Objective To explore the relationship of histone deacetylase 4（HDAC4） gene rs1108519 and rs3791398 polymorphisms with essential hypertension. Methods Totally 212 patients with essential hypertension were selected, and 212 healthy people were matched as the control group according to the principle of the same sex and age of ±2 years. Sanger sequencing was used to determine the genotype. SPSS22.0 software was used to compare and analyze the relationship of clinical data and gene polymorphisms with essential hypertension. Results（1） Compared with those in the control group, age, BMI, pulse pressure difference, mean arterial pressure, uric acid, triglyceride, RV5, and RV5+SV1 were higher, heart rate was faster, and HDL was lower in hypertension group （all P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the other clinical data （all P>0.05）.（2） The genotype distribution of the two loci in the two groups were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium （all P>0.05）.Compared with the control group, hypertension group had lower frequencies of genotype AA and allele A in rs1108519 locus, but higher frequencies of genotype AG,GG and allele G （all P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in genotype or allele frequency distribution between the two groups at rs3791398 locus （all P>0.05）.（3） After adjusting for possible confounding, the risk of hypertension in the population with AG and GG genotypes in rs1108519 locus was 5.980 times （OR=5.980,95% CI:1.334-26.811,P=0.019）and 2.832 times （OR=2.832,95% CI:1.466-5.472,P=0.002）that of AA genotype, respectively. Under the dominant model, the risk of hypertension in subjects with AG or GG genotype was 3.207 times higher than that with AA genotype （OR=3.207,95% CI:1.739-5.917,P<0.001）.Under the recessive model, the risk of hypertension in subjects with AG or AA genotype was 19.3% of that with GG genotype （OR=0.193,95% CI:0.045-0.825,P=0.026）.The risk of hypertension in subjects with allele G was 1.816 times higher than that with allele A（OR=1.816,95% CI:1.281-2.575,P=0.001）.There was no significant difference in the risk of hypertension among people with different genotypes and alleles at rs3791398locus（all P>0.05）.Conclusion HDAC4 gene rs1108519locus polymorphism is related to hypertension, and the G allele may be a risk factor for the onset of essential hypertension. BACKGROUND: Exosomes are nano-scale vesicles that can be secreted by almost all types of cells in the body, which can participate in multiple cell signaling pathways by transporting signal molecules, such as proteins, lipids and miRNAs to perform intercellular communication, immune responses, and antigen presentation. Therefore, exosomes have a great value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Of the cell types known to produce exosomes, mesenchymal stem cells are currently the most prolific producer closely related to the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases. OBJECTIVE: To review the origin and biological characteristics of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes, the isolation and identification methods of exosomes, and the progress of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. METHODS: The literature search was performed in PubMed and CNKI databases, and the keywords were “mesenchymal stem cells; exosomes; MSC-exosomes; neurodegenerative diseases” in Chinese and English, respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 61 eligible literatures were enrolled. Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes have low immunogenicity and long-circulating half-life and can carry small molecular substances across the blood-brain barrier, which can promote nerve cell growth and neuronal differentiation. Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes help damaged nervous system function and enhance vascular neurogenesis, which is becoming an emerging treatment for neurodegenerative diseases. We analyze the mutation characteristics of multiple differential evolution methods and their respective appropriate search state. In order to enable individual's efficient searching with self-learning and self-regulation, we establish a feedback loop, which can help the population choose mutation strategies dynamically according to its own search conditions. MoreoverCwe also use the conjugate gradient method to find out the optimal search routes in the neighborhood of the best individuals of each generation ,and it is useful for searching locally in the neighborhood of optimal solution. Results of the next generation theoretically prove that the proposed hybrid algorithm converges to the global optimal solution at a probability of 1. Experiments on benchmark functions show that the proposed algorithm can improve the efficiency and precision in searching the optimum value. 花瓣形钢管混凝土柱具有造型美观的优点，为具体研究其受力机理和承载力，定义了其截面组成，提出了截面偏移比和截面对称系数以反映花瓣形截面性质，提出在花瓣柱中设置十字形加劲肋以增强其组合效应。基于某工程中墩柱和有限元模型，研究了花瓣形钢管混凝土短柱在轴压荷载作用下的受力机理，分析了加劲肋厚度、混凝土强度、钢材强度、加劲肋开孔直径和间距等参数对轴压性能的影响，研究了加劲肋厚度与钢管壁厚的匹配关系。根据理论分析和大量有限元参数分析结果，建议了加劲肋厚度与钢管壁厚之比和钢管名义径厚比的取值范围，提出了花瓣形钢管混凝土短柱的轴压承载力计算式。
