隐私计算是一种新型数据处理技术，可以在保护数据隐私及安全的前提下，实现数据价值转化和流通。然而隐私计算场景中“数据可用不可见”的特性给传统的数据质量治理工作带来了很大的挑战，业界尚缺乏完善的解决方案。针对上述问题，提出一种适用于隐私计算场景的数据质量治理方法与流程，构建了本地与多方两个层级的数据质量评估体系，能够兼顾本地域及联邦域的数据质量治理工作，同时提出了一种数据贡献度衡量方法，对隐私计算的长效激励机制进行探索，从而提升隐私计算的数据质量，并提高计算结果的精度。

【目的】研究顽固性月经过多行内膜切除与子宫切除对患者生理及心理影响。【方法】本研究抽选 2015年1月至2017年1月时间段内收治的顽固型月经量过多病患（110例）进行手术研究，在患者首肯下将其随 机分为内膜切除组和子宫切除组，比较两组患者治疗前后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、 阴道出血恢复情况以及贫血症状改善情况。【结果】治疗前，两组患者的SAS和SDS评分相比无统计学意义（P> 0.05），治疗后，内膜切除组的SAS和SDS评分分别为（45.31±3.58）分和（46.31±3.46）分，均显著低于子宫切除组 （P0.05），手术后1个月、3个月和6个月，内膜切除组患者的血红蛋白水 平均显著高于子宫切除组（P

对双极性光码分多址（OCDMA）系统采用码的单/双极性转换思路,将相关性能更优秀的双极性码应用于传统单极性OCDMA信道中,提出了一种采用双极性完全互补序列的OCDMA编解码方案及系统模型。仿真结果表明,完全互补的OCDMA系统与基于Gold序列的OCDMA系统性能相比有较大的优势。采用完全互补序列作为地址码,可以有效降低OCDMA系统中的多址干扰,提高通信质量。

就ＥＤＦＡ 在光纤ＣＡＴＶ 系统中应用时对系统的信号失真（ＣＳＯ）和载噪比（ＣＮＲ）的影响进行了理论分析，通过对ＥＤＦＡ 性能的优化设计，使之尽可能地增加功率裕度、提高传输距离

对邮电部固体器件研究所研制的掺铒光纤放大器 EDFA-Ⅲ95002进行了高温、高低温循环例行实验,给出了实验数据图表。实验中通过光功率计实时监测的EDFA 输出光功率和增益的变化小于0.5 dB,泵浦能够稳定正常工作。实验初步证明了 EDFA-Ⅲ掺铒光纤放大器能够稳定可靠地工作在0℃～50℃,并具有自动跟踪、回控泵浦电流、实时监控等优点,其技术指标达到了国际商用水平,可以在实际工程中使用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of treating diabetic macular edema with aflibercept and ranibizumab. and to compare the effects of these two drugs on central macular thickness (CMT), best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), and central macular volume (CMV). Methods From February 2021 to February 2023.100 patients with diabetic macular edema were admitted to the hospital and randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method: the observation group (50 patients, 50 eyes) treated with aflibercept, and the control group (50 patients, 50 eyes) treated with ranibizumab. The efficacy, CMT, BCVA,CMV, and com- plications of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment values of CMT and CMV between the two groups (P>0.05). However, the CMT and CMV values at 4 and 8 months post-treatment were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in BCVA values before treatment, and at 4 and 8 months after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). The rates of complications such as cataract, vitreous hemorrhage. and conjunctivitis were similar between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Both aflibercept and ranibizumab can be effective in treating diabetic macular edema. 目的 观察依诺肝素钠抗凝对终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者血小板和血脂的影响及其安全性。方法 选 取 220 例 CKD 5 期患者, 随机分为观察组和对照组各 110 例。两组均行维持性血液透析治疗, 每周 3 次, 共治疗 6 个 月。于每次透析治疗前 20～30 min, 观察组给予依诺肝素钠注射液、对照组给予低分子量肝素钙注射液静脉注射。 治疗前后采集患者空腹静脉血, 检测血小板、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白 （LDL）、脂蛋白, 比较两组血小板和血脂变化, 记录透析过程中出现的凝血、出血、脱发等不良反应。结果 观察组 治疗后血小板计数升高, 对照组治疗后血小板计数下降, 观察组血小板计数高于对照组（P 均<0. 05). 观察组 治 疗后 血 清 TC 、HDL 、LDL 、脂 蛋 白 水 平 降 低（P 均 <0. 05), 对 照 组 治 疗 后 TG 水 平 升 高 、脂 蛋 白 水 平 降 低（P 均 <0. 05), 观察组 TG、TC、LDL 水平低于对照组（P 均<0. 05). 观察组不良反应发生率为 12. 73%, 低于对照组的 23. 64%（P<0. 05). 结论 依诺肝素钠可降低终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者血脂水平, 且不减少血小板, 具有较 好的安全性。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to optimize the allocation of water resources in the Yellow River Basin and the irrigation regime for winter wheat crops in southeast Shanxi Province areas, based on the meteorological data from 1960 to 2019 in Yangcheng County, the annual changes of water requirement and rainfall at different growth stages of winter wheat were analyzed and calculated. In the typical irrigation year (25%, 50%, 75% and 95%), the coupling analysis of the water requirement and rainfall was carried out, and the irrigation water consumption of the winter wheat was calculated. The results show that in the past 60 years, the climate tendency rate of winter wheat water requirement increases with the change of 0.593 mm/(10a), and the annual average water requirement is 586.09 mm in southeast Shanxi Province areas. The climatic tendency rate of rainfall increases by 9.827 mm/(10 a), and the annual average value of rainfall is 213.66 mm. The climatic tendency rate of water requirement of winter wheat is the highest at jointing-heading stage. Under four typical irrigation years (25%, 50%, 75% and 95%), the coupling degree of rainfall and water demand in the whole growth period of winter wheat is 0.43, 0.33, 0.28 and 0.18 respectively. Natural rainfall cannot meet the water requirement of winter wheat growth. The amount of supplementary irrigation water is 261.74 mm, 427.45 mm, 554.34 mm and 674.66 mm respectively. Except typical irrigation years of 25%, the amount of supplementary irrigation water is the largest at heading to filling period. Objective To develop a nurse-led case management practice program for ovarian cancer patients, and to investigate its application effect initially. Methods The case management practice model of ovarian cancer was formed through literature analysis, qualitative research and expert meeting method. Ovarian cancer patients who were given conventional nursing interventions from Aug 2022 to Jun 2023 and from Jul 2023 to Mar 2024 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Fudan University were selected as the control group (n=16) and the intervention group (n=16). The patients’supportive care needs, disease symptoms and unplanned readmission rates were compared before and after intervention between two groups. Supportive Care Needs Survey Shortform 34 (SCNS-SF34) was used to collect patients’ supportive care needs, and M. D. Anderson Symptom Inventory (MDASI) was used to assess disease symptoms. Results The ovarian cancer case management practice program was constructed and revised to determine the qualification and professional competence of the ovarian cancer case manager, the core of practice, and the specific implementation pathway. After intervention, the total score and scores of all dimensions of SCNS-SF34 in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (P< 0.001), the total score and scores of all dimensions of MDASI in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in unplanned readmission rates between the two groups. Conclusion The case management practice program for ovarian cancer patients was constructed with scientific validity, which can effectively meet the care needs of patients and alleviate their disease symptoms. 本文所建立的ＥＤＦＡ的理论模型考虑了ＡＳＥ和光纤的本征衰耗，修改了速率方程和传输方程。对泵浦光功率、信号光功率沿光纤长度的分布及ＥＤＦＡ增益特性等进行了数值解，所得结果与实验结果符合较好。

BACKGROUND: Crosslinked sodium hyaluronate gel has good mechanical property, biocompatibility, and biodegradability, and can be used as an isolated protective material in tumor radiation therapy to protect endangered organs from damage caused by excess radiation dose. OBJECTIVE : To investigate the safety and efficacy of crosslinked sodium hyaluronate gel in reducing the dose of radiation to dangerous organs during brachytherapy. METHODS: A total of 16 specific pathogen-free Kunming mice of the same age and similar body weight were selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental group and control group by the random number table method, with 8 mice in each group. 125I seeds were implanted subcutaneously in the back of mice in the experimental group, and then crosslinked sodium hyaluronate gel was injected around the radioactive particles. Only 125I seeds were implanted subcutaneously in the back of mice in the control group. After injection, the distance between the radioactive particles and the epidermis was measured by spiral CT scan, and the surface radiation dose was measured by radiation dosimeter. Within 10 weeks after injection, the growth state, survival rate, skin radiation damage, and gel retention of mice were observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Spiral CT scan showed that the implanted gel was relatively concentrated and created an effective distance between the radioactive seeds and the epidermis. The body surface radiation dose of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01). (2) During the experimental observation period, mice in both groups survived; mice in the control group showed obvious irritability and other unstable behavior in the late experimental period, and some mice in the experimental group showed similar behavior. The daily food intake of mice in the two groups had no significant change, and the body mass showed the same increasing trend. After implantation of radioactive seeds, the two groups of mice showed different degrees of radioactive skin injury. From day 23 after injection to the end of the experiment, the skin radiation injury score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01). At week 10 after implantation, 6 mice in the experimental group had no obvious gel residue under their skin, and 2 mice had a very small amount of scattered gel-like samples under their skin. (3) Therefore, the crosslinked sodium hyaluronate injection technique can increase the space between the radioactive target area of 125I seeds and the organ at risk outside the target through physical space occupying, which can effectively reduce the dose of the organ at risk, and play a role in the isolation and protection of the organ at risk. In order to understand the effect of subsurface flow constructed wetland on the treatment of aquaculture tail water, we constructed three subsurface flow wetlands (Ipomoea aquatica, Eichhornia crassipes, philoxeroides) to compare the effects on tail water purification of grass carp ponds, and analyzed the mechamism of microorganisms. The effects of treatment of ponds for tail water of ponds with different hydraulic loads, drainage, suspension and drainage conversion were discussed, and the diversity and composition of microbial community of subsurface flow constructed wetland were also discussed. The results showed that in Ipomoea aquatica, Eichhornia crassipes, philoxeroides groups, the removal rates of TP, NH+4-N and CODMn was the highest respectively, for 24. 7%, 25. 1% and 25%; When the system was shut down, the removal rates of NH+4-N was the lowest in in Ipomoea aquatica, Eichhornia crassipes, philoxeroides groups, for - 526. 07%, - 871. 08%, and -1 196. 46%; When the system was under the low hydraulic load (5. 76 m 3/d), in Ipomoea aquatica, Eichhornia crassipes, philoxeroides groups, the removal rates of CODMn, NH+4 and TP was the highest respectively, for 30. 4%, 42. 5% and 22. 1%. For the microbial community diversity, the Shannon, Ace and Chao 1 index of Ipomoea aquatica groups were the highest, while for Simpson index, the Alternanthera philoxeroides groups was the highest. A total of 5131 samples were identified from the samples of the three aquatic plants groups, which were annotated to 45 phyla, 293 orders and 974 genera. And total of 5 021 OTU samples were obtained from the Ipomoea aquatica groups in drainage, suspension and drainage conversion period, including 47 phyla, 294 orders and 953 genera. The study has shown that aquatic plant subsurface flow constructed wetland had a certain purification effect on aquaculture tail water, while the purification effect will reduce when the water shut down, and the purification effect of low hydraulic load was greater than that of high and medium. The diversity and composition of microbial communities affected the purification effect of subsurface flow constructed wetland on the tail water of aquaculture ponds. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The earliest fossil records of Bittacidae can date back to the Triassic, with a higher diversity during the Jurassic, and lower diversity in the Cretaceous. This paper based on four well-preserved new specimens of Bittacidae from the mid-Cretaceous Kachin amber in Northern Myanmar （Hukawng Valley）, revised the diagnosis of Burmobittacus Zhao, Bashkuev, Chen & Wang, 2017, supplemented the features of head, the basal part of the wing, and genitalia of Burmobittacus jarzembowskii Zhao, Bashkuev, Chen & Wang, 2017, indicated a significant difference in the intraspecific length ratio between radial sector（RS）and R2+3. This study aimed to investigate the nutritional components of the muscle in wild and farmed Siniperca chuatsi from the Poyang Lake basin. A total of 30 wild and 30 farmed Siniperca chuatsi from the Poyang Lake basin were selected and the contents of conventional components, amino acids, fatty acids, and minerals in muscle were detected. The results showed that the moisture content in the muscle of the wild samples was significantly higher than that of the farmed samples (P<0.05), while the crude protein and crude fat content were significantly lower than those of the farmed samples (P<0.05). The types of amino acids in the muscle of wild and farmed Siniperca chuatsi were identical, with the histidine content in the muscle of the wild samples (0.34%) being significantly lower than that of the farmed samples (0.36%) (P<0.05). The amino acid composition of the muscle in both wild and farmed Siniperca chuatsi from the Poyang Lake basin met the FAO/WHO standards. The EPA content in the muscle of the wild samples (1.33%) was significantly higher than that of the farmed samples (0.34%) (P<0.05), and the DHA content (2.66%) was significantly higher than that of the farmed samples (1.10%) (P<0.05). The selenium content in the muscle of the wild samples (0.45 mg/kg) was significantly higher than that of the farmed samples (0.23 mg/kg) (P<0.05). The study indicates that the muscle amino acid composition of wild and farmed Siniperca chuatsi from the Poyang Lake basin is quite similar, both possessing high nutritional value, and that the nutritional indicators of Siniperca chuatsi in the Poyang Lake basin under farming conditions are essentially comparable to those of the wild samples. In order to explore the effects of amylose, amylopectin and β-glucan on the synthesis of resistant starch, 30 glutinous barley with different genotypes were used as the experimental materials to determine the starch components, β-glucan content and resistant starch content at 7, 14, and 21 days after flowering (early grain-filling stage), and the maturation period. The results showed that there were significant differences among the starch components, β-glucan content and resistant starch content in the mature grains of 30 barley materials with different genotypes. The content of resistant starch ranged from 0.28% to 1.22%, with an average value of 0.56%. The content of resistant starch in the strain Xi C1 was the highest (1.22%), followed by Gankennuo No.3 (0.91%). The two strains with the lowest content of resistant starch were 2014(7)-5-1-2 (0.28%) and 2014(1)-1-2-1 (0.29%). With the advance of grain filling process, the content of resistant starch in Gankennuo No.3 showed an increasing trend, and reached the maximum at the maturation period. The strain 2014(1)-1-2-1 showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, while the variation trends for the strain Xi C1 and strain 2014(7)-5-1-2 were exactly opposite to that of the strain 2014(1)-1-2-1. Among the 30 barley materials, the contents of β-glucan in 13 materials were higher than 6%, indicating that they were typical high β-glucan materials. The content of β-glucan in Zhongnuo No.8 was as high as 8.59%. The amylose content ranged from 1.81% to 18.54%, and the amylopectin content ranged from 81.46% to 98.19%. Among the 30 barley materials, the contents of amylopectin in 22 materials were more than 90%, indicating that they were high-amylopectin starch materials. The contents of resistant starch in 30 barley grains with different genotypes were different, and the accumulation characteristics of resistant starch were also different. Therefore, the correlation analysis showed that the content of resistant starch was significantly positively correlated with the content of amylose, but was significantly negatively correlated with the content of β-glucan. OBJECTIVE: To explore the prescription rules of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) from sputum dampness, and analyze the potential mechanism of core prescription drugs. METHODS: Clinical research literature on the treatment of NAFLD from phlegm dampness was collected, and systematic clustering and association rules analysis were carried out on taste and attribution of prescription drugs. After determining the core prescription for treating NAFLD from the perspective of phlegm-dampness theory, we searched the database to obtain the drug’ s effective ingredient targets and disease targets. The intersection of these targets was used to construct a protein-protein interaction network in the STRING database. Subsequently, all intersecting targets were scored in Cytoscape to identify core targets. Gene Ontology functional enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis were conducted on key targets. The analysis results were imported into Cytoscape to construct a network diagram of active ingredients-targets-disease pathways for traditional Chinese medicine. RESULTS: After screening, a total of 119 prescriptions were obtained, including 153 kinds of drugs, which were sweet and warm, and were more common in the liver and spleen. Analysis of association rules showed that Crataegi Folium, Wolfiporia Cocos, Alisma Orientale, Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz, Radix Salviae, Arum Ternatum Thunb and Citrus Reticulata were the core drugs for the treatment of NAFLD. Core prescription combination of “Crataegi Folium, Cassiae Semen, Alisma Orientale, Radix Salviae, Radix Bupleuri and Curcumae Radix” was obtained by cluster analysis. Network pharmacological analysis showed that there were 248 intersection targets between the core prescription and NAFLD, and the signal transduction and transcriptional activator 3 and myelocytomatosis oncogene cellular homolog were the core targets for the treatment of NAFLD from sputum wetness. Forkhead box O, tumor necrosis factor and phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase-protein kinase B signaling pathways were the main signaling pathways of phlegmdampness treatment of NAFLD. Methyl heptenone, quercetin and kaempferol were the main effective components of the core prescription. CONCLUSIONS: The treatment of NAFLD from phlegm dampness is mainly sweet and warm medicine, which is inseparable from the regulation of liver and spleen, and Crataegi Folium, Wolfiporia Cocos, Alisma Orientale, Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz, Radix Salviae, Arum Ternatum Thunb and Citrus Reticulata are commonly used drugs for the treatment of NAFLD from phlegm dampness, and the core prescription of NAFLD from phlegm dampness mainly plays a therapeutic role in NAFLD by participating into the regulation of lipid metabolism, inflammatory response, oxidative stress and other biological processes.
