The standardization, transparency, and completeness of research papers in animal experimentation and comparative medicine research are crucial for ensuring the credibility, reproducibility, and clinical applicability of research findings. Internationally recognized guidelines, such as the ARRIVE guidelines, serve to standardize animal experimentation and reporting. In China, there is already a comprehensive framework of regulations and standards governing laboratory animal research. However, the practical guidance in these documents remains insufficient to effectively guide Chinese researchers in writing and publishing in vivo animal research papers. To address this gap, the Editorial Board of Laboratory Animals and Comparative Medicine has developed a checklist of publication standards tailored for Chinese scholars, informed by the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines and Chinese regulations and standards. This checklist is applicable for authors to self-check during manuscript preparation and submission, for peer experts during the review process, for journal editors in pre-publication verification, and for readers to evaluate published works. It aims to effectively promote the standardization and high-quality development of laboratory animal and comparative medicine research in China.

To meet the design requirements of multi-band and miniaturization antennas in mobile communication system， combined with the structural advantages of metamaterials， a 2D/3D tunable dual-band paper-based metamaterial antenna was designed based on origami technique. In order to illustrate the characteristics of the paper-based antenna， such as easy processing， low cost， and easy carrying， prototype antennas were fabricated by coating conductive silver on different paper-based materials. The simulation and measured results show that the antenna can operate at 2.45 GHz and 1.40 GHz in 2D and 3D states respectively， and the operating frequency band can be controlled by adjusting the folding angle of the inner ring. In addition， the radiation patterns of 2D and 3D antennas were studied respectively. The main radiation direction of the 2D antenna is perpendicular to the plane of the antenna， while the main radiation direction of the 3D antenna is controlled by the folding angle of the inner ring. The paper-based metamaterial antenna provides new ideas for antenna design to achieve switchable operating frequency bands and has a wide application in portable mobile terminal and multi-band communication.

Multilayer paper-based cell culture, as an in vitro three-dimensional (3D) cell culture method, has been frequently used to research drug bioavailability, therapeutic efficacy, and dose-limiting toxicity in malignant tumors. This paper proposes a heterogenous multilayer paper stacking co-culture system to establish a model of natural killer (NK) cells moving through the endothelium layer and attacking tumor spheroids. This system consists of three layers: a bottom tumor-spheroid layer, a middle invasion layer, and a top endothelium layer. NK-92 cells were placed in the supernatant on top of the three layers. After two days of co-culture, the attack of tumor spheroids by NK cells was observed. We additionally examined the infiltration of NK-92 cells within the tumor spheroids at different Z -axis depths using a confocal microscope, and the results suggested that the system successfully realizes NK cells traveling cross the endothelium layer to form tumor-infiltrating NK cells (TINKs). The potential application of multilayer paper for co-culture models involving cancer cells and immune cells holds great promise for exploring the interaction dynamics of these two cell types.

The development of pesticides has significantly advanced global agricultural production, but the ensuing problem of pesticide residues poses a severe threat to human health. So, there is an urgent need to establish a rapid, accurate, sensitive, cost-effective and on-site method for large-scale detection of pesticide residues. Electrochemical paper-based analytical devices (ePADs) represents a highly sensitive and portable microanalysis system, which uses paper as a substrate and relies on a capillary force to drive the fluid for the separation and detection of samples. The diversity of pesticides and agricultural products and the complexity of matrices impose high requirements on the sample preparation procedure. This article summarizes the preparation process of ePADs from the aspects of paper selection, the establishment of hydrophilic and hydrophobic channels, the integration of separation zones, and electrode printing. Subsequently, this paper establishes the relationship between pesticide detection and chip preparation based on the mechanism of electrochemical detection of pesticides. Finally, it discusses the advantages, challenges and future prospects of ePADs with a view to providing theoretical reference for enhanced application of ePADs in the field of pesticide residue detection.

Partial discharge at the oil-paper interface is one of the main reasons for the failure of oil-paper insulation in oil-immersed transformers. In this article, based on the numerical model of multi-branching streamer discharge, a multi-branching streamer discharge model in oil-paper insulation system is constructed by further considering the charge transport characteristics of oil-paper interface. The surface discharge characteristics under the influence of the dielectric constant ratio between natural ester insulating oil and insulating paper, and the spacing between needle electrode and paperboard are studied by finite element method, respectively. The results show that the distance between the needle electrode and the paperboard, and the dielectric constant ratio of insulating oil and insulating paper both significantly affect the streamer branching. The smaller the clearance between the needle electrode and paper-board is, the more serious the inhibition of streamer branches at the oil-paper interface is, which resulting in the streamers near the oil-paper interface are more significant effect on the propagation of the z-axis streamer. When the dielectric constant of the insulating oil is larger than that of the paperboard, the development and branching of the streamer in the oil will be more significant. On the contrary, the streamer is more likely to develop along the surface of the paperboard and accumulate charge at the oil-paper interface.

Objective To comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of the blood plate paper bridge method for H antigen induction and identification, and to investigate its mechanism in order to promote the application of this method in Salmonella serotyping. Methods The experimental conditions of the blood plate paper bridge method for Salmonella serotyping were optimized by comparing the effects of different paper bridge materials on the induction and identification of H antigen, scanning the surface of different paper bridge materials by scanning electron microscope to explore the mechanism of the effects, and combining the factors of environmental humidity and saline dosage. The optimized method was compared with the simple plate method of GB 4789.4 standard for serotyping 40 strains of Salmonella. Results The matte surface of CN110 and CN95 nitrocellulose membranes had similar bridging effect with ordinary filter paper, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), while the effect of filter membrane was significantly lower than that of ordinary filter paper (P< 0.05). Salmonella spread better at higher humidity, and there was a significant difference between the results at 80% humidity compared with those of the 50% and 20% groups (P<0.0167). The spreading effect was significantly improved with increasing amount of saline (P<0.001), and the optimal amount was 15 µL. Forty foodborne Salmonella strains were identified using the two methods, and the method in this study was able to accurately identify Salmonella serotypes in one go, whereas the simple plate method required one to three inductions. Conclusion The blood plate paper bridge method optimized in this study is easy to operate and has a significant induction effect, which is suitable for the identification of Salmonella serotypes. This method can be used as an effective complement to Salmonella serotyping methods to improve the efficiency and accuracy of foodborne disease traceability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Oil-immersed power transformer is an important part of power grid, and its reliable operation plays a vital role in pomler system security. Aiming at the problem that the insulation state of transformer cannot be assessed quantitatively after long-term operation, the accelerated aging and damp tests of oil-paper insulation model are carried out in this paper. The influence of aging and damp of oil-paper insulation on its recovery voltage curves is explored. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used to improve the parameter prediction method of extreme learning machine (ELM), which realizes the quantitative assessment of aging and moisture of oil-paper insulation based on the characteristic parameters of the recovery voltage curve. By comparing the physical and chemical performance analysis of oil-paper insulation models, it is shown that the prediction accuracy of PSO-ELM method is much higher than that of traditional ELM method. The absolute error range for predicting the moisture content of oil-paper insulation the degree of polymerization (DP) of pressboard is less than ±0.4% or ±30, respectively.

Ultra high frequency (UHF) partial discharge (PD) detection is a common method for transformer oil-paper insulation defect location. However, the accuracy of PD positioning in practical application is easily affected by noise and sensor layout. In order to ensure the effectiveness of PD positioning detection of transformer oil-paper insulation defect, an UHF PD positioning detection platform for oil-paper insulation defects is established. Based on the conventional K-means method, a modified clustering demarcation PD anti-interference positioning method is proposed, which effectively reduces the positioning error. Aiming at the problem of sample clustering demarcation aliasing, when the optimal correction coefficient L is 1.1, the UHF PD positioning error can be reduced to less than 0.1 m, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. Finally, the variation law of positioning error of different sensor layout is analyzed, and the optimal layout scheme of UHF sensor for transformer oil-paper insulation defect detection is proposed, which can provide reference for the layout and positioning of transformer on-line monitoring sensor.

High prevalence and low control rate of hypertension have brought a significant disease burden globally. In order to improve the level of hypertension prevention and treatment, remote healthcare and digital medicine have been rapidly developed and widely used worldwide. Currently, there are no relevant regulations in China for these technologies. In 2023, the Italian Society of Arterial Hypertension issued a position statement to guide the development, validation, and clinical use of remote medicine and digital healthcare. This article will interpret this position paper, focusing on the forms of application of telemedicine and digital healthcare in managing hypertension and its related cardiovascular diseases, key research evidence, existing advantages, as well as current opportunities and challenges. The aim is to guide general practitioners in China on how to utilize these technologies in managing hypertension and related cardiovascular conditions.

A new method was proposed for point-of-care testing (POCT) of immunosuppressants in blood using thin-layer paper spray ionization and a miniature mass spectrometer. The aluminum thin-layer plate was used as paper spray substrate, and cut into an equilateral triangle. Aliquots of 10 μL blood sample were loaded on the aluminum thin-layer plate, and then 20 μL methanol was dropped as elution/spray solvent. The tip of the triangular plate was placed 1.0 cm in front of the discontinuous atmospheric pressure interface (DAPI) of the miniature mass spectrometer. When the spray voltage was applied, the sample was eluted from the triangular plate and formed paper spray ionization at the tip. Coupled with the miniature mass spectrometer, five immunosuppressants were detected under negative ion mode. The precursor ions ［M-H］- of tacrolimus, sirolimus, everolimus, ciclosporin A, and mycophenolic acid are m/z 802.6, 912.6, 957.1, 1 200.8, 319.1, and product ions are m/z 560.2 and 604.3, m/z 590.3 and 321.2, m/z 590.3 and 365.2, m/z 1 088.8, m/z 287.4 and 275.1, respectively. Based on the observed signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) of the most intense tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) fragment peaks and using the S/N=3 and 10 as the criteria, the limits of detection (LODs) and quantitation (LOQs) are estimated to be 0.5-5 mg/L and 1-10 mg/L, respectively. The internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis, and indapamide was used as the internal standard compound. Sufficient linearity for each analyte is obtained with the correlation coefficients (r) greater than 0.99. The proposed method displays good recoveries in the range of 91.0%-114.3% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 8.4%. Moreover, the developed method was used for the analysis of blood samples, which spiked with tacrolimus, sirolimus, everolimus, cyclosporine A and mycophenolic acid at the concentration of 100 mg/L. The analytical results demonstrated the consistency between the proposed method and the traditional liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method. The entire analysis procedure can be completed within 1 min. The proposed method is simple, fast, accurate, efficient, and suitable for POCT of immunosuppressants in blood.

Objective To establish a paper-free system of the total whole blood donation flow in constructing intelligent blood stations, and build digitalized whole blood donation system for practice. Methods A paper-free whole blood collection system was constructed through information process reforming, system frame designing and data network transportation constructing, and was applied in various blood donation scenario. Results Fixed blood collection sites carried out 49 063 donations via paper-free information system from November 2022 to July 2023, and 24 822 donations( group blood donation) were conducted via paper-free system from April to July 2022. Compared with the traditional paper-based model, paper-free system is safer, more standardized and more convenient, effectively enhancing the experience of blood donors. Conclusion The construction of paper-free whole blood collection system effectively enhances the experience of blood donors, improves the safety, accuracy, traceability of the data, and has good social value and economic value, which is worth popularizing.

In the era of informatization and digitization, the rapid increase in the number of scientific papers has given rise to various challenges, such as lengthy articles, difficulty in information extraction and high time costs associated with reading.Literature reading challenges for researchers are increasingly tedious and time-consuming.By utilizing the language models, the assited reading system of scientific papers has been designed to address these challenges.By adopting machine reading comprehension technology as the core, the system parses scientific texts and offers some common questions to achieve automated response capabilities.By fully utilizing the pre-trained language model PERT, the system enhances its capabilities in semantic understanding and information extraction, effectively resolving various challenges in reading scientific papers and helping readers improve the efficiency of scientific literature review.

Based on the selective quenching effect of the flavonoid rutin on the fluorescence of carbon dots prepared by asparagine pyrolysis, a method for rapid detection of rutin content in the flower buds of Sophora japonica by using chitosan-based carbon dot paper chip was developed. A filter paper was immersed in the casting solution of carbon dots and chitosan. After drying, a carbon dot chitosan film was formed on the surface of the filter paper, so that the chitosan-based carbon dot paper chip was obtained. After samples were dripped on the chip, chromogenic reaction occurred uniformly within a limited region, and pictures were taken under an ultraviolet (UV) lamp at 365 nm for analysis of the red (R), green (G), and blue (B) values of the colored spots in order to optimize the preparation conditions and detection conditions. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: chitosan concentration of 20 mg/mL, carbon spot concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, 50% ethanol as sample solvent, and reaction time of 20 min. Under these conditions, the difference (ΔG) in G-value between sample and solvent spots had a linear relationship with rutin concentration (C) in the range of 4 to 120 mg/mL. Using this method, the average contents of rutin in the flower buds of S. japonica from three batches were determined to be 23.85%, 22.83% and 20.30%, the average relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 6.1%, 5.6% and 6.7%, and the recoveries were 91.27% to 107.5%, which were close to the results of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The proposed method is simple and rapid, and can be used for rapid on-site determination of rutin content in the flower buds of S. japonica.

Results of academic research require publication and need to be reviewed by peers before they can contribute to the existing body of knowledge. Among the various means of publishing research findings, researchers may, according to past academic practices, first present their research results in conferences, seminars or symposiums, and then submit their results to journals for publication. Hence, the issue of “extended publication”, where conference papers are revised and submitted to journals, has gained attention in the library and information science community. This study collected public documents on the Internet and applied document analysis to examine the ethical considerations regarding such extension practice. First, this research reviewed the basic principles of research integrity and responsible behavior. Secondly, this research listed several types of violation related to research paper writing and submission, and studied the guidelines established by both domestic and foreign academic organizations, publishers, and journals. The findings of the research were used to provide specific recommendations on the best practices for extending conference papers to journal articles.

To explore the microscopic mechanism of thermal stability of oil-paper insulation， a molecular model consistent with the actual oil-paper insulation is established. Through comparison with the experimental results， the effectiveness of the model is verified. With temperature as an independent variable， variation of the mechanical parameters and hydrogen bond energy of the cellulose molecular model under the action of a thermal field is investigated. The results show that parameters characterizing the mechanical properties of cellulose， such as bulk modulus （K）， Young's modulus （E）， shear modulus （G）， and Poisson's ratio （v） of the cellulose crystalline zone model are larger than those of the amorphous zone model at the same temperature， and the distribution of hydrogen bond energy remains the same. Thus， the cellulose crystalline zone is superior to the amorphous zone in mechanical properties and determines the insulation properties of cellulose insulating paper. The results of the study provide a theoretical basis and method for investigating the microscopic mechanism of thermal aging of oil-paper insulation.

New paper-based microfluidic technology has been widely used in many fields due to their advantages such as easy preparation, low cost, and non-toxic environmental protection, compared with the shortcomings of other food analysis and detection techniques such as complex production method and high cost of preparation. The outline of new paper-based microfluidic technology is briefly summarized and the probes including organic molecules, nanomaterials and polymers their structural activity with regard to sensing performances along with their limit of detection are also discussed. This review is expected to assist readers for better understanding of the sensing mechanisms of various chemo and bio-probes utilized in µPADs, as well as promote their advancement in the field. The detection mechanism and its advantages in the whole detection system at the same time to get the ideal experimental results of new paper-based microfluidic technology in the food analysis of pesticide residues, pathogenic bacteria, additives, heavy metals and other substances are mainly introduced. This study would provide the theoretical basis and references for fast detection field. The future challenges and application prospects of this technology are prospected.

[Purpose/Significance] Interdisciplinary research can creatively solve complex problems in natural environment and human society through knowledge integration and penetration. With the increase of interdisciplinary research results, the evaluation of interdisciplinarity becomes increasingly necessary. How to establish an effective method for interdisciplinarity measurement and achieve a comprehensive measurement of scientific research papers is an urgent problem to be solved. [Method/Process] Based on the above background, this study takes the data of scientific research papers as the analysis source, deconstructs the interdisciplinarity of scientific research papers from multiple dimensions, constructs the feature set of interdisciplinarity of scientific research papers, and on this basis proposes the method for measuring interdisciplinarity based on the adaptive method of machine learning, and conducts a comprehensive measurement of interdisciplinarity. This study has certain positive significance for researchers to understand the interdisciplinary papers in the field. The work process is as follows: First of all, the basic concepts of interdisciplinarity are sorted out and related concepts are discriminated, and the index of interdisciplinarity of different dimensions is analyzed. Based on the connotation and characteristics of interdisciplinary research, the characteristic index of interdisciplinarity of scientific research papers is extracted from three dimensions: subject attribute, knowledge network topology and knowledge integration text content. Secondly, an interdisciplinarity measurement method based on machine learning is constructed. By analyzing information gain and feature similarity of input indexes and data in feature sets, a feature selection calculation method based on adaptive feature selection is proposed, and the accuracy of feature classification is maximized by machine learning classifier. At the same time, the feature subset that can best express the interdisciplinary is selected based on the adaptive selection of the minimum number of features, and the selected adaptive feature set is used in the calculation of the interdisciplinary of the paper, and the results of the calculation of the original feature set are analyzed comprehensively. Finally, an empirical study was carried out in the field of plant nanobiotechnology to verify the effectiveness of the index system and adaptive feature selection listed above, identify and screen papers with high interdisciplinarity in the field, measure the interdisciplinarity of papers and identify key influencing factors based on the calculation of subject attributes, knowledge network topology and knowledge integration text content features. [Results/Conclusions] The main empirical results show that, among the subject attributes, the balance degree and the difference degree have a greater effect on the interdisciplinary evaluation. The overall effect of knowledge network topology structure features is satisfactory, the distribution breadth of knowledge integration text content features has a greater effect on interdisciplinary evaluation, and the calculation effect is further improved by fitness weighted summation of each feature. The results demonstrate that the adaptive feature selection proposed in this paper can effectively screen the interdisciplinary related feature indexes, improve the reliability of the results, and achieve a comprehensive and in-depth measurement of the interdisciplinary of scientific research papers. This measure method avoids the subjective defects that may occur in qualitative evaluation and the problems that different measure indicators may produce contradictory results. It provides a new idea and direction for interdisciplinary measurement.

A flexible wipe paper for rapid nondestructive detection of ferbam residues on the surface of fruits and vegetables by surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) was prepared using filter paper as the substate by a simple soaking method. The synthesis and storage conditions were optimized to ensure that the SERS method has excellent performance. The results showed that concentration factor of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), soaking time in AgNP solution and drying method greatly affected the performance of the SERS wipe paper. The performance under the condition of soaking for 8 h in a 5-fold concentrate of AgNP solution was significantly better than that under other conditions. The SERS wipe paper prepared by vacuum drying had better performance that those prepared by other drying methods. After 9 days of storage at −20 ℃, the optimized substrate retained approximately 50% of the original peak value. Besides, it exhibited good sensitivity, uniformity, and repeatability. The limit of detection (LOD) for ferbam on a glass plate was 4.07 × 10-6 mg/mL, and the LOD for ferbam on the surface of spinach and nectarine were 0.043 and 0.062 mg/kg, respectively. This study provides an excellent basis for the development and utilization of SERS wipe paper.

“Lab on paper” is a paper-based microanalytical system with unique advantages such as high sensitivity, low cost, portability, and mass production, which breaks through the limitations of traditional detection technologies and shows great potential in the field of rapid on-site food detection. In this paper, the typical “labs on paper”, including chromatographic paper, chemical test chip, lateral flow assay (LFA), microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (μPADs), and synthetic biological paper, are systematically reviewed. Special emphasis is put on the application of “lab on paper” in the field of food detection. Finally, the advantages, challenges, and future prospects of paper-based analytic methods are discussed, which may provide theoretical support for better application of “lab on paper” in the field of food detection.

BackgroundIn recent years, the rising number of e-cigarette users among adolescents and the surging cases of lung injury related to e-cigarette use have attracted the attention of researchers in various fields.ObjectiveTo identify the research hotspots and trends of e-cigarette or vaping product use associated lung injury (EVALI) worldwide from 2013 to 2022 by bibliometric and visual analysis. MethodsWeb of Science Core Collection was selected to obtain literature related to EVALI from 2013 to 2022 across the world, statistics were calculated by country/region, institution, author, journal, cited literature, keyword, etc. CiteSpace 6.2.R1 was used for visual analysis to draw diagrams of publication trend, author cooperation network, co-citation clustering time distribution, and keyword cluster. ResultsA total of 888 EVALI-related papers published between 2013 and 2022 were retrieved. The number of publications was gradually increased, with a significant increase in 2020 and a decrease from 2021, but the number of citations was increased year by year. The most active country was the United States (631 articles). European and American countries cooperated closely and the centrality was prominent. Among the publishing institutions, the University of California system topped the list with 103 articles. Rahman I (27 articles) published the most articles and had a high degree of centrality; Goniewicz M L was the most cited author; and the network analysis diagram showed relatively weak collaboration between authors. The American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine was the journal with the highest number of publications (94 articles). The top 5 cited articles were all cited more than 300 times. The leading high-frequency keywords of EVALI-related studies were nicotine (149 times), exposure (118 times), and oxidative stress (80 times). The cluster of key nodes in the co-citation network and the clustering time distribution diagram indicated youth e-cigarette addiction received widespread attention from society. From the top 25 keywords with the strongest bursts, the focus of research on the pathogenesis of EVALI gradually shifted from the oxidative stress damage associated with e-cigarette vapor to the oxidative effect of flavoring chemicals in the process of lung injury. The current research interests in this field were mainly the mechanisms of various chemicals in e-cigarettes and the heating elements that led to damage to the lungs. ConclusionEVALI is receiving continuous attention from researchers in government, medical institutions, and other organizations. A variety of e-cigarette ingredients such as flavoring chemicals may lead to varying degrees of cytotoxicity, inflammation, and lung damage. However, the pathophysiology of EVALI remains unclear. In the future, more Chinese scholars should be encouraged to participate in this field.

The insulation performance of transformer bushings is a crucial aspect that directly affects the safe operation of equipment. To diagnose the insulation status of transformer bushings and mitigate the impact of small-sample imbalanced data on diagnostic results, a particle swarm optimization combined with back propagation neural network (PSO-BPNN) and adaptive synthetic sampling (ADASYN) method are employed to fault diagnosis of transformer bushing. Initially, historical fault data of transformer bushings are gathered, and a sample set of dissolved gases in transformer oil with distinct fault categories is established. The ADASYN algorithm is used to synthesize the minority class samples in the original data, which allowed for obtaining balanced fault data. The balanced dissolved gases in oil served as the model input, and the fault status is used as the label output to diagnose the transformer bushings using the PSO-BPNN model. To diagnose the bushings under the original sample set, the back propagation neural network (BPNN), genetic combined with back propagation neural network (G-BPNN), cuckoo search combined with back propagation neural network (CS-BPNN), and PSO-BPNN models are used. The results reveal that the PSO-BPNN model based on ADASYN balanced data exhibited the highest accuracy among the various models for fault diagnosing the insulation status of transformer bushings. This approach effectively mitigate the impact of small sample imbalanced data on diagnostic results, and provide an effective method for assessing the insulation performance of transformer bushings.

Fruit paper is a paper-shaped snack made from fresh fruit after pulping, boiling and drying. Drying, one of the oldest methods for food preservation, removes water from fruit and extends its shelf-life for year-round consumption. The most commonly used drying methods include hot air drying, vacuum drying, freeze drying, and their combinations. The energy efficiency of drying process and the quality of fruit paper are both important to be considered in fruit pulp drying. This article updates the research status of drying technologies applied in fruit paper production, including hot air drying, freeze drying, vacuum drying, microwave drying, infrared radiation drying, and refraction window drying. In addition, the influence of the pretreatments and drying process on fruit paper's shape, texture, and nutrients are also summarized. This work aims to improve the drying efficiency of fruit paper and retain the active ingredients of fruit to the maximum extent, and to provide reference for further research on drying processing of fruit paper in food industry.

Objective: This study aimed to solve the problem of cigarette flavoring technology that the surface taste of splicing paper weakens over time. Methods: A rapid method for the simultaneous determination of two kinds of sweeteners was established based on ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC). The change of the content of the sweetener on the surface of the tipping paper was analyzed, and the induced migration experiment was used to analyze the migration of sweeteners. The surface porosity, air permeability and surface water absorption of aluminized splice paper were analyzed by scanning electron microscope, air permeability tester and surface water absorption tester. Results: A method for rapid determination of two kinds of sweeteners simultaneously was established by UHPLC. The results of induced migration experiment showed that the sweeteners in the tipping paper migrated from the surface to the inside of the paper gradually. The results of scanning electron microscope, air permeability tester and surface water absorption tester showed that pores distributed on the surface of the aluminized tipping paper, and the high air permeability thereby led to the surface water absorption capacity. Therefore, the sweetener migrated in the aluminized tipping paper. After 42 days of induced migration, the migration rates of acesulfame and saccharin sodium in the paper were 48.47% and 49.65%, respectively. Conclusion: The pores and cracks spreading on the surface of the aluminized tipping paper made it have high permeability and strong water absorption, and the concentration differences between the two sides of the paper resulted in a conducive migration of the sweeteners.

Knowledge representation of scientific paper data is a problem to be solved,and how to learn the representation of paper nodes in scientific paper heterogeneous network is the core to solve this problem.This paper proposes an unsupervised cluster-level scientific paper heterogeneous graph node representation learning method(UCHL),aiming at obtaining the representation of nodes (authors,institutions,papers,etc.) in the heterogeneous graph of scientific papers.Based on the heterogeneous graph representation,this paper performs link prediction on the entire heterogeneous graph and obtains the relationship between the edges of the nodes,that is,the relationship between paper and paper.Experiments results show that the proposed method achieves excellent performance on multiple evaluation metrics on real scientific paper datasets.

With the population aging in China, the prevalence and mortality rate of Alzheimer's disease (AD) have been rising in China. AD has become one of the major threats to people's health and social sustainable development. In order to support the Healthy China Initiative and promote health in China, "Chinese Alzheimer's Disease Blue Book (Simplified Edition)"(refer to as the Blue Book) was compiled by experts and scholars from the National Center for Neurological Disorders, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University; the National Center for Chronic and Noncommunicable Disease Control and Prevention, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention; the National Health Commission Capacity Building and Continuing Education Center; and the China Population and Development Research Center. The epidemiological characteristics, diagnosis and treatment status, prevention and treatment management of AD and related cognitive disorders in China were systematically reviewed in the Blue Paper, aiming to provide references for the prevention of AD, provide support for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and provide a reference for the government to formulate relevant health policies. Specifically, the Blue Book covers the following topics of AD and related cognitive disorders: (1)epidemiology characteristics; (2)economic burden; (3)influencing factors; (4)China Brain Cognitive Health Index; (5) diagnosis status; (6)treatment status; (7)construction of national center for cognitive disorders;(8)community-based prevention and control; (9) AD patients care; (10)public health resources for prevention and control.

In order to analyze the influence of transformer vibration on the winding oil - immersed insulation paper, the friction and wear tester UMT - 2 was used to test the such paper based on the damage phenomenon of transformer winding oil - immersed insulation paper under the influence of magnetic excitation fretting. Oil paper - oil paper friction was realized by wrapping oil - immersed insulation paper with the same thickness as the friction pair on the outer side of the upper sphere specimen. The influence of paper thickness and normal load on the wear of oil paper - oil paper friction process was determinated through an analysis of the friction coefficient collected during the test and the damage state of oil - immersed insulation paper. Results showed that under the same normal load and friction times, the number of damaged layers decreased and the friction coefficient increased with the increase of the thickness of oil - immersed insulation paper. For the oil - immersed insulation paper with the same thickness, the number of damaged layers increased and the friction coefficient decreased with the increase of friction times and normal load. The main wear mechanism of oil paper - oil paper friction was the combined action of adhesive wear, abrasive wear and delamination wear.

The academic journals of meteorological science and technology of China take the solicitation of review meteorological scientific and technological paper (RMSTP) as an important way to improve their core competitiveness and bibliometric evaluation indicators. Therefore, high-quality RMSTPs are favored by journals, and many scientists are also stimulated to write RMSTP. In order to advise the authors to write a successful RMSTP, this paper first introduces the four principles of the topic for RMSTP, and divides RMSTP into two types: overview type and discussion type. It highlights the importance of writing motivation and the scopes of time, space, and topic for RMSTP, and provides the suggestion about how to express them properly in the paper. Meanwhile, taking three RMSTP's published in recent years as examples, this paper focuses on the problems that should be paid attention to in the text structure and its content expression, summary writing, and literature citation of RMSTP. Finally, it points out that writing a successful RMSTP requires the author to read large number of literatures and have rich scientific research and writing experiences. In addition, the authors needs to develop themselves to have the sensitivity and insights to the scientific frontiers and development trend of certain discipline or professional field, as well as the corresponding abilities of comprehensive analysis and reviewing.

Objective: In order to solve the quality problems of YB517 transparent packaging machine, such as folds and unevenness of transparent paper on the sides of cigarette packages, a new cigarette-packaging side seal and shaping device was developed. Methods: After the improvements, the drive shaft of cigarette receiving plate of output turntable of YB517 was used as a power source, and the heating and shaping of cigarette package side seals were achieved by designing reciprocating mechanisms, heater components, cigarette package positioning components, and optimizing push seats; and using Solidworks software to simulate and analyze the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the shaping device. At the same time, it was connected to the temperature measurement and control system of "Heat sealer for Drawstring" so that the temperature parameters can be displayed and adjusted on the IPC control surface. Finally, the method of sampling in the test was used to compare and analyze the wrinkle of boxed transparent paper before and after the transformation. Results: The side seal shaping device had the advantages of no interference, gentle velocity and acceleration curve, no obvious impact and stable operation. The wrinkle ratio of boxed transparent paper decreased from 11.58% to 2.50%, which decreased 78.40%. Conclusion: It ensures product quality and improves consumers satisfaction.

Partial dampness is the initial stage in the bushing damp process,so the effective diagnosis of partial dampness can avoid the further development of the damp. The partial damp diagnosis method of bushing based on the frequency domain spectroscopy (FDS) is proposed in this paper. Firstly,oil-paper insulation samples with different moisture content are prepared,and partial damped samples are formed through combination. Then the FDS characteristics are obtained. The results show that partial distribution of moisture leads to oil-paper insulation interfaces with different moisture content,and the interface relaxation polarization loss peak is introduced in the FDS curves. The greater the degree of partial dampness in the radial direction,the greater the amplitude of the loss peak,and it moves to the high frequency direction. The effectiveness of the diagnosis of partial dampness of bushing based on the characteristics of the interface relaxation polarization loss peak is verified by the simulation model of the transformer bushing. It shows that a new method for early fault warning and diagnosis of the transformer bushing is provided.

In order to obtain the characteristic parameters of dampness status of resin impregnated paper (RIP),the time domain dielectric response technique is performed on the dampness status evaluation,and the RIP moisture contents are intensively studied based on polarization and depolarization current (PDC) method. Firstly,RIP insulation samples with different moisture contents are prepared in the laboratory and the PDC curves are measured. Then,the optimization algorithm combining genetic algorithm and interior point method is introduced,and the parameters of extended Debye model are obtained by Matlab simulation. Finally,two characteristic parameters of dampness status are extracted,which are the relaxation contribution coefficient of the maximum time constant branch A 9 and the stable depolarization charge quantity Q d-5000. Conclusions from the research results are as follows. The PDC curve moves upward as the moisture content increases. The dampness of the RIP insulation results in the increase of its conductivity and the decrease of its insulation resistance,absorption ratio andpolarization index. The parameters of the 9-branch extended Debye model are sensitive to the RIP insulation dampness status,and the A 9 shows a linear relationship with moisture content. The depolarization charge quantity is sensitive to moisture content,and the Q d-5000 shows an exponential relationship with moisture content.

BackgroundBy analyzing the publication of scientific and technological papers of the provincial centers for disease control and prevention (CDCs) in China, we can understand their scientific research strength, dominant disciplines, research hotspots, and talent development, which is conducive for further optimizing the scientific research construction of the disease control system.ObjectiveTo conduct a bibliometric analysis and draw a visual map of the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD) sourced papers published by 31 provincial CDCs in China from 2011 to 2020, to understand the scientific research status of China's provincial CDC system in the past ten years.MethodsIn April 2021, China National Knowledge Infrastructure was used to retrieve CSCD sourced papers published by 31 provincial CDCs (excluding Taiwan Province, Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions) in China as the primary unit from 2011 to 2020, and finally 5231 CSCD papers were included. Bibliometric analysis indicators include number of CSCD papers published and financial support rate, proportion of CSCD papers to total Chinese papers, distribution of CSCD papers published in high-volume journals, and number of papers for a specific CDC that their first authors affiliated with. Citespace 5.8.R1 software was used to draw author's cooperation network map, keyword co-occurrence map, keyword clustering information table, and keyword emergence map.ResultsThe number of CSCD papers published every year showed a stationary trend, and the total funding rate was 61%, showing an year-by-year upward trend (increased from 49.3% in 2011 to 68.7% in 2020). Jiangsu Province, Fujian Province, and Beijing CDCs ranked the top three in the total number of CSCD papers contributed by a specific CDC. The Chinese Journal of Epidemiology, Chinese Journal of Public Health, Chinese Journal of Zoonoses, Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine, and Chinese Journal of Endemic Diseases were the top five high-volume journals. The top three authors of CSCD papers (counted as co-authors) were Xu Bianli of Henan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (110 papers), Yan Yansheng of Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (72 papers), and Wang Quanyi of Beijing Center for Disease Prevention and Control (71 papers), and they studied the epidemiology of parasitic diseases and infectious diseases, the prevention and treatment of natural epidemic diseases and AIDS, and the epidemiology of infectious diseases, respectively. The keyword co-occurrence map showed that AIDS, zoonotic diseases, hand-foot-mouth disease, etc. (frequency ≥90) were the key research directions of provincial CDCs in the past ten years. The keyword clustering categories were closely related, although there were subtle differences, the topics focused on virus and chronic disease research. The keyword emergence results suggested that the frontiers of research had gradually shifted from infectious diseases such as enterovirus, hantavirus, and Zika virus to food-borne diseases and chronic non-communicable diseases such as tumors and senile diseases over time.ConclusionThe number of papers issued by the provincial CDCs in China in the past ten years has shown an overall steady and rising trend. The leading themes of researchers and institutions are infectious diseases, parasitic diseases, etc., while food-borne diseases and elderly diseases are the hot frontiers.

In order to prolong the shelf life of fresh leaves of Perilla frutescens and ensure the storage quality of leaves during storage and retail, a newly developed coating fresh-keeping paper bag was used to package the leaves of Perilla frutescens in this study. The composite coating solution used in the experiment was prepared by dissolving chitosan, sodium D-isoascorbate, tea polyphenols and calcium chloride in acetic acid aqueous solution in a certain ratio. The effects of different component concentrations in the composite coating solution of fresh-keeping paper bags on the sensory quality, VC content and weight loss rate of Perilla frutescens were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments, and the optimal component concentration ratio of the composite coating solution was determined as follows: Chitosan concentration 2.0%, sodium D-isoascorbate concentration 2.4%, tea polyphenols concentration 0.25%, and calcium chloride concentration 0.6%. The physical, chemical and antibacterial properties analysis showed that when the coating amount was 30 g/m2, the composite coating solution had formed uniform coating on the surface of the paper. At this time, the coated paper had strong antibacterial ability, and the coating penetrated into the fiber gap of paper, so that the weight, thickness, elongation and moisture content of paper were improved, the water vapor permeability decreased, and the tensile strength and wettability decreased slightly, which met the packaging requirements of Perilla frutescens leaves and would have broad prospects for development in the field of fruit and vegetable packaging.

In this paper, 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) controlled release packaging paper was prepared by mixing 1-methylcyclopropene with different proportions of ethyl cellulose ether (EC) and polyacrylic acid (PAA) and then coating it on the paper base. The release mechanism was studied. Saimaiti apricot fruits stored at 2 ℃ were treated with 1-MCP controlled release packaging paper. The effects of 1-MCP controllable slow-release packaging paper on respiratory intensity, hardness, titratable acid, soluble solids, peel color and commodity rate of apricot fruit during storage were studied in order to obtain a kind of fresh-keeping paper which could effectively prolong the storage period of apricot fruit. The results showed that under the conditions of 95% RH, 2 ℃ and 80% polyacrylic acid (PAA), the particle collapse of 1-MCP powder made the gas release slowly, and the release mechanism parameter was 0.49, and the release rate increased with PAA content. Controlled release 1-MCP-coated paper could inhibit the arrival of the peak of respiration intensity of apricot fruit, delay the decrease of hardness, titratable acid and soluble solid content, and maintain the color of peel. The results showed that controlled release 1-MCP-coated paper could effectively maintain the quality of apricot fruits stored in low temperature environment, and would provide some reference for the application of controlled release 1-MCP-coated paper to the storage of other fruits and vegetables.

With the development of science and technology,people need to access a large number of scientific and technological information quickly,and scientific paper is one of the main ways to carry scientific and technological information.As an important part of scientific paper,abstract is an effective tool for readers to retrieve literature.Therefore,the quality of abstract affects the retrieval rate of paper directly.However,due to the lack of writing experience,the quality of abstracts written by many authors is not high.Automatic generation of summary for scientific paper can help the author grasp the important content of paper more effectively,so as to write high-quality abstract.At the same time,the automatically generated abstract can also control the number of words in the abstract,which can bring more content to readers and help them understand the paper better.Generating automa-tic summarization for scientific paper can help author write abstract faster,which is one of the research contents in automatic summarization.Compared with common news document,scientific paper has the characteristics of strong structure and clear logical relationship.As far as the mainstream abstractive summarization such as encoder-decoder model is concerned,it mainly consi-ders the serialized information in the document,and rarely explores the text structure information in the document.For this reason,according to the characteristics in scientific papers,this paper proposes an automatic summarization model based on the hie-rarchical structure of "word-section-document",which uses the association between word and section to enhance the level of text structure and the interaction between levels,so as to screen out the key information in scientific paper.In addition,a context gate unit is extended to update the optimized context vector,thus capturing context information more comprehensively.The experimental results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the performance of the generated summarization in the ROUGE evaluation method.

Objective To establish a simple and rapid paper-based extraction method for human papilloma virus (HPV) DNA and to evaluate the method. Methods The plasmid containing HPV type 16 gene fragment was employed as the test subjects, and then 6 different paper materials were compared and selected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR). Then, according to the efficiency of nucleic acid extraction and the optimal binding area, a convenient paper strip was designed. Finally, the designed paper strip was applied to extract HPV DNA from 18 clinical cervical exfoliated cell samples (13 positives and 5 negatives), with its performance being evaluated after comparing with the conventional boiling method. Results The qualitative filter paper with a nucleic acid binding zone of 2 mm×10 mm could successfully extract HPV DNA from clinical cervical exfoliated cells. When this test strip was used for DNA extraction, all the 13 high-risk HPV positives were successfully detected out of the 18 clinical samples, which was consistent with the results of the conventional boiling method. In addition, the extraction time of the test strip was less than 1 min for each sample, with a detection limit of 8×102 copies/mL and relative standard deviation of 1.15%. Conclusion Our paper-based rapid extraction for HPV DNA does not require pipetting, heating and centrifugation, and the eluent can be directly used as the PCR template for amplification, which greatly simplifies the extraction process of HPV DNA from clinical cervical exfoliated cell samples.

Oxidative stress participates in the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Abnormal glucose metabolism will lead to the production of oxygen free radicals, damaging the intrinsic cells of the kidney, affecting the structure and function of renal tissue. Meanwhile, the high glucose-induced oxidative stress inhibits the expression of the antioxidant factor Nrf2, which activation has a protective effect on the kidney of diabetic mice, and can improve the kidney injury at the cellular level. However, the antioxidant mechanism of Nrf2 involved in DN remains unclear. This paper will introduce the role of Nrf2 in regulating oxidative stress at the cellular level to improve renal injury caused by high glucose.

Objective: Established a group of models used to quickly distinguish anti-counterfeit cigarette packaging paper. Methods: The model based on the same color oil on packaging paper from 3 different brands: Yunyan, Yuxi, and Hongtashan. The Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） spectrum were collected from 116 samples totally by Attenuated Total Reflection （ATR） accessary. 56 spectrum were used to build the models and 20 samples of each brand were used to verification. Spectrum were second derivative processed and spectral ranges were selected as 3 200~2 700, 1 800~1 580, and 801~720 cm-1. Results: Using Mahalanobis distance discriminant method to establish 4 models （3 brands and 1 multiple）, all of the accuracy of models reached to 100%. Conclusion: This is the first time to use the same color oil FTIR spectrum to distinguish real and fake cigarette packaging paper which were highly improve selection efficiency for large number of samples.

Objective： A method for simple and rapid determination of potassium content in cigarette paper will be built for workshops of cigarette factory. Methods: An ion-selective electrode method was used by comparing with the pretreatment methods for cigarette paper samples and potential response behaviors of potassium ion-selective electrodes in different buffer solutions. Results: The potassium ion selective electrode possessed excellent response performance for K+ in lithium acetate buffer solution （0.1 mol/L, pH 7.0） with a linear response range of 1.0×10-5 ~1.0×10-2 mol/L, a slope of 55.79 mV/dec （25 ℃）, and a lower limit of detection of 2.14×10-6 mol/L. The average relative standard deviations of the K+ selective electrode on cigarette paper samples were 0.55% for intra-day test and 2.8% for inter-day test, both less than 5%. The test results of the electrode method were in well agreement with that of ion chromatography, with an average relative deviation of 4.1% （n=10） and recoveries between 95.0% and 101.9%. It was demonstrated effectively through a consecutive test over one week. Conclusion: Among the pretreatment methods for cigarette paper samples, the ultrasonic extraction of potassium ions with 1% diluted acetic acid for 30 min has been found to be fast, simple and environmentally friendly. The ion-selective electrode method is accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the rapid detection of potassium in cigarette paper.

Academic paper recommendation aims to provide users with personalized paper resources.Collaborative filtering methods face the problems of highly sparse data and lack of negative samples.Considering the above challenges, an academic paper recommendation algorithm TAGAN（title and abstract GAN）which incorporated fine-grained semantic features was presented.Firstly, based on titles and abstracts provide abundant semantic features, convolutional neural networks (CNN) was used to extract the global features of the titles, a two-layer long and short-term memory network (LSTM) was built to model abstract words separately.At the same time, the attention mechanism was proposed to associate the title and the abstract semantically.Then, the semantic features of the paper were integrated into the recommendation framework based on generative adversarial network (GAN).The generative model will fit the user’s interest preferences and can effectively replace the negative sampling process.Finally,through the experimental comparison on the public dataset, TAGAN is better than the baseline models in all indicators, which verifies the effectiveness of TAGAN.

This study used bibliometrics to analyze the characteristics of funded papers in the social sciences in Taiwan from 2015 to 2019, including the number of funded papers, funded paper ratio, document types, fields, type of publishing organizations, journal impact, and paper citation impact. The results indicate that the number of funded papers and the funded paper ratio of SSCI papers from Taiwan have both increased. In addition to articles and reviews, conference papers are a major type of funded paper for local SSCI papers. In terms of fields, the nontraditional social sciences, such as environmental sciences, psychiatry, and public/environmental & occupational health, have a particularly high funded paper ratio. However, the number of funded papers and funded paper ratio is the highest in the field of education & educational research. The fields of economics, management, and business have a large number of funded papers but a low funded paper ratio. Universities are the main funded institutions, but hospitals have the highest funded paper ratio. Funded papers tend to have higher paper citation impacts. Therefore, funding positively affects the productivity and impact of SSCI papers from Taiwan. (Article content in Chinese with English extended abstract)

[Purpose/Significance] Science funding provides financial support for academic institutions, researchers and research projects, and at the same time plays a guiding role in the development of scientific innovation. The research of funded papers contributes to the development of the discipline and is of great significance to the encouragement and support of researchers. [Method/Process] Based on the funded papers published in Chinese journals and foreign journals in the field of library and information science (LIS) during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, this paper analyzes from the perspectives of the time distribution of papers issued, research output of different types foundations and the research topics. [Results/Conclusions] The number of funded papers published in Chinese journals in LIS from 2016 to 2020 has decreased year by year, but the number of funded papers published in foreign journals has slowly increased year by year; for funded papers published in Chinese journal during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, provincial (municipal) foundations funded papers are more outstanding, and National Natural Science Foundation funded papers are more notable for the number and effects of the funded papers in foreign journals; the funded papers in Chinese journals show a great impact on library services, changes and data, digital resource construction and university libraries; while funded papers in foreign journals pay more attention to social media, theme models, scientometrics and library construction.

[Purpose/Significance] "The Belt and Road" is an initiative proposed by China in recent years to cooperate and develop a community with a shared future for mankind, which has been continuously highly concerned by all circles at home and abroad. From the perspective of the citation of highly cited papers, the academic exchange of countries along the Belt and Road initiative can provide a quantitative reference for future international academic and technological exchanges, collaborative innovation and development. [Method/Process] Based on the highly cited papers among the countries along the “The Belt and Road” in the WoS database from 2013 to 2018, this paper constructed a reference matrix and analyzed the network structure, and drew a national citation network map for cluster division. Furthermore, it explored the current state of academic exchange along the “The Belt and Road” and the direction of Chinese academic output, and further analyzed the correlation between Chinese academic exchanges and trade cooperation with other 64 countries along the route. [Results/Conclusions] The research results show that the countries along "The Belt and Road" have close academic exchange and obvious "small world" characteristics. China is the core of academic exchange and the highly cited papers in many research directions in China are cited by many countries along "The Belt and Road". Besides, academic exchange and trade cooperation between China and countries along “The Belt and Road” are strongly related.

Random statistics samples of 605 papers in 50 issues including 18 core journals and 15 provincial journals of atmospheric science show that there are about 38% of the key words or abstract writing is not standardized. In order to improve writing quality of academic papers, the problems and solutions of key words and abstracts in atmospheric science papers were discussed. The main conclusions are as following. The key words mainly have shortcomings in such aspects as selecting common words, omitting subject words, the inappropriate depth of indexing, key word in permutation being in disorder, etc. The abstract has the following shortcomings: the basic elements are incomplete, the improper information is embedded, and the results are general and vague. This study points out that: the selection of key words should be mainly based on the order words in the Chinese Thesaurus, which can be appropriately matched with the scientific and technological terms and proper nouns in the new interdisciplinary, new theory and new technology, and general words should be avoided; The key words should follow the principle of "accurate selection and complete selection". Key words should be extracted from the title, abstract, level title and even the text, which can fully express the theme of the paper and have retrieval value, the number of keywords should be 4-5 and their order should follow certain logical rules. The abstract should contain four elements: purpose, method, result and conclusion; avoid using the first person, embedding background knowledge, self-opinion and subjective evaluation; the result (conclusion) part should be logical, meaningful and quantitative, so that readers can see the core value of the paper through the research results. The article also gives four steps to extract the four elements of the abstract and three common writing formats of atmospheric science academic papers.

During the forming of aramid paper honeycomb sandwich component of aircraft composites in the autoclave, the structure bears thermo-mechanical coupling case, and it may exist the phenomenon of the honeycomb crack during the forming. The tensile, compressive, shear and thermal properties of aramid paper honeycomb core are obtained by testing. Meanwhile, the numerical simulation of thermo-mechanical sequential coupling of the whole honeycomb sandwich component and the local core area are carried out by combining the finite element analysis method and the inversion method. The results show that the thermal stress during the forming process will not cause the adhesive layer between honeycomb cells to crack, but gas pressure will. The difference value of pressure difference between honeycomb cells required for adhesive layer′s slight destruction and complete destruction is positively related to the initial normal fracture stress of adhesive layer. The pressure difference required for the adhesive layer′s complete destruction is decreased with the increase of the number of loaded cells.

Carbon paper is one of the most commonly used materials for the gas diffusion layer of proton exchange membrane fuel cell, and its performance is the premise to ensure the stable operation of the cell. In order to improve the structure and properties of carbon paper and make it better meet the performance requirements of fuel cell, this study was conducted to press different amounts of graphite plates in the carbonization process to control the applied pressure and analyze the microstructure evolution and mechanism of carbon paper under different pressure. In addition, the effects of applied pressure on the in-plane resistivity, pore size distribution, surface roughness and mechanical properties of carbon paper were also studied. The results show that applying pressure helps to restrain the cracking of resin carbon, reduce the generation of cracks and improve graphitization degree of carbon paper to a certain extent. Furthermore, with the increase of applied pressure, the surface roughness of carbon paper is reduced gradually, while the average and maximum apertures also decrease. When the applied pressure reaches 3600 Pa, compared with the samples without pressure, the in-plane resistivity of carbon paper decreases from 17.15 mΩ·cm to 12.79 mΩ·cm, the tensile strength and flexural strength are improved by 150% and 82.9% respectively.

Writing an analysis paper on the rainstorm event (APRE) is of great significance for the professional and technical personnel engaged in weather forecast research, operations and services to fully understand the multi-scale characteristics and causes of rainstorm events. At present, APRE papers have a large amount of submissions, low writing quality and low acceptance rate, and it is more and more difficult to publish them in the core periodicals of atmospheric science (meteorology). In view of the above situation and based on experiences of the APRE manuscript editing and publishing for Torrential Rain and Disasters in recent years, taking the several typical APREs in the core periodicals in the Chinese mainland as examples, we have conducted an analysis of some problems including the difficulties and key points for title, introduction, main body, and conclusion and discussion in the writing of an APRE article, and discuss the corresponding writing skills. We expect to provide reference for the forecasters in the basic meteorological stations and related researchers to grasp the APRE article writing methods and improve the APRE article writing quality and acceptance rate.

[Purpose/Significance] Since the outbreak of COVID-19, there has been a rapid increase in the number of studies related to COVID-19 at home and abroad. Review of relevant literature on COVID-19 provides data resources for related research on the emergence and transmission mechanism of SARS-CoV-2. However, the current COVID-19 related dataset is a collection of the literature, without classifying the data for each subfield, and the coarse-grained information such as the title and author fails to provide an in-depth understanding of the progress of COVID-19 research. Therefore, this paper created a dataset for the COVID-19 sub-domain and a fine-grained entity dataset. [Method/Process] Firstly, this paper proposed a literature screening method based on active learning model, which can obtain more valuable marker samples with less labor cost, so that the classifier has better generalization performance. We considered three base classifiers: Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR), and Random Forest (RF), while considering four query strategies: uncertainty sampling, expected error reduction, committee-based query, and random sampling. Taking the origin of SARS-CoV-2, one of the sub-fields related to SARS-CoV-2, as an example, articles related to the origin of SARS-CoV-2 were efficiently and accurately located from the literature. At the same time, this paper designed a labeling scheme covering 18 types of entities, including not only genes, proteins, compounds and other entities that are universal in the biological field, but also corona viruses and wild animals that are unique to the field of SARS-CoV-2. In this paper, visual annotation tool BRAT was used for entity annotation. The tagging team consisted of an administrator and six annotators, and the entity tagging consisted of two rounds. What's more, multi-k consistency index was used to calculate the consistency score of annotation results. [Results/Conclusions] The results of the active learning model show that the uncertain sampling query strategy has the best performance. SVM, LR and RF based on uncertain sampling can correctly screen 425, 465 and 489 articles, respectively. After the removal of overlapping articles, a dataset related to the origin of SARS-CoV-2 was constructed, containing a total of 885 articles. Secondly, based on the proposed entity labeling scheme, 6 annotators completed 99 papers. Based on the results of fine marking, this paper constructed an entity dataset containing 39,118 entities, which is the largest and most comprehensive entity corpus in the field of COVID-19.

Collect screen paperboard of mine power transformer and ordinary power transformer in practical lifetime cycle to make insulation test samples, and according to the standard of power, use test means such as viscosity tester, scanning electron microscopy to compare and analyze microstructures of insulation paper such as polymerization degree, surface morphology of mine power transformer and ordinary power transformer, as well as electrical properties such as partial discharge and electrical strength; at the same time, effect of microstructure changes on electrical performances during aging was discussed. The analysis results show that the insulation defects gradually form and expand in the insulation paper during the aging process; compared with the insulation paper of ordinary power transformers, the surface morphology changes of the insulation paper of mine power transformers are more obvious, and the formed defects are more significant.In the aging process, the polymerization degree of insulation paper of ordinary power transformer and mine power transformer presents a gradual decline trend, but the decline speed of polymerization degree of mine power transformer insulation paper is faster.The operating environment of mining area is the main reason that the aging of insulation paper of mine power transformer is more serious than that of ordinary power transformer.In the process of operation, the insulation paper of mine power transformer will produce more discharge quantity, more discharge times and wider discharge phase than ordinary power transformer.In the aging process, the electrical strength of insulation paper of both ordinary power transformer and mine power transformer decreases gradually, but the electrical strength of insulation paper of mine power transformer is lower than that of ordinary power transformer.The microstructural defects of insulation paper of mine power transformers are the direct causes of the more significant changes in their electrical properties.In the process of state monitoring and maintenance of power equipment, it is suggested that the insulation state monitoring of mine power transformers should be carried out strictly according to the power standards,electrical property parameters are more suitable for insulation status monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine power transformer.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper clarifies the concept of novelty, reviews different novelty measurements, and summarizes different types and research progress of novelty detection at home and abroad. It is of great significance to the development of science and scientific technological planning. [Method/Process] By summarizing existing relevant Chinese and English literature, this paper reviews the definitions of novelty, different novelty measurements such as content analysis and citation analysis, as well as their evaluation methods. [Result/Conclusion] Most of the existing methods measure the novelty from a single perspective, and few used combined methods. Therefore, both qualitative and quantitative methods should be taken into consideration to form a comprehensive analysis in the future.

[Purpose / Signficance] The current competition of comprehensive national strength relies more on fundamental research, and highly cited papers have important significance in the evaluation and analysis of fundamental research. Revealing the differences between China and USA in leading basic research from the perspective of highly cited papers, we provide basic data support for national scientific research management decision-making and institution building. [Method / Process] Based on ESI highly cited papers of China and USA, this article uses bibliometric methods and Y index to analyze the specific features and differences of China and USA among three dimensions—trends of publication, country cooperation and institutional output.[Results / Conclusions] The study shows that: (1) Overall, the highly cited papers of China is 2.99 times that of the American highly cited papers, but the gap is narrowing yearly. At the same time, the low citation frequency and the low proportion of highly cited papers are still the shortcomings that limit Chinese international influence. (2) China and USA are closely cooperating with each other. USA dominates scientific research cooperation, as the proportion of first authors and corresponding authors and leading papers is significantly higher than that in China. (3) Chinese high-output institutions have obvious advantages of corresponding authors, but the output gap between institutions is large. And the American high-output institutions are evenly distributed, and they are characterized by deeper and broader international cooperation and inter-agency cooperation.
