As a fundamental factor driving economic growth, natural capital plays a key role in sustainable development. This paper incorporates various economic growth proxy variables into the MRW model and uses the BMA method to tackle the uncertainty issue of the model. Based on China's provincial-level panel data, this paper examines the impact of renewable natural capital and non-renewable natural capital on the country's economic growth and then carries out multiple mechanism analysis with the CART algorithm. The main findings are: 1 Natural capital has a significant deep impact on China's economic growth in models incorporating proximate and fundamental theories, and the direction of natural capital's impact varies with proxy indicators, which shows a significant 'Curse' effect of dependence and a 'Blessing' effect of abundance. This panoramic perspective can reconcile the serious disagreement on 'Resource Curse' among the literature. 2 The effects of renewable natural capital are in line with the 'Resource neutral' hypothesis, while nonrenewable natural capital has a stronger impact on economic growth in terms of both the 'Curse' effect of dependence and the 'Blessing' effect of abundance, and the overall effect on economic growth depends on patterns of resource use. 3 Under high physical capital accumulation, natural capital has a more fundamental impact on economic growth, and the 'Blessing' effect of abundance has been significantly enhanced. Based on their resource endowments and economic development levels, all provinces should reinvest natural resource rents in national wealth to mitigate the 'Resource Curse' through effective protection of natural capital and compensation from reinvestment. In 2020, China's poverty alleviation has made decisive achievements, and the regional overall poverty problem and the absolute poverty problem of the rural population in China have been basically solved. But when the national poverty alleviation policy is optimized and adjusted, enhancing the endogenous sustainable development capacity of poverty-stricken areas and households has become the focus of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. Livelihood resilience, which focuses specifically on the ability of individuals to withstand external shocks and disturbances with their own capital, is a necessary attribute for achieving sustainable development. However, previous studies paid less attention to the disturbance of social factors and the driving effect of social environmental factors on the construction of livelihood resilience. Using 518 farmer survey data from Shaanxi Province, this paper explores the mechanism by which farmers individual capital affects their livelihood resilience through ICT adoption. Statistical analysis shows that social networks are the most important factor for farmers to resist risks and develop sustainably. The empirical study finds that farmers' individual capital and ICT adoption are important variables in the construction of farmers' livelihood resilience. Specifically, the more individual capital farmers possess, the more likely they are to have higher levels of livelihood resilience. The higher the level of ICT adoption by farmers. the more they tend to have higher levels of livelihood resilience. At the same time, the impact mechanism of farmers' individual capital and ICT adoption on livelihood resilience shows an intermediary effect: individual capital use of digital technology livelihood resilience. In this path. ICT adoption partially mediates the impact of individual capital on the level of livelihood resilience, and the indirect effect of ICT adoption on livelihood resilience is greater than the direct effect, and the results are robust. Further analysis shows that there is no significant gender difference in the impact of farmers' individual capital on livelihood resilience. Compared with previous literature this paper expands on the following aspects: first, the risk factors of most previous studies on livelihood resilience are natural and ecological. In this paper, the risk scenario of livelihood resilience was extended from relatively sudden natural ecology to changes in social factors, and the construction mechanism of livelihood resilience under changes in the social environment was constructed. Second, previous studies on livelihood resilience rarely included the effects of ICT adoption. In this paper, ICT adoption is included in the relationship between farmers' individual capital and livelihood resilience. Third, most previous literature finds that ICT adoption exacerbates the digital divide between urban residents and rural residents. However, this study finds that in the face of risks, digital technology, as an external social construction, also brings about social integration, and ICT adoption essentially plays a role in the redistribution of resources and factors between urban and rural areas and between regions. An important policy implication of this study is that in terms of effectively connecting the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, the path of individual capital-digital technology-sustainable development should be generally followed, which would improve farmers' livelihood resilience and endogenous sustainable development ability in the face of external risks. Polylactic acid (PLA) is a new type of biodegradable material, the degradation product is pollution-free, and meets the requirements of sustainable development. PLA can be used as a substitute for plastics due to its excellent biocompatibility and heat-resistant properties, and is widely used in production and life. This paper reviews three different PLA synthesis pathways and compares their advantages and disadvantages, describes the current modification of PLA focusing on mechanical properties and flame retardant properties, summarizes the methods of domestic and foreign scholars of PLA modification, summarizes the application pathways of modified PLA in food packaging, textiles, medical supplies and greenhouse membranes, and summarizes the development trend of PLA in the future with a view to provide a better solution for the future development of PLA technology and PLA to promote carbon peaks, heat resistance, and other properties. Microseismic monitoring technology is an important ground pressure monitoring method to ensure the safety, efficiency, and sustainable development of mines. The data obtained by microseismic sensors are easily affected by broadband non-stationary noises, resulting in a lack of available high-SNR data for microseismic analysis. This paper introduces a new spectral analysis method-synchrosqueezed wavelet transform, which provides a method for decomposing data into both time and frequency domains and has higher time-frequency resolution than wavelet transform. It can more clearly display the microseismic waveform in the time-frequency spectrum. Meanwhile, this paper compares the impact of the Morlet wavelet basis and Bump wavelet basis on microseismic waveforms and verified the relative reliability of the Morlet wavelet basis through on-site microseismic monitoring waveforms. The hard threshold filtering method based on noise level is used here to verify that the synchrosqueezed wavelet transform based on the Morlet wavelet basis has great practical value in extracting microseismic signals from raw data, and can effectively improve the SNR of the signal. Yunnan is located in the center of the east-Asian karst area, one of the three largest karst areas in the world. Rocky desertification is widespread in the area, which seriously restricts the sustainable development of local social economy. In this study, we summarize the research status and achievements of rocky desertification in Yunnan mainly from three aspects, rocky desertification zoning, governance model and vegetation restoration in rocky desertification areas. The results show that rocky desertification areas in Yunnan are divided into 2 large areas and 5 small ones. After years of exploration, 23 kinds in 4 categories of rocky desertification control models have been formed, and 435 kinds of plant species can be used for ecological restoration in rocky desertification areas, including 376 species of shrubs and 59 species of herbs. Finally, combined with geographical location, climate and altitude, this paper preliminarily summarizes the suitable restoration vegetation, and points out the shortcomings in the studies on the control of rocky desertification, so as to provide an important theoretical reference for the subsequent research on the restoration and control of rocky desertification vegetation. Southwest China is one of the three largest continuous karst clusters in the world; therefore, studies on karst rocky desertification in this area are very important. For more than 20 years' control, the decreasing area and risk of karst rocky desertification has contributed to the continuous ecological improvement. Nowadays, studies on rocky desertification mainly focus on the eight provinces in Southwest China, which have been designated as rocky desertification monitoring areas by the Chinese government. After the first phase of the comprehensive control project for karst rocky desertification in 2016, the expansion trend of rocky desertification in the southwest region was effectively curbed. Subsequent articles published tend to focus on analyzing the current situation, comprehensive management, or species adaptability of rocky desertification monitoring areas. However, the Qinba region in Shaanxi Province is located outside the monitoring area. In the process of studying the karst geological relics of the Zhenba Sanyuan Tiankeng Group, signs of rocky desertification have been found, but there still exists a research gap in the investigation and research on karst rocky desertification in this area which is one of the areas with the richest biodiversity in China, known as "ecological lung", "central water tower" and "biological gene bank". Unfortunately, this area is burdened with poverty, so the investigation and study of karst rocky desertification in the Qinba region of Shaanxi Province is of great significance to ensure green and high-quality development and ecological civilization construction. In this paper, by analyzing the current situation of karst rocky desertification in Southwest China, we summarized its harm to the ecological environment and social economy, clarify natural and human factors resulting in rocky desertification, and integrate the typical treatment experience in Southwest China. We also introduce three technical methods, including remote sensing interpretation, UAV remote sensing survey and analysis of carbonate dissolution rate, to provide a scientific basis for studies on karst rocky desertification in the Qinba region of Shaanxi Province. Study results show that the area of karst rocky desertification in the Qinba region covers 63.37 km², and the areas of severe, moderate and mild rocky desertification cover 17.97 km², 21.60 km² and 23.80 km², respectively. Based on the survey results, there are both regional differences and some similarities in distribution patterns in the areas of rocky desertification development. Specifically, the degree of rocky desertification in the limestone area is more severe than that in the dolomite area. It is also more severe in the area with developed water system than that in the arid and semi-arid area, and the more active the new structure is, the more severe the rocky desertification is. Compared to the Southwest China, the degree of karst rocky desertification in the Qinba region of Shaanxi Province is relatively light, with a smaller distribution area, mainly due to the less rainfall in the study area. The karst rocky desertification in Beiyang mountain of Zhen'an county is the most severe, with an area of 7.28 km². In the 1960s, a large-scale free-range of livestock severely damaged vegetation. The indiscriminate deforestation by humans further exacerbated the process of rocky desertification. The rocky desertification in Hailuogong village of Shanyang county is also severe, covering an area of 5.83 km², because the landform in this area is a typical peak-cluster depression, which is likely developed into rocky desertification. The contradiction between people and land needs to be solved urgently. In conclusion, more monitoring and research efforts are needed in Beiyang mountain and Hailuogong where the rocky desertification is severe. Firstly, we should clarify the causes of rocky desertification in the Qinba region and compare them with the causes in Southwest China to determine whether the rocky desertification is mainly resulted from natural factors or human factors. Secondly, we should know how to clarify the causes of karst rocky desertification in the Qinba region; for example, we can dynamically monitor the change of rock desertification by field verification, remote sensing interpretation, climate change analysis, etc. We can also calculate the contribution rate of each influence factor by geographical detector model. Thirdly, we should further study influence factors of karst dissolution rate. We can monitor physical and chemical properties of soil (soil moisture, carbon dioxide concentration, pH, organic matter content and porosity) in areas with moderate to severe rocky desertification, and analyze the relationship between dissolution rate and physical and chemical properties of soil in rocky desertification areas. Finally, in order to provide basic data for carbon neutrality research in Shaanxi, we should conduct studies on the carbon sink of rocky desertification areas in the Qinba region, with the methods such as dissolution test pieces and hydrochemical runoff. PET rigid closed-cell foam is widely used as a sandwich material in wind turbine blades, in order to further improve the large-scale utilization of retired blades and realize the green and sustainable development of wind turbine blade materials, the effective utilization of PET materials has attracted increasing attention. In this paper, the dynamic rheological properties of PET foam recycled powder (Re-fPET) were studied by rotational rheometer, and the composite viscosity of Re-fPET recycled material was sensitive to temperature, showing obvious shear thinning behavior, and the composite viscosity decreased more obviously above 270 °C. The zero shear viscosity η0 was obtained by extrapolation by the Cross method, the activation energy of viscosity was further calculated according to Arrhenius, and the ΔEη0 was 241.29 kJ/mol, which had a significant effect on the untangling of the segments. The rheological characteristics of Re-fPET recycled powder were studied using a torque rheometer. The torque value of Re-fPET resin decreased rapidly and the equilibrium time was shorter above 270 °C. The torque value after equilibrium was smaller, the melt characteristic viscosity decreased significantly, and the material was significantly degraded, which was not conducive to processing. Green and sustainable development of irrigated agriculture and protec tion of agricultural biodiversity are the inevitable require -ments for the construction of modern irrigated districts in China. However, in order to ensure the efficient utilization of irrigation water, the construction of irrigation channels has been dominated by hard engineering, which has caused the loss and fragmentation of amphibian habitat, and the damage for ecological environment of the irrigation districts. The construction of amphibian corridors in irrigation channels is an important way to improve the connectivity of agricultural landscape and the migration efficiency of frogs in farmland. This paper innovatively applies the hydraulic characteristics of curved channels to the research on ecological channels, builds the curved irrigation channel models, conducts numerical simulation experiment, analyzes the trajectory of frogs at the curved irrigation channels, proposes the design of engineered modifications to allow frogs to escape from field concrete ditches. To evaluate the effects of engineered modification on the effectiveness of frog-ways and the water transfer efficiency of irrigation channels, the paper compares the water flow pattern and calculates the head oss. By carrying out numerical simulation tests, the paper obtains the flow movement law of the concrete-lined irrigation channels with different bend angles, and the flow dynamic axis and velocity distribution are compared. As a result, the slow flow zone and the transverse circulation are found. The locations suitable for amphibian corridors to be built vary when the curvature of the curve changes. The numerical simulation and head loss calculation results show that the amphibian corridors in the bend has no obvious influence on flow pattern and water transfer efficiency, and the head loss in bend is about 3.83X10"4 m, which can ensure the safe and unobstructed water flow. Forecasting trends in sustainable sustainability levels in metropolitan areas serves as the foundation for developing development policies that are tailored to local conditions. Sustainability evaluation studies based on a multidimensional comprehensive index system fall short of highlighting the variability, systemic, and dynamic nature of metropolitan area development. To better understand the role of multidimensional scenarios in guiding the sustainable development of metropolitan areas, a greater emphasis on suburban spatial units and spatial heterogeneity characteristics is required. Methods: We simulate the trends of sustainable development levels of 16 municipal districts in Beijing, China from 2011 to 2030 by combining the system dynamics model and the shared socioeconomic pathways, and thus condense the metropolitan area's sustainable development model and compare the advantages and shortcomings of each development scenario under different models. Results: The findings show that: (1) Beijing's municipal districts perform differently in economic, social, and environmental subsystems, and there are three types of typical districts: Synergistic development, ecologically biased development, and economic constraint. (2) Shared socioeconomic pathway (SSP) 1 is the most desirable urban sustainable development scenario among the four scenarios of SSP1, SSP2 (BAU (business-as-usual)), SSP3, and SSP5. (3) In order to achieve the transition from the historical trajectory to the SSP1 scenario, each district type should pursue a distinct development strategy. To improve the quality of coordinated development, synergistic development type zones should use social security and employment expenditures to compensate for the shortcomings of social development. Ecologically biased zones should reduce energy consumption and increase environmental protection investment to maintain environmental advantages, and economic constraint type zones can maintain high gross domestic product growth rates in the short term to get out of the development dilemma. Conclusions: The findings of this paper highlight the complex cause-and-effect relationships between urban economic, social, and environmental systems and offer a framework for system evaluation and simulation technology for the sustainable development of metropolitan areas. In this paper, the development process, current situation and existing problems of agricultural standardization demonstration areas in China are analyzed in depth. It is found that there are many problems in the agricultural standardization demonstration zone, such as insufficient policy support, insufficient capital investment, lack of professional and technical personnel, and weak farmers’ awareness of standardization, which need to be solved. As people pay more and more attention to healthy diet, fruit and vegetable products have attracted much attention as an important source of nutrition. However, the preservation of fruits and vegetables has always been a difficult problem. Traditional fruit and vegetable preservatives often rely on chemical substances, which not only improve the preservation effect, but also bring potential risks and adverse effects. Therefore, the development of green and effective antibacterial agents in the production and distribution chain of fruits and vegetables has become a research hotspot. In recent years, the use of lactic acid bacteria to slow down fruit and vegetable spoilage has attracted a great deal of interest. They can slow down fruit and vegetable spoilage without significant adverse effects, so the potential of lactic acid bacteria as preservatives in fruits and vegetables is enormous. However, the inhibition mechanism of lactic acid bacteria is not well studied, and the number of lactic acid bacteria or their metabolites approved by regulatory agencies and widely available for commercial use is still small, leading to their imperfect application in fruit and vegetable preservation and storage. This paper reviewed the mechanism of lactic acid bacteria inhibition, the current status of application, and the potential advantages and limitations in the inhibition of spoilage bacteria. The research progress of lactic acid bacteria as bacterial inhibitors in fruit and vegetable products in recent years was summarized, and the development direction of lactic acid bacteria was prospected in order to provide theoretical basis for the application of lactic acid bacteria in fruit and vegetable preservation. Rural tourism is an important way to promote rural economic development and improve farmers' life, and it is of great significance to the economic and social development of northwest minority areas. Based on the actual situation of rural tourism development in northwest ethnic areas, this paper aims to study the development path and key factors of rural tourism in northwest ethnic areas of China, and put forward feasible suggestions. Through the research, it is found that the rural tourism resources in this area are rich, but there are still a series of problems in the development process, such as insufficient government guidance, single tourism products, rural image and quality is not high. The development path of rural tourism in northwest ethnic areas should pay attention to culture, ecology and community participation. The government should strengthen guidance and promotion, improve the quality and image of rural tourism, and promote the coupling development of tourism industry and rural economy. In the past few decades, earth observation has experienced rapid development, which provides necessary theoretical knowledge, research means and methods for global sustainable development. By searching the Web of Science core collection database and using CiteSpace, a knowledge map tool, this study conducted a bibliometric analysis of sustainable development research based on earth observation from 1991 to 2021. This study analyzed the research progress based on the literature output trends, publishing regions and cooperation network, high-frequency terms and terms with the strongest citation bursts, and proposed future research directions. The results show that: ①The number of articles published in the field of "earth observation technology and sustainable development" is generally on the rise, which can be divided into germination stage, growth stage and rapid development stage. ②There is close international cooperation in the study of earth observation technology and sustainable development, among which, United States and Germany are in a leading position in terms of the number and influence of published paper. These countries are rich in scientific research. China and other developing countries have a dominant position in the number of publications, but their international influence still needs to be improved. ③At present, research focuses on the environmental protection related contents such as land use/land cover change, climate change, natural resources and water resources. In recent years, the research field has been constantly integrating artificial intelligence, mathematical statistics and other emerging methods, and the research content tends to be diversified. In the future research, it is necessary to fully achieve the supporting role of earth observation technology and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals through a Decade of Action, and to deepen the study of earth observation data and facilitate data sharing in order to open up a new path for wide application. The combination of earth observation data with traditional statistical data should be strengthened to achieve the fully functioning of the potential of earth observation in SDGs monitoring. We can focus on international cooperation and take global action. These can help us to provide effective strategic and decision reference for the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals.
