Mammalian organs are composed of many cell types. They send signals through cell-cell interactions to maintain homeostasis and ensure body development. Traditional transcriptome sequencing takes a large number of cells or tissues as research samples, reflecting the overall transcriptome characteristics of cells, but cannot analyze the gene expression of a single cell. The development of single cell RNA sequencing（scRNA-seq）provides an effective method for revealing the characteristics of single cell transcriptome. In this paper, the scRNAseq platform, the main types of scRNA-seq technologies and the applications of scRNA-seq in mammals are reviewed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of micro needling radiofrequency in the treatment of osmidrosis. Methods Micro needling radiofrequency was performed at the range of 1 cm from the armpit hair area under the armpit. The treatment parameters were as follows : the treatment depth was 3.0 to 4.5 mm, the temperature was 90 to 95 ℃, and the time was 2000 to 2500 ms. Patients were treated twice with an interval of 1 month. Results Of the 102 patients who were followed up from 3 to 6 months, 80 patients were cured. In 13 patients, treatment was markedly effective and in 9, treatment was effective. The total cure rate was 90.20% and the total effective rate was 100%. There were six patients who had different degrees of scalding of the skin and recovered after dressing change. Two patients had partial numbness of the upper limbs and recovered after 3 to 6 months. Conclusion Treatment of osmidrosis by micro needling radiofrequency was minimally invasive, safe, effective, had a low recurrence rate, with less complications and rapid recovery.
