Taking the explanation of heat conduction in the heat transfer chapter of the chemical engineering transmission course as an example, this paper expounds on innovative teaching considerations based on the "fun, learn, apply" three-level teaching method. It analyzes the transient and steady-state heat transfer processes in cooking, increasing the interest in teaching. In this paper, an efficient diversified teaching method was proposed to address the issues on teaching of specialized English for chemistry. The method includes summarizing words and terms by suffix and prefix in lectures for improving learning efficiency, classroom interactions based on "flipped classroom" for promoting study interests, daily post-class practice on listening and on online teaching platforms for enhancing listening and oral skills, and seminar-based classroom activity in each section of the courses for improving subjective initiative for learning. Analyzing the evaluation data of students to teachers in the teaching evaluation system helps teachers understand the true attitudes of students to teachers, summarize teaching experience, improve subsequent teaching methods, and improve teaching quality. However, when evaluating teaching, random or malicious evaluations may occur among students, resulting in a large amount of noise in the evaluation data, which results in unsatisfactory feedback data. Therefore, this paper proposes a discrete Poisson mixture model to model the evaluation data of students with noise. Each discrete Poisson component in the mixture model corresponds to a class of students with similar evaluation modes. The model parameters in the loose distribution represent the evaluation scores in the corresponding evaluation mode. The log-likelihood function is constructed to measure the degree of fit between the mixed model and the evaluation data, and the gradient descent method is used to solve the model parameters with the highest degree of fit, to find the true evaluation of the students to the teacher, and to ensure the teacher student relationship in the teaching evaluation system Communicate effectively. Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with virtual reality (VR) into neurology clinical teaching on post-stroke sleep disorder. Methods A total of 70 postgraduates who underwent training in the Department of Neurology of the First Hospital of Jilin University from September 2022 to January 2023 were included and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 35 in each group. The control group adopted PBL teaching method, and the experimental group adopted PBL combined with VR teaching method. The teaching content was about the anatomical basis of post-stroke sleep disorder. After the course, two groups were assessed with test papers and questionnaires, and the assessment results were compared. Results Students in the experimental group had higher scores in basic theory (46.03±1.76 vs. 43.69±1.91), case analysis (42.11±2.19 vs. 39.57±2.56) and total score (88.14±2.55 vs. 83.26±3.55) than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001); students in the experimental group had higher evaluations on the role of this course in stimulating motivation (2.63±0.49 vs. 2.11±0.47), improving learning efficiency (2.57±0.50 vs. 1.97±0.57), improving self-learning ability (2.54±0.51 vs. 2.00±0.42) and cultivating clinical thinking (2.51±0.51 vs. 1.94±0.42) than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). With the rapid development of modern medical technology, people are gaining understanding of the causes of diseases and the mechanisms of drug action. The simple macro thinking mode of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is challenging to adapt to the needs of TCM teaching and development in the new era; this indicates that there is an urgent need to introduce new teaching methods and models. The chemical components of the TCM and its prescription are the material basis for its clinical efficacy in preventing and treating diseases. Therefore, under the guidance of the TCM theory, this paper integrates Chinese medicine chemistry into the teaching and practice of the TCM by considering Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma as an example with respect to anthraquinones.
