Abiotic stress is an important factor that affects the growth and development of forage. Therefore, it has a great significance to explore the characteristics, indicators, and evaluation methods of forage stress resistance for improving and stabilizing forage production. However, at present, there aren't many researches on the response and adaptive mechanism of Cyperus esculentus to stress, which directly restricts the progress of stress resistance breeding in Cyperus esculentus. In this paper, the physiological and biochemical functions and molecular regulation mechanism of common abiotic stress (drought, low-temperature and salinity, etc.) of Cyperus esculentus were briefly summarized, and the prospect of stress resistance breeding of Cyperus esculentus was put forward, in order to provide theoretical references for the study of stress resistance of Cyperus esculentus in the future. Alpacas are native to the poor, high- altitude plains of South America. As a common breeding animal in Peru and other countries, it has been introduced to more and more countries to enrich animal species due to its high- quality camel hair, high nutritional meat and milk. Due to the unique climatic environment and geographical conditions of alpaca origin, the breeding management needs to be adjusted in different introduced countries. Chinese alpaca feed was mainly roughage, which mixed with concentrate feed and supplemented with vitamins, mineral trace elements and so on. However, the nutritional requirements of alpacas varied from region to region. In order to better prepare the full- priced pellet feed for alpaca farming, the digestive system characteristics, differences among alpacas, cattle, sheep and other common ruminants and their nutritional requirements in different countries were reviewed in this paper, so as to provide a basis for the follow-up of fullpriced pellet feed. With the advent of the antibacterial ban era, more and more feed enterprises have been chosen to use microbial fermented feed as animal feed ingredients, which have the advantages of good palatability, low price, and rich nutritional value. Applying microbial fermented feed in pig breeding can significantly improve its production performance and enhance the intestinal health of pigs in the foundation of decreasing the feed cost. In this paper, the types and preparation methods of microbial fermented feeds and their effects on the intestinal health of pigs were reviewed by studying the current research progress of fermented feed at home and abroad to provide references and suggestions for healthy pig breeding. The long- term and extensive use of antibiotics has led to the widespread emergence of drugresistant bacteria and super bacteria worldwide, posing a significant threat to environmental safety and public health. Antimicrobial peptides have a wide range of biological functions, such as immune regulation, killing bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites, cancer cells and so on. Importantly, the antibacterial mechanism of antimicrobial peptides is different from that of the traditional antibiotics. They mainly exert antibacterial activity by destroying bacterial cell membranes, so they are not easy to produce drug resistance, which makes them have the potential to become a new generation of antibacterial drugs. Therefore, antimicrobial peptides are widely concerned in agriculture, animal husbandry, food, medicine and other fields. To establish a rapid and quantitative method for the determination of chloramphenicol antibiotics residues in aquaculture water by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC- MS) with micro eutectic solvent extraction and enrichment, the culture water was filtered by filter paper, 10 mL of water sample was added with proper amount of internal standard substance, 1 mL of water sample was mixed evenly in a micro-centrifuge tube, adding proper amount of eutectic solvent, vortex mixing and standing to extract the top layer clear liquid, acetonitrile was fixed to 1 mL, and filtered by 0.22 μm. The sample was separated by high- performance liquid chromatography, and the internal standard was quantified by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed the linear range of chloramphenicol was 0.1-5.0 μg·kg-1, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 4. The average detection limit of chloramphenicol was up to 0.005 3 μg · kg-1 . The recovery of chloramphenicol was 80.3%-103.6%, the relative standard deviation was between 3.5% and 8.3%. The linear range of the florfenicol was 1.0-20.0 μg·kg-1, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. The average detection limit of the florfenicol was up to 0.022 8 μg·kg-1 . The recoveries of the method ranged from 63.4% to 85.2%, the relative standard deviation was between 2.2% and 6.2%. The results showed that method had the advantages of less consumption of extraction and detection reagent, short time, high sensitivity and good accuracy. This method was proved to be suitable for the detection of chloramphenicol in aquaculture water, and provided a clear research direction for the next step of using low eutectic solvent extraction in aquaculture environment and detection of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products. Taiwan's worst hospital fire in history on October 23rd, 2012 at Sinying Hospital's Bei-Men Branch resuited in 13 elderly patient deaths and over 70 injuries. The heavy casualties were due in part to the serious condition of patients. Some patients on life-support machines were unable to move or be moved. This disaster highlights the issue of fire safety in small-scale hospitals that have transformed existing hospital space into special care environments for elderly patients. Compared with medical centers and general hospitals, these small-scale health facilities are ill equipped to deal properly with fire safety management and emergency response issues due to inadequate fire protection facilities, fire safety equipment, and human resources. Small-scale facilities that offer health care and medical services to mostly immobile patients face fire risks that differ significantly from general health care facilities. This paper focuses on fire risks in small-scale facilities and suggests a strategy for fire prevention and emergency response procedures, including countermeasures for fire risk assessment, management, and emergency response, in order to improve fire safety at these institutions in Taiwan. Patient safety is an important issue in today's health care. This paper takes a human factor perspective to emphasize the importance of designing health care systems to account for caregiver personal characteristics and capabilities in order to compensate for individual caregiver limitations. This paper was designed to help nurses understand the impact of the human factor on patient safety. This article aims to explore three main concepts related to the professional development of nursing professionals. This paper first critically reviews and reinterprets scientific evidence on the relationship between nurse staff allocation and healthcare outcomes and then challenges some of the common interpretations of this evidence in the professional literature. Secondly, in the absence of solid empirical evidence provided by sophisticated datasets in this field, we consider how Communitarianism may provide a well-defined, highly appropriate ethical framework for further developing and improving the nursing profession and healthcare outcomes. Thirdly, this article examines the role of Communitarian ethics in setting Taiwan's healthcare priorities and promotion nursing's core professional values.
