Mammalian organs are composed of many cell types. They send signals through cell-cell interactions to maintain homeostasis and ensure body development. Traditional transcriptome sequencing takes a large number of cells or tissues as research samples, reflecting the overall transcriptome characteristics of cells, but cannot analyze the gene expression of a single cell. The development of single cell RNA sequencing（scRNA-seq）provides an effective method for revealing the characteristics of single cell transcriptome.
