant algae and the raw water of J reservoir with Cylindrospermopsis rackiborskii as the dominant algae are taken as the research objects, and the preoxidation coagulation processes are tested respectively. Chlorine dioxide and sodium hypochlorite are used as pre-oxidants, and the mass concentration ratios of 0:1, 1:1 and 2:1 are combined with aluminum sulfate coagulant to analyze the removal effect of pre-oxidation coagulation on algae and organic matter, and an appropriate pre-oxidation dosing strategy is established. The results showed that all the three combinations could improve the effect of algae coagulation. For raw water in R reservoir, chlorine dioxide and sodium hypochlorite are not recommended for pre-oxidation. The raw water of J reservoir using chlorine dioxide and sodium hypochlorite is better than that using sodium hypochlorite alone to remove algae and organic matter. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Procambarus clarkii is originated from the south-central United States and northern Mexico. In the 1930s, it was introduced to China as a freshwater economic crustacean via Japan because of its good economic benefits and a characteristic industrial chain. As the consumption hotspot of P. clarkii to grow, fundamental researches on the cultivation of P. clarkii were incredibly important. At present, researchers carried out a large number of analysis on the effects of starvation on the physiology, endocrine, and digestive systems of crustacea. To explore the effects of starvation stress on hemolymph physiological biochemical indexes, intestinal histology and intestinal flora of P. clarkii through histopathology, high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis techniques, P. clarkii was subjected to a 28- day starvation. Hemolymph and intestinal tract were collected at 0, 7, 14 and 28 days of starvation, respectively. Hemolymph was collected to assess the physiological status of P. clarkii by measuring conventional physiological and biochemical indexes; the intestinal tract was collected in 4% paraformaldehyde fixative for intestinal HE staining and TUNEL cell apoptosis detection; and intestinal contents were taken for 16S rRNA sequencing. The results of hemolymph biochemical analysis showed that alanine aminotransferase (ALT) did not change significantly; glucose (GLU) levels gradually decreased with the prolongation starvation (P<0.05). The levels of urea (UREA) and triglyceride (TG) first increased and then decreased (P<0.05), total protein (TP) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) first decreased and then increased (P<0.05). Starvation stress caused significant changes in the intestinal morphology of P. clarkia: the intestinal cavity became wider, the intestinal villi were atrophied, the thickness of the muscle layer became thinner, and the tissue cell apoptosis index increased. High-throughput sequencing was performed on the 16S rRNA V3-V4 region of intestinal microbes. The Alpha diversity analysis showed that the highest diversity of intestinal microbes was on the day 7 of starvation. At the phylum level, the 12 samples were mainly anaerobic microorganisms such as Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, etc. However, on the 7th day of starvation stress, the population abundance of anaerobic microorganisms (Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria) decreased significantly; at the genetic level, the abundance of Bacteroides, Citrobacter, Streptococcus, Neisseria and Haemophilus increased significantly. The results indicated that P. clarkii may adapt to the process of starvation metabolism by changing the energy material utilization pathways and the intestinal microbiological composition structure. Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) is one of the most common pregnancy complications in gynecology and obstetrics. The etiology of RSA is complex and diverse. In addition to the known causes such as autoimmune abnormalities, thrombophilia, endocrine factors, anatomical abnormalities of female genital tract, chromosome abnormalities of husband and wife, and fetal chromosome or gene abnormalities, there are still 40%-50% of patients cannot find the exact cause, which is called unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA). Due to the unknown etiology, it also brings great trouble to develop effective therapy. In recent years, with the development of reproductive immunology, more and more evidences suggest that the occurrence of URSA is related to the imbalance of maternal-fetal immune mechanisms, which also brings hope for the development of therapeutic strategies for URSA. This article reviews the concept of maternal-fetal interface and maternal-fetal immune tolerance, the mechanism of formation and imbalance of maternal-fetal immune tolerance, and the research progress of immune pathogenesis of URSA. The tailings pond of Tuokuzibayi gold ore has been operating for more than a decade, The current capacity cannot fulfill the requirements for phase II production extension. Therefore, the tailings pond has been reconstructed and expanded into a dry storage yard, optimizing the wet-discharge process into the dry-discharge process. This paper dedicates its research on the optimal planning and designing of dry-discharge process and equipment, introducing a methodology to select dry-discharge process according to size distribution characteristics of tailings pulp and demonstrating the optimal design outcome of dry-discharge equipment. Objective. To investigate the difference of prolactin (PRL) expression in peripheral blood and decidual stromal cells (DSCs) between unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss (URPL) and normal early pregnancy. Methods. Eighty cases of URPL patients in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were recruited. Seventy women with induced abortion and 190 normal pregnancy women were selected as controls. Fasting peripheral blood and decidua tissues were collected. The level of PRL in peripheral blood was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Quantitative real time PCR (RT-qPCR), Western bloting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) were used to detect the PRL expression of DSCs. Independent sample t test was used to compare the data of the two different groups, and one-way analysis of variance test was used to compare the data of the groups. Results. In the URPL group, 21 cases were excluded for chromosomal abnormality, and 59 cases were finally included. There were 70 cases in the induced abortion group. One hundred and seventy-seven cases in the normal pregnancy group completed follow-up, of which 157 cases were classified as final live birth in the normal pregnancy group, and the rest 20 cases subsequently had pregnancy loss, of which 19 miscarriages occurred in the first 10 weeks of gestation, classified as pregnancy loss in the normal pregnancy group. The PRL levels of peripheral blood in the final live birth in the normal pregnancy group and induced abortion group were similar, with no significant difference between the two groups in the same gestation, and they all increased significantly with advancing gestation (normal pregnancy with final live birth group: 5-5+6 week vs 6-7+6 week, P = 0.002; 6-7+6 week vs 8-9+6 week,P = 0.012;Induced abortion group: 5-5+6 week vs 6-7+6 week, P = 0.015; 6-7+6 week vs 8-9+6 week, P = 0.023). The levels of PRL in the peripheral blood of patients with URPL had no significant change with advancing gestation, and they were significantly lower than those of women with final live birth in the normal pregnancy group and induced abortion women in the same gestation from the 6th week (6-7+6week: P = 0.012, 0.024; 8-9+6 week: P = 0.015, 0.003). Objective To understand the differences of self-direct learning skill among nursing undergraduates in Yunnan and Guangdong Provinces and explore its influencing factors. Methods The self-made questionnaire and self-rating scale of self-direct learning (SRSSDL) were used to survey 472 nursing undergraduates of grade 2 in four full-time Medical colleges and universities in Yunnan and Guangdong. Results The average score of self-direct learning skill of nursing undergraduates in Yunnan and Guangdong was (217.42 27.03) and (222.37 ± 28.43), respectively. Self-directed learning skill among nursing undergraduates both in Kunming and Guangdong has no obvious difference (P > 0.05), but it has clear regional difference in the dimension and the individual entries in consciousness (P < 0.05). The related factors of self-directed learning skill among nursing undergraduates were as follows in order: self planning level, the frequency of communication with parents, and the age. Conclusion To strengthen the education of nursing undergraduates on self planning, pay attention to nursing undergraduates psychological state, and promote communication between nursing undergraduates and parents are the keys to improve self-directed learning skill among nursing undergraduates. In order to obtain the mechanical behavior and failure mode of interface, the uniaxial tension experiments are conducted on HTPB propellant/liner adhesive specimen. The deformation images of various stages are achieved, and the debonding process is observed macroscopically. A cohesive element model is adopted to simulate propellant/liner interface. The results show that the failure mode experiences damage initiation, damage evolution and debonding, and the stress-strain response of adhesive specimen has a distinct nonlinear characteristic. Aiming at the problem of the croos-sectional shape of the truck crane boom which can improve the overall stability, various croos-sectional shapes of the telescopic boom truck cranes were studied and summarized, a non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) curve theory was applied to construct a systematic approach telescopic croos-sectional shape of the curve, under this a large arc over would be covered, when the crane works tremors were reduced, the stress concentration was reduced and stability was improved. At the same time, for the model to simplify the mechanical telescopic arm, its easy to be used ANSYS finite element analysis software. And on this basis, using ANSYS software itself Parametric Design Language (APDL language) as a tool to carry out its overall modeling, including solid modeling (the basic arm and the arm as an example), meshing, block processing and loading and constraint handling. Through finite element analysis of the extension and contraction strength under the two conditions of the curved section iilustrates the rationality of telescopic boom. To reducing the degradation of the beamforming caused by the impulsive stable noise, a new constant modulus (CM) algorithm was proposed based on the maximum matching of the probability density functions between the desired signal and output signal inspired by the information adaptive learning. The Parzen kernel method was utilized for the probability density function estimation and the weight of the beamforming was updated by the stochastic steepest gradient. Computer simulations show that the proposed CM algorithm has higher output signal to interfere noise ratio and faster convergence than the conventional CM beamforming in stable distribution noise. In some practical applications, the directions of arrival (DOAs) of impinging noncircular signals are in a roughly known range. A new algorithm based on direction domain filtering is proposed to improve the resolution and accuracy of the traditional MUSIC (multiple signal classification) algorithm for noncircular signals (NC-MUSIC). Firstly, get the spatial spectrum of NC-MUSIC algorithm and filter it by the roughly known range. Secondly, use the filtered spatial spectrum to reconstruct the extended covariance. Thirdly, find DOAs of impinging noncircular signals followed the steps of traditional NC-MUSIC algorithm based on the reconstructed extended covariance. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm holds the ability of array extension that the traditional NC-MUSIC algorithm already has, and improves the resolution and the accuracy which are inversely proportional to the magnitude of the roughly known range. For quantitative-based and relationship-based embedding methods can not resist brightness enhancement and common attacks respectively, this paper proposed a hybrid quantization and relationship color image watermarking algorithm. Firstly, it subdivided each component of the color image to non-overlapping blocks of size 8x8 and performed 1-level discrete wavelet transform (DWT) for each selected block by using a key, and then did singular value decomposition (SVD) on the low and high frequency sub-band, respectively. Finally, the biggest singular value of low and high frequency sub-band exploited quantification and relationship method to embed preprocessed watermarking, respectively.
