Practice teaching is a key link to realize the talents training goal of higher education, but how to integrate and optimize the practice teaching resource configuration, improve the efficiency of the use of practice teaching resources and input-output efficiency has always been a common problem in institutions of higher learning. "Big chemical engineering" in Practice Teaching Center, Wuhan Institute of Technology, is taken as an example, the engineering professional practice and innovation cultivation system is taken as an analytical base, this paper deals with the features of training, experiment, practice, and innovation, and deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems in resource allocation of engineering practical teaching, and gives suggestions to optimize the distribution of practice teaching resources, build a scientific and reasonable practical teaching of input-output efficiency evaluation system. Practical teaching is an important part of higher education in China, so the effects of practical teaching directly affect the quality of higher education especially in the process of engineering education accreditation. Based on the perspective of thinking, the paper introduces the computational thinking, engineering thinking and design thinking into the practical teaching system for major of computer,and constructs a new practical teaching system with aim of cultivation of computational thinking as the base, the cultivation of engineering thinking as the core and the design thinking as the goal. This paper studied its application of WindPRO software in practice teaching in colleges and universities. Considering either no wake model or N.O. Jensen wake model, the simulation of power generation of wind farm were carried out. When the N.O. In order to carry out the practical teaching of marine ecology， a marine ecosystem model lab based on the simulation model is designed. Accordingly, the practical teaching of the remote sensing principles courses should also keep pace with the times and be adjusted and the reformed. To cultivate the creative thinking of students, exercise their practical ability, and improve the effect of teaching, based on the characteristics of remote sensing principles courses, this paper fused inquiry teaching to the practical teaching of remote sensing courses. This paper summarizes the current situation of the innovation education model and analyzes the existed problems. We put forward a new teaching model based on the TRIZ theory. In recent years, called from the Ministry of Education, “reading and writing” has become a core course in the general education sectors of universities. Its characteristics are mainly to cultivate studentsʼ abilities about emphasis analysis, reason narrative, and scenario design. Further, flipped learning is commonly used for the teaching of its classes. This paper presents how to integrate an innovative inquiry-based quality talk in flipped learning and then proposes, in such a new integrated flipped learning model, a “reading and writing” class design method for enhancing studentsʼ learning effects on their “reading and writing” abilities. Then, this method is applied to the ʻfood literatureʼ unit in a “reading and writing” course at a domestic university to design its learning contents and inquiry-based quality talk activities. For verification, a quasi-experimental study on the comparative analysis and its associated questionnaires have been conducted to validate the effects and studentsʼ satisfaction of applying the new model to “reading and writing” classes.
