The experiment was conducted to study the effect of compound plant essential oils on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens. A total of 13 664 Dawu Jinfeng laying hens with similar body weight and late laying period (362~368 days of age ) were randomly divided into two groups, a control group and a compound plant essential oil group, with four replicates in each group and 1 708 laying hens in each replicate. The laying hens in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the laying hens in the compound plant essential oils group were fed a basal diet supplemented with compound plant essential oils. The trial period was 14 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the laying rate of laying hens in the compound plant essential oils group was significantly increased (P<0.05), the average egg weight showed an increasing trend (P>0.05), the sand shell egg rate was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the feed to egg ratio was decreased (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the egg yolk ratio of the compound plant essential oils group was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the eggshell intensity had a rising trend. The egg yolk color, hardness, and wetness in the compound plant essential oils group were significantly increased (P<0.05). (1) Background--The development of forestry carbon sinks is conducive to the realization of the "double carbon" goal, and is also a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of forestry economy. The realization of the economic value of forestry carbon sinks is a development opportunity for the key state-owned forest areas which the commercial logging ban of natural forests are fully implemented. (2) Methods--Taking the state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang Province as an example, firstly discussed the advantages and conditions of realizing the economic value of forestry carbon sinks in the state-owned forest areas from the perspective of time dimension and forest areas with different property rights, and then analyzed the constraints of realizing the economic value of forestry carbon sinks in the state-owned forest areas. (3) Results--First, the driving force to realize the economic value of forest carbon sinks is the three benefits of forest carbon sinks: ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits. Second, compared with the collective forest areas in the south, although the state-owned forest areas have advantages in forest resources, they do not have advantages in economic foundation, institutional construction, and the support of the methodology for the development of forestry carbon sinks projects. Third, there are some problems in the development of forestry carbon sinks in the state-owned forest areas, such as poor incentive of participants, lack of clear development benefit sharing mechanism, and low marketization degree. Therefore, the development types of forestry carbon sinks projects need to be independently explored and different paths to realize the economic value of forestry carbon sinks need to be chosen according to different stages of the development of forestry carbon sinks in the state-owned forest areas. (4) Conclusions and Discussions--To realize the economic value of forestry carbon sinks in the stateowned forest areas, different development paths should be chosen according to different stages of forestry carbon sinks development: in the early stage of development, the government path should be the main way to form a vertical and horizontal financial support model for forestry carbon sinks. In the middle and late stage of development, the market path and the compound path should be the main ways, but the government path should not be excluded. The market path is mainly to realize the economic value of forestry carbon sinks through forestry carbon sinks trading market, "forestry carbon sinks+" industry, and forestry carbon sinks financial products, including: (1)Promote the development of multiple types of forestry carbon sinks trading markets, and form a domestic and international "double cycles" market for forestry carbon sinks. For different development types of forestry carbon sinks projects of natural forests, provincial pilot and domestic voluntary trading market can be selected first; For different development types of forestry carbon sinks projects of planted forests, international trading channels should be expanded to support the internationalization of forest products in the state-owned forest areas. In order to scientifically harvest Passi flora caerulea and improve its storage quality, the purple Passi flora caerulea Tainong No. 1 was used as the experimental material to study he change rules of fruit color and quality during the color-changing period of Passi flora caerulea. The results showed that the chlorophyll content in the peel of Passi flora caerulea decreased and the anthocyanin content increased in the color transformation stage. The decrease of chlorophyll a content was the main reason for the decrease of chlorophyll content, while the accumulation of sugar mainly occurred in the early stage of color transformation of fruit, and the dominant factors were fructose and glucose. In the later stage of color transformation, the acid degradation mainly occurred, and malic acid was the dominant factor. The sugar component was positively correlated with the anthocyanin content and negatively correlated with the chlorophyll content. Therefore, the chlorophyll degradation and anthocyanin accumulation occurred simultaneously during the color-changing period of Passi flora caerulea, and the change of fruit peel color was correlated with the change of sugar and acid components in the fruit pulp. In order to effectively solve the desiliconization and ore dissolution performance of low-grade high-silica bauxite, the roasting alkali leaching desiliconization technology scheme was used to investigate the influence of roasting temperature, roasting time, and roasting ore particle size on the desiliconization effect. The research results show that the best roasting and desiliconization conditions are temperature 950 °C, time 60 s, and ore particle size 150 µm. During the calcination process, the silicon-containing phase transforms into amorphous silica, NaAl2 and (AlSi3 O10)(OH)2 is preferentially formed when alumina and silica coexist during the alkaline leaching process. Cancer immunotherapy based on immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) has been widely developed. However, due to the low objective response rate of ICI monotherapy, only 10%-20% in some tumors, ICI combination therapy has become a research highlight recently. Studies have shown that cancer metabolism and its products can regulate the differentiation and function of T cells. Regulating cell metabolism can prolong the longevity and enhance the function of T cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME), and the combination of ICI can improve its therapeutic effect. To investigate the suitable stocking density of red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) in an environment with about 60% Elodea nuttallii coverage rate, a 45-day rearing experiment was conducted. The initial weight of juvenile crayfish was (4.35±0.95) g, the growth performance, food source contribution and non-specific immune enzyme activity of red swamp crayfish were compared at different stocking densities (10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 ind. /m²). The results showed that: The final body mass, terminal body length and weight gain rate of crayfish in the density group of 10 ind./m² were the highest, and there was no significant difference among the other groups, and the culture density was higher than 15 ind./m², the proportion of small-sized crayfish (10-15 g) increases significantly; The average food source contribution of Elodea nuttallii to crayfish ranged from 12.8% to 26.9%, and its contribution to large-sized crayfish (20-25 g) was higher than that of small-sized crayfish; There was no significant difference in the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lysozyme (LZM) among all groups, the malondialdehyde (MDA) content of crayfish of only 10 ind./m² was significantly lower than the other four groups, which indicated that ensuring certain coverage rate of Elodea nuttallii can effectively reduce the negative effects of density stress, and the intake of Elodea nuttallii could have a positive effect on the non-specific immunity of crayfish. Objective: To compare similarities and differences in expression changes of cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4 (CT-LA-4) and programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1) in immunosuppressed rabbits under different moxibustion interventions. Methods: Twenty large-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group, moxa stick moxibustion (MSM) group and herbal cake-partitioned moxibustion (HPM) group, with five rabbits in each group. CTX-induced immunosuppressed models were prepared by intraperitoneal injection for 7 consecutive days. After successful modeling, MSM and HPM were performed on alternate days for 10 treatments. Rabbits were anesthetized after treatment, and serum, liver and spleen were collected. Serum PD-1 and PD-L1 contents were detected by ELISA. PD-1 in liver tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry, and CTLA-4 mRNA in liver and spleen tissues were detected by RT-qPCR. Results: Both HPM and MSM could reduce PD-1 and PD-L1 levels due to immunosuppression, and could effectively suppress elevated levels of CTLA-4 in spleen and PD-1 and CTLA-4 in liver, which were statistically different compared with immunosuppression model group (P<0.05). Pearson correlation test showed that CTLA-4 and PD-1 in liver tissue had significant positive correlation (r=0.780 7, P<0.001). Objective To explore the current situation and development trend of coupling coordination between medical and health resource allocation and service utilization in eastern, central, and western regions and provinces of China, and to provide suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of medical and health resource allocation and service utilization. Methods The related index data of medical and health resource allocation and service utilization from 2018 to 2022 were selected, and the comprehensive development level index and relative development degree were used to evaluate the medical and health resource allocation and service utilization. The coupled coordination degree model was used to analyze the coupling coordination relationship and development trend of the two systems. Results There were significant differences in the comprehensive development level of medical and health resource allocation among provinces, and the overall structure of relative development degree in 2021 was "9-11-11". From 2017 to 2021, the coupling coordination degree of medical and health resource allocation and service utilization decreased, showing a decreasing trend from east to west as a whole. The overall coordination between the allocation of medical and health resources and the utilization of services in China was poor. Only 12 provinces achieved coordinated development in 2021. Xizang was still in the dilemma of serious imbalance. Conclusion It is suggested to improve the accuracy of medical and health resources allocation, reduce the differences in the develop-ment level of resource allocation between provinces, and build a multi-party co-governance pattern. A series of Ba3-x ( VO4 )2 : xSm3+ (x = 0.02-0.16) phosphors were synthesized using the molten salt method with KCl as the salt. The effects of synthesis conditions as well as Sm3+ doping concentration on the phase structure and luminescence properties of the sample were investigated in detail. The temperature sensing characteristics of the sample were also studied. The optimum reaction conditions for synthesizing the sample are calcination temperature of 900 °C, calcination time of 1h, and a mass ratio of raw materials to molten salt of 1 : 3. The obtained sample has high phase purity and crystallinity. The micromorphology of the sample is lamellar with a thickness of about 1.53 mm. Upon the ultraviolet excitation of 318 nm, the broad emission from the VO43- groups and characteristic emissions from Sm3+ can be observed simultaneously in the emission spectra of Ba3-x(VO4)2:xSm3+ phosphors, with the emission colors concentrated in the yellow-white light region. With the increase of Sm3+ doping concentration (x) from 0.02 to 0.16, the intensity of the characteristic emission peak of Sm3+ first increases and then decreases, reaching its maximum value when x =0.10. The dominant mechanism for the concentration quenching in Ba3-x(VO4)2 :xSm3+ phosphors is attributed to the dipole-dipole (d-d) interaction. Moreover, for Ba2.9 (VO4 )2 : 0.10Sm3+ phosphors, it is found that the fluorescence intensity ratio of Sm3+ (652 nm) and VO43- groups (504 nm) shows a significant temperature dependence in the temperature range of 298-473 K. Its maximum absolute and relative temperature sensor sensitivities are 0.36/K and 1.99%/K, respectively. The aim of the experiment was to investigate the expression of the miR-21-5p gene and its target genes in the mammary tissues of Dehong dairy buffalo. The healthy Dehong dairy buffalo with the same feeding conditions, the same parity, similar age and middle lactation were divided into a high milk fat rate group (group H), a medium milk fat rate group (group M) and a low milk fat rate group (group L). Three dairy buffaloes were selected in each group, and breast tissues were collected after slaughter to extract total RNA. Bioinformatics methods were employed to predict the target genes of miR-21-5p. The expression levels of miR-21-5p and its target genes were quantified by fluorescence quantitative PCR, and correlation analysis was conducted with previously determined milk fat content. The results showed that the possible target genes of miR-21-5p were AGPAT6 and GPAM. The expression level of miR-21-5p in mammary tissue of Dehong daily buffalo in the group L was extremely higher than that in the group M and group H (P<0.01). The results of the correlation analysis showed that the expression level of miR-21-5p was extremely and negatively correlated with the target gene AGPAT6 (P<0.01), and significantly and negatively correlated with the expression level of the target gene GPAM (P<0.05). In the mammary tissue of Dehong dairy buffalo, the expression level of miR-21-5p was significantly and negatively correlated with the milk fat protein interaction network showed that the interaction between AGPAT6 and GPAM was the strongest. A series of color tunable NaCa2-xMg2 (VO4)3 : xEu3+ (0≤x≤0. 10) phosphors were synthesized by molten salt method using cheap NaCl as molten salt. The effects of synthesis conditions and Eu3+ doping on the structure and luminescence properties of the samples were investigated in details. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of NaCa2Mg2 (VO4)3 are reaction temperature of 800 °C, reaction time of 0. 5 h and mass ratio of raw material to molten salt of 1:3. The obtained samples are NaCa2Mg2 (VO4)3 pure phase with higher crystallinity. The micromorphology of the samples changed from coral-like to smooth irregular polyhedron with the increase of temperature. Eu3+ doping has little effect on the crystal structure of NaCa2 Mg2 ( VO4)3, but great effect on its luminescence properties. With the increase of Eu3+ concentration (x), the characteristic emission band intensity of VO43- gradually decreases, while the characteristic emission peak intensity of Eu3+ first increases and then decreases, reaching the maximum when x = 0. 06. Therefore, the luminous color of the samples can be modulated by changing the Eu3+ concentration, from green to yellow-green, yellow, yellow-white and orange-red. According to the fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence lifetime analysis, it is confirmed that the energy transfer process of VO43-to Eu3+ exists in NaCa2 Mg2 (VO4)3 : Eu3+ phosphors, and the energy transfer efficiency is about 23%. TiO2 with different facets were prepared by hydrothermal method for photocatalytic reforming glace old to formic acid. The structural compost on and optical properties of TiO2were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, EPR, Raman, Ivies DRS and PL. The results showed that TiO2 synthesized vasa hydrothermal method using titanium ssopropoxide as It source and hydrofluoric acid as morphology control agent exposed (001) crystalline facets. TiO2-2F with 2 mL hydrofluoric acid add-on had coexposed anisate (001) and (101) crystalline facets and demonstrated the highest catalytic activity and selectivity. With UV light irradiation for 4 h, the conversion of glycerol over the TiO2catalyst was 49.0% and the formic acid selective was 55.6%. The interface-contacted (001) and (101) facets formed suffice heterojuncrions and improved the activactivity of photocatalytic reforming glycerol to formic acid. In order to obtain films with better mechanical properties and fracture toughness, the (TiAlCrZrNb)- Six-N (x=0, 4%, 8%, 12% and 16%) high entropy ceramic nanocomposite films with different Si contents were deposited on Si substrate by magnetron sputtering technology. The effects of Si doping on the microstructure, mechanical properties! and fracture toughness of the films were investigated by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and Nano indentation apparatus. The results show that the mechanical properties and fracture toughness of the films increase first and then decrease with the addition of Si element, which can be attributed to the formation of nanocomposite structures. When Si content is 4%, (TiAlCrZrNb)-Six-N film has the best comprehensive mechanical properties, and Us maximum hardness and elastic modulus are 22.7 GPa and 192.0 GPa, respectively. In this work, Cu and Cu55Ni45 thin films with a thickness of 600 nm were firstly deposited on single crystal Si and Al2O3 ceramic substrates by magnetron sputtering respectively. Then, the thin film thermopiles composed of 200 pairs of in-series thermocouples were fabricated by microfabrication technology in 10 mm x 10 mm substrate area. Finally, aluminum oxide layers were deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering as thermal resistance layers, with the help of hard mask. The different thickness of the aluminum oxide layer produces the cold and hot ends in the thin film thermopile, giving rise to a voltage under the irradiation of heat flux by the Seebeck effect, realizing the measurement of heat flux. The thin film thermopiles were analyzed and calibrated. The results show that in the Cu/Cu55Ni45 thermopiles deposited on the Si substrate and Al2O3 ceramic substrate, the roughness of the Cu films are 20 and 60 nm, the roughness of Cu55Ni45 films are 15 and 20 nm, the electrical resistance of thermopiles are 38. 2 Ω and 2. 83 kΩ, the sensitivity of thermopiles are 0. 069 45 and 0.026 97 mV/(kW ⋅ m-2), respectively. The surface roughness of Cu/Cu55Ni45 thermopiles deposited on single crystal Si substrate and Al2O3 ceramic substrate with different surface roughness will be affected, resulting in the difference in electrical resistance of thin film thermopile. The experiment was to study the effect of complex plant essential oil on growth performance and immune indexes of carp. A total of 360 healthy carp with weight (182.61±3.01) g and body length (21.90±0.60) cm were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 30 carp in each replicate. Carp in control group, test group 1, test group 2 and test group 3 were fed with compound diets containing 0, 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg complex plant essential oil, respectively. The pre-test lasted for 14 d, and the formal test lasted for 45 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the final weight, WGR and SGR of carp in all groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the feed coefficient was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and WGR and SGR of carp in 400 mg/kg group were increased the most. The content of TP and ALB in serum of carp in test group 2 were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), and the activity of T-SOD was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The activity of AKP and AST in serum of carp in test group 3 were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). In recent years, bismuth sodium titanate (BNT)-based piezoelectric materials have shown large electro-strain response due to their unique field-induced phase transition, and have shown a great potential in actuator application. In our work, (Bio0.05Na0.05)0.935 Bao0.065 TiO3-x SrMA1O4 (x SrMA1O4, M=La, Y) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with good electrostrain performance and temperature stability are prepared by the traditional solid-phase synthesis process. The effect of SrMA1O4 (M= La, Y) component on the phase structure and electrical properties of the ceramics is studied. The results show that the introduction of SrMA1O4 component induces a phase transformation from rhombohedral-tetragonal coexisting phases to a single pseudo-cubic phase, and destroys the ferroelectric order of the matrix material and induces the appearance of weakly polar phase. Thus, the field-induced strain is significantly imported. When the SMA content is 0.9 mol%, the material exhibit large strain response. Under a 70 kV/cm electric field, the unipolar strain is 0.39% (M = La) and 0.44% (M = Y), respectively, and the corresponding target signals d33* is 557 pm/V (M = La) and 629 pm/V (M = Y), respectively. The high strain response ta derived from the reverie transition from the ergodic relaxation state to the ferroelectric state driven by the electric field. In addition, its found that 0.9 mol% SrMA1O4 (M = Y) modified ceramic shows excellent temperature stability from room temperature to 100 °C, which ta promising for actuator applications. The influence of surface treatment with compound silicates and silicate/silane composite system on durability of concrete with different strength was studied. SEM and FTIR were used to explore the mechanism of surface treatment. The enhancement effects were compared by anti-chloride ion, carbonization resistance and freeze-thaw resistance tests. The results show that the enhancement effects of silicate/ silane composite treatment are better than that of compound silicates alone, and the improvements effect is more obvious with decrease of concrete grade. Compared with untreated concrete,the 6 h electricity flux of C50 concrete has decreased by 10. 0%, C40 concrete by 14. 4%, and C30 concrete by 29. 4%. Lake is an important component of inland water resource of China, and key ecological component of Mountain-River- Forest-Farmland-Lake-Grassland life community. Lake is also a perfect research unit for ecological theory owing to its relative clearly isolate ecosystem. Field observatory, controlled experiment, and numerical simulation are common research methods for limnology theory development and ecological restoration technology innovation. In shallow lakes, the lake ecosystem is very sensitive to the change of environmental condition. For example, changes of physical condition, such as wind-wave, could strongly influence the sediment-water interaction, light condition of water, and the growth of phytoplankton, and finally change the whole ecosystem structure and ecological service. In China, field experiment facilities for limnology research are deficient. Most of the field experiments were undertook in small enclosures or small ponds. It is an urgent need of large-scale controlled field experiment system in limnology research. With the financial support of corner-stone research infrastructure project for the field station network of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Taihu Laboratory for Lake Ecosystem Research (TLLER) has accomplished a large-scale physical and ecological experimental infrastructure system, Shallow Lake Physical-Ecological Modeling Platform (LAMP) next to Lake Taihu, the third largest freshwater lake of China. The platform includes physical lake model, large ecological experimental field on lake, and 3-D numerical model of Lake Taihu (DYTHE).
