BackgroundNon-suicidal self-injury （NSSI） behavior is highly prevalent in middle school students， which poses a significant risk to the physical and mental health of middle school students， so finding ways to improve the NSSI behavior among middle school students is of great significance for promoting their healthy growth.ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between psychological quality and NSSI behavior among middle school students in western Anhui， and to examine the pathway of coping style in the above relationship.MethodsFrom November to December 2020， 22 872 middle school students in western Anhui were selected using stratified cluster random sampling method， and were subjected to complete the assessment of Adolescent Non-suicidal Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire （ANSAQ）， Adolescent's Psychological Suzhi Scale-Simplified Version （APSS-SV） and Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students （CSSMSS）. Spearman correlation analysis was adopted to examine the correlation among scores of scales and the frequency of NSSI behavior in middle school students. Amos 23.0 was utilized to test the pathway of coping style in the relationship between psychological quality and NSSI behavior.ResultsA total of 21 718 （94.95%） middle school students completed the effective questionnaire survey. NSSI behavior was detected in 7 798 middle school students （35.91%）. Objective To explore the diagnostic value of artificial intelligence (AI) cytology combined with DNA-image cytometry (DNA-ICM) auxiliary diagnostic system for the identification of benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites. Methods Liquid-based cytology technology (LCT), DNA-ICM, AI, and AI combined with DNA-ICM were used to identify benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites specimens in 360 cases, and their sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, Kappa value, Youden index and AUC were statistically analyzed. Results The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of AI combined with DNA-ICM in detecting benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites were 95.23%, 94.12%, and 94.44%, respectively, which were higher than those of the three other separate detection methods (all P < 0.05). The kappa values of LCT, DNA-ICM, and AI were 0.646, 0.642, and 0.586; their Youden index values were 0.693, 0.687, and 0.676, and their AUC values were 0.846, 0.843, and 0.838, respectively. The Kappa value of AI combined with DNA-ICM was 0.869, the Youden index was 0.893, and AUC was 0.947, which were all higher than those of the three detection methods alone. Conclusion Among the three separate detection methods, LCT has the highest reliability, authenticity, and diagnostic value, and it can be used as a common method for the clinical identification of benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites. The diagnostic performance of AI combined with DNA-ICM auxiliary diagnosis system in identifying benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites is better than those of the three separate detection methods and can be used as a reliable method for the clinical identification of benign and malignant pleural effusion and ascites.

As a typical deception defense means,honeypot technology is of great significance in actively trapping attackers.The existing design methods mainly optimize the trapping decision of honeypot through the game model,ignoring the impact of the attacker's belief on the game decision of both sides.There are some shortcomings,such as weak adaptive optimization decision-making ability,easy to be seen through and used by the attacker and so on.Therefore,a belief based honeypot game mechanism(BHGM) is proposed.Based on the multi round game process of attacker completing the task,BHGM focuses on the impact of honeypot action on attacker's belief and the impact of belief on whether the attacker continues to attack.At the same time,a belief driven algorithm for solving the optimal attack and defense strategy is designed based on the upper confidence bound apply to tree(UCT).Simulation results show that the belief driven attacker strategy can choose to continue the attack or stop the loss in time based on the current belief to obtain the maximum profit,while the belief driven honeypot strategy can reduce attacker's suspicion as much as possible to lure him to continue the attack and obtain greater profit.

Background Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) is one of the common infectious diseases with high morbidity and heavy disease burden. Despite the continuous advancement of diagnostic technology and the launch of new antimicrobial drugs, the morbidity and mortality of CAP are still high. The clinical research of Shufeng Jiedu capsules in the adjuvant treatment of CAP is increasing, but there is still a lack of systematic review and meta-analysis. Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shufeng Jiedu capsules in the treatment of CAP. Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about Shufeng Jiedu capsules in the treatment of CAP was retrieved in CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library and EMBase from inception to November 2021 by computer. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with Shufeng Jiedu capsules orally on the basis of the control group. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to November 2021. RevMan 5.3 software was used for data analysis, and GRADE criteria were used to evaluate the level of evidence for the outcome indicators. Background Asthma is a complex heterogeneous disease, whose frequent acute attacks seriously affect the quality of life of patients, and cause a heavy economic burden. The recent development of serum biomarkers provides a new idea for accurate treatment of asthma and diagnosis and treatment of refractory asthma. Objective To analyze the difference of serum biomarkers between different stages of asthma patients and healthy people, and to explore the predictive potential of different serum biomarkers for acute asthma attack. Methods A cross-sectional design was used. Participants were recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine during November 2018 to December 2020, including 293 asthma patients (155 in the acute attack stage, and 138 in non-acute attack stage) , and 39 healthy volunteers from physical examinee center of this hospital. ELISA was used to detect the contents of serum biomarkers〔interleukin 4 (IL-4) , interleukin 6 (IL-6) , interleukin 8 (IL-8) , interleukin17 (IL-17) , interferon-γ (IFN-γ) , transforming growth factor-β2 (TGF-β2) , tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) , total immunoglobulin E (TIgE) , specific immunoglobulin E (SIgE) , eosinophil-selective chemokine (Eotaxin) , eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) , periostin, leukotriene D4 (LTD4) , high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) , chitinase 3-like protein 1 (YKL-40) 〕. Generator inertia is an essential parameter in the analysis of frequency characteristics of power system and its online applications. The inertia of a generator can be identified in real time based on ambient active power and frequency signals measured while the generator is in routine operation. However,due to data quality defects of field measurements,the results of inertia identification are poor when applying existing algorithms to actual data. To solve this problem,the a priori variance of inertia identification results is defined based on spectral analysis and system identification theory. The a priori variance is calculated by three steps:reference system estimation,model parameter variance estimation and inertia variance estimation. The segments of ambient data are evaluated and selected before identification,which improves the accuracy of inertia identification. Data evaluation and selection results based on simulation data and field measurements verify the proposed method. The results show that the data segments with smaller a priori variance have higher accuracy of inertia identification.

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of skin care product containing artemisia naphtha in individuals with sensitive skin. Methods A single-center and self-controlled (before and after application) clinical trial was conducted in 31 subjects with sensitive skin. Test product was applied to the face of the subjects twice daily for 4 weeks. Measurement of physiological function, VISIA-CR photography and lactic acid test were carried out on the skin before and on the days 7,14,28 of the trial. 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology was used to analyze the mi- croecological diversity of the skin surface meanwhile physician and subject' self-assessments were performed. Results Physician assessment scores for erythema were decreased at all three follow-up visits (P<0. 05 vs. baseline). The subjects' self-assessments of itching, tingling, burning, tightness, flushing and sensitivity scores were also decreased (all P < 0. 05 vs. baseline). The skin a* values were decreased significantly (all P<0.05 vs. baseline). Similarly, erythema index was significantly decreased (all P <0.05 vs. baseline). Moreover, stratum corneum hydration levels were significantly increased on D7 and D28 (all P <0.05 vs. baseline). The transepi- dermal water loss rates tended to decrease, and were significantly different between the baseline and day 14 (P <0. 05) . In contrast, the skin elasticity and firmness parameters were not changed significantly. Furthermore, lactic acid scores were decreased significantly on D14 and D28 (all P <0.001 vs. baseline). Additionally, there was a tendency of increases in alpha diversity indices ACE and Chao1 on days D7 and D14, with a significant increase on day 14 (P <0.05 vs. baseline). Beta diversity analysis showed that the four groups of samples failed to gather into clusters, and the diiferences in composition structure were not significant. No adverse reactions were observed during the trial. Conclusions Skin care product containing artemisia naphtha is safe for individuals with sensitive skin and improves multiple clinical signs and symptoms of sensitive skin, including acceleration of the skin barrier recovery, elevation in stratum corneum hydration, reduction in transepidermal water loss rates and lactate stinging test score, alleviation of itching, tingling, burning, tightness and flushing, and increases in the richness and diversity of facial skin microbiota. In view of requirements for characteristics of mine management system such as precision mining, heterogeneity, distribution, autonomy and data driving, a mine distributed hierarchical autonomous system based on mine cyber-physical system was proposed. The system is composed of wisdom sensing and control layer, information transmission layer, unified scheduling layer, model description layer and control and application layer. Sensing and control nodes of the wisdom sensing and control layer can realize ubiquitous perception, control and adjustment for human, machine and environment. The information transmission layer not only combines backbone network and sub-network, but also combines wired network and wireless network, so as to improve reliability of data transmission and reduce generation of information isolated islands. The unified scheduling layer can realize unification of system semantics and system time, which improves efficiency of data utilization. The model description layer can realize digital description of overall mine. The control and application layer is accessed to mine application system, which can reduce development difficulty of the mining application system and improve wisdom of mine management. The system has reliability, cooperativity and autonomy, and provides technical support for mine precise mining, unattended work and few people operation.

The 1H NMR fingerprint of Eucommia ulmoides acquired with a CPMG pulse sequence was analyzed with the complete reduction to amplitude-frequency table (CRAFT) approach. The signals of target compounds were extracted without chemical separation and purification. Quantitative analysis showed that the average concentration of pinoresinol glucoside (PDG) in Eucommia ulmoides got from Guiyang medical plant garden was 0.275 6% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.69%. The results were consistent with those obtained by high performance liquid chromatography (average content of 0.269 6% and RSD of 0.65%). NMR fingerprint and multivariate statistical analysis also revealed that there existed significant differences between Hunan and Guizhou Eucommia ulmoides Oliver.

Although there is poor outcrop in the area, the Daoxiang formation exposed in North Fujian has unique rock assemblage and metamorphism, and deformation characteristics show that the Daoxiang group does exist, and belongs to metamorphic rock of the Cambrian period in previous research with Sm-Nd model age as (500±35) Ma. However, the limitations of the test method, adversly influence the the reliability of the formation age. LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating provides reliable and precise evidence of the formation age of the rocks. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb data of basalt and siliceous rocks carried out by this group show that the newest age of basalt is (111.4±2.0) Ma, i.e. belonging to Early Cretaceous, which represents the lower limit of the formation age. The result is consistent with that of siliceous rocks, the newest of which is 124 Ma. The inherited zircon ages indicate proterozoic-paleozoic-mesozoic materials may be included in the source region, so the Daoxiang formation should be further disintegrated, the Vesicular basalt and Siliceous rocks which formed at Mesozoic should be separated from the Daoxiang formation. The discovery of all these ages enriches research work of tectonic evolution of Daoxiang formation and provides valuable data of the isotopic geochronological age.

(1) Background--With the implementation of "The Opinions on Establishing and Improving the Value Realization Mechanism of Ecological Products" in 2021, the value realization of the ecological products is a bridge connecting the ecological protection and economic construction of the forest areas after the reform of the state-owned forest areas in Northeast China. (2) Methods--Based on the ecological niche theory, this paper took the understory ecological products in the state-owned forest areas of Northeast China as the research object, firstly sorted out and summarized the previous literature studies and relevant data, analyzed the current situation of the value realization of the understory ecological products from four aspects of resources, environments, demands and technologies ecological niches, then found out the dilemmas faced in the value realization of the understory ecological products, and finally innovatively put forward a new model to realize the value of the understory ecological products. (3) Results--From the perspective of ecological niche, this paper innovatively combines the ecological niche theory with the value realization of the understory ecological products in the state-owned forest areas of Northeast China, and analyzes the dilemmas encountered in the value realization of the understory ecological products from four aspects: resource niche, environment niche, demand niche and technology niche: the narrow resource niche and inadequate exploitation and utilization of the ecological product resources, environment niche to be improved and lack of specific development policies for the understory ecological products, inaccurate grasp of demand niche and uncoordinated value realization of the ecological products with economic development needs, few technology niche levels and lagging technological innovation of the ecological products in the stateowned forest areas, and then puts forward the new model of realizing the value of the understory ecological products in the state-owned forest areas of Northeast China. (4) Conclusions and Discussions--First, expand the width of resource niche and adopt the resource development model of "original ecological breeding + forest X". Develop the original ecological breeding model according to local conditions and strengthen the construction of hardware and software. Second, optimize the environment niche and gradually form the market transformation model of "EODF+ understory ecological products". Reconstruct the ecological network of the state-owned forest areas in Northeast China, establish a good ecological foundation, use EODF mode to bundle ecological environmental protection and restoration of the forest areas and management of the understory ecological products, improve the efficiency of market transformation of the understory ecological products, comprehensively calculate the joint development projects and implement internal regurgitation-feeding of the projects. Third, obtain the demand niche advantage and accurately adopt the demand expansion model of "scenic areas and cities integration + multi-core attraction". With the scenic areas in the forest areas as the core, form the scenic areas and cities integration system, implement cross-border linkage and multicore attraction to create the demand for the understory ecological products and avoid the phenomenon of ecological niche overlap based on the real market demand. Fourth, improve the level of technology niche and adopt the value realization model of "blockchain + understory ecological products". Manage and record the whole process of the understory ecological products from the forest areas to production in real time by using blockchain technology to ensure product quality and safety, and carry out the digital management of the understory ecological products in the state-owned forest areas of Northeast China by using blockchain technology. Compared with traditional crops, microalgae has the advantages of rich nutrition, small planting area, not affected by seasons, strong environmental adaptability, high photosynthesis rate and fast reproduction. Microalgae are rich in many nutrients such as carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, amino acids and vitamins, which can meet the nutritional needs of livestock. Moreover, unsaturated fatty acids in microalgae can inhibit methane production by affecting the structure of rumen microflora and the hydrogenation of fatty acids. Microalgae is safe, non-toxic and has high utilization value, which is an ideal green feed additive. Based on the sand discharge principle and flow balance theory of spiral seal structure, the corresponding flow channel models of serrated, rectangular, trapezoidal and semicircular spiral teeth were established, and the sand discharge performance evaluation criteria was established.Combined with fluid turbulence model and solid particle trajectory tracking method, the velocity field, pressure field and cuttings retention time of different profiles were analyzed, and the influence of profile on the sand discharge performance of spiral seal was studied.The sand discharge performance of different tooth profiles was evaluated,and the spiral seal tooth profile was optimized.The results show that all four spiral profiles have the ability of active sand discharge.The pressure difference between the two ends of serrated seal channel is the largest,which can produce a larger pumping flow,and the debris particles are easier to discharge.At the same time,the retention time of debris particles in the serrated seal is the shortest,so the serrated spiral seal has the best sand discharge performance.The optimization results show that the sand discharge performance is the best when the pitch is 3. 2 mm,the working face inclination is 3° and non working face inclination is 30° of the serrated spiral seal. There is a set of volcanic-sedimentary rock series in Shipu area, Xiangshan County, eastern Zhejiang Province, which was previously named as Shipu Formation, including upper and lower members. The lower member is interbedded with mudstone, sandstone and stromatolite-wormtube biohermal limestone, while the upper member is characterized by bimodal volcanic rock. For a long time, there have been disputes about the stratification attribution of Shipu Formation and the age of the bioreef limestone. LA- ICP-MS zircon U-Pb ages of the basaltic interlayers newly discovered in rhyolite and sedimentary rocks of the Shipu Formation are obtained, which are (117.8 ± 2.2) Ma and (116.1 ± 1.0) Ma respectively, showing that Shipu Formation formed in late early Cretaceous. According to the regional stratigraphic correlation study, the stratigraphy of Shipu Formation and Guantou Formation is similar, both belongs to the contemporaneous heterogeneous sequence strata. Aiming at the problem that the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm can only consider the external reviews of movies and not the similarity relationships within movies during the process of recommending movies, the paper proposes to construct a knowledge graph to help calculate the internal similarity of movies. Existing movie data may be incomplete, so knowledge graph reasoning is used to complement missing movie knowledge. The knowledge graph based on TransE model cannot effectively describe the complex multi-relationship among movie titles, actors and directors. Firstly, the improved TransHR model can express the multi-relationship between movie information and improve the accuracy of relationship representation. Then, the similarity between movies is calculated by the user rating matrix. Finally, the two similarities are merged and applied to the recommended technique of matrix decomposition. BACKGROUND: Previous studies on the clinical efficacy of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis have been reported, but the effects of total knee arthroplasty on joint function and related biochemical parameters in patients with rheumatoid arthritis are little reported. Thereafter, more clinical evidence is needed. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of total knee arthroplasty on joint function and related biochemical indicators in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: Clinical data of 64 patients with 64 knees who underwent total knee arthroplasty were retrospectively analyzed. Comparative analysis of Hospital for Special Surgery, range of motion of the knee joint and quality of life scores before and 1 year after surgery was conducted. Changes of biochemical indicators such as C-reactive protein, rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were detected. The incidence of complications at 1 month after surgery was recorded. The study was approved by the Ethical Committee of Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and all patients signed the informed consents. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Compared with the baseline levels, the Hospital for Special Surgery score, range of motion of the knee joint and quality of life scores at 1 year after surgery was significantly increased (P < 0.01 ), and the levels of C-reactive protein, rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly decreased (P < 0.01 ). (2) One patient developed infection and two patients developed deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity, which was relieved after symptomatic treatment. These results imply that total knee arthroplasty has a good dinical effect on rheumatoid arthritis, which can improve knee function and reduce the levels of C-reactive protein, rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and has good safety. Objective: To introduce the surgical experience of carotid body tumor（CBT） resection with preservation of internal carotid artery. Methods: The clinical data of 109 patients with CBT were retrospectively analyzed. The key points of surgical techniques were summarized, the imaging and pathological results were comprehensively analyzed, and the postoperative complications were observed. Results: Of the 109 patients, 28 were Shamblin Ⅰ, 46 were Shamblin Ⅱ, and 35 were Shamblin Ⅲ. Synaptophysin（SYN） and soluble protein-100（S-100） were positive in all cases. There was a positive correlation between the average expression area percentage of S-100 and SYN in pathological tissue of 17 patients（ r =0.48）, and the difference was statistically significant（ P <0.05）. The average operation time was（148.4±46.2） minutes, the average intraoperative blood loss was（64.7±22.8） mL, and the average hospital stay was（15.2±2.6） days. Three patients underwent tumor resection combined with external carotid artery ligation, 1 patient underwent tumor resection combined with internal carotid artery ligation, and the remaining patients underwent tumor resection alone. The overall rate of intraoperative vascular ligation was 3.7% and the rate of nerve injury was 6.4%. According to preoperative CTA, intraoperative situation and postoperative pathological results, a new classification of CBT was proposed, which could intuitively reflect the gap between the tumor and the carotid artery and the nature of the tumor. Conclusion: Surgical resection of CBT is recommended after diagnosis. The potential gap between the tumor and the blood vessels was found under the microscope. Low energy bipolar electrocoagulation was used to coagulate and cut off the fibrous connective tissue between the tumor and gradually separated along the adventitia of the artery. The carotid artery could be preserved in most cases while the tumor was completely removed, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of complications were reduced. Objective: To explore strategies for preserving facial nerve function during surgeries for rare tumors of the internal auditory canal. Methods: A total of 235 cases of internal auditory canal tumors treated between 2010 and 2023 were included, encompassing vestibular schwannomas, cavernous hemangiomas, meningiomas, and other rare tumors. Various data, including clinical presentations, imaging classifications, and treatment processes, were meticulously analyzed to delineate the characteristics of rare tumors and assess pre-and postoperative facial nerve function. Results: Among all internal auditory canal tumors, vestibular schwannomas accounted for 91.9%. In rare tumors, facial nerve schwannomas constituted 5.3%, cavernous hemangiomas 26.3%, meningiomas 15.8%, and arterial aneurysms 10.5%. Significantly, patients with cavernous hemangiomas displayed pronounced invasion of the facial nerve by the tumor, in contrast to other tumor types where clear boundaries with the facial nerve were maintained. During surgery, individualized approaches and strategies for facial nerve protection were implemented for different tumor types, involving intraoperative dissection, tumor excision, and facial nerve reconstruction. Conclusion: Preservation of the facial nerve is crucial in the surgical management of rare tumors of the internal auditory canal. Accurate preoperative diagnosis, appropriate timing of surgery, selective surgical approaches, and meticulous intraoperative techniques can maximize the protection of facial nerve function. Comprehensive experiments course is a bridge for higher vocational students to integrate theoretical knowledge with production practice. The article introduces that our biological pharmacy department is committed to the principles of "promotion of teaching, learning and construction through skills competition so as to integrate education and training". By taking penicillin fermentation process as an example, reform has been made in several aspects including teaching objectives, teaching content and teaching methods. We integrate the practical operation of fermentation equipment with virtual simulation software to develop a two-way interactive course. By reducing the subjective dependence, the quantitative management and evaluation of fermentation process parameter control were put into place, which efficiently integrated the skills competition with practical teaching. Improved teaching performance has been achieved over recent years, which may facilitate the reform and practice of similar courses based on skills competition.

Objective: To observe the effect of intradermal needling combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion for moderate to severe cancer pain., Methods: A total of 60 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group，30 cases in each one. In the control group，opioids were taken to relief pain according to the three-step analgesic method of World Health Organization. On the base of the treatment as the control group, intradermal needling combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion were applied at Neiguan (PC 6), Hegu (LI 4), Zusanli (ST 36), Taichong (LR 3), etc. in the observation group, 14 days of treatment were required. The equivalent morphine consumption at the first day and whole course, the scores of cancer quality of life questionnaire-C30 (QLQ-C30) and Hamilton anxiety scale before and after treatment, and the adverse reaction rate were compared in the two groups. The total analgesic effective rate was evaluated., Results: The total analgesic effective rate was 93.3% (28/30) in the observation group, higher than 73.3% (22/30) in the control group ( P <0.05). The total equivalent morphine consumption in the observation group was less than the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the QLQ-C30 scores were increased ( P <0.001) and the HAMA scores were decreased ( P <0.001) in the both groups, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group ( P <0.001). The adverse reaction rates of fatigue, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, constipation in the observation group were lower than the control group ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: Intradermal needling combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can reduce the dose of opioids, improve the quality of life, relief the anxiety in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain, and reduce the incidence of common adverse reaction of opioids.

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of astragaloside II (AS-II) on the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) induced by hypoxia and its relevant mechanism. Methods Rat primary PASMCs were divided into normoxia group, hypoxia group, hypoxia combined with 20, 40, 80 μmol/L AS-II treated groups, hypoxia combined with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase (NOX) inhibitor VAS2870 treated group, and then cultured either in normoxic (210 mL/L O 2 ) or hypoxic (20 mL/L O 2 ) condition for 24 hours. The proliferation of PASMCs was detected by CCK-8 assay. The level of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) was detected by DCFH-DA staining. Protein kinase B (AKT), phospho-AKT (p-AKT), mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), phospho-mTOR (p-mTOR), proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), NOX1 and NOX4 protein expression were assessed by Western blotting. Results In the hypoxia group, the proliferation of PASMCs, level of intracellular ROS, protein expression of PCNA, p-AKT, p-mTOR, NOX1 and NOX4 increased significantly compared with those in the normoxia group. However, AS-II treatment inhibited hypoxia-induced PASMCs proliferation, decreased the level of intracellular ROS, and suppressed protein expression of PCNA, p-AKT, p-mTOR, NOX1 and NOX4. Moreover, VAS2870 treatment lead to similar changes. Conclusion AS-II can inhibit the proliferation of PASMCs induced by hypoxia, which may be associated with the blocking of NOX/ROS/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.

Purpose: To investigate the characteristic expression of apoptotic genes in epulis., Methods: Thirty-six patients with epulis were recruited in this study, and related tumor and normal gingival tissues were collected. Six pairs of samples were used for PCR array analysis of apoptosis, and the other thirty pairs of samples were used for qRT-PCR replication. The expression levels of related genes were calculated with internal reference gene delta ΔΔCt. The data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software package., Results: Compared with the normal gingival tissues, the expression levels of AIFM1, BCL2, BCL2L1, BCL2L2, BFAR, BIRC2, BIRC3, BIRC6, BNIP2, BNIP3, CD40LG, and XIAP were significantly increased in the gingival tissues, while the expression level of TNFRSF25 was decreased., Conclusions: Over-expression of anti-apoptotic genes in Bcl-2 family and IAP family inhibits apoptosis of gingival tissues, which eventually causes epulis.

Physical properties and bioactivity are two important aspects of the activated sludge process. To solve the contradiction between these two aspects in the operation control process, the physical structure and respiration processes of sludge in different activated sludge systems were analyzed. Sludge from seven different activated sludge systems was used for the experiments, and the particle size, microscopic morphology, fractal dimension, compression settling performance, adsorption performance, and respirogram were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the correlations between physical performance indicators and respiration rate were very good. Sludge particle size ( d ) was negatively correlated with the endogenous specific respiration rate (SOUR e ) and maximum specific respiration rate (SOUR t ) ( R 2 >0.9); fractal dimension ( D f ) was linearly and negatively correlated with SOUR e and SOUR t ( R 2 >0.8); sludge compression index (SCI) and sludge volume index (SVI) were positively correlated with SOUR e ( R 2 >0.9); equilibrium adsorption ( Q max ) was linearly and negatively correlated with the quasi-endogenous specific respiration rate (SOUR q ) and SOUR e ( R 2 >0.9). In addition, the optimal physical properties and bioactivity range of activated sludge under normal operating conditions were obtained as follows:SVI of 50-120 mL·g -1 , SOUR e of 6.27-7.55 mg·(g·h) -1 , d of 205.80-228.12 μm, D f of 1.56-1.60, R n/t of 0.02-0.03, and Q max of 508-636 mg·g -1 .

Objective: To determine the clinicopathological and imaging features in 18F-fluoro-2-deoxyglucose (18F-FDG) positron emission tomography and computed tomography (PET/CT) for paraganglioma of testis, and to increase the diagnostic accuracy.
 Methods: A case of paraganglioma of testis with multiple lymph node and lung metastasis were reported. PET/CT and pathological findings in the case were retrospectively analyzed.
 Results: The patient presented with high blood pressure, high level of catecholamine, and urinary vanillylmandelic acid. The patient underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT, which showed the features including the right testis nodule with a star lesion nearby, the right spermatic cord, the lymphadenopathy of bilateral inguinal and retroperitoneum, the posterior basal segment of right lung nodule, and a lot of brown adipose tissues (BAT) in the whole body with intense FDG uptake. 18F-FDG PET/CT showed that the intense FDG uptake of the BAT disappeared after the excision of the right testis and metastasis of paraganglioma.
 Conclusion: PET/CT shows great value in localization diagnose, clinical staging and curative evaluation. PET/CT plays a helpful role in revealing the BAT with 18F-DG avidity in the patients with paraganglioma with elevated blood pressure, high level catecholamine, and urinary vanillylmandelic acid.

In order to understand the bacterial community structure and its diversity in the Biliuhe Reservoir, the impact of environmental factors must be explored. Using 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing technology, the bacterial community structure and diversity differences in four seasons were analyzed and compared from 2016 to 2017. Redundancy analysis (RDA) was used to investigate the relationship between the environmental factors in water and bacterial diversity. The analysis of bacterial diversity index (Shannon-Wiener index) showed that the bacterial community diversity index reached 6.9 in the whole year, with the following pattern:Winter < summer < spring < autumn. Sequence alignment results show that although the flora status was not clear and rare flora were seen, a total of 44 bacterial phyla, 115 classes, 184 orders, 368 families, and 865 genera were found. The dominant bacteria phyla were:Proteobacteria (34.16%), Cyanobacteria (24.35%), Actinobacteria (13.35%), Bacteroidetes (12.42%). The dominant class of bacteria in the dominant phylum (Proteobacteria) was β -Proteobacteria (18.34%), and the dominant strain was unidentified&#95; Chloroplast (17.73%). The results of RDA showed that different bacterial communities were affected by environmental factors. Total suspended solids (TSS), transparency (SD), pH, active phosphorus (ADP), dissolved oxygen (DO), total phosphorus (TP), and nitrite nitrogen (NO 2 - -N) were the main environmental factors influencing community distribution. The bacterial community during the summer was positively correlated with NO 2 - -N, ADP, TP, and TSS.

Objective: To identify orthologous lncRNAs in human and mice and the species specificity of their epigenetic regulatory functions., Methods: The human/mouse whole-genome pairwise alignment (hg19/mm10, genome.UCSC.edu) was used to identify the orthologues in 13 562 and 10 481 GENCODE-annotated human and mouse lncRNAs. The Infernal program was used to search the orthologous sequences of all the exons of the 13562 human lncRNAs in mouse genome (mm10) to identify the highly conserved orthologues in mice. LongTarget program was used to predict the DNA binding sites of the orthologous lncRNAs in their local genomic regions. Gene Ontology analysis was carried out to examine the functions of genes., Results: Only 158 orthologous lncRNAs were identified in humans and mice, and many of these orthologues had species-specific DNA binding sites and epigenetic target genes. Some of the epigenetic target genes executed important functions in determining human and mouse phenotypes., Conclusion: s Only a few human and mouse lncRNAs are orthologues, and most of lncRNAs are species-specific. The orthologous lncRNAs have species-specific epigenetic target genes, and species-specific epigenetic regulation greatly contributes to the differences between humans and mice.

Objective: To generate mice which are specific for peroxisomproliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator-1(PGC-1α) knockout in the GABAergic interneuron., Methods: Conditional mice specific for PGC-1α f/+ were introduced from the Jackson Laboratory, USA and initially inbred to obtain homozygote PGC-1α f/f mice. The PGC-1α f/f conditional mice were further crossed with Dlx5/6-Cre-IRES-EGFP transgenic mice to achieve specific knockout of PGC-1α in the GABAergic interneuron., Results: The offspring with specific knockout PGC-1α gene were successful for the generation of GABAergic interneuron, with the resulting genotype being PGC-1α f/f;Dlx5/6-Cre-IRES-EGFP ., Conclusion: The PGC-1α f/f;Dlx5/6-Cre-IRES-EGFP mice were obtained through a proper crossing strategy, which has provided a suitable platform for studying the function of PGC-1α in neuropsychiatric diseases.

Purpose: To explore a more comprehensive and objective method for dental students examination, and improve the quality of pediatric dental education., Methods: Fifteen 8-year-program students and 30 5-year-program dental students from School of Stomatology, the Fourth Military Medical University were enrolled in this study. Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE), traditional diadactic test and questionnaires were carried out in all students. The scores of the two testing methods between students in 2 groups were compared using SPSS 11.5 software package., Results: The average score of OSCE for 8-year-program students was significantly higher than that of 5-year-program students. In contrast, the traditional test score of 8-year-program students was significantly lower than that of 5-year-program students. Most students accepted OSCE and approved the evaluation system combining OSCE with traditional test., Conclusions: As a comprehensive, objective and effective evaluation system, OSCE is helpful for students to master knowledge and improve clinical ability.

To study the effects and mechanisms of interleukin-8 (IL-8) on the proliferation and autophagy of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSC) under hypoxic condition. In the hypoxia model, we set the non-stimulated hBMSC as the hypoxia control group; the hBMSC stimulated by 100 μmol/L human IL-8 as the IL-8 group; the hBMSC stimulated by 50 μmol/L MK2206 (Akt protein inhibitor) and 100μmol/L IL-8 as the Akt inhibitor group; and the normal cultured hBMSC as the normal control group. The experiments of EdU cell proliferation and TUNEL apoptosis were respectively used to detect the number of positive cells that were labeled by EdU and apoptosis in each group, and Western blotting and ELISA were used respectively to detect the expression of autophagy protein (LC-3), Akt/STAT3 and other proteins in each group. The results indicated that the proliferation and autophagy of hBMSC in IL-8 group was higher than that in hypoxia control group and Akt inhibitor group, and the apoptosis rate in IL-8 group decreased. These results and the high expression of Akt, STAT3 and VEGF protein of IL-8 group show that under the hypoxic condition, IL-8 played a protective role on MSC through the Akt-STAT3 pathway. It had important significance in the protection of MSC against the injury due to ischemia and hypoxia, and promoted the application of MSC in regenerative medicine.

Objective To investigate the potential association of cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated protein 4 (CTLA4) polymorphisms with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) risk. Methods Two reviewers independently searched the PubMed, MEDLINE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese WanFang databases and Database of Chinese Scientific and Technical Periodicals (VIP) for relevant studies from January 1, 1990 to May 25, 2016. Odds ratios (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) for CTLA4 polymorphism and HNL risk were used to evaluate the strength of association. Meta-analysis was performed using SATA (v12.0) software. Results A total of 6 case-control studies concerning the CTLA4 +49A/G, -318T/C, and CT60A/G polymorphisms were included in the meta-analysis. The polymorphisms of the three alleles were not associated with genetic susceptibility to NHL (PZ>0.05 or 95%CI contains 1). In the subgroup analysis of CTLA4 +49A/G gene polymorphism, we found that AA was a risk factor for mixed type lymphoma (AA vs GG: OR=4.181, 95%CI: 1.362-12.833; AA+AG vs GG: OR=3.217, 95%CI: 1.055-9.810; AA vs AG+GG: OR=2.827, 95%CI: 1.345-5.940), but was a protect factor for B cell lymphoma (AA vs GG: OR=0.465, 95%CI: 0.251-0.863; AA vs AG+GG: OR=0.534, 95%CI: 0.362-0.788); AA was a risk factor in Italians (AA vs GG: OR=4.181, 95%CI: 1.362-12.833; AA+AG vs GG: OR=3.217, 95%CI: 1.055-9.810; AA vs AG+GG: OR=2.827, 95%CI: 1.345-5.940), but was a protect factor in Chinese (AA vs GG: OR=0.643, 95%CI: 0.417-0.992; AA vs AG+GG, OR=0.601, 95%CI: 0.395-0.913). Conclusion This meta-analysis suggests that the polymorphisms of the three alleles are not associated with genetic susceptibility to NHL.

Natural limonite was used as a precursor to prepare γ -Fe 2 O 3 via thermal treatment. The influences of reaction temperature, manganese oxides existing in limonite and coexisting SO 2 and H 2 O on the catalytic reduction activity of the prepared γ -Fe 2 O 3 were evaluated, and the activity of SCR was compared with that of α -Fe 2 O 3 , by means of XRD, XRF, XPS, NH 3 -TPD, FT-IR and so on. The results showed that because the surface acidity of γ -Fe 2 O 3 is stronger, the SCR temperature window of γ -Fe 2 O 3 was 200-350℃ being broader than that of α -Fe 2 O 3 (200-300℃), and in the active temperature window, the NO removal reached over 99%. The existence of MnO 2 in the newly formed γ -Fe 2 O 3 slightly decreased the SCR reactivity at lower temperature (100-200℃), while it decreased the SCR reactivity at higher temperature (400-450℃). The existence of SO 2 led to the shifting of temperature window by 100℃ from 200-350℃ to 300-450℃, and the volume fraction of 5%H 2 O only had a tiny negative effect on the SCR reactivity of γ -Fe 2 O 3 . However, the coexisting SO 2 and H 2 O, especially when the volume fraction of SO 2 reached 0.12%, significantly decreased the SCR reactivity due to the generation of ammonium sulfate. Besides, although the magnetic susceptibility of reacted γ -Fe 2 O 3 experienced a slight decrease compared with the newly prepared γ -Fe 2 O 3 , the catalysts could still be used repeatedly by magnetic recycling.

Objective: To explore the association between interleukin 28B (IL-28B), equilibrative nucleoside transporters 1 (ENT1) gene polymorphisms and spontaneous clearance of HCV in HIV/HCV co-infectors in Hunan province., Methods: Genotypes of IL-28B and ENT1 (rs12980275, rs12979860, rs8099917 and rs760370) were analyzed in 107 HIV/HCV co-infectors in Hunan province and the distributions of gene polymorphisms were compared between chronic hepatitis and spontaneous clearance groups., Results: The major genotypes in rs12980275, rs12979860 and rs8099917 of IL-28B were AA, CC and TT in HIV/HCV co-infectors, which accounted for 84.1% of each. The three single nucleotide polymorphisms were highly linkage disequilibrium (r² > 0.94) and the differences of genotype distribution were statistically significant between chronic hepatitis and the spontaneous clearance groups (P < 0.05). Infectors which carrying the major genotypes were more susceptible to spontaneous clearance of HCV. Differences of the genotype distributions in rs760370 of ENT1 were not statistically significant between the two groups., Conclusion: Genotypes AA, CC and TT of IL-28B were related to spontaneous clearance of HCV in HIV/HCV co-infectors.

Objective: To compare the regeneration of subbasal epithelial nerve plexus in the central cornea and dry eye condition between patients undergoing conventional LASIK surgery and femtosecond-assisted LASIK surgery., Methods: It was across-sectional study. Thirty patients (60 eyes) who had LASIK at our hospital from October 2011 to September 2012 were included in this study. Patients were divided into conventional LASIK group and femtosecond-assisted LASIK group based on the method used for corneal flap creation. Subjective and objective dry eye tests were carried out at 1 year after surgery. HRT III confocal microscopy was used to observe the regeneration of subbasal epithelial nerve plexus, and the images were analyzed by ACCMetrics software using quantitative parameters to determine the density and morphology of corneal nerve fibers. The data of corneal nerve fibers and dry eye condition in the two groups undergoing different LASIK procedures was compared using an independent sample t test., Results: During the one-year postoperative follow-up, the Schirmer test result, tear film break-up time value, and ocular surface disease index score in the F-LASIK group [(12.65 +/- 8.73) mm/5min, (7.85 +/- 2.81) s, (7.25 +/- 6.35) points] were not significantly different from that in the C-LASIK group [(6.73 +/- 10.55) mm/ 5 min, (8.77 +/- 3.04) s, (4.46 +/- 5.37) points] (t =1.399, -1.050, -1.613, P > 0.05). Regarding the nerve fiber measurements, which included corneal nerve fiber density, corneal nerve branch density, corneal nerve fiber length, corneal total branch node, corneal nerve fiber width, and corneal nerve fiber tortuosit, there was no statistically significant difference in their results between patients who had femtosecond-assisted LASIK surgery [(16.46 +/- 6.65 )/mm2, (19.27 +/- 9.56)/mm2, (10.88 +/- 4.70) mm/mm2, (65.10 +/- 38.43)/mm2, (4.76 +/- 0.34) microm, (2.30 +/- 0.34) grades] and those who had conventional LASIK surgery [(15.99 +/- 7.14)/mm2, (19.39 +/- 7.07)/mm2, (11.30 +/- 3.17) mm/mm2, (68.43 +/- 34.94)/mm2, (4.73 +/- 0.24) microm, (2.14 +/- 0.34) grades] (t = -0.229, 0.049, 0.365, 0.306, -0.394, -1.629, P > 0.05)., Conclusion: The difference between conventionalLASIK and femtosecond-assisted LASIK does not significantly affect the dry eye test values and nerve fiber measurements in patients at 1 year after LASIK.

Objective: To evaluate the safety, effectiveness and compliance of Bronuck (bromfenac sodium ophthalmic solution 0.1%) following LASEK in comparison with glucocorticoids., Methods: In this prospective trial, 60 patients (120 eyes) undergoing LASEK were randomized into the bromfenac sodium group (60 eyes) and control group (60 eyes). Patients in both groups initially received dexamethasone 0.1% four times a day after LASEK for 7 days, and then the patients in the bromfenac sodium group were given Bronuck twice a day for the next 11 weeks, while the patients from the control group were given fluorometholone 0.1% with gradually decreased doses during the same period. Results of the routine examinations done before and 3, 10, 30, 90 and 180 days after LASEK were recorded, including uncorrected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure (IOP), corneal topography, ocular symptoms and signs, which were used for comparison between the two groups. All data of right eyes were analyzed for their independence, normality and homogeneity of variance. Independent samples t-test or non-parametric Mann-Whitney test was performed accordingly., Results: There was no statistically significant difference in IOP and corneal topography (K1, K2, SAI, SRI and CY) between the two groups postoperatively. The IOP was (16.33 ± 6.21) mmHg(1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa), (15.67 ± 2.82) mmHg, (15.35 ± 2.22) mmHg and (13.10 ± 3.41) mmHg in the bromfenac sodium group, and (16.87 ± 3.68) mmHg, (14.05 ± 2.23) mmHg, (14.39 ± 2.22) mmHg and (13.18 ± 2.49) mmHg in the control group at 10, 30, 90 and 180 days, respectively. The bromfenac sodium group showed significantly better uncorrected visual acuity (5.16 ± 0.08) than the control group (5.02 ± 0.09) on day 30 (t = 2.32, P < 0.05). In the bromfenac sodium group, four eyes had visual fatigue, and four eyes had dry eye symptoms on day 180. Epithelial flaps were all well positioned with satisfying healing process. Each group had one case (two eyes) of haze on day 30, and the bromfenac sodium group had another case (2 eyes) of new-onset haze on day 60. But all the cases of haze were graded 0.5 according to the Fantes Standard, too mild to compromise their visual acuities, and were resolved after frequent topical medication for 1 month. Four patients from the control group were prescribed antiglaucoma medications due to elevated IOP. The refractive status remained stable for patients from both groups., Conclusions: Administration of Bronuck can reduce the amount of or partially substitute for corticosteroids. Mild haze early after LASEK may disappear after intensive treatment.

Objective: To study the anatomic characteristics of recurrent laryngeal nerve during thyroid surgery., Method: A retrospective review of surgical data of 307 patients undertook thyroid surgery was conducted., Result: Total 342 recurrent laryngeal nerves were identified during the surgery(184 on the right side, left 158). 215 (62.9%) nerves were deep to the inferior thyroid artery, 106(31.0%)were superficial to the artery, 21(7.5%) were between the arterial branches. A nerve bifurcation was found in 203(59.4%). None of nerve bifurcation was found in 136(39.8%). 3(0.9%)were confirmed to hold non-recurrent laryngeal nerves during operations. No patient showed permanent laryngeal recurrent nerve paralysis postoperatively., Conclusion: The careful dissection and protection of the recurrent laryngeal nerve was an effective method to prevent its injury during thyroid surgery.
